This case is obviously one of the worst cases, if not the worst case that I've ever seen in my life. And somehow, it keeps getting worse. And I'm Joey Dave. How you doing? Let's get right into it. We're not going to waste any time beating around the bush. Obviously, there was another trove of emails. photos, videos, files, whatever the fuck you want to call it. It was all in there, dropped on Jeffrey Epstein and that whole case this past Friday. Like many of you, I have been going through it voraciously and trying to make sense of it all. Some things we will never be able to make sense

of. Other things were revelatory. I will say, I did see, before I go into this, I did see Rokana say that it's not even half of what they want. And I appreciate him and Thomas. Massey from a bipartisan perspective continuing to push for all of what they asked for to come out and I'm sure they will that said this drop seemed to have some of the most open-enders if you will on it as far as like creating more links that we had known about but now it's literally there in writing what I do want to give people a heads up on is what should be an obvious point in today's internet age but I always have to remind myself this as well There are a lot of fake screenshots floating around out there on Twitter and on Instagram and all these different sites where it's a made-up email that's not real. I appreciate a lot of the journalists who instead of even posting a screenshot have literally just posted the link to justice.gov when they refer to something so that you can go click it there and see that it's real. That said, some of the ones that you would think are fake screenshots are actually very real. So the ones that I'm going to discuss today, I have the HDMI here because I got everything on my computer. Yeah.

So we'll do it that way today. But the ones I'm going to discuss today are all verified and real. And the people on them in many cases or most cases are people you know quite well. Now, Dief, you have been checked out from the internet over the past couple weeks. Yes. God bless you. That's awesome. I give myself iPad kid time where I go on Instagram and X for a half hour.

And then I'm usually like, oh my God, get this out of here. I love it. I love it. And that's great because you're getting fresh eyes on this. Yeah, no, this is, the only thing I've seen of these new files folks was like some of the Elon screenshots of him like wanting to go to like dope parties. Yeah, there's a lot of emails between Elon Musk and Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah. That's all I've seen, though.

This is super fresh eyes. Let me actually start there. Okay. Hit it. So what I don't want to do as tempting as it is is on people where there's gray area say guilty and accuse them of all these things, even if it's not great that they were in any way fucking communicating with this guy. But we'll talk about some of the nuance of that as much as we may not want to see it today. With Elon, that's where I'm going to be, but I am going to raise some valid questions here. So Bill Clinton got bodybagged a few weeks ago for releasing a statement where he basically said,

release all the Epstein files, give full transparency and everything. And because people know the dog Bill Clinton was such good friends with this guy, took fucking 27 rides on the dude's plane, you know, people were making fun of him like, yeah, Bill, like, we know you're guilty, like, just because you're getting out in front of it to say you're recommending transparency. It's basically like, you know, what was the old Japanese soldier thing where they would commit suicide? Comaqazi? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, basically, someone was like, yo, we live in in Kamikaze, Petrovill over here. Like, they're just, they're just like, fucking taking the moral stands to expose themselves as, you know, doing all these things.

there's a similar potential, and I'm going to use the word potential there with Elon. Elon has been going out of his way to tweet that all this should be released, to accuse other people being in the files, and then when he's in the files, tweeting about it, and particularly retweeting or replying to tweets that mentioned that Elon of all these, and they will list all these different famous people, of all these people calling for criminal prosecutions, Elon who are mentioned in the files, Elon's the only one calling for them. Like no one else is calling

for them. And Elon's like exactly. Ask yourself why. And to me, that could be some, there's a potential, unfortunately, I have to say this, that that is some projection and some trying to like, be like, yeah, I support criminal prosecutions. Therefore, I could never be a criminal in this. Because when you look at these emails, from 2012 to 2014, Elon Musk. went back and forth with Jeffrey Epstein a lot and would reply to him within the day every almost every time on the emails and he he asked him there was an exact email let me just let's get this right so that you know people have it all right iran ma okay so i'm going to stick this over here yeah get it up there all right so this was one of the first ones christmas day 2012 at 6 a m

Elon to Jeffrey Epstein. What the fuck? Do you have any parties planned? I've been working to the edge of sanity this year and so once my kids head home after Christmas I really want to hit the party scene in St. Bart's or elsewhere and let loose. The invitation is much appreciated

but a peaceful island experience is the opposite of what I'm looking for. That was in reply to Epstein who 12 hours before that on Christmas Eve said you are welcome to stay or just come for the day. Plenty of room. I will send a heli for you. I'm getting rid of this. fucking screen.

All right. A month before that, Epstein said, how many people will you be for the heli to the island? Elon, probably just Tallulah, which was his wife at the time, and me, what day slash night will be the wildest party on your island? This is four years after the guy was convicted. All right? And I'm going to talk about that later as it relates to another person being unaware,

apparently nine years later of his convictions. So let me be fair to Elon and say, perhaps he didn't know. But that is, this guy was very publicly convicted. And Elon in 2008 was already, he was becoming a big name. He was about to do a fucking cameo and Iron Man.

Yeah. You know, like he was a known guy. And so ask, it's just, look, asking what night the wildest party on your island's going to be? is not great. If there's one thing in this email that's all right, I like that he's saying his wife will come with him.

That's something you never see with these people. I will give him that. So, you know, he's talking about he's literally talking about bringing his wife at the time. But this was another thing. In these emails from 2012 to 2014, the tone on Jeffrey Epstein was totally different than the tone I saw on any other people that he was talking with. I would require, I would call it a dick sucking tone.

Mm. Whoa. Yes. I would call it a, a kid in Toys R Us trying to get the shit, jump to the shelf to get the shiniest fucking toy. Yeah. And the toy being E-line. Like he very, he would constantly be like checking in on him.

Like there was an email where he's like, you know, oh, oh, he goes, will you take a break? April, like he's asking him a bunch of question marks too. That's always a very needy sign. He wasn't doing that in a lot of emails. Elon goes, this is in March 2013, so a few months later. It is 3 a.m. in California, and I'm still working on Tesla and SpaceX email. We'll hit the sack shortly, but be up at 7 for a call. April should be better, but it depends on how well CA goes, I guess, referring to California.

Later that year, now at Christmas again, year later after the first Christmas one, Elon to Jeffrey, will be in BVI-S-Barts area over the holiday. Is there a good time to visit? Jeffrey responds any day first through eighth, play it by ear if you want, always space for you. And then Jeffrey, and I only screenshot at 7 emails here, you can go to the jmail.world site, which creates a dummy. Pull it up on your own computer deep so you can see what I'm talking about. But it creates a dummy Gmail and drive of all these files as if you're logging in like Jeffrey Epstein and you can search names and you can see there's a million emails between these two and Jeffrey would say like there was one email where Jeffrey would say and I don't have that one screenshot, but he's like

Reed Hoffman and and what's his name? Something Ito the famous tech guy or Joy Ito are both going to be with me. Can you come? now Elon must notoriously hates Reid Hoffman but he wasn't acting like he hated him back then in the emails now he hates him and we know he does they do hate each other but like he's like Elon was trying to defend this like as if Reid Hoffman was going to be a selling point to get me there at the time he wasn't saying like fuck that guy or anything like that

this email I screenshoted though right here it was another one and it doesn't have the date on it, but this was one where the government redacted the names. I mentioned the one where he said, I just said where it was going to be read and joy, two huge, huge guys, right? Reed Hoffman is the founder of LinkedIn. This one redacted the email, the other email that it was to with Elon Musk and then redacted the names.

It says, however, blank and blank will be on St. Bart starting today. I want to know who the fuck that was. Because I'll tell you one thing that they didn't redact in these emails is a lot. lot of the victim's names, by the way. They redacted them into videos and photos. Interesting. But like, we're going to be having an Epstein victim come on in a few weeks here, a couple weeks. Yeah, a couple weeks. And she's very upset at how other powerful people are protected and then they didn't even protect the victims with the names, which I completely agree with her. And again, this is where Massey and Rokana and some of these other guys pushing for this

are going to flip out that things are being redacted and they have every right to because I'm flipping out as well and you should be as well. There should be no redactions here. I didn't screenshot these emails, but former MBA Commissioner David Stern who retired in 2014 was going back and forth with Jeffrey like crazy.

from being commissioner as well geez back in 2014 which is interesting. David Stern is deceased now. And then there's emails as well for visits in 2010, I see. But there was some sort of back and forth

about David Stern getting, maybe it was Karina, Epstein's girlfriend, some sort of visa with Ukraine in 2014 during the Maidan period. I don't know the details there. Maybe people in the comments can help that is not one I had time to go through and verify before. But that seems...

That's weird as fuck. It's like, what the fuck? Like, why are you doing this? You know what I mean? Jeez. All right, so back to Elon and Jeffrey. There was another back and forth in December 2013 where Elon's asking a good time to visit.

So then on Christmas Day 2013, a year after the original Christmas Day emails, Jeffrey goes, the second or third would be perfect.

I will come and get you. Elon goes, I need to fly back to L.A. on the night of the second. Actually, I could fly back on the third. We will be in St. Bartz. When should we head to your island on the second? I do want to know if he ever ended up there. He's always denied going there. I want to know if he ended up there because they kept talking in 2014.

I mean. And there's another email that I don't have screenshot it here, but I did verify this. I got it through the Jmail. dot world where Epstein like checks in on him and he goes, how are things going better? And Elon, it's like maybe April 2013 or March 2013 or 2014 in that area of 2013 or 2014. And Elon responds like things better still very overworked or whatever. But there was a real you could tell like one thing that. was already

beyond a shadow of a doubt the case long before these emails came out that anyone with a fucking P-sized brain could tell is that Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence spy. He wasn't an access agent

like Andy Bustamante has said in the past he seems to be coming around to the right side on that at this point I think I won't speak for him. He wasn't this like right time right place fucking pedo he was a

literal spy, pedo. All right? And when you see the emails with Elon Musk, it is so clear the Elon Musk is a target, a top-tier bullseye number one trophy hunting target for Epstein. And perhaps Elon never did land for him. And I have to give Elon that possibility because there is no confirmation from these emails. that he ever followed through on one of those island trips or that he ever followed through with actually meeting with him that's less than more than i can say for than peter attia you know we'll

we'll get that out as well but that one is very very case open for me more than it ever has been before because the extent the way eland always played this is that he had very little if any contact with him didn't really know who he was or whatever and i'm just so saying the guy who's the head of Tesla and SpaceX, and these were years, 2013, 2014 is when that shit was taken off. Yeah. This is one, he's becoming one of the most famous guys in the world. Stock was booming. Busy as hell.

And he's responding to this guy like he's an important VIP. Day of. Yeah. Yeah. That's not, brother, I'm a very unimportant person and I have 104,000 unready, emails and that's some of that's my own fault for sure but like this was him personally responding not even his assistant yeah no I don't have an assistant like making time day of to like write an email that's what I'm saying work it's very weird very weird very strange regardless of what you

think like it if you go to have Elon Musk on your podcast you must like from a not I won't even say from a journalistic capacity, from a basic humanity capacity. Yeah, 100%. He needs to address all this. Yeah. And he is not allowed in the studio if he is not willing to do that. Like, that has to happen. And I hope it's Joe that does it with him. I really do. It won't be. You know, I hope it is. But yeah, I have some pause. You know, he is one of the only guys openly tweeting about it. in whatever, but that is part of, or it could be, I should say, part of a PR campaign to try to say, hey, got nothing hot.

Yeah, I mean, you can argue that like Trump was trying to get out in front of him all those years too of being like, we got to be transparent. And then in November, he's like, that doesn't exist. It's a democratic hoax. Trump's response to this is a total disgrace. It's a complete and utter disgrace. I don't care where you stand politically. But my point is that, like, just because they're getting ahead of shit, like, I don't

know if that's enough credit. But he, you know, he's still calling it a Democratic hoax. I also want to pull up the Massey stuff. Thomas Massey. And let's let's state the obvious here. Okay. And I've stated this before. Jeffrey Epstein worked for Israel. Period. End of story. I don't say that as a shot to anyone. I say that as a fucking inarguable fact. We'll get to the Ahudu-Barrac stuff here. All right, which we've also known that forever. And if you followed this, case at all and looked at all the people that he's associated with and all the people that he came up with, that's where the puck goes to. That's where it goes to. Now, I have a strong feeling, and I've also said this publicly before, that part of the reason that this is so covered up by

the United States is not just because, oh, Massad has blackmailed on too many of our people, and if we do this, it's like the Dead Man Switch is going to hit and we're all fucked. I don't think it's all that. I think it is a complicity. Now, here's what I mean by that. I couldn't give you an exact date and I don't have hard evidence to be able to tell you, this is definitely how it is, but just putting all the evidence we do have together

and painting a picture of what this could look like. I would say at some point, if I had to guess, I'm going to say late 90s to early 2000s, CIA figured out what this guy was doing. Jeffrey Epstein until that Bill Clinton flight to Africa that he took Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, and Chris Tucker on in 2002 was not known publicly. He was known in the social circles of New York City, but he was not a known person publicly. And that's what a good spy, by the way, is supposed to be, not fucking known publicly.

And then he does this flight. He gets the page six story in the New York Post. And then, you know, suddenly people are like, who is this guy? And Vicki Ward decides to write this big interview article with him for Vanity Fair in early 2003, which he invites her over to his house. And he enjoyed it. He liked the attention. And so at some point, either shortly in the years before,

that or right around that time. Somebody at Langley figured out, oh shit, there's a dude with a ranch in Mexico, the biggest house in New York City, an island in the fucking Caribbean that he takes people to with a fucking temple on it, a place in West Palm Beach. We got pictures of him doing weird shit. He's in that enclave neighborhood in Ohio as well. He's connected to some of the most powerful people in the world. And he's a peto. And we can, oh my God, we can connect him to Khashoggi. We can connect them to arms deals. We can connect them to all this different shit. And this has been happening right under our fucking nose. And then they're like, oh my God, look at all the people he's got so much blackmail on. Oh my God. We can't just like, we can't just

like arrest them. That's what they say to themselves. I'm not saying that that's what they should said, but that's what they say themselves. So they, in my opinion, they go to Epstein. And they say, listen, buddy, you know that we know that you know that we know that we know that we know that we can't do anything about it. Because you know that we know that we know that you have all kinds of shit on all these fucking people that would make this house of cards of our fucking bureaucracy go. And you know that we know that you know that we know that the country you're working for and our government has a close relationship on a lot of other stuff. And so this shit can't come out. So here's the deal, buddy.

Now you pay us a tax. You're going to do all this shit and whatever? We can't do it. All right. But you're doing it on our land. So if you're going to keep doing it, you pay us a tax. And the tax is we want information, we take it. Now they've made the unholy alliance.

Now they've co-signed it. And I have, oh, if I were a betting man, I would bet very strongly on that having happened. Yeah. And it makes them complicit. Now, to me, maybe, I don't know, maybe I'm from New Jersey. I think of this too simply, blow the guy's fucking brains out. And then look at Mossad and say, what are you going to do about it? Blow his brains out.

It's not hard. Be like, ah, you know, something went wrong. There was nothing we could do about it. He's gone. There's nothing we could do. We had a problem. Yeah, no, sorry. Oh, that was yours?

Oh, we didn't know that. That's what they should have done. But some fucking retard in all likelihood said, well, I could cause an international incident or something about a fucking pedophile. And so, well, This is horrible, but look at the information we could get.

And there you go. That is probably, I feel very strongly that that happened. The best method of control is time. The best method of control is time. Yeah. All right. Sun to zoo. Why kill him then?

I'm still not tracking. Well, for the same reasons you say. It's like, why kill him then? They can, that's, that's something that they can keep and just continue to harvest from. Yeah, but become complicit. Oh, well, yeah, yeah. But they're not, they don't give a shit about that. They're thinking about the control and the power play.

Where they're still somewhat powerless because they know it's a foreign agent. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah, 100%. But I'm just saying, like, in the simplest terms of like their head in the house of cards, they're preserving. Right.

So in this tranche of emails, which is largely from like 2011, 2010 on. Good era. This is post Epstein's relationship with Trump. They had had a falling out. It's pretty well documented at that point. It's actually been documented by- That's like every every like Trump boot lickers thing. Like he kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago.

Right. Which is not the full story. It's not. It's not the full story at all. But I will say he had had a falling out with him at this point. It literally confirmed by the lead attorney for the victim is Brad Edwards, who met with Donald Trump in 2008. He's the only person that agreed to meet with Brad and discuss things about Epstein with him, which could have been a part of a long-term play here. Could have just been getting ahead of it.

Because that's also another thing, brother. there are emails now before I say this as well it would be right to put this asterisk on even this I gotta be fair be fair

Nancy Mace who's one of the few people who is I believe put her money where her mouth is with this voted with this supported this supported the victim she's been emotional about it as well she did say that she was told

that emails that you see particularly from 2020 on, which is post-Jepstein's death, are going to include a lot of crazy shit that isn't real. She's right about that. And I'm going to explain why. She is categorically right about that. Once this became a very public scandal when Jeffrey Epstein died, it attracted the attention of everyone.

And so the FBI, this happens with any major high-profile case. FBI, whoever it is, investigating it, they go from getting 10 leads to getting 10 million leads. And that includes your schizophrenic neighbor who watched the news and is calling in and saying that, you know, he was fucked by a, you know, fake owl of ball.

It's a lead. And the FBI is required to do their job, internally discussed with each other, track it down, to either see if there's something there or more than likely, unfortunately, in 99.9% of these cases rule it out. So let me give a couple examples here. There was an email about Jay-Z and Push-a-T handling women with Jeffrey Epstein in 1996.

I'd have to Google it with Push-A-T. I don't even know if Push-A-T was a thing back then. To quote Mike Maylack, who made a great point here, J-Z was handing out fucking reasonable doubt records in the Marcy Projects in 1990. He was not Jay-Z yet. Yeah. He did not know Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah.

You know, maybe Jay-Z is an awful guy. I'm open to it. If there's ever proof, they's an awful guy. I am more than open to that. There's just a very weird obsession with people what, like, rooting for him to be this awful guy. Yeah. And like by, and again, if he is, if it turns out and there's actual evidence presented that like he's a scumbag, great, fry him. But it's so strange watching people be a, it's like they are, it's like they are rooting for him to be this thing.

And still to this day, there's never been something presented with real evidence that can show that he's this thing. And this is another example. So you have to say that. There were emails like this. And then there was an email, you know, accusing Epstein, Trump and like name fucking five other people of like raping a 10 year old girl in a room or something. and it's from 2021. And I believe the email, if I remember correctly, correct me in the comments, if I'm wrong.

There's a lot of emails here. It was like FBI agents going back and forth, just reporting what was told to them. Not like, oh my God, we got something here. It's just like, okay, this person said, blah, blah, vo. Yeah. I say all this to say there was a report in 2020, an official report

where, and it was as a part of these files, that the FBI filed where Donald Trump is accused of being compromised and I quote by Israel this is from 1019, 2020 and it is from

you know, I'll throw it on the screen well I can't put it on the screen because it's too small for me to read up there so I'm going to read it right here I'll put it on the screen in a minute it is from a confidential human source And this is, again, this is an official document that they actually filed. It's not just emails between FBI agents, just reporting whatever lead came in. And it says, Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz,

CHS learned that Dershowitz influenced many students from wealthy families. For example, Josh Kushner and Jared Kushner, were both his students. Dershowitz told CHS that if he were young again, he would be holding a stun gun as in his role. Israeli Massad agent. CHS believed Dershowich was co-opted by Mossad and subscribed to their mission. CHS still continues to communicate occasionally for Dershowitz. I've never seen any, I have to say this, I've never seen any hardcore, definitely

dying the wolf proof that Alan Dershowitz is a Mossad spy. I do also have to say Dershowitz is perhaps the only guy very closely connected to the Epstein case since day one who has never shied away from a camera on this. In fact, he invites it. He's been doing it since day one of this case coming out and denying everything. Doesn't mean that that's not projection, but that is more than I can say for pretty much anyone else. However, we all know Alan Dershowitz loves Israel. I mean, you can't say a bad word about Israel around him. He is the chief defender, and as a Jewish American, that's fine to be a defender of the country. But in my opinion, he goes beyond being a defender of the country and says things where it's like,

well, I don't know that that's in America's best interest to say that. So which one is it, Alan? You know what I mean? Like, you're from here. Do you want to be loyal to there? It's like I'm half Irish and half Italian. All right? This is how I look at it.

All right? Because everyone's got to look at the same.
