Currently, Justin Timberlake is here. Oh, he is?

So Timberlake, yeah. I wanted to ask you about that because obviously he got a DUI, drunk driving. He's still got to go through the courts, I imagine. So he's back on the world tour. Is that happening? I mean, I guess. I mean, he did tell the cops.

You read what the cops said, that he said, this is going to totally ruin the tour. And the guy was like, what tour? He was Justin Timberlake and he said, the world tour to totally ruin the tour. And the guy was like, what tour? He didn't know that he was Justin Timberlake. And he said, the world tour, which is just hysterical. Because the cop had no idea who he was when he was breathtaking him for his drink driving charge. I think the cop was young.

And listen, like, I mean, to me, Justin Timberlake isn't like for like an older generation. But listen, like a kid now, like in high school, they probably don't know who Justin Timberlake is. And I saw a couple articles when it first came out and the headline said, Trollstar gets arrested. And I was like, oh no!

That's the reason, Sid! He's Justin Timberlake! He's the voice of one of the trolls, isn't it? Blanche, I don't know, I've seen the movies. Trollstar! Well, listen, you know, on the scale of crimes that can be committed, it's probably at the lighter end. He'll make his way through it.

He'll be just fine. He'll be just fine. People forget it. It's on to like as soon as there's another scandal or another story, it'll be done. People forget very easily. Well, because we see, speaking of these sorts of things, we see an article, you know, with someone like Ariana Grande,

pop star, actor as well. She was on a podcast, got asked who she would like to have dinner with, anyone, and she said Jeffrey Dahmer, the serial killer, because she'd like to pick his brain. She's fascinated by it. Now, this has obviously caused a bit of backlash. Now, how long will this backlash last or will we be on to something else tomorrow? I've already been on to something else.

Like, I mean, that's already out of the news cycle. But you know what? Like, I didn't hate on her for that. Because have you ever played that game, like, at a dinner when someone said, if you did have dinner with anybody, like, dead or alive, it doesn't mean you have to, like, regard them in any, like, positive way. You could just be fascinated by them. That's why there's TV shows and crime shows about these people.

It doesn't mean you think they're a good person. I don't think she thinks he's a good person. I think she's fascinated by his being a sociopath, you know, being a killer. Good answer. It wasn't shoot, shag, marry, and she's like, oh, I'd marry him. Marry to your brother. Yeah, you're right.

Right? Yeah. Yeah, that's very good. That's very good. Okay, so in that regard, who are we inviting to dinner? The most shocking person you could invite to dinner. Now, this doesn't mean that you admire them. You're fascinated.

I don't know. Do we have to have dinner with them? No, that's the thing. Maybe. Can we just get drinks and see if we vibe and if then we can move on to dinner? Yeah. Okay, well, I have some drinks and I might vibe with someone like Kim Jong. Kim Jong-un.

Right? Yeah. Who's vibing with Kim Jong? Yeah, I don't know if anybody vibes with him, even the people in his country, but I've always said it would be interesting to sit down with Jesus Christ. I have a lot of questions for him. I want to know.

He would have the water to wine cupboard for you for the evening. He's got drinks sorted. B-Y-O, he's all sorted. The Hits, the Jono and Ben podcast. Okay, tell us one exciting thing about New York today. Oh, gosh. Well, it's pretty hot again. Let's see here.

Nothing's really that exciting. There's a lot of baking garbage on the side of the street. Does it start to smell, obviously, in the extreme heat? Yeah, that's why in the summertime, no one's really here in New York City. It's like a ghost town because everybody's gone because no one wants to be here.

It's gross. Nicole Ryan with us from New York. Now, Travis Kelsey, he's now not only part of Taylor Swift's love life, but also part of the show. He's on stage. He's doing skits. I don't think that he's going to be doing that often.

Some people were like, oh, like what a pussy. Like, oh, like he's just like, she's doing skits. I don't think that he's going to be doing that often. Some people were like, oh, like, what a pussy. Like, oh, like, he's just like, she's got him wrapped around her finger. I feel like no other guy would ever have done that. He's a guy's guy. He's a man's man. And that, I feel like, just showed how cool he is. That he's like, I don't care. I'll be part of your show.

Like, I just loved it. There's nothing sexier than a man who is comfortable enough with his masculinity to do something like that I think it like to be able to laugh at yourself and not take yourself too seriously. That's hot. I totally agree Yeah, it's pretty incredible. I mean her concerts, you know, she's got she's in UK. She's got Tom Cruise She's got Prince William dead dancing. She's got support McCartney from the Beatles there It's a pretty incredible had just how many people want to turn up and see Taylor Swift Yeah, I mean every there's certain shows that, I mean, it draws more celebrities than others.

But, yeah, there was a good amount. Like, there were some of the Queer Eye guys there. There were some of the Bridgerton girls there. There's not anybody that's, like, not a fan. I mean, even if you don't make it to the show, I feel like everyone generally likes her. Dave Grohl, though? Not a fan.

I mean, I'm not okay. Because he's, first of all, I i love him i feel like he's one of the more beloved rock stars he's one of the friendly rock stars he's not so badass and i feel like that was very off brand for him to say what he said about her yeah we said uh he sort of had a dig claiming she doesn't do all her music live we we figure maybe he's just going for a joke but where's the funny like where's the joke yeah it's not you know what i'm saying yeah there was definite malice in the way that he was saying it i felt yeah and then he was like like i don't know i just feel like there's all these stories out there like she blatantly has talked about how to get ready if she would perform it all songs from

start to finish while running on a treadmill she did that so she could perform live, Dave. Relax. Dave. Dave. You've been told off. Come on, man. Is there a bigger star? Is she bigger than Michael Jackson? Oh, right. At the peak of their

powers, so to speak. I mean, I don't think bigger. I think she's just joining that legend club. That iconic person. This person that's otherworldly. and i thought it was cool specifically seeing paul mccartney there because think about beetle mania back in the day what so he got to sort of see it from another side because i feel like her mania is just as crazy so for him to be now out in the crowd watching this insanity must have been kind of a full circle moment for him you said you you've sat down with her before. I think your daughter had to have security clearance to

hang out. But what is she like? Like she, she seems lovely. Like I've never had the chance to be in the same room with her. It's just her people. The second she sits down, she's hugging you. She's joking with you. It's like, you've known each other forever. Like she is genuinely very genuine to be redundant but like she is very real she she looks at you in the eye when she's talking to to you and i don't think it's one of those things where like you know some celebrities some artists like will come in and they turn it on like you see them before the mics go on and they're like futzing with their people their manager and their publicist and then maybe even being nasty and then the mics come on and they're like okay putting on the show

that's not her that's how she is. It's really cool. That's very cool to see. Just quickly before we let you go, Ben Affleck, J-Lo, it's over? It seems to be over, right? Over, dude. It's over. It's over, man.

No. I mean, I know. No one was more excited about them finding love again after 20 years. My heart is fully broken. Okay, Megan? It's fully broken. It was the full circle rom-com.

He always looks a little broken though, doesn't he, Ben? He talked about that, didn't he? Yeah. I mean, there's a few rumors going around. I think I told you one of them last week. One of them was that her tour wasn't selling, so they created this scandal of an alleged divorce

to sort of just block out the fact that she wasn't selling. And then some people are saying he fell off the wagon and that he's drinking again but again these are just rumors have you met him before in your travels ben affleck we have not like i've had jlo multiple times she's always awesome and like annoyingly beautiful annoyingly beautiful like her face is porcelain but like there's movement so you you're like, have you had work done? Have you not had work done? And she is just fun and good energy.
