Hi everyone, Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom. Today is Wednesday, October 12, 2022. It's about 10.50 in the morning here on the east coast of the United States. Yesterday, the most bizarre, even surreal testimony occurred before a committee of the European Parliament, in which Janine Small, who's the president of Pfizer International Developed Markets, so she's a senior executive at Pfizer, was testifying before this committee, which is investigating who knew what when with respect to the vaccine. Now, the Pfizer vaccine was revealed, you will recall, six days after election day in 2020. And the country and the world breathed a collective sigh of relief. Wait a minute,

all of a sudden there's a vaccine? All of a sudden the vaccine is going to prevent us from transmitting the disease? How can we get vaccinated? And of course, we all know what happened. I mean, they made the vaccine, Moderna made its version of it, but most of us got Pfizer. They made hundreds and hundreds of millions of doses of it, and we all lined up, and we all got one, two, or three shots, and some of us thought it was garbage, and some of us thought it was real. Now it turns out, according to this testimony given under oath before the European Parliament, that Pfizer did not know, did not know if the vaccine was effective in preventing transmission of COVID at the time it sold the vaccine to governments in the Western world. Now, this is almost

inconceivable because all of this was done pursuant to the Food and Drug Administration's protocols? Did Pfizer lie to the Food and Drug Administration? Did we all take these vaccines under false pretenses? Were Bobby Kennedy and Lou Rockwell and the people that were warning us, and Dr. Joe Mercola, that were warning us that the vaccines are a fraud, were they right? And did Pfizer know it? And why isn't this in the American media? Why did my producer have to dig this out from some obscure website covering an obscure committee hearing in Brussels? Why isn't the U.S. Congress involved in this? Why aren't there lawsuits? Why isn't this on the front page of the New York Times and Fox News and CNN and the Washington Post? Maybe it'll get there. I don't think I misread this. I watched her testimony. It's

heartbreaking and startling if it is true. If it's not true, then she's lying under oath. If it is true, then somebody lied somewhere and someone needs to get to the bottom of it. Judge Napolitano for judging freedom.
