Hi,
here for judging freedom. Today is Wednesday, November 5th, 2025. Phil Giraldi joins us now,
Phil Plessier, my dear friend. Thank you very much for joining us. Let's get right to some relatively
late-breaking news as of yesterday. Was Dick Cheney a war criminal?
He was the ultimate war criminal, and he was not the only one. Unfortunately, the whole crew
that he had at the Pentagon and also in his own office in the White House were equally in it
up to the eyeballs in terms of using intelligence that they knew was fake, that they had basically
invented and that they had created narratives about. And they used this information to create
a Casasbelli, a justification for war against a...
Iraq, which did not threaten the United States, and did not have any weapons of mass destruction.
So, yeah, he's the ultimate guy.
Wow. And, of course, nothing will ever come of it. He's dead, and his compadres are, I guess
they're still around. I don't know. Is Wolfowitz still around?
Yeah, he is. He's over at the American Enterprise Institute, I think.
Right, right, right. Do you see a long?
line between the Netanyahu slaughter of innocence in Gaza and Trump's slaughter of guys in speedboats on the high seas?
Do you see any connection there in the way they think?
Yeah, and I think this is going back to what we were just talking about, where we have senior people in these two governments who believe in war at any cost.
and if it means faking the information, or if it means, you know, just basically creating a credible
and sometimes not so credible argument for going in and killing people, they're quite prepared to do it.
They're doing it in the Caribbean.
They're doing it in the Pacific against Colombians.
They're now cranking up to maybe do the same thing in Nigeria.
I mean, this is just unbelievable.
This is a, they come up with these things without any what you or I or any person who has any kind of sense would consider to be evidence.
This is always kind of a, I like the thing about Nigeria.
There's a lot of hearsay and mumbo-jumbo, if you read through all the details of what went on there.
And the first thing that occurred to me was that, hey, Don.
Donald Trump. You're going after the Nigerians for persecuting Christians. How about the Israelis and your good friend Netanyahu, who's been persecuting Christians in Palestine, who've been there for two millennia, and he's getting away with it. You don't confront him on that.
Here's Trump on Air Force One, threatening boots on the ground in Nigeria because they're killing Christians.
cut number one, Chris.
You're on Nigeria.
Just want to ask you,
do you envisage U.S. boots on the ground?
Could be.
I mean, a lot of things are envisage, a lot of things.
They're killing record numbers of Christians in Nigeria.
And they have other countries, very bad also.
You know that part of the world, very bad.
They're killing the Christians.
And killing them in very large numbers.
We're not going to allow that to happen.
Before you respond, Phil, here's the question about, are you meeting with the new Syrian president in the White House? Cut number two.
Are you meeting with the Syrian president at the White House? Did you invite him?
The Syrian president? He may be coming. I don't know. He's working very hard. We took sanctions off of Syria to give them a chance in survival. And I hear he's doing a very good job.
Doing a very good job of killing Christian.
And Alawites and fellow Muslims.
And let's not draw the line just to Christians.
Right.
They're really getting the cutting edge of it, as are the Alawites.
But there are Muslims that are outside their realm of acceptability.
And this guy has now been given the seal of approval by no less than our peace-loving president.
Wow.
First, David Petraeus fawning all over him, and now Matt Ho advises on Monday, which is the 750th, excuse me, excuse me, the 250th anniversary of the United States Marine Corps.
Marine Corps guards at the White House will be saluting this former ISIS head chopper and hand chopper as he enters the White House.
We can't show this picture, but Chris has photos.
These things are on the Internet of him holding by the hair a headless people,
people whose heads he had chopped off and boasting and gloating about it and covered in blood.
How does this kind of stuff happen?
Just because MI6 and CIA wants him, they'll forgive anything.
This is not CIA and MI6. This is the White House, and it's people like Kare Starrmer in England.
You know, this comes from the top. And I wouldn't blame either of the intelligence organizations.
They basically, for the last 20 years, have been people who stand back and salute.
And they get their guidance from the White House, and they get it from, uh,
from Sturmurmer in England.
And, you know, sure, you're always going to find idiots who are willing to kill people
just because somebody is telling them to do it.
But the fact is, there's still that somebody telling them to do it.
In those two sketches that you just show, Trump talks without any embarrassment or shame about killing people.
And this is incredible.
And this is Trump.
Well, we have a president who boasts about killing and who boasts about people who will be dead once he finishes with them.
And the boasting was with respect to those people on the speedboats in the Caribbean and in the Pacific.
This is such a profound American violation of due process.
it's just over the top.
It's now up to about 70 people murdered and two survived.
I ardently hope that those two who survived engage counsel
and bring an action against the White House for attempted murder and for kidnapping.
They don't have to physically be in the U.S. to do that.
Now, I don't know if American lawyers are going to reach them for that,
nor am I trying to stir up trouble needlessly.
But this is not going to stop unless Americans get killed
or unless a federal judge orders had stopped Congress.
has no backbone whatsoever.
Congress will do nothing to stop Trump from killing people on the high seas.
Well, Congress maybe should have stepped in when he started using the same kind of language
and the same kind of threats to be killing people in Gaza that didn't agree fully with what
he was suggesting that they must do.
And, you know, this is this is.
clearly what's in his head apart from anything else. And it's frightening. It's awful. He's basically
and he's also said, of course, I can do whatever I want to do. Now, what happens when he decides
that people in the United States? And I think he's halfway there, or maybe more, maybe like the
mayor of New York, he's going to be taking punitive action against them, just
and maybe people like us,
just because he doesn't like us,
doesn't like what we're saying,
doesn't like what we're implying.
And this is just so awful.
It's hard to imagine that this could have ever
developed from the country we grew up in
and that we loved,
and that had so many good things about it.
It's becoming a hellhole.
So the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey
which builds bridges and tunnels
and then owns them and collects taxes
and gets rich on it,
plus the state of New Jersey,
plus the state of New York,
plus the Federal Department of Transportation under Joe Biden,
set aside $7 billion to build a new tunnel
under the Hudson River.
We already have the Lincoln Tunnel and the Holland Tunnel.
They're going to build a new one
that's going to have railroad and automobiles.
The tunnel is one-third built,
This will create thousands of jobs.
You can only imagine the economic prosperity that will come from this ease of very fast, high-speed communication.
Trump canceled the project after their one-third of the way through it,
and the Republican, who was leading in the polls for governor of New Jersey, was afraid to criticize Trump,
and he got shellacked last night.
Is it any wonder he went down to defeat
when he ties himself to the fortunes of somebody
who changes his mind every five minutes?
Yeah, that was chapter Italy.
Yeah, absolutely.
We reached the point where the White House
is able to intimidate all of our leading universities
at one time or another
to get them to teach what he wants them to teach.
and basically to come down on foreign students who are expressing views that are contrary to what Mr. Trump likes to see.
So we've seen that we've gone through that cycle already.
And now the White House is using the threat of federal government funding of projects like the tunnel in New York, New Jersey.
And they're using that as a bludgeon in terms of the domestic politics.
I mean, this is Christ, this is just go beyond crazy.
Does the president want peace in Ukraine, or has he succumbed to the Sebastian Gorka, Keith Kellogg,
Pete Hegg, Seth, Marco Rubio, School of Thought that the Ukraine War will drain the Russians and weaken Putin?
Well, didn't he dare to go even mystifying Ukraine having a huge coat?
or something like that. He doesn't even know where Ukraine is. And the fact is that he essentially
is playing political games. He doesn't quite understand what's going on. He probably goes
along with what Gorka and others are whispering in his ear at the last moment before a press
conference because he's nothing but incoherent in most of these conferences. I don't think
he has a coordinated idea about what he wants to do with Ukraine, except that he would like it,
not to cause him any confusion or problems. He would just like maybe to see it kind of go away.
Well, here he is saying that Ukraine and Russia can just fight it out if that's what they want.
There's no final straw.
Sometimes you have to let it find out, and they're fighting, and they're fighting it out.
It's been a tough war for Putin.
He's lost a lot of soldiers, maybe a million.
That's a lot of soldiers.
And it's been tough for Ukraine.
It's been tough with both.
Sometimes you have to let it, you know, just get bought out.
The Russians lost a million soldiers.
I mean, where is he getting this nonsense from?
Probably from somebody in the White House.
like Gorka.
You know, this is idiotic.
He doesn't even believe his own intelligence agencies
who probably, if asked, would come up
with much more realistic figures.
Is Israel still consistently violating the Jared Kushner,
Steve Whitkoff, Donald Trump, Gaza ceasefire program?
Yes, the Israelis
are continuing to shoot people and bomb people every single day.
And now that they have this cute little yellow line that they drew,
which gives them more than half of Gaza as sort of a security zone,
they are basically using that as an excuse to shoot children
who are going, looking for something to eat.
What kind of a head of state when confronted with a video of soldiers raping a helpless beaten male prisoner in jail would instead of condemning the behavior of the soldiers say that the fact that a video of this got out was
the worst PR disaster in the history of the state of Israel. Only Netanyahu could say that with a
straight face. No, I think Trump could do that too. But the fact is that the woman, I have to
read her name because it's beyond my Yifat Yerushami. She was a major, she is, was a major general,
the top lawyer in the Israeli army. And she was,
responsible for the investigation of this incident, as it were. And the real danger that came from
this incident was the fact that it was filmed because there have been lots and lots of reports
of things like prisoners being raped, prisoners being otherwise abused, prisoners having their
organs removed. This has been the standard operating procedure for the Israeli army and for the
Israeli government not to investigate ever, no matter what happens.
But in this case, there was a video made of this, which is floating around and apparently got into the hands,
according to one media source of the ICC, International Criminal Court.
And they were prepared to move on it and demonstrate that the Israeli government was doing exactly what it was doing.
And it was as Trump, as Netanyahu mentioned in his little speech yesterday, oh, gee, this is bad public relations for Israel.
This is unacceptable.
These people were, these people, of course, the ones who did the torture and the rape and everything like that were ones that were arrested back, I think, originally detained back in July.
And then there was a big, a large group of largely settlers headed by Mr. Ben Gavir who stormed
the hospital or the prison where they were being held to release them.
And they were released.
Here, this is a photo, I guess she's still a major general.
She resigned her position as the head lawyer of major.
I believe she resigned her commission.
Wow. All right. So this is, this is former Major General Yipat, Tomer, Yerushalmi.
But before you come in further, watch this. Chris, cut number seven.
The IDF's international legitimacy efforts are greatly benefited by the aura, the protection with which the justice system provides it.
Yesterday, the reservist charged with abuse appeared in public and accused Tomer Yeru Shalmi of spoiling their case.
You've done a field trial on us.
in front of the cameras, as if you've already decided who's guilty.
We will continue to fight for justice for ourselves, for everyone who came out in uniform
and defended our home.
This weekend, Tomar Yer O'Shalmi briefly went missing, and police found her abandoned car
with a note.
Police later found her on a beach, safe but in distress.
The incident in Stetsaman caused immense damage to the image of the state of Israel and
the IDF, to our soldiers.
This is perhaps the most severe public relations attack that the
State of Israel has experienced since its establishment.
Severe public relations attack, the state of Israel has experienced since its establishment.
Not this is a despicable criminal violation of human rights and we will prosecute these people
to the hilt. Instead, we'll let them appear with masks on and laud them.
Well, yeah, this is typical behavior by the Israelis, which they've been doing.
ever since the state was created, if you go back and catalog all the instances of this kind
of horrific behavior by Israel. But my second question on top of this is, when is Donald Trump
going to condemn this kind of behavior and say to Benjamin Netanyahu, okay, that's it,
Benny Boy. We're cutting off your arms and we're cutting off your money as of tomorrow.
This behavior is not acceptable anywhere in the world that calls itself even vaguely civilized.
I'm waiting for somebody to ask Trump about this and see what his response may be.
Before I let you go, I have to show you what the wealthy American.
American Zionists are trying to do by silencing people in the United States.
This will give you a heartburn, and I apologize for it in advance, but you need to see this.
Chris, cut number 10.
How about little Ada Fuentes?
What did his family do for this country?
What did he do?
How about Tucker Qatar also?
What did he do for the country?
He interviews the Qatari, interviews Putin.
He interviews.
the lowest of scum, genocidal maniacs from the face of the earth.
Now he's attacking Christian Zionists.
He's literally attacking the Bible that are evangelical Christian brothers and sisters.
And it's not just that.
He's Catholics.
Ted Cruz is a Catholic.
He's a great man.
He's out there fighting.
They're attacking Christianity.
Why?
Because Christianity rejects what they're feeling too.
Judaism rejects it, Christianity rejects it, atheists reject it, agnostics reject, gay people, straight people, women, men, we all reject it. So why is it so hard for people in my business or people in leading positions in government to do the same thing?
What are they afraid of?
They need to be afraid of regular Americans like you and me.
They need to be afraid of us.
So when they hear stuff like that, they say, what?
What are we going to say?
Of course, would love to silence the alternative media,
who has pointed out what you and I and the others on this show have pointed out.
Well, I would suggest that Mr. Levin, since he clearly loves Israel,
so much that he'd go to live there.
We don't need his kind of counseling and his wisdom about how we should be silenced.
And he was implying, of course, they should be silenced with violence, if necessary.
Right.
Anyway, can I think they're in panic mode, Phil.
I think that Tucker and his colleagues have been driven a divider right in MAGA.
and the vast majority of these young people,
like Charlie Kirk was about to before he was murdered,
are rejecting Netanyahu's genocide.
Yes, I agree.
Can I interject a little story from yesterday, too?
Sure.
This story occurred on the West Bank.
It was also filmed.
And this was one of those cases where the heavily armed Jewish settlers
are going around.
and killing Palestinian farmers, cutting down their trees, and attacking their livestock.
This was a particularly heinous incident in which a bunch of Jewish settlers went in to a barn
where this Palestinian farmer had his sheep and his lambs, and they went in, and they intended,
of course, to kill all of them. But what they did was the lambs, they were,
they went to first, they restrained them, and they gouged their eyes out with knives to create
a stronger message for these Palestinian farmers.
Oh my goodness.
To me, this story, this sums it up about what these bastards are like, what they're up to,
and the sooner we Americans wake up to the fact that they are empowered to do this only
because we have a government headed by a moron who is enabling them to do it.
Thank you.
Thank you, Phil.
Thank you for your courage and articulating that.
We'll end on that sad, repellent, but instructive note.
All the best, my friend. We'll look forward to seeing you next week.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Sure. Coming up tomorrow Thursday at 11 in the morning, Aaron Monta,
at one in the afternoon, a full day for you.
Colonel Douglas McGregor at two in the afternoon, Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson, at three in the afternoon.
Professor John Mearsheimer at four in the afternoon, Max Blumenthal.
Judge Napolitano for judging freedom.
Thank you.
