Undeclared wars are commonplace. Pragically, our government engages in preemptive war, otherwise known as aggression, with no complaints from the American people. Sadly, we have become accustomed to living with the illegitimate use of force by government. To develop a truly free society, the issue of initiating force must be understood and rejected. What if sometimes to love your country you had to alter or abolish the government? the government what if Jefferson was right what if that government is best which governs least what if it is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong what if it is better to perish fighting for freedom than to live as a slave

what if freedom's greatest hour of danger is now hi everyone judge Andrew Napolitano here for a judging freedom today is Thursday October 8th 2006, Max Blumenthal joined us now. Max, always a pleasure. My dear friend, we have a lot to talk about, particularly this character, David Milstein. But before we get to that, I'm sure that when Israelis and Israel and their colleagues in New York commemorated October 7th, it was not as a breakout from a concentration camp. It was not as an attack in which the IDF slaughtered hundreds of Israelis. It was not mentioning that Benjamin Netanyahu more likely than not knew about this 10 days before it happened. Well, it was an occasion for New York State and Texas, among other

states, to lower the U.S. flag to half-mast at the state capital in Albany and the state capital down in the heart of Texas. I think there are many other states that participated in this very strange ritual for an attack that happened in another country in which foreigners were, mainly members of a foreign army, were killed.

There will be no flag lowering for the victims of the Gaza genocide, which ensued, including 21,000 child victims. And every politician in both parties had to issue statements pouring out tears for the victims of October 7th. It's become a ritual that is more observed in more sacred and passionate fashion than 9-11 has been in my lifetime. And it is also now an effort to paper over.

the reality of why October 7th happened, which was a siege that had been taking place since 2005, in which one of the architects of that siege, an Israeli academic named Arnon Sofer, who consulted for various governments, said we have to kill and kill and kill all day, every day, in order to maintain control of Gaza. And that's what Israel did. It was an occupation of the West Bank and 300,000 Palestinians in East Jerusalem. It was constant incursions into the third holiest site in Islam at the Alaksa Mosque in violation of longstanding rules. There were so many factors.

It was the attempt to force a normalization between Saudi Arabia and Israel and various other Arab states in order to bury the Palestinian struggle and the Palestinian struggle. Indian issue so that they would never achieve any form of autonomy and would languish in under occupation or as refugees for eternity. All these factors fed into October 7th. And so the way that October 7th is being observed in the United States as though it's some sort of second Holocaust, as though Israelis were innocent victims, is designed to reorient history, actually to obliterate the real history of October 7th.

And just one other quick point I would make is yesterday I screened a documentary I made with Ahmed Hussam at Prop & Co. and the filmmaker and academic Soot Jali called Atrocity Incorporated. And it was released on the first anniversary of October 7th, October 7th, 2024. And it's basically me narrating for 45 minutes all of the lies and deception that, and the and deceptions that Israel spun out through U.S. corporate media to manufacture consent for genocide. All the deceptions about October 7th, you know, the 40 beheaded babies, systematic Hamas, mass sexual assault, and so forth. And there's a section about the Hannibal Directive,

this once secret Israeli doctrine, which it allows and encourages the Israeli military to actually kill Israeli citizens if they feel that they're falling into enemy hands and can become political collateral. We now know for a fact that the Hannibal Directive was enacted on a mass scale on October 7th and that every vehicle that was going from the Gaza envelope in Israel into Gaza was targeted by Israeli helicopters and drones and artillery was blanketing the border between Gaza and Israel. It's very likely that hundreds of Israeli citizens were killed under the Hannibal directive, which could potentially mean a majority of the civilians who were killed on October 7th may have were killed by the Israeli military.

We know the Hannibal Directive was enacted on a mass scale. Everyone from the Israeli Defense Minister to various Israeli officials and Israeli media have admitted it. But U.S. media, three years on after October 7th, has made no effort to investigate the Hannibal Directive, no effort whatsoever, no discussion of it in U.S. media. And so that to me was another thing. failure to observe the real history of this day, and the failure is deliberate. Well, moving on, but staying with Israel, who is David Milstein, some senior aide to U.S.

Ambassador Mike Huckabee and the Israeli embassy? And what has it been exposed he's been doing? Well, David Milstein leads to... I think a much deeper trail of espionage red flags. He is one of many moles for Israel that are deeply embedded in the U.S. diplomatic corps, in the U.S. intelligence, in the U.S. military. And so this is just the tip of the iceberg. But the New York Times has a long, extensive profile on David Milstein.

in today's edition. And it builds on a piece by Politico, which appeared last week, quoting a member of the intelligence community, someone in the CIA, referring to David Milstein as a giant walking counterintelligence red flag. So who is David Milstein?

How is he able to get away with this? He is the adopted son I believe of Mark stepson of Mark Levin Mark Levin is someone who has really no grassroots audience

but has been very influential with Trump and Trump counts on him to defend his agenda at Fox News and he's an Israel fester David Milstein started his career in the office of Ted Cruz

Tel Aviv Ted Cruz his office is basically run by Israel whose podcast is taking ads from the Israeli government right now, which are channeled into a Ted Cruz pro-Ted-Cruz super PAC. David Milstein then in 2017 went to study at a yeshiva in Jerusalem. He went to Israel, the country where his heart is. And from there, he went to work in the U.S. Embassy under David Friedman, who was Trump's

first ambassador to Israel, who is himself, not like an Israel first or an Israel-onlyer, who is on the board of an illegal settlements foundation. David Milstein comes back in an even more powerful role as chief of staff to the Christian Zionist Israel first fanatic Mike Huckabee. And he now has the power to, he has sensitive U.S. intelligence on the entire region at his fingertips, someone who's deeply dedicated to Israel. We have since learned that after Mike Huckabee was exposed for meeting with Jonathan Pollard, the Israelis, Israeli spy who penetrated U.S. naval intelligence in one of the worst blows to U.S. classified intelligence in history and then, you know, was sent back to Israel after serving

a long prison term. Mike Huckabee not only met with him, David Milstein met with Jonathan Pollard. So these two are essentially Pollardites running the U.S. embassy. And what the New York Times has exposed, after Politico exposed, David Milstein for soliciting donations, including in Shekels, by handing out QR codes at Israeli weddings, is that David Milstein has been rewriting reports from career diplomats and intelligence officials about what is taking place in Israel, Palestine, under occupation in order to polish the image of the Netanyahu government, which he apparently truly serves. He is even rewritten

or suppressed reports about Israeli settlers brutalizing American citizens in the West Bank, American citizens who may also be Palestinian. He rewrites entire reports on the situation in the West Bank, on Gaza, for example, the massacres at the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation hubs that were set up by Israel and the Trump administration to replace UNRWA. and preside over basically a famine where a thousand aid seekers were massacred. David Milstein rewrote that entire report on the massacres

to demonstrate that GHF aid hubs were very successful. And so what you have is an Israeli mole who is reversing the work of everyone else working in the diplomatic corps to advance intelligence on behalf of the Israeli government and specifically Benjamin Netanyahu. And to have it exposed like this is unprecedented. Does Mike Huckabee, who's more the Israeli ambassador to the U.S.,

but is legally the U.S. ambassador to Israel, does he sign off on these doctored reports? In other words, does he know that material misrepresentations and omissions are making their way to the White House? Yeah, I'm sure he does. I mean, he's so ideologically invested religiously, according to the eschatology that he believes in as a Christian Zionist, that it's almost as though he doesn't care or understand protocol.

He's someone who said Palestine does not exist, that the West Bank is actually Judea and Samaria from the Bible. And if you watch his interview with Tucker Carlson, he appears completely checked out, reminding me kind of of Robert Mueller. We were told Robert Mueller is going to take him. testify and deliver this devastating testimony about Trump being linked to Russia. And it turned out that he was on his last legs, had been afflicted with dementia, and that all of these other

very partisan lawyers were doing all the work for him. David Milstein is that guy who's basically running the embassy. Mike Huckabee's the front man. Mike Huckabee's comments about this New York Times article and his quote to the New York Times were just kind of a generalized denunciation. of the New York Times without denying any specific allegations. So under normal circumstances, how could you possibly maintain personnel that are working on behalf of a foreign state at your embassy? It would make no sense.

But then again, how can you be running negotiations across the entire region through your service? son-in-law who has no official position in government, I'm talking about Jared Kushner, while Jared Kushner's affinity partners has like 8% stake of over $1 billion in an Israeli insurance company and shareholder called Phoenix Financial or Phoenix Holdings, which is itself invested in more than $450 million in Israeli military assets, including 265. million dollars in Elbit systems, the Israeli state-owned arms company. This is your negotiator, and he's profiting from the Israeli military. And look at Jared Kushner's pathetic denials,

which he's making on Twitter X where he says he's not involved in the day-to-day affairs of Phoenix Holdings, but in fact he's meeting with their board members all the time. So the corruption and the level of Israeli penetration in the Trump administration could, it's so extensive that we just don't have enough time to even discuss it. I mean, today, Donald Trump's Department of Justice under Todd Blanche just rolled out a new initiative against anti-Semitism, which they're launching in Michigan at the local chapter of the Zionist Organization of America, which is funded entirely by one Israeli warlord named Miriam Adams. It goes on and on and on. And we're not the only country, by the way, that has been penetrated at the highest levels

by Israeli intelligence and Israeli moles. Germany is now experiencing its greatest espionage scandal in years. The former chief of the German BND, its intelligence service, is facing trial for treason for being beholden to and passing on extensive amounts of classified information, including about the Iranian nuclear file, to an unnamed foreign country. Well, the country is unnamed because it appears to be Israel, and I can talk about his own ties to Israel.

But, I mean, you're looking at a transatlantic series of scandals in which one country after another has had its diplomatic corps and its intelligence services overtaken by Israel. When this comes out like it has, and if anybody hasn't seen the New York Times piece, it was published digitally today, it'll probably be in the hard copy tomorrow, but it's very long and very extensive and it quotes disenchanted American intelligence agents. This is a very well-documented article.

Does this help or hurt Netanyahu in his campaign? It definitely harms Netanyahu because it demonstrates what a subversive character he is and a malign figure and how he actually views the United States as an enemy. I've talked about this many times or as a frenemy. Basically as an enemy he can manipulate more easily than any other country. Boris Johnson, the former British Prime Minister, wrote in his own memoir about how Netanyahu personally placed spying devices in his bathroom at his residence. In Johnson's bathroom. Yeah.

The Israelis have done this at the Trump White House too, where they've placed phone tracking devices in and around the White House. How did you get into the White House? Any Israeli can't just get into the White House. They had to have had access. So likely they came in. with Netanyahu. During one of Netanyahu's visits to Washington in, I believe, 2020, early 2025, late 2024, I've lost track of how, because there's so many visits, shin bet agents placed tracking devices on the emergency response vehicle of the Secret Service,

which responds to an incident involving the president. That's been confirmed. I was one of the first to report that, but that's since been confirmed by the New York Times. How does this keep happening? How is this our ally? And as I mentioned, Germany is facing a massive espionage scandal involving its former BND chief, August Hanning. And the media won't name the foreign country, but they say it's not Russia, which is another indication it's Israel. But here's another, here's why I think it's Israel. There's a famous German heiress named Christina Block. who is very wealthy. She owns the Block

steakhouses that are all over Germany. And she was going through this massive custody dispute over her children with her ex-husband. She was married to this famous German football presenter. And they wanted to essentially kidnap the children and frame her ex-husband. So Christina Block turns to her friend Hanning, who goes to his friend, Yaakov Perry, the former director of the Israeli Shinbet,

and hires a private spying firm run by former Israeli Mossad professionals. They kidnap the children. I mean, this is sick. Hide them in a barn. Christina Block comes and fake rescues them. And this private spying firm also fabricates child sexual abuse material and tries to plant it on her ex's phone. She gets caught.

Hanning is named in the trial, and she goes to trial. She's facing 10 years in prison for endangering her children and all of this scheming. But Hanning is wrapped up in this, and at the same time, he was on the board of another Israeli cyber spying firm. And it's Germany, a country that licks the boots of Israel, the bloodstained boots of Israel, as official policy. So I don't know why this isn't a front page scandal. The Milstein penetration on behalf of Netanyahu infiltration should be much bigger than Trump Russia. And I was saying from the beginning during Russia Gate that Russia Gate in so many ways was actually Israel Gate. I mean, remember the phone call between Sergei Kisliak, the then Russian ambassador and Michael Flynn, who was coming in.

is the NSC director, and this was said to be this giant scandal where Flynn was conspiring with Kislyak on behalf of Russia against the United States. What was actually happening was Jared Kushner had been told by Netanyahu to get Russia to vote against a resolution at the Security Council to stop an Obama administration resolution condemning Israel for illegal settlement activity from passing. So Flynn was lobbying Kisliak on behalf of Jared Kushner, who was operating on behalf of Israel. And this was the first big Trump-Russia-Russia-Gate scandal, but it was actually Israel-Gate. Wow. One or two other things I want to ask you about. Bolsonaro, what do you think is going to happen in Brazil? Pepe Escobar claims that the polls are now showing Lula ahead.

I'm not seeing that. I'd be shocked. I'd be, you know, delighted to see the Don Roe doctrine or what Pete Hankseth calls the Greater America project be rolled back or fail to achieve the feather in Donald Trump's cap, which is Brazil. But I don't think that's going to happen. It looks like Flavio Bolsonaro will sail to victory. This is Jaya Bolsonaro's son. The reason I think that is he was two points ahead in the first round, and there were three right of center or right-wing parties, smaller right-wing parties that were also participating,

and they got about 9% of the vote. So the voters to those right-wing parties will likely go to Jaira Bolsonaro. And if you look at the Brazilian media, they're all but calling it for Bolsonaro. There's been enormous U.S. interference, Trump threatening 20s. 25% tariffs or placing 25% tariffs on Brazilian exports to weaken Lula, naming two fairly small-scale Brazilian narco gangs as narco-terrorists in order to strengthen Bolsonaro's case that he's going to be operating with a heavy hand and to increase U.S. interference. And then you have the evangelical Neo-Pentecostal factor, 30% of the Brazilian population

are Neo-Pentecostal or evangelical Christians. They are being told explicitly by their pastors to vote for Bolsonaro, whose father was baptized in 2016 and who makes explicit appeals to them. They are Christian Zionists like Mike Huckabee. They believe that the Israeli flag is essentially a symbol of their faith. And Neopentecostalism was brought to Brazil

Brazil by USAID during the 1970s, operating as a CIA cutout, according to the warnings of many CIA pieces of analysis, warning that Catholicism and specifically liberation theology, Catholicism, was a threat to U.S. soft power and could be a vehicle for socialism, and evangelical Christianity exported from the United States. would help neutralize this potential threat. There's actually an entire book about it called Thy Will Be Done, The Conquest of the Amazon Nelson Nelson-Rackelism in the Age of Oil. It was Nelson Rockefeller who initially, on behalf of Nixon, issued a report on the potential for planting evangelical or Neo-Pentecostal churches,

especially in remote areas of Brazil, as bases for U.S. intelligence, U.S. soft power, and gaining access to Brazilian resources and neutralizing the threat of Catholicism. And so this is finally culminated in this new victory of Jayao Bolsonaro, who's not just winning over, you know, the upper class or the middle class that fears the poor and resents the workers' party of Lula da Silva and their working class base, but also many people who come from the favelas and come from the slums and are facing, you know, drug problems in their communities and have turned to neo-Pentecostal Christian Zionism.

Wow. Last question. Will August Tenning be prosecuted or will the Israelis rescue him? Yeah, could they do like a snatch and grab with like black cube spies? I mean, I wonder. It'll be worth watching, but he's being accused of treason. This is very serious. Well, that is extreme. Aspenin is just one thing. Treason is executable. They don't have a death penalty in Germany, but treason is the highest crime you can be accused of without killing somebody. When I went to speak in Germany, I was invited by some members of the D.Linka or the left party.

After I was in Gaza in 2014, I was there in, I think, 2015 to talk about my experience and what I witnessed during that Israeli assault. on Gaza, and I really underestimated the level of Zionist control over every aspect of German society. And even the leadership of the DELinka Party, which has its roots in the Socialist Party of East Germany, was controlled by Zionist leadership, which denounced me and my colleague, who is a Canadian-Israeli journalist who came with me, David Sheen, denounced us as anti-Semites. And it was on the front page of every German paper run by the Axel Springer group, which now controls Politico. Axel Springer was, you know, the German Rupert Murdoch,

and if you work in his companies, you are required to sign an oath of loyalty to the special relationship with Israel and the transatlantic alliance with the United States. So, I mean, across the board in Germany, you are essentially required to pay homage to Israel and the relationship with Israel, or you're going to be run out or declared persona non grata as I was by the Bundestag toward the end of my speaking tour. So it's really shocking to me to actually see such a high-level official, the former chief of the BND be accused of espionage. Again, the media isn't saying which country, so maybe it's like,

Thailand or Luxembourg. Arsir by John or. Yeah. Like I could be just completely proven wrong that it's Israel, but all of his, he has more Israeli ties than a Tel Aviv haberdashery.
