Undeclared wars are commonplace.
Pragically, our government engages in preemptive war,
otherwise known as aggression with no complaints from the American people.
Sadly, we have become accustomed to living with the illegitimate use of force by government.
To develop a truly free society,
the issue of initiating force must be understood and rejected.
What if sometimes to love your country you had to alter or abolish the government?
the government. What if Jefferson was right? What if that government is best, which governs least?
What if it is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong? What if it is better to perish
fighting for freedom than to live as a slave? What if freedom's greatest hour of danger is now?
Hi everyone, Judge Andrew Napolitano here for judging freedom. Today is Thursday, October 15th,
2006. My dear friend Max Blumenthal joins us now. Max, it's always a pleasure. Thank you.
I do want to ask you in some detail about the latest involving the Israeli elections
and the latest involving President Zelensky. But before we get there, what is the Board of
Peace up to involving Tony Blair and Jared Kushner and Trump's wealthy friends?
They're Board of Peace.
Right now, Israeli D9 bulldozers are establishing gigantic sandburns on the ruins of Rafa, the entire Rafa district.
The entire Rafa district encompasses most of southern Gaza, which Gaza really isn't a strip.
It's actually itself a district, which a large refugee population who were ethnically clean.
cleansed between 1948 and 1967, but mostly around 1948, were pushed into.
So it's basically a district within a district.
And this entire district of Rafa was destroyed by Israeli explosives.
I mean, we're talking about sapper crews coming in and stringing together explosives
to blow up entire neighborhoods.
And then under the watch of the Board of Peace, Israeli bulldozers,
have been establishing sand berms on top of the ruins of these homes,
which are now de facto walls for the Gaza ghetto to hem in the population that survived the genocide
and establish potential future Leibbensram for the Israeli settler population.
Now this is taking place at the same time as Jared Kushner
declaring on and it's it's when i check his uh twitter x account i'm constantly i'm reminded that he
follows me for some reason i guess he hasn't learned much from anything i've said
what did you do to get him to follow you it's sort of a it feels passive aggressive
um but you know barit christner's basically proclaiming that the board of peace has brought
peace and prosperity to gaza uh you know he's he's issued a one year victory lap on
On October 9th, 2025, we achieved an agreement on Trump's 20-point peace plan that many
believed was impossible.
And now he's created a path to reuniting hostages, bringing security to Israel, and relieving
the suffering of Palestinian people in Gaza.
And it's just an absolutely absurd list of achievements which have deliberately not been achieved,
specifically forcing Israeli troops to pull back to Israel away from the yellow
line. The yellow line is wherever Israel seeks to establish de facto walls around the ghettoized
population of Gaza. And it's moved from 40% of the Gaza Strip to now, as Netanyahu has boasted,
close to 70%. That's where these sandburns are. Kushner also boasted that on January 17th of this
year, the Board of Peace established a national committee for the administration of Gaza. This is
the technocratic government, which Hamas agreed would govern.
Israel has not allowed them to even bring in any personnel into the Gaza Strip, the NCAG,
as it's known.
And what is Jared Kushner, the Board of Peace, done to pressure Israel to allow them
in?
Nothing, because they're functioning as an arm of Israel, claiming achievements that will never
take place as people starve.
They claimed humanitarian aid has been surged into Gaza.
Today, Nikolai Mladenov, who is the director of the director general of the Board of
Peace and formerly served at Winnap as a senior fellow, which is one of the main arms
of the Israel lobby in Washington.
He's a Bulgarian sort of NATO vassal, former parliamentarian and former defense minister in
Bulgaria. He today blocked all aid to Gaza on behalf of Kogat.
Kogat is the Israeli military arm that decides what goes in and out of Gaza. They're the ghetto
masters. And so Mladenov released a statement on behalf of Kogat, which really shows who's
calling the shots. Israel calls the shots and the board of peace is actually a propaganda mechanism
for Israel, which will do nothing to pressure Israel into fulfilling any of the achievements
that Jared Kushner has claimed on his one-year victory lap.
Wow. And Tony Blair is paid as the executive director or governor general or whatever his
title is of all this? Yeah, and who is Tony Blair? I mean, aside from a war criminal
who abused and exploited the fake peace process in order to.
to rake in loads of money on behalf of his corporate clients like J.P. Morgan, which were representing
cellcom companies that were run out of the UAE selling, you know, sell service to the occupied
West Bank like Watanilla. You know, and then Tony Blair would get a kickback. You know, through the
peace process, he was basically a rainmaker for the UAE and J.P. Morgan. He went on to start
the Tony Blair Institute for Peace and his biggest investors.
slash funder there was Larry Ellison of Oracle.
And so now through the Board of Peace, he's hoping to get Larry Ellison a series of deals
in which Oracle will control all of the data that is used in the dystopian project of the Gaza Strip
as a smart concentration camp.
And Oracle already maintains several data centers inside Israel.
as Larry Ellison's former CEO, Safra Katz, an Israeli boasted at a recent meeting of the Israel America conference presided over by Israeli warlord Miriam Adelson.
We did some things we can't even talk about in Gaza to assist the Israeli war effort.
We did some pretty sin—she almost said we did some pretty sinister things to loud applause from her audience.
So Larry Ellison, a close friend of Netanyahu, who's hosted Netanyahu on his private island in Hawaii,
whose son David Ellison has taken over over 80 media properties through his media conglomerate skydance to basically control the media on behalf of Israel is also Tony Blair's biggest benefactor.
And so that says a lot about Tony Blair's agenda on the so-called Board of Peace.

Tip number one, when you get an unexpected email that looks legitimate,
check the sender's domain before clicking links or opening attachments.
Scammers will often use fake domains that trick you into clicking a malicious link.
Tip number two, getting lots of spam calls, don't answer them.
Answering can provide a signal that your number is active,

What do you see in the Israeli elections and is it significant that Gadi Eisenkot
is leading, his coalition is leading Netanyahu's.
at this stage about 10 days before the election.
I still think Netanyahu could pull this out.
And one reason is that Gadi Eisencott is leading a Zionist officially racist coalition,
which will not coalition with any of the Arab parties that will put them over the top.
It's that simple.
Netanyahu also may be deeply unpopular across the board.
in Israel, but he's also the most popular politician in Israel. And also the only one who I think is able
to communicate Israel's propaganda imperatives to the West because of his long history in Washington,
growing up in Philadelphia, his connection with all of these Western leaders, whereas Gaddi
Eisencott comes out of the military and just doesn't have a command of the English language.
So who is Gadi Eisencott?
He is the former Israeli Army Chief of Staff.
When he was the northern commander of the Israeli military, he established the Dahlia Doctrine,
which we've talked about many times here.
It is a doctrine of state terror named for the district in southern Beirut that was destroyed
by the Israeli military in 2006 because it is a majority Shia district that was considered a base of Hezbollah.
The doctrine holds that anywhere that, any place that supports the resistance in Lebanon or anywhere else in the Gaza Strip can be totally destroyed and that civilians will pay the price for supposedly harboring the quote-unquote terrorists.
So it's a doctrine of state terror. It was the basis for destroying the Rafa district, which I talked about in the beginning of our discussion.
And this is the man who's being presented as the alternative to Netanyahu. The New York Times has a very very,
very favorable whitewash profile of Eisenkot, written by Dahlia Shindlin, who is a left Zionist,
probably the leftmost Zionist you can get within the Israeli spectrum. And they portray him as this
bereaved father who's speaking to the pain of Israelis who've been through this horrible post-October
seventh war, but he's someone who's caused bereavement across the Arab world and is poised
to do so announcing in a speech just yesterday that he will personally remove Hamas from
the Gaza Strip in the next 18 months if elected through the Board of Peace or through other
means, in other words, re-igniting the Gaza genocide. Eisenkot, in my view, might be more likely
than Netanyahu to reignite the Gaza genocide because as soon as he comes in
of power if he does, he'll have a narrow governing coalition and he'll be under relentless pressure
from the right-wing opposition and Netanyahu himself to prove how tough he is. And we saw before
Netanyahu what figures like Ehud Barak from the Labor Party did. These were the most violent
figures who caused the most Palestinian death, not the Likud Party of Netanyahu until Netanyahu
who came in in 2009, and really until October 7th.
And here's another thing to know about Gadia Eisenkha.
When he was the IDF chief of staff,
which is the most important position
in the Israeli military, between 2015 and 2019,
he was moving another figure up the ranks
of the Israeli military, who he considered
to be a very brilliant military strategist
named Tamir Hyman, all the way to becoming
the head of military intelligence, known as Amman in Israel.
Tamir Hyman is now the director of the Institute for the National,
Institute for National Security Studies,
which is Israel's main military-oriented state-sponsored think tank.
Actually, Eisenkot also served as a senior fellow there.
And Tamir Hyman has an essay out.
It's sort of like a blueprint for an incoming Eisenkot,
administration. And it's deeply disturbing. But also it basically just says out loud what Zionism
represents today, which is a total, he calls for a total rejection of peace or the peace process,
consolidating a Jewish ethno state or ethnocracy over democracy, rejecting Palestine,
not just as a Palestinian state, but Palestinians as people who represent a nation. He said,
all Arab nations are basically fake. And he calls for the continuous expansion of Israel's
borders, preparation for conflict far away, including with Turkey, and preparing to sever ties
with the United States because the U.S. is adopting progressive values in which Israel and Zionism
are no longer popular. So it's very likely, in my view, that Tamir Hyman will become the
national security advisor or an important figure in an Eisencott administration if
Eisencott manages to topple Netanyahu. So that's the alternative to Netanyahu who just
presided over a genocide. And it's the alternative is more war, ethnocracy, and everything
that Netanyahu is now identified with. Is there any other likely outcome less violent, less
supportive of genocide, less apartheid?
Not with Zionism as the ideological and philosophical basis for Israel's political project.
No. There is literally no one within the Zionist political spectrum in Israel who does not support the continued destruction of Gaza and
and maintaining Netanyahu's eight front war.
No one.
Absolutely no one.
What is Eisencott going to do?
Look for another country as a sugar daddy if he's going to reject the U.S.?
Well, it's an absurd proposition.
You know, Zionists always say that Israel represents Jewish sovereignty,
that, you know, Jews have finally achieved this nation where,
they're they're they're they're they're they're sovereign and they can control their own destiny but as
one of the few historic israeli figures who i really admire yeshaehu lebovich said decades ago what
zionism actually means in practice is that the so-called jewish state depends for its very
survival on its direct line to the gentile authority in washington which is why and this proves
John Meersheimer's thesis, Israel requires this massive, manipulative, and increasingly belligerent
lobbying apparatus.
So without Washington, what do they have?
There's no other place in the world where Israel maintains such a sophisticated, elite,
and disproportionately wealthy fifth column as it does in the United States.
So it has nowhere else to turn.
And that's why one of those fifth columnists, possibly the premier fifth columnist in Washington,
Mark Dubowitz, who is of South African extraction, who merely seemed to have come to the United States
to lobby and infiltrate on behalf of the country where his heart truly is, Israel, through the
foundation for the defense of democracies, which was actually founded to advance Israel's
interests in Washington according to its founding documents.
Mark Dubowitz is now proposing that because the United States, or at least its population,
is turning away from Israel, particularly in the Democratic Party, Israel should seek to make it
impossible for the United States to ever disentangle itself from this relationship by pushing
for legislation to merge its military intelligence apparatus with that of the United States.
So if the U.S. ever tries to get out of this relationship, it will actually harm U.S. national security.
So that's the agenda. They're going to move away from direct foreign aid packages to Israel
and move toward integration.
This is something that Rahm Emanuel
in the Democratic Party supports as well,
and they're very afraid of the writing
that they can clearly see on the wall,
not just within the Democratic Party
where the clash is more extreme,
where there's a real arena for contestation
over the issue of the special relationship
even now in the midterms,
but also in the Republican Party,
there's a somewhat hilarious op-ed today
in the Wall Street Journal
in which a Republican,
Republican propagandist is complaining that Ted Cruz, who is the most ardently Zionist Israel lackey on Capitol Hill, or at least one of them,
Ted Cruz has complained that he can't hire anyone for his office who doesn't have anti-Israel opinions because of the advent of the Groyper's.
So it's both parties, and they're basically seeking to cancel democracy through the integration of the Pentagon,
with the IDF.
Wow.
Let's switch over to President Zelensky,
who gave a fascinating interview
to the Financial Times
in the past 12 hours.
Is he thumbing his nose
or poking into the eye of Donald Trump?
Yeah, and that's not something,
I don't know if that's something he wants to do.
And some of the...
the EU leaders who are backing him are concerned about some of the language he's using.
He's basically saying that Trump is transactional, he's being paid off by Russia, he is a dupe,
and that he's attracted to Putin.
He's using a lot of the language that we heard from the kind of blue and on turbolibs
around the Democratic Party during Russia gate.
And it's a very superficial understanding of Trump's relationship with Putin.
What's happening right now is Donald Trump has been forced through his own servitude to Israel
and failed war on Iran on behalf of Israel to lift sanctions on Russian oil exports in a desperate
and probably fruitless bid to lower the price of diesel because it's hurting him politically.
All right? If he hadn't launched a war on Iran that closed the Strait of Hormuz, none of this would have been necessary.
And so that's why Trump's doing it, not because he's being paid off. There are enough people in the world to pay him off outside of Russia.
But this is what Zelensky's saying. And he's saying Trump is essentially an autocrat in his interview with the Financial Times, which is certain to make Trump lash out at him in autocratic fashion.
But the irony is that Zelensky has canceled elections in Ukraine.
Zelensky has banned all opposition media.
His top rivals are in jail.
Some of them have been tortured.
Others have gone into exile.
His former spokesperson, Yulia Mendel, is facing sanctions in Ukraine because she's criticized
the war.
Zelensky has acted to prevent her from even speaking publicly anywhere in the EU.
And he's not just insulting Donald Trump.
He's doing precisely what Donald Trump ordered him not to do because it's raising the cost of diesel.
He's continuing to attack Russian oil refineries.
Ukrainian drones just hit another Russian oil refinery a few hours ago.
Why is he doing that?
He's doing that because he wants to hurt Donald Trump.
He wants to hurt Donald Trump because he wants to hurt Donald Trump because he wants a new.
boss in Washington.
And so by raising the cost of diesel, he's essentially telling Trump, you're going to lose
in the midterms unless you give me back the war toys that I want.
I want $28 billion of military aid and pay our pensions in Kiev, pay for us through this winter,
and give me my Starlink back.
He's furious that Elon Musk has slowed down the Starlink speeds that Ukraine needs
for its targeting systems.
And at the same time, he's telling everyone in the world that he's fighting for Ukraine's sovereignty.
Look, when you're dependent on Donald Trump and an eccentric would-be trillionaire, Elon Musk,
for your war toys and to continue your supposed fight for survival, you're not fighting
for sovereignty.
You're not fighting for national freedom.
You're fighting for vassalage, perpetual vassalage to the Epstein class.
And that's the position that Zelensky's in.
He's totally dependent on Elon Musk and Donald Trump right now for his war.
And Elon Musk is called for new leadership in Kiev.
Elon Musk, by the way, is going all in with Donald Trump.
He's contributing over $260 million to save the Republicans during the midterms.
Part of it is motivated by his own personal pathology and psychosis because he has a trans daughter.
And he's running all these ads in swing states that are all about the trans issue.
He's like gone deep down a pathological personal rabbit hole.
And Zelensky is insulting him now and insulting Donald Trump.
And I don't think he understands the situation that he's in.
So this isn't going to work out well for Zelensky.
He's banking everything now on Trump being defeated and the Democrats coming in and basically saving him by continuing this war forever.
Here's a portion of an unhappy Zelensky in that Financial Times interview.
The question, can you give me missiles for Patriot?
Because when I will not attack them, because you ask me not attack them,
They will attack me.
It's fair if you will give me with what to defend.
It's the minimum what I ask.
No, I think yes.
And when I'm asking this, your answer is blocking Starlink.
So how to deal with this?
To speak more, to explain more, and to hold position.
Our position, the position of Ukraine.
of Ukraine, of our people.
That's what I do.
This is really a mess that Zelensky is in right now.
Where are the Europeans on this?
Well, the Europeans are, it depends on who you ask.
I mean, if you ask one of these vassal states in the Baltics,
like the Estonian Prime Minister, is in favor of
escalating and destroying even more oil refineries in Russia,
But, you know, there's a situation in Germany that I don't think the consent, the sort of centrist leadership or Friedrich Merz, the embattled Chancellor, really are welcoming.
And it's one in which they have basically sacrificed their economy to this proxy war.
Germany's economy has contracted 15%.
It's lost tens of thousands of jobs.
Well, I should say it's lost something like 60,000 jobs in its energy sector.
due to this war. And that's why the IFDA is surging. It's not surging because of Russian bots.
It's surging because of Germans who are out of work for a war that is being waged on a purely
ideological basis. And then let's consider where Ukrainians are on this war. I mean,
we've all seen the footage of Ukrainian men resisting being thrown in the draft mobilization vans
and sent to the slaughter to provide Slavic meat for this crazed NATO drive for the balkanization
of Russia. We've seen their wives try to save them, their children try to save them. There have even
been photographs of men being handcuffed and taken to the front like criminals. Most Ukrainians
now oppose the war. This is according to a new poll by rating group was taken from October 3rd to
October 5th, and it shows that 57% of Ukrainians favor an immediate negotiated peace with Russia
and territorial concessions. Only 21% support fighting until the Donbass is, quote-unquote, liberated,
meaning return to Ukrainian sovereignty, which many people in the Donbass don't want.
Most of them favor, like an overwhelming majority, close to 70% won a national referendum
to determine the future course. That means they don't trust Zelensky to
decide and they don't trust the Rekona Rada, the parliament.
This poll is not an outlier.
There was another poll by Gallup this June, which showed 66% of Ukrainians favor an immediate
negotiated cessation of hostilities.
That's why you're starting to see Ukrainian parliamentarians like Alexei Goranchenko speak out
for a ceasefire.
And he was actually thrown out of Poroshenko's party.
for doing so. That's why you see Yulia Mendo, Zelensky's former spokesperson, calling for
peace. And what you're seeing with Ukraine heading into the winter is very disturbing.
Ukraine is getting, the Ukrainian military is getting hit not in the front line, but in its
rear supply lines now. And its supply lines are beginning to collapse. Russian attacks on Ukraine
steel plants have caused the Ukrainian economy to contract by 10%.
Odessa was just hit today.
So Ukraine can continue to hit Russian oil refineries or Russian data centers,
and Zelensky can spin out hoaxes about how he's destroying Russian bot farms
and reducing disinformation.
But the price, the cost he is paying is much higher.
And I think Ukrainians are starting to recognize this.
And it should be up to them.
Let's have a national referendum
or maybe even elections
something Zelensky has banned.
Here's, before we go,
here's a downtrodden
Zelensky feeling betrayed
by Trump, Chris, cut number eight.
And now you have a situation
where President Trump announced
a energy ceasefire
and within hours
Vladimir Putin launches an absolute bombardment
of Ukraine, aim directly at your energy.
Do you feel betrayed by what has been happening?
Really, yes, really, between us.
But it's a little bit more complicated than just my emotions or my feelings.
Yes, it depends not on me.
I mean, our country has to survive.
Boy, I don't know where this is going to go.
it. He attacks Trump and uses words like betrayed at his own peril, Max.
You can see what Zelensky's doing, which is clever. I mean, he's playing, he's leveraging
his institutional strengths. One of them is the media. And if you watch that whole interview,
Pierce Morgan is walking Zelensky through the interview. He's practically holding up
cue cards for him. Yeah. And he's teeing him up there to attack Russian oil refineries.
and data centers and infrastructure and so forth.
So Zelensky still has the Western media,
and he also has what Trump would call the deep state.
And I think this could be another mask-lifting moment
where Donald Trump orders Zelensky to stop
these economically damaging attacks on oil refineries,
and he continues attacking them,
gets targeting from the CIA,
which he's had all along,
His entire military is dependent on the CIA and MI6.
And it just continues.
And Donald Trump is revealed as not having actual control over the war.
The so-called deep state is still there.
They're still running the show.
And the band played on.
So Trump can get Elon Musk to reduce the strength of Starlink,
but he can't get John.
whatever's last name I forget is the guy that runs CIA to get the CIA out of
that sure I mean and who's running Ratcliffe I mean right Ratcliffe was like this
backbencher politician that Trump liked but the CIA career professionals are
running Ratcliffe so ultimately we're going to see who really runs this war and
it's probably not Donald Trump two great great analyses
Max, thank you very much for them.
Deeply appreciate it and look forward to see you next week.
Thanks a lot, Judge.
Great seeing you.
And congratulations on the show's anniversary.
Oh, thank you.
It's been five wonderful years of steady growth.
Thanks in large measure to the golden boy, to whom I'm speaking right now.
Proud to be a part of it.
The whole world is watching.
Thank you, Max.
All the best to you.
