Juicy Scoop with Heather McDonald - A Hollywood Con Woman, RHONJ, Madonna, and Leo

Episode Date: February 9, 2023

We now know what Jen said to Ben at the Grammy’s. I know the only thing Brandi Glanville can do to work again in reality TV. RHONJ premiered, and I still don’t understand why Joe and Melissa are m...ad at Teresa. Madonna likes her look and doesn’t care if you don’t! Harry and Megan are now into rom-coms. Should the police be held responsible for Gabby Petito’s death? Then I interviewed Joumana Kidd, who was just on American Greed. After divorcing an NBA player, she and her kids move to LA. She thinks she has found the perfect assistant to help with her, but instead, she unknowingly hires a sophisticated, convicted con woman who turns her life and her finances upside down. Starting point is 00:00:00 Head of McDonald Has got the Choo-Six Scoop When you're on the road, when you're on the go Choo-Six Scoop is the show to know She talks Hollywood tales Her real life, Mr. Sanctuaryal Data And serial sister, you'll be addicted And a-dixit fast to the number one tabloid real life hot cat
Starting point is 00:00:23 Listen in, Lucero. Woo, woo, and a McDonald. Juicy scoop. Hello and welcome to Juicy scoop. All right, we got a real juicy interview. Lots of little follow-ups, just some topics. And then I get into a great interview in which this woman who was the subject of an American greed episode comes in and tells all the details of her juicy story in which she thought she
Starting point is 00:00:48 hired a fabulous assistant that was gonna help fix her life instead only to find out she was a very experienced criminal and conwoman super juicy and what a tale all right so this is what a experienced lip reader believes J.Lo said to her husband, miserable Ben Affleck, which everyone's wondering about it, everyone's analyzing it, this is what they think, they think that she said stop, he's like right behind her, stop.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Look more friendly. Look motivated. And then he goes, I might. And then the camera came and they're like, he's like, anyway, good times we look, we can finally see that great Dunkin' Donut commercial that we saw them filming it for. That's going to be during the Super Bowl. So love to them. I also love that someone put a little compilation tape together of how much fun she used to have with A-Rod.
Starting point is 00:01:49 And they used to be like dancing. He loved to dance. He loved the social media. He would be filming her. He would do the matching outfits. He also DM'd Madison LaCory from Southern Charms. So that wasn't great. And I don't think she's better off with him.
Starting point is 00:02:04 I just don't think Ben is down to dance and hang out at these events the way thirsty a rod was He would I think he just he needs to get another film and then maybe you won't be so miserable at her events But the fact he really is just he's not a dancer. He's not a dancer. Okay The Lufus for the swingers you guys, they put them on their golf carts. Okay, that's it in the community. And, but I heard from a lot of people that this absolutely is a real thing. It's totally happening. And, and I guess a lot of people don't have antennas on their car. They're like, how old are you, Heather? No one has an antenna on the car. But I did see it, but it must have been what I saw like on golf carts. Anyway, get your Lufa's on.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Also, I was wrong about Kiana Kiana Reeves and his girlfriend. He is 58 and she is only 49. But in Hollywood years, that still makes her older than he is. And she has naturally gray hair. So that's why I mistaken it. Also, Oprah's birthday party was I guess she didn't have a real birthday in which she snubbed Megan Markle. At the
Starting point is 00:03:13 Anastasia eyebrow event with Kim Kardashian, JLo, Kris Jenner, and Gail and everybody, I guess it was her birthday and they brought out a cake. So kind of celebrated her birthday, but it was in the real event. So in, you know, in a way, she totally gets away with not inviting Meghan Markle, but she didn't invite me and I won't forgive her. Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered last night. And it is going to be a season of what the hell is going to happen between Melissa and Joe, Gorgah and Theresa. We know that they, you know, like every reunion didn't get along at the end of the reunion. And we see in the show that Melissa reached out to her right after the union, but didn't hear back.
Starting point is 00:04:02 All about the truth, which is a great Instagram account, has since shared all these DMs between Melissa, not DMs, text messages between Melissa and Teresa. I assume Teresa gave them to her. That really proved that Teresa, if in fact, these are the only exchanges, what it looks like it is according to how it reads, That Teresa was receptive to Melissa. Very nice, got her son a gift for his birthday, invited them to Teresa's 50th birthday in which they declined.
Starting point is 00:04:34 And we see on the show that they just made an excuse. They didn't wanna go. And it's really weird watching it because we don't understand why he, Joe, and Melissa are holding a grudge against Teresa. It seems kind of manufactured, but she's like, I'm fine not being in the wedding. Let's just move forward. So it's, I mean, I think the season will be very interesting, but again, it's confusing
Starting point is 00:04:59 to why what their real beef is. And now we know the real beef stems back from 13 years ago because I cracked the case when I had Carlos King on when we really realized from the start Teresa I think was telling the truth. She was blindsided when they came on the show. And ever since then, it just hasn't been the same. Their relationship wasn't great to start. And being on this massive TV show where they're all fighting for fame and their place in
Starting point is 00:05:24 this world has not worked out too well. Now at the on watch what happens live Dolores was on with Andy and she says, I never want to break up families. I always think stick with family, but at this point, I really think that they need to go their separate ways. So the only way they can really be done with each other and go their separate ways. So the only way they can really be done with each other and go their separate ways is if one of them, either Joe, Gorgah or Teresa, meaning Joe
Starting point is 00:05:51 and Melissa or Teresa, leave the show. So I don't know, but this season's going to be good. All the guys are there. There's a couple of new girls. They have a disco roller, not a disco, a 80s roller skating party, which is not a flattering look on anybody, but they looked okay. I just hate that look. I hate me on. Anyway, and then the guys do get greased up and do a calendar for charity.
Starting point is 00:06:15 It wasn't great. I didn't need to see all of their bodies, but everyone's got a man, so that's nice. No one's single, which is weird, because most of the shows shows the girls are single so we'll see you know we'll see what happens with with this season but it's going to be Theresa versus Joe Gorgah follow up on what happened with Dina I'm sorry with Caroline Manzo and Brandy Glanville. According to page six, another article came out that she also, Brandy also touched Caroline
Starting point is 00:06:53 Manzo's chest, meaning her boobies, and her genital areas, meaning her vage. According to page six, she tried to kiss her several times throughout the night and then Brandy, Caroline, Alex McCord and an unidentified cast member. We don't know who else went into the bathroom the four of them. And Brandy then locked the door and pushed Caroline up against the wall in which she then touched her chest and her vage. Now the cameras weren't there, but their mics were on, and so there is some evidence that this is what happened.
Starting point is 00:07:28 At that point, Caroline Manzo wasn't, was very uncomfortable, and Alex McCord to the rescue unlocked the door and released Caroline Manzo. Now, Brandy's saying,
Starting point is 00:07:40 get your facts straight, you don't know what's going on. I don't know, but the, the, the only thing what's going on i don't know but the the only thing that's going to save her is if dr drew brings back celebrity rehab and she goes on celebrity rehab brandy glanville and tell she goes to a real rehab and it should be televised because everything she does
Starting point is 00:07:59 needs to be a paycheck and be televised and why not get sober and get paid for it and get to be on TV? Then I think Bravo can bring her back. But until then, this is bad. And I don't think they're going to bring her back for anything until this is cleared up. There's also talk that she might up be
Starting point is 00:08:16 on the Trader's Reunion, which is her other show on Peacock, which she was on and everyone loves that show. I don't know, like I said, I'm never out to get anyone fired, but of all the people that you think would might be receptive to your drunken lesbian antics. I think Caroline Manzo would be the bottom of the fricking list. Everyone was freaking out yesterday. Is Leonardo DiCaprio dating this 19-year-old Israeli model that was seated next to him at a party.
Starting point is 00:08:45 Well, today they said, no, sources say that's not true. He was just next to her. You know, it shouldn't be that everybody that he's next to counts as someone that he was dating. Because people were pretty grossed out. She's 19. There were tweets that were like, you know, her high school was disrupted by COVID. That's how young she is. She was born in 2003, which was a couple of years after Titanic even came out. So, he's
Starting point is 00:09:12 48, even though he still looks like a baby face to us. It's gross. He's an old man. The fact that he can't have, that he never even considers dating someone in their 30s, which will still be 18 years younger than he is kind of gross to like what what is your problem like why don't you want anyone that's lived on earth a little bit longer however i don't know that they're dating this girl is really gorgeous and our last boyfriend was like a thirty one year old um...
Starting point is 00:09:41 billionaire son so i don't know why that didn't work out but that's who she should be with and uh... so hopefully they're not together but she's stunning now madonna for madonna uh... so madonna had a really unfortunate look at the grammys now we all know a lot of people are not a fan of the work that she's had done on her face. It's filler and it's a very extreme face lift. It's pulled up, pulled up around the ear and like pulled back and everything.
Starting point is 00:10:17 Now I don't know why she wears this awful hairdo, which is slick down and little braids coming forward and then these braids going around the head. If and why she does blonde brows horrible, if you would have had normal brows on, wore like some blonde hair or any color hair kind of covering the fucked up ear and the puffy side of the face, then I think she probably could've looked really pretty. But this was the look she wanted, and people didn't like it, they were terrified, and they compared her to Jigsaw
Starting point is 00:10:56 from, what's this movie called again? From From Saw. And that's the puppet that I have been. I think honestly, I still look more like jigsaw than Madonna because of the jaw and my sunken eyes. However I these really are my cheeks and I've never had cheek filler but when you get this filler face you you can look a lot like either jigsaw or me. So either one some people don't like it But she went off and she was like I'm so sick of this shit and so she says
Starting point is 00:11:34 Once again, I'm caught in the glance of in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world We live in a world that refuses to celebrate women past the age of 45 and feels the need to punish her if she continues to be strong, well, hard working and adventurous. I've never apologized for any of the creative choices I've made, nor the way I look or dress and I'm not going to start. And then, so it's right. Look, you don't like my look, you don't like my weird hair, do Heather, you don't like my outfit, I don't really care. But at the same time, we can say we don't like my look, you don't like my weird hair to Heather, you don't like my outfit, I don't really care. But at the same time, we can say we don't like it. I think her face is fine.
Starting point is 00:12:12 She needs eyebrows, and she cannot wear her hair back. I don't understand why so many women of a certain age are slicking back their hair or doing a weird high pony. I don't think it's a wise choice. That's it. Harry was supposedly in talks to do, Prince Harry, the spare, to host SNL. And then it didn't happen.
Starting point is 00:12:33 I think it's because there was a lot of controversy after the book came out and they're just like, let's just not even. So he didn't get that. However, according to page six today, Megan, Markle and Prince Harry are reportedly planning to produce romantic comedies. Yes, they got the hundred million from Netflix for their doc, but they also have a several year deal. So I don't know if part of that deal is to create
Starting point is 00:12:57 other shows or if this is a whole other thing or if it's just bullshit. But you know, this is what everybody does. They all I love this because people always go you know what the world, it's so much going on in the world we're going to do documentaries. We are going to talk about important things with women and children and the UN. And once they realize nobody cares and they're not even a fan then they're like you know what we just need to escape. We just need to do something fun and light. Whatever. Go produce a hallmark or a lifetime movie.
Starting point is 00:13:31 I don't know. Well, it really matter if they produce it or not. So, she'll probably hire someone who goes around and reads some young adult romantic books, go to Barnes & Noble, buy about 10 of them, read them. Then tell me what they're, if they're good, and then I'll go to Netflix, Noble, buy about 10 of them, read them, then tell me what they're, if they're good, and then I'll go to Netflix, and I'll say we want to do this one and this one and this one, and then we still don't do anything, because we
Starting point is 00:13:52 don't, we're not movie producers. That's all it is. So if they produce some show, that's all it is. They'll find a book, they'll make that a movie, and then they go to the premiere, and that's it. That's how these things work. Tom Gerardi is trying real hard for everyone to believe that he is hardcore Alzheimer's. Some people notice that they didn't even wipe the food off of his sweater and that his mask was a skew. As you know, he's being indicted on all these criminal charges now for all the fraud that he's committed in the last decade. And he's really pushing to look like a lot of people don't think he's, they think all
Starting point is 00:14:35 this is an act so he can avoid standing trial or, you know, worse going to prison. Christine from Sister Wives just did an Instagram or a TikTok and she does confession. I am so excited to share with you guys that I met a guy and oh he's so special and he's so good with truly and this is what I've always wanted and how I wanted to be loved and it's just it's just wonderful and I will share everything with you guys but right now I just want to keep this special guy to myself but I wanted to just share that with you so everyone's all really excited for her. And hopefully, you know, we'll see it on the show and can't wait to see Cody's reaction. We haven't seen a lot of Cody except that there were some striking photos that looks like
Starting point is 00:15:44 he got his lips done from possibly the same doctor as Madonna which is very scary. I saw this in people magazine. The latest episode or maybe it's a it'll be the next episode of people got a screen or not because but Chrisley knows best. This last season has been shot and aired and it starts out with before they've been convicted of anything and She is all annoyed with Todd Julia's because he is gutting another house that she thought they were gonna move into and he loves flipping houses and everything and she's like I just want to be settled. I just want to be in one place for a while I just like to be in one place for a while. I just like to be in one place
Starting point is 00:16:25 for a few years. Can I just be in one place for a few years? Well, talk about working the secret girl because you'll be in that one place for seven years and he'll be in one place for nine. And you won't have to deal with him coming, flipping a house that you don't want to flip. I thought that was kind of ironic. And then Gabby Petito, I just want to finish up on this. This came out yesterday. What is going on with Gabby Petito? As you remember, this is the story that we were captivated by when we didn't know where she was.
Starting point is 00:16:57 And unfortunately, we got confirmation that her boyfriend did murder her. He later killed himself, but he murdered her on their road trip together when they were living the van life. And what happened was there was cameras of a cop, a body cam of when he pulled them over and they were having a domestic dispute. In that she admits, I hit him. I hit my boyfriend.
Starting point is 00:17:27 And then the officer said, okay, you guys go separate. He's going to take the van. You're going to go to a hotel, maybe call a family and friend or whatever, like just be separated that night. Now what is happening is the family is now suing the police department because they're saying, why didn't you arrest her for domestic violence? Had you arrested her for domestic violence, she might be alive today. And also why didn't you notice that she actually had a marker in her face because once she
Starting point is 00:17:59 went to or somewhere around this time, she'd taken a selfie in which she clearly had a wound around her eye. That looks very much like one that would be a cause from someone hitting her. So they are using this all in their case to sue the police department that was the policeman who pulled them over and didn't. But the argument, too, their defense, I'm sure, the police department's defense was, okay, well, he didn't take her to jail, but he did separate them. And once she was alone in a hotel room, why didn't she call you guys, her parents, why didn't she try to get help? So it'll be very interesting how this whole thing comes out, but it's very tragic, obviously. And now, straight from one of the latest episodes of American
Starting point is 00:18:45 Greed, here is my very juicy interview. Sometimes small daily actions really make a big difference, especially when it comes to caring for your hair. Also adding strength and softness and shine, it's just that special combination of their products that just help to enrich. And really, you know, you get that build up, especially when you use a lot of hairspray, a lot of, you know, different products. I think the detox shampoo is so important. Starting point is 00:19:59 Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. Well, I have a Juicy one for you. I am with Jomonna Kid, who I was lucky enough to have American Green, which I love that show, sent me a screener of your episode, which now is available. And it's just an awful but juicy, amazing story of how you, a mom at the time, a divorced mom, you come from famous background as far as your ex-husband, who's your ex-husband.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Let's talk about him a little bit. No, just that, like, you know, I think you might have been a target just being that you're like wealthy and giving a naive. She didn't her homework. Yeah. So he was on what team? So yeah, he's a NBA player. He's been around forever.
Starting point is 00:20:53 He's been on several teams. When we were married, he was with the New Jersey Nets. OK. So we lived out there for a long time. So you lived out there, and you have three kids, and you had a stepson too, that you know, being part of this life. And so what year did you come out and settle in Calabastas when you then made contact with this conwoman? Well, okay. So the irony is that I was living in New Jersey and I always wanted to move
Starting point is 00:21:19 back to California because that's where I'm from. I ended up deciding to move, but I did have to start all my treatment here, start with my doctors and the whole thing. So I thought, okay, even though I'm from California, I'm from Northern California. So LA was gonna be brand new and people are brand new, schools, everything is brand new. So I figured I need to find someone to sort of help, you know, the kids don't have driver's license yet. I don't even know my, you know, just to get my bearings, yeah, and just kind of have some help while I'm
Starting point is 00:21:53 here, at least just to start off. And I spoke to a friend who is like well, well connected, and she recommended someone, at first she was like, I don't know, let me think, and then she called back, and you to her defense, at first she was like, I don't know, let me think. And then she called back and you took to her defense. She said, I know this lady, we used to work with her when she worked at this big accounting firm. We used to always hire her anytime we had celebrities who needed VIP.
Starting point is 00:22:17 Like she would get a charter or a helicopter or whatever. And I'm like, well, I don't need that. She's like, yeah, but she was just, she was such a boss. And I just remember her getting everything done and she made even know someone. So I said, okay, no, no, like, you know, harm and trying to speak to her. I think that's interesting,
Starting point is 00:22:35 because like, I definitely could see why someone in your position, this would be like perfect. She's connected to everything. And also getting your kids into school is like hard. And where's the doctor and finding the house and you're a single mom and you're going through this treatment. So you're almost like, can I just have like an assistant like mom helper? Like you're more like you just needed a wife. Right. And just actually. I'm a hundred percent. Yeah. And yeah, and I think that that was that, you know, dangling carrot because. And again, the funny thing is I remember that that was that you know dangling carrot because
Starting point is 00:23:10 And again the funny thing is I remember sort of thinking well she just may even know someone Yeah, you know this lady may be like I definitely don't want to you know do it But I know somebody yeah, but yeah, so We we held a meeting with her and my friend even went because she'd never met her in person She'd only just hired over the phone, you know, and this is a Tracy. Three of Tracy. Okay, so Tracy comes to me in the first year. Yeah, so we meet with Tracy, my friend and I and Tracy and we talk everything from.
Starting point is 00:23:36 Yeah, how old was she? Cause when I was watching it, I was like, she's like three different people. So, and she had like massive plastic surgery. So I'm like, is she, like, were you guys similar age? Was she? I thought she was actually younger. I think she told me she was like a year younger than I was.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Okay. So I was, gosh, what would I've been if I'm 50 now? That was like seven years ago. Okay. Yeah. And I just remember thinking like she was like, either half a year or a year younger. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:03 But, and she, you know who she reminded me of and it's so corny, but she just reminded me of what's the lady from Desperate Housewives. Terry Hatcher? No. Oh yeah, Terry Hatcher. Yeah. Yeah. She was just like this cute quirky, prunette, prunette, just super like, I don't know, she
Starting point is 00:24:24 was like the mom from Gilmore like, I don't know, just she was like the mom from Gilmore girls. I don't know, like she was just very, you know, kind and nice and educated, spoke Mandarin, spoke French, had worked in Japan for a while, you know, worked in TV, but it wasn't for her, but was mostly behind the scenes. Like everything she said was like right up my alley. But again, more of like, well, I'd left have her
Starting point is 00:24:43 as a contact even if she doesn't take this job. But she was really, she was interested in it. And her conversation was really telling me how, I just connect with you. And it's hard to me to get people out here. And you just seem so down to earth and nice. And we have similar backgrounds. You know, I had a horrible divorce.
Starting point is 00:25:03 And my ex-husband was abusive and, you know, I mean, it was just crazy how- It's amazing like these people, because the reason I'm attracted to your story too is I am really fascinated by con people, but specifically lately con women. And the similarities that the different con women stories that I have like studied
Starting point is 00:25:25 and that almost chameleon like really knowing how to like touch base and just be that girlfriend to make you relax and like it's just fascinating. And I'm gonna say like it wasn't easy in the beginning, but hindsight is so 2020 of course. And when I look back, I look at all of the feelers she put out when at the time I didn't look at the misquilers, like, you know, I've got, you know, great tickets to Laker game come with me. And then I'm on my end. I'm like, oh, I've said no to the last things she's invited me for. Like, let me go ahead and do this.
Starting point is 00:25:59 And we go to this Laker game. And the last thing I want to do is go to another basketball and I'm like, I'm a big like cool for you. You know, but I was like appreciative and but I think she got the vibe that like it wasn't this great event for you know what I mean, I went, you know, I went and so I could tell now looking back that she was like, okay, that's not it, okay, that's not you know, and then she had, you know, a fleet of like a Bentley and this and that. And you had cars like that because of her concierge service. Oh, she had her own company of a concierge service. Right. And so she would always say like if my car is in the shop,
Starting point is 00:26:34 she said, don't get a rental like this, take the Bentley. I'm like, I am not driving around. No thanks. Yeah. One, I'd be too afraid to do something to it too. I just don't want to because it's a lot and so then she'd be like Okay, that's not it. You know, so she just kind of kept Testing what is it and it was my kids always your kids. It was my kids, you know, we're connecting with the kids Connect or just yeah, not even just simply connecting but kind of like you know if I was worried about something like being there like okay
Starting point is 00:27:02 Well, you know, there's this great, you know counselor who deals with that or there's this great, you know, like Finditude or whatever. Yeah, whatever it was. It was mom stuff And that's when I think that she kind of like got my attention and so You decide to hire her and she says You don't have to hire you don't have to pay me as an assistant, you can just pay through the company. Well, because I wasn't sure, okay, because she was so overqualified,
Starting point is 00:27:32 I did kind of think, you know, listen, I don't know how long I'm gonna use you even, because let's say, radiation's over, I'm fine, by then my kids are driving, you know, I might not need, you know, an assistant. A big reason I needed an assistant too is so my ex-husband has an assistant and she deals with everything kids. And so I always kind of felt like it was great to have someone to do that then. I mean if I'm not dealing with him directly, I don't want to deal with his assistant, have someone
Starting point is 00:27:59 deal with her too, you know. So that was always really nice to have like, you know, someone there to just, a liaison to work with his assistant. And I kind of figured, you know. So that was always really nice to have like, you know, someone there to just, alias on to work with his assistant. And I kind of figured, you know, they're getting older where I'm not gonna need that. There, you know, there's a lot of things. So this, I don't know how long I'll, you know, need you.
Starting point is 00:28:14 Yeah. And so that was her pitch was, listen, I have my company Elite Lux Life. Why don't you just hire me through that, you know, we're a concierge service. This is just one more service. And so how much did you just hire me through that? You know, we're a concierge service. This is just one more service. And so how much did you initially start to pay her? I want to say it was like a thousand four hundred or a thousand three hundred a month. Very inexpensive. Extremely inexpensive. It was
Starting point is 00:28:37 part time and it was like it wasn't a job where she came to my home. It was like every day. It was like, you know, this is my schedule. This is what I need help with. And, you know, she was, if it wasn't her, she would have her daughter. And I was fine with that. How old was the daughter? Her daughter was 21. I wanna say her 20 or 21.
Starting point is 00:28:54 And then I even thought to myself, oh, I see, maybe she's just trying to like make an opportunity for her daughter because this is more her daughters. Yeah. Allie, you know what I mean? Like being young and, you know, because it's like, it is like a glorified nanny.
Starting point is 00:29:06 Yeah. And like house manager-ish. So I kind of did think, okay, this is a good mom. Like what she's doing is she's taking this job, but she's kind of slowly, you know, letting her daughter do a big part of it. And you know, I would hire her daughter eventually. And then the, everything would make sense. The salary, the hours, the, you know.
Starting point is 00:29:26 But so the reason we went through the company was, that way, if after six months, if after a year, I was done with needing that assistance, we could just terminate it, and I just don't get an invoice from the company anymore. And it's really funny, because again, hindsight, I remember her pitching that idea and then I was thinking, I don't know, I think that I know my financial team is going to be really
Starting point is 00:29:52 like, because they're very straight-laced and you know. So you have like a money manager that kind of, you know, make sure that mortgage is paid or that you're not overspending or whatever make sure your taxes are filed on time right so At first they were like fine with this I guess. Well, yeah That was it when I when I you know asked them and I said you know, hey, this is what she didn't they were like That's fine because you don't know how long you're gonna use her so that was it That was the green light like no one thought that was fishy or you know that we needed to additionally do any You know it was like hiring your gardener,
Starting point is 00:30:26 hiring your pool person, or how, you know what I mean, it was like a company. So how long does it take for when you hire her to her actually spending time in your house? And then what was it that I saw on the American Greed that you had like a reality show or you were a production company that was coming to you so that you have the footage of her
Starting point is 00:30:43 and you're like home life being filmed. What was that all about? Okay, so I wanna say, again, hindsight, I'm gonna keep repeating that one. When I looked back when I found out that she was a criminal and I printed out our text conversations from day one, I noticed little things, you know,
Starting point is 00:31:01 where it was like, oh, I'm at Cadillac trying to drop your car for service and they're asking for like your mom's maiden name. It's so random. I don't know what you sign, you know, where it was like, oh, I'm at Cadillac trying to drop your car for service and they're asking for like your mom's maiden name. It's so random. I don't know what you sign, you know? And I'm like, that's weird. Yeah, so when I'm at the time, you'd be like, yeah, totally. Or like, you know, you just never know.
Starting point is 00:31:16 You sign up for things online and they give you these security questions. And again, I'm not thinking like this person is. Yes. So I look back to our test and there's a lot of those in there. Okay. As far as like the actual stealing stealing, I think that I want to say it was like 2016 is when she started opening actual like credit cards and bank accounts.
Starting point is 00:31:35 So how many months after your initial meeting to that? Oh, I think a year. I year for that bold level of deception. Okay. And what was the thing? What was the footage that I was seeing in your whole life? Okay, so her and her husband, so she actually, right when she started working for me,
Starting point is 00:31:51 she had just met him and, you know, they were dating and then that kind of, you know, just flourished and then they decided to get married. She ended, I think like she brought him into the consier business. I don't know how that all worked out, but then they kind of really started to build this concierge service. In their concierge service, they would rent things out. And the joke between them was we rent anything like our home that we're
Starting point is 00:32:17 living in. If someone needs it, we'll rent it out and we become homeless because we just rented our home out. So that's where they got this idea for homeless millionaires. And so they started this idea for a show. And I would be lying if I were to say I ever watched it. Because it just, you know, wasn't interesting to me. Yeah, and I just, I'm not into your items
Starting point is 00:32:41 and what you have and your clients. And again, so I never watched it. But again, if I did, I think maybe I would have seen some red flags. But what's crazy is obviously they were doing on the YouTube to hope that it gets popular or maybe someone bigger picking up. And I think that's a big thing about when,
Starting point is 00:32:57 I don't know if you follow Housewise, but Real House has a Salt Lake City. They have a criminal, she's doing nine years. Yeah, I heard that. Jen Shaw. And the biggest thing that people watch the show in her fans the show it's like why when you and her fraud had been going on for
Starting point is 00:33:11 at least seven years before she agreed to go on the show so why would you want not only it's one you know the biggest type of reality she could go on his housewives she wanted to be on anything yet so it's very interesting that this same con woman would choose to try to be famous when you're obviously not doing things on the up and up. So that, so it was her show that you were just a little bit of part of okay.
Starting point is 00:33:37 Yeah, so I wasn't sure that. Yeah, no, it wasn't even a little bit of part of like one day, they were like, hey, we're gonna stop by your house to do whatever, drop off something or pick up something. And is it okay if we just like, hey, we're gonna stop by your house to do whatever, drop off something or pick up something. And is it okay if we just like, tape a little bit for our show? And I was like, yeah, sure. And it's not like they had a camera crew.
Starting point is 00:33:51 It's not like there was like a sound guy. And it was, her husband holding like, you know, what looked like a selfie stick. And, you know, so they just kind of taped a little bit. And I never even watched the episode until all of this came out. And, you know know like that's how little I was interested in in that aspect of their life. Okay, so then so then when okay there were a couple things that were interesting from the show too. So when do you then they get engaged
Starting point is 00:34:19 and she invites you to her bachelor at party tell me tell us about that. Yeah, so she invites me to the bachelor at party and again I think tell us about that. Yeah, so she invites me to the bachelor at party. And again, I think something that I struggled with all the time was never, you know, accepting a lot of her invitations. Because I was, again, we had very different lifestyles. And her excuse was always, I'll have to do this because of our image, because of the, you know, concierge. But that's not my thing. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I don't want to go to this Grammy party or to, you know, Icierge. But that's not my thing. Like, you know what I mean? Like, I don't want to go to this Grammy party or to, you know, I mean, unless I'm up for one or you know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:34:49 Like, I'm just not that person. So when she invited me to this, I thought, okay, just maybe, you know, go for a day. Just be kind. This is, she's getting married. It's a big deal. And I, you know, I need to get out, you know, be nice. Now, did you vibe with her as like,
Starting point is 00:35:05 when she was doing stuff for your house or whatever hanging out? Did you vibe with her like, you really enjoyed her? Or did you feel like, I wanna go because because I am her boss and because I am in a different socio-economic situation, I don't wanna blow her off. So that's why I feel like I should go. The funny thing is I never looked at myself as a different socio economic because the way they lived oh
Starting point is 00:35:30 Anything they made fun of me like they had an intervention with me because I had a range over from 2007 And they were like your kids have newer cars. I'm like, I love my car Yeah, and she actually one time had It was like BMW, Mercedes, like every, you name it, Bentley, everyone. She got a broker to get a car from each one of them and that she had them at my house. And I remember coming home from the gym and I was like mortified of so embarrassed because it was like all these fancy cars and the sales person.
Starting point is 00:36:04 She was like, you need to do these test drives and pick a car. But again, I'm like, oh my gosh, it's access to everything. This girl is like hilarious. And I wanted a Tesla and she was just like, Tesla's are so lame, you know whatever. And I test her of each one of those cars. I loved all of them, whatever.
Starting point is 00:36:20 And I ended up getting a Tesla. Okay, so she'd buy a shirt as, and when I saw Vegas, and when I saw the photos of the girls and stuff, I was, I'm sorry, I didn't think it was your vibe, I didn't think it was mine. I certainly wouldn't want to go to a bachelor at party at this age, but certainly not unless it was like my really, really good friends. It was just not my vibe at all. But you did the Christian thing, you did the Christian service, you went. You know, who are these girls though?
Starting point is 00:36:51 Like were they old friends, new friends? Like, it was so funny, is that, you know, one of them, she was like, oh, this is just like an old friend from forever ago, like childhood, and then another one was, you know, it was one that she is through Darryl, her husband, she's being polite. You know, like she had like a little story for everyone, but I will be really honest with you too. Her daughter was
Starting point is 00:37:13 really sweet and you know fun and cute and I remember that was my like, you know, L be there, like I'll just probably hang out with L. Yeah, so yeah, so that was kind of my safety and that's probably who I was probably around the most. Yeah, so yeah, so that was kind of my safety and that's probably who I was probably around the most Was L because she's just like so normal and so what is the weekend in tail? So the weekend we get to this suite and everybody's got like bedrooms and stuff in there, you know I could tell Tracy's like what wait. We're and I'm like I'm here for like one night like couch is calling my name Don't even you know, I don't don't want to be in the way. I don't, you know, in and out. Yeah. So, yeah, so I can kind of remember, the first night, I think we all went to, not first
Starting point is 00:37:56 night, when we first got there, we went to like some, like plays and just like had lunch and then we went to like a pool party and hung out at the pool all day. I want to see Zer's palace. Uh-huh. And it was kind of like the, you know, like club pool like a pool party and hung out at the pool all day. I wanted Oceasers Palace and it was kind of like the club pool day pool party type thing. That's where we gave everybody like the matching bathing suits. Yeah. And then that night they wanted to go out and I had a couple of friends that were in town because I want to say, I don't remember who it was, but they were having like a celebrity golf turn. I was like, work a salon or something like a celebrity golf turn, Mitten Town.
Starting point is 00:38:29 So a lot of my friends were there. So I called them, they're like, oh, we're at Topgolf. So I was like, you guys, we want we can just not buy Topgolf. And so we did that. So we went to Topgolf. So you're doing the whole crew. Just so I can like, kind of, at least see some people that I know, it's a little safety.
Starting point is 00:38:44 And yeah, and then we just kind of hung out there for a while. And, you know, I got to see some of my actual friends that I knew. And then that was it. I left the next morning we got up and I was like, I noticed that nobody was really paying for her. You know what I mean? That she was like the one paying here and paying there. So I was like, it's her, what, you know, her party,
Starting point is 00:39:05 like what a bum group of friends, you know. So I was like, you know, let me just take you guys out to breakfast before I leave. And we were just downstairs. So did you do a nightclub thing with them that night? Like bottle service and stuff? No, no, no, the only thing was top golf. And I think I went back to the room.
Starting point is 00:39:21 And they did that. And so, but you're thinking because she's, but you're thinking because they have this successful business that even if she picked up the whole thing. Right, who cares? Yeah, no, listen, I always looked at her, like she lived in this amazing building, it's called the 10,000.
Starting point is 00:39:37 Yeah, I know. And she told me that, oh my gosh, how lucky are we? We got to build the 10,000. They gave us, like, of course, it's not like the greatest apartment, but we have one of their apartments and we just have to help them with concierge. And then, like, they let us park, you know, our cars out front. And it was just like all this. And again, like, these kind of things are not my thing. So I'm always like, oh, that's awesome. That's great for you. You know, and I remember my son was going to school out in that area
Starting point is 00:40:06 and he had like time to kill in between that and like basketball practice or whatever. And I'd say, you know, you can go hang out at 10,000 but don't overdo it. Just go like once in a while because it's like a nice building. You just go hang out there. But I ended up seeing that on my, you know, ledger
Starting point is 00:40:21 once I like, you know, dov'ing. Okay, so let's get into. Then I'm telling my kids, be mindful, don't over dove in. Okay, so let's get into. Then I'm telling my kids, be mindful. Don't overdo it. Well, now let's get into the whole deception of when you first are made aware of what's going on. So let's tell that story. So, yeah, well, I mean, for about a year or two years,
Starting point is 00:40:38 my financial advisor, who by the way, it's so funny because it's not the guy that's in the American greed thing. Yeah. You know, Morgan Stanley really doesn't want him out there talking and being in the front line. So they kind of just did like a double for that. But he's also a really good friend. Like I've had, I've been using, you know, his services gosh for like, almost 15 years. He's been amazing.
Starting point is 00:40:58 A lifesaver like, you know, so I really, really do trust him. And he would just kind of call me or text me every once in a while, like, you just slow down. Like, you're just, your, your outgo is crazy. And I'm like, nothing, I mean, this is hilarious. I went to the point of even cutting my, I have a, someone who helps like with dog walking when we're out of town, like dog walking. Like I, like I was, you didn't understand
Starting point is 00:41:21 where he was coming from. And I was cutting and cutting and cutting. And Portetti is like now, like not even getting her walks when we're gone. And I'm yelling at my kids. I'm just kind of like, it's you. I know it's a unit to slow down. It's it necessary to do this.
Starting point is 00:41:34 It adds up and, you know, I'm like just trying to figure it out and it just kept on, you know, nothing was changing. The numbers weren't changing. And finally, I think in one of his texts, or said and when and since when do you open like credit card? That's so not you because I am I'm like one credit card Right And I'm like I don't and then he was like there's a chase card that's showing up in the you know So I was talking to Tracy and
Starting point is 00:42:01 Never in a million years was I accusing her or you know I was like there's a chase card like what is that did we ever like did I because you know she was someone I would bounce things off of and and I know and I know my son was starting college and I remember her and I talking about how difficult it is to work with 529 so sometimes you maybe we open a card in the future that we bill everything so all his stuff stays on that and then we have 529 million burst that like you know yeah yeah so she was like you know do you think that and I'm like we never did it Yeah did we you know and she was just like you know what I you know
Starting point is 00:42:38 Hang up the phone and 20 minutes later. She's at my door and She's just like walked in like I have to talk to you. I'm like dying and she's like crying and like I was so taken back by her emotion that I didn't even have an opportunity to like get angry or to be like you know focus on the deception. I was just like all over the place and I'm like find myself like calm down you're fine listen we're gonna get past this like so what does she say? So she says that you know one day you're out of town I'm getting your mail you know to bring it into the house there was a letter from Chase it was like a new card approved card and so I was like in a bind at that moment and I'm like oh my
Starting point is 00:43:21 gosh I could use this and then I'll pay it back. And then you know how that, like then one thing left to the next and then she really blamed it on her husband, meaning that she, that is one thing. She talked to me a lot about her marriage and like, you know, the reception. The reception. Oh, but you didn't have a wedding. She didn't have a wedding. She didn't have a wedding. How was it big or small?
Starting point is 00:43:42 Um, did you pay for that too? I probably. I paid for everything. Honeymoon, you name it. Like once we dove in. Okay, so wait, give back to this. Okay, so she's crying about that. So she's crying about that. It's telling me that like I've contemplated taking my life in the past, you know, years since I opened this card and One thing, you know, I keep looking. I'm gonna pay it off and one thing leads to the next and I'm just trying to keep Darryl happy and you know, he happy and you know he like you know Just ties it all in and so I do know one thing
Starting point is 00:44:10 I do have friends who've had millions stolen from them and The person gets you know slap on the wrist or whatever and then you do you don't get your money back You just move on and have a lesson. So I thought to myself, okay, I know, I don't think she's a horrible person. I do think she made a horrible mistake, you know. I know, I know, I live with this. No, I know, it's okay. It's not, I've gotten better.
Starting point is 00:44:37 But I was like, you know, at least I can maybe get my money back because if I just turn her in right now, walk away, I'm out. I'm out. I don't know how much I can do. At that point, I thought it was $30,000. I did not know it was 300. Because the card was broken up into two.
Starting point is 00:44:53 She had one in her name, one in her husband's name. Oh yeah, we found it all out later. But at that point, we had thought there was a card and we saw $30,000 worth of charges. Okay. So I'm like, okay, listen, maybe you work it off, and when I say work it off, you're not gonna work in the realm that you've had.
Starting point is 00:45:11 I'm like, I'm changing all my passwords, I'm changing all my credit card, I'm changing everything that she could possibly have access to, not knowing that she had access to more than I did. You know, at that time, I didn't know that. I just thought, okay, change the, you know, regular stuff. And then I just had to do like, you know, again, like pick up the card, take it here or do, you know, like stuff that wasn't as, you know, personal. Yeah. And I wasn't thinking like my social security. I wasn't thinking
Starting point is 00:45:39 on that level. I really was thinking this girl had a card. So, do you tell the man that Morgan Stanley got? I you tell him? Because you're scared that he'd get mad at you for being too nice. Get mad, he would fight. You have to understand our relationship. My kids actually laugh about it. They're like, you guys married.
Starting point is 00:45:54 Like the way you guys argue. And you know what I mean? Yeah, I took my girls to Paris for their 16th birthday party. And I was posting stuff on social media, and I guess we were at the Chanel store, and we were here where I get a text from him. He's like, looks like you're having a lot of fun, time to go back to the hotel.
Starting point is 00:46:13 You're like, and is that because at this time, Tracy was stealing from you? Yeah, or at that point, no, at that point, he was just being run. He was just like, good times, yeah, but okay, you did a lot. Like, slow down. He said, it's kind of half of it's funny, half of it's, you know,
Starting point is 00:46:32 seriously. He's a good friend, yeah. So you don't tell him, but- So you don't tell him because I know that there's no such thing- So just he even know that this Tracy lady is the one that took out the Chase card, or do you even protect- I protect her. I protect her. I tell Ron.
Starting point is 00:46:46 You're an idea that you are continuing to associate with this woman who you thought only stole 30,000. Yeah. But the time was 300. No. I tell Ron like, okay, I think I figured it out. We're good. Whatever. And he's like, all right, slow down, whatever. And so then, um, yeah. And Tracy is, and I mean, I wasn't sure if I make the right decision, this is crazy, but I felt so bad for someone who's taken her life. I know she's not a bad person. And then it's interesting because Jen Shaw also told her good friends that she was suicidal. And therefore, they then protected her throughout the season of filming and stuff.
Starting point is 00:47:22 So that's so wild. A lot of similarities. Yeah, a lot of similarities. Yeah, a lot of similarities. But yeah, so then I was kind of like, well, I bet you, she's probably never going to be available now. You know what I mean? Now that she's working for free, like, you know what I mean? And picking back, but she was just on her A game.
Starting point is 00:47:37 And, you know, so then again, I'm like, wow, she really feels bad. Oh my gosh. OK, put a DUNS cap on me right now. It's fine. No, you know what? But I always say whether you're being, you know, whether it's a love con or a love financial thing, I think the hardest part is people going, why were they so dumb? Why wouldn't you believe someone that presented them this way? Why wouldn't you? You're a good person. So your thought is that other people, I was just going to say, if you're a bad person, then you're always looking for the right deal. you you're a good person? So your thought is that other people I was just gonna say if you're a bad person
Starting point is 00:48:06 Then you're always looking for the right if you're a cheater You're always gonna blame your your partner for being a cheater. Yeah, but when you're not so true Why would you think that it's a cheater like review things by the condition of our own hearts? Yeah, so that's it like I just you know was like should making good Yeah, she's making good and she was like really coming in like here's $5,000. Oh, we sold I just, you know, was like, she's making good. Yeah, she's making good. And she was like really coming in like, here's $5,000 or we sold this. So we, you know, and it was just racking up, breaking up, one time I needed a rent a car.
Starting point is 00:48:33 And this time I took her up on it and I took her G wagon because I, it was like, I was helping her get to the number. You know what I mean? I'm like, that's like $250 a day or however much it was. I don't know, if I way more. Because you just wanted to be done with it. Yeah, wanted to be done with it, get my money back and then just go our separate ways.
Starting point is 00:48:48 Well, after months of this, actually, and it's funny because I start speaking to this lady who she's like this, like life coach slash, like she's a therapist, but like a spiritual realm and you know she's just this amazing lady. And I'd heard about her, I'd heard about her. Well my ex-husband came to the Lakers and I'm like, oh my gosh, like you know, here we were in the East Coast, you know, all together and then he left so then we finally came here
Starting point is 00:49:23 and you know know it's a tough situation for the kids so I just need to know how to handle this like and I want to you know really do it in the right way I don't want to do it through emotion or you know I had so much media calling me like what are your thoughts about your ex coming here to you know and yeah I just needed a little guidance so I call her and we're talking you know she gets me through all of that and then we're about to hang up and at this the first time I've ever met this lady and she says there anything else and I haven't told a soul Might even my best friend not Ron know it yeah about this because I knew I knew that whoever I told was gonna say
Starting point is 00:49:55 You're out of your mind turn her in you're too nice. Yeah, yeah, um, so we're about to hang up and she says there Anything else I said actually yeah, you know, and I told you're really quick. I'm like, but it's no big deal, I just kind of needed to get that off my chest. She was like, literally, I think she got this close to the camera and she was like, you need to call Ron tomorrow morning and tell him, I'm like, no, you don't understand, I already made a deal with this girl, like I gave her my work, like, what do you mean?
Starting point is 00:50:19 Yeah, I know. And she was just like, I don't know if I could have even talked to you again, like you have to, you know. So I was like, okay, okay, hang up with her. And I remember feeling like, I don't know this lady, but I talked to her once, I don't have to do anything, you know? And then, you know, did my whole like prayed about it, the whole thing woke up next morning.
Starting point is 00:50:38 And I was like, do, do, do, do, hi, Ron. I have something to tell you. And of course, it was like World War Three. And Ron, it was just, it was hard. It was, it was really hard. Like I literally was like, are you still gonna like help? Are you still gonna work for me? And he was like, it's like, we are like till death to his part. But still, I'm so angry with you. Like, do you realize how much, you know? So he starts to delve into it. So he delves into it. And then he discovers what? He discovers, no, he just
Starting point is 00:51:05 like prints out everything because normally it's like your basics like you know this time you're spending on this. I mean I'm telling you like stacks of stuff so I'm going through it now and where she was really you know smart I hit you the word for her but is she used a lot of the same things so like Bl, Blue Cross, you know, she got, I don't even know how she did it, she got on my plan. As herself or as herself. Oh, as herself.
Starting point is 00:51:30 I didn't understand if she was actually going as you because she had dark hair. No, okay. No, she got herself on my plan. But then I had like another like thousand something a month, but then I would see Blue Cross just as a, and just go. Yeah. So there was a lot of that, so that was really hard.
Starting point is 00:51:47 There was a lot of PayPal, there was a lot of push pay, like all these different things. So we had to go in and when I tell you, my house did look like Quantico. It was just... So when at the time after you tell him and you guys start going deep, do you break it off with her then or do she thinks everything's hunky-dory, but you're trying to trap her? I just stopped responding to her. Because I just didn't know what I was gonna do
Starting point is 00:52:14 and I knew I don't want her working for me. I didn't wanna get into an exchange of words with her. Okay, so you've told Ron and then what does he do? So you've stopped responding to her, but in the meantime, what does he do to protect that the fraud and the deception stops at least? Right, so she's blowing me up, she's kind of like, hey, what about this?
Starting point is 00:52:31 Hey, you know, now it makes more sense to me. I'm like, wow, she's really hyper if I don't respond. And now it's making more sense. Why? So then I finally did text her and I just said, listen, I told Ron everything. So stop texting me and then she was like, you probably don't want to talk to me anymore, right?
Starting point is 00:52:51 And then I didn't respond. And then, so you have to think at that point, I really didn't know anything when I texted her that. So she has no idea what I know. And really I didn't know much. I just knew. At this time you still think it's the $30,000. But I just know that Ron was like like exactly what I knew he would say.
Starting point is 00:53:07 Like you're done whatever, you're firing her. So that's what I told her, but she must have assumed at that point I knew more. But really no, it was between a spiritual advisor and Ron. So then, yeah, so then Ron, yeah, he does everything with Morgan Stanley, like, you know, changes accounts, does whatever. So then I get on the phone now. And now you have to understand the first time around I got on the phone and just said, hey, can I get a new card? Hey, can I get a new card, you know, what I didn't do anything with bank accounts, I just
Starting point is 00:53:35 literally just changed my, I had a debit card and a credit card. I changed those and then changed passwords on everything on my laptop. Well, this time I called Bank of America and I said, hey, I need to close my card. I don't even want a debit card, nothing. And then the guy gets on the phone and he was just like, okay, well, what about your account? I'm like, yeah, I have a checkmate of savings. We can save that.
Starting point is 00:53:58 He's like, well, what about your other accounts? And I'm like, nope, that's it. It was just checking savings in the one debit card. And he was like, no, you've got, you know, and I told him why I was doing it. So I think that's why he was helpful. Yeah. And then he said, well, you can't see it, but I can see that you have another checking and other savings and another like two credit cards.
Starting point is 00:54:18 And I was like, wow, okay. So where did she, so she opened those accounts, but where was that money, the savings coming from, she pulled it from the other savings. So what she was doing was she was taking money from either Morgan Stanley or the kids college fund, mostly the kids college fund. She was putting it through the B of A. So the 529 is sending money
Starting point is 00:54:43 to a Bank of America account in my name. And then and she's only one of my name and she's the only one that has access to it because you don't even know it exists. So you think let's say you think there's just to do easy numbers. You think there's 100,000 in the kids college and throughout the year of her working for you, now there's 10,000 and 90,000 went through the account in a checking that you had no idea that she was drawing. Right, so that was the difficult part. So when I would call Bank of America or five,
Starting point is 00:55:14 anytime I called someone to tell me about the fraud, they were like, it was going to an accountant, you're not even able to tell me that it was a little bit difficult. It wasn't like, yes. Oh my God. Yeah, okay. So it was like, it was done, and then even when she was taking money from Morgan Stanley,
Starting point is 00:55:28 the way she was doing it, it was in such safe ways and approving, because Morgan Stanley's like Fort Knox. So I'd have to do an email or an e-authorization or if she had access to everything, she was like, she took over my life. She was posing as you. Saying, can you send $50,000 to my checking tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:55:46 And then how they normally are like, okay, we gotta send you an email for verification. Boom, log on the email, log on the email, everything was, I mean, honestly, I am so grateful for Ron and Morgan Stanley because I do think that without them, I wouldn't have been able to have the,
Starting point is 00:56:00 you know, the credibility to prove the fraud as well. And when? So then when does the authorities get involved? Okay, so wait, so again, like I find out about the credit cards, whatever. And then I call the apartment complex that I was trying to get for my girls because they were just about to start calling.
Starting point is 00:56:21 And I said, hey, I know that I had my assistant stop by to drop off the applications and stuff. But I just want you to know that I am now the contact person. So if you need anything, you're like, oh, what? We call it your assistant. We told her that you were denied. And I'm like, what? Why?
Starting point is 00:56:38 What do you mean? And they said, you're credit. I'm like, what? I'm so confused. So I get online. I look up're credit. I'm like, what? I'm so confused. So I get online. I look up my credit. My credit scores 400. And then on there, you see different credit cards.
Starting point is 00:56:51 You see different. Like where the credit was run, like a million and 200 times for different things. And not paid. And oh, yeah. And my husband is Gerald Hood, Sona. And like it was just a mess. Like it was bigger than me.
Starting point is 00:57:04 And then have you ever tried to call any of these companies? Like you can't. I can't. You can't. So it was like it was my full-time job. From the minute I woke up to late at night and my kids, I mean everyone, like my stepson had a job, my son had a job, everybody was doing.
Starting point is 00:57:20 To repair all the. Oh, just highlighting, printing, going to Kinkos. And then Ron said, OK, highlighting printing, going to kinkos, you know, and then Ron said, okay, instead of just going to the police, what we're doing is we're gonna hire this company, they're these fixers. Financial fixer people, yeah. And they, they're just gonna go in
Starting point is 00:57:34 and they're gonna like, you know, so they were awesome, like I sent them everything that I had and then they put it all together and then they kind of had to get actual real stuff. Like I can print it out, but then they have to subpo, and then they kind of had to get actual real stuff. Like, I can print it out, but then they have to subpoena and get like the real. So they almost like built the case, like please,
Starting point is 00:57:50 please, for the prosecutor to make it easy for the prosecutor to do it. To guarantee that it was gonna go on their desk. Yeah. Okay. Yep. And then we flew into New York, and with them, we went and met with the AUSA, and I interviewed with them, I told them the story.
Starting point is 00:58:06 They had the whole presentation for him. The officer. And it was in New York because that's where all the financial and safety issues are. Well, here's the irony of it all, is that my money comes out of New York. So I could have, I could have did it here or there. But we figured, and especially this was before COVID,
Starting point is 00:58:21 we were like, New York would be harder on her. Like, you know, and she's been in jail here before. She, I knew how did you find that out? Oh, yeah, because we, I mean, now we've got like the detectives doing background checks and her name has spelled in many different ways. And, you know, it's kind of funny, like, I knew it was Tracy show. Yeah, but she goes by like, there's like Tracy show, then there's Tracy without the two eyes which should have been around. Yeah, and then there's like Tracy Vicki and then there's Tracy, you know, so yeah, so they kind of dove in and found out all this stuff about her and
Starting point is 00:58:57 we just kind of figured yeah, New York is going to be a better fit for this case to like really put a stop to her, but then when COVID hit and you know the New York kind of lightened up a little. Yeah. And so now okay so you find out the total what's the total. Wish there was more than water in there for that. I was kidding. So it just kept adding up every day and every day. But I'm now, I'm looking at three million, but you have to understand that half of that is what I've spent on credit cards that I don't own. Right. So I don't know right now. I'm going to have to pay these, you know, like I got 1.5 stolen from me. And I've got another point five, you know, 1.5 that I owe on all these credit cards. All these credit cards.
Starting point is 00:59:51 She has spent. And I'm fighting on a daily and some of them are just like you need to pay this or, you know what I mean? And I don't know, do I pay it? Is it going to be harder if I pay it to get it back? Right. It was just, it was chaos. So I'm dealing with all that.
Starting point is 01:00:02 And so yeah, 3 million would be the number. But I would say like one, one five was the actual. No, and then what was the whole other story with the breakfast bitch? Okay, so I want to say it was close to around when I found out about that credit card and stuff to around when I found out about that credit card and stuff that she was opening this business, this restaurant. And it was so funny. She was just like, you know, even I want to say at some point asked me if I'd be interested in like, you know, you know, partnering with her and I was like, yeah, probably not, you know, but so she opened this restaurant and she said that, you know, some guy had approached
Starting point is 01:00:44 them and you wanted to invest in it. And it was in San Diego and I was like, this is great. And she invited me to the green opening and all that stuff. And it was in San Diego so it was a little far. But did you go? No. I'm telling you, I did not go to my-
Starting point is 01:00:57 I thought it was interesting that she opens this breakfast place. I'm like, that's a pretty hard business to like be waking up at 5 a.m. and making breakfast food and stuff. If she's such a successful like scammer, I thought that was a weird thing to do. Like, so I almost thought was she doing that to eventually stop with the stealing of people like you and beyond the up and up? So that's what I think. And honestly, being built the way that I am, I was trying not to focus on that, not to focus on this, like, you know,
Starting point is 01:01:29 I, my initial instinct would be to think that. But I still think like, now that I really see her for what she is, I'm like, is she just wanting credit card galore to come to her hands? Like, you know, because you're an arrested, I don't know. Oh! I just don't believe that there's any good intentions there. Right.
Starting point is 01:01:49 I'm ready using the cards. And then I learned that there was this big lawsuit from this other place, vacant bitch. And so when I was in Miami, I went to see him. And he was so nice. And we sat and talked and talked and talked. And he was like, it makes so much sense to me because I kept I'm thinking,
Starting point is 01:02:05 I know how, where my finances were. He went after breakfast bitch because he felt they were stealing his name. No, they stole everything. He said someone from Yelp called him and was like, oh, you know, you opened a place in San Diego and he was like, no, and he was like, oh, it's breakfast and he was like, oh, that happens, you know, the names are similar.
Starting point is 01:02:23 She's like, no, this is like your actual menu, your actual, you know, like everything, like they didn't even bother to, you know, it was like plagiarizing 100%. And so then when he tried to sue her, apparently, you know, she went after him hard and he was like, where does a brand new business owner get this kind of money? And he said like she was like, you know, like to where he said he would think like When I first opened my restaurant, there's no way I could have went
Starting point is 01:02:49 He thought he was gonna shut her down in a second because it's a brand new business and you can't have that much Right success already, but he said now it makes sense where she was getting the money to fight me So I was pretty much representing her. Yeah, but yeah, so So you know, I just got a lot of insight and then I want to say her sister ended up, we found each other on Facebook and then her sister was like, that kind of made me feel good to hear like a family member say this has been.
Starting point is 01:03:15 So what did the sister say about her? That this has been, I think that might have been a lot where I found some like of her history too, as far as some of the. What was her history? Like meaning like the other arrests and stuff, because one of them was, the time had been so long that it wasn't even Google Bull or... But she had stolen a car and then did time for that, and then she did some other tax evasion
Starting point is 01:03:41 and passport fraud, and then went to jail for that? And you know, the sister really, I feel bad for the sister because she's like, seems to be like the black sheep of the family. And they kind of just bully her and they're just so mean to her. But the sister or Tracy's the black sheep. Well, unfortunately the sister is the black sheep.
Starting point is 01:04:01 Yeah. Why? Because it's not a great family. Like it's not, you know, like, there's a history of a lot of criminal activity and, you know, and the sister is the only one that kind of wants to speak the truth and has his conscience. And isn't the criminal, I guess, in her own sense?
Starting point is 01:04:16 And so, this sister, because she was interviewed too, it's like, it's almost like this girl Tracy was just bad from the start. That's, like, she was like stealing tricycles. Yeah, yeah. Like, and, like just bad from the start. That's like she's like stealing tricycle relationship. Like at least you start up. Yeah, I mean, I was named in high school, but come on. Like, I think some people are born. Yeah, they're nature.
Starting point is 01:04:35 Yeah, I think it's, it was her nature, but her nurture wasn't great either. So she kind of was screwed. Yeah. And who was this husband? Was he, did he have a criminal pass before getting with her? To be honest with you, I don't think so. I think that the husband got caught up with her when they were married and then You know, he probably you know, I don't know what he what he knew of what he did it
Starting point is 01:04:59 No, I've at the time, but I think he was like a up and coming. He you know musician trying to make it So he was probably just focused on the benefits of being able to build his career and- He decided it was with the rich woman. Oh, yeah. And, or maybe like even, you know, just, okay, like wherever, you know, almost like that, the mob wife, who's like, I don't know whatever. So I don't know. I really don't.
Starting point is 01:05:21 I have no idea. I can't speak on that, but I know that he's been traumatized and she's like dragged his name through the mud and she's done a lot of damage to a lot of people and it's sad. It's really sad. And I think that was a thing with me is I started working with her old best friend
Starting point is 01:05:37 and her sister, her ex, whatever. And for me, it's not emotional. For me, for whatever reason, I was protected from feeling any, you know, connection or emotion with her. So to me, I felt like it wasn't even my case. Like I was outside my body working on this case. So sometimes, you know, we get these group texts and they were, they were very intense. And I, the group texts of who being, right, because they're more traumatized. Oh, you mean these other victims of her?
Starting point is 01:06:07 Yes, because there was this other woman that she basically like moved to best friend. Yeah, a best friend who's her kids knew I guess the daughter. Yes, so she presented herself like this Alessade's mom and then Somehow manipulated in her like letting her live there. But that girl, that woman was her friend after, you know what I thought about that one moment? Cause we need this one woman. I really kind of felt like she sought out this woman who might have not had many mom friends in the community.
Starting point is 01:06:40 And so she became friends with her. Then she goes and does seven years in prison, Tracy. And then she comes back and the woman's nice but also she doesn't this girl is like wants to be your girlfriend and i felt like this woman didn't have a lot of girlfriends that could be so that she so she really saw down the opening yeah so she brought then that then she starts staying with the woman try to break up her marriage yet what she did because they did get divorced get divorced. I think they're still together, but they've had their ups and downs. Oh, okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:09 And then is staying like a property of hers and then a floor that will not leave. Yeah. Insane. I always find so scary. Did she ever make any attempts to like move into your property or anything? No. No, not at all. As a matter of fact, I remember one time, her, she was just so good at knowing your limits and knowing, you know, I think they had nowhere to stay because they were renting their property to everyone.
Starting point is 01:07:42 I'm like, you can, she's getting crashed. You have a guest room, like, you know, it was like for two nights, and it was like the biggest deal to her, you know what I mean? She was like, I could never, there's no way, you know, like, so she didn't. No, they ended up spending one night there, her and Darryl. Yeah, yeah, no.
Starting point is 01:07:56 But like, she was mortified to have to do that. Like, she was just so good at knowing people's personalities and knowing what would impress them. So where is the case now? So she's supposed to be sentenced on the 28th of this month. So she was convicted. Well, she pled guilty after completely saying she wasn't and, you know, I mean, the lawyer.
Starting point is 01:08:23 What was her initial defense. I'm initial defense was that you know fake news and this isn't real and whatever you know but the detective that I worked with in New York he was awesome. You know he kept reassuring me like don't worry don't worry this is you know and then he would like you know tell me like you know, he's on cases that there's like billions of dollars and, you know, so I'm like, I get it, but this is just really important to me. Oh my God.
Starting point is 01:08:51 And so he was really nice about understanding that and always keeping me updated. Which is also really sad, because three million is a lot and you had these connections with the people that brought the case and everything. But I think why a lot of these cases don't make it is because someone steals $10,000 from you or 20,
Starting point is 01:09:07 which is a lot to anybody. But it is small beans. And there's only so many people in this department to go after these people. Exactly. And even if they get them, it's still somewhat under petty theft or whatever, or it's not a violent crime, no one's life
Starting point is 01:09:22 was threatened. So they're not going to get that much time. You don't get a penny back. Yeah. No, that's the truth. So I think sometimes with a person that was deceived and everything, even there, like, oh my God, find whatever. And then they're hard on themselves.
Starting point is 01:09:38 I took, I, you know, allowed this person to be with me or date them or have them be my sister, whatever. So the fact that I lost 25,000, I'd rather just forget it and I don't want to be humiliated and like I hate that person and whatever and then they get away with it and then they go to the next thing. I'm not gonna lie if it wasn't for the kids college fund. I don't know if it would have lit the fire in me the way because you know how it is like when someone does something to you, you're like, okay, you do. We're good. I'm never going to deal you again. But when someone does something to someone you care about, all of a sudden, you just turn
Starting point is 01:10:11 into like, you know, fight mode. And I think that's what I'll never forget when I called the, and I mean, I was on the phone with a guy from Morgan Stanley. Ron had one of his guys just call with me to a bunch of different places to, you know, make sure she changes this, make sure that because I was like so upset. And we call the 529. And I remember both of us on the phone being like, I'm sure, but just, you know, to be safe, let's just change this info. And the lady, you know, we told her why we were doing this and we need to change it. And then that's when she said, you do realize there's been
Starting point is 01:10:42 a lot of activity since 2017. And I've never in my life had that feel. Like, you know, like it was almost like someone actually punched me so hard in the gut. Like that was the sickest. And I just, that was it. Like that was it. I was like, you were going down. And so, so then eventually I guess she,
Starting point is 01:11:02 they decided it'd be best that she plead. I don't know why. I don't know why it's out of the blue. She did plea. Well, so did Jen Shaw. Yeah. I think it's when they're presented and their, their, their counsels. Like there's, there's no way. And if you make them spend all this money on trial, you're going to get so much more time. Yeah. And this way you'll go to maybe a decent federal prison for what does your people think she'll get? Well, the crazy thing about the plea was that,
Starting point is 01:11:31 the last time she went to prison, she got seven years. Yeah. And I believe she stole more this time. And again, this was like your third strike, even though it's not the same. It's not violent, yeah. Or in the same area. But I think her police had something like, you know, she has to pay me back. She has to pay the
Starting point is 01:11:52 government back. And then she has to serve like it was like up to three years or something. And I thought, what? How? That literally mean. Yeah. Yeah. That's BS. Like, no way. So and then and the truth is she's been violating her order like left and right since forever What is it when you get out on bail? Oh until your court? Whatever. Okay. Yeah, yeah Because like she's only supposed to stay in the area She's only you know, and she's been all over the place and she's doing everything and you know like She had a flee, her sentencing date was the beginning of November. And her lawyer wrote a letter to the court saying that she had long haul COVID and couldn't travel. And but
Starting point is 01:12:42 literally that same week, she's at a cardinals game at a sun's game and how do you know because she's still posting on her Instagram it's everywhere it's ever there's so many like she can like you know what I mean and and I and I used to live in Phoenix like I used to live in Scottsdale like right I know like it's just there's so much that gets back and I don't know. I don't know what to, you know, why she thinks she can get away with all of this. It's crazy.
Starting point is 01:13:10 It's crazy. So the husband is not in trouble. So the husband, this one's really good. After American Greed aired, he posted something on his Facebook page, basically saying that it was BS and that it stinks because she can't even like speak her truth, like completely defending her.
Starting point is 01:13:32 And then saying how like, there's so many shows that are approaching us, just wait, we're gonna have our own show. Oh my God. And then like, and a couple hours he took it down. So I don't know if like a lawyer saw it, like said this isn't good or Tracy saw it and was like, are you crazy? Like I don't know.
Starting point is 01:13:50 I wouldn't be surprised but it was also like we're going to sue you for defamation. Like the Tinder swimler was like, I'm going to have my own show. You did the same thing. I'm going to have my own show. I'm suing Netflix. But Anna, but is it Anna Delvie or what she is getting a show, right? Yeah, she's supposed to have a show and they just saw a clip of her and she, it's like something for Alexander, a queen fashion and it's like her ankle bracelet.
Starting point is 01:14:15 And it's like her, and she's a shoe on and a big ankle bracelet. And then she has Nylon's underneath the ankle bracelet and someone's like, how did she get a Nylon's underneath? Like, who is working with her on what's it like? I'm like, almost like, are somebody in the government getting a cut of this post life of Anadelvi? Like, what the hell is happening?
Starting point is 01:14:34 And why are we giving these? I hate to say it. I just feel like a production company is desperate and gross. And they're like, thank you. I have a connection here, and if that's what's gonna get my show on the air, I don't care if you're a criminal,
Starting point is 01:14:47 a murder, whatever, we just need to do something on the air. But that's where we're glamorizing it, which is like horrible. And I mean, Tracy's not attractive, she's not. Like, I can't imagine someone wanting to do something with her at this point, but I wouldn't be surprised, and you know what, more power to her, if you, I could care less, just pay me my money back,
Starting point is 01:15:07 go serve some time. And if you want to blog or vlog from prison, go nuts. And you did your service, you're letting, so many people will tell about, I was victimized by this person, whether it was criminal or sexual assault or whatever. And then they're like, well, they're just gonna choose not to tell because I don't want you know you told and there's a good involve with
Starting point is 01:15:30 Someone might get involved with her and she might have a new name a new face five years from now You did your due diligence like you did it all like you spent all that time Making sure that money I've actually put money into it. I'm sure I'm flying to New York That's all on my dime, but you know what? Again, I kind of thought, okay, let's say she goes away. She's only getting older. By the time she gets at work, what's next? Elderly, like I have my mom's 92.
Starting point is 01:15:54 Right. You know, like every day she's calling me with like, they want me to call this number to collect, I'm like, no, don't call, like that's not real. That's, you know, I just wonder what if she ends up in the same prison in outside New York be out of the Gen Shaw. She would be happy because that's the question that she would get to reality TV. And it all.
Starting point is 01:16:15 So when we when she worked from me she was constantly pushing me to do reality TV where she was like you should do Beverly Hills real house says Beverly Hills. It was NBA wives. Oh. you should do Beverly Hills real house says Beverly Hills. It was NBA wives. And every, because they would call and they would ask and I'd always, you know, I'd always passed on it. And one time she actually said, I've set up a meeting. It's not NBA wives, it's something different, but I think it's like, they're positive,
Starting point is 01:16:39 it's blah, blah, blah, whatever. She's like, just go to the meeting, you know, won't hurt you. And I'm like, okay, okay, we go to the meeting. And when I first walk in, you have production companies have like the posters of everything they've done. I'm like, the basketball wives everywhere.
Starting point is 01:16:50 Yeah. I'm like, okay, maybe it's the same production company, but whatever. And I'm sitting there in the meeting with a lady. And then finally, I was like, wait, is this for basketball wives? And she was, okay, but hear me out first, cause I know she told me that you, you know, and I'm like, this was like a conspiracy like no you know yeah um but at the time I looked at it as she you know she wants to see me get out
Starting point is 01:17:11 there and she wants to like have me promote something right I am and but no if you're not on that she would have been the best friend and like yeah yeah hindsight yeah wow so that is obviously a big goal of hers and that's why they did homeless millionaires thinking that was gonna explode and Yeah, hindsight. Yeah. Wow. So that is obviously a big goal at her. And that's why they did homeless millionaires thinking that was going to explode. And she's probably taking a lot of pleasure in the notoriety she's getting right now. Okay. So once she knows the gig is up, you're no longer talking to her. Everything is being changed and shut down.
Starting point is 01:17:40 So she's not actively trying to steal from you anymore. Do you ever hear from her again like getting mad at you or apologizing or what? Yeah, so no, I don't hear from her until it's time for her to finally be arrested and they needed to track her phone. So they asked me to call her and you know, like they were on the line. And so now how long had it been since you spoke into her. Oh gosh this was I hadn't talked to her since 2019 and this would have been 2021. Oh so it'd been a couple of years. Oh yeah it's been so. So I call her she doesn't answer so they tell me to leave a message. Uh- just- What's the message for you to say? Yeah, I just basically said, hi Tracy, it's Chimana.
Starting point is 01:18:26 I just called, you know, love to talk to you, get, you know, just put some closure on this. OK, so she might have thought that you weren't going after her. Yeah, OK. So then- Yeah, so then the next day I received this big long text. OK, so could I read this?
Starting point is 01:18:43 Yeah, you can. Hi, Chimana, first and foremost, I'm glad to hear that you are all safe and healthy. I've thought about you a lot and knowing that you and TJ have have compromised medical situation and with all the craziness going on in the world, because it's COVID. When I heard your voice, it rocked me to the core. Of course, I felt like you have some hate in your heart for me. Even you, of all people who have nothing but love for the world, I've hated myself for some time and still go through motions of working and living life. But I will admit, I've been pretty numb, like just ready for the worst because I know I have a coming, no matter how hard I try to pay forward for acts of kindness, I
Starting point is 01:19:29 feel like a fraud. I picked up the phone to call you on occasion, and about 10 times in the last 24 hours, but I just lose my voice. I understand that you won't closure. Somehow I feel like I'll never find it. I'll never find it. You're in such a higher spiritual place than I am, but I do want it for you too.
Starting point is 01:19:49 Maybe we can set aside some time for a conversation and just need to, and I just need to woman up and do that soon. I'm sorry. Oh my God, sounds amazing. So then what happened? Like normally I would never even share something like this, but it's such BS that I don't feel like it's even, you know, oh nothing, they got what they needed, they tracked her phone.
Starting point is 01:20:12 I never seen it. I was back and forth to track it. And then where did she get arrested? And then that's when they went to Phoenix to arrest her and she contacted them and said, I'm not, she got like someone gave her a lead, I guess. And then she said, well, I'm not here. I'm in San Diego. So I'll turn myself in tomorrow.
Starting point is 01:20:30 And they are like, we know you're here and she kept denying it. Because the phone. Yeah. And then she even has a lawyer call them and say, my client, it wasn't the lawyer she's using now. And that lawyer ended up getting pissed off and firing her because she lied to them until they were in San Diego and put the learn about position. And so then they actually were really ready to kind of just like bail.
Starting point is 01:20:51 They were like, let's just drive by the restaurant one more time and then that's when they saw her in the alley and when she saw them she ran and then they kind of went to the other side of the alley and then that's when they arrested her. And then she was out like, you know, a day later on, you know, veil, bond or whatever. Wow. So where is she living right now? Do you know? Yeah, they live in Arizona. She, oh, okay. So the day after her, her, her plea, which went to fluent in New York, she pled guilty. The very next day on social
Starting point is 01:21:22 media, she's, they post a video of a new building owner handing her keys to their new way bigger location of breakfast bitch Arizona. And now this place is humongous. Like, it also is connected to a bar. So wait, so I can go to breakfast bitch. I'm gonna go to Scottsdale a little bit um I'll be there for super bowl but it's gonna be hard for me that I will okay so I'm going the weekend after the next okay so if I went to breakfast bitch yeah
Starting point is 01:21:54 it's open yeah I can order yeah she's there and she's she's there her husband's there like so is it like in the husband's name then and not in hers? He's got a criminal record too. I don't know whose name. Now in paying you back, will if this place stays open when she's in prison, will you be getting like a check for $300 a month or something? How does it work? I have no clue, especially since we have proof on credit cards that she did a lot of the opening
Starting point is 01:22:20 of it with my money. Like that usually is a big deal. Or you should own part of it. Yeah, not that you want it. But yeah. But I will tell you the place, I mean, from what you see on social media, like it's always packed.
Starting point is 01:22:32 It's like that, it's like that day party vibe. Yeah. And yeah, they've got like karaoke one night, comedy one night, like they opened, they've attached like a bar. So it's called like fourth quarter quarter which is hilarious because there's a place like that i feel like she copied but uh...
Starting point is 01:22:50 i would be terrified i i mean the only way i think someone should go to get their credit card if the person is holding the thing and they're like they don't leave you know because i'm like i would be terrified if you go. If you go back with someone. If you go on breakfast, bitches, Instagram, you'll see people posting stuff like, wait, why are you still open?
Starting point is 01:23:11 Or I just saw American greed. But then like 10 minutes later, they're deleted. So someone's like full time deleting those comments right now, but you look at how packed it is and stuff. And I know for a fact, 90% of those people in there, if they knew, I have friends in Arizona who actually had went Before they knew about this and called me and we're like I will never Step foot in that place again. I'm like, I don't know. Maybe you should
Starting point is 01:23:33 I mean if I'm gonna get the place. Let's keep it going Oh my god I mean the day after you plead guilty and then you go get the keys to the new place, which is humongous And I mean it just there's this like God complex there's I don't know what it is. No it's just that narcissism and that same like that privilege that just a dacity really of just being like who cares well and also maybe not being afraid of doing three years maybe being like you know what yeah I'm gonna meet Jen Shaw I'm gonna end up being on a reality show with her. I'm going to learn more new ways to
Starting point is 01:24:10 deceive people while I'm there for three years working with other white co-agribinals. And I'll be bigger and better. I'll be, you know, probably you actually could be right. And it's funny that you mentioned privilege because I think it's funny that she she does promote the restaurant is black owned because her husband is black and you know she throws in the corn rows and you know the box breaks she's a hundred percent white but it's like appropriation to its finest and then on top of it you know you're black owned whatever and it's all about, but then you ran on foot when you were getting arrested. Like that alone. Like, you know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:24:49 Like, that wouldn't have ended well if you were brown or black. Exactly, like, yeah, but I'm good, I'm okay. Yeah, and you see her living her life that way. Wow. With the, in your face, I know I'm not supposed to leave the area, but I'm on vacation and I'm, you know, like, not everyone would get away with that and She I felt is definitely milking that
Starting point is 01:25:10 Wow yet has a black owned business. That's the the frustrating part like you just milk every aspect that you can Right someone thinking they're doing a good thing. Yeah. Oh, you know, let's go to the It's like yeah, there was a horrible white female terminal, like really, okay. Yeah. Well, God, thank you so much for coming. Of course. It was really great meaning. You too.
Starting point is 01:25:33 You're glad that you got your story out and that, you know, just to be cognizant of who you bring in your life. Yeah. And trusting and not to feel that about anything but and if you're sitting back and you're listening to this and you really trust person you know it's okay like you're not a bad person to ask some questions and maybe you know spend an afternoon and just check everything every once in a while and like just make sure everything is on the up and up but I think you
Starting point is 01:26:03 have to be really careful about having someone have any access to that type of stuff. But she actually, I mean, she signed a power of attorney. Like when you, if I were to give her a power of attorney, none of this would have went to court. You know what I mean? And she had that access because she forged a power of attorney with a notary. Yeah, because I was like, you need a notary for that.
Starting point is 01:26:26 So then did she must have had a, with the notary person? Yeah, we did it out, because the notary person was a shady person. No, we met with the notary person. There was actual notary that day, but I don't know, it was something where I, I did sign, but she stuck one of the pages
Starting point is 01:26:42 that where I had needed my actual signature in it So it was like sign sign sign sign. You know what I mean? Like she said it all up because the notary comes to our house So she gets to do all the stickers and stuff and then like she does all the work for him Then he comes just makes sure and so when you saw the power of attorney You could see that my actual signature was mine But then all the initials and all the other pages was not my handwriting my actual signature was mine but then all the initials and all the other pages was not my handwriting.
Starting point is 01:27:12 When you were not there for that obviously for what this power of attorney thing obviously she you were just. They came to the house but you weren't there no no I was there but she stuck okay so the power of attorney was like four pages all initials and then the last page had nothing on it but But you were giving her power over her. Oh no. You were doing, I was signing something, it was like something for a real estate. Oh, so you were doing something. Oh, okay, so you were doing something totally out of the page. And in doing that, she's like, let me help you with organizing everything and then she slipped this in.
Starting point is 01:27:36 Yeah. And got it notarized where he has the documentation for it. Like he sees where it was done. Wow. Yeah. Yeah, because I was like, did she, in person, like I was thinking she was impersonating you, for it. Like he sees where it was done. Wow. Yeah. Because I was like, did she in person? I was thinking she was impersonating you, like with dark hair and like,
Starting point is 01:27:51 almost like she takes single white female, but coming here, look, but no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, century.
