Hi, everyone. Judge Andrew Napolitano here for Judging Freedom. Today is Wednesday, October 14th,
2006. Phil Giraldi will be with us in just a moment on more Donald Trump madness.
But first this. Throughout history, governments have rarely surrendered power voluntarily.
They seek more control over our money, our movements, and ultimately our freedoms. That's why it's smart
to understand your legal options before you need.
them. I'd like to recommend a free special report from McKell Thorpe, founder of expat money.

Bill Giraldi, welcome here, my dear friend. I want to start with a former ambassador to Greece
Kimberly Guilfoyle, who was asked to resign by the White House because she asked a business associate
to pay her American Express bill for her before she was an ambassador, whereas the United States
ambassador to Israel, Mike Huckabee, who knowingly signed doctored reports to the State
Department, doctored by his aide David Milstein, to denials.
deny that Israeli invaders in the West Bank were killing people and stealing their property,
both still have their jobs. Does any of this surprise you? No, it doesn't surprise me at all,
because the first point would be that anything having to do with Israel is judged by a
completely different standard than you judge other foreign policy issues or any,
incidents going on at embassies and places like that. There's no question that this woman,
Guilfoyle, was doing something, shall we see shady. She wanted to conceal the transfer of the money
because that would have impacted on her being approved as ambassador to Greece, for which
she was, I will point out, eminently unqualified. She doesn't speak Greek. She doesn't know anything
about foreign diplomacy or anything like that. But this is another instance of Donald Trump
appointing totally unqualified people the positions, like his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, whose father
is the ambassador to France. Again, he doesn't speak French, but what he does is come about
comments, make comments frequently about how the French are all anti-Semites. So there you have it.
But yes, I mean, the fact is Milstein clearly was editing or he was controlling.
The U.S. embassy in Israel is rather large, as you might imagine.
So you have a lot of people in their writing reports and things like that.
And some of the reports most recently have been particularly focused on the fact that settlers
and with the Israeli army just looking over the process and not doing anything,
I've been wiping out Christian villages in particular, killing a lot of Christians,
in addition, of course, killing a lot of Muslims.
And none of this stuff is going back to Washington for response,
up to the point where some congressmen were demanding Christians are being killed in Israel,
and we don't see any attempt to go after the killers
and no attempt for the U.S. Embassy even to report this stuff.
And it wasn't being reported because this Bill's side character,
who incidentally is the son of that horrific Zionist,
journalist here in the United States, Mark Levin,
he's the adopted son of him,
was the choke point on all this.
all of these reports going through, which the ambassador still had to sign off on,
were being edited to cut all this criticism of Israel out.
And these guys are both still in place, and Trump has not said a word about them going anywhere.
But this is typical.
You think Huckabee was naive to sign off on these things?
there was part of the cabal to keep the truth from Trump.
I mean, Trump himself is largely responsible for what the Israelis are getting away with.
However, he did supposedly say to Netanyahu, stop the violence and stop the stealing of the land in the West Bank.
This is something that he might regard as a personal thumbing of the nose by Netanyahu and Huckabee and Milstein, if he even knows about Milstein,
state's existence toward him.
Yeah, though I would also add that the Trump comment was focused on reports that had come
through about Christians in particular being attacked, which obviously Trump feels as kind
of a sensitive point.
If it had just been Muslims or a Muslim girl school or something like that, he could care
less.
So the fact is, yeah, this is the way they play the game.
Huckabee as ambassador is obligated.
Now whether that means he's doing it or not, I can't tell you, but he's obligated to see everything that goes out of his embassy.
He has to read it.
He has, in many cases, to sign off on it, and he has to approve of it.
And there's no evidence that he, there is no evidence of his involvement of what, at what level it was at.
But the fact is that the New York Times report on this very clearly states that it was this Bill Stein who was the choke point in the process, who was rewriting this stuff, who was editing out anything that was critical of the Israeli government.
And so he was the guy whose hand was at the switch, as it were.
But the ambassador is responsible for his group there and for what they do and what goes out.
And this is a specific way to avoid any kind of U.S. government implication that Israel is misbehaving.
I would imagine that Milstein is pretty safe in his job because Trump doesn't want to deal with his father-in-law or, excuse me, stepfather.
Yeah, I would assume that because we all know that Mark Levin goes for the throat.
And if you say nice things about Israel, Mark Levin will be your friend.
forever. He, in fact, is the one who has said on several occasions now that our Donald Trump
is the first Jewish president of the United States. Right. To which Trump mysteriously nodded up and
down is up to say yes. I'm switching gears now. What do you think Trump meant when he told a roaring
crowd that he didn't care if the Iranians took out, it's hard to say with straight face, took out
Los Angeles or San Diego. Well, he was, what he said was, he would not be surprised that they
took out those cities in retaliation for what the United States has been doing. And this was
what he said, which of course, immediately aroused the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the,
the anger of the California governor and also the mayor of San Diego, and quite rightly so.
And then the funny thing was, of course, that's what he said.
He said, this would be retaliation, but it would be worth it for what he's accomplished.
And he was obviously referring to his alleged ability to stop the Iranians from obtaining
a nuclear weapon. So this would be a great thing for the world. And if it had to happen where
these two cities in the United States were wiped out, well, that was worth it. That's what he
said. And then one of his press monkeys, somebody named Chung, I don't know who he is, basically
said, oh, no, no, you misunderstood him. He was saying that it was because of the fact that
the nuclear weapon would stop that it would prevent these places from being retaliating against and destroyed.
But that's not what he said. What he said was quite the opposite.
It's October, which means it's Cybersecurity Awareness Month,
and cybersecurity isn't just for big tech companies,
with over $3.5 billion lost to scams in the U.S. last year.
Protecting yourself matters too.

really important to me. That's why our sponsor, Delete Me, is celebrating this month by giving
you a few quick tips to help you up your security game. Tip number one, when you get an
unexpected email that looks legitimate, check the sender's domain before clicking links or opening
attachments. Scammers will often use fake domains that trick you into clicking a malicious
link. Tip number two, getting lots of spam calls, don't answer them. Answering can provide a signal
that your number is active, which then gets your number on even more lists, making the problem worse.
Tip number three. Search the internet regularly to see what personal information is publicly available.

Why did U.S. troops recently leave Iraq and where did they go?
Did they come home?
Well, that's the funny part.
They didn't come home, which would have been the smart thing to do to de-escalate everything going on in that region.
Instead, they moved to next door Jordan.
And one of the explanations I saw on it was basically that this had occurred that way to put them farther out of range in case the Iranians, in case the situation overall escalates and the Iranians.
would be firing some missiles at U.S. bases or using drones on them, and they wanted to make it a little more difficult.
Plus, moving them next door doesn't remove them actually from where the action is taking place,
and if they had to be moved back in to invade Iran, that could easily be accomplished.
So it didn't really do anything.
and it sent maybe some signal to the Iraqis who've been pleading,
but the U.S. troops have been in occupation for 23 years,
and they've been pleading for the U.S. troops to leave.
The parliament of Iraq three times has passed resolutions,
specifically asking that the U.S. troops evacuate their bases in the country and leave,
but nothing has been done until now.
Wow.
What has become of the Tom Cotton,
well, you know what's coming, because of what it is,
the Tom Cotton inspired legislation to integrate the Mossad and the CIA
and the Pentagon and the IDF?
That, as far as I can tell, there's not been much reporting on it,
as I'm sure you've noted.
And as far as I can,
can tell that thing is still technically alive and that it still can come into being.
And it's certainly being the only reporting I see on it basically is from the Israeli media
talking about how much they want it.
And obviously the Israeli government really wants it because it would then be able to control
parts of the government that now it only has peripheral control over.
So this is part of a scheme.
And Cotton obviously is in the same boat on this.
He basically wants to see Israel integrated and partnership with the United States so it could control the game.
And this is what's really wrong about certain individuals in our Congress.
Why do you suppose last week, right?
after he cut that diesel fuel deal with Vladimir Putin,
a deal in direct contravention of the Lindsay Graham Act that he had just signed into law,
Trump called for the departure of President Zelensky.
Yeah, that was really a zinger.
Obviously, there are some wheels moving within wheels.
in the White House and at the upper levels of the administration in terms of what is maybe
tactically desirable with the election coming up. I suspect it's got to be connected with that,
and it doesn't seem to be, of course, connected with reality in terms of, you know,
as you cited in the beginning, the oil deal with Russia, which seems to be some kind of
piece of fiction, too. Where these things go depends on
I guess which side of the bed Trump gets out of any given morning and what he, we feel, he feels like saying, or maybe one of his equally idiotic briefers comes in and says something, and that kind of sticks in his brain, and that's the first thing that comes out.
It's really, it's incomprehensible in a lot of ways how this, how this administration actually operates.
rates. There doesn't see any sense to it. What comes out of it is very much contradicted within two days.
And I'm not the only one observing this. I think virtually everyone on your program is saying the same thing.
Right, right. I mean, suppose Trump tells the CIA, which since the beginning of the special military operation, has constructed 20 states.
You can tell us what a station is.
I don't know if it's a closet or if it's a villa.
In Ukraine, suppose he tells them to come home or to stop cooperating with Ukrainian soldiers
and contractors.
Stop finding targets in Russia.
Stop showing these people how to use Western military gear.
Well, three or four stops.
Will the CIA stop?
stop. Yeah. I think that these people are at the top of the CIA, certainly or at the middle level. The upper middle levels, there I say, are people who are ambitious. And ambition is an evil thing, as we all know. And they'll do what they're kind of told to do. As for your question about stations and the language used, a station is the CIA.
base that's in the capital city.
It's usually in the embassy, co-joined with the embassy.
When they're talking about 20 CIA installations in a country like Hungary, in Ukraine,
we're talking about bases.
For example, when I was doing the security for the Olympics for CIA in Barcelona,
I was in charge of a base, but it was just me.
and a secretary and a communicator.
And I'm sure these CIA bases in Ukraine are similar.
They're probably the bases are all over the country to ease communications
to be able to talk face to face with people on the ground.
And I wouldn't imagine there are a whole lot more than that.
Is it a physical structure?
Well, it is in the sense that it might be an apartment,
or it might be part of some kind of a government building.
Obviously, there are other U.S. government buildings
from Defense Department and from State Department.
They might be co-late located.
Wow.
Well, does the CIA take the position that, like, MI6 sometimes does,
its mission is more important than what the president wants them to do?
Yeah, sure.
Even I in Barcelona felt that.
But that doesn't mean you go and act on it.
Okay, all right.
It's the middle of October.
Tomorrow is the exact middle, October 15.
At this point, it does not appear that Benjamin Netanyahu's
will be in a position if the election in Israel were today
to put together a coalition that somebody else will be asked to do it.
And at this point, it appears virtually certain that the
Democrats will take over the House of Representatives, and they have a good shot of taking over
the Senate. Do you fear false flags to aid Netanyahu and to aid Trump's Republicans?
Yes, is the short answer to that. I believe that if these two administrations are focused on doing
anything. It's not on supporting the national interests of their respective countries. It's about
winning these elections. And I would imagine false flags are something that they are talking about.
And the question is, how do you manage the false flag? How do you gauge it? How do you aim it?
So on and so forth. There are a lot of serious questions. You just don't go and do a false flag.
You do something that has to have relevance to the target you're looking at that will have an impact on the target.
So I would imagine they're spending a lot of time doing that right now and looking for something that will have the effect that they want.
And the other thing to bear in mind is I'm sure the Israelis are also working very hard on a false flag that will result in no matter how the U.S. election comes out that the U.S.
United States will be totally committed to continuing the war against Iran and will be totally
on Israel's side, no matter how their election comes out. So there are kind of a couple of false
flag games, I think, playing their way through the system right now as we speak.
What would they do? Would they kill people?
Oh, ideally. You want to kill as many people as possible. You want to create a
crisis situation for whoever you're targeting so that the result from that will go in the
direction you want it to go.
And killing a lot of people is the best way to do it.
I keep thinking that there will be something involving a U.S. military base in the Middle
East or something of that nature where there is an attack that will be maybe from a
an Israeli submarine that somehow wipes out a base somewhere in the Gulf region,
and that somehow it can be implicated to have been a strike by the Iranians,
which will commit the United States to two more years, I guess.
Was the fly Dubai incident a false flag?
You know, I still don't know what to think about that one because it's so bizarre.
It would have certainly filled the bill for that, but it would have killed Israelis, which of course, well, Israel is quite willing to kill Israelis as they did on November 7th in the aftermath.
We know that now.
So, you know, Israel would do it, but somehow the whole thing to weigh.
it played out and everything like that.
I'm not even sure it actually happened.
Wow.
Bill Giraldi, always a pleasure.
In regards to you from our mutual friend, Gerald Salente,
thank you very much for your time, my dear friend.
Okay.
Well, you guys stay safe.
I mean, you know, this stuff that's going on is so weird
and it's so out of control.
And the people who are in charge are,
it's safe to say, insane, some of them at least.
And, you know, this is just getting very scary.
Yes.
Well, I look forward to seeing you next week.
Thank you, my friend.
Sure.
Bye-bye.
