Thank you. Hi, everyone. Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom. Today is Tuesday, December 17th,
2024. Our dear friend, Colonel Karen Kwiatkowski joins us now. Colonel Karen, always a pleasure.
Thank you very much for joining us. I want to spend a little time exploring your thoughts on
the government lying. You had a great piece at Judge Knapp and elsewhere on that subject matter.
But before we go there to the breaking news in Syria and in Moscow, first to Moscow, where General Igor Kirillov has just been,
well, a few hours now, assassinated and Ukrainian intel has claimed credit for it. Is it odd
that Ukrainian intel would claim credit for it? And would Ukrainian intel have done this without the permission of their masters in the CIA?
Yeah, I think, I don't think it's odd given their behavior, which in the ending days of the Biden
administration, you know, they see the writing on the wall, they have for a long time with Trump. So
they've really been pushing to escalate or to cause escalation, to cause Putin to
overreact, which is something he hasn't done very, I don't think he's done it at all. And this is
definitely, it looks like, aimed at getting an overreaction of some type from Russia so he can
justify, so Zelensky can justify his demands of NATO and of the United States.
So taking credit, I think, you know, he's blatantly inviting a harsh response, which he is probably going to get this time, I think.
Does the CIA have an involvement there? We know that when they fly ATAKOMs and other missiles into Russian territory, they're being guided by American surveillance, American targeting.
You know, all this is part of what they do.
So, you know, we said, oh, we don't want them to do that.
But we did want them to do that.
And they did it.
And they did it with our help. So it's not unreasonable to expect,
and it's not unreasonable at all for the Russians to suspect that the CIA assisted with this. It
appeared to be pretty well-planned, professional, and of course filmed, and instantly the film was
shared, you know, everywhere. It has the smell of sophisticated intelligence assistance to the Ukrainians. I'm
not saying the Ukrainians can't murder because they can, and their intel has accomplished some
things by themselves. But yeah, this one, I would not be surprised if this is what it turns out to
be. Not very smart on our part. Could you imagine how we would react if the chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff or one of those senior four stars was blown away by an e-bike as he stepped out of his home on his way to work along with an aide on a Tuesday morning?
Yeah.
Well, the American reaction, if you can judge from the past,
we would blow up a whole city. We would attack the government buildings. This would be
two or three Moabs in all their major cities, something like that. I mean,
the American response, the American government tradition is not one of restraint when we are attacked.
You know, we don't restrain ourselves very well at all, but we are rarely, we are rarely,
rarely have events like that on our own territory that is conducted by a foreign government.
We imagine that it's going to happen, but it doesn't happen.
When we get something like a 9-11, where they can clearly point a finger at some enemy, the American rage and the political opportunism in Washington is unrestrained. It's not very wise.
It's violent. You know, this is how we would react. And in fact, we don't give, well, we don't
understand Russia. And that's pretty clear. But we also don't give, we do understand human nature.
And Putin has been restrained.
He's been patient.
He has continued to knock on the door and communicate, even when the door is slammed in his face.
Even when we have our fingers in our ears, he continues to try.
So maybe we'll learn something from that.
But it is not the American way.
No.
You mentioned his restraint.
Here's a very interesting clip from him.
This is yesterday, December 16.
He was speaking to his senior defense establishment, although there were some young people in the audience, analyzing American efforts at global dominance. I'd be interested in hearing your thoughts on
this, Karen. Chris, cut number 12. Today, the military and political
situation in the world remains difficult and unstable.
Bloodshed in the Middle East and high conflict potential remains in a number of other regions of the world. We see that the current U.S. administration, almost the entire
collective West, does not give up trying to maintain its global dominance, and continues to impose its so-called rules on the world community,
which at the same time changes over and over again, distorts facts because it is convenient for them.
But in fact there is only one stable rule, no rules for those who do this, for those who consider themselves at the head of the whole world, those who are representatives of the Lord on Earth, although they themselves
do not believe in the Lord and wage hybrid wars against undesirable states and implement
a policy of containment, including in relation to Russia the desire to weaken our country
to cause a defeat for us, the United States is send advisors and thereby signaling a future-ther escalation of the conflict.
Who think they represent the Lord on Earth, only they don't even believe in the Lord.
Well, you know, it's a fair assessment.
We don't see ourselves like that.
I think maybe some of us, some critics of American foreign policy, you know, would agree with that. But the average American, he's not happy with this American foreign policy, but he doesn't necessarily see us as not having rules and not applying those rules to our own actions.
And I think Americans really don't think of our government as godless.
There is still very much a sense that America stands for something good.
This is a, we've been indoctrinated in this for decades and decades. So yeah, we can learn
something from listening to him. He's again, remarkably restrained. And in that restraint,
he is very careful. He tries to say what is true and what is provable.
He doesn't very different than some of our politicians, including including Trump.
You know, he Trump will wax eloquent and go way off on the deep end and say things that are totally not verifiable.
I've never seen Putin do that. He very much is conscious of trying to communicate honestly. Now, you know, people say,
oh, he's an old KGB agent. Why would he do that? Well, I don't know why he would do that. I'm
telling you, he speaks the truth. Chris, can you put up the full screen
about the general's assassination? So this is from the Standard, which is a British publication.
Russia vows revenge on Ukraine after general assassinated in Moscow with E-scooter bomb.
Ukrainian prosecutors had charged General Igor Kirillov in absentia over the alleged use of
banned chemical weapons in Ukraine. Now, Karen, according to Ritter,
there's no evidence of the use of chemical weapons
and the Russians follow the treaty banning them.
This is one of Zelensky's stunts.
Also, according to Scott Ritter,
the person in charge of seeking their revenge is Dmitry Medvedev, who's the former prime minister and former president of Russia, now the deputy whatever in charge of national security, but far more aggressive than President Putin.
Whoa to these people if they catch them.
Big shout out to you for making it through the hectic holiday season.

not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended
to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. For sure. Well, it is true. What Ritter's saying
is true. And the chemical, if you want to say there's some been chemical weapons used by Russia,
tear gas, for sure. And another crowd control type of gas, which is not, it's not really considered
chemical weapons under that aspect. You know, I mean, every European city uses that against their
protesters. So yeah, there's been no chemical weapon use that anyone has verified, except
that Ukrainians are claiming this, of course, but there's not that.
But the other thing about this general that they got, that they assassinated, he was also very familiar with, I forget the name of the company, the one that we don't talk about very much, that Hunter was invested in.
And also some of the activity of the other Ukrainians.
Burisma? Hunter was invested in and also some of the activity of the other. Well, it was Brisma also, but there's a bio there was a biological company.
And I wish I should have written down the name.
Hunter was invested in it and it was actually doing some American contracts relating to these biological research stations that are scattered throughout Ukraine and that,
you know, our favorite neocon in the State Department, Newland, you know, explained to
Congress, yes, we have those and we don't want them to fall in the hands of the Russians.
So we definitely have them. We've definitely admitted that we have them. And there were
contractors that worked in some of these. And one of these contractors was invested in, that Hunter invested in this.
And so there's a Biden connection here.
A very embarrassing one, which is probably why Biden pardoned his son very broadly for crimes not named, because there are some crimes that are going to be embarrassing.
This guy was on top of this.
This general was definitely aware of it. And I think this has the stench of an American silencing operation, which, of course, the why I think this CIA connection here is going to come up and be rumored until it is substantiated.
And it could well be at some point.
Chris just found this in the Washington Post.
So I'll read it literally.
Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca Investment Fund financed the Pentagon's military biological program in Ukraine, said Igor Karalov. That's the
general that was assassinated, head of the Radiation, Chemical, and Biological Defense
Forces of the Russian Armed Forces. This is from today's Washington Post commenting on the general's murder. So you are, as usual, Colonel Kwiatkowski onto something.
Well, I mean, it's sad, but these kinds of things are kind of predictable. If you are looking at
these things, you always have to ask those questions because we've seen it in the past
so many times. It's kind of a joke about Hillary Clinton and her enemies.
That's humorous.
I don't have evidence against Clinton killing off all her enemies
or having them done away with.
But we think in these terms, and we do see it happen frequently.
Whistleblowers are disappeared.
People will fire several shots, and it'll be a suicide.
So, yeah, we have these things. And the whole world sees this. It's not secret. And this is
a concern. Yeah, it's a concern. I don't know. I definitely do believe, I know that the Russians
will retaliate. How they will, I don't know. Medvedev, you mentioned him. He's not like Putin. He's actually
like, it's the opposite of Putin in many ways. And he is a, he's a straight shooter, but he writes
and speaks in a way that's kind of humorous. And I think that hides, he's a tough guy. So yeah,
not good. In a recent column that you wrote at Judge Knapp and elsewhere, I think you were channeling Frederick Nietzsche.
Basically, you and I agree with that a lot.
But on this, we do.
Everything the government has, it has stolen.
Everything the government says is a lie.
Yeah.
I mean, you really did quite a job on the Biden administration and on others for their infidelity to the truth.
Why does the American government accept these lies?
You know, my column this week, I just finished it and got it back from my editor, is about the drones over New Jersey.
I saw this drone.
There was one right over my farm.
I don't want to sound paranoid that they were looking at me, but I looked at it.
It looked at me, and then all of a sudden it took off anyway.
Oh, my goodness.
The government is insisting, don't worry.
It's nothing.
P.S., we don't know about it.
Nobody believes that the government doesn't know about it.
No, no, we really we were really I mean, this where we are in this country as Americans, and I don't care what Democrat, liberal, whatever you want to be.
No one really believes the government. Occasionally, we might believe our favorite politician, but
nobody believes what the government says anymore. And when both opposing parties both don't agree,
this is a majority rejection of the credibility of our government. And it also means that when
the government tries something to enforce its will, to cope with a major national concern, whether it's going bankrupt,
World War, martial law, whatever it is they have to do and they have to, the people are not going
to be as cooperative and as submissive. You know, it's very clear that they have, that the government
knows from COVID experience days, from their experience with this masking and this mandates
and the destruction of the economy and limitation of our freedoms.
It's very clear they're not doing that again for the next one.
They overstepped.
Too many people have learned to have contempt for government rules of law.
And, you know, back to what Putin said about rule of law.
Putin's talking about international rules, the rules-based order,
whatever that is.
And he points out that we don't care about that.
If it's our friends doing it.
I mean, you can't, you know, forcibly relocate people,
kill men, women, and children who are unarmed because you want their land.
That's called, you know, it's called a genocide.
It's called a clearing out of population.
Anyway, there's lots of rules against that.
And when Ukraine did that in the Donbass, we were for it.
And when Israel does it on a day-to-day basis, we are not only for it, we make excuses,
and we fund it, and we help arm them
and replenish their stores as they murder these people.
So there's an example of a rule that is not followed
when it's in Washington DC's interest.
But when someone else does it or anyone else does it,
or if it happens elsewhere and we think we'll get points,
we say, oh no, that's really awful.
We can't have that, that's terrible.
So guess what?
The whole world sees us as liars, but the problem is, and America doesn't pay, Americans don't pay attention to foreign policy so much. They don't see the hypocrisy as much. But when we start seeing that hypocrisy at home, which we are frequently with so many things, and this drone, this drone, whatever it is, you know, is a prime example, then we don't believe our
government. When we don't believe our government, it doesn't matter who you vote for. It doesn't
matter, oh, I believe in the Constitution. I'm a good American. I'm afraid of cops. No, you're not
afraid of cops anymore when you don't believe in it. And we will become a country that is collapsing.
We already have a lot of signs of some interior collapse
of our society, some spinning apart. But that will get a lot worse. Because a country is nothing
more than people who believe the same thing about themselves. And we don't. And we don't trust the
government that tells us. The government narrative is a joke. I mean, there's literally, if someone says government narrative,
there's a punchline to follow.
We know this.
And it's not just people who spend their time criticizing the government.
It's really just about everybody.
And you can go on TikTok and you can go on Facebook Reels
and see what people are producing.
And there's a contempt for their government. And I would honestly, I would love to see a draft just for
one day so they could see how many of us are not going to participate in that. It's simply
not going to participate because we don't take the government seriously. Here's a clip that will raise your blood pressure from December 1913,
excuse me, December 2013, by a person no longer living, who might very well have been the anti-Putin.
I won't even tell you who it is, but you'll know in a heartbeat. Cut number 14.
People of Ukraine, this is your moment.
This is about you, no one else.
This is about the future you want for your country. This is about the future you deserve.
A future in Europe.
A future of peace.
In good relations with all of your neighbors. The free world is with you. America is with you. Майбутнє всіх ваших сусідів.
Ви маєте віру.
Америка є з вами.
Я є з вами.
І ваше доля, як ми вважаємо, знаходиться в об'єднаній Європі. Ukraine will make Europe better, and Europe will make Ukraine better.
Thank you! Thank you!
Thank you! Thank you! the lighting is not as good but it is clearly senator mccain filming one of the demonstrations
there might be a million people there it's hard to tell but you'll see a mass of humanity
in maidan square two months later in february of 2014 cut number 15. Have you seen an American flag down there anywhere? There'll be one somewhere.
Yeah.
Now we used AI to lighten up the face.
You can see it's John McCain,
and we used AI to enhance the up the face. You could see it's John McCain. And we used AI to enhance the
female voice in the background that says, do you see an American flag? And
Senator McCain says, you'll see one. Oh, my goodness. Yeah. You know,
McCain, I mean, what a what a icon of American foreign policy for for really 30 or 40 years.
And it's, you know, when Putin talks about containment and about, you know, not just Western domination, but the American pursuit of global domination.
Everything McCain said to that crowd, every single phrase, the opposite was true.
Ukraine will be better. Ukraine will have peace with its friends. Ukraine has a future in Europe. None of this, every bit of it is a lie, and it's
a lie that the American government, partly because of McCain and partly because McCain was channeling the rest of the DC neocons
in this. This was their plan. You know, I am all about change. And if you have to fight for change,
that's all good. But if you wear a suit and you're going to tell other people to die, you better be
in front of that line. And, you know, McCain never did that. He gets credit for, I don't know,
how many airplanes did he crash before they
finally made him stop flying in the Navy? I think it was three. He has the soldier cred, I guess you
could say, but none of these guys are willing to personally sacrifice. They're playing a game with
other people's lives. And the Ukrainians today,
maybe a year ago, maybe two years ago, the Ukrainians knew they understood exactly what
was happening. And they're getting, I mean, they're getting not just raped, but they're
getting trampled, abused and destroyed. Their property, what's left of western Ukraine will not be owned by Ukrainians it already is
most of it is not owned by Ukrainians it's owned by the same people that own you know half the
houses in this country you know Americans are not so happy about that you know oh we have this
you know grand corporate purchasing of all the homes and you can't afford them because BlackRock buys them or
whatever. That may or may not be true. But in Ukraine, it is the life that they have now.
And when peace comes, they will be desperately impoverished. They will not be empowered.
They're going to be and they're not going to be welcomed into Europe. I mean, Europe has a hard enough time with small economies like Greece and others, you know,
and Germany can't, Germany is collapsing. They can't carry everybody. This is, this is nuts.
And anyway, I hope more people will recognize this.
Thank you very much for your comments, Colonel Kwiatkowski. Karen, always a pleasure.
We will probably see each other next in the new year.
A Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and your family.
