Hi, everyone, Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom.
Today is Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Phil Giraldi will be here with us in just a minute on a terrific piece that he has just written about President Trump and his Zionist enablers.
But first this.
We all know how devastating war is.
Lives lost, communities destroyed.
But war can also threaten your financial.
freedom. That's where America's heading, our growing involvement in global conflicts. It means
more spending, more debt, and a weaker dollar. That's a direct hit to your wallet. So here
are three things to keep your eyes on. Exploding debt, declining dollar, rising prices of
gold and silver. These things are already happening. Golden Sachs predicts gold could hit
$4,500 an ounce by 2026. Why? Because central banks and smart investors are buying gold hand over fist.
They know what's coming and they're hedging against it. currency collapse, inflation, and market volatility.
Gold has been a trusted store of value for thousands of years and today we need that protection more than ever.
Call Lear Capital now at 800511-4620 or visit Learjudsonap.com.
No one is going to protect your wealth for you.
You need to do it yourself.
And now is the time.
So, Phil, you have written a piece,
more ghastly decisions by the Trump administration.
And in that piece, you pointed out that the Netanyahu regime now openly plans,
now openly admits its plans to starve, murder,
or move out those who don't.
die by murder and starvation from among the Ghazan population I know you don't want to see
this but I need your comments on it it's stomach churning Chris cut number 15 we are
destroying everything that is still left of the strip simply because everything
there is just one big terror city as part of the war the IDF is moving the population out
of the combat zones and not leaving one stone upon another I'm telling you just
look at the videos of what's
happening in the Gaza Strip. The population will move to the south of the strip and from
there, God willing, to third countries. As part of President Trump's plan, this is a change
in the course of history, nothing less. The bare minimum will reach the population simply
so that the world won't stop us and accuse us of war crimes. The IDF is finally conducting a
campaign against Hamas's civil administration and not just focusing on the military infrastructure.
We are eliminating ministers, officials, money changers, and figures in Hamas' economic and
governmental apparatus. For two and a half months, we did not allow humanitarian aid into the
Gaza Strip. This created tremendous pressure on Hamas and that's a good thing. But even pressure
needs to be regulated so it doesn't blow up in our faces. When the IDF recently resumed maneuvering
with full force to conquer the Gaza Strip, when the IDF is moving the population from the last
places where they still had a bit of food and our greatest friends in the world, those who support
us, those who understand that we cannot stop just short of total victory in destroying Hamas,
when they ask us to help them, to help us, and to refute the lives of the region, we need to...
Who is that monster?
That's Mr. Smotritsch.
He's the finance minister of the current government in Israel.
And he's a total fanatic, but of course there are quite a lot of them over there.
These policies are quite popular, generally speaking, in Israel, to kill...
I mean, they'd be happy to take all the Palestinians.
probably had to dump them into the Red Sea or something, but they're quite willing to shoot
them, you know, as they encounter them. This is a genocide like nothing we've ever seen since
the Second World War. And I think even during the Second World War, you'd be hard pressed to
find something quite like this. And it's a disgrace that our government is fully supportive
of all that the Israelis do. But as we all suspect, the, the, the, um,
Netanyahu government probably has some blackmail material on Mr. Trump that it obtained from our good friend, Mr. Epstein.
So that's how it plays in Washington, and that's how it's probably going to continue to play.
It's a disgrace.
Is Minister Smotrich one of the people who, if he and his buddy, Idemon,
Gavir left the cabinet or left the coalition Netanyahu's government would collapse.
I mean, stated differently, does this guy have control over Netanyahu?
Well, you could argue it that way.
The thing is that it is a given, at least within circles in the Israeli government,
that if the far right-wing parties that we're talking about,
Bangavir, Smotrich, and a few others,
were to pull out from the government,
there would no longer be a majority to support Netanyahu.
So they, in a sense, control a certain part of the dialogue.
But there's no question that Netanyahu is on the same page.
He said last week that he is delighted to know
that his 25 years in politics have had a good ending, and the good ending is the fact that
he has made it impossible for there ever to be anything construed as a Palestinian state.
So that's our heroic ally and best friend is willing to kill all these people just to get
rid of them and so that they will never have what he would like the Israelis to have, which is
a self-government and freedom to do things. They will be better off dead, according to Netanyahu.
Last week, President Trump referred to Netanyahu and to himself as war heroes.
And, of course, in Mr. Rasmotrich's diatribe, a portion of which we just ran, he referred to our best friend.
He obviously was referring to the president that called Netanyahu a war hero.
What's up with Trump referring to Netanyahu as a war hero?
Did Netanyahu engage in any war heroics?
Well, he was in uniform for some time as a draftee.
as most Israeli males at that time who were not Hasidic or not ultra-conservative, did do their two years in military service.
So that doesn't make him a war hero.
But the really incredible part of that statement is what's coming out of Trump.
Trump is calling himself a war hero.
There is no conceivable war that Trump has ever engaged in.
and he was a draft dodger during the Vietnam War.
His father arranged with some physicians
to write up a medical report
claiming that he had had these bone spurs
and was therefore a poor record not qualified to serve.
This is Netanyahu or Trump?
Trump.
Trump is calling himself a war hero
because of his good, by derivation,
because of his good friend,
But he's claiming it for himself, too.
Is the department, I didn't know this until I read what you wrote about it,
the Department of Homeland Security under the new so-called Big Beautiful Bill,
which I happen to think is a monstrosity,
but I'm using the terminology that the Republicans in the House have used.
Is DHS giving away hundreds of millions of dollars of tax people,
pay your money to American domestic Jewish organizations?
Yeah, yeah.
The actual figures are astonishing.
You're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars.
These are discretionary grants given by the Department of Homeland Security
to help organizations in the United States to improve their security.
More than 90% of these grants,
and we're talking to the tune of like $500 million a year, go to Jewish organizations.
And that's precisely because the fix is in.
Jewish organizations have a lot of power.
They have a lot of influence on Capitol Hill, and they benefit from all these sorts of things.
And it's kind of something the U.S. public doesn't know much about.
They don't hear much about it, but it's been going on for years.
What about the separation of church and state?
How can the federal government choose a religion to aid with American tax dollars?
Well, they claim it's a national security issue, see?
Because Jews are, there is prejudice against Jews.
And, of course, they trot out the good old word, anti-Semitism every time they make one of these grants.
and because of that, Jews are the ones who get the money.
I guess depending on what happened today in Minnesota,
maybe Catholics will actually wind up with some of this money.
But traditionally, the other churches have paid for their own security.
I'm reading from your piece.
In June 2025, DHS announced the first round of funding,
$100 million allocated to more than 500 Jewish faith-based organizations
across the United States, this initial initial.
announcement came after the terror attack in Boulder, Colorado and the murder of two Israeli embassy
staffers.
All right.
So they will claim this is for a non-religious purpose.
Right.
Your reference to the Catholics was this a murderer who killed two young school-aged children
while they were at mass this morning and attempted to kill and seriously injured.
17 others and then took his own life.
These things are terrible.
They are not federal issues.
They are not cognizable under the Constitution.
The federal government's job is not to keep us safe.
It's the job of local authorities and state authorities.
Speaking of keeping people safe, tell us about this Tom Alexander.
case where a guy lured a 15-year-old mentally disabled girl to a sexual liaison and then absconded to Israel.
Do I have this right?
Yeah, you have it right.
This guy, Tom Alexandrovich, is Israeli, a senior cybersecurity official, apparently quite senior, a guy who actually works at the level of Netanyahu.
He was in Las Vegas for a series of meetings with the FBI and the NSA.
And while he was there, he's a pedophile.
He enticed this 15-year-old to meet him.
And as it turned out, the local police had a kind of set up.
And they identified the communication, and they caught him and they arrested him.
And then lo and behold, the guy is who was scheduled to appear in court.
In fact, today was the day he was supposed to be in court.
But somebody gave him his Israeli passport back.
Somebody paid his $10,000 bail, and off he went, and he's back in Israel now.
Now, there are a couple of suspects here.
We're talking about certainly the FBI and the Attorney General's office might have gotten involved in this and say, hey, we have to let this guy go.
And then, astonishingly enough, the federal attorney general for the state of Nevada is an Israeli.
Wait a minute. Wait a minute. The U.S. attorney, the chief federal prosecutor in Nevada?
Nevada, USA is an Israeli?
Her name is Sigil Chataa, and she's Israeli born, so she's a dual national,
and she is the attorney, U.S. attorney for Nevada, and she was appointed by Donald Trump.
And she was under her auspices, this Mr. Alexandrovich, a senior spy in the Israeli
hierarchy was permitted to go back to Israel and is due in court today in Nevada.
Did he show up?
I can't imagine he did or we know about it.
As far as I know, he didn't show up, of course, and won't show up.
But, you know, this is an astonishing series of events.
The guy was actually arrested for legitimate reasons.
And this is not a, this is not a.
sting. This is not one of those cases where a police woman gets on the phone and pretends that
she's a 14-year-old girl. There really was a 15-year-old girl, and this girl really was
mentally disabled, and he really did seduce her. Do I have that correct? That's all correct,
according to the charges that were filed when the arrest was made, and nobody disputed any of that.
And why did Segal Shatah, the U.S. attorney, let him go?
We don't know if it was she that let him go.
And there is, I say, considerable suspicion that this came out of Washington out of the Attorney General's office after, presumably, the Israeli government interceded.
Wow.
Wow.
This just keeps getting worth it.
Did Rubio State Department block the entry into the United States of Palestinian children desperately in need of surgical intervention,
which they could only get and for which they were scheduled to receive here?
Yeah, there's a charity that has an American base to it.
It's called Heel Palestine.
And they've been raising money to help the people who, in Gaza, have been getting injured so severely that they cannot be treated anywhere.
They have to be treated outside the Middle East, pretty much, in terms of getting the kind of treatment they need.
These are children who have lost legs, arms, are blinded, and all kinds of other things.
And this charity had arranged for some of these injured children, 63 of them, who were able, by some means, I'm not sure exactly how, but to get out of Gaza.
And they actually went to U.S. embassies in the Middle East region, not in Israel, but in the Middle East region, to get visas to come here for medical treatment.
And then they got the visas and came here.
And then that's when the Zionist wave hit them.
When this was happening, Laura Lumer, whom you might be familiar with,
she's a fanatical Zionist out of Florida and very close to Donald Trump and to Rubio.
And she went on the air saying that all these terrorists,
terrorists were being allowed to enter the United States, and they were going to be killing all of us Americans.
And this furor started immediately, and Rubio blocked the issuance of any visas to any more of these children.
So that's where it wound up.
I mean, Israel says jump, and they jump.
Chris points out to me an article in the Jerusalem Post.
you can guess who in the Congress
is one of Ms. Loomer's collaborators,
a Republican congressman from Florida
by the name of, I don't even have to give you his name.
You know, this is Randy Fine,
who's probably the most fanatical Zionist
in the United States Congress.
More than Lindsey Graham?
Well, I don't know.
That'd be an interesting.
Interesting contest, Phil.
I believe Lindsay is in Israel right now.
Yes, we had a clip of Lindsey, Senator Graham, in Lebanon, and he said he was about to go to Israel.
Chris, do we have that clip of Ambassador Huckabee and the two rabbis?
Phil should probably see this if he hasn't seen it.
The ambassador has a very interesting view of anti-Semitism.
She grew up in America, there was anti-Semitism, of course.
I've experienced, we've all experienced.
The ambassador has a very interesting view of that.
He says, people are, you can't understand anti-Semitism.
If people who are anti-Semitic, it's because they're against Scott,
against Rabin-Shoid.
And we are represented as his people, and that's why they're anti-Semitic.
Otherwise, it doesn't make any sense.
Interesting view.
view. There's another view that since we consider the chosen people.
And that's part of it is that because you are the chosen people given a chosen place
for a chosen purpose. And if someone is angry at God, he'll be angry at the people who represent
him. So I tell people, anti-Semitism is irrational. There's no reason for it.
unless you understand the spiritual reason, which is what I believe is at the heart of it.
It is not the left versus the right.
It is good versus evil.
It is the creator versus those who rebel against the creators.
That was really Ted Cruz wearing a Mike Huckabee mask.
I don't know who's worse of the two of them.
They both claim to worship Jesus Christ.
And now we hear this.
Well, you know, what's the Netanyahu government and you oppose God.
Yeah.
Well, what astonishes me is that we get an ignorant president like Donald Trump
who sends a clown like Huckabee over to Israel where he is going to be representing Israeli interests
and not American interests.
So why do we have him there?
The other place that there's been an incident in the last week has been in,
in Paris, where Charles Kushner, who is the father of Jared Kushner, is the ambassador.
The guy with no experience, he's a felon.
He basically has gotten into trouble with the French government because he wrote a letter to Macron,
where he was complaining about anti-Semitism in France.
And, you know, this did us no good as a nation for our relationship with France, which is normally been an ally.
And we have this clown over there.
And again, this is an appointant by Donald Trump.
And it's a, this stuff is so obscene.
We are making enemies every time we turn around.
And we're doing it for no purpose whatsoever, no gain whatsoever.
And as I said before, if Israel and that Yahoo tell us to jump, we jump.
What's the big picture here?
Is it that there is no hope to end the starvation and the slaughter in Gaza?
Trump and his family may want to profit off the destruction and reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
There is no sense of immorality.
morality. There's no shame on the part of the American government in watching the tragedy of
Gaza. How does this end, Phil? Well, it ends, I'm afraid, since the chances of Trump,
who is the only one who could stop this slaughter, intervening, is like zero. And Netanyahu,
I think yesterday, made a comment something to the effect about Gaza that
they would be implementing the Trump plan.
I guess they're going to build a casino.
You know, it's just, it's so obscene.
The whole world is looking at this and saying things like, you know,
what is wrong with the United States government?
What is wrong with the American people that we let this happen?
And, in fact, the American people, opinion polls in the last couple of days,
suggest that the American people are two to one.
against Israel and what it's doing.
And yet that doesn't seem to affect the politicians
who are on the other side of the big payroll
coming from Israel's billionaire donors.
So I guess Netanyahu is comfortable in believing
that as long as he can do this in the next three and a half years
while Trump is on the White House,
he can engage in all the slaughter,
all the starvation, all the war crimes,
he wants and the more he engages it the more he pleases the fanatics like mr smotech and that keeps him
in the office of the prime minister sure and when the when the killing in gaza stops they will
clean out the rest of the west bank and already of course they're moving up on uh syria and um
threatening lebanon again this is uh this is an endless process here's uh tom barrack who's
another New York City real estate developer friend of the president and who is the not nominated
or confirmed but just named by the president as the U.S. emissary for Lebanon. He's not very happy
just to warn you in this little clip trying to give the press addressing down, but you can form
your own opinion of it. Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait. We're going to, we're going to
have a different set of rules, right? You want, please be quiet for a moment. And I want to tell you
something, the moment that this starts becoming chaotic, like animalistic, we're gone. So you want,
you want to know what's happening, act civilized, act kind, act tolerant, because this is the
problem with what's happening in the region. So I beg you, do you think this is fun for us?
Do you think this is economically beneficial for Oregon and I to be here putting up with this insanity?
In cadence, with your kindness, your interest, and your thoughtful questions, we'll give you responses.
If that's not how you'd like to operate, we're gone, okay?
And the best way to secure Americas have good partners, and the best way to have a good partners
have a military that's loyal to the people, not to a particular sect within the people.
And Hezbollah is not loyal to the people.
Hezbollah's agenda is not Lebanon's agenda.
Hezbollah has an agenda inconsistent with you thriving and surviving.
So I think you as a people, the Lebanese people, overwhelmingly want a better future.
They want a future where the Palestinian militias are disarmed.
They want a future where Hezbollah is disarmed.
and that the people carrying arms are the Lebanese army.
The Lebanese army is trusted to take care of everybody's interests, regardless of sect.
If you can pull that off, that would be the biggest accomplishment in modern history of Lebanon.
Once Hezbollah has been disarmed by the people of Lebanon,
transferring power from militias to the Lebanese military through the people,
through the political process, then you'll have a different conversation with Israel.
I'm going to Israel pretty soon.
It's all talking to something changes.
Israel's never going to look at Lebanon differently until you do something different.
And that is, disarm the enemy of the Israeli people.
Hezbollah has American blood on its hands.
Has Israeli blood on its hands.
Has Lebanese blood on its hands.
So don't ask me any questions about what Israel is going to do until you disarm his blood.
take over and expand into Lebanon.
Yeah, because Lindsay's kind of historical knowledge about what went on in the 1980s
and thereafter is totally false.
It required Hezbollah to expel the Israelis after the Israelis were occupying a considerable
part of Lebanon to include much of Beirut.
I guess he's read maybe the wrong.
narrative, you know, and, you know, because he's such a nice guy and everything, and he just
wants to make peace in the Middle East within the control.
I have often feared that Graham and General Kellogg and Secretary Rubio from time to time
are the last people that Donald Trump hears before he makes one of his pronouncements.
these are not only ardent Zionists, they are ardent neocons who want both of these wars to continue.
They want Netanyahu to stay in office, and they still have this fanciful belief that Ukraine can be used as a battering ram with which to drive Putin from office.
Yeah, and let's not forget the fact that these people personally benefit from what they are doing,
in that they get certainly in the case of Lindsay Graham
millions of dollars from the Israel lobby.
And I'm sure the others benefit in various ways, too.
Bill Gerald, are your pleasure, my dear friend,
no matter what we're talking about.
Have a great holiday weekend.
My best to Angela, and we'll look forward to seeing you next week.
Look forward to it myself.
My best of Rupert, too, not just Angela, your wife.
But Rupert, who's very, very popular with
the judging freedom audience.
Okay, thank you.
I'll tell him.
Thank you.
All my best.
Coming up tomorrow, Thursday, a full day for you.

Thank you.
Thank you.
