Starting point is 00:00:00 Head of McDonald Has got the Choo-Six Scoop When you're on the road, when you're on the go Choo-Six Scoop is the show to know She talks Hollywood tales Her real life, Mr. Sanctuary, real data And serial sister, you'll be addicted and addicted fast To the number one tabloid real life hot cat
Starting point is 00:00:24 Listen in, listen up! Woo-hoo! And a McDonald! Juicy scoop. Hello and welcome to Juicy scoop. Well, let's cover it all. There's been some updates on some hot topics. The hot country singer, Morgan Wallen,
Starting point is 00:00:43 who he was the one that we talked about that canceled last minute. Everybody was there. They were ready to listen to him. They had already sat through three openers that maybe they liked. Maybe they didn't care. They had their drinks already to go. And they said, so sorry, the show's canceled. Morgan can't come. Well, a lot has transpired since then. For one thing, he is being sued by one of those people sitting in the audience. We don't know for how much, but for all the reasons that you'd be disappointed
Starting point is 00:01:09 that a show was canceled. Allegedly, this woman is saying, I've came into town, I got a hotel room, I got a sitter, I bought drinks, I bought merch, I bought tickets, I planned on this. It was traumatic. Now, it'll be really interesting to see what happens because obviously this would set a precedent for when people do cancel. People canceled because, I mean, think about
Starting point is 00:01:32 when Kanye West, he was performing and someone ran up and said, your wife was just, you know, held at gunpoint and all her jewels were robbed in Paris. Got to go, people, I'm gone. I painted and fell on my head. The show was canceled. I had to go home. The second show was canceled, but then I came back a few months later, but we also offered those people their money back. So sometimes people feel annoyed when they don't have the option just to get their money back. Other people like the money back isn't worth it. First of all, or if they don't offer the money back, then they're like, oh, we'll come back in five months. Well, I can't come back in five months, a Dell. I don't have that weak off. So that was the big problem when a Dell canceled. I believe just like one or two days before she was going to perform. This was literally
Starting point is 00:02:17 minutes before he walked on the stage. Well, now the label is saying this isn't true, but there has been an accusation that the singer was too drunk to perform, that some security guard was heard saying he's too drunk to perform. Annie, who works with me, as you know, went to Ole Miss. She had the scoop that he was parting with sorority girls in Ole Miss the night before. So was he drunk, was he hungover? Did he lose his voice? Because we all know when you really have a crazy party night,
Starting point is 00:02:49 sometimes you do get the raspy voice. And sometimes you are like, why, you know, you're just kind of sick. We don't really know the exact reason, but, you know, it is pretty juicy and what happens when people can't let sometimes people cancel because their tickets aren't selling. Usually that happens enough in advance that everyone gets their money back.
Starting point is 00:03:13 The venue accepts it. This is a totally different thing where you're literally about to have the person walk on stage. There was another person, oh, the weekend. I remember the weekend was performing. And after like the second or third song, he was like, I can't do this. My voice is just not the way I want it to be. So I really don't know how it works with people and what happens.
Starting point is 00:03:36 But I doubt that this girl is going to prevail in receiving any kind of money. Okay. Also, this is coming from all about the real housewives. This is from Du Moir that little banner pump update. Tom Sandiball was stopped by TMZ yesterday and he was making it very clear to the reporter that yes, Rockal, his girlfriend slash mistress, you know, star of the show, she is in a mental health facility. Well, according to Du Moir, it said,
Starting point is 00:04:10 Sanneval was at Miraval. My, my something is a yoga instructor that I don't wanna out the girl there. And she said that Miraval did the social media post where they said, best times of her life and showed the bar. Because Tom was fake crying on the phone social media post where they said best times of our life and so the bar uh... because tom was fake crying on the phone and all upset and whiny because the
Starting point is 00:04:30 public was finding out so they did that post and tom shared it to get the word out even more so that people would think that he wasn't there and would wouldn't stock the place or have the media there he even has to be prompt or something uh... i don't even understand this because I think that he is just loving the attention. One thing he said on the streets with the TMZ guy is that guy goes, now you guys are like, you know, really famous celebrities.
Starting point is 00:04:57 You really weren't before and he was kind of like, I think I am. So it is very, it's crazy to see this all come down, what will happen. Again, my prediction, my prediction is Tom Sanneval comes back to the next season and is filming because he has business with Tom Schwartz and I believe that Raquel will not. That is just my opinion, but he made it very clear to the reporter, Raquel is in a mental facility. Do you understand? She's in a mental facility. She's in a mental facility.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Leave her alone. Okay, we don't know. It does that mean Marivald? Is that mean something else? Does that mean something really severe? That's what he's saying. So a little update on that. We'll watch the show tonight.
Starting point is 00:05:43 See what's going on. Travis Barker has an anima. he say. So the little update on that we'll watch the show tonight see what's going on. Travis Barker has an anima that he's selling. It's $182. It's paired with liquid death water and you know I used to hear about animas. I kind of feel like they're the poor man's colonic. A colonic is where you actually go to a woman for like $100 or a man and they put this little thing of your butt and it goes up and you can like look because I've done it twice and it was pretty exciting. And then you look and you like see stuff going by and the whole reason I've got it is one time I listened to this girl on Howard Stern about 12 years ago that said that when
Starting point is 00:06:22 she was a little girl, her mom said that she swallowed a Barbie shoe and they thought she was going to die or whatever. She said she got this colonic and then looked at it, like, you know, just looking at it, like just water going through like a water slide. But it's, and she saw a little Barbie shoe come out and she was like 30. So it was like allegedly in her for that. So whatever. Lots of people do it. They want to do it like before red carpet or whatever. In Anna, the only time I've really heard about it, Anna is when Shannon Storbs' bedore was with
Starting point is 00:06:54 David Bedore and she was trying to do an Anna and part of it broke off and then she had to have David like help her get it out. I know this is shocking, we eventually got divorced, but whatever. Travis is saying this is what brought him and Courtney together. A lot of people are calling him now Travis Kardashian, like really you're selling this. I think it's all for publicity. I don't think he's gonna make actual real money on selling this $182.
Starting point is 00:07:23 It's supposed to be like a piece of art. You're actually not supposed to put it up your butt. And they said, you know, we don't want to make sure anyone gets hurt. We don't want a David Badoire, Shanna Badoire situation. Like, you should just put it like on a shelf and just like, have it look pretty like your Gwyneth Peltro, but Gina Candle smell. I think that's exactly it.
Starting point is 00:07:43 It's just a way to get us to continue to talk about them before the Hulu show comes out, make it seem like it's funny, and we are. So it worked, but I don't know. Do people still... it seems like a lot of work, but I guess people do it just to make to have a clean one. Clean as a whistle. Clean as a whistle. Okay. Speaking of aholes, okay. So Savannah, Chris Lee, daughter of convicted criminals, her parents, Todd and Julie Chris Lee, went on Southwest and was very annoyed with the South's with people. In fact, she called the Southwest person helping her in A-Hull, which then got her thrown off the flight. Throwing off the flight, right?
Starting point is 00:08:31 Was she thrown off? She was denied, okay, so she's still, anyway, she did a whole Instagram story. I love it when people do an Instagram story about when they think they're receiving for customer service, when actually they're the awful customer Like there's nothing better and they're putting it out there like can you guys believe it? And everyone's like yeah, you're awful
Starting point is 00:08:53 So she arrived late to the flight and she They're like yeah, you need to check in your bag Sometimes that happens sometimes you you know, you have a bag that's standard size to go over, but it's too late. Southwest, you know, they're aren't assigned seats. So if you arrive late and everything's full, they're like, Hey, we're going to have to put in the back. They don't charge you. And then you're going to have to go and get it in the carousel after. Okay. That's just life. And she was refusing. She was like, let me just go and make sure, let me make sure that there's no spots available.
Starting point is 00:09:26 And the guys like, no. And so, you know, it's just another person being awful to the airlines. Let me tell you, GC scupers that work for the airlines. I am a delight. And I will, if I'm fine checking my bag if you tell me I have to check my bag. I barely even ask for water and I just want to get to my destination and I know it's hard. I don't care that you slam the thing over and over to shut it. I understand that's your job. I'm just, it's just a lot and you'll never, they'll never be a story about me on the watch now. So we'll save this years from now. Okay.
Starting point is 00:10:10 Anyway, not great. And you know what? But we wouldn't be talking about you otherwise. So just I guess be an asshole if you want to be on Tuesday's scoop. I got some criticism from Tuesday show because I didn't get into the details uh... tucker cross and being fired we know dawn lemon was fired we know that a while ago he said the disparaging thing about nicky hailey who is running for
Starting point is 00:10:35 president saying she's past her prime and we talked about past he's still got to be on the show for a while there are a couple other elements that have seen on holly unlocked and stuff that people feel like You know, he was in the right but that he was saying to his executives like I You know, he really had a strong opinion and he's like I can't have you in my ear and all these reasons He sense allegedly has hired the same powerhouse attorney that Frisk Cuomo used when he got fired and he got a huge payout and then allegedly he's
Starting point is 00:11:05 suing for another 25 million. Meanwhile on the same day Tucker Carlson from Fox, who has like the number one show on their got fired as well. And the reason I didn't talk about it in Tuesday because there wasn't that much information. Now I understand a little bit more. There's still, I've read a lot of articles on it, there's still a lot of confusion, there's a few things happening. For one, Fox News just lost a huge lawsuit
Starting point is 00:11:28 in which they're going to have to pay almost $800 million about misinformation with this voting situation. And I guess they reported on it and it's a big deal. So that's one big hurdle for the network. Secondly, Tucker Carlson used vulgar language to describe a network executive, Sidney Powell, and he called her a seaword and a bitch in a text message. He also said, I guess, derogatory things about Donald Trump, but then there's also this other woman that was his booking producer, meaning she booked a gas. And she has made complaints.
Starting point is 00:12:07 And she allegedly has recorded him saying things that are not good. And I don't know where that lawsuit stands, but I think they just want to get rid of him. And I think they also are kind of holding that over his head being like, if you come after us with the Chris Cuomo, Don Lemon, attorney to try to get another like 50 grand or something, 50 million, we've got these tapes of you saying something probably pretty awful. Other reports are that like it was hard to work there, that there was, it was very frat boy and it was very sexist in the office.
Starting point is 00:12:43 I don't think that's a surprise. I mean, why would you be shocked by again? If you're a woman working there, that's a whole other thing. Interestingly, there is a case called the Friends case. Talked about in the show before. It was a huge deal and it was in the writer's room where I believe she was an intern wanted to sue friends because she was in the writer's room and in hearing the writer speak, there was a lot of sexual discussions and stories that
Starting point is 00:13:12 then she said she was offended by and therefore she wanted to sue. It went to the Supreme Court and they said in a creative space, this has to be allowed because these writers are sharing their dating stories and stuff to come up with storylines for the Friends Script. So I don't know if that applies in a new show. Now this is an opinionated new show. So I don't even know if this court case is gonna go, but I think all these things are interesting.
Starting point is 00:13:43 Of course, he's very popular, He's going to do fine. And just like everybody else that has been fired from these big, you know, anchor and network jobs, if they have a big following, the world has allowed them to still make money and you can still find them and enjoy their podcast or YouTube wherever he goes. I doubt he'll go to another network. I think he'll probably do his own thing like Megan Kelly. Okay. So now this is a juicy speaking of YouTube story. There is this mom. She is the mother of this quite popular YouTube teenager at the time. She's only 15 years older, named Piper Rock L. Like, okay. And this is pretty bad. So she is facing allegations of harassment, molestation abuse and the trial is going to
Starting point is 00:14:34 trial and it starts on Monday. So 11 content creators have gotten together and they're accusing Tiffany Smith, the mother of Piper of emotional verbal, physical and time at the time sexual abuse. They said she would stick her fingers in their butts when they walk by, also saying sexually explicit things to the male teens about their penises. It was a weird show. It was kind of like a fake, like they would have fake romances that, you know, that everyone would get involved with.
Starting point is 00:15:03 So it was like P paper and her friends and they'd all come out of the house and they'd be like okay kiss your crush which is also kind of gross that she's like forcing young kids to either fake or kiss or get into like these relationships that aren't real that caused a lot of problems too because as people watch this believing these relationships are real then when someone would break up with the other, then the content creator would get like harassed online and it was all orchestrated by this woman and her boyfriend. She also mailed her daughter's soiled bras and panties to an unknown individual and said to the other content creators, then like to live men like this. I make money on this. These YouTubers were also part of the Piper Squad as I said and they
Starting point is 00:15:47 Participated in our videos from 2017 to 2020 for more than 10 million subscribers They also Fifthany the mom also allegedly conspired to intentionally interfere with their individual Individual YouTube channels. So once they said we're done with you. We're out We don't want to be part of your thing anymore. We aren't getting compensated. She then, they believe went on to use bots and false report them to YouTube to screw their own personal channels down. So then they weren't getting the views. They weren't getting the ads. They were getting blocked by
Starting point is 00:16:21 YouTube. You know, where people kind of can do this. Just like how they send bots to go after you. They can also send bots to other people or, you know, they believe they knew how to do that. Each team is asking for $2 million. So it's a total of a lawsuit all under one attorney for $22 million. Also that Smith, the mother, tried to sue their mothers for $30 million last year but dropped the suit. So now they're going after her. Again, in everything I've talked about, in minors making money on YouTube with their parents involved,
Starting point is 00:16:53 this, it's all coming down to, I believe there will really be some real case law happening in the next couple years. So good for them for figuring it out. This is Drew Barrymore. A lot of people sent this to me and to look up the clip. She was interviewing Ben Affleck and it was a good interview, but she was crawling on the ground. He was on a big screen during Zoom
Starting point is 00:17:15 and I just want to know why she was crawling on the ground and it was because she was just really excited because she was talking about his career. And she's like, tell me, tell me Ben, when you wrote Argo, which I think about every single day, how, how am I supposed to be climbing? How did you think of writing that amazing scene? He's just like in his house on a Zoom, like watching her crawl around.
Starting point is 00:17:40 Anyway, we love her. Good for her. Now, this I've seen about 18 articles on, and I'm like, Annie, what is the deal? Sydney, Swimi, from Euphoria. Pretty girl, she's also in white lotus. She has huge natural boobs. I just say that because when I say who, when you'll go,
Starting point is 00:17:59 oh, now I know who you're talking about, and it's part of her and she's talented actress. Anyway, she is doing this rom-com with this guy who is in top gun named Glenn Powell. And I am like, this is about the best PR machine I think I've ever seen. I didn't know they were doing a movie together. The movie is called, it's called anyone but you. And I don't know their book, you know, they can't find love. I think it's good that some new romantic comedies are coming along.
Starting point is 00:18:29 I hope that this is one that feels like Gen Z can get into it and it like feels funny. Anyway, it's a big deal because I guess he had a girlfriend, right, during the time of the filming and a lot of people are saying we think that they are a couple and She calls him top gun and they did some interviews together. So I'm like, what is the deal? Like why is this such a big deal? Anyway, because he had a girl from back home, but then I saw an interview and I'm like I Don't think there are a couple. I really don't they were saying what do you think? What's her perfect date? You know, and then he joked and it's like, Oh, I think it's seeing like soccer team in the locker room. Like rugby. Now, I think it's her seeing going into the
Starting point is 00:19:14 locker room or rugby player and he's like laughing and they're laughing. I thought they just seem like platonic best friends that have worked on a movie together and spent 15 hours a day together. So I don't know how the girlfriend feels about it, but I mean, yeah, I guess I'd have some questions, but this is like, or this is just a really great PR thing because now we know about the movie, we don't know when it's coming out, but it has been, you know, it's in the can
Starting point is 00:19:37 and they're getting all this press. So kind of genius. Sometimes small daily actions really make a big difference, especially when it comes to caring for your hair. A little goes a long way. Yes, I am loving my way products. So whether your hair is fine, medium or thick, or whether you're looking for volume shine or hydration, their shampoo and conditioners are made to really give your strands exactly
Starting point is 00:19:59 what they need. I am loving their detox shampoo right now. I have found it's making a huge difference to really clean my scalp, give it that deep cleanse, and bring it back to life. Also adding strength and softness and shine, it's just that special combination of their products that just help to enrich.
Starting point is 00:20:18 And really, you do get that build up, especially when you use a lot of hairspray, a lot of different products, I think the detox shampoo is so important. You get that build up, especially when you use a lot of hairspray, a lot of different products I think the detox shampoo is so important. Starting point is 00:20:50 Honey Boo Boo went to prom. I've never seen more of a cults on this. Good for her. She went to prom. Her parents were there. Her boyfriend is 21. He's had some legal issues. I can't remember what. I just want to say The honey boo boo everybody. I Think it's time. We just let honey boo boo just be Honey honey boo boo or whatever her real name is Alana just like I think this ship is sailed I don't know that there's any more shows in the future. I don't know that there's like a real interest for it
Starting point is 00:21:23 And I think it's great that she went to prom. And I guess, you know, she posted on Instagram and it's slowed in TMZ, you know, but then everybody gets involved and writes their, and I'm just like, I just like wants this chick to be happy. She was another one that didn't ask to be in pageants, didn't ask to have ketchup on her spaghetti, didn't ask to be, you know, in the honey boo boo show with her
Starting point is 00:21:45 mom who then was, you know, once fat now not, remember she lost all that weight. What's the mom's name? Mom and June, she had put different men that, you know, were child lessers and she married than divorced, then good drug rehab, then the sister took a, I mean, it's just like, ugh, ew. Will Farrell obviously listens to Juicy Scoop because as you recall, I had my son break DeBias on my show and he covered the whole Juicy Scoop story about the golf situation with the PJ tour
Starting point is 00:22:20 and the LIV live drama. So you're welcome. You're welcome. He's gonna play a golfer who gets caught in the middle of that controversy. If you would like will for my son Drake to be a PA or a script consultant, he is free this summer between his software and junior year at ASU.
Starting point is 00:22:41 And I'm good to play a golf wife of any sort. Obviously, I know what that's like. Jen Aniston and her ex Justin Thoreau was seen having dinner in New York with Jason Bateman and his wife. And they came separately. They left separately. She left just holding a rose. And if she was here and she was asked about it,
Starting point is 00:23:04 she'd be like, ah, please, what have I told you Justin and I are friends? Jason and I are the best of friends. I love his wife. She is fabulous. We had some margaritos. We had some pasta. We should have had. I love an arugula, an arnitokes salad. And yeah, it's good. It's just a New York night. Old friends and old husbands. I'm great, I'm good, I'm not alone. So that was all fine. Love is blind fans are like get rid of Nikola Shea and especially his wife Vanessa. We don't wanna see them do the reunion anymore.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Why don't you pick the most successful couple, who we love from, I believe the first season, Lauren in Cameron. She was kind of the redhead guy. She's a pretty black girl and we did love their love and they are still together. But unfortunately, as of today recording this, they have secured their job.
Starting point is 00:24:04 And I said this before before I do think these you know running a reunion and stuff you kind of want a An experienced host and it wasn't and I think the controversy again is good It's fine that she was rude. It makes it good Keep being kind of a bitch Vanessa Vanessa, and keep shocking your husband, because you just kind of sat there. I don't even remember who I'm speaking once, but they get to keep their job. While he goes to anger management for getting furious
Starting point is 00:24:34 at a paparazzi who took a picture of them when they were like coming outside of craigs or something, it's very weird and I think it's all planned to be talked about on Jesus' group. Okay, now I wanna talk about this girl, Hadley Gamble, okay? So this is a big Juicy Scoop, another person that made a lot, another man that makes a lot of money was fired this week.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I mean, talk about the unemployment line is gonna be real long, okay? So there is this guy, he's a CEO of NBC, Jeff-o-n-b-c-jf-shall he was in charge of everything all these different departments and he was recently let go because he was sued for he was accused of sexual harassment but he also admitted to an inappropriate relationship
Starting point is 00:25:19 the inappropriate relationship is with this woman hadley gamble who went, she admitted it to happening on and off for 10 years. She was a reporter. She's most famous for interviewing Putin. She was the last American journalist to interview Putin.
Starting point is 00:25:38 And he was taken by her, because she was sexy with long brown hair. And my juicy scooper said, I thought this was Heather on the beach. Now she is wearing a blue bikini at turquoise, which is my favorite color bikini. And she has big glasses on. So her face doesn't really look like me, but it did.
Starting point is 00:25:57 When I saw it, it does seriously kind of look like me and my body. Subscribe to my YouTube, everybody. Subscribe to my YouTube to see all these great photos. I also want to say a lot of people send me saying I saw your doppelganger, I saw your doppelganger, and I guess I just think I'm prettier than the rest of the world because I usually don't really like it. But this one I like, this one I'm totally okay with. And also this chick knows how to date rich men. Okay, so not only did she add up an on and off relationship
Starting point is 00:26:30 which she admits to and came forward, I don't know if she's saying it because she's like, wait a minute, if you're paying out people that he sexually harassed, I technically was an underling how I talk about that when you have a romantic relationship, even if it's somewhat consensual, if youual, if you're having with someone in a superior position then yourself, which would be Jeff Schell, you can go forward and get an attorney and say,
Starting point is 00:26:55 I had to have this on and off relationship all these years to keep my job. And they're probably just gonna like pay. So she's probably like, you know what, let me get a payout. But in the meantime, this Heather McDonald look like Hadley. She was also dating this guy, Guy David Bonderman, who is a just strong young 80 year old man. He is the TPG chairman and a billionaire and the billionaire co-worker of the NHL Seattle Kraken. No, well, okay.
Starting point is 00:27:25 Anyway, their relationship was out of because the 80-year-old man listed her, the Heather McDonald look like, as a female companion when she flew on his jet. He's also known to have several female companions that he showers with gifts. Hi, that was a really nice shower with him. And another atop exact complaint about this as well, as he pays for most of their living expenses and it's known for this, which again sounds nice. You listen to Marlowe,
Starting point is 00:27:56 talk she dated a really rich man, she was on my show Tuesday Marlowe from Atlanta, and you want to get the pink slip and the title of the property. Pink slip title, pink slip title. Think about that, girls. Not just a turquoise bikini and being on a jet, okay? You know, flying private is nice.
Starting point is 00:28:19 You want to get more out of it. So anyway, this guy Jeff Schell, he resigned after this sexual harassment being accused and then he of course, admitted to having this affair with this woman and there you go. So and she confirmed it that she also was this woman involved. So good luck with her. She might want to hang out with like Lauren Santas or whatever. I think they would have fun and just like go around with billionaires. Now this is some updates on some juicy crimes. Forman Manuto boy band member has claimed that he was drugged and raped by the father
Starting point is 00:28:55 of the Menendez brothers. To remind you guys, the Menendez brothers is one of those cases I've talked a lot about. These two brothers have been convicted for killing their parents, shot them in their home, then said they originally said, oh, you know, people came in and did it, they found out they bought the guns,
Starting point is 00:29:15 they were spending all this money, going, going, getting Rolexes and this and that. And then in their defense, they came out and said we were horribly molested by our father for many, many years. And we felt our lives were in danger that he was going to kill us that night. And so we, while he and my mom were eating ice cream, we went in and shot them. I have always said, I think two things, both things can be true.
Starting point is 00:29:42 I always believe that they were molested, but I also believed that their lives at that time were probably not in danger, but they were like, screw this asshole he's cutting us off, and we're gonna get what's due to us, and they were awful parents, and we don't trust them. And that's what happened. I think they planned it out, but I also believe they were victims of sexual abuse.
Starting point is 00:30:03 And now, the reason this is important is because their dad was in the music industry and his dad was in charge, you know, was with these Menudo brothers. And what they, Menudo bands, and what this was like, was this was a boy band, like an in-sync, that they kept replacing them. They were very popular with American girls. I remember watching them i remember like your music
Starting point is 00:30:26 and i couldn't keep track of them because once they return sixteen they would get rid of them and get another one and then they were surrounded by older mexican music executives and now this guy who was one of them is saying i was raped by the manendez father who the boys killed. Now they did an interview with, I believe, Eric, saying that this guy is coming forward, and he really did sound lovely. He was like, wow, that is horrible. Of course, I want this to be out. Of course, it helps his story, but he's like, I would never want there to be another victim. However, I do remember that boy, and I do remember my dad taking him away from the rest of the
Starting point is 00:31:11 group and going upstairs and saying I need to talk to him for a while, which is exactly what this guy said. Now I don't know. I'm going to have my sister, Shannon McDonald's Dean, she's kind of researching why this would possibly give them another trial, why, what was the instructions to the jury after they heard the accusations of molestation during that trial? I don't remember. It was over 30 years ago. You know, the crazy story I have about that is I went out on a date with a guy who was in
Starting point is 00:31:43 Jenny McCarthy sitcom, who told me that he came out on a date with a guy who was in Jenny McCarthy sitcom who told me that he came out here from Chicago with his girlfriend named Anna. And every day that he was trying to get a job on a sitcom, she was at home watching the Menendous trial. And then one day he was home in the phone ring and it was Eric. And Eric's like, put my girlfriend on the phone. It was like, well, you accept a call from the da da da da da. And Eric, and she was started a romance.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Well, she thought it was better. This is how sad it is to be a struggling actor in LA. This girl would rather date Eric Menendez, who was looking at life for killing his dad and mother than date a struggling actor, comedian who wants to get a job in a sitcom. She then went on to break up with the guy and marry Eric. And then Eric and her, they couldn't have conjugal visits because that was not allowed in
Starting point is 00:32:38 his sentence. She stayed with him for years, only to find out that he cheated on her. Yes, he started to have a romantic emotional relationship writing and visiting with another woman. So she had to divorce him. She thought that was a better bet than dating an LA actor to say. Also Elizabeth Holmes. From one drop, this one drop will save you and your uncle from ever dying Okay, she got 11 years and she's actually going to prison and she's going to go and I think in May and
Starting point is 00:33:16 They are suggesting that she go to the same prison Brian ranch prison. Is it a ranch? Does the same Brian Ranch or just Brian? Oh, I'm making a sound better. Anyway, Jen Shaw is there waiting for her if she goes there. She just had her second child who's only two months old. She has another two year old and she is going to have to do those 11 years
Starting point is 00:33:42 and she's currently living with her husband. She married someone who has a ton of money. They live in 134, 134 million dollar matching compound in Silicon Valley. So money can't buy a class or freedom sometimes because she's going to prison. And the last just crime I'm going to talk about is the latest on the Idaho murders, the defense for Brian who's been accused of killing the four students, wants the one of the two roommates to testify, the one that we really haven't heard from. There's there's Dylan and then there's this other woman named Bethany Funk, F-U-N-K-E. We never really heard from her. She was the one that did not see him. It was Dylan
Starting point is 00:34:33 who saw him go by and in my understanding as she just thought he was, you know, as a partyhouse some random guy that came by. He was wearing a mask. We don't think he ever saw her. Hence why she lived. The other girl, we don't know what she knows. Obviously they want to hear from her. From what I've heard from my personal source, which I've shared from you from the way from the beginning, this girl is completely traumatized.
Starting point is 00:34:58 It's very, in a very bad state. And obviously she does not want to testify, but the defense wants her to testify in hoping that somehow they'll be able to cut some holes in her story or whatever. It's ridiculous. He is facing the death penalty and whatever is best for this girl, I hope it prevails for her mental health. We also know that Lori Valow is on trial.
Starting point is 00:35:24 I just did juicy crimes on that. You can go to Heather McDolle.net to join my Patreon. Every Friday is a new juicy episode. And with everything I talk about that I can't talk about here. It's the juicy stuff. But also I do juicy crimes on there as well. Greater detail. We just did one on the Lori Vallow case.
Starting point is 00:35:43 She is the worst mom in America, and they just revealed people magazine. Very, very graphic of how they they believe that JJ, her adopted autistic son, was found. And it just, I can't even say it here, I'll say it on Patreon, but it's absolutely horrible. And it sounds like they just, you know, but it's absolutely horrible and it sounds like they just, you know, duct taped them through them away, like just really awful. So that's all coming out now. And you guys, and just like that season two is coming in June, Sarah Jessica Parker, shared the trailer and it looks like I'm going to hate watch it more than I did last season. And she did not disappoint, asked all of your questions and she answered them all
Starting point is 00:37:27 in her raw Ramona way. So get ready to laugh and be like, yep, that's Ramona, here we go. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop. I have the one housewife that I've been trying in on the show, I think the longest of anyone. It is my, she is my favorite person to impersonate. It's Ramona, Stinger, singer herself.
Starting point is 00:37:51 Welcome to Juice Skope Ramona. Well, you know what? I know you've been wanting me on. I was a little nervous because you know, you call me the Stinger. I'm really not a Stinger. I really have a warm, generous giving heart, but you know, they only show that Stinger's side of me, which really is not there. I don't think the truth is unfiltered truth, unedited truth and people can't handle it.
Starting point is 00:38:10 Okay so I've always found that to be really fun and a great thing to watch but however let's just start off with that. Your reputation to people who watch the show and to some people who met you in person is that you are very blunt, unfiltered, and sometimes not my word, but a little rude. And I also heard you don't really like when people approach you in a setting that you aren't set to do. It's one thing to be doing a meet and greet. It's another to be in a booth on a date with someone you like. And a lot of housewives will literally go out to dinner just to be approached by fans. That's
Starting point is 00:38:52 their favorite part about going out. And if that's not yours, I think that is okay. Like I think that's okay. And I would like to have the fans here from you so that if they do ever meet you in person They won't be at all. It's okay Just leave it okay, but if they ever do approach you and you know, so let's just a little bit Explore it says then you got let me set the records straight. Okay, okay? Okay, so basically when a fan comes over to me in a very unobtrusive way and they say you know Ramona I really like you in TV my mother watches you all the time I share it with her and you're just you know such such a great person on TV and I enjoyed it with say hello to me first is that like can I have a photo can I have a photo when someone's so aggressive like that that with my dancer up and I go back, you know, everything is approach.
Starting point is 00:39:45 Now, I know I don't have the best approach of whom I'd have talked, but I am talking. It's all about the approach. I mean, a lot of people, they look for fans. I mean, I know girls, I'm not gonna mention names, they actually call the press whenever they go somewhere. I don't do that. I love living my life separately,
Starting point is 00:39:59 and I do enjoy my fans. I mean, I do, but at the right place, right time, if they approach me correctly. I think that's completely fair. But I think the truth is that in the business you are in real housewives, like you said, many real housewives, that the entire reason why they made the reservation is to be
Starting point is 00:40:17 approached by as many fans as possible. And so then when they go to you, they expect to get the same. So I think that makes a lot of sense. Now, I'm very good friends with Jill Zaren, and I know Jill's story about how the show came about, how it was going to be Manhattan moms. How did you, how were you approached about it?
Starting point is 00:40:37 And had you watched Real House as opposed to C, or I think Atlanta was the second one, right? Before you guys, you were the second. We were the second. Okay, as Vicki does, it's a bonfire of a tension with Vicki and I that we put housewives on the map cause no one knew about Orange County.
Starting point is 00:40:55 As soon as we came out, we were in, what was in one week, Wall Street Journal, Daily News, the Post, the New Yorker. You named the publication, we were in it so much so that the headmaster called me into Aries Private School, and said, we had Nikki Hilton here, and we didn't get this much press when she was here. This is not acceptable in our private school.
Starting point is 00:41:15 Oh yeah, I was in hot water. I want to speak about the private school real quick. So it was a Catholic private school, correct? Yeah, so actually it's a very, it's one of the seven sister schools as a top, top school, all-girls, school of Manhattan, called Sacred Heart. I can relate. I went to an all-girled Catholic high school as well and sent my daughter to the same.
Starting point is 00:41:34 But she learned, she transferred, she transferred for high school. So now what I recall from that, we're getting to that story, is, is it true that that is why you walked off the reunion? Because, yes, because Alex did some nudity for a magazine or something, and it did get back to the school and it caused problems for you and Avery. No, what happened was that the school said, you know, we'll let you continue to do the show,
Starting point is 00:42:06 Avery can do the show, but not as someone who's a spokesperson for interviews. I had to improve whenever she was on the show and we'd do a curating her room and whatever. And because they had the option to throw out of school, you know, it's a private school. And they could just say, we don't like your hair color today. You're out.
Starting point is 00:42:22 So when she left her school, we loved her school. So I had to abide by the rules. And I was shocked when Bravo wanted to bring up the nudity and the article on the reunion, because usually a reunion, in my book, would be about what's shown on TV. Now they wanted to bring out what wasn't even shown on TV, and I just wanted to be associated with that because I was afraid my daughter would get kicked out of school. So that's why you walked off.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Okay, good. Now, I'm getting back to my first question. How did they first find you? What did you first care about it and what were your thoughts about going forward on this, this doing a reality show in your life? How much reality TV had you even watched? Nothing really. Do you know, the only reality TV I watched doesn't friend of hers was Lisa Gastino, her show
Starting point is 00:43:11 and because of her show, that's how the Kardashians got on because the mother was so intrigued about the fame and then how she got on E that she pursued it exactly the way Lisa did. Lisa gave her basically the tools of how to do it. Right. So anyway her basically the tools of how to do it. Right. So anyway, basically what happened was, they didn't, they wanted to find me. I think actually Jill didn't want them to find me
Starting point is 00:43:32 because Jill was there. They're actually interviewing this girl Regina and we had a cooking party with like 20 of my girlfriends and Jill was there and Regina who were there taping. I thought they were taping for a cooking show for my girlfriend. So of course, me, I speak up, I'm always making comments, you know, I'm just personality mis-
Starting point is 00:43:50 inappropriate at times and just being me. So I remember the producers told me later, they said, how can we find this girl? How can we find this girl? Well, Jill knew who I was. They probably asked Jill, but she didn't say anything. She didn't want me on the show.
Starting point is 00:44:02 So now in the middle of the summer, I'm working up with my company at slow time and like good girlfriend, Dr. Sharon Geese, he's a top plastic surgeon. She has all my injectables. And she said, Ramona, I just got this strange phone call. They're asking if I have any patients or if I know anyone who's upscale, married, very social, has a career, has children. The only one I can come up with is you. And they're doing a show called Manhattan Month. Are you interested?
Starting point is 00:44:29 Well, I was bored. My daughter said she wanted to be an actor. She's like, oh, let's just do it for the fun of it. So that's what happened. And later on, they said, wow, we were looking for you. And I remember playing tennis with Jill. And I'm talking about this reality show. She's talking about the reality show.
Starting point is 00:44:46 And I say, yeah, this show that I want to do, I'm thinking of doing, I'm not sure. I told them, I can't even begin to consider it unless they send me the demo tape because I spent four hours filming me into a two minute tape. We figured out it was the same show. Just, you're so smart.
Starting point is 00:45:00 I want to demo tape. I need one too. I'm going to ask her, I'm going to go ahead. So I started negotiating. I started negotiating for $7,500 an episode. Because I backed out, all those dimwit girls, not something dimmer, they were so desperate to do TV. They agreed to $7,500 for all six episodes.
Starting point is 00:45:18 Yeah, so that's the history. And I also said, What did you get? Did you get your $7,500 forever? What we got? No, we did, because I wasn't smart enough then because they're because I actually the woman's just said, Oh, you take it or leave it. And at this point, I mean, you know, getting, you know, 50,000 or 7500 was going to change my life. But what changed
Starting point is 00:45:38 my life? It gave me seven figures in business was true faith, joy. That's the reason why I did the show because it basically blew up the business. So that was great. And I was smart enough to put everything in armist fashion because when I signed the contract, I mean, I know Bethany is not the Bethany clause, but I already knew just to put everything in armist fashion because it could not touch any existing business. So any business I do goes under my corporate name, which is already mine, so they can't tap into it. Oh, well, that's news that we didn't know because I was going to ask you about the Bethany clause. Yeah, why are you? I didn't need it because I already had everything into my corporation that was already existing. Now, I want to just clarify a little bit about your
Starting point is 00:46:16 life before housewise. You, you got married a little in like your late 30s. 30s, right? Okay. 30s, and I got, got, had my daughter at 39. I mean, JD was never my problem. And I just realized finally, oh my gosh, you know, I mean, I always made money, could always buy my own for a croat, so I owned time and take myself on vacation,
Starting point is 00:46:34 I was self-made, I mean, my husband. Because you created the wholesale apparel business, right? Yeah, I mean, I had seven figures in the bank saved when my ex-husband married me. It's like, shock, I didn't tell him, but he found it out later, because I bought all the properties with that money. And you and Mario create the true fate
Starting point is 00:46:53 together, how did that jewelry? Well, because I mean, I really, people don't really, they don't showcase it. They pigeonhole all of us. And I love Bravo. Bravo isn't very good to me. But they like to pigeonhole everyone in certain type of identity. They never showed my real entrepreneur side. So basically, I
Starting point is 00:47:10 opened up my business at 30 years old. There's a multi-million dollar business. I was picking a ton of money, doing it, and I buy and resell both out to TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross Stores. It was fabulous. And then when did that business end? Once what happened was four years into doing this show, all of a sudden I realized that it's a full-time job. I was like originally the woman who's filmed the least and was on the show as much or the most, just like in college at FIT.
Starting point is 00:47:42 I went to school the least and I got the best grades because I was busy working at Macy's and doing this and that. And I just, I made it a conscious decision because then I was on HSN and I was making, oh no, I'd save seven figures and I was making six figures of the Penangrijo and the HSN. I got that, I was the first housewife to go on HSN for a season, I just cold cold. I mean, I believe in cold cold. You want some, you pick up that phone, you go right to the top. That's how you get somewhere. Don't sit back and wait. So I had H as a first house, I had HSN jewelry. I was selling like a million dollars a year of jewelry. No, so it's great. I mean, it was very good to me, Rob. But they didn't show all my
Starting point is 00:48:18 entrepreneurial sides. Look what I can, what I do for business, you know, they wanted me to be the zany girl with the crazy eyes. It's fine. I got viewers in. So my real friends know who I am. Speaking of the crazy eyes, the crazy eyes really got featured when you did the fashion show. Now, what were you thinking? Were you just nervous helping not to trip? Like, why did you look like a dude had lights?
Starting point is 00:48:40 Yes, a deer in hell is because the lights, the cameras, there are so many, because you're the fashion show. You have all the photographers flashing and all the lights, I was like, I was like freaked out. It was like freaky. I mean, it's really, I said, I rather be a business woman than a model. I think being a model is a really tough job. So speaking of all the businesses, throughout the years, obviously we had the Bethany, you know, Skinny Margarita's and everything else that she pushed
Starting point is 00:49:06 from her jeans to her belonging to her, you know, Crouton Charlix. Charlplex, and yeah. She's good, you know, put it up, he's throwing up stuff on the wall, something will stick, so I actually admire her for that. So then throughout the years, we saw other businesses that you did,
Starting point is 00:49:21 that you and the other women launched. The Pinot Grigio, where is the Pinino Grigio today? It did really well. I sold like I've got like 10,000 cases, which is like like the huge amount in a year and a half, two years, but it was too much work. I mean, I realized all of a sudden, that's when my marriage, I think, started to fall apart. I was becoming hustling too much and it just it was just too much for me. I had the business, my own business. I had the business, my own business, I had the HSN where I go four times a year for three days.
Starting point is 00:49:50 I had a Pini Grisho. They had me wanting to do 30 appearances all over the country, so I was on a plane constantly. But I got sick, I got really sick. I had a terrible vertigo, which you can sometimes, and a very bad tetanus,
Starting point is 00:50:01 like the ringing of the ears, which sometimes people have the rest of their lives. So it was a wake-up cold, slow down, and just stop with all this work, you know. So with that, we saw other people that were obviously creating parties around something that they could launch. And one of the, one of the things I remember is when Jill was a spokesperson for Kodak, Camera, and Film. And you and you're very unfiltered way, which would be fine if it wasn't being filmed. You said, who's gonna buy regular, you know, who's buy everything is digital. Why is someone
Starting point is 00:50:38 buying film? And that did result in this deal not going too long Jevety. Do you ever regret doing that? Did you ever think about the, I know people always say they forget the cameras are there, but what is your opinion of that particular scene? Well, first of all, I do forget the cameras are there because I grew up in a very abusive family
Starting point is 00:50:58 and I had to block everything out. That's why TV Gold, I don't even know the cameras are there. I mean, we had certain women on the show. I can't think of her name right now. She's a really tall woman. She got divorced from a really short guy. Yeah, she, yeah, I forgot her name too, but she had jokes where my dad was Jewish.
Starting point is 00:51:14 And my mom was Asian. I forgot her name too. She was, is person in person. She was a spitfire. She had personality plus funny, witty. I recommend her highly. I was friendly with her. As soon as the cameras were on, she froze personality plus funny, witty, I recommend her a highly, I was friendly with her. As soon as the cameras were on, she froze like a deer and had like, she just was quiet. She even went on and he showed, she doesn't even talk, she could even talk. So I'm just
Starting point is 00:51:35 a natural. So yeah, so I'm a business woman. Like, well, why would you pick this company? They're antiquated, they're going to go out of business and why? And they did go out of business. And then I'm a business woman first first though. I was speaking from a business point of view Now I had no idea that would ruin her thing I mean it was up to her to defend it and just because I said that shit ruined her deal I mean she should still make it happen. I mean everyone's allowed to be have other negative points of view I'm allowed to have a viewpoint You know what's kind of the interesting story about it is that Jill they that wasn't even part of her deal
Starting point is 00:52:04 They didn't even part of her deal. They didn't even ask to have it be filmed on camera. She just was like, be nice. She was like, oh, and you know what? We can feature it and have a party on the show. And she was so mad at herself because she was like, God, why did I give the extra? It wasn't even necessary, you know? Like they weren't even asking.
Starting point is 00:52:23 And wait, and I'm going to interrupt you. Yes, sorry. But another reason why I did it, this is why I'm good TV. No, our show is inscripted, but if I'm going to do a show or anything, I want to be the best I can be. Now, if I just go there and say, oh, this is nice. Isn't it sweet? Like, there'd be no, our show is about drama.
Starting point is 00:52:37 It's about conflict and resolution. And I definitely know how to start conflict. And I definitely do resolution. Remember, I'm going to get apologizing. Okay, let's, uh, speaking of some classic situations that happened on the show. And now you are divorced. Now when you guys went to Morocco, you went to the psychic. And the psychic said, there is another woman and she's blonde.
Starting point is 00:53:04 And you think your marriage was great you said oh well that's my little mini me that's blonde Avery in retrospect I don't know how you care about psychics or what but what do you think of that scene now or did it ever come up during the season four and he had the affair season seven and I was divorced by season eight and he basically had a midlife crisis. Our marriage was perfectly fine season four, five and whatever. He had a midlife crisis which a lot of men have and they just have it whole identity thing. He had a little later in life. I mean when my therapist told me your ex-husband, my good-man husband is having a midlife
Starting point is 00:53:42 crisis and start laughing because don't laugh, this is a serious thing. This is really an actual thing that happens to men. Do you think part of it happened because you were so busy and in the limelight, and even though your husband was great on TV, came off great, very good looking, do you think that contributed to him stepping outside of the rich to get to get to get his own ego you know inflated by someone else other than you. No absolutely probably but you know he admitted to me recently or not
Starting point is 00:54:13 long ago he apologized for his sleep and he said I'm so sorry how I handled everything I did it the wrong way and he said I felt he miscalated he said but you didn't make me feel that way I made myself feel that way now we're great friends I mean he invited me to his 70th birthday party. He came here for Easter with my daughter. I mean, we're very friendly now. I mean, I love them as a person, but I'm not in love with.
Starting point is 00:54:34 So when you guys spent COVID together with Avery, I really, I'd set it on the show. I thought there was a chance that you guys could reconcile. Was there any time there was a him attempting it or you're thinking about it? What? It's a very good question. A lot of my girlfriends, come on, come on.
Starting point is 00:54:56 You two always had this hot sexual relationship. You must have had something with them. I go, no, I didn't. We never kissed, you never touched, nothing. But you know, I remember one time we went out, we just hit him and all I have without a break. And he said, this is like a date, this is like a date. And I said, well, maybe, but, but you know what? I just, I outgrew him. I mean, I thought the same thing if we were ever going to get back together again, that would be the time. But I just, I just didn't have that passion for him. I love him, but I
Starting point is 00:55:21 wasn't in love. And I just, we grew apart. I mean, I'm just he also he likes a list of different lifestyle. He likes to live in Boko all the time. I still like to travel and do a lot of things and he's very content to going to bed early and he's not my lifestyle anymore. I don't think it ever was. He just became very sedate in his older years. And I still have a lot of energy. I was fifth-fire. You know, it's so interesting because with some of my friends that did get divorced like yourself later, like 20, almost 20 years in type of a thing. Because the man had stepped out or done something bad or whatever. It's like even though your life is better now, you're doing what you want, you're single, you know, you, you, you would
Starting point is 00:56:05 probably most likely never have left him. How do you not stepped out on the marriage? Do you believe that's true? And you'd be in rope-cut going to bed at 9. Well, no, because I would, I always courage him to go out and he would always lie bit him up. I mean, I was big energy, good energy, positive energy firm. I think that's what attracted him to me and he kind of made me a little mellow. So no, I think, you know, it would have been good. But the thing is, you know, and I did, even though we did step out, a lot of my friends are shocked. I gave it a good year because I want to give everyone advice out there. I don't care. What kind of relationship you're in and what happens, but don't leave until you're absolutely sure because you don't
Starting point is 00:56:41 want to have regrets because nothing is worse than you leave a relationship and go, well, what if I stayed longer? Maybe it would have been worked out. And that's in your head, you put that bug in your head and you can't get it out of it. And that's hard to continue on with your life. So I knew I tried everything I could to make it work. And then I just realized this was it. I can't, you know, I can't change him. He'll probably come around eventually, but I'm not waiting. And he did come around eventually and he did want to get back together. I know he did, but I'm not waiting. And he did come around eventually and he did want it, you know, get back together. I know we did, but it just it was just too late, too little too late. And I just moved on emotionally, mentally. When you were on that one girl's trip and it was shortly after the breakup, and you were really, you know, an emotional state crying with Bethany.
Starting point is 00:57:19 Oh, yeah, that was terrible. I couldn't fix them. I couldn't fix them. He was going through such a bad depression and just just everything. Everything, you know, his business was suffering, his ego was suffering. You know, also I hang out with a very, you know, a very affluent crowd. And it was like, I was telling my daughter, there's always someone wealthier than you, okay? You have to be happy within here. But my ex-husband wasn't happy in here, you know? I was like, well, look at this one, look at the ad, look at the ad, I go, who cares? We're happy. We got each other, you know, who cares about all that money? It's not going to bring you happiness, but it bothered him, it bothered him. So all these things I couldn't, I couldn't change,
Starting point is 00:57:57 could change the way he thinks, could change his mental outlook. So you had, you know, you had this heartfelt moment with Bethany, from what we're seeing as viewer, acted as a great girlfriend in them. No, Bethany can be a really great person, she really kept me. How do you feel about the fact that on the walk, on the Brooklyn Bridge or whatever,
Starting point is 00:58:18 where you kind of predicted her life in the next five years, where you said, you know life in the next five years, where you said, you know what, you don't have friends and you're gonna get a guy and he's gonna leave you too or something like that, which was mean, but at the same time, again, you thought it, you predicted it, you said it, it hurt her feelings, but in the end you were kind of right.
Starting point is 00:58:42 How do you feel about those moments when you look back on the show? Well, also, what they did, they edited it out that she was like taunting and she's like, you know, your husband, you know, don't think he's so great. I see him checking out people's asses and this and that. I go, well, good. It means he's a libido. Let him check people's butts out. I don't care as long as he's faithful to me. So then, you know, that's when I kind of she kind of was sticking to me. So then I turn around like, oh, what are you talking about? Look at what you do.
Starting point is 00:59:08 You push everybody away. You're probably gonna end up alone because you push everyone away. And, you know, it wasn't probably, you know, I've learned now by watching myself and I've grown, but just because someone is like feeding you something and pushing your buttons, doesn't mean you should retaliate
Starting point is 00:59:23 and push their buttons. But again, it was great TV. So another great moment was when Bethany was on one of the reunions. And he was asking about her comment about Derinda and John. And when she said to John, you did a couple rails, you did a couple rails,
Starting point is 00:59:40 you know, of cocaine. And then she was like, I'm Derinda. It's like, I don't do cocaine. I don't know what you're talking about. And Sonya was like, yeah, you know, of cocaine. And then she was like, I'm different. It's like, I don't do cocaine. I don't know what you're talking about. And Sonia was like, yeah, you do. And then Lou had was like, maybe we should stop talking about that. I just saw that clip on TikTok.
Starting point is 00:59:54 Like there were some really crazy moments back in the day. I mean, in the, in the vintage years of housewives, what was going through your mind during that situation? I don't think, you know, whether someone does drugs or not, I just think that that even I wouldn't like touch that subject. Yeah, I just don't think I think it's a tricky subject. Um, and I just don't think it should be mentioned or touched at all. And yet I do touch on everything, but I believe that no one should touch that and bring that up without anyone. And you and you were quiet during that exchange.
Starting point is 01:00:28 Now, where do you stand with Bethany now? Are you at all friendly or in touch? No, we're friendly. I mean, I actually admire what she's doing. I get a kick out of it. I mean, she's, I don't know how she has the time. She's, I mean, whenever I do my Instagram, I just see her constantly commenting about the makeup and this.
Starting point is 01:00:43 And then I actually went to the dollar store bust those sponges for a dollar You know, I got some of those things. Yeah so Where do you stand with Durinda today? Are you guys actually actually Durinda and I are really good What's really interesting is first of all I hate texting because I mess up on texting and You're the language doesn't come through you can't hear someone's inflection their tones I think texting is only meant to say, let's meet here and let's get together and that's it.
Starting point is 01:01:09 So basically I found out through someone that she was trying to, she was texting me and I never got the text. So we just finally broke through that like about six months ago, we had lunch and we're on a great, we're great now. We're friends, we're great, we're going on the show upcoming episode in Texas during Mother's Day,
Starting point is 01:01:27 we're doing Austin and Houston and Dallas, me, LeWann and Sonia. I mean, not so, me, LeWann and Durinda. And the three of us together are unbelievable. That my daughter saw it in Chicago, because she's living there and she was, mom, like, how many times have you practiced? Like, do you have like a script?
Starting point is 01:01:45 And it was all natural, I love the question. Wow, you guys are good. And she's mom, these fans are really obsessed with you. I never saw fans like this. And they're also more looking. That's great. Now, with the ending of Real Housewives of New York, what was your thought?
Starting point is 01:02:01 And then when they picked the new cast and then you're waiting for the legacy, and then you're waiting for the legacy and then you work part of the legacy then the legacy fell apart. Fill us in on all of that was going how was that how is the information coming to you and how are you processing it. You know I think things happen for a reason in life and I really really believe that so for me, though, I think it was great for me personally that the show wasn't renewed because I'm living my best life. I mean, I really am. So much calmer, I'm happier, I'm blowing. Everyone says, how great I look. And it was, for me, it was a God said, you know,
Starting point is 01:02:36 I just, I think God has always, I mean, I believe this stronger force, so many fortunate things have happened to me. Yes, I do work hard, but I'm definitely blessed in life. But was I upset that they fired everybody? Yeah, because I started that show 16 years ago for goodness' six. I started the show, my daughter's 11 years old.
Starting point is 01:02:53 She's turning 28. So I actually started 17 years ago, and I helped build what it is. I mean, we all became iconic. So yeah, if you don't want to renew me or do render me in Sonya or me in the Luanne or whoever, fine, but keep it going. So that part really upset me because it was a part of me, you know, and that upset me. And the whole legacy thing, I wasn't thrilled about the whole legacy thing, but you know, it was impressive.
Starting point is 01:03:17 Now why didn't they ask you to do the legacy? I didn't really want to do the legacy, because again, you know, I'm actively dating now and men don't want me on TV. The fact that I'm on the show is a blessing. I'm getting much better quality dates. I'm actually I'm not stressed out. You know, the show causes a lot of stress. You know, you don't, I mean, you know, people I'm pickable. People know that if they pick on me, they'll get more screen time. And I'm so pickable, I I read so I'm the perfect target on the perfect target you know go for me gun for me which they always do and which is fine it's my job but you know but being in the press and it was stressful and that's why I look
Starting point is 01:03:56 you know so much better I mean all my friends are like like what are you doing I've done nothing nothing this is me well yeah I, I always think that's true too, because especially when you've done a show like that for so long, you, you know, I had it just renewed for the next season with all your girls that you're close to. It would take a lot for you to say, no, I won't do it, but once the decision is sort of made for you,
Starting point is 01:04:21 you know, God's rejection is life's protection, whatever you want to say, it is meant to be. It's meant to be that way. And I mean, hopefully we'll see. It still would be fun to have you go back on a girl's trip or whatever, or maybe there'll be a new version of that to bring back, you know, some of the great girls, but at the same time, I am happy for you to like move on. And I have different things. That's one of the reasons why I'm at the same time, I am happy for you to like move on. And I have different things. I know different things. That's one of the reasons why I'm doing the podcast
Starting point is 01:04:48 with Avery, Trinjal Time with Ramona. And Avery, because this is the fans can see different size of me, it's not just one-sided, and it's unedited because no one's editing it out to make me look a certain way, and this is the true me. And it's a way of me connecting with my fans. So I think it's a really wonderful, and something to do with my daughter.
Starting point is 01:05:07 And we have this very close unusual bond, and it's not many podcasts out there that have mother-daughter relationship podcasts. So I'm thrilled. I think it's great too. A question, did you ever want to have more than one child? No, because if you can't do it all. I mean, I had a very good relationship with my husband at the time, a really healthy one. I had, I had great friends. I keep
Starting point is 01:05:33 getting more and more friends and I'm very social and I was managing two homes and a business. And if I had a second child, I'm a person, I'm very competitive with myself, and I wanna do it all, and I, you know, what if I had a boy, what would happen? My then husband would be doing things with the sun, and I'd be doing things with the girl. And, you know, I'd be taking her about a line, and be taking her baseball games, and I, you know, I research everything,
Starting point is 01:05:56 and people tell me they start drifting apart, the family, because the father goes with the boy, the mother goes with the girl, and then the other thing that happens is, I'm gonna have these lunches, these very beautiful high-end lunches at these major states in the Hamptons. And I'd be speaking to the CEO, CFO,
Starting point is 01:06:10 all these banks and companies. And I go, so what's like having two children? They go, oh my God, it's so much work. Well, they have tons of staff. And they're saying it's so much work. And I say to mothers, what's it like having two? Well, I'm glad I have her, but two's not like, double the work, it's four times the work,
Starting point is 01:06:25 and they fight 75% of the time. They don't start, and I find out they don't get along until they're in their 20s, they go to college. So I didn't need another child for my ego, and I also research you don't have a second child for your child, you do it for you, and Avery was dying to have a sibling, but she got the dog instead.
Starting point is 01:06:44 Coco. I think what you just said is so interesting. I've never heard it describe that way. And I think it's just a really valuable advice and information for anyone who's thinking about it is everything you should consider. Just like someone else would say, yes, but I had to because, I mean, one of the reasons I had to is because I was like, well, when they get older, at least they could call each other and say, can we just talk about how freaking weird mom is?
Starting point is 01:07:15 Like, I wouldn't like that to have so much talk about you with. So I see it for all, but I do think there are so many benefits to just having one. And for me, it was. And it also, to travel is many benefits to just having one For me it was for me And also to travel is so easy to travel with one and you get invited everywhere I mean, I don't think I would be told like true I wouldn't be invited on my girlfriends. Yeah, or the revealer with two or three children with one child easy breezy Not that that's a reason to have only one, but I'm just thinking other advantages. It's so true when I um I don't need a brag, but I used to be invited
Starting point is 01:07:47 to Chris Jenner's Christmas party for many, many years. And then they kind of had it, they called it, it was a blood bath. They cut a lot of people out, I was with wonderful people that they cut out to no longer invite. Mostly because the girls now had their own children and now they had their mommy friends. And, and I said, and and listen I'm six people deep
Starting point is 01:08:06 Christmas Eve at christianners back in the day. I got to bring all three of my kids my husband and my mother-in-law Yes, that's yeah, but that's a lot of people like me I totally agree with the fact that yeah And I have one friend who has one son and I have two and the boys would be just like destructive to people that weren't used to seeing boys at that age. And yeah, my friend with the one boy, she did get invited to more stuff. It's totally true. So true. One thing, was there anything that you ever did on camera? Because you and Avery are so close, you have a great relationship I love it. That she was in Barra, or said, oh my God, mom, I wish you hadn't done that.
Starting point is 01:08:49 Well, I think it was first season. We were going out to a party and I had some Dalchikabana outfit and it was like a boostier top. I almost looked like a lingerie top and I was gonna wear it out, she was, you can't wear it. You can't go out in that. No, really.
Starting point is 01:09:07 Like she's my mother, right? Yeah. So I hid the top, we're a different top, but in the car I changed it. And then I think she saw it on TV, she got really mad. Oh my God, you know, that's what people used to do when they're teenagers. Like this, you used to put her slutty outfit
Starting point is 01:09:20 in a brown paper bag and throw it outside the window and then pick it up and you were doing. Yeah. My daughter, now she's not like that, but she was so conservative when she was 12, in a brown paper bag and thrown outside the window and then pick it up and you were doing My daughter now she's not like that. She was so conservative when she was 12 11 years old That's so fun. That's a very common thing with mothers and daughters We're sometimes they're the roles reverse for a little bit Now what about the sexy scene with you and Mario? Well, you had like a red lingerie. You went to like a hotel or maybe it was in your bedroom. She said there was cringe word yeah that was like she said there was cringe word. That was up there with Tamron Eddie and the
Starting point is 01:09:50 bathtub you know there are there's a few housewives now how does that happen does the producers kind of make you do that that cannot have been let's do this. I don't know I mean we got set up in a gorgeous suite and it was really romantic and you know, it was a little awkward, but you know, they said, well, you know, I mean, they just go, why don't you just, you know, I don't know. I mean, sometimes they suggest things. I mean, I listen, one thing with Bravo, if you're not comfortable with something, you don't have to do it. So that's really important. So obviously, my ex and I felt comfortable enough to do it, but it was fringe
Starting point is 01:10:22 worthy for my daughter to watch and some of the viewers were cringing too. But you know what, hey, make good TV. I haven't had the other question. Did you really actually think you might be pregnant when your period was late? Well, yeah, but then it really, it just, well, I don't know, can I just see the fifth? Okay, bye.
Starting point is 01:10:44 Okay, let don't know. Can I just leave the fifth? Okay, bye. Okay, let me see here. Um, oh, how's everything with Sonia going with you? You and Sonia. You know, Sonia, she becomes, I would call it Miss Faraway. She when we don't, when we're not filming, no one hears from her. It's like a joke. It's like, the little way I'll say, did you hear from her? No, did you hear from her? No, I texted her two months ago. I saw it now. She just goes remote. And she's doing shows. Yeah, I think she's doing like, for less shows, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:11 No, it's not for less shows. She's doing, well, she said it was a standup show, but from what I heard, it's just her answering questions. And what I've, what people have said to me, I am not an eyewitness, but it's very much, I think she, you know, is having some cocktails in the green room before. Yes, I had people DM me about that too, but, you know, Sonia's Sonia, she's a big girl and just has to figure out her own life, right?
Starting point is 01:11:38 But what I kind of think is, when this has been your life for so long, and this is what we love to see, is Sonya's funny when she's drawn. It's a lot to watch. Sometimes it's too much, but it's still entertaining to watch. And then she goes and decides to do a live show, and she's never done a live show. I mean, I'm a stand-up comedian.
Starting point is 01:11:57 I've had two stand-up specials. I said, there's a lot more to doing it than just going out there and saying one lineers like you do when you're filming a cocktail party for housewives, to entertain for an hour and a half is a totally different thing. So I can see how it could have happened based on how she's been the reception she got prior to doing it. I think she probably thought this was going to be easier to pull off than it is, in my opinion. From when? I haven't seen a show, so I have no clue. I can't comment.
Starting point is 01:12:30 Wish her the best. Okay, let me see. Oh, I have some questions about episode. One thing I really related to you on, if I was single, was I can't remember what vacation was but it was Carol it was Bethany I think turns and it was the constable the const shack or the cock shack how did you know I was gonna say that they said I was a cock blocker It was called a conch C-1-C-H his name is John. I saw him again recently. Yeah, he's a nice guy Okay, so you guys go out to this restaurant and I just related to you like your single So you guys go out to this restaurant and I just related to you like your single He is cute. You straight. He owns a restaurant. I was like, he's very successful. Yeah, so this is a potential for you And why do you have to hang out with your friends? You've been hanging out with all day and night. It's time to meet some guys Thank you. Thank you. Exactly. And they got all angry at me
Starting point is 01:13:23 Yes, I do feel like you're the target. And that's why I sometimes say I do relate to you because I do feel like sometimes I've been the target with my friend group where they're like, oh, she flipped her hair in our face and she's trying to talk to a guy. Yeah, I'm trying to talk to a guy. What the hell are we doing? Well, let's call us fate as fate. They were in gross conversation with them. I came and he just totally turned to me and focused on me He basically dumped them and went for me. So it's not my fault But my problem. What do you think is the worst casting the biggest mistake? I'll say that just wasn't a fit. We're not gonna criticize the girl. We're not gonna fit criticize bravo
Starting point is 01:14:00 Well, what do you think was the worst fit? Chris to take me. Oh, okay, and why do you think was Chris a bit Chris to take me? Okay, and why do you think that she just she's just very vanilla and then who's the other girl? I think she they she didn't even she that she came on but she was like some she's like a caterer or something A wacker no, you mean bar wax or not bar. No She came on for a flip second, but she heart she brought her on as a housewife, but she never really made it I don't remember what season it was She was really not good. She's a nice girl and she bases it. She did corporate events corporate events So when all of a sudden it's time to start filming and oh, I know so wait
Starting point is 01:14:40 So this is this is a work like a season because bravo made the decision to get rid of three girls. They've got rid of Alex and Jill and the third was maybe Kelly. I don't remember the third was a problem. Yes, I think it was yeah So they brought in three people it was season. I guess eight and they brought in three people or seven I forgot which one and it was Carol Heather and They brought in three people, or seven, I forgot which one. And it was Carol, Heather, and was it a V2 or no? Maybe, a Viva. Yeah, I think it was.
Starting point is 01:15:14 So basically, they didn't have, they were nice girls, but we needed someone with more Spitfire like me, and none of them had it. So when we went to Montana and all during the season, the production would say, Ramona, we need something. I go, what do you mean? They go, what we have nothing. So figure it out and do something. So I act to kind of manic that season. And I was acting out because they had nothing, there was nothing organically happening. And that was like a horrible season for me. I do think it's a real, I think listen, I'll never do that again. So now, if and when, and they don't really do, but if and when it produces, well, not Ramona, I think it's a real, I think, listen, I'm gonna watch the show. I'll never do that again. So now, if and when, and they don't really do it, if and when it reduces, well, no, Vermont,
Starting point is 01:15:47 I think you should say this or do this, and they don't make you, they just suggest. But now I just go, doesn't feel organic, I'm not doing it. But before when they would say do something, I would really come up with something that looked stupid, didn't even make sense. And then I became like the bad girl. Yeah, I mean, I've interviewed a lot of housewives,
Starting point is 01:16:06 obviously I've watched every episode of The Thever have been produced. And I do see that and I do see when you are a company girl and a people pleaser and a hard worker and a producer you like, it's like this whole vacation has been a waste because literally nothing has happened. Can you say something or what about the fact that they said this rude thing about your husband yesterday? Can you bring that up? I can see why then you do.
Starting point is 01:16:33 But then after math. No, it was worse. It was worse because we had this one woman producer. She, she were familiar, at least listing, and she would cry. She was, oh, you girls, you make me, I can't handle this. She just had no clue of what to do. Then she just- The producer was crying.
Starting point is 01:16:51 Yeah. I can't stand that you girls are mean to each other, mixing up a set. I think I talk about this on my podcast. Yeah. Yeah. That is funny. Okay. Okay. How about dating the
Starting point is 01:17:07 same guy? What is it speaking of the Viva? What is it about Harry Dubin? Well, I never dated Harry. We're just good friends. And of course, one time he got his tongue that caught down like throat. Got touched. Yeah. Got caught. Got caught like a trap. But no, well, Harry, first of all, Harry's the gentleman. He's a type of person that he always stands when you come into a room. He'll help you with a chair. He stands when you sit down. Um, always when I get you a drink, he's very personable and very charming and very lovely, very well educated. And he's a classy man. So I mean, my daughter adores him. My daughter's friends adore him. Sometimes I'll go out with me.
Starting point is 01:17:45 My daughter, three of her girlfriends will all like hang out and go bar hopping together. He'll take me. My daughter offered dinner and her friends. And he's a very giving wonderful man. I mean, I adore him. I mean, he's never been my lover. I'll never have him as a boyfriend.
Starting point is 01:17:56 But I love him as a friend. I'll be my friend for life. OK, that's good. Now, what about how Luann and Sonia both slept with the pirate? Well, I don't care about that. I'm not sure enough, but you know, well, I think I think they've had a little history doing that, but you have to ask them where I went. Right with Tom. With a lot of guys. I think with a lot of guys. How did you feel about Tom and Luan? Did you did you have your reservations about the vehicle? Well, well, Mary.
Starting point is 01:18:25 Well, Tom and I went on one or two dates. I did it for practice. Nothing happened between us. But to me, of a man is 50 plus. He's never been married. Never has had children. There's. There's something wrong.
Starting point is 01:18:39 He's not going to really want a permanent relationship. Well, maybe just that's that was my feeling. So I felt nervous for Luan because I really have developed a friendship with her and a genuine caring for her and I just knew it was going to end up like a chain wreck and it did unfortunately for her. Yeah, I agree. But you know what? But she so wanted to be in love and I understand that we as women we like being in love and she's I think she's just more into being in love than being in love with the right person. She's just loved the idea of being in love. Yeah. Did you go to the wedding? No. What did what was your reaction
Starting point is 01:19:15 when I've even threw her leg? Well, you know it oh god so this is a behind this story. She wanted to throw it so far out that it couldn't be retrieved and she wanted Harry to pick her up and carry her out, but he refused. That was her plan. But he said no, I'm not doing that, Aviva. Harry Dubin, her act, you mean. Yeah, they're friends. They should. Oh my god. That is hilarious. She wanted to be carried out with just one leg that he he said, no, if he found my doing that. Can you imagine? We were all so shocked.
Starting point is 01:19:51 I mean, it's the one of the greatest seeds. You guys, Ramona and I talked for, I don't know, another 25, 30 minutes, and she got into it all. Why? She didn't go to Teresa's wedding. Why? All about her vow renewal. She also talks about the reunion that made
Starting point is 01:20:07 her go home and want to quit and what it took her to go back. So juicy and fun along with her tips about fitness, plastic surgery, everything else. And we're going to hear that on my Patreon. Every Friday there are new episodes. You go to Heather McDonnell.net. You're going to hear that along with my thoughts about the week. The juiciest stuff that I don't cannot tell on the Tuesday and Thursday show. It's all there on Patreon. You go to Heather McDonnell.net. And now for just a little bit more with Ramona, so you know what she's up to. Well, this has been amazing. And tell everybody about the podcast. and I love Avery's idea, not idea, but her company because I know that bachelor at parties have become such a destination thing. You're gathering
Starting point is 01:20:55 girls from multiple parts of the world for three days. It's expensive and she is there to make it less stressful, less time consuming as far as planning it. She's got all the connections. She really does. I think it's a brilliant idea. It really is. I'm really happy for her. Well, you know, I think I'm so happy. I believe I taught her well.
Starting point is 01:21:17 You know, all your moms and dads out there, to your children speak to them about what you do in business, because they're like civs, they take it in. And I always told her the service business is the best business because there's really no much capital needed and it's low overhead. And she was planning her bachelor of party for her girlfriend. And she realized how much work it was
