Heather McDonald has got the Juicy Scoop.
When you're on the road, when you're on the go, Juicy Scoop is the show to know.
She talks Hollywood tales, her real life Mr. Safe and Serial Data, and Serial Sisters.
You'll be addicted and addicted fast to the number one tabloid real life podcast.
Listen in, listen up, woo woo. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
Well, you guys, I'm very excited for you to hear this episode.
Besides starting off with all the hot topics of what's going on in the news and pop culture,
then I'm going to get into what I really think of Vanderpump Rules, the cast members, where I think they're going to go, what predictions came true, what did not,
the future of the series, and my advice, breakdowns of friendships, grifters in Hollywood, my
own personal experience, and some of the grifters I believe that have weaseled their way onto
Vanderpump Rules. That is what today's show entails.
I'm going to get into it right now, but I just want to remind you that this Saturday
I will be at the Pechanga Resort with your favorite funny man, Chris Frangiola, for an
entire Juicy Scoop hilarious experience.
That is at the Pechanga Resort in Temecula.
Everything is at HeatherRieckDoll.net.
Now, one of my stories I'm covering today is about Pete Davidson, who also performed this weekend. And according to page six and people that came to his show,
people were heckling him so much during the show that he didn't even finish his entire
show. He walked out towards the end, but it was so annoying. And what these people that
gave accounts about it said, their opinion is that because on TikTok right now,
we are seeing so much comedy that is amazing crowd work
that now people are coming thinking
that's gonna be the whole show
and they're inserting themselves too much
into the standups act when they're not asking for it.
Now there's certain people like a Matt Reif
that's really, I assume what it appears,
that's 90% of his act and he's really great at it.
And if you're gonna go see him, you're gonna go see that.
But I have juicy funny stories
that I've been dying to tell you in person.
And I don't want to be interrupted over and over.
And so just feel the room.
I'm not worried about my juicy scoopers,
because you are always been fabulous delights.
But I did think that was kind of an interesting story based
on what we're seeing in comedy.
And comedy is having a boom, thank goodness.
And there are lots of different comics that you can choose from.
And you might have never been to a comedy club,
but you're going now because you see
these comics do such great crowd work.
So just to get a little bit of decorum, a little bit of etiquette when you go to stand-up
shows, please don't disturb the people around you.
Please listen to the comic and only really talk unless you've been asked a question or
if they're like, hey, who are you there with or whatever and you want to participate.
That's the rules.
Very interesting when I was in Denver and I forgot to talk about this, but this is something
that I believe Dave Chappelle started and then ComedyWorks adapted it.
And it was, I forgot about it when I went there, but it's so amazing.
When you go to a show at the ComedyWorks, they take your phone and they put it in this
satchel that you cannot unlock.
And then they give it back to you.
So you can put it on vibrate.
So if you have a sitter or something, you want to make sure you don't miss a call from
your child, you could feel it vibrate and then you would get out of the comedy club
and go to the lobby, have them unlock your phone, and then you would get out of the comedy club and go to the lobby,
have them unlock your phone, and then you would talk to the person or whatever the case might be.
So it's not like they're holding your phone hostage.
But what I didn't realize is right when I was finishing my first meet and greet,
people were coming in for the second show and I saw these two guys that were there and I go,
Oh, before I go, do you want to get a picture? Because I see that you're going to come to the
meet and greet after. And they go, we can't, we don't have access to our phone. And I was like,
oh. And then I started to go, oh my God, what are they going to do for the next 25 minutes before,
you know, the show starts? They're going to have to talk to each other, clear their mind,
get in the mood to hear
comedy.
And I think that's one reason why people love performing at certain clubs like this that
have these kind of rules because not only are you not, you know, taking video or anything,
but oftentimes people start scrolling through their phones and they're disturbing other
people but they're also not totally paying attention to the show because they're used
to sitting on their couch watching Netflix and also scrolling out their phone at the same time.
So I really encourage you to go to live comedy shows and put your phone away, whether they take
it away or not, put it away, put it in your purse, put it on silence, and really focus and take that
time for yourself to not be distracted. You paid all this money, you got a sitter, you it on silence, and really focus and take that time for yourself to not be
distracted. You paid all this money, you got a sitter, you came, and you'll have such a
better experience for everybody. And that's just a little information for the future of
comedy.
Okay, North West. So, North West appeared and she sang, which was in my head the whole
weekend from The Lion King at the Hollywood Bowl.
She came out and she's wearing yellow sweats and a yellow sweat jacket with a little furry
hoodie and slippers.
I thought, did her dad, Kanye West, create this outfit?
Came out, no.
She designed her own outfits.
Real costume designers did.
Everybody else that you saw singing and dancing around her.
And to say the least, you know, she is not a child singing prodigy theater star with
a ton of experience.
She came out, she was happy, she was confident.
But the internet has gone ablaze and especially stage parents of real Broadway prodigy kids
that can sing and dance, they are not happy.
And they are sharing their stories about how their own children were up for this solo and
went back three or four times and really came down to three people and they thought they
were going to get it and then it went to Northwest. Now this is what I'm going to say about this. It's not
Northwest's fault and it's not Kim Kardashian's fault. The people that decided to put her in
had every right to do that along with a special guest, Jennifer Hudson.
But what they should have done is right from the start said, hey, for this big performance,
we're going to bring in Northwest because they're the most famous family in the world,
and it'll be a fun little exciting thing to do.
So that part's taken.
They should have never auditioned anybody for that part.
That's it. It's taken.
Don't ask how it is. Don't ask why we're doing it.
We're doing it so that people know about this show
and we have more eyes on it than we ever could imagine we're doing it so that people know about this show and we have more eyes on it
than we ever could imagine we're going to have.
That is why people get, why does it matter how many Instagram and TikTok followers a
model has?
And listen, this isn't 1992 where you can be discovered picking corn or whatever because
you're a perfect looking model and someone's going to put you in their outfit.
They're not. They're going to do whatever it takes to get as many eyes
on their jeans. And if that means picking Bella Hadid, who's dating Bradley Cooper,
who's in the press and has millions and millions of followers, that way when she gets that
ad, that jeans ad, she will post it on her page and you will see it even though you're
not following the jeans. You will see, oh, she's wearing these jeans.
So the same thing goes for putting someone like this with this following through her
parents and everything on stage. And you can't blame her or Kim or anyone for not turning
it down. I do worry and I do hope that she does not see all the comments that were made
about her performance because I think that would be really hurtful. And if you know that the
comments are hurting me at my age and the Vanderpump, you know, people who are in their mid-30s,
can you imagine what it would do to a 10 or 11-year-old that was like, her mom was probably like, guess what you get
to do tonight?
What?
Oh, we're going to go to the Hollywood Bowl.
You're going to have two rehearsals.
You're going to wear this comfy outfit.
How fun will that be?
And I'll take photos of you.
I mean to her, at her level, it could be like, well, it's either here or at my school, so
I guess I'll go to the Hollywood Bowl and do it there.
I don't even think she understands the scope of it or what, at 10 or 12 or whatever
she is, that the disappointment that a kid that really, really strives to do this might
feel seeing her. But I think it's the state that we're in of Hollywood and what moves
and what happens and Neppo babies and talent and not talent and carving your own way and
realizing that the playing field
is not going to be even. And that's life. Like, I don't know what to say, but I hope
it's not her fault that she did this, you know? And so I was thinking, I hope that,
you know, being that her TikTok is with her mother, that they don't let her see anything
negative about this experience.
That she just sees the great photos and doesn't read like comments or anything.
And everyone just says that was so fun, Northie, and that's that.
But here's the issue.
Now Kim's nephew, Scott Disick, and Courtney's son Mason has joined Instagram and Kim told
people to follow him.
Now you can't stop the
older kid that's not yours from joining Instagram, but I just hope that in him being on it and
seeing anything about his cousin, like it just doesn't get back to it because nobody
needs to hear mean things when you're young like that. P. Diddy, now they are saying that they're going to do a grand, possibly doing a grand
jury panel, meaning he could be up for criminal charges, not just all the personal lawsuits
for sexual assault.
And they're looking into that.
Besides him being a Jekyll and Hyde, which we are not surprised about the evil behavior
that now people are coming out that they witness, the anger, the craziness, the guns on the
table during meetings and stuff.
But the possibility of a grand jury changes a lot of things of where he could end up.
So that's interesting.
J. Lo, who dated P. Diddy. And again, I've said she does not need to speak on what happened,
but you know, you do wonder what the case is. I've heard different things that because
she had her own career and her own talent, she was never a victim of any of his misbehavior or whatever.
But then of course she was with him that night when the shooting happened and that whole
story when she was wearing the white bandana and the low jeans.
But again, that was like 20 years ago. So she is doing this whole tour based on the This Is Me music, which I don't know that
those songs from that are really catching on.
And it's hard to sell tickets in big arenas and several shows have been canceled during
the summer.
According to New York Post, she was working on doing a $90 million deal
with a major Vegas residency, for residency at a major Vegas resort, meaning she would get
$1 million a show to do 90 shows. They are now saying that that is maybe not going to happen because of the ticket sales not doing that
great.
Her last deal was around 2017, 2018, and she was making 500,000 a show.
So she's making 500,000 a show and I think there were like 30 shows or something like
that.
And so this next one was going to up that, double it and be longer and be for that much
more.
And you know, you got to look at the numbers and be like, are we going to make a million
every time that she performs?
Because we're paying her a million, you know, like are we going to make it and people staying
at the hotel and buying the tickets and all of it.
So that seems to be like it's on shaky ground.
Ben Affleck was seen looking joyful as ever and going to his daughter Violet's graduation
and Jen did not attend with him.
So everything we're seeing from a deaf girl that interprets what they're saying in a car
is kind of interesting, you know, she's like a lip reader saying that
like, oh, they, you know, okay, but what will she think, like talking about their kids and
they're struggling.
Jennifer Garner wants them to stay together, allegedly.
They're looking at other property, oh, but it's just investment property.
They're just busy.
But then they'll go out and like, you know, hold hands and he'll slam the door like too quickly as her ankle barely gets inside.
It's just – and then you talk about that discussion.
This is why you don't recycle old boyfriends.
There's a reason why it didn't work out the first time.
But it's such a lovely thought because you're like, oh, they made it back together.
I mean there are a lot of divorced couples that end up getting remarried and end up getting
back together.
And it's interesting because it's after the kids have moved out.
And you're like, maybe we do really love each other.
Yeah, we always loved each other.
It was just those awful roommates we had this whole time.
Now that they're gone and we don't have anything to fight about with the kids, we actually can fall back in love.
They'd ever had kids together,
and they're breaking up the first time,
and they're having trouble this time,
I think has to do with all the eyes on them,
and him kind of being a sour puss, and her being happy,
and wanting to continue to do more and more stuff,
and be more and more in the limelight and use social media and take selfies of herself in front of her
poster on Sunset about her movie called Atlas or whatever, which reminded me of Luanne.
Luanne, I remember, Luanne got in a lot of trouble for going to her poster and taking
a photo of herself in Miami.
Oh, look at me. I did.
And I got so much hell just for going out
to swim on a beach and stopping by my poster in Miami.
I mean, who wouldn't want to do that?
Money can't buy you class.
You can't.
There's nothing wrong with taking a photo
in front of your billboard.
If I ever had a billboard for a month,
I would go and have a Chinese chicken salad in front of it
for 30 days.
Why not? So it for 30 days.
Why not?
So, it doesn't matter.
That gets you pressed.
She knew that it would.
She's doing all she can to make all the stuff that she puts her toe into a success.
It's not like she does something and then doesn't promote it.
So, but you just – I think he kind of wonders, when is it ever going to be enough?
But now that it's like she's had a little bit of stink on her, and people made kind
of fun of the movie and the things that she said with the crazy, crazy girl, reminds me
of that girl in the Bronx and all that, she's just trying to continue moving forward, which
is what you're supposed to do.
She doesn't have to go away.
She didn't do anything wrong, you know.
So, who knows with them.
But she also has a liquor brand called DeLola.
She's got a lingerie thing.
She has workout clothes.
She has so many products.
She has some of her own products.
She has some collab stuff.
But this, so it is now, I just want to, I'm giving her a press.
It's a really good commercial that she put on her Instagram.
She's wearing a great green outfit and it is a light margarita.
Really?
You're going to do that to Skinny Girl?
You're going to do that to Bethany Franco, you know?
I was the original Skinny Girl.
No one made more money than I on any reality show ever.
I was the first one to think of making a lower calorie margarita and I did it.
And I did it myself and I marketed and I did it.
And you know what?
Nobody else did it.
Nobody else could do it.
So good luck.
JLo's copying me.
I can't do Bethany as well as some people, but how do you feel about that, Bethany?
And do skinny girl margaritas still exist?
Because I don't see it anywhere.
I always felt it wasn't strong enough on flavor or alcohol.
So it kind of makes me want to try this a little bit.
But anyway, we talked about on the other episode what happened to Bachelorette Trista Stutter
because her husband
was doing these kind of cryptic posts and people were like, did you kill her?
Like is this a gone girl situation?
She's been married to her husband for like 20 years.
They have two teenage kids.
She has responded by saying, I am away.
I'm taking some time out for me.
And by him posting those, it's like a digital diary and it was like his love note to me.
And I didn't – we didn't think about the fact that – I mean I guess she's saying
it.
I don't think they thought about the fact that other people would interpret it anything
other than that.
I don't know why you would do it.
Like if you have a plan to go to rehab or let me just get away or we're having marital
troubles or I just need like
a mental health break from like being a mom. And I'm a public figure. Don't you think you
would have sat down with your spouse and been like, okay, I'm taking, going to promises
for a month. I'm not, I mean, it's hardly like she's in the limelight. It's not like
people like, you know, I haven't heard? Trista Stutter. Is that her name?
Trista.
Yeah.
Trista Stutter.
I haven't heard from in a while.
What is she?
I mean, she was on the show like 30 years, 20 years ago.
Like no one's wondering where she is, what she's doing.
So I'm just saying if you need to take a break and you want to take a break from social
media, just take the break.
Don't make an announcement you're taking the break.
Just take the break. Don't make an announcement you're taking the break. Just take the break.
Very few people are going to do, unless you're like the biggest star ever, is going to do
an article about how you didn't post or plan it out.
If you're taking a break from the summer of social media because you just don't want to
look at it, maybe plan something with someone where they can post something like once a week of
just like beautiful summer sunset or, you know, here's a throwback Thursday. Just do
something like that. Like it's fine, but we don't need to think that your husband killed
you. So I'm glad that you're doing okay. And I guess she wasn't on a reality show. She
wasn't doing Masked Singer. She wasn't doing Special Forces. If I found out that she was, then I'm going to be more pissed at her because that means
she lied.
Britney Spears said that all her jewelry was gone.
The video was very odd.
It was very odd because the jewelry box looked like something I had when I was eight years
old.
It was very inexpensive.
It appeared and was just felt And she's like, look at
all the drawers, they're empty. Someone came in and legit stole everything. But then there were
still a couple old pieces left. And I'm like, I think that she just came across this jewelry box
and forgot that she'd never put anything in it. I hope that's the case. No police report was made.
Then she was with
her brother in Vegas at a spa doing a video very excited about going to a spa, which I'm
happy because that was the one thing she complained about. She didn't get to drive a car, go to
coffee or go to a spa in Vegas. So she's having a good time at a spa in Vegas. She's kind
of doing different accents and saying that the spa looks like a spaceship and people
are concerned. She's with her brother. She's with family and she's going to a spa. For me, I'm happy with that. Hopefully, she wasn't
robbed and this was an old jewelry box that she got when she was eight and she forgot
that she never filled it. This was super interesting. This single mom went viral because she was
sobbing, baking her own birthday cake. She goes, I have three
kids and I'm a single mom, but I have to bake my own cake or my own cupcakes so that my
kids can feel like they can celebrate with me. So I'm doing this for my kids, even though
I'm all alone, being a single mom. And she got a lot of love for that video.
A lot of people were like, your single mom, it's okay. Your kids will remember it. You
do have to do these things to make them feel like they're celebrating your birthday and
like who's the piece of shit that, you know, where's the dad and all that kind of stuff.
Well, the dad sees it and he does his own video and New York Post put it all together. And he's like, I am her ex-husband. And he's like, and I have
full custody of the kids because of, she has a criminal background. And here is my court
papers that I have her, I had the kids full time that she owes me over
20,000 in child support that she, you know, she can see them, but it has to be arranged
and all this stuff. So she's done this in the past with social media to get followers
and like, you know, sympathy, whatever. But it's amazing. It's amazing.
Like someone just does that. It's just making, having the, just kind of wondering, oh, I
wonder if anyone will see this or whatever. I'm going to make this cake and I'm just going
to decide to say this. Again, a grifter move. You didn't, why are you doing that? Like why
did you have to do a sympathy video
and draw attention to the fact now we know that you unfortunately don't have custody
that your husband does, which is okay. It's okay if you don't have custody of your kids,
but don't make up a lie of like that you have no support from your ex-husband when in fact
he's the one watching the children. Very interesting. Lizzo is featured in a South Park episode. I believe she is losing weight. She looks much
thinner and she's like, I can't believe I'm part of a South Park episode. And the episode, the joke
was, you know, if you can't get your hands on Ozempic, just take Lizzo and you'll feel better about
yourself. And I did not know what the joke was in South Park. I thought it was that we
knew that she was taking Ozempic too. And I was like, well, I predicted that two years
ago. And I just posted that. I go, not to be annoying because I know sometimes people
are like, you with your predictions, not people who listen. But I predicted that she'd take
Ozempic and get thin like two years ago. Now, I don't know if she's taking ozempic right now.
I really don't. But I said that. I said, I think what's going to happen is how can you not,
when it's available and it's working for all of your friends, how can you not just take it
and hopefully feel less hungry and have the results of just eating less. If you eat less, you're going to lose weight.
So I saw photos of her recently and she has definitely lost weight. And if that's making
her happy, great. And I think I did start talking about a Zempik about two years ago.
I started to talk about it when I found out that that's what people were taking and that Kim most likely took
it to get into that Marilyn Monroe dress and lost 14 pounds in a week or whatever it was.
And I think that's when I first mentioned it.
And so I don't know when I said this about Lizzo, but I'm right, people.
It's happening.
Just get over it.
This was such a weird story. This girl,
Hayden Hopkins, I guess she's a professional dancer. Other ones said that she was just
an influencer. So over the weekend, they said that she is allegedly expecting a baby with
the Raiders owner, Mark Davis, who's over 70. But then today it says professional dancer
Hayden Hopkins is reportedly expecting her first child with baseball player Joey Gallo.
The revelation comes after Hopkins shut down the rumor that she was expecting a child with
the Raiders owner Mark Davis.
So do you imagine, like, who is your baby with?
The professional baseball player who's cute and more age appropriate, or the 70-year-old
boyfriend who owns the Raiders?
Or is he not your boyfriend
or what? But I mean, if this is not a sugar baby gold digger story come to life at a triangle,
I mean, kind of fun. I hope she's okay.
Speaking of having babies, Courtney, who had a baby with Travis Barker, post being 40,
she has revealed that she went through several IVFs with him
before having the child. And I think it's really good that she's coming forward with
that because when we saw her hold up the sign at his concert, I'm pregnant, at that time,
I believe we did not know that she was going through any fertility treatments and that
she just was one of those few women that can get naturally pregnant at 42 with no medical intervention.
It is very rare. Yes, it can happen. It is very rare though. I think it's good that she
is being honest with us about it because your fertility just goes down with age, just a
fact.
Then she also said that her baby has never slept in a crib and I guess sleeps with her. Again, I like that honesty and nothing should be judged by it.
Recently Paris Hilton got a lot of criticism because she was enjoying the Grand Walleye
in Hawaii with her two kids and she was in the pool and she posted a video of her in
the pool with the little boy and she had the life jacket on snapped all wrong.
And so of course the parent police came out and I mean the kid is doing fine.
But yeah, again, if you're going to post stuff as a parent, make sure that you have your
car seat strapped in right.
It's facing the right direction for the kids' age and weight, a life jacket, a swimming jacket,
all those things.
Otherwise, you almost wonder if she just like doing this stuff now to get people to talk
about it because she knows if she does one thing wrong, it's going to be written up by
page six.
So I wonder if that's the case.
Oh, and I found out that she and Nicole Richie are not doing – maybe they're still doing
a show together, but I guess traders had put out a rumor that they were doing traders together,
and that's not true.
They're not doing traders together.
I don't even know.
Who knows?
Just put your life jacket on right.
And then Jonathan Chabon, this is from page six, the food god was spotted at the Grand
Prix after a party at Lily's Globs in Monaco.
And I just thought it was, the comments were so funny.
They're like, did Jonathan, like,
oh, that's what I woke up this morning wondering about.
Oh, what's the food god up to?
Is he in Monaco?
And they're like, he probably sent the photo out,
you know, for people to see or sent it to them.
And well, here I am.
And I posted this because I was asked to collab of a photo with On the Edge Media that had
a, yes, when I left Tamron Hall, I went and did Tamron Hall yesterday.
I flew all the way to New York and it was a quick turnaround and I had a great time
and that show is going to air
June 6th. And when I came out of the studio in New York, there was TMZ and a couple people
and a paparazzi person who took photos of me as I was walking to the car. And I looked pretty great.
And so yeah, I'm going to talk about it. And if I am on a billboard on Sunset, I will go in front of it and take a photo of it just
like JLo and Luann.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard says that she is a trauma survivor, not a celebrity.
Good for her.
I'm not annoyed at all by her getting her nose done for free or taking any opportunity
she has to make money because
she is a celebrity.
She is known.
There's been movies made about her.
People are fascinated by her.
I think it'll kind of wave her off a little, but I'm not sad that she broke up with that
boyfriend that looked like her mother or that husband.
I'm glad that she's with her dad and her stepmom and her family, and
I hope she's getting stronger and I hope that – but again, if she gets offered opportunities,
whether it's to sing in the Lion King or go on Traders or go on Special Forces or do
something like that, she would be crazy not to take them because they may lead to other
things or they may not be offered a year from
now.
So sometimes you just have to strike where the iron is hot and make your money.
You're already getting the negatives of being famous.
You might as well just get some of the positives.
So don't be a hater.
This Ohio billionaire is taking a new sub to the Titanic.
We literally just talked about this the other day with my family.
I'm like, if you imagine doing that again, like what?
This guy's in it now, try it again.
I'm like, good, go.
To see what?
What are we going to see?
Like, you know, I went on a trip in the – where were we?
I think we were in the Virgin Islands. And we were so
excited. They're like, you're going to snorkel and you're going to be able to see the shipwreck.
And I'm like, oh my God, that is totally great. And then we realized they just threw an old ship
near the shore so that they could have a tourist thing. And I was like – I mean, I'm glad that no
one died as it sunk. But at the same time, I was like, well, that kind of,
now I know, this isn't even real.
But it is kind of fun to do.
But just go snorkel, dude.
Just go snorkel in the Virgin Islands at a fake one.
You don't need to go down to the actual Titanic
in your submarine and die.
I mean, oh my god. New Jersey is happening and it was pretty boring
this past episode. It's coming down to the friendship breaks of not talking to anybody
just seems to be not that interesting to watch. We had a dog party that went on for like 15 minutes where each dog was introduced and
did a fashion show.
And then we had another 15 minute or 20 minute baseball.
And between the dogs and the baseball, I'm like, something good better happened.
I want to know, break the fourth wall.
I want to see what we're hearing about with these bloggers and doing the storylines for
these people and putting out things on social media.
Just mention it all, expose it all, because having these kind of boring family moments
are not doing it for me.
But I think I have some juicy scoop coming about this that will spark our interest into
this show more
than it's been these last couple episodes and see where we're going with it.
Okay, now I know you're like, Heather, just get into the Vanderpump Rules. Well, here
it is. So we finished the third reunion episode, three-part reunion of Vanderpump rules. And I just have so many thoughts about it.
And you know, my scrolling is all these people that are cutting clips of it and giving their
opinion.
And I know I am friendly with many of the Vanderpump cast.
I go to events of theirs that are filmed and that are not filmed.
I have had most of them on my show a couple times.
And I don't want people to ever think that I am not going to cover it or give my real
opinion because I have personal friendships and care for many of the cast members.
The reason I talk so much about Vanderpump rules this past year is not because I know
them personally, it's because it was such a fascinating story of the scandal of all.
And sad, fascinating story of betrayal, deception, friendship.
The fact that it was Ariana's friend, Raquel, they became friends who then was having a secret
seven-month affair with her live-in boyfriend of nine years.
And the way everyone reacted around it, the people, everybody, that is why it was a big
topic of discussion.
Because either you know someone like that or it happened to you or you had a level of
friendship, betrayal or deception that
maybe didn't involve infidelity and romance, but some other level of you were like, whoa,
were you really my friend or not?
I think that happened last night on part three because we got to see that they decided to
keep the last bit of the final episode.
They said, we're not going to give it to you.
They always give them the screeners before they do the reunion.
And they said, we're going to cut it.
We're not giving it all to you.
Now Ariana reveals that she did not watch this season.
And it seemed like Sheena and a couple of the cast members might have been annoyed by
that because they're like, well, how can you speak on it if you didn't watch the whole
thing?
And she's just like, I didn't because I lived it and it was painful and I just didn't want
to watch it.
I know that Teresa Giudice of New Jersey often says she, she says she didn't watch any of
it until a few years ago.
She was never watching it back for whatever reasons.
I thought it was kind of like required homework for the cast members to come with guns a blazing
or fix things or be aware that – so everyone is on the same page.
But again, if they're not going to watch it, they're not going to watch it.
Ariana did say that she saw many clips as we all did online when people would take little
clips and discuss it.
But again, clips are not everything.
But then again, they filmed a lot of things that we never saw either.
So I think it would have been good if she watched it, but I also understand why she
didn't.
Okay.
So she has said in an interview, Ariana, that she was on Katie's podcast, and I heard a
clip of it.
And she said, yeah, we were – we did not like that we didn't see the whole thing.
And they show the ending, which is she says, I'm not going to give this redemption arc
scene to Tom Sandoval.
I believe that this was exactly what he wanted and the producers wanted for him to be crying
and apologizing and then he could come back next season and I would be left to have to
accept it.
She said it reminded me a lot of what happened 10 years prior in 2014 when Tom was bawling
crying to Kristin Doty, who was his girlfriend of many years in the
early seasons, about another cheating scandal that he had or some girl in Miami or something
that happened.
I'm not really confused.
But he was crying about apologizing and having this conclusion to their final breakup scene.
She was like, I'm not going to let them redo that with me because he could have told me
he was sorry all this time and he never did when cameras weren't there.
And to me, that's living real life.
Cameras are not.
The argument on the other side that came from Lala is we have to live our authentic lives.
We have to do this on camera.
And I feel like I've done it and I don't think you've done it.
Well, now the argument of Ariana is, yes, I have.
I showed you my living situation because I had to live with Tom because I wasn't going
to walk away from a $2.5 million house that I purchased with him legally.
I did all the scenes.
I did have conversations with him, with other people in the room.
I went to the stuff.
My new boyfriend did not want to be on camera, did not want to do FaceTimes, but I convinced him to
to please the producers, to please essentially my castmates that we're participating as much
as possible. But my boyfriend was not being paid and he did not ask to be on the show.
So if he wants to participate a little bit less, even though he's on a trip, he has a
right to do that.
And I thought that's interesting too.
Maybe these shows need to learn that just because someone has a boyfriend or a girlfriend,
maybe pay them for being on the show.
They're not stupid.
These shows, they know that their image is
going to be living on forever. And who's to say that they're going to stay with this person forever?
I think, you know, I don't know if Brock gets a paycheck or not, Sheena's husband, but he certainly
should. And I know that comes with negotiation. But as producers, I would think like, hey,
if we want someone to appear, we should pay them. So we get to this moment between Lala and Ariana.
And Lala is basically saying that I've
had conversations with Katie where she was annoyed
with you on the phone, and now she's
acting like she never was.
And Katie said, well, if I did a while back,
I don't feel that now.
We're in a really good place.
A lot of people felt that's not really right to reveal personal conversations that you
had on the phone or in private when they were not filmed.
That's really not your place to do it.
Lala got some criticism for that.
Also she was like to Sheena, and they're very close, she said to Sheena, well you said that Tom
Sandoval was a better friend than Ariana was, and that because Ariana didn't go to all your
events and Tom did, tell her when that was.
And Sheena was like, I don't know specifically just that Tom was a good friend.
And so I start reading all the comments because they're criticizing each other.
You're living in the comment section.
You're not being honest now because you're afraid that the fans who are predominantly
very supportive of Ariana, probably 90%, that then if you are not totally supportive of
Ariana in every way, then you will lose popularity. Lala felt like, I'm the only one
being honest about my opinion. It's true. Lala has lost, at this point, in my opinion,
reading everything, she has lost some popularity with the way that she has behaved this season in which we have seen. And Ariana, I really feel this whole season has just come off, I've said it before, with
grace and intelligence and she articulates herself extremely well and probably because
she went to therapy, probably because she's learning what truly boundaries are.
Also I think she was really smart and she – it sounds like she is a predictor like
I am and she had predicted that this would be her fate this season.
She has said on the Katie podcast that she feared that it would be let's get Ariana, let's have a redemption arc for Tom Sandoval.
And then also that Tom would exclude her in things, do a triangle, and then she would
be left on the outs because she's not being forgiving of Tom.
And she reminded us that this stuff that we're seeing now was filmed three, four months
after she found out that her boyfriend of nine years
was sleeping with her best friend for seven months.
So that's a pretty short period of time
to completely get over it and be fine.
Also, I think having a boyfriend, this guy, Dan,
does not mean that you are over the trauma
that your partner of nine years has caused you
with betrayal, which is friendship and your life partner, everything. mean that you are over the trauma that your partner of nine years has caused you with
betrayal, which is friendship and your life partner, everything. That trauma you may never
get over. That trauma might come up for the next 20 years. You could be triggered by it.
She might see a movie 10 years from now that will remind her of those emotions that she
had. Doesn't mean she doesn't love her new boyfriend. Doesn't mean that she's still
in love with her old. It just means doesn't mean she has't love her new boyfriend, doesn't mean that she's still in love with her old.
It just means, doesn't mean she has to be over it.
Meaning a guy and, you know, having a fun romance with someone
to, you know, after your boyfriend screws you over
does not mean that you are over the trauma of what it was
and that it was so public.
I also think the fact that she's successful post-cheating does not mean that, again, that
she's not hurting, that she's not traumatized, that she's not feeling left out or what.
But I definitely think she had these fears or had these thoughts about where people stood, but she was not aware until she was sitting in that chair
at the reunion that I really don't have any friends.
I mean, if I was Ariana and I was in her position
and I heard what was being said about the perception of like,
you know, but besides Katie,
I would definitely feel like I don't have friends.
She hears what Lala says at the end, which she's like, she thinks she's Beyonce.
I've never seen a person who's been cheated on, who's been treated.
It suddenly becomes God.
She just says, I don't think I'm Beyonce.
I don't think I'm Beyonce. I don't think I'm God. I understand the frustrations that you might have had
filming this season, but I don't understand the insults
from a friend.
And I don't think she deserves those insults.
I don't.
I think what happened is the show got so big
after Scandival, and then they went back to film it.
And there were all these weirdness and raw motions. And I think the producers were getting into
people like Lala and maybe Sheena's Ear about the only way the show is going to continue
is if we all stay on it together. And the only way we're going to stay on it together
is there has to be some healing between Ariana and Tom
Sandoval.
And you guys have to accept Tom Sandoval.
And you've got to convince Ariana to do it as well.
Because without these uncomfortable scenes,
we don't have a show.
And I think that is why Lala called Raquel and didn't answer the voicemail, but in the early
season you see that Lala calls her and is like, I want to talk to you because maybe
I was harsh or whatever.
After the send it to Daryl and everything where it seemed like all the girls really
had Ariana's back and now we're back filming and it's like, oh, well, maybe there is another side to it and maybe I could talk to Raquel.
Do I think that Lala would ever have done that if we weren't, if the cameras weren't
there and there weren't producers and people encouraging her to do it?
No, I don't.
I think it's really weird because they're supposed to live their real life, but then
they're also employees and without bringing it, the show doesn't come back, which is what Lala was saying.
I love doing this show.
This show has given me lots of opportunities.
It's given us all opportunities.
But then at the same time, Ariane is like, I am living my authentic life and truth, and
I didn't want to have that conversation with him.
And me getting up and leaving was way more interesting of an ending than letting him do his fake
crocodile tears, which I think he can turn on the tears.
Whether they're real or not, he can turn them on, and it's pretty compelling whenever
you see someone cry.
The things that I'm reading is they think that Lala is being very hypocritical,
being that she was cheated on and told everybody that they could no longer associate with her
ex-fiance and baby daddy Randall.
They couldn't play pickleball with them.
They had to pick sides.
The other part of it is I feel that she's like, wow, when I was cheated on, I certainly
didn't get this grace.
I didn't get this kind of love from my castmates, from the world, from anybody.
People felt I deserved it.
And also she couldn't share it at the level that she was behind the scenes.
It was a lot worse than what we saw.
And she couldn't share that because he wasn't on the show. They were going through
legal stuff. Her daughter couldn't be shown. And so she did kind of have to get over it
and move on. And I really think it's unfortunate though that at the reunion, this was still
what she was trying to put out there in explaining her situation and
what she thought the show should do or be.
When I really just think you have to be like, hey, this is what happened.
They were in my ear.
I fucking freaked out.
And I felt like she was not doing her part.
And I was.
And why is that fair?
Now the show might not go on. And Ariana sees
it for what it is and she says, I'm sorry, but I think leaving and not letting that conversation
happen if we're talking about it made for a better episode. Are you happy now? Will
that get you your next season? Will that get you your next paycheck? And I mean, it is what it is.
If the show is boring, they don't come back. And if the show doesn't come back, yes, they're
all going to still be famous for years to come. The fame does not go away. But that
steady paycheck or the opportunities that come from it might not be as fruitful.
And Ariana has created a whole other career of doing well on Broadway. But who's to say that
people are going to be, you know, feeling the hype to see her succeed or go to her shows five years
from now? But I do think she's on a great track because
she has come across so well. She is, you know, a good singer, a good dancer, and now we'll
see how she does as hosting Love Island. So I do think it could lead to other things.
They all have, many of them have books, many of them have podcasts and merch lines and
other restaurants.
Now the sandwich shop, Katie and Arnie on a sandwich shop
opened up this weekend.
I was invited to go to the soft launch,
but I had to go to Denver.
I was bummed I missed it.
The reviews were mixed.
Some of the people, I thought it was really wrong
that they were complaining.
Yeah, you're waiting outside. What did you think? It's a tiny sandwich shop
and that was their first day and people were waiting and waiting and waiting. Yeah, it's
the first day. It's not like if your local subway opened, you know, this is famous people
opening up the sandwich shop that they've been waiting for two years for. But from mostly what I saw, the sandwiches are very good. They are at a normal price for a boutique sandwich, she-she kind of cute shop
in that part of Los Angeles. The prices seem fair. And like if you don't want to wait in line,
I would wait. I would go in like a few weeks, go in a few weeks. Maybe go right when they open
and get your sandwich
then. Maybe don't have breakfast and go at 11. I don't know. But if you want to experience
it, but they said they were nice, they took photos, all of it.
So where does the show go from here? I don't know. They're on a real break. And you know,
so we won't see Lala go through her pregnancy. She has spoken on her podcast saying
that one of the reasons she has not been participating on Instagram is because she didn't listen to her
own advice. She started reading comments and going to pages or seeing videos in which people were criticizing her as a mother.
That really, really upset her.
Other people said, well, I didn't see that.
Well, I'm sure it exists because I've had criticism across the board and I've been criticized
as being a bad mother too.
Let me tell you, it does hurt more than anything else someone else can say.
Talk about my looks, talk about my nose, talk about any kind of questioning of like
do my kids love me and am I a good or bad parent. It really does affect you even though you're like
who's ever writing this is basically Martha in Baby Reindeer. Like that's who writes this horrible
shit. Some unwell weird person and you want to just forget it, but it does affect you.
I could see why she is just like kind of spent on it.
She is a single mother sharing custody with one child, being a single mother by a choice
in which she's pregnant.
So I think that can be really difficult having two homes and family that is a part of our support system
in more ways than one, but still.
People are saying, oh, you're using the motherhood for an excuse.
It is what it is.
We all watch the season.
We watch the reunion.
If you don't like where people stand with each other, fine.
I think the interesting part of it is
what happens to friendship when you work together, when Hollywood's involved, when jealousy is
involved, when opportunities are happening and you perceive it as, well, this person
took this opportunity and now they're so busy they're ignoring me. When the person with
all the opportunities are like, just because I have opportunities, you guys can still invite me to lunch.
I'm not hearing from you either.
So in normal worlds that don't involve Hollywood or reality TV, relationships shift as people
move whether it's they get married or they move to a nicer bigger house.
I've seen it happen with my own life.
And it is hurtful and you look back and all of a sudden there's a Facebook memory
and you're like, oh my God, those people aren't really in my life anymore.
Am I a huge loser because of it?
And it's like, no, life changes.
And people that you're friends with five years from now, I mean, just all these people are
so critical of like people that are no
longer friends with their friends. Are you friends with every single person that you were with,
that you were hanging out with, having lunch with five or 10 years ago? Are they currently
who you're talking to on the phone today? It changes. But there's this memory through social
media and TV that makes us then analyze other people's friendships.
So you know, are Lala and Ariana meant to be friends forever?
I don't know, probably not.
Do I think the show can come back and be compelling and funny and exciting again?
Yeah, I do.
I really do.
I think maybe the time could be good.
There's lots of questioning.
Would Lala and Sheena visit the Valley, which is such a big hit, and the fans are saying
we want them, and some fans are saying we don't want them.
The show is so good as it is.
I think about the business side.
These girls and men on Vanderpump Rules make a lot of money.
They've been on it for 10 years.
They make a lot of money.
They're at the top of the game, just like the top housewives. The people on the Valley are not making a
lot of money besides probably Jax and maybe Kristen. The newbies, they make what new people
make on reality shows, which is not much until about year three or four.
And so if they were to bring Lala and Sheena over there, are they willing to pay that Vanderpump
price to have them come on?
Do they feel like they would get more eyes on them?
Or do they want to wait?
And maybe they come in like two years and they come as just like a day player or what,
which would probably be a wiser thing so that maybe they could get other jobs and not be
tied down to the valley.
It's very interesting to discuss and that's why I took so much time to discuss it because
I think it is about Hollywood contracts, reality TV, friendships, betrayal, all of it and really
feeling like, wow, I didn't, I mean, I can't imagine when I've had issues with friendships, if I had to sit in a gown
and then watch back what my friends were saying behind my back.
I mean, I've had a few glimpses of it on a much smaller level and it's totally devastating.
It's like, whoa, you danced on my grave.
I was going through a really hard time and here's black and white evidence of you
dancing on my grave, being very joyful that I was struggling.
And guess what?
I'm not friends with those people anymore.
I can't imagine if I now had to like go to baby showers and all these other things and
act like we care about each other.
I had some cameramans here and, you and a guy's sweating in his cargo shorts,
watching me talk about, I hope we can work it out.
I love watching these shows.
That is why they're entertaining, but you've got to think about
the person that's actually living it and how hard it must be.
Speaking also of which, I thought this was so interesting,
Schwartz, who was dating this girl, Jo.
And this is interesting,
even if you don't watch the show, I'm gonna tell you.
So Jo was Kristen Doty's friend.
He used to be on the Vandervoet Pup Rules
and is now on the Valley.
That is how she met these people.
And then she all of a sudden needed a place to stay,
needed to couch surf for a few days,
and called up Tom Schwartz, who was fresh from divorcing Katie.
And they started sleeping together.
And then they had a friends with benefit relationship.
Then the cameras came around.
She was featured a lot.
Then they had their, then he pulled away and
they basically – he basically said, let's just be friends.
Now that all happened five months ago was when they finished filming the regular show
that we saw Joe in.
Since then, she has gone on social media and I've had fun doing impressions of her because
she's pretty quirky.
And he has now completely cut her off and blocked her. had fun doing impressions of her because she's pretty quirky.
He has now completely cut her off and blocked her.
What has been made clear to me is that Joe, by a better definition of a word, I don't
know that I could find one, is a grifter.
I believe that grifters are people that are very comfortable lying, and they sometimes
lie for no reason.
They just lie so that when the bigger lie comes, you're going to believe it because
it was all these weird lies.
And some of the weird lies that Tom Schwartz said that Joe said to him on Brittany Cartwright's podcast was, he said, you know, if you join me in filming, I just
want you to know, like, reality TV is hard.
And she goes, oh, well, I hate social media.
I never want to be a part of social media.
But which is ironic now because she's doing lives every other day and trying to build
a following, which again, not a problem with building a following, is she said, because I babysat your producer's kids, so I totally know what the reality world
is like.
And he was like, okay, didn't think of any, why would someone make up such a weird lie?
According to Tom Schwartz, he talked to that producer and said, oh, well, Joe babysat for
your kids.
And he's like, what?
Or she, I've never, that well, Joe babysat for your kids. And he's like, what? Or she,
I've never, that person's never babysat for my kids. It was just like a weird, it's like
these weird lies that, that grifters sometimes put out to put you at ease, to make you think
that they have a background or something or they're, they're more connected to you than
they should be. And they like put your guard down. And then when you start to kind of question it, you're like, but they're such a nice person.
Like well, what does it matter that they lied about that?
That lie didn't hurt anybody.
A lie that doesn't hurt anyone.
So I shouldn't worry.
So then the other lie that was told was she had put out there, and Brittany said this, that when Kristen Doty's dog died, that Brittany
and Jax called her to say that Kristen's dog died.
Brittany's like, that just never happened.
I didn't even have her number.
I didn't call Joe to tell her that.
And I mean, it's really like a lifetime movie.
It's really the kind of Dirty Johnohn grifter lifetime movie type of things. I think
I'm a pretty good expert on catching grifters now. I unfortunately have been a victim of
a handful of grifters in my life where I think they're fun, I think they have a great personality,
I bring them in, and I have those red flag moments that I kind of ignore. I had a grifter in my life who told me,
oh, you know, I'm best friends with Leonardo DiCaprio
and we could have stayed at his house in Cabo.
And I remember thinking, I was like,
there's no way that he offered you his house in Cabo.
I've known you for three years.
There's never been anybody that I've met in your life
besides one girl who actually does her hair extensions,
that's the only person in this one grifter's life,
that I had ever met in three years of hanging out.
So who are all these friends?
Clint Eastwood's son and Leonardo DiCaprio.
But they just say it with such confidence,
you believe it.
And then when they tell you that earrings that you borrowed
that you thought were fake were actually
$3,000 because they're so rich and they're Leonardo DiCaprio. You believe them. You believe
them. You pay the $3,000. You find out they're worth $42,000. And the grifter goes on. The
grifter goes on. Joe will go on. But I think it's important for people, especially in LA,
because I do believe LA is the land of grifters, to when you start to see this stuff, to go, whoa.
I recently had something else with somebody that told me a few weird things at dinner,
and it was a guy. I just thought he was a young, cool guy. I had some questions about
it then, and then he let me know, oh, I'm going to
hook you up with these amazing tickets to this thing. I kept going, oh, where can I
meet you for the tickets? Oh, do you have the tickets? And he just blew me off. I caught
him and I'll explain it more on Patreon because it is kind of a juicy grifter story.
But then I knew at that point he was a grifter.
I'm like, how far do I go?
I don't know why I never asked for these tickets.
I don't know why you offered to have these tickets.
But it was like trying to see.
It's like a game they play.
Can I suck this person into thinking I'm somebody and I'm not?
The other thing that Tom Schwartz said is that Joe then somehow befriended his sister, and the
sister came and stayed with her and then said, those were the two worst days of my life,
and blocked her.
So all of it's very weird.
It all goes to prove that Katie was completely right when she was like, she's weird, and
something is up with her.
And everyone's like, you're so mean, Katie.
She's a pretty girl.
She's a hairdresser. Her name is not Joe. It's like Kayla or something. So when she came to California,
she changed her name and went by Joe. I think Joe might be a real name, but no one was calling
her Joe 10 years ago. Changing the name is a little suspect too for some people, I guess.
I do know people, actors that have changed their names when they got here. I know someone that changed her last name to start with A because this is a long time ago
and she thought she'd be at the top of the list for SAG after when people look for actresses.
She wanted A, a name that started with an A and a second name that started with an A.
I don't know. So some people change their name when they're in the business. Okay. But yeah, I think that she wanted to get on the show.
I think she obviously did like him.
And then when it ended and he pulled back because he saw all these red signs of not
telling the truth, making up lies for no reason, that then he said on Britney's podcast, please don't use me to appear like you're a victim
to gain a following.
You're a hairdresser, you like to surf.
If you want to gain a following, show that content.
Don't just keep answering questions saying that, you know, oh, he also said that on her
live she said that he was still texting her, even though he has a new
girlfriend.
He's like, not true.
That's why I blocked you.
I wasn't still texting you.
I'm not still in contact with you.
I did enjoy you.
And he really was quite articulate on the podcast, too.
He's like, you know, sometimes you just, you do vibe with someone and it's really fun and
you like them and then something happens and you're like, you know, I just don't feel right about this. And it's those people that when you pull back
is when they realize, ooh, they may be on to me and then they can get pretty vicious
once you want to scooch them out of your life. And so I thought that was really interesting.
Jackson and Brittany are separated more and more.
It appears they most likely won't get back together.
He has said in many interviews, he said to me, we're fine.
Brittany and I are fine.
Hopefully they're co-parenting well and that's what they mean by fine.
He was seeing out with this girl all weekend.
Paparazzi happened to catch them at lunch, and she picked them up in a limo, which is
so weird. I don't even know they're making limos anymore. They went to lunch, and she's
very attractive. But she was already in Daily Mail prior to this, an article for Mail Online saying that her breast implants were so large that she
has to pay for back pain treatments because her breasts are so large.
So she was already in the press as like a social media person that told the story of
having two bigaboobs.
I don't know.
She's very attractive. Then they celebrated Ariana's brother's birthday this weekend and they're showing video and
they know other people are there that are going to pick up the video and the big fans
will get whatever is said.
She jokingly said as they're like, happy birthday, Jeremy.
She's like, I'm pregnant.
Everyone's like, oh my God, she wants to go on the show.
Listen, everybody that's gotten on the show has gotten in as someone that they're
having a relationship.
In Ariana's case, Dan doesn't really want to be on camera.
But in everybody else's, whether it's James got on being Kristen's boyfriend, Raquel got
on being James' girlfriend, Allie got on being James' girlfriend, trying to think. Ariana got on kind of as working, well, she kind of started working there and then became
Tom's, so maybe she doesn't count.
But Britney got on, say, you know, Britney's whole thing with Jax was I never, I didn't
really watch the show.
Then other people said, no, she did watch the show with her mom.
And you know, and then she got on the show.
So that is how people get on the show with her mom and then she got on the show. So that is how people get on the show.
It's not a terrible thing.
But yeah, Tom Sandoval has a new girlfriend who's very pretty, coincidentally dated Leonardo
Caprio too.
So this, look, if you want, this is what Hollywood is about, okay?
It is about who you know, who you screw,
and how to get on TV sometimes,
and this just all reveals it.
Hopefully she's a nice person.
Again, wishing Brittany and Jack's,
whatever their situation is, good.
The Valley had their finale,
and it was like a cliffhanger.
I don't know if they're gonna have a reunion.
I'll talk more about that on Patreon with the scoop
I have there.
