Starting point is 00:00:00 Thank you. Hi, everyone. Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom. Today is Tuesday, November 26, 2024. It's Thanksgiving week here in America. Staff Sergeant Major Chief Dennis Fritz joins us now. Chief, always a pleasure. Thank you very much for coming on the show. We have a truncated week, and I appreciate your giving us your time. Is Joe Biden responsible for the genocide in Gaza? Well, I can absolutely tell you he's complicit in it. I mean, he's been supporting it.
Starting point is 00:01:03 From day one, he admitted to being a Zionist. Now, a few years ago, he possibly could have got away with that. But now more people are understanding that political movement in Israel and the world, Zionism, as being a part of land grabbing in that part of the world of Israel and Palestine. So absolutely, he's complicit in it. There's no doubt about it. You know, within the past hour, he was in the Rose Garden and announced a Lebanon-Israeli ceasefire for 60 days, beginning at 10 o'clock at night, East Coast time, which is four in the morning in Israel, Lebanon, and Palestine. And I just wonder how this is going to go and if he was truly instrumental in this because he was certainly instrumental in defending
Starting point is 00:02:05 the theft of land by the Israeli settlers who were encouraged to go there by the Israeli government and who were protected by the Israeli government. This is land that belonged to Lebanon and to the West Bank. Well, I think he was somewhat forced into it. You've heard them mention about France as being a partner. Well, France and Lebanon are pretty close. In fact, they do a lot of trading together. And so I think that's why, you know, that movement was made. But more importantly, let's not be fooled.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Bibi Netanyahu did not support this deal out of the kindness of his heart. Let it be no doubt in your mind, in your audience's mind, that Israel was taking a lot of hits and damage to the IDF. They were losing a lot of lives and equipment. And I can tell you, equipment is not indefinite. You're going to soon run out of parts. And the parts were delayed, and equipment and technology was delayed for a while. And so BB had no choice but to make this deal. Now, will it hold up? I don't think so, because 60 days, I think that will give them an opportunity, because as you heard in the Rose Garden today, Biden bragged about the support that he's given Israel. And from what I can tell,
Starting point is 00:03:39 that's going to continue until he leaves office. And so I think this was a time for Israel to be able to, in fact, I always say, listen to what people say. Bibi Netanyahu doing his address to the people, he said that, hey, he needed some rest for the IDF. He actually said that. And so I don't think this deal was about the kindness of his heart. It was something that they absolutely needed. Now, some would say, why did Hezbollah make the deal? Well, likewise, they need to regroup. It is indeed a fact. They've lost a lot of their leadership. It's indeed a fact that they need to replenish their equipment. And so as part of this, Israel has already said, Bibi has already said, look, if we see any more military equipment coming in to Lebanon, then we're actually, it gives us the right to attack. So I just think this is just a really 60 days of regrouping on both sides.
Starting point is 00:04:37 Let me get this right, Chief. If military equipment comes into Lebanon, the Israelis can attack Lebanon. What about if military equipment comes into Israel, which we know happens? You have probably flown or flown on these huge cargo planes, which we know happens every day. Well, you know, Judge, you raise an interesting point. And I know we're going to talk about a lot today. And so let me just jump a moment to Ukraine. What about us flying equipment and technology and weapon systems into Ukraine?
Starting point is 00:05:18 Does that give Russia the right to bomb, whether it be by rail uh you know by land uh you know vehicles or whatever does that give russia the right to do that yes of course it does under international law exactly it does exactly and so does anyone have the right whether it be hezbollah uh or hamas if they had the capability do they have the right to bomb Israel? Well, yes, they do. Well, we'll transition over to Ukraine. Do you think that the West, you understand the military mentality, Chief, do you think the Pentagon grasps the significance of this Ureshnik missile that travels 7,600 miles an hour that the world had not seen and much of the world had not even heard of until the Kremlin unleashed it at the end of last week and it turned a huge manufacturing facility in Ukraine
Starting point is 00:06:27 into dust. Judge, there's no doubt in my mind that the Pentagon's understand the ramification of this. It's the political side of the house that probably don't truly understand or don't want to understand, to be quite frank, with you. I've been on record for over a year saying that there's no way that Ukraine can win this war, whether it be by attrition or whether it be by Russia and Putin finally making the decision, okay, enough of this. We're going to destroy the entire country. Now, the release of that intermediate range ballistic missile last week was to show Ukraine, United States, and NATO their capability. And right now, there are more of those missiles that are in production. I'm sure they have some in stock. And so let me just say this quite frank.
Starting point is 00:07:28 Russia can destroy Ukraine at any time they desire. Now, they have chosen not to because they don't want to. What they're trying to do is to show, listen, let's have a peace deal. Let's not expand NATO into Ukraine on the doorsteps of our country. Because guess what? That put our national security at risk. Chief, why do you think the United States, the Biden administration, has authorized the use of long-range or short-range missiles, American missiles? The British have done the same with theirs.
Starting point is 00:08:06 The Americans are attack them. The British are storm shadows. Why do you think they've authorized the use of this to attack Russia, to provoke Russia, unless it's to extend this conflagration, which Ukraine is on its last leg, so that it collapses on Donald Trump's watch. Well, let me just first say this. Zelensky earlier on has already mentioned that the war is going to come to an end as President-elect Trump comes into office. I'm going to use a strong word here, sabotage. I don't care how you feel about President-elect Trump. His goal was to bring
Starting point is 00:08:46 peace and end that war. Why now would Biden permit these weapons to be used? How about the landmines? How about that? It is sabotage. And that is a shame. Let me just tell you something, Judge. I got in on this crusade of peace and diplomacy in the beginning after the 2003 Iraq war because of the have mentioned before that our military men and women are used as pawns in our foreign policy. But now I'm on this crusade, Judge, because of the fact now all of us are being used as pawns in this imperialistic agenda. Why? It's because of the fact we're playing with fire right now uh president putin is not messing around and uh to be sabotaging uh potential peace uh that's putting us all in danger not just the military men and women but all of us so i will tell your audience worldwide that they better be uh concerned about what biden i wouldn't even start to say biden his administration god i don't know what biden is thinking i've heard others say, I really don't know what Biden is thinking.
Starting point is 00:10:08 Right. He's pushing the button on this. Chief, is there any doubt in your mind, but that Russia is on the cusp of achieving its military goals and Ukraine is on the cusp of collapse? Oh, Judge, there's no doubt in my mind. There's no doubt in my mind. Right now, I will say that Russia has met its goals because of the fact that eastern part of Ukraine, they really have it at hand. The only reason now is because of the fact that the introduction of the new systems by the U.S. allowing Ukraine to use and go deep into Russia, that's what's causing Russia to say, okay, we're going to show you. We can have peace right now, but if y'all want to continue this war, well, shame on you, United States of America, because you're going to cause more Ukrainians to be killed. And oh,
Starting point is 00:11:02 by the way, we just showed you last week, we can actually destroy the infrastructure of that country. All right. So Biden authorized the use of the ATAKMS and the Americans can only be fired by Americans. You know that your Ukrainians there, but the Americans download the data, top secret data from a satellite program, top secret, and maybe they have a Ukrainian press a couple of buttons. They fired six off. The Russians shot down five. One of them hit an ammunition plant.
Starting point is 00:11:36 There were a lot of secondary and tertiary explosions as the ammunition inside the plant was ignited. In response, President Putin sent off this super missile, which travels 7,600 miles an hour, can't be stopped, can't be shot down, can't be interfered with. Then the Americans and the British fired again into Russia. After the second firing, the former Secretary of State of the United States of America claims Zelensky can win. Cut number 13. I think that the missile attack at a real scale last night into Ukraine is evidence that Vladimir Putin knows that this is his maximum point of leverage and that in 60 days, fundamentally, his leverage will have
Starting point is 00:12:25 decreased and the shaping of that conflict will have fundamentally changed as well. And the shaping of that conflict will have fundamentally changed as well. Do you have any idea what Mike Pompeo was talking about? I have no idea but him playing games and disinformation. And we in America have a tendency to do that. For those of us that have been around long enough, I do remember the Vietnam War. We are winning. We are winning. We have a tendency to provide false information. And that's exactly what he is doing. As I stated before, and I'll state it again, there's no way Ukraine can win this war, whether it be by weapon systems or by attrition.
Starting point is 00:13:07 They don't have the people to continue to fight this war. Will American troops fight a war if ordered to do so in Israel or in Ukraine? Well, Judge, if ordered to do so, well, I mean, they would have to follow that order. Now, would it be prudent to do that? Absolutely not. We'll get a lot of people killed. And just let me remind you that Iran,
Starting point is 00:13:40 which as you know and your audience know, Bibi Netanyahu has been trying to get us in a war on their behalf with Iran for decades. Well, let me remind you again, Iran has ballistic missiles, accurate missiles. And if you look at what the Houthis have done in the sea, imagine what Iran could do. So, yes, we could go to war, but there will be a lot of lives lost, American lives, Israeli lives, and Iranian lives. And you just never know who, China may jump into the war because that is, I mean, they get their all from that part of the world, like most of the countries.
Starting point is 00:14:21 They get it from Iran. I want to check back to uh ukraine because i'm anxious to get your take on a comment made by the number two person in donald trump's national security team a gentleman by the name of sebastian gorka it's hard for me to believe that what what he says in this clip was authorized by Donald Trump. But here it is, cut number 10. I'll give one tip away that the president has mentioned. He will say to that murderous former KGB colonel, that thug who runs the Russian Federation, you will negotiate now or the aid that we have given to Ukraine thus far will look like peanuts. That's how he will force those gentlemen to come to an arrangement that stops the bloodshed.
Starting point is 00:15:12 Do you think Trump wants to start his administration off in an adversarial way by having his number two person in national security calling President Putin a murderous thug? Judge, I will tell you that President-elect Trump better get ahead of this real quickly, because it goes against everything that he's been saying about peace in Europe, and particularly the Ukraine-Russia war. Let me remind President Trump and any of his folks that are listening, George W. Bush surrounded himself with neocons, people from the American Enterprise Institute. Trump, as it looks, has done the same. And Trump better think about this and don't think he's in charge because I can guarantee you they
Starting point is 00:15:59 will undermine him as they did with George W. Bush. They have a long-term strategy and they will undermine anybody they need to. As part of that strategy, it is to undermine and lie to your president. And they will do that. They will undermine President-elect Trump if they can. So he better keep that in mind and get ahead of all these folks that are coming out there, so-called speaking on his behalf. Here's President Putin talking about we are entitled to strike back. Cut number two. We consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against military facilities of those countries that allow their weapons to be used against our facilities. I recommend that the ruling elites of those countries that are hatching plans to use their military contingents against Russia seriously think about this.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Just like we don't know how many IDF have been killed in Lebanon because the Israeli government won't release it, We don't know how many millions were spent building a brand new military airport base in Poland, but I would imagine it's in Putin's crosshairs on the basis of what he just said. We reserve the right to attack the property of any country whose assets are knowingly and intentionally used against us. Judge, that is a fact. He has the right to do that. And I'll say again, I have to look at Israel as they attack Syria, a sovereign country. Why do they do that? Because Israel says that weapons that are going to Hamas and Hezbollah are flowing through where? Syria.
Starting point is 00:17:47 So that so-called give them the right to bomb a sovereign country. Well, Russia, there's no doubt they have the right to do that because why? That is a risk to their national security. That's a fact. Chief, was it proper for the International Criminal Court to indict Prime Minister Netanyahu for war crimes, among which a genocide? Judge, you know, I'm not a legal authority, but let it be no doubt. Just from we've all seen with our own eyes the infrastructure that has been destroyed in Gaza, the hospitals, the schools, residential areas, that is against all international law to include our law. But you know what disturbs me most is that I'm going to tell you how corrupt our country is. And the world better start paying attention to this to include our allies. When you have somebody
Starting point is 00:18:41 like Lindsey Graham running out and guess what? He's threatening our allies if they enforce the arrest warrants by the ICC that we will destroy your economy. Now, think about that. Those are our allies. There's something going on here that our country is corrupt. It's compromised in some way that you will have a person that's a so-called leader in our country, but particularly the Senate, to threaten our allies because of a rightfully arrest warrant
Starting point is 00:19:17 on an individual that's leading the way of the killing of innocent women and children and men and the destruction of an entire people. Here's Lindsey Graham on the ICC. You know, when the ICC, you're quite correct in what you said, Chief. When the three-judge panel of the ICC issued its opinion and authorized the indictment and the arrest warrant, Senator Graham said what you said he said, we will crush the economy of any country that helps the ICC, meaning if Bibi Netanyahu's plane has to make it on its way to New York and needs to make an emergency landing in Iceland, the people in Iceland, the government in Iceland arrests him, the United States will crush Iceland. Lindsey Graham didn't always feel that way about
Starting point is 00:20:11 the ICC. Watch this, cut number nine. This is a legitimate complaint in our eyes and would ask the ICC to investigate. You can find yourself in The Hague if you have a scorched earth policy. So the world is watching you to hold one of the most vicious people on the planet finally accountable. Enough of the murder. Enough of destruction and carnage on your behalf. There'll come a day when the rule of law will trump the rule of the gun. When the rule of law will trump the rule of the gun. Of course, he was not speaking about Bibi Netanyahu. He might as well have been. It was talking about Vladimir Putin, whose indictment he welcomed. But when it's Netanyahu, he said, well, they don't have jurisdiction because the Israelis didn't sign the treaty.
Starting point is 00:21:05 Guess what? If the country in which the victims are located signed the treaty, the court has jurisdiction over the harm caused to those victims. And the United States knows that, and the Israelis know that. And they can't escape international justice by claiming we never signed the Treaty of Rome. Let me just make a point on that, and it goes back to what I said earlier. I just told you how corrupt that we are, how corrupt we are. And let me just share one other thing I just want to get off my mind as we talk about the neocons that are being placed in President-elect Trump's cabinet. You have a large audience internationally and domestically. And I'm sure that President
Starting point is 00:21:55 Trump have people that are listening. I know you and him have a relationship. And I will say this to President Trump. If he wants to end, he's on the right path of trying to end the war in Ukraine. Likewise, if he wants to really be loved and known as the president that brought peace to the Middle East, he better first tell us and show us who's in charge, because Bibi Netanyahu has publicly said that he paid no attention to President Biden. And so I want to know who's in charge. Will it be Bibi or will it be President Trump? Will Bibi have President Trump by the balls? No.
Starting point is 00:22:34 I hope President Trump, if you are listening, I hope you show who's boss. And if Bibi Netanyahu does not want to listen to you and make peace, I'm waiting for you to say he's fired. Wow. Thank you, Dennis. Thank you, Chief. Terrific. Absolutely terrific. A great conversation. A happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. I hope you'll come back and join us again soon. I will, Judge. Let me just say this. I always use this time to give thanks of the things that have happened in my life. And I always wanted to have this opportunity to give thanks of the things that have happened in my life. And, you know, I always wanted to have this opportunity to share my thoughts and what I knew to be fact and also to be able to give some opinions and assumptions. And you have given me that opportunity to do that,
Starting point is 00:23:13 not only here in the United States, but internationally as well. And you're a part of my thanks for this Thanksgiving year. And I want to thank you for inviting me to be a part of your show and family. And you're a part of my Thanksgiving and a special Thanksgiving to you and your team. Thank you, Chief. And God bless you and your family. All the best. Thank you. Tomorrow, Wednesday at eight in the morning, Professor Gilbert Doctorow. At 11 in the morning, Max Blumenthal.
