Undeclared wars are commonplace.
Pragically, our government engages in preemptive war,
otherwise known as aggression with no complaints from the American people.
Sadly, we have become accustomed to living with the illegitimate use of force by government.
To develop a truly free society, the issue of initiating force must be understood and rejected.
What if sometimes to love your country you had to alter or abolish the government?

Suppose Benjamin Netanyahu wants to use nuclear weapons.
Will Donald Trump get involved?
But first this.
Today's headlines aren't just bleak.
They're an indictment of a government that has abandoned the Constitution.
You are witnessing the direct result of the Federal Reserve's relentless war on the value of your dollar.
For centuries, gold and silver have been the ultimate shield against the state's favorite tools.
monetary expansion and runaway inflation.
To protect your wealth is to protect your liberty,
and you can do that with gold and silver.
I own both and continue to buy,
because J.P. Morgan is now lying gold at over $6,300 an ounce,
and Bank of America is suggesting silver could reach $300.
That's great news for precious metal investors.

colonel lawrence welkinson a pleasure my dear man thank you very much for joining us today
before we talk about Israel and nuclear weapons,
let's talk about the United States and Moab,
the mother of all bombs,
which CNN is reporting President Trump
is contemplating using,
and I'll run a clip in a minute
in which he hinted about his plans
to do tremendous damage to Iran.
What is the mother of all bombs?
What does that mean, Larry?
I'm not a whole lot except a big bang.
I mean, it can be very destructive, especially if it's used against particular targets and used right.
And the way I understand it, I'm no expert on it, but the way I understand it is what you do is you drop the bomb and then it spreads.
It's whatever, petroleum product or whatever, and then you ignite it.
And then you get a tremendous explosion because it's...
explosion because you've spread it out there at a time when it's right for explosion in all of
its configuration and so it's a massive blast but i don't think that's going to be enough to deal
with iran i mean you're talking about a country that's as big as western europe and you're talking
about variegated terrain terrain that i had to plan to fight the russians in in the 80s
know that terrain fairly well especially the zagrous mountain
and the passes and such, you could find places probably in those mountains where you could get into them yourself if you were just an individual and protect yourself from the mother of all bombs.
It's just not that decisive, and it's another obvious example of Trump's reaching into the bag, which is rapidly running out of goodies and trying to find something that will influence this situation in a positive way.
and I'm afraid he's made it so bad, there is no such thing.
But this mother of all bombs is clearly a weapon of mass destruction,
which would kill civilians.
If they were in the vicinity, yes, yes.
Kill anybody in the vicinity that wasn't protected, you know, didn't get down.
Here he is.
I don't know what to make of this, and I'd like your thoughts on it.
This is from two days ago, Chris, cut number 11.
They said, sir, you're the hottest.
country anywhere in the world. We're the hottest country in the world. Oh, wait till you see what
we do to Iran. We're going to do a number. Well, you see, they're just waiting. They're
waiting. Wait, do you see what we do to Iran? Because we sort of had it. You know, we've had it.
But, you know, it doesn't matter. The big thing is they were not going to have a nuclear weapon,
and they won't. That's buried under thousands of tons of rock. But we're respected again.
applauding about wait till you see we're going to do to Iran
very well have been their age
Iranian people now about to be slaughtered
because of this crazy boasting, this illegal war
that has achieved none of its objectives.
It's sickening. It's as sickening as executing someone on national
television.
I don't understand this administration
other than the grifting and money-made
and all that sort of thing.
We've seen that before, not to the proportions.
We're seeing it, of course, but and disregard for the Constitution,
indeed for law and general.
Seeing that before, but not in the intensity and the widespread nature
that this administration has brought it on us.
But this business of what he says, even though we know it's a total lie,
because there's no way he can do what he says.
And these people who are clapping and listening to him,
and I think it's less and less every day,
If you see the audience in the front, which he doesn't want you to see, you would see there are people out there.
First of all, there aren't a lot of people out there.
And second of all, there's some hecklers almost every time now.
And he's just reaching into this bag trying to pull out something that will get him to November the 3rd and beyond with some positive results.
And I see nothing positive.
And I see him trying to get rid of Hegseth now and saying even he's going to get rid of Hegseth.
And the reason he's going to get rid of him is he doesn't want Tom Massey to have a target of opportunity when he comes, when the Congress comes back, which Massey will do, and we'll probably succeed in ridding us of that foul person who calls himself the Secretary of War.
Trump has got nothing but problems.
What is your take on Trump's boast before another crowd that applauded about, oh, the Iranians can take out Los Angeles?
Let them take out San Diego.
Colonel Wilkerson, what kind of a message does that send coming from the mouth of the
President of the United States?
A horrible message, a message that the world is listening to more and more.
You know, this morning, Larry Johnson told me, you may have told you too,
but Larry told me he was up at the UN in this secondary thing that the Russians often use
where you meet with the Security Council layer beneath the actual Security Council,
the permanent members.
and you discuss issues. And it's designed in order to discuss issues that are just too contentious
to get up into the actual Security Council. The Russians call these sorts of things pretty frequently.
I've been up there for one of myself. And Larry was there for this when he said it was stunning
how different the U.S. rep was in this discussion. It was almost as if the world had turned over
overnight, talking about Ukraine, talking about the insane Europeans and the now sane Americans.
I said, well, Larry, you know all those people go up there to do nothing but carry out the will
of whoever sent them, in this case, Rubio, Or Trump, or one of their lackeys.
So I have no respect for our UN people. I really don't.
I saw how they could lie, cheat, and steal as long as they conform to their directions.
It's October, which means it's cybersecurity awareness month, and cybersecurity isn't just for big tech companies, with over three and a half billion laws to scams in the U.S. last year, protecting yourself matters too.
As someone with an active online presence, my privacy is really important to me.
That's why our sponsor, Delete Me, is celebrating this month by giving you a few quick tips to help you up your security game.
Tip number one, when you get an unexpected email that looks legitimate, check the sender's domain before clicking links or opening attachments.
Scammers will often use fake domains that trick you into clicking a malicious link.
Tip number two, getting lots of spam calls, don't answer them.
Answering can provide a signal that your number is active, which then gets your number on even more lists, making the problem worse.
Tip number three, search the internet regularly to see what personal information is publicly available.

Larry was up here and he'll be on with us tomorrow along with Joe Kent and Scott Ritter
and our Intelligence Community Roundtable to discuss that.
Recently British Prime Minister Burnham and the head of MI5 announced that the six
men arrested outside the Royal Air Force Base from which American jets were flown elsewhere,
were tools of Iran and were there to engage in terrorism. They presented no evidence to substantiate
that. We know that because all six are out on bail and none of them has been charged with a crime.
And Tony Blair said in London, loud and clear, in 2003, when he was really antsy about the vote in his parliament, where he had an unprecedented historical majority, he was very concerned.
Tony Blair said, loud and clear, Sodom Hussein could hit London in 45 minutes with a ballistic missile.
He must have gotten that from BB Netanyahu.
Mm-hmm.
Or out of his own, out of his own.
own staff. I mean, that was some of the most lickspiddle people I ever met in my life around
Tony Blair. How damaged is the government, the regime of Muhammad bin Salman in Saudi Arabia
as a consequence of the attacks, the defenses from what the Saudis did and are trying to do
in Yemen, by Ansarullah. I think the regime's
finished. I think MBS is finished and I think the regime is finished because I don't think
the royals will be able to put it back together. I'm watching real closely to see what the Wahhabis
do. You know, this deal with the devil, this pact with the devil, and it's two devils that
the Wahhabis and the Royals in Saudi Arabia made. In order to coexist, the Wahabists able to do
whatever they wanted to do with their draconian religion and the royals able to do whatever they
wanted to do with the billions of dollars they made from that black gold on the ground,
That deal is really fraying right now.
I think Saudi Arabia is finished.
Well, Colonel, as we speak, Prime Minister Netanyahu is eight percentage points behind his leading rival.
And two of the parties in his coalition have announced that if they're elected, they won't join Lakoud.
I mean, stated differently, things do not look good for Netanyahu for October 24.
27, the Israeli election.
It doesn't look like whoever would replace him would change policy,
but this would have a profound effect on Netanyahu himself
because it goes back to being a criminal defendant.
Is he dangerous?
What might he do in the next two weeks to reverse his electoral trend?
A quick and sharp and accurate answer is anything.
He could postpone the election,
and say the situation national security wise was so chronic that he had to, or he could actually
make that situation that way, which would be a lot more convincing probably the people around
him immediately at least and caused something to happen that would be every bit indicative of that.
Like, for example, a major push in Lebanon to which has Bala and Iran react with massive strikes
on Israel, or he could start something that the Iranians now have, I think, have really,
have really good human intelligence on Israel that looked to Runnings like he was going to
watch something, say, you know, a few nuclear weapons.
And they would react to that with a preemption too.
So he has a lot of, not a lot, but he has several tools at his hand and Beck and Call.
And he's, don't ever count him out.
He is a smart man.
He's an insidious evil man.
But he's a smart man.
And he does not want to go to jail.
And he does not want to surrender power.
So he will do anything to stop that.
Can he use, I don't mean legally, I mean politically,
nuclear weapons in Iran without a sign-off by the President of the United States?
Bibi Netanyahu? Of course.
I mean, he does not have sort of a political need to get Trump's okay on that.
Well, under normal circumstances, I would say, yeah,
that would probably be something he would,
a wicket he would want to cross and take care of.
And he would believe he could take care of it too in a positive way, but not in this
circumstance.
And more and more, what I'm hearing, and I think it's sincere, it's honest, it's a sign
of the times, if you will, is that Israel's giving up on us.
You know, at a time when they're getting this really incredible maybe, there are two
holds on it in the Senate, as I understand it right now.
I know holes don't necessarily mean much if someone wills overcome them.
If soon wants overcome them, of course he can.
We're talking about two holes in the Senate.
There's a hole.
There are two holes on this action in the Senate that would put Jonathan Parton's treason into law.
Been passed in the House under that feckless, monster Armageddon seeking Johnson Speaker.
But it hasn't been passed in the Senate yet.
So they haven't glued that one down yet.
But even if they do, a subsequent Congress can reverse it and probably will, especially if it's a Democrat majority in either house, they'll probably reverse it.
I can't guarantee that because they love Israel too in some respects, but I think it will be reversed because they understand how serious this is and how dangerous it is.
But that's the only positive they got going for them right now.
And they are looking for, Judge, this, I think, is absolutely accurate.
They being the security apparatus in Israel are looking for a new sugar daddy.
They want to shift their flag.
Wow.
Why was it that Kimberly Guilfoyle was fired?
Because prior to being ambassador, she asked some business associates surreptitiously to pay a $100,000 American Express bill.
But Mike Huckabee, who regularly signs reports to the State Department that have been doctored.
by his aide, David Milstein, to hide the slaughter and murder and theft going on in the West Bank
because they know Trump doesn't want to hear it, is not fired.
Because Gilfowls in Athens and Hucklebee's and, you know, Jerusalem.
Easy answer there, Judge.
Well, I guess nothing will come of this David Milstein scandal over which people
have died. The last time I checked,
a gilborel may be a goofball,
but she didn't kill anybody.
Yeah. Yeah.
And Rubio's speech
in Athens was, I just read it.
Oh, man. I mean,
Rubio, you've got to be kidding me.
This is like,
okay, wait a minute.
Didn't Athens go to Syracusa?
Didn't Athens self-destruct?
Didn't Athens
cause the Melian dialogue?
created. Didn't Athens prompt Thucydides to write these things?
Yeah. The Hageography, the, the panegyric that Rubio gave to Athens when they're sold out
right now, chapter and verse to Bibi Netanyahu in Israel, you can't have a more tone-deaf
ear to the realities of the world than Marco Rubio demonstrated in Athens, Greece.
Wow. Wow.
I'm going to play a cut and ask you what you think of it.
Now, caution.
It's John Bolton.
Oh, God.
But even a stop clock.
Judge, I just read the email that Colin Powell sent me.
I'm going through him.
I was working for him in a private capacity.
And he told me all about what he would have to do in order to fend off Bolton.
And it confirmed everything I knew.
The only way he could get.
What he wanted as Secretary of State in one particular way was if he took Cheney's order and accepted John Bolton.
And he thought he had stuck him in a position where he wouldn't bother him.
You should read this email.
Oh, God.
All right.
I'd love to read it.
After we watch this, we'll talk about it.
Sorry to do this to you.
Chris, cut number three.
He thinks Vladimir Putin is his friend.
Trump sees international relations through the prism of personal relations.
So if he and Vlad are friends, as is just demonstrated by this wonderful diesel deal,
then U.S. Russian relations are good.
He obviously doesn't see Zelensky as a friend and treats him that way.
I think the whole episode, apart from being strategically disastrous,
is just an embarrassment to the United States.
Trump simple-minded enough to think that when Vladimir Putin smiles at him, he's his friend,
and therefore he can negotiate anything he wants.
I don't want to answer that, Judge.
I might disappoint you.
I think Bolton, you know, he's on the same sheet of music that Rubio is on in terms of Ukraine,
Rubio in terms of Greece.
But John's standing up there.
as if the Russians are guilty and the Ukrainians are sanctified, Joan Lavalry, whatever.
Right.
No, but I'm talking about Trump's simple-mindedness, saying, Putin's my friend, he's been a friend of mine for many years.
Look at the deal I just cut with diesel.
Look at the deal you just cut with diesel.
Vladimir is laughing all the way to the back.
And Judge, it's not enough diesel to last for a nanosecond hard.
Correct.
It's about nine days worth.
Yeah, what the heck are we, but I don't take that cavalier an attitude to it, though, because I think Trump and Putin have been working pretty much together all along, and Putin has been stiffed a number of times, and the fact that he comes fairly significantly, and the fact that he comes back tells me what I've always thought about him from the very moment he crept into power.
And that is that he wants a good relationship with Washington and will do almost anything to get it outside of surrendering Russia.
And so he's using Trump, as much as he possibly can.
He's using Trump.
And I'm sure Trump thinks he's using him.
Right.
Well, we know that Putin and Foreign Minister Lev Roth were deeply disappointed in President Trump after Anchorage.
They thought they had a deal.
They had a handshake, which to them is the moral equivalent of a signature.
Of course, we also know that Trump will dishonor his own signature, as he did with the memorandum of understanding just two weeks after he signed it.
Yep.
I don't know how any world leader at all with a brain, and most of them do have a brain, can accept Trump's word on anything.
Right, right.
Does Trump have it out in Iran, Larry?
I think
coming home.
I think what I've heard
J.D. Vance advanced to him
in these terms, I'm told,
you need to find a way to get out
regardless and get out.
And I think there is a way
you revisit the MOU
in a significant sort of way.
And by that, I mean, you
acknowledge through whatever sources
you have remaining that the Iranians
might at least
listen to, that you're beaten and that you acknowledge that. And let's go back to roughly where
we were in the MOU and let's revisit significantly and straightforwardly those items that followed
the point where we diverged. I agree with that, but this is too little too late. The election is
in two weeks. He should have done this six months ago. I think you're right. I think you're right.
So like many wars in the past, there's no way out and you're going to lose.
And the more you stay in it, your catastrophe deepens.
Wow.
And in this case, Judge, sad to say, your global contribution to the depression that's coming
and the 8 to 13% interest rates on mortgages in this country and cost of living rises
that are going to cost the Republicans for 20 years at least,
they're going to deepen and become even more profound.
And you may lay the battleground for your own impeachment, for sure, post elections.
Colonel, I want you to listen to General Alexis Grinkiewicz.
Ooh, my Air Force boy in Europe.
Right.
He's the commander-in-chief of NATO, poking the Russian bear, number 17.
No one should mistake our defensive nature.
for weakness or lack of resolve.
Through our collective strength,
we aim to deter and keep the peace.
But if someone is foolish enough to attack us,
we will fight.
We will stop the attack
and deny them the ability
to achieve their objectives,
whatever those may be.
So it's important that allies continue to consult,
think about how we might respond
and make sure that we message clearly
and concisely to the Russians
where our red lines are.
Why does he do that?
I hope he doesn't have the capacity.
It says the correlation of forces right now, Judge, is worse than it was in the worst
day of Glockoff's mountain divisions and other things in the fold of gap.
The difference, though, the stark difference is how much Putin has put into this special
military operation.
And we get to the point that I'm so scared about it.
I mean scared.
We get to the point where both sides have so little capacity remaining
other than that maximum capacity that each of these sides has in their nuclear weapons.
And we're talking about 12, 13,000 warheads between the two
and the instruments to deliver them in all manner of ranges and payloads,
most deafening of which, most incredible of which are our strategic ballistic missile sub,
strategic ballistic missile submarines, SSBNs, when you get to that point,
and both sides are desperate enough to have to use that, and that blue suitor scares me
in that regard, he always says, all blue suitors scare me in that regard, then you're asking for
Armageddon, truly asking for Armageddon. That's not a point you want to get to.
Colonel, have you heard reports of Russian generals being arrested for corruption and a few for treason?
Not in the West, but Colonel McGregor has sources and his sources have persuaded him that these
reports are accurate. I've heard some turmoil in the military, but I hadn't heard.
that. That may well be true.
According to Colonel
McGregor, it goes all the way up to
defense minister
Shoygu. Now, this would be
catastrophic for President Putin. They have been
colleagues and friends for many years.
But that's
I don't want to say it's part and parcel
of the ballgame, but when you
run a government like Putin is
running it, the worst thing
that can happen to you often
does. And the worst thing is that
you're trusted oligarchs, trusted
friends directly beneath you, in this case, trusted friends waging a war that Putin has
admitted is existential for Russia, turn out to be not much better than traders. And that's
what happens when you are, you know, tight-fisted and you're a dictator. And that's really
what Putin is.
Back to Washington. Is Donald Trump inherently corrupt?
Unbelievably so. That was a rhetorical question, right, Judge?
more or less, just to go to you a little bit.
I mean, how does he make $2 billion while he's president of the United States?
What deals did he cut with foreign governments while he was over there at our expense on our dime giving a speech?
And it wasn't just him.
I mean, Whitkoff and Kushner and the whole gang.
I mean, look at what they've done to the supposed governance process in Gaza.
As far as I can see, they've ripped off everything they could possibly rip off,
and they're leaving the Palestinians to, you know,
pick up the scraps and there won't be much left.
And this Gaza humanitarian foundation or whatever it is,
it's got a wonderful leader in terms of Tony Blair,
because this is what he does for a living,
rip people off and then desert.
This whole thing is so disgusting.
And it's been a money project is what it's been.
The other things that they're doing,
as they move along in their diplomatic work,
to make sure that Kushner is, you know,
two billion here, three billion there. Whitkoff is a billion here, a billion there. And Trump,
of course, is getting kickback from all of this. Ultimately, he will get massive kickback, I'm sure,
because otherwise he wouldn't be letting him do it. This is the one element of his presidency and his
expertise that I think he excels in, stealing and stealing in a way that looks legal.
I guess he's going to pardon everyone before he leaves office and probably
try to pardon himself.
That would be my guess.
In perpetuity.
Let's just hope perpetuity
isn't too long.
I want Massey back. I want Massey back
demanding Pete Excess head on a platter.
Well, I think you're right.
Massey had the votes
and the only way
to defeat those votes was not to take them
by adjourning the Congress.
Right.
Which is what that
Christian nationalist, who is the Speaker of the House, did.
But he won't be able to do that when we get back.
And Massey will probably have a few more votes with him, like wounded Republicans
that will no longer be in the Congress in January because of Donald Trump.
If that happens, I might even go down there and sit in the gallery.
I'll join you.
Colonel Wilkerson, a pleasure, my dear friend.
Thank you so much.
a great weekend. We'll look forward to seeing you next week. You too. Thank you. And coming up,
we mentioned them a couple of times at 3 o'clock. If you're watching us live in 31 minutes,
the golden boy on all of this, including his inside analysis on the Israeli election. Does
it matter who wins? Max Blumenthal, Judge Napolitano for Judging Freedom.
