Starting point is 00:00:00 The conversation we're now about to have is about a profound issue, and it's killing babies. It's repellent, what I'm now about to tell you, and more repellent, what we're about to show you. So on Good Friday afternoon, just three days ago, at an abortion facility in Washington, D.C., in the trash, were discovered four fully formed viable bodies of little babies. These babies were aborted at the time of their birth. As you may know, in America today, in Washington, D.C., in California, and in my home state of New Jersey where I am now, abortion is legal up to the moment of birth.
Starting point is 00:00:43 What does a doctor do when the baby comes out alive? This is repellent, but it's the law. The baby comes out alive, the doctor can save the baby, keep the baby warm, feed it, nourish, give the baby nourishment, and give the baby to an agency that will place the baby with a family that wants the baby. Or the doctor can let the baby starve to death by not giving the baby warmth or nourishment or water. But if the doctor accelerates the death, if the doctor uses some external means to cause the death or accelerate the death, then it's not an abortion, then it's homicide. Look, in my opinion, all abortion is homicide at any point during the pregnancy. But I'm just telling you what the law is. These baby bodies are now in the custody of the Washington Metropolitan Police Department for autopsies by the Washington Medical Examiner.
Starting point is 00:01:53 If the medical examiner determines that there was an acceleration of death or an actual active killing by the abortionist, then there'll be an investigation for homicide. I warn you, these photos are graphic. You can't always tell how the baby died. One of the babies looks like it might have been scalded with acid. We're going to show you these photos. There's four of them. We're going to show them to you for five seconds each. Want to see more? This is a streaming program. You can go and download it and watch it to your heart's content. If you don't want to see these photos, but you want to hear me, just close your eyes or look away for 20 seconds. But as soon as I finish speaking, and I will in just a moment,
Starting point is 00:02:47 we're going to show you each of these four photos for five seconds each. Here are the babies. This is a monstrous crime, abortion. It is repellent that doctors and mothers do this. The baby in the womb is a person. The baby has biological parents that are human beings and that has all of the genomic material needed to flourish into a full-grown postnatal human being. But in our society, which prizes the right to kill, the culture of death, this type of slaughter is permitted. I don't know where this is going to go.
Starting point is 00:04:00 I don't know how the babies died. I don't know what the medical examiner is going to find, but we felt compelled to show this to you. May God have mercy on their souls, and may God have mercy on the souls of those who did this. Judge Napolitano, judging freedom.
