Thank you. Hi, everyone. Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom.
Today is Monday, September 30th, 2024.
Anya Parampil will be here with us in just a moment on when in the Middle East will the
killing stop. But first this. A divisive presidential election is upon us and the
winner is gold. Let me tell you what I mean. Since 2016, our national debt has grown a staggering
70 percent and gold has increased by 60 percent. Do you own gold? I do. I bought my gold in February
2023, and it has risen 33%. You've heard me talk about Lear Capital, the company I trust. Let me
tell you why. Recently, Kevin DeMeritt, who is the founder and CEO of Lear, assisted the FBI in discovering a nationwide gold theft ring.
And because of Kevin's good work,
the FBI caught these people before they could steal anymore.
That's why I have been saying,
the people at Lear are good people.
They believe in America.
They believe in their product.
And they're honest to the core.
So take action right now, my friends.

it's too late. 800-511-4620, learjudgenap.com. Remember, hope is not a strategy, but gold is.
Anya, welcome here, my dear friend. It's always a pleasure to be with you. So last Friday,
either from a hotel room in New York City or from an Israeli office inside the UN,
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu authorized his military to drop 80, 8-0, 2,000-pound United States-manufactured, delivered, and gifted bombs
in order to kill one person, which he succeeded in doing. He clearly committed serious federal
and state crimes by doing this while in the United States. He's gone. He's not going to be punished for it. How does this end?
It is only going to end until someone steps in and stops Israel. I wish that it would be my
country actually at this point. In a way, it would be liberating the United States from the fact that
our government has been hijacked by the Zionist government that rules Israel. I mean, I've all my life grown up being told that
this is just a facet of US imperialism that drives Israel's role in the Middle East.
And for a long time, I believed that. But more recently, I've come to the conclusion that why
then does the Israeli lobby here in the United States, why do they have to work so hard to take
away our rights, our free speech rights, for example, on college campuses? Why are there so-called stopping
anti-Semitism bills passed in U.S. state governments that actually have to suppress
our rights? Why is there so much money that has to be spent in order to make sure that our
politicians tow the Israeli line or that if they
don't, the AIPAC will come spend $8 million in a single congressional race as they did with
Cori Bush and make sure that you don't return to office? Why do they have to run blackmail rings,
as we saw exposed through the Epstein scandal, in order to pressure powerful people into accepting Israel's actions. Why then does
everyone who speaks out against Israel on the mainstream media suddenly lose their job? Why do
actors or singers, artists that speak out against the war lose their deals, such as Bella Hadid,
the famous Palestinian supermodel, or actors losing their gigs if they speak out for Palestine.
Why do the American people have to be manipulated so much and lied to if this is really about our
interests? It's not. This is about a rabid dog, the Israeli government acting in the Middle East,
pushing. They're now taking Lebanon. They're going to start acting up again in Syria.
And they've already declared war on Iran through their actions, committing these be a nuclear catastrophe. And what Netanyahu did in New York was tell the world that he's holding a nuclear bomb over our heads and that he can get away with anything, even in the UN, the institution that was supposedly
set up to preserve territorial integrity and national sovereignty, political independence
of people everywhere. Then again, turning around and immediately creating the state of Israel,
which kind of should have had us scratching our heads all along. He's saying that these institutions that are set up are powerless in the face of Zionism. And I mean, again,
I wish it was the United States that could go in and stop this war. This was maybe the one
humanitarian war or regime change war that I would still support is if the U.S. were actually going to go and stop this and save ourselves,
really, because it's American troops that are going to die alongside so many innocent civilians
in the Middle East right now. You know, I have friends that are here, Americans that have family
in Lebanon that have died as a result of these attacks in recent days in Beirut
and told me that before in 2006 when Israel came in, there was at least a sense of the safe areas.
But that is no longer the case. No one feels safe.
And frankly, no one should feel safe because Israel has shown that the gloves are off.
And unless somebody stops this, they're going to go all the way. Here's Prime Minister Netanyahu's lawyer, otherwise known as the American Secretary of State,
earlier today on Nasrallah's murder, cut number 13.
Hassan Nasrallah was a brutal terrorist whose many victims included Americans, Israelis, civilians in Lebanon,
civilians in Syria, and many others as well. During his leadership of Hezbollah, the group
terrorized people across the region and prevented Lebanon from fully moving forward as a country.
Lebanon, the region, the world are safer without him.
What is gained by the American Secretary of State speaking like that?
Nothing except that he defends Israel. This is, again, someone who went to Israel and participated
in a national security meeting of the Israeli government following October 7th and said he was
there as a Jew, not as the American Secretary of State. I mean, that again is something that in
the past, if someone had accused a Jewish American of dual loyalty, that would be an
anti-Semitic trope. But Antony Blinken instead is just saying that himself. Very odd, especially
when you consider the fact that his stepfather was the lawyer,
the fixer for Ghislaine Maxwell's father, the woman who ran the Epstein blackmail ring here
in the United States. So this is a very shady character. He obviously doesn't act in the
interest of the United States. He is lying left and right, as the Iranians have admitted recently
that, I mean, I don't know why anyone
in Iran believed Blinken, but it's recently come out that the president there said that they
withheld their response to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh because the Americans,
Blinken, told him that there was going to be a ceasefire and a lifting of sanctions on Iran.
Okay. Iran should have known based on the past 10 years
that you cannot trust anything coming out of an American official's mouth. And especially not
Antony Blinken, as he's shown time and time again, that he simply exists to litigate the defense
of Netanyahu. It's a very sad time. This is what I said to my friend, George Galloway in the UK,
when I went on his program yesterday. Very sad
time to be an American, especially when you see entire towns and cities in the United States
underwater right now. And the President Biden coming out and saying that we've given those
Americans everything we have. Yeah, except for the billions of dollars that we're sending to Israel
and Ukraine in order to walk the planet closer to nuclear destruction.
These people need to be stopped. And, you know, it is up to us as the American people to stop them.
The problem is we don't really have any options when it comes to withstanding and resisting this,
the Zionist control of our government, because you have Donald Trump, on the other hand,
saying that we're going to wipe entire Iranian cities off the face of the earth while he's saying that he's just there to do the bidding of his top
donor, Miriam Adelson. So the truth, the mask is off. We can talk about these things openly now
because it's in the words of Blinken. It's in the words of Trump themselves. They're telling us that
they don't represent our interests and that basically we're walking into World War III or
actually just nuclear annihilation at this point. Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner,
coming out on X and calling for the US to support a war in Lebanon. This is an individual whose
family will benefit from these wars. He wants to get in there and develop the real estate,
as he already mentioned, the seaside real estate in Gaza. This is what his family has
done for decades. They come in after the destruction and they rebuild and they cash in.
And that's someone who was running Trump's Middle East policy. So it's the only thing that we can do,
judges, speak loudly about this so that more Americans wake up and decide that it's time to
restore sovereign rule here. I'm envious that you're on George Galloway's show. I was on once. He's a great man,
and I'm proud that you can call George and me your friends. Thank you for that.
This will aggravate you, though you may have seen it already. Here's Prime Minister Netanyahu
last week with his, quote, message for the tyrants of Tehran,
cut number 11. I have a message for the tyrants of Tehran. If you strike us, we will strike you.
There is no place, there is no place in Iran that the long arm of Israel cannot reach, and that's true of the entire Middle East.
Far from being lambs led to the slaughter, Israel's soldiers have fought back with incredible courage and with heroic sacrifice.
And I have another message for this assembly and for the world outside this hall.
We are winning.
Should have said we are slaughtering.
As we speak, Israeli commando raids are being conducted in southern Lebanon.
I don't know if this is in anticipation of a full-scale land invasion,
and I don't know what that would look like or what that would bring
in either from Iran or from the United States. What do you think, Anya?
I think the Israelis are skeptical of going in and doing a direct land invasion because
then they would start suffering consequences. They would have body bags coming back and the
Israelis don't really want to fight. They just like to bomb. They like to flatten and kill
and then come in and steal the land. That's what they're doing in Gaza. And that's what they want
to do in Lebanon. And I mean, they've gone so far as to decapitate Hezbollah, which was the
main fighting force that could resist an Israeli ground invasion. But I still think that there's
a strength there that they would have to confront
if they were actually going to bring their troops onto the ground. But yeah, humanity is losing.
When Netanyahu says that they are winning, it's all of humanity, including us in the United States,
we are losing. We're losing money. We're going to lose troops. Our country has just been sucked dry
in order to fund these wars that we never voted for, that no one in our government actually voted for, except probably Antony Blinken and the
people that are unelected in our government. And yeah, when I see Netanyahu talk, I'll be honest,
I didn't believe in demons until recently, once these Israeli figures started going out there.
You can see how they've even deteriorated since the war started, they get nastier and nastier. They look like cartoon villains that
you couldn't even write a script or come up with characters that are more evil than them.
And they're just blatantly there in front of our face. And again, you see those empty seats there
at the UN because the majority of the world walked out when he took the stage. But what does it tell you about the UN if force to go in and defend the defenseless in Gaza,
even though, according to those visuals we saw, everybody's on the same page except for the
European and American states that are just puppets or united in their support of Zionism.
And yet they just are powerless. It's really, it just makes me
think the UN should be shut down. It's a nice place for people to debate and talk about the
theory of sovereignty and peace, but it's clearly a captured organization. And the fact that Netanyahu
came there, gave that speech, and then ordered this criminal attack on Lebanon tells us everything we need to know about
the power of the UN. It's bad for all of humanity. Like I said, it's not just the United States,
but all of humanity is losing right now. Professor Jeffrey Sachs has spent much of
his adult career in and around and negotiating with being a surrogate diplomat from to and through the UN,
reluctantly agrees with you that it has become so toothless. They can't do anything without the
Security Council and the United States. Once in a while, Britain will abstain, but the United
States and Britain will always block whatever is being approved with almost unanimity over on the General Assembly,
if it is perceived that it may restrain Israel. I mean, what would have happened if Netanyahu had
been indicted by the International Criminal Court while he was in New York and then arrested while
he was at the United Nations? It feels like the U.S. authorities would have defended him.
I mean, they should have already detained him for his crimes.
I mean, he could, he's a robber on one hand.
He's just taking all of our money.
I mean, I think we should just take him out on that front.
As an American citizen, we should have like some say.
But no, I mean, I covered the UN for years. I love, I studied
international affairs for a while until I found journalism. And, you know, I really admire the
work that so many diplomats do. They're trying to talk about these issues of national sovereignty,
territorial integrity. But as the years have gone by, I just, I can't see it except as anything
more than a, as a use, as a useless organization. I mean, they succeed when it comes to like passing
secretive treaties that undermine the sovereignty of nations. But then when it comes to actually
defending the rights of people or nations, they're just like, oh, our hands are tied and there's
nothing we can do. And then meanwhile, you just have a bunch of people walking around in suits and whining and
dining and having a great time on the international champagne circuit. It's sad. I think that there's
going to have to be different institutions crafted in the future if people are really
going to have any chance of a defense. Because right now it's clear that all these institutions just exist to serve the people that are abusing us.
Going back to the Israeli invasion or commando raids, whatever you want to call it in Hezbollah,
you're as a spokesperson for Hezbollah, basically saying,
come on in, we're ready for you. Cut number 16.
We will face any possible attack, and we are ready.
If the Israelis decide to enter by land, the resistance forces are ready for a ground engagement.
We have prepared and got ready, and with our trust in God Almighty,
we are confident that the Israeli army will not achieve its goals,
and we will emerge victorious from this battle.
You say the last thing the Israelis want
is for their troops to be killed, yet they are conducting these commando raids. I'm not sure
exactly what that means. I suppose it's a limited incursion here and a limited incursion there
on the ground using American weapons, but obviously without, as far as we know, without American
troops. Yeah, but we have American troops in the region that throughout this entire war are just
there as sitting ducks. I mean, are Americans prepared to have their troops die for Israel?
And this is what I really don't understand, Judge, is that I see a lot of people, you know, in the Trump camp or in the conservative on the
conservative side of these issues, taking the right position on Ukraine, but then completely
leaving out any discussion of Israel. I mean, all the high profile, you could call them con
ink figures. They are so articulate and true when it comes to Ukraine. They say that we're wasting our money and
sleepwalking into war with Russia. But yet when it comes to Iran or the Middle East,
they don't really seem to share those concerns. And so it's dangerous, really, that people could
be so hypocritical because the time is now. The time is now to call out what is going on, because I think at this point, it's more likely
that the nuclear issue could arise in the Middle East than with Russia, though, honestly, these are
all fronts in the same war. When you think about it, Russia and Iran, they're allied on the Ukrainian
front and on the front, whether it was in Syria, for example, this is all part of the same war.
The war to weaken Syria was part of a campaign to set up Israel to be in this position where it can
now pursue greater Israel without any opposition. I mean, so were the wars in Iraq and Libya. It was
all about picking off the states that could resist Israel or would be part of a Russia aligned axis that would prevent this horrifying
plan to destroy Gaza that we're seeing now play out before our eyes. And so eventually, I fear
when we're going to get the actual world war is when those fronts consolidate and Russia is somehow
forced to respond in the Middle East because Iran is
incapable of doing it completely on its own. But you see now high profile figures around Putin,
such as Alexander Dugin, saying that we've waited too long. We haven't adopted the strategy of our
enemy, which is efficiency, precision and aggression. And instead, it's almost as if Russia and Iran and these
countries are, and for valid reason, I get it, they don't want their populations to be blown up.
But it seems that Israel is pushing for that result anyway. And so at what point are you
going to realize that you're actually in the war that you're trying to avoid? That's my question for some of these officials, because we're striking within Russian territory.
Now the Israelis are moving to destroy Lebanon, and they're not going to stop.
So if the end result is going to be the war that you're trying to avoid, at a certain point, you should just stop
it. Someone needs to, and I don't know who it will be, who will stop Israel. Maybe it will be Russia.
I think that these are the conversations that must be happening in Moscow and Tehran,
because these are closely allied countries. They can't afford to lose each other.
You know, Russia's not just going to stand by and watch Iran get destroyed.
If Israel attacks Iran or Iran attacks Israel and the United States is drawn in and begins attacking Iran, presumably by naval and air, not by ground, don't you think Russia will get involved?
I do. I mean, I think that Russia already
showed that it got involved to protect its ally in Syria. And it can't afford to lose
its ally in Tehran either. And I also wonder at what point is someone going to strike a U.S. ship
or the U.S. bases are already falling under attack.
But I mean, is that what it will have to come to for Americans to have some sort of mass protest movement against this?
I mean, I don't I do not want to see Americans coming home in body bags. And yet all I see is, you know, the mainstream political establishment and media establishment
really walking us toward that scenario.
And like I said, influential figures even around Trump who are right about Ukraine and
right about Russia, not understanding that you can't separate the Iran and Israel question
from that war.
And, you know, I don't know if it's that Americans
think we can just play all these countries against each other because that's not going to work.
Or if it's just this blind spot with Israel, that's really going to lead to a mass casualty
event. And that's not what I want to see, but I, Americans need to wake up at some point and say
that, that this is, this has to stop. We can't be against war with Russia and pro-war with Iran because it's all going to lead to the same place.
Here's Admiral Kirby attempting to explain the American view of all this to Jake Tapper yesterday.
Cut number two.
We don't necessarily see the tactical execution the same way that they do in terms of
protection. But the U.S. keeps giving them weaponry to carry out these attacks. Our support for
Israel security is ironclad, Jake. That's not going to change. We are going to continue to
make sure they can defend themselves again. This is an ally. This is a partner. And they are under
attack every single day. This is not an ally. We have no treaty with Israel.
The president has never negotiated one.
The Senate has never signed off on one.
It's just give, give, give, give, give.
There's no bilateral here between Israel and the United States, is there?
In fact, Israel attacked and destroyed the USS Liberty,
killing 34 sailors and wounding 200 while the United States
stood by and let them do it. Yes. Israel is not our ally. It is, in fact,
probably our greatest enemy because it has captured our government and is pushing us
into direct confrontation with nuclear allied powers. So it reminds me of the quote, I think it was
Bill Clinton was caught off the record saying something after a meeting with the Israeli
prime minister, like who's president of the United States, you or me. And it makes you wonder what
US presidents all the way back to Kennedy have dealt with. Kennedy worked very hard to prevent
Israel from developing the nuclear weapon.
There are tapes and letters of him complaining that Israel's testing at Dimona and its development
of the nuclear bomb was sabotaging his effort, which was going to be successful, on nuclear
arms limitation with the Soviet Union. And unfortunately, he was killed
along with his brother around the time that his brother was also working to register AIPAC as a
foreign lobbying group. So it just feels as if for, you know, if that's when our chance at having a
sovereign government ended, that there's this direct through line there that ever since then, we've been doing Israel's bidding in the Middle East and that Americans are not safer for it.
That actually is what directly led to 9-11 and all the wars since. So the time to stop it is now
because every day we wake up and find out that Israel has crossed a new line. And it's scary, honestly. I've never actually, you know,
I've always been an opponent of nuclear weapon proliferation and an advocate for peace,
but I've never actually felt that the threat of nuclear war is as real as it is today. I don't
even think during, not that I was around then, but during the Cold War that it was as real as it is today. I don't even think during, not that I was around then, but during the Cold War, that it was as real as it is today. Because if anybody's going to do it and anybody's going to
push us there, it's the Israelis and they're clearly unleashed right now.
What is going on in Gaza as we speak? It's off the front pages because everybody in the media, including the alternative media like yours and your husband's and this program, have been focused on the killings in Lebanon.
But have the Israelis stopped slaughtering in Gaza or is it going on?
It's just not getting the attention of the Western press.
It's not stopping.
All you have to do is go on X and look up Gaza,
and you'll see just today I saw Max post about a journalist, another journalist who was killed in
an Israeli attack. And it's really, what is happening to the Palestinian people there now is really, it's like a modern historical allegory for what happened to Christ
himself in that very land where they are like dying for the sins of all of mankind. They're
just being slaughtered, crucified basically in front of the world because of our inability to
recognize their humanity as children of God. I mean, it is shocking that this can happen in the Holy Land
and that my country is unfortunately complicit.
It's the greatest sin against humanity
and attack on what it means to be a human
that I've ever experienced in my life
and that I think mankind has ever experienced
because none of those crimes we learn about in school, like the Holocaust, were broadcast to
humanity in this way. They had to go to great lengths to hide the truth about what was happening.
And instead, today, in 2024, we can watch a constant stream of dead people. And yeah,
all that people can do is walk out during a U.N. speech of this, like, demonic man saying that he's going to keep doing it and then call in a major strike on a new country and open a new front.
It's just I don't know what it will take for humanity to say stop. you remain brilliant and articulate in your analysis of it and your defense of humanity
and peace.
I'm happy that you are on the show and thrilled that you and Max are friends of mine.
Thank you very much, Anya.
Very, very much.
Very deeply appreciated.
Very moving statement you just made.
Thank you.
I appreciate you too, Judge.
We're all in this together. We are. We'll see you just made. Thank you. I appreciate you too, Judge. We're all in this together.
We are.
We'll see you again soon.
