Starting point is 00:00:33 podcast. I am Julian Dory. And I'm Joey Dief. How you doing? How you doing? We got a little third wheel in the studio today, by the way, if you want to pop over so we can see you, Joseph Scott Morgan. Get on in there. All right, he's on there. Good to see you, as always, my friend. So if you've never seen Joseph Scott Morgan, he has been the guy literally on every channel and now on the internet in recent years as well over the past, say, 15 years or so talking about anything forensics and death investigation as it pertains to any major case. And so naturally, as you would probably assume, seeing as we are finally getting like some public hearings related to the evidence of Charlie Kirk's assassination last year, I brought in Joseph this morning where we did
Starting point is 00:01:17 over three hours just breaking down the facts of the actual shooting and what happened and the investigation and how it was carried out. So like all the things that lead up to it and the theories related to that. That's not what that podcast will be on. But we're going to be putting that out on Monday. It was really good stuff. Just going through how Joseph would have done it, what the proper protocols are, what the investigators did right, some things that maybe they did wrong, questions we got to get answered. You know, it's a very messy thing. And obviously at the core of it, someone was tragically killed. And, you know, now people fight about it online all the time. So I just want to make sure, like if we do it, especially since I'm not an expert on that at all. And that hasn't been like my lane to really cover that. I want to make sure we're bringing in people like Joseph who can at least, like, give you whatever he interprets as the facts of them to be. And you guys at home can decide. So thanks, as always, for coming in. That was Joseph's fourth time on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:02:13 One time we did two episodes. So really like fifth time. But we'll be talking again at the end of the year. We got some Zorro Ranch stuff to cover. I know you're all over that. We didn't get to that today. So that's definitely going to happen. But, yeah, we're going to talk about some of the early evidence we've seen come out.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Kirk case, including some stuff we were just looking at that we didn't get to this morning with Joseph, so we'll look at that. And then, you know, Dief, Bill Gates' daughter, you know, joining in on the party and continuing the Gates line in a high-quality way. Just innovative tech. Innovative tech. Bizz. Just straight up biz.
Starting point is 00:02:51 We'll talk about that interesting story right there that feels like it's going under the radar, but we'll try to bring that up to the surface. And then, of course, you know, the wedding of the century that you just, you can't avert your eyes from. Wherever you turn, they just keep telling you more about it. Yeah. And, you know, things we didn't want to know. But what's nice is there is some nice symbolism for the current state of affairs in America. Hey, guys, if you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five-star review.
Starting point is 00:03:22 They're both a huge huge help. Thank you. I spent $250 on... trash from her wedding. I know. I know. Ten bags of trash. Ten bags of trash. Now what was in the trash? Well, it's kind of like when you buy a storage unit, you know, you could you could buy one, you can open it up and you find the Declaration of Independence or you find, you know, a bunch of you know, used forks. So I'm going to open up each one on stream and see what we get. Oh, so you haven't opened it yet. No, not yet. They're like an unboxing waiting to happen. I'm going to keep a few bags for the, you know, I'll see how long they last until the stench starts to overtake the apart.
Starting point is 00:03:57 But those ones I'm going to hold on to. Right. Now, did they ship them to you? Or did you have to go pick them up at Madison's? Now, is it the homeless guys outside handling it? Or do you get it from the actual employees of Madison Square Garden? No, this was actually a college educated woman. She just kind of sees the opportunity. You see a pile of trash. You know it's from the big thing. And she, yeah. Oh, private citizen. Yeah. Right outside. Okay. So is it in like a big black trash bag? Like you can't see any of the contents within? Yeah, no, they kind, they didn't really do any sort. They kind of were just like, hey, you take this trash, your problem now. I just had to pay up. Right. Now, did you pay cash? I paid cash. You paid cash. Now, what was the, how big of a bag are we talking here? We're talking janitor size. Janitor size. So industrial trash bags. Industrial trash bag. Okay. That's correct. Now, what did it smell like? First whiff. Um, money. Smelled like money. And that's why I was glad I spent mine own it. Was there any intel that you were able to gleaned. from said individual about what section of this Madison Square literal garden that they invented, more on that later, that this was potentially taken from? Like, are we talking the desserts leftovers or like where they did some of the donations to charities that definitely aren't going to
Starting point is 00:05:13 help kids and are probably just going to pay salaries for people that are meaningless? Like, what are we talking? I heard Taylor Swift's wedding in a trash bag and I said how much. That's right. Now, I know some people that might have gotten trash bags that were from the locker rooms where they weren't even doing the wedding. Oh, wow. But not this guy. So no one, they didn't turn the locker rooms into like some highfalutin bathrooms for the wedding? I mean, I'm sure people did without permission, but it wasn't like, hey, this way.
Starting point is 00:05:40 Yeah, it would be interesting if they made that like the Kia Club, but for shit. Yeah. You know? It's like the exclusive lounge. Now, I wonder if anyone was doing any fishing. You know, like John Kirooku famously talked about how they thought someone fished out Lincoln's shit on April 14th, 1816. And then they were later selling it at an auction and he actually bid a couple thousand dollars on it, which you should never admit out loud, but he really did. He lost and they later found out it was not Lincoln shit. But it was shit from the 1800s, the later 1800s, which means someone had to actually go fish it out and then preserve it. Do we have any evidence that any of the employees were doing that? Like, I don't know fishing out shit from any of the celebrities who were there. I would have, Matt, listen, they're selling trash. They're selling everything. What's Travis Kelsey's brother's name with the big beer gut?
Starting point is 00:06:29 Jason. They were probably trimming his beard and selling that off too. Oh, so they were actually like going in there. Now, he gets after it. Like he gets pretty drunk. You probably could like it a little. Yeah, he just had his shirt off, sweating everywhere probably. So it was right.
Starting point is 00:06:41 You get the sweat, sweat selling nowadays, you know. What I'm really surprised at, though, is given all of your connections over the years and the many things that you've done in and around New York City in very elite circles of which you weren't apart, but you got to witness certain things. Pause. You know, you didn't think to sneak in there for old time's sake? No, no. No.
Starting point is 00:07:03 I need my vision and I need my hearing. And when you step into a place like that, you're losing both. You're losing both. Yeah. They like zap you with like a microwave weapon? Yeah, her music is like a direct energy weapon in a sense. Oh, you went there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:19 You went there. It's a great poet, great writer, you know. great writer great right great writer for sure all seriousness brilliant songwriter yeah who is that guy again Charlie um Charles Manson yeah he was a good writer too you know I heard that he had a couple listenable songs yeah I don't know if that was provocative yeah it was provocative I don't know if that came from his soul or if it came from whenever they injected into him via the mk ultra program that's possible yeah well you know you could there's something to say about Swifties in mk ultra there's definitely
Starting point is 00:07:53 some sort of parallel we could draw. But that could be for another episode. That could be for another episode for sure. But since we're on it, you know, let's just finish this off once and for all so we can stop being overly invested in this. But, you know, I do find it as a major red flag as someone who has not been married yet and would like to get it right on the first try when I do. I find it as a major red flag that you have to sign a 40-page prenuptial, I guess,
Starting point is 00:08:17 like form of pre-nup and NDA and whatever. Yeah. You know, is that ringing any alarm bells? for you in the future of the happy couple? No, I mean, for me, it's pre-nup or nothing. Pre-n-up or nothing. And it's going to be a single sentence on a page. What's that?
Starting point is 00:08:33 You ain't getting nothing. Okay. But when people like this that don't wear human skin or get, it's a different type of marriage, we can't relate to this sort of marriage. We can't. Because we're human beings. We can't. I did see, you know, when we talk about like the parody of life, I saw something
Starting point is 00:08:52 on Twitter that, you know, you immediately register as, ha ha, that's a funny parody account joke. And you're like, well, I can't be real. I didn't think to Google it until today this afternoon when I was talking about what a funny joke this was. But Taylor Swift's PR agent, I did check this out, is quite literally named Tree Payne. Of course. Do we have that tweet on the link? Because whoever this was, I want to give them credit.
Starting point is 00:09:16 But this felt like a real symbol of the moment right here with the wedding. but it says this is from Ed, Ed, and Eddington on Twitter at Goblin underscore formula. The publicist of the woman gassing the atmosphere with her private jets literally being named Tree Payne has convinced me that we live in a simulation created by a really uncreative person. The one argument I have there is I think it's quite creative. I personally enjoyed that point, but that is real. That is her PR agent's name. I wonder if she did PR for T-Pain.
Starting point is 00:09:49 That's the first thing I was thinking. Like has she ever been to Wisconsin? Hi, my name's T. Payne. This is my PR Tree Pain. That's right. Yeah, that's funny. That's right. Maybe she's the one that came up with those lines. It could be. Mansion, Wisconsin.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Yeah, yeah. Bar. I don't know how much the people in Wisconsin like that, but... T. Payne, you're a legend for that. You've heard me talk about my dad and some of the issues he was having with energy once he got into his 50s. The problem is, as we age, our bodies don't just snap back into shape like they did in our 20s. My dad noticed that he was working out the same amount and eating pretty much the same foods,
Starting point is 00:10:25 but the fat around his stomach would just stick around and grow. A lot of people think the classic dad bod comes from just eating worse or drinking more beer. But for a lot of guys, that's not the whole story. As men get older, our bodies reprogram themselves. We naturally start storing more fat and losing muscle faster. And the main reason for this is testosterone. Most men's testosterone levels start dropping as early as their 30s. This is what leads to weight gain.
Starting point is 00:10:47 And here's the most frustrating part. The more body fat you gain, the more your body actually converts testosterone into estrogen, which makes it even easier to gain more fat. This creates a really rough cycle for guys over time. But that's why my dad started taking Mars Men. Mars Men is a natural supplement designed to support healthy testosterone levels, which can help your body burn fat and build more lean muscle.
Starting point is 00:11:05 And Mars Men doesn't have any weird stimulants or synthetic hormones. Basically just helping you get your body running like it used to. It does this with real natural ingredients like Tangat Ali, zinc, boron, and more that support healthy T-levels, weight management, and exercise performance. Everything Mars Men does, does is manufactured in the USA and third party tested as well. Since my dad started using Mars Men, he's noticed that his workouts are better, his recovery is way faster, and some of that pesky belly fat's starting to go away.

Please support our show and tell them I sent you. Here we go. Someone's already claiming this is our year.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Someone else said that last year too. A round of Jamison, Ginger, and Lime arrives at the table. Smooth enough for kickoff, smooth enough for extra time. New friends pulling up a stool. Debates about whether that was a handball. Cheers rising like a roar around the room. Because match days are about the shared moments.
Starting point is 00:12:12 How did Jameson to your match day lineup? Jameson, it's what you bring. Please enjoy our products responsibly. It was interesting, though, the other symbolism was that were, I believe, over 30 different cakes offered at the wedding. And I remind you, this is in Madison Square Garden with the collective net worth in there was quite high. Rented this out on July 3rd of July 4th weekend in New York City in the dead center of the city, closing things down for the weekend. Again, we love optics around here, and we love giving advice on optics around here. and the optics of this were a little questionable, but then, you know, you have over 30 cakes.
Starting point is 00:12:52 Okay, I like a great dessert. You go to a wedding, you want options. Maybe there's canoli over there. I like that. There's some cookies over there. I like that. A good chocolate bar. Everyone loves a good chocolate bar.
Starting point is 00:13:03 Some fondue. Maybe you throw in an extra whiskey after dinner so you can get after it and go to the bar and have fun and fuck someone you don't remember later. Or you look there at Taylor Swiss wedding. And before you get to all that shit, which I'm sure they had, there were 30 different cakes of all these elite people just so they could walk outside and tell the other people who can't come in, let them eat cake. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:25 I mean, you know, again, you just, you got to think people. Like, I'm all for love. I'm all for celebrating things. I've never had anything against Taylor Swift. She is a brilliant songwriter and everything. And obviously, a massive success. Good on her. But like, you know, you got to think about where things are and how things look and what you're doing at
Starting point is 00:13:47 for. I'm not one to tell you like, oh, this is exactly how you get married or do whatever. I'm a really simple guy. It won't be up to me. It'll be up to my future wife, I'm sure. But like, if it were up to me, I'd get married at City Hall with a couple witnesses with the woman I love and go privately on a honeymoon and not tell anyone about it. Like, that's all that matters to me. That said, other people, they want a big wedding, no problem. But like, when you put it on that much to the point that you have all the famous people coming there, sign NDAs to not disclose the things that are going to happen in there, when you are literally putting it on in the the middle of the biggest city in the world. It's like a, it's like a Streisand effect on things.
Starting point is 00:14:22 Just go get married somewhere. And like hopefully people don't invade your privacy. They probably will. But I don't know. It just seemed like too much for me. Everyone I've talked to this week, including a lot of people who are enormous Taylor Swift fans were like, you know, come on. And these are people that in the past, I've never heard them say a bad word. Yeah. About Taylor Swift. And I've actually, there's some things about Taylor Swift in the past that I've heard about her talking offline with people where like she's very sweet and very understanding and very normal. And you hope that's true. But optics, Joey Deef. Optics not great.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Not too great. Now, when is the great unboxing happening? Well, I'm going to probably do it this weekend. I'll probably go live and open a few bags, keep a few bags for resale value. On Twitch. On Twitch. On Twitch. Now, are you going to bring in clavicular from Israel to comment on this?
Starting point is 00:15:14 If he's back in time. If he's back in time. So not if he's still in Israel. Yeah. Okay. You know, it's funny. You just made me think about this whole thing with MSG. It's almost like the running of the bulls.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Like, I imagine all of these elites just running like the migrants through the streets and then they get them into MSG to have like one last battle with them for them to watch and enjoy. Well, it makes it easier because those that, you know, perish. you don't have to deport them. Yeah. Cost averted. Yeah. Yeah. Just Scott Morgan agrees.
Starting point is 00:15:44 Yeah. That's how it is. This is a satirical show. We're being facetious. Yes. And we're not being as facetious as Tim Dillon because my God, that was the greatest five-minute fucking clip I've seen in years. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:56 Talking about this wedding. Totally. I was like, I was eating an avocado and it literally like projected out of my mouth when he started describing the, uh, I don't even know if you're allowed to say this on YouTube. He got away with it. But the whole like, you know, how. how to get us back. How to get us back.
Starting point is 00:16:12 I'll put it that way. You can go watch what he talked about with. It was absolutely incredible. But, you know, again, when it's, you know how many times I've typed in Taylor Swift to my Twitter feed? Never. But every time, even on Twitter, Instagram, you open it all. Oh, so and so on the wedding. Oh, so good.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Like, is this what we're worried about now? Yeah. That's crazy. And now we, you know, jokes on me. I just gave it like 12 minutes on the show. Yeah, that was nice. They just got a lot of air time. They got their air time.
Starting point is 00:16:39 I wish the happy couple well. Not looking good. But, you know, we'll see. Over under two and a half years, give or take. Yeah, I wish them well. They'll do all right. Yeah, they'll do all right. So we'll see Joey Deve's garbage live stream later.
Starting point is 00:16:55 And, you know, I hope you find what you're looking for. Imagine I just find like body parts in there. Well, we got the guy right here who can go examine them afterwards. What's rolling. Yeah. Yeah. after the Epstein files, you never know these days. You never know what happened.
Starting point is 00:17:13 No, I'm sure it was all clean fun. They had a good time and just, you know, took over an entire venue. It's fine. Probably very clean. But you heard me talk at the beginning about the ongoing Charlie Kirk, I guess, like initial small evidence dump of what we've seen. Now, again, there's, so I think, Joseph, correct me from wrong here? When they end up doing the trial, it would be televised, correct?
Starting point is 00:17:36 Because it's a state case? Yeah. Okay. Utah does televised. Okay. So Joseph Scott Morgan's off camera, but he's saying Utah does do televise. So we'll get that. My understanding from other things I've read related to the case is that if and when they do televised things,
Starting point is 00:17:51 there will be some stuff that will be blacked out from the public that only the jury will see. Joseph Scott Morgan nodding again, two for two. We're doing well. But right now, what we can go off of and, you know, take that as you will, is a lot of people coming out talking about, say, the public videos that, or excuse me, the surveillance videos that have been released that only the people in the courtroom, including people that were there watching, friends and family and stuff, could see. So, Defe, can you play that first video from Jack Posobieck talking about the details? The details, allegedly, of the new footage that the prosecution
Starting point is 00:18:32 released in this hearing that purports to show. a much more full timeline from a surveillance level with more HD quality of Tyler Robinson, the alleged killers movements leading up to and including the assassination itself. We'll start here. All right, guys, here's a perfect example right here. So this video we're about to play of Jack Posobich. We pulled up, it went live like very shortly before we went on air. So we were reacting to it. He is obviously reporting what he saw on the video that was played in court of Tyler Robinson. And right away, when we were at this episode,
Starting point is 00:19:10 Dief and I went and looked at Twitter, and there's all kinds of community notes of other people who were in the courtroom claiming that what Jack Vizobia says he saw here as it relates to a trigger pool where things like that related to Tyler Robinson is not what was on the video. There's community notes about it.
Starting point is 00:19:24 I haven't seen the video. I don't know what to believe, but there is a video of the prosecutor saying to the judge earlier in the week that no such video of Tyler Robinson pooling the trigger exists. So I will let you guys decide on this, but this is case A, why this case is such a mess. Anyway, here it is.
Starting point is 00:19:43 Everything's been proven. I think it's, I think it's proven. It's, I would say beyond probable cause at this point. I think that the question for me is how to even get reasonable doubt when there's so much evidence. But the thing that I do just have to say is that I know that, you know, you guys watching on live stream couldn't see the. the last video that was shown. Well, it wasn't edited.
Starting point is 00:20:08 It was zoomed in. It was zoomed in from the surveillance video off campus and specifically the part of the Losey Center, the roof, and you see everything. You see everything. He climbs over. He assembles the gun. He runs over to the edge, you know, gets down in a prone position, and you see the time.
Starting point is 00:20:46 And we all know what time. And it just, it's, it was like so slow. Just watching those seconds click, click, click, click. You see him take the shot. Yeah, I know. I tried to take the shot. And then immediately runs. And we've seen that video already.
Starting point is 00:21:08 but I wasn't, I knew we were going to watch that, but I wasn't, I wasn't prepared to see this side of what happened because we've never seen it before. We saw the other end of the shot, obviously, but this was, this was a whole other level of just evil and I got, I got very upset watching it. Okay, let's cut it right there. That's there. So one thing I do want to say out front, these are the first couple days of preliminary hearings. Obviously, we haven't even gotten to a trial yet. If it goes to that, we'll see what happens with, you know, whether or not Tyler Robinson follows through with that or pleads guilty or whatever. But, you know, I've tried, I've talked since the beginning, and I know I mentioned it with Joseph this morning on the podcast, about the optics around this case and how off they've been from, from, literally everyone involved and how much maybe a lack of transparency on some of the investigation that perhaps we're now going to get but you know whether it be mistakes like paving over all the
Starting point is 00:22:24 place where he was fucking three two days after the event itself or open book shut book kind of case like nope this is what it is it was definitely only tyler robinson alone we're not no need to further investigate you know we'll just do the trial hopefully it's fast and nothing else to see here when it's the biggest political assassination in recent memory, you know, all these things are not a good look. What I don't want to do on any level on either side of it is jump to a conclusion on what exactly happened. And I have to admit, I'm sure a lot of you guys out there can relate to this. It's so hard these days to look at things people say or even evidence presented in anything and know what's real and what's not. And I,
Starting point is 00:23:11 struggle with the worldview of what everything is and what any institutions we've ever been told are, when you see major stories like the Epstein case break beyond even what we ever thought it was capable of. And when you watch the continued cover up with a literal fuck you in your face that we have seen since then, when you watch us drag ourselves into foreign wars again with no real end in sight that, you know, they keep saying we won, we're over. And then they start again. And, you know, these are promises that were, that have been made by both parties over the years and apparently repeatedly broken. And you see all these things happen and you see the wealth gap. You see the elites.
Starting point is 00:23:52 You see the things where society is literally splitting at the seams in a smaller and smaller group of ultra wealthy seem to have control. And as we referenced a few minutes ago with the Taylor Swift thing, a little bit of a let them eat cake kind of laissez-faire attitude. I don't know if that's the proper way to use that term, Dief, but you get what I mean. You know, when you see all these things, yes, it makes you question everything. And I'm going to continue to do that. What I try to do is I try to come up to 30,000 feet in the air, though, and let things play out. Obviously, sometimes I fail. I'm a human, but I do my best to let the evidence play out, analyze it as I will.
Starting point is 00:24:29 When I have an opinion on something, I'll tell you. And, you know, you guys can decide whether I'm right or wrong and draw from the evidence, whatever you want. So right now, in the limited information that we have, it would appear that it's certainly something of note that we have a more full timeline, what sounds like frame by frame, of Tyler Robinson going up onto the building, actually firing a shot, getting off the building with the gun. And maybe there's perhaps some explanation to fill in the very reasonable question marks that have been brought up in the past about how fast he could have gotten off the building when he had the gun in his pants. like that that certainly are very much in the public's interest to get those answered. Again, that is according to what Jack Bezobich reported, but there are other people reporting that there was no showing of a gunshot. And apparently the prosecutor said that as well.
Starting point is 00:25:25 So just want to reiterate that. That said, we are just hearing from someone who was in there who was a friend of Charlie's and since the beginning has said it's Tyler Robinson no matter what. and as said, any other questions are irrelevant. He is now the one coming out and telling you this is exactly what the footage showed and all that. So what I'm saying is I do think, and I don't know the legality here or when and if this is going to happen, but like it will be in the public's interest for us to be able to actually see that footage and draw our own conclusions from it.
Starting point is 00:25:55 And I will admit it's like, you know, and Joseph, I'm sure this is where it gets crazy, but your mind sometimes goes to like, well, could they have? have AIed some of this to make it conveniently wrap up like a bow. That's not a question I would have asked five years ago. Maybe I should have. But like, am I crazy to ask that? I don't think so. But I also don't want to live in a world where I never fucking like anything I see. I'm like, well, no, that's, it's definitely the opposite. You know what I mean? It's a tough balance to strike. And in the year 2026, it is the hardest year ever to strike that balance. So when I show you these things we're reporting on what we're being told and you guys can decide whether you believe it or not.
Starting point is 00:26:39 Is that, how'd I deal with that? Yeah, simulacra and simulation. Yeah, we can't even discern reality anymore. Well, I mean, even when you were speaking with Joseph earlier this morning, he was talking about how, like, people don't really capture the weight of death. You know, you don't get the smell of the blood. Yeah, you don't. So people's, you can even use the war. People's perception of war is headlines, talking heads, debates online.
Starting point is 00:27:07 They don't feel the explosions. They don't hear the cries of help and death. So what they get is the simulacrum of war, not the reality of it. And we are so far gone from reality that we're now living in the simulacrum of our old reality, wherever the fuck that might be. And so that's why we're having these issues, where we're sitting here and we can't discern reality. because reality doesn't exist anymore. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:32 We're living in this hyper simulation where you guys said today, when's the last time anyone's brought up the Trump assassination? Oh, we forgot. Yeah. Because we're moving at hyper speed. Yep. And I think it's also a matter of like we were talking at least off camera about the chaos of it. We might have gotten into this a little bit on camera as well. But like everything happens so fast.
Starting point is 00:27:58 and it can then be analyzed from 100 different angles, frame by frame, every single thing that happens, and anything can look suspicious. And by the way, maybe it is. Maybe it is very suspicious that the guy went up, you know, whatever it was, three minutes after the body was taken out of there and removed the camera and removed the SIM card and handed it to somebody. Like, that's kind of weird. Or it was just a guy who was like shell-shocks. He's like, oh, it was a camera.
Starting point is 00:28:21 I go, so I should take that. Yeah, I should make sure I get that. So no one else does. Yeah. Either one could be the explanation. One is extremely bad. One is like a normal kind of reaction. And they both have, I don't know, like a similar probability.
Starting point is 00:28:35 And it'll be interesting to see how those blanks are filled in at trial if they're filled in by the prosecution and everything. But, you know, to go beyond what we talked about with Joseph on the podcast this morning, because again, Joseph was in here to go through really the forensics and the details of the evidence on the ground and stuff like that. not all the other noise surrounding this, but obviously Candace Owens has covered this case a lot and talks about like Israeli connections and things like that and the relationship Charlie had with some of his pro-Israeli friends and how he didn't believe in the cause towards the end of his life, which has been verified and things like that. And therefore, that means that they killed him and whatever. I don't know. I will say, it's weird. The Hampton's meeting with Ackman is weird.
Starting point is 00:29:23 you know, the wife is weird. Like, it just is. And the way that she's reacted publicly in some of her previous history, it's all weird. That can be true at the same time that, like, somebody also, you know, just didn't like him and killed them. Now, the boyfriend, I guess, the partner, the partner, Lance Twiggs. Is that his name, Twigs? Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:29:53 He gave a deposition in the spring that was played some of it at this preliminary hearing where he started to go through, you know, I guess like some color commentary on their relationship. And one of the things that he said is that they didn't discuss like a lot of politics, but particularly I believe what he said when I looked at the transcript is like they never discussed Charlie Kirk or questions surrounding that. And then he went with what has been put out as the narrative that, yes, you know, Tyler texted me and said, I did this and then confirmed it to him in person and everything. And to play devil's advocate on that, he has received partial immunity here. And if people wanted to, you know, have the suspicious look on it, you could say, well, he's being coached to say that. And that's what he has to say to open, shut case it. That's possible. It's certainly possible.

Starting point is 00:32:50 BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming, Ontario. Again, he also disappeared for a little bit right after the case. That was kind of weird. Like, there are certainly weird things with it. And you don't know, like, when someone like this, if, in fact, Tyler Robinson acted alone and did in fact kill Charlie Kirk, if that is the case, when someone like this breaks, and does something so irrational and crazy like that, the key word is irrational. They're not a rational person. They don't process the, it's a captain obvious statement, but they don't process the world
Starting point is 00:33:27 like you and I do. They're not in a normal state of mind. Going, I think it was reported, he went in like got a meal and dairy queen later. And then after Lance Twiggs purports that when he confirmed it with him in person, he said something like, Lance said something like, Tyler just went about doing chores or something just to keep his mind off it, which to us, that's clearly not normal behavior at all, but this would in that theory not be a normal person because he just blew someone away because he didn't like their opinions. You know, that's not something normal people do. So that's another thing where I struggle with it. It's like to put your mind in the mind of someone who might even, you know, not to put a medical term on it, but have some schizo
Starting point is 00:34:14 tendencies, I don't know. It's difficult. It's difficult. And it should be difficult for all of you out there because you've never had those thoughts or going to do something like that. So that's certainly odd. But Joseph and I spent a lot of time talking about the 30-ought-6 bullet and how that whole thing works and what the possibilities were there. And we went through some of the, actually like even some cringe tweets that were put out about that, trying to call it a miracle that it didn't go through. later and Joseph certainly had some words on that. But they did release, we saw this, Steve. They released photos of the bullet in court.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Yesterday afternoon, do we have that link? Yeah, I have it right here. So we can pull that up. Okay. So this includes a ruler just in centimeters just to give you an idea of like the size. But what you're looking at is, as far as I know, the first publicly released exhibit of the, Joseph, would the proper term be the mushroom? bullet right there? Is that how you describe it?
Starting point is 00:35:17 Yeah, it would be mushroom. You can see the base, the right, the image on your right. You can see the base of it. It's kind of circular. Okay, the base kind of circular. Yeah, that's where we would determine the caliber of a weapon. But there's no appreciable rifling. You know, we talked about the, I think in our comments today, we talked about the lands and grooves inside of a rifle. And, uh, those twists that you have and that leaves the marks on the long axis of the projectiles that's going down the barrel. This is the reason they could not include or exclude relative to this as far as matching to the weapon ballistically, but they did confirm that it was a 30 out six.
Starting point is 00:36:05 Got it. Yep. Okay. So again, it's a start as far as like us getting some information on this. We're going to need to continue to get a lot of blanks filled in. It was also cool. I forgot about this. We had Clint Russell, who's been on my podcast. She was on a couple months ago. He, I was able to FaceTime him a couple hours into the podcast and then we turned the face time around.
Starting point is 00:36:27 And he's obviously been knee deep in cover and all the details of this case. So he got to raise, I think it was about five different points that were certainly great questions about things that were weird around the investigation. the case and things like that. And then Joseph, after Clint went through all that, Joseph kind of went through each bullet point and things that remain unexplained, some things that maybe are explainable, et cetera. So I'll let that speak for itself there. But what do we have? Another like two, three days of hearings here? Or is it done right now? It's completely done. So we just finished it today. It was at day five. All right. So this is what we have right now. And then there will be some sort of
Starting point is 00:37:09 trial date if it does go to trial in this case but you know I want to see that video that jack posobiech talked about and again like I need to see it as well because like jack posobiech is also a guy that held up the up steam binders outside the white house like oh here we go nothing to see after that and it's like no offense but I'm going to need I'm going to need my own two eyes on that for sure but we'll continue to watch this and then if there's relevant information to cover Obviously, we'll do some more podcasts on it. But this was really today doing that one. That was the first full-blown, full-blown soiree into it we've done.
Starting point is 00:37:50 I think it was right to have you come do it with us, Joseph. So thanks for doing that. All right. Now, some more optics here. Caroline Levitt. I remember when Corrine Jean-Pierre was the, the press secretary for the Biden White House. And I thought, you know, I thought to myself, I'm like, I understand these people are paid
Starting point is 00:38:21 liars to some degree in every administration. I wasn't born yesterday. But I'm like, it can't get worse than this. I'm like, this lady comes out here and she doesn't. Corrine Jean-Pierre didn't even try. I mean, she would just read off. She literally wouldn't even tell you the lie. She'd read off the lie and then look at you.
Starting point is 00:38:38 Yeah. Uh-huh. And, you know, then she leaves the White House and writes a book called, middle ground, why I'm not, why I'm leaving the Democrats or something like that. It's like, all right, lady, come on, we get it. And I'm like, you know, the optics, they can't get worse. And I'm not saying they've gotten worse, but we're at a point where it might be as bad. Caroline Levitt is what, 28, 29 years old? 28. Bless her little heart. You know, I'm not a judgeer around here. Love is love.
Starting point is 00:39:07 As long as it's legal, you find what you want, but she's married to what? A 62-year-old guy? Yeah. What's his net worth? I'm going to need a second here. All right, let's give Joey D for a second. Find his net worth. It's enough to buy our lip filler, for sure. I know that.
Starting point is 00:39:25 By the way, to all the girls out there, to chill with the lip filler. He's sitting around 6 mil. He said 6 mil? Yeah, that's what it says. I've heard more than that. So the Internet says. Yeah, what was his business? He's a real estate developer.
Starting point is 00:39:43 Yeah. Wealthy real estate guy. How did she meet him again? He was connected directly to somebody. Yeah, let's see here. Somebody in that orbit. It was during a congressional campaign in New Hampshire. Okay.
Starting point is 00:39:58 And what was her involvement in that campaign again? That's what it was. She was running. All right, so she had aspirations. So she didn't win that congressional seat or whatever. but she met her future husband who's more than twice her age fine okay you know you're allowed to do that and everything but can we play the comments that she made this week in regard to i have this headline here with the quote um i sneak out a poll video if that's the case okay yeah grab grab grab the video right
Starting point is 00:40:30 there you have to have again i'm i'm not criticizing women who happen to marry and is some wealth. I won't criticize women who get into a legal marriage that maybe as, you know, fucking enormous age gap. She's had a couple kids with the guy, you know, seems to love doing the mom thing and all that. But when we, when you are living in a country where, as we have covered a million times on the show, the wealth gap continues to be at historically disproportionate levels, where young talent coming out of college has some of the worst optionality that we've had in any type of economy, let alone a quote-unquote booming economy, in a long, long time at the very least, when, you know, groceries fucking double in price it feels like every two years, when the average, when half of Americans, the median American doesn't have more than five. $500 in emergency funding when you're printing literal trillionaires now through IPOs and you have a disproportionate number of billionaires who are taking more from a winner take-all system. Again, I say this as someone who believes in capitalism but actually recognizes its flows.
Starting point is 00:41:48 Like, you have to read the room, especially when you are commenting on behalf of a White House administration that got into office claiming to care about the working man and claiming to care. to care about the American dream and the future of this country for the next generations. That is literally what Donald Trump ran on if I'm oversimplifying it. But that is among the main themes that he ran on. When optically, those are all the things that you have said and promised. And when you are a woman who is married into wealth with a dude twice your age, don't make these comments about your generation. I'll let Carolyn Levitt be heard right here.
Starting point is 00:42:28 I'm here right now. kids and I call them kids because they're in their 20s and they've never had real jobs and they're complaining things are expensive yes things are expensive when you don't have a real job right do you think that's getting traction complaining unfortunately I do because this generation my generation I hate to say it gen Z and those younger than me have been raised with just silver spoons in their mouths just getting everything handed to them that's not the values this country was built on it was built on meritocracy and hard work pulling up your sleeves pulling yourself up from your bootstraps and achieving the American dream and we need to protect it with all we got
Starting point is 00:43:04 laziness a little bit is it because the professor said countries corrupt it's evil and we just need to shake them down and hand money out it's laziness and it's the liberal indoctrination you bring up a great point about our education system however i will say a silver lining so many parents that i talk to across the country are homeschooling are turning to private education are turning towards Christian schools across the country because they don't want their children being taught. These communist and liberal ideas slam down their throats. It's why President Trump and the White House has advocated so strongly for school choice across the country. We want kids to be taught to love our country.
Starting point is 00:43:42 They should. It is the greatest country in the history of the world. All right. I say, you know, if they misbehave, just make all these young kids join the army, right? Shape them up. I almost have to. Send them to Cuba. Send them to my man.
Starting point is 00:43:54 They'll want to come back. That's a good point. Okay. I'll say hi to the gay Ayatollah. Thank you so much and welcome back, Carolina. Okay. The comments, by the way, about the education system and a lot being broken there, she's not wrong about that. Even if her solutions may be a little different than mine, like, she's not wrong about that.
Starting point is 00:44:09 We have a lot of problems with the education system in this country for sure. So let's be fair on that. I forgot even about the optics at the end of that, talking about sending kids to Iran while this administration fucking got us into this war. After following apparently the request of a foreign country of nine million people that said, had to fucking get into it where we've lost 13 of our guys and they keep trying to pressure this deal to fall through, which has been a whole other thing this week by the way, so that we eventually put fucking boots on the ground there. And, you know, she's joking about fucking sending people to Iran while she speaks for the White House. Fuck you. That's bullshit. And you've heard me
Starting point is 00:44:43 rip Jesse Waters before talking about 13 casualties. Who care? Yeah, because it's not your fucking kids, pal. Like, a human life is a human life. And, you know, I got the utmost respect for the men and women in the military and I think it should go without saying we should all take it pretty seriously that if they're going to go into harm's way to protect us it be something that the people here actually believe in and that it be a matter of actual real national security where we are under threat and not just because we want to go kick a fucking hornet's nest that we don't like somewhere again that's not an argument to say iran's government's good they fucking suck i've said that a million times but like a lot of other things going on here so again not smart to
Starting point is 00:45:25 say that on the end. But the impetus of this conversation that was leading to Jesse Waters asking her about this is, of course, they're talking about the rise of socialism and what in some places may feel like communism and that type of ideology that's happening, whether you see it in the election of Mom Donnie or the recent elections in some of the primaries were candidates backed by Mamdani or on a similar platform across the country, were able to win. And they're just ripping it. poo-pooing and shoeing a generation as if, you know, they just don't get it and they're lazy and they're not trying. I just hired a girl, Amanda.
Starting point is 00:46:07 Shout out to Amanda. She's had the first week on the team doing a great job. Who's a year out of college, major, minor, extremely smart, great grades, works her ass off, doesn't ask for, doesn't expect anything. And when I got her in here for an interview, she, on one platform. alone, she had applied for two hundred two fifty two jobs, something like that. On indeed. Okay.
Starting point is 00:46:31 She's been a year out of college. She went to a good school and has been unable to get like the type of job that she wants to get. Many of her friends are in the same boat with the exception to some of the really high-level engineers who have gotten government jobs, to be clear. She is extremely aware. Really smart girl. really aware of also like what some of the sacrifices quote unquote if that's what you want to call it
Starting point is 00:47:00 like gen z is even making was spending like for example i think she was telling us her generation spends 20% less on on liquor and alcohol than the previous two generations or something like that you know like they're not spending on some of the things that they're being accused of spending on the prices aren't too high because they're lazy and don't get jobs the opportunities to get job are not there nearly as much. And the ones who do get a job are being paid salaries that have not increased with the amount of inflation over the past five years even a little bit. I mean, we were talking about it, Dief, but like, I had grocery bills that two years ago were about $175, $180, maybe $185. They're $3.35 now. $3.40. I'm buying the same shit.
Starting point is 00:47:48 I can pull up the receipts of what I bought. You feel it week after week. You feel it Like going, like, it'll just go up like $10 or $20 over a two-week span. And I'm like, how did that? I'm getting the same shit. Yep. And again, stock market just go up. But who are the people who get to really participate in the stock market, the people with a lot of money?
Starting point is 00:48:07 So I'm not one of these people that sit, that wants to sit here and be like, let's just be victim mentality. Well, is us. Whoa is the younger generations. Therefore, fuck you. But you have to look at the root cause of why people check out of the system. This is a term Joey Deef is used that I love where you've, and maybe you can explain it, Joey Deaf, but when you're talking about kids in their 20s, you've said before they've never had a chance to be a part of the system. So they've checked out of something, am I putting this right, that they were never invited into in the first place? Yeah, I mean, it's just the idea that, you know, you do all the things that you said that people told you should do. You know, you went to college. And we're not talking about people who get, you know, a silly degree or whatever, like a real degree, an employable degree. You do the right things. You come out. A lot of these kids, they don't have a 401K. They don't have money in their savings. They don't own anything. Right. It's not to say right or wrong, but the system that they bought into, they're not getting any sort of.
Starting point is 00:49:09 of benefit, or at least that they perceive as benefits. So they're going to fall victim to these other options. Yep. Someone comes to them and says, you know what? You're upset. You were told to believe in something. You took all the right steps. It's not working out for you. You're young enough that it can. Just follow me. You follow that. And then if that person happens to have some ideas to historically don't work in action, maybe you don't know that. But maybe because the other system that you're told works clearly ain't working for you, you're willing to roll the dice and take that shot. Again, if you want to sit here and just complain about people becoming socialist or whatever, great, that's not going to do anything.
Starting point is 00:49:51 You have to diagnose the problem and try to understand why that's happening. And we've talked about it before, but that's why Mamdani was so effective as a candidate. Forget his ideas and what you think of that. I don't think his ideas work. I think history backs me up on that. But like, as a sleazy politician, he's talented as hell. And he went out and he spoke to people where they were and asked them what the biggest problem was. And they said, I don't have money in my pocket.
Starting point is 00:50:17 And he said, what if I could help with that? That's what people are going to respond to. People want to have the freedom to know that they can pay their bills and they're not sweating all the time to put food on the table. And we've gotten to a point in this country where people are renting out Madison Square Garden for a whole weekend and fucking busing everyone there and selling the trash. $25 on eBay to fans who clearly have the wrong priorities in mine, including Joey Defe here, apparently. And, you know, at the same time, as we said, the average American has never, isn't in the system at all. So that has to get corrected. And I don't care where it comes from. Hopefully it's bipartisan. Hopefully all these scumbags come together and they go,
Starting point is 00:50:57 we've got to figure this out without, you know, the government sticking their hands and fucking everything. Because we've seen that. I mean, fat electrician. I was going to say. That electrician laid out that where that goes wrong, I think, really well. Yeah. You know? Yeah, it's tough, man. It's tough.
Starting point is 00:51:13 I'm not sitting here, by the way. I don't want to be misheard and pretend like, ah, these are such easy answers. You know, we're going to figure it out right away. Like, there's a lot of hard conversations to have to be had. But, you know, when you look at like what fat electrician was talking about in episode 446 that we just put out, you know, he really goes in on Social Security. And what the downstream mathematical process is. problems with that are. And he's right. And I know he's right. And a lot of people know he's right.
Starting point is 00:51:42 But the problem is you have people with no term limits in Congress and in Senate who the minute they come out and say, you know what, I support just taking a look at Social Security and starting to figure out this problem. They're gone. They're out of office. You're out. Like you are going to be voted out in the next election. Since you don't have term limits and their career politicians they are not incentivized to do that. So let's just look at the ground floor. Before we even get to like solving the problems, well,
Starting point is 00:52:13 the people who are responsible for like, I don't know, cash in the fucking checks to solve the problems need to be put in a position where they actually can do that. And I'm not just picking on social security. I'm using that as an example because that's a recent one.
Starting point is 00:52:25 But like, these are difficult things. And you can sit there and fucking complain on Fox News and make fun of everyone because you just don't like them and your life's a lot easier. Or working in the White House, you could actually fucking do something about that. I don't know. Food for thought.
Starting point is 00:52:40 Fired up about that. Get money out of politics. That's right. That's right. Bill Gates' daughter, though. Bill Gates' daughter gets it. Yeah. She is someone who never checked out of the system.
Starting point is 00:52:58 No. She actually knows how to play the system. She knows how to play the system. In fact, you could argue she is the system. Yeah. She was born into it and had she's she's the rightful heiress of it. But you know, God, I just, I love it when the, when the Gates family is in the news. It's just too much fun. Let's let's just pull this up and break this down. Yeah, that's going to do it. So what, was she 23 years old, Defez? Yeah, let's confirm that real quick. Uh, something like something like that. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:53:30 we'll confirm it on the side. Let's pure spec. Let's pure spec. We'll pure spec. It's 23, 24, 25. Right in there. Gen Z. Gen Z. This is a non-lazy gen Zier. Listen, Dief, you and I, we both know our dear friend Matt Fraught and Matt Cox very well. He always talks about it. He doesn't like lazy fraud. Yeah. He doesn't like lazy fraud. He likes good fraud.
Starting point is 00:53:52 And I don't like lazy Nepo babies. That's right. I do feel like the intentions here were working hard. It's just the result happen to be not great fraud, which some people might call lazy. So maybe you have to take back the compliment of it. about her being in Gen Z and, you know, now. I kind of feel like in a way, and maybe I'm totally missing the mark,
Starting point is 00:54:12 this is kind of similar to Drake being like, I wasn't trying to hide my son from the world. I was trying to hide the world from my son. That, bar. You know what I mean? It's a bar. It's a total bar. But this is from Bloomberg,
Starting point is 00:54:29 recent investigation right here. Shout out to Bloomberg. Gates Air's shopping app claimed sales it didn't drive. We're going to explain. Here we go. Scroll down. So, Fia, an advertising startup co-founded by Phoebe Gates. I love how she did a little, she like played on her name.
Starting point is 00:54:47 Yeah. That's kind of cute. Daughter of billionaire Microsoft Corp co-founder Bill Gates bills itself as, quote, a personal shopping assistant, unquote, that helps users find the lowest prices on a broad range of clothes and fashion accessories. You know how it is. You're online. Good intention.
Starting point is 00:55:02 Good intention. You're trying to shop. You're looking at those shirts, right? When I'm looking at those shirts on Zara, sometimes the $39.99. But if you find that right fucking code, it's $2,99, somewhere in there. Maybe inflation's brought it up now. And now you can get six where you were going to get four. And it's the classic elite move.
Starting point is 00:55:22 How do I solve a problem that I don't have to deal with? That's exactly right. And make money off helping solve that problem. Because this is a problem. It's like you're, it's a problem. It's a huge problem. It's a problem. Like you look down from your.
Starting point is 00:55:36 cliff side estate. Yeah. And you look at all, you know, these plebeians down below who are carrying things up the street, carrying their own grocery bags. Maybe we'll talk about that lady later. And you're dressed in designer, like your loungeware that you're sitting in and watching them is like $2,000. But it's very comfortable. Yeah, it's comfortable. It's very comfortable. It's silk. And so you know what heaven feels like. And you look down on hell. And you go, you know, Yes. The temperature looks a little hot down there. I know it's lower in the climate, so technically well, maybe it should be hotter down there. I'm not a scientist. Either way, those people, we need to bring them some happiness. Yeah, yeah, they can't afford this $2,000 Gucci fucking
Starting point is 00:56:17 shirt. But you know what? They can't afford, they can afford that Zara. They can't afford, if we bring the prices down at Zara, who's the CEO at Zara? Probably some, he's from, they're from Spain, So it's probably a Spanish. All right. Well, you know what? The elite, they don't care about the Spanish. All right. They're like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:56:37 Fuck this guy. Oscar Garcia. So they sit there and they say, majieras, whatever your name is, all due respect. You're going to be the one that has to make a little sacrifice here. And we're going to make a business on this so that everyone down there can more afford your clothes. So they can at least feel like a little bit better. And he's like, listen, we make these an Indonesian sweatshop anyway. So if you tell me all I got to do.
Starting point is 00:57:01 is cut them five bucks off. We're still making 500% profit on this thing. Let's do it. No, maybe you just go in there and the average person working in there is, you know, 25, 30 years old, you go to the floor shift manager, this Oscar guy, you know, flies in there and his private jet walks down into this fucking sweatshop and he goes, hey, listen, Bill, and you cut some costs around. I was being too helpful. I've seen a lot of 30-year-olds, they're past their prime. Outside, bunch of nine-year-olds playing stick. ball. Playing soccer with a little piece of leather. We need that kind of grit. You get that in here. They cost half price. Now we make 30% more even if we're giving that 20% discount dude at Bill Gates is
Starting point is 00:57:45 door. That's it. You're like, guys, that's it. Grow up. Enough playing games. You're nine years old. Get on the assembly line. Get a job. Get a job. Get a job, you lazy fuck. Don't you want to have stock? Don't you want to have steak in the system? That's right. Get to fuck in the factory. We got kids in Brooklyn who don't want to work. You guys are sitting here playing soccer. That's right. That's right.
Starting point is 00:58:08 Soccer. You're not the next fucking pay-lay. You're not messy. All right. Get in here. Get those hands are moving. You're going to make about 40 cents an hour. It'll be worth it.
Starting point is 00:58:17 And after six months of work, you're going to be able to purchase your first penny stock. And you're going to get to see what dividends really look. Eritine International. That's right. Can't go wrong. All right. Right now, John. right now. If you know, you know. But Phoebe here did want to help the plebeians out, as we said.
Starting point is 00:58:35 So the way it works is download the FIA tool onto a web browser, use it while shopping, and voila! The so-called extension can quickly find discount codes for products. Businesses like these, known in industry parlance as affiliate marketing programs, typically collect a commission from retailers that make the resulting sale. But according to Ben Adelman, an independent researcher and consultant who studies affiliate marketing as well as Capital One Shopping, which makes a competing browser extension, FIA is claiming credit for online sales that didn't actually drive. Oh, no.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Phoebe, no. Fraud. In violation of many digital platforms policies, fraud is usually a violation. Bloomberg tested. Oh, they went in and did it themselves. Wow. Investigation. I hope they screen recorded.
Starting point is 00:59:21 They definitely did. Bloomberg tested the Fia mobile browser extension across more than 50 websites and found that during the checkout process, Fia opened a background tab without user interaction and injected. Kind of like her father does. Its own referral code, its own referral code
Starting point is 00:59:42 that overrode legitimate referrals from other publishers. These findings were consistent with Capital One shopping and Edelman's independent testing and code review. She's deep in the code. Her dad's good to code.
Starting point is 00:59:54 That's it. Tech. Testing involved using the extension like a regular shopper and observing how it communicates with other sites and its own servers. The most fundamental requirement in affiliate marketing is that commission is only paid if a user clicks. This makes sense. Like if the user is using your link, you get credit. If they're not, you don't.
Starting point is 01:00:14 It's easy, said Edelman, who has spent decades exposing what he says are deceptive practices in digital advertising. Edelman spoke to Bloomberg after reviewing Fia's code, which is public, and testing how the extension interacts with retailers' websites, affiliate networks at Bloomberg's request. The rules don't allow fake clicks, simulated clicks, imaginary clicks, or hypothetical clicks. Only a real click will do. Capital One shopping, a discount shopping tool previously known as Wikibai that was bought by Capital One Financial Corp in 2018 highlighted similar foundings from its own testing. Let's go down right here.
Starting point is 01:00:45 So they showed that Fia's extension silently opening a background tab linking the retailer's website with its own affiliate code to ensure its cookie was set. So they're using those cookie things we always hear about in the background to basically like leach off of someone else's work and get the credit. Yeah. Now, listen, if we go down deep, this is what's really important here. Keep going. My name is Peter Parker, but I'm also Spider-Man.
Starting point is 01:01:15 This July, we're faced with a threat. That can be anyone. The world may have forgotten Peter Parker. I'm just a neighbor, friendly neighbor. But he hasn't. forgotten them. Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing. That's my responsibility.
Starting point is 01:01:30 Talk to Banner? I didn't know you could get that big. Spider-Man, brand new day. In theaters, July 31st. Hey, Ontario. Come on down to BetMGM Casino and see what our newest exclusive The Price's Right Fortune Pick has to offer.

BetMGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with Eye Gaming Ontario. Keep going. By the way, if you guys want to go see this article, definitely archived.com. And check it out. Like, they explain.
Starting point is 01:02:49 You want to see who invested in it? There's a lot more details into them nailing exactly like the iterations of everyone, obviously. who tried it, these different houses that they explained, who tried it independently, and how it was all proven over and over again to be the case. But what's really, really important is that, and I don't want to get lost here, some great people could get hurt by this. So we have to be careful about how we phrase this and, you know, put this story onto the lexicon because I know a lot of these people could lose their entire livelihoods over this. But Fia was launched by Phoebe Gates, 23. There it is. And Sophia Keani in 2025, the company has raised a total of $43.5 million.
Starting point is 01:03:32 Nice. You know, it's nice that Bill Gates made her go out and raise her own money. I just need two-fitting. Right. I just need two-fitty. And we got a motion picture. That's it. Come on.
Starting point is 01:03:43 That's it. Come on. Break me off. But like he said, you know what? He said to his daughter, you're going to go out there and pull yourself up by the bootstraps. And you're going to go find your own investment C capital. and take your own risk. And I will definitely not connect you
Starting point is 01:03:59 with a bunch of people I know. Anyway, the $43.5 million came from investors including notable capital, Kleiner Perkins, Kozla Ventures, and a raft of celebrities like Sydney, Sweeney, Chloe Kardashian, and Haley Bieber.
Starting point is 01:04:12 Former Meta Platforms Inc. chief operating officer Cheryl Fucking Sandberg is also an investor. She's literally like been the number two most important person known at Facebook forever. Again. Say it. Phoebe here went out and tried to find her own people and god damn it she landed on some of the best She stepped in shit. She stepped in great shit golden shit golden shit golden shit
Starting point is 01:04:37 Fia's app has been downloaded more than 1.2 million times. I'm sure none of those times were in like bangladesh or India and sabbat farms that they would never This is this is a clean standing yeah it's all clean pure spec there but I'm sure they would never ever do that and no one in the comments section right now could... They're doing legitimate business. It's legit business. So that was in the past 12 months, 1.2 million times. And it has billed as personal shopping assistant that lets you compare prices and buy it secondhand versions of fashion items.
Starting point is 01:05:09 Oh, so secondhand too. This is something Phoebe would totally buy. It also draws the web for discount codes that could be applied at checkout. Fia may earn a commission if a shopper uses its browser extension in a way that leads to a sale. For example, by using it to apply a discount code.
Starting point is 01:05:23 But Bloomberg's testing found that Fia's browser extension takes credit for a sale, even if no action is taken by the user to do so, Fia utilizes the cookie stuffing tactic. That sounds so delicious. Cookie stuffing. I'm getting fucking hungry thinking about it. Silently adding a tracking code to the retailer's web address. Now I want to be clear, Fia was reached for comment. It's somewhere in this article and they immediately turned off the system and said it was
Starting point is 01:05:52 a mistake, totally explainable. Absolutely we're not trying to do this and you know I'm sure there's no investigation necessary there for sure Read this one I just Oh there's more But there's more Billy Mays here for Fia This is good
Starting point is 01:06:10 This is not the first time Fia has faced troubling allegations Last year Security researchers found that Fia was logging users web browsing history Including snapshots showing the content of pages visited according to a fortune report. This included sensitive data such as bank statements and private email accounts which were transmitted back to Fia's servers that I'm sure. I am sure guys like Peter Thiel have no use for this whatsoever, right? They don't have any interest in what we do, where we're going, our privacy, where our money is that is all online
Starting point is 01:06:49 and you know it's just Faradest out in the universe and everything that you know maybe at the click of a button could all be gone. They don't, there's, there's nothing here that screams like, Coloury said. I mean, nothing, nothing that ever. And I don't know, I don't hear that in any of this, Steve. I just love the next line. Fia said at the time that it logged web page content to, quote, understand if this site was a shopping. We just had to get your bank info. That's right. Because we think you might like this site. That's why we did it. Yes. We won't. want to know how much you're able to spend with us. That's it.
Starting point is 01:07:27 That's all we want to know and how we can get that on your bank account into our Gates trust fund. Right? Yeah, that's just great biz, man. Which, by the way, a little side note here just for a sec, before we close this loop. Did you see the video, I hate to say, but guy I like a lot. Bryce Harper, the Philly Star, on Fandool? No. Okay.
Starting point is 01:07:50 So to Philadelphia Inquirer, this is a little sidebar this week. The Philadelphia Inquirer ran a report this week about a guy named Terry, they released his last name too. I can't remember his last name, who lost $1.5 million and all of his life savings over a few years with Fandul, basically making in-game prop bets over and over and over again and is now in gambling, addiction therapy and everything. And the reason that they ran this report is because, and this is actually relevant to something we did on the show recently with, Louis Ruggiero. But is it Ruggiero or Ruggiero? My dyslexia right there is killing me.
Starting point is 01:08:31 Ruggiero. Ruggiero. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Luce is the man. But anyway, so basically, Bryce Harper as a Fandul partner, was asked to record a Thanksgiving Day video for Terry, who was lit by the loyalty program at Fanduel, when Terry was listed as a VIP.
Starting point is 01:08:53 of the company where Bryce, can we pull up the Bryce video? Yeah, let me see if I can get that. Where Bryce gives him a personalized message and, you know, says he hopes he has a Thanksgiving, mentions some names of people in his family, and says thank you for being a fan to a partner, and then the loyalty person can follow up on it and say, hey, was really glad to do that for you. By the way, we got X, Y, and Z gambling offers for you this evening. Now, if you listened to episode 431 with Lewis, I,
Starting point is 01:09:23 Yeah, can we play this real fast? And then I'll make that point. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, Terry, what's up, brother? Hey, man, your host, Brittany from Fandre. Wanted to make sure your Thanksgiving was that extra special. So I just want to hop on here and wish you and your family, wonderful Thanksgiving.
Starting point is 01:09:42 Tell me that I said hello. I appreciate all the support through the years. And I just hope you have a great day. Enjoy it. And we'll see you soon. Bye. Okay. So, you know, it's like a little bullshit cameo video where he's clearly
Starting point is 01:09:57 reading the script down there. All right, thanks. Yeah. Okay. It sounds like he just like woke up from a nap. Like he woke up from a nap and they're like, oh, 50 grand just record. Oh, okay. Yeah, right, right. Got it. Got it. Got it. But I want to reiterate a couple points here that are really important. I do believe in free markets and free will and choice and stuff like that. I think things even that I don't think are positive in many cases. I don't want to speak for everything right now, but a lot of things should be legal and that, you know, people do have to have a level of free will and stuff. And I think, you know, you want to go gamble to casino and do stuff like that and go to blackjack tables or go to slot machines. It's not my cup of tea to go to those machines and do that. I'm never going to
Starting point is 01:10:44 do that. But like, if you want to do that, you're free to do that. It doesn't make those businesses not seedy in certain ways with, you know, ways that they can also prey upon people. What I do think has gone way too far is the idea that people just have the ability to gamble on fucking anything sitting in their pocket at all times such that if they have a predilection to that kind of behavior they can be preyed upon like a drug addict and Lewis explained that because you know he was a massive gambling addict and it was preyed upon he talks about these loyalty programs and about Fandoul and draft kings and these people that would come to him and encourage him to play more to the point that he was gambling away all of his life savings and screwing over his family and stuff.
Starting point is 01:11:30 And so, yes, people, you know, people also have problems and there's a level of responsibility there. I'm not saying like it's, there's not blame all around here. But I had, before we brought Lewis in, a few weeks before I thought about this some more. I try, I try to be very, very careful with what brands we bring on the show. It doesn't mean I always get it right, but like, I've always, I mean, Dief does the vets with me. Like, we turned down stuff. I'm from like, no, no, no, like even if there's a question on it. But one thing in the past that I'd done some ads for was like draft kings and prize picks to be specific. And they were simple ads. Like, oh, you want to bet on if fucking Sequant Barkley is going to have more touchdowns or whatever, or if, if you want to
Starting point is 01:12:15 bet on the vibe whatever parlayer. Shit I never thought about. And it's like I'd have the app right there. It's never been my cup of tea. The company's sponsored us. I could play $5 right here and be like, oh, look, I won or lost. I don't feel anything with it. It's not something I do long term or anything like that or sit there and make fucking 40 bets. That's just not what I get off on. So I didn't think of it too much as like, oh, this is a big deal. And then I started to look at this issue more, especially like in the winter and spring. And I called up the company we work with on brands. And I said, no more gambling ads. No more. And it's not because I think gambling should all be illegal or anything like that. But I don't think that it is something that, especially for people
Starting point is 01:13:03 who may have a predilection to that should be promoted widespread to the point that people who may be listening to my show hear me, who doesn't have a predilection to that, say, yeah, go play, this app and then they do it and you have someone like Terry turn up that way. It's just not something I want to be a part of. And so you have now seen such a widespread mass legalization of everything gambling that happens to the point that you can go bet on Polly Market and all these companies and everything. And to the point that the literal athletes in sports are being paid partners for the companies that gamble on their games that they're supposed to not have any involvement with what
Starting point is 01:13:43 Like those gray line, those black and white lines have become so grayed that they're a different color altogether. And like love Bryce Harper as a player. Everything I, he's a Philly guy, everything I've known about him in the past. Like people love him. Really good dude. But like I hope he does address this. And I hope we don't see any more shit like this.
Starting point is 01:14:05 And stuff like these loyalty programs should probably be shut down. It's wrong. It prays upon people, especially people who may have that kind of addiction. and that is just cringe all the way. And shout out to the Philadelphia Inquirer doing a great report on the whole thing and to the guy Terry who I guess came forward and talked about this a little bit. Hopefully that gets some people's attention. But yeah, it's just, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:14:28 There's things, especially in my business, there's things that can happen really fast sometimes and you don't think about it all the way. And I think that's something I hadn't thought of all the way. And, you know, that's why when I had Lewis in, we talked about this as well in the podcast. And I explained that why we don't do those ads anymore. and, you know, I just, I think, I think unfortunately things have gone a little too far right there. So that's kind of what that is. But closing the loop on Miss Phoebe right here, essentially, you know, innocent before proven guilty, as they say, in the courts of law, Joey Deef.
Starting point is 01:15:02 We've got to be fair. Yeah. This is America, God damn it. And Phoebe Gates, maybe, maybe it was all just an honest mistake. There was one rogue cookie. Yeah. And the cookie turned into the cookie monster and just started devouring all these links. And I'm sure- It was the engineer. It wasn't her. It was the engineers. They wrote that code. Off with his head. He's probably from Ukraine. Send him back to the war. Get him out. Right. Get him out. Get him out. He was the engineer. And I'm sure there's a great explanation. I'm sure there will be no reason for the government to investigate it. I know they won't. There's been no crime here. And there's no special treatment or anything. But yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:43 We got to make sure what was it? Chloe Kardashian doesn't lose her pay. She'll be all right. Will she be all right? No, they're going to really pay the consequences on this one.
Starting point is 01:15:55 I'm going to pay it. But, you know, you just love it when the Gates family injects their ideas into society and it just provides a great benefit for everybody.
Starting point is 01:16:06 Yeah, they do good biz. They do great biz. They always outshine the competition, too. They do outshine. the competition. Now, you know, can we pull up that grocery lady video? You got to love some influencers in the wild, okay? The influencers in the wild always get me because I'm going to show you a little bit of this video. I'm not going to show you much of it. All right, I don't want to pain you. Joey Deef's going to like skip through portions of it.
Starting point is 01:16:35 But again, the optics, Joseph D. Philippus, if you are ever feeling dumb, like if you're just and and we all have those days where you're like my god i have just done some things that are retorted today and i just feel stupid if you are ever having a down day like that i want you to watch this video and i want you to remember that there is a person out there as in what the fuck is this chick's name katherine ebbs public information who decided to film this video recorded herself doing it, said all the things she said, watched the whole thing back,
Starting point is 01:17:18 then edited it down to the highlights. Whatever, that's what you want to call them. Watched it again, looked at it and said, yeah, this is a great idea to post. It's really going to resonate with people. So this lady, Catherine Ebs,
Starting point is 01:17:36 was forced to go on a vacation. I think she said, in the mountains or some shit, which I'm very sorry for her plight. I know that's not usually like the t-shirt she's wearing right there. It says Montauk on it, which is up in the Hampton's region of the world. You know, obviously, I'm very sorry that she had to go out to the mountains. That's really difficult. And no, no upstanding woman should ever be forced to do that. But what no upstanding woman, especially, should never be forced to do is go to a grocery store. I agree. Right? Like the idea that you would have to go and pick up,
Starting point is 01:18:09 up the food that you and your family are going to have to eat and carry those bags and put them in your car. It's offensive to me. To quote Catherine, and she definitely never said this, but I feel like she thought this, that's what the Mexicans do. That's not what Catherine does. Yeah. Well, Catherine, that's actually what all normal people do. I don't want to put words in your mouth or anything, but roll some of the state right here. Let's get the beginning, then we'll skip to the middle, and then I want to skip to the end. This teeny tiny little town in the mountains. So we're in this teeny tiny and little town in the mountains.
Starting point is 01:18:43 And we're going to try and hopefully get all of our groceries for the next four days. Four days. Hopefully. The little laughs kill me. This is so small town vibes. Small town vibes. Look at the floor. Rubber.
Starting point is 01:18:54 I have a feeling this is not going to be good, dude. It's not going to be great. They don't even have a car? They don't even have a car? Oh my god. Simulation. Oh, shit. Oh, look.
Starting point is 01:19:09 playing with the doors. You do need a melon? Can't have a watermelon like that. Not up to standard. You think she's on a mushroom? I'm just so much. I think you're right, Joanie. All their fruit looks bad.
Starting point is 01:19:29 All their fruit looks bad. Are you close that real quick? I'm not at same. Where do you get your fruit, lady? I mean, I do you, oh, you know what? Where's that? Ere horn. Like the...
Starting point is 01:19:39 Oh, yeah, Aeroon. Yeah. Aeroorn or Aeroon. You mean I actually got one right, a pronunciation right, that you got wrong? That's a first. Yeah, it's like Chinese or sound. Yeah, Aeroon. That's where like...
Starting point is 01:19:51 You get the Haley Beaver smooth. I'm pouring Wokhar in my Haley Bieber smoothie. Now, where does Arawan get their fruit? Probably like... I mean, it's California. You're probably in Mexico, if I had to guess. Somewhere where they're not... Where the Arawanese are not picking at them.
Starting point is 01:20:09 Yeah, exactly. So I'm just going to give another word of advice here. If you don't even know where it fucking comes from, lady, which chances are, you do not. I don't think you get the comment on what's good or what's bad. I hate this. I'm just saying. Now, skip to like the middle. We'll give it about 10 seconds in the middle just for the vibes.
Starting point is 01:20:27 A little more, a little more. I feel like I'm in a simulation right now. Oh, she said that, but she already said that. She got goldfish. I'm sure our RFK loves that. All right, a little bit of meat. Okay, I'm seeing rib eye or... Strip.
Starting point is 01:20:44 Strip. Go with the strip. Go with the strip. This is crazy. How's it crazy? You got bread. Any normal eggs. What is it?
Starting point is 01:20:56 She's not even looking into eggs. All right, now cut to the end by the car. I can't do this part anymore. Right there. Yep. Okay, she's made it into the car. Not in a really started raining. Jesus.
Starting point is 01:21:07 What is happening to us? What is happening to us? What is happening? You just shopped. I literally was like, what is going on right now? All I know is we gotta go. We didn't get ice. Oh my god.
Starting point is 01:21:19 That's like when the Titanic crashed. Look at our face. I gotta go in there. We gotta go shop local. Nope, she's gotta go shop local. Can't have a grocery store like that again. We just forget it. Pretend we forgot it.
Starting point is 01:21:31 Okay, that's good enough, Dief. You know, send the asteroid. That's where I'm at. Just send, just send the asteroid and if it takes me with them. That video just made me gay. Like if it takes me with them, yeah, that's small price to pay. Yeah, it's fine. It's fine. Shop local. Shop local. Shop and local. It's just, and you know, God forbid they had to drive the car there. She's like, we're putting it in cars? I just like that, I just like something a tiny bit abnormal, which probably not even abnormal. It's just
Starting point is 01:22:08 immediately, we're in a stimulation. Yeah. Yeah. Now, she would be... She'd be fun. As someone who's definitely in the high class of society, she's not someone that Carolyn Levitt would consider lazy. No, she's out there working. She's out there working, doing her thing.
Starting point is 01:22:25 Yeah. I also do want to talk about the evolutionary aspects of this. Don't know who this lady's husband is, but chances are he has some money. That appears to be what it is. That's what you picked. that's when uh that's hey maybe that's maybe that's you know it's the best thing money can buy that's all right yeah i feel like i feel like that she's making her own money off she's making her own money off to tiki-taki
Starting point is 01:22:50 she's making her own money off the tickey-tucky doing something but just saying god that sucked so much it it really sucked so much it did we got to take away people's phones we need more shame back in the world just a little bit i think we do need a little bit of shame just that just that tiny bit. I think a little bit of social shame to adhere to some generally accepted norms and principles of a functioning society would not be a bad thing. Yeah, like it doesn't even have to be like mean or violent. It's just it's as simple as her or her friend as they're walking in just be like, hey, you don't got it. You don't got to record. Let's just go get the groceries. And then her being like, oh, you're right. I'm so silly. It's that easy. Yeah. Maybe maybe. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe.
Starting point is 01:23:40 a little harsher than that, but I'm with you. Yeah, no, maybe a good, like, backhand. Yeah, but from, from another female. No, that's from the husband when he comes up. He's like, he's like, God, God, I told you, I'm tired of. No, but.
Starting point is 01:23:57 That's a joke. Yeah, we're joking. Just a little, just a little bit of shame of like, hey, get a grip. That's all you, just someone hitting her with a, hey, get a grip. Get a grip. Get a grip.
Starting point is 01:24:05 That's right. You know? Just make sure she, just like eye contact, so it really reaches. upstairs. Like you could still make content. We're not just like the whole like I'm gonna go grow like we don't got to do that. Enough.
Starting point is 01:24:18 Enough. Enough. Enough. Enough. Do a book club. A book club would be good. Do a book club. And it has to be stuff that's not just like you know, smut. Like smut. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like you guys should get together and read crime and punishment.
Starting point is 01:24:33 Yes, by Dostevsky. You know? Yeah, Dostoevsky. If I pronounce that right. But yes, you should totally read that. read meditations by Marcus Aurelius, you know, things that'll really humble the soul. I don't know. Or like read Virginia Woolf. Yeah, do that. Do that.
Starting point is 01:24:50 I mean, John Grisham never killed anybody. Yeah. Something. Something to stimulate the mind because this. Whatever that. That is like what I imagine if a golden retriever could use a cell phone. Yes. Except golden retrievers are nice and amenable to be around.
Starting point is 01:25:09 Yeah, yeah. Yeah. I'm trying to think of an animal. It's not. But yes. Yeah, you're right. I think that's fair to say. So send the asteroid and I'll go with it.
Starting point is 01:25:18 Listen, if that's the cost, that's the cost. That's biz. But Alessie Alamon did release a documentary on our dear friend, Howard Lutnik. Finally, I think that's out, right? I can double check that. We'll check it. But if it's not, it's coming out. And in it, you are going to see a appearance of y'all.
Starting point is 01:25:40 truly. So when Alessi came back into town, for those who don't know, Alessi has worked with me for a very long time. This spring, denim gets a softer, lighter update. Introducing Old Navy's drapey denim wide leg, a new fit that moves with you. It's everything you want denim to feel like for summer. Easy, breathable, and effortlessly cool. With a fit that creates natural movement and a wide leg that feels modern, not overwhelming. Plus, that signature, wait, for this price, moment. Old Navy's drapy denim wide leg. And he actually moved up to New Jersey for me when I was still living in my parents' house.
Starting point is 01:26:20 He came up here and got a place and just bet on me, which is cool and fucking amazing. So shout out to Alessie and his wife who probably wants to remain nameless, so I'll keep her out of it. But shout out to both of them for moving up here. and, you know, now he is down in Florida and works with me every single day from down there. But he came up in May for a week to stay here and we could all do some biz and have some good team bonding sessions. And we did for sure. But when he first got here, it was a Sunday morning when he arrived at around 11 a.m. And yours truly was a little hungover.
Starting point is 01:27:00 but like all normal people when they land in New Jersey and our station directly next to the biggest city in the world, Alessi requested to immediately take a trip to Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, which, you know, obviously on the demented tour of New York, that is stop number one. So that's what we did. And unbeknownst to me, when we got there, I've never done this before, but he gave me some mics and said, Julian, you're going to be interviewing. some people on the street. So yours truly did a little man on the street. So let's, let's do a lay of the land. And before I say this, I do want to say we were stationed across the street using our free speech, using publicly available information to take a look at Jeffrey Epstein's house. And it is publicly available information that has been online for a
Starting point is 01:27:46 very long time. We check this. Can you read what Google told us about this actually? As to who Jeffrey Epstein's neighbor was, let's just read what Google had so we don't, you know. Yeah, it just said that, um, do, do, do, do, do. do do do that's what it said um yeah it started with do do do do do do it was thinking um it pretty much said yes to this we could discuss the property a public official owns when it's documented in public records and already widely reported and of course and it and we also had a search that directly referenced the address of one howard lutnik correct yep yep it literally it literally lists it yep i'm just checking the boxes here i don't want any legal problems yep but it has been long
Starting point is 01:28:30 reported in Howard Lutnik himself in an interview publicly at least one interview, but in an interview publicly on the New York Post podcast, whatever the fuck that was called last summer where he famously lied about his whole affiliation with Jeffrey Epstein. Howard Lutnik did confirm that he was the neighbor of Jeffrey Epstein and described it as in the six to eight steps it gets, it takes to get from his house to mine, which actually correction, having upon further review, Alessie and I were eyeballing it out. And it's, it's closer to 20 steps. So he was a little farther step to step. But wall to wall, they were neighbors.
Starting point is 01:29:05 It's been widely reported. So at Jeffrey Epstein's mansion on 71st Street, right next to it, is Howard Lutnik, the current Commerce Secretary and Epstein friend. But Commerce Secretary of the United States America, who is still not resigned and still not been fired, is there. So let's just play the beginning of this, set the scene right once we walked there and took a look. Let's he started filming. This is Epstein right here, the Herbert Strauss House. That is Lettnick.
Starting point is 01:29:29 Looking at this building, you know what happened there? A little preview. The current Commerce Secretary of the United States lives at number 11 right there as well. Currently, the Commerce Secretary of the United States who's in the cabinet lives at number 11 right there. You don't know what happened there? They don't like people talking about it. I can't say I know enough about the situation to comment. Yes, I think so, because I live in a co-op and I know certainly know everything my neighbor is doing.
Starting point is 01:29:54 Where are we at right now? All right, so we are at 9 East 71st Street. Jeffrey out the scenes house there it is we just had we missed this but we just had an elite
Starting point is 01:30:03 ball knower walk by we got on bags right there and some guy walked by right here with his wife and like
Starting point is 01:30:12 as he was walking stop right here and just and just kept going he was like that's upstine he's like that's upcings that's excellent but I always point out
Starting point is 01:30:21 my very good friend as you well know he's almost like family to me at this point Howard Lutnik he lives right there and number of 11. Obviously, I'm a long-time president of the Howard Ludnik fan club. I view him as a morally
Starting point is 01:30:34 brilliant, decent, kind, loving individual, which is to say, fuck you, Howard Ludnick. That's a piece of shit. But he lived right there and knew nothing about Jeffrey after. He never saw him in the 14 years that they actually lived right next to each other from 2005 to 2019. You don't think neighbors would ever introduce each other? You don't think neighbors would ever introduce each other? You never had a neighbor you never spoken to that lives right next to you? You know, I don't like neighbors. I avoid them like cruise ships. But this is, you can see the outline right here
Starting point is 01:31:07 just to get an idea of how big the house is. So this is Epstein right here, the Herbert Strauss house. That is Letnik. And it's way sure. Look at how much wider Epstein's houses, how much extra space it has back here that's just dark landmass
Starting point is 01:31:20 that Epstein doesn't have. It goes all the way back to the other block, or not the other block, but halfway the other block. And then when you look at the house, height of the house. Yeah. The height of Epstein's house versus Lutnik. All right.
Starting point is 01:31:34 Do you want to go to some of the guys, some of the guys we got to? I know you were picking a couple spots you liked Dief. Yeah, yeah. But there were about people would walk by and I would just be standing there and unless he would go up to each one. Because he's done, unless he's done a lot of man on the street stuff in the past. So I don't know why he was telling me to fucking do it, throwing me in the fire right here. It's a little bit different. But it was fun.
Starting point is 01:31:55 And so he would just go up to people and say, oh, do you want to be? interviewed about, you know, being in front of Epstein's house. And some people knew that they were in front of it. Other people were like, oh, shit, that's it. But there was also one guy in there, like, very much knew where he was. But which one you want to start with, Dief? The Scott. Okay. Let's do that. So this was a Scottish guy in town. Here we go. All right. So we're here with an elite ball knower, Johnny. I watched as he was coming up to the house to exactly what we were looking at with Epstein. So, Johnny, have you ever been? here before? No, I've been to New York a few things, but the last time I was here was way before
Starting point is 01:32:32 this kind of scandal arose, so I didn't have a lot of things I like to see in New York, but this was one of them. You Scottish? Yes, how did you know? I can use the accent strong and good, my man. So as far as the case goes, this is obviously something you do follow in track. What do you think about the fact that no one in America has been put on trial or brought to justice for this? I think it's a disgrace, to be honest. I mean, we see it a lot. in the UK because of the Prince Andrew thing and stuff, that connection. So it's quite publicized in the UK, so I don't know what it's like over here. Not so much, but yeah, I mean, it seems to have went quiet.
Starting point is 01:33:13 Almost like they wanted it to, right? Oh, you'd say so, yeah. Yeah. So Prince Andrew was arrested a couple months ago. I haven't heard anything about that since. Do we know if that's actually going on a quarter? I haven't tracked it, actually. I've got to look into that.
Starting point is 01:33:27 more? Well, I don't know. I think it went quiet as well, so it seems like it was just settled out of court. So I don't know. Now, are you familiar with our great Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnik? No, I'm sorry. I've no idea about U.S. politics, so I haven't a clue. Good for you. You're not missing anything. But Howard Lutnik is currently in the presidential cabinet, which is like kind of a big deal around here. And back in 1999, he bought number 11, which is that house right there. from a trust owned by one Jeffrey Epstein and Les Wexner, and then moved into that house in 2005 and claims,
Starting point is 01:34:04 he's not had to admit some lies to it, but claims that he knew nothing about what Jeffrey Epstein did in here. And despite the fact that he lives, I don't know, Johnny, about 20 steps away door to door, says that never saw anything suspicious, didn't spend any time with Jeffrey Epstein. Do you think that that might not be a reasonable claim given the proximity of their living quarters?
Starting point is 01:34:25 I think that hard to believe, It's a pretty quiet street you'd think you would know your neighbor. Right. Yeah, especially a kind of high profile billionaire. Yeah, they're both billionaires. Well, yeah, so I find that quite strange. Quite strange. Is everything you thought it'd be standing outside of this kind of demonic realm?
Starting point is 01:34:45 I thought there would be more, I mean, I kind of thought it would still be a bit of a crime scene, to be honest. I thought it'd be taped up or something, but yeah. No. Well, what happened is some guy bought it, I don't know, some Goldman Sachs jerk off, and he said that they were doing a physical and spiritual remodeling of the inside. They were like going to wash away all the demons and rebuild every room, and it would appear with the scaffolding gone now, and you can see through the windows a little bit that it might be done.
Starting point is 01:35:14 So perhaps it's a nicer place. Yeah, well, I hope they gave out deep cleaning. That's all I can see. On that note, Johnny, welcome to America. All right, one more, this guy. So we're we had done a bunch of them There were a couple people who like really There were most people were like
Starting point is 01:35:33 I'd rather not do that We're like all right no problem thank you so much And they went away And then there was really one guy Who like really And I'll obviously keep his identity out of this I don't remember his name actually But one guy like really started yelling at it's like
Starting point is 01:35:49 Oh oh so you believe Epstein was a part of this whole thing And like was involved with these elites and they were all like raping kids. And I was like, well, I'm not saying every single one was, but I'm saying that yes, there was certainly some sort of pedophile ring going on here. He was like, oh, you fucking, he started calling us scumbags and everything,
Starting point is 01:36:06 and he was with two of his friends. And they were like, looking at us like, oh, sorry, he gets real emotional about this. One of them actually stayed back with us against his wishes and just talk with me on the side off camera. Really nice guy, but he's like, yeah, my buddy gets a little wired up about this. But that was like, it just made me think because like, I don't do any of this man on the street stuff.
Starting point is 01:36:27 But when he, because he was, he was addressing all that stuff to Alessie because Alessie was the one asking him. And I was sitting there and right as this began, I will admit my head, like I was like tense like this. Like, oh shit, is this guy going to throw punches or something? So when you see these people doing, I know we've seen some videos where sometimes altercations happen for sure. But like, especially if you're covering a topic that someone's going to find. some sort of disagreement with, you know, and it's not just like at some fucking political rally where everyone's kind of crazy. You never know. Like that made me really think about that. You never know like some of the other people that you don't see on camera that these people
Starting point is 01:37:06 run into. So shout out to the people out there doing men on the street because I don't know. That was like. Yeah. I thought we were going to go. I really, really did. Like he kept going. And unless he's like the sweetest guy ever, he's like, oh my God, no, no. I'm not, I'm not saying you have to agree with. with everything or something like that. We just wanted to see if you want to talk on camera. You totally don't have to. And the guy was just like getting, you know,
Starting point is 01:37:28 he's one of those fake fucking scumbag tough guys. Like getting in his face like this. I don't know. I think he was worried about the implications for... The implications. Yeah, I'll just leave it at that. But either way, this guy shows up to the house with his girlfriend and is taking pictures right up in front of it like this,
Starting point is 01:37:49 walking out into the street, getting angles and going like, oh shit and so unless he's like we gotta get this guy and he was for awesome dude he was from canada and his girlfriend's like she had she had a canadian french accent and she was like you have to you have to do the interview or something like that and he's like okay and he pretended like to play dumb like i don't know where are we standing but it turned out he had just come to new york for the first time ever had landed i think at jfk and had ubered directly to jenni Jeffrey Epstein's house. It was first on his list, just like Alessie Alamond. So here, here was that part right here. What's your name? Patrick. Patrick, I'm Julian. Nice to meet you, man. So we see you outside of here,
Starting point is 01:38:34 looking at this building. You know what happened there? I don't really know what happened there. You don't really know what happened there. They don't like people talking about it. What happened there? So there was a man named Jeffrey Epstein who lived there unperturbed for many, many years abusing a lot of people. That's very unfortunate. I hope those people are okay today. And where is he now, actually? Well, they say he's dead.
Starting point is 01:39:02 Who said he's dead? The government. Well, do you trust the government? No. Well, nice. Nice! Nice! I don't really know what to say, but, well,
Starting point is 01:39:16 Is he really dead? I have my doubts. What do you think about it? Let me know what's your theory about it? I recently did an investigation with Discovery Channel where they rebuilt his cell. And I will say that was the... I always thought he was murdered,
Starting point is 01:39:35 but I did think he was dead. And after we did that, it's kind of a long story, but I have doubts about whether or not he's dead because there were parts, even just in the cell that were not on the prison schematic where someone could have been extraded, We'll trade it out of prison without people knowing. Yeah, that would make a lot of sense, but didn't the wall files got relayed recently?
Starting point is 01:39:55 Some of them. What happened to the person who are in the files? Not a goddamn thing. Nice. I mean, land of freedom, isn't it? A lot of freedom. Where are you from, Patrick? We actually drove from Montreal.
Starting point is 01:40:08 We just arrived right now. But, yeah, we came from Montreal, Quebec. First time in New York? Yes, first time in New York. Oh, coming right to the important spot. I feel you there. Yeah, I mean, I'm checking in in like three hours, so we had a lot of free time. Well, make sure they're not tracking you on the phone.
Starting point is 01:40:25 You know, it beeps real red around here. I mean, I heard Ballantir move to here, right? Hitting them all. Elite ball knower. I just want to put that out there. Patrick is an elite ball knower. Did they move here recently? I actually don't know nothing about that.
Starting point is 01:40:41 I got to look into it, but... Yeah, I mean, you said you did an interview with this. Right? Yeah, it was a documentary thing. Yeah, yeah, so I hope you'll also look into it if you can. We'll be looking to Palantir on our channel on YouTube for sure, so we'll keep doing that. But when you say move here, do you mean like they move headquarters to New York? I know they move the headquarters.
Starting point is 01:41:02 I mean, they made a tweet about it that they were moving to the U.S. I don't know if it's here in New York, but I know they're in the U.S. Right, yeah. I mean, they're everywhere. They're listening to us right now and the drones up there. The birds aren't real in the United States. I don't know if you know that. You leave New York.
Starting point is 01:41:15 They're still there. The cameras in pigeon eyes. Oh, yeah, dude, those pigeons, when they're like cripplocking and stuff, they're robots. Yeah, yeah. That kid's real fucked, aren't we? Yeah, well, sometimes I try not to look at it darkly, but it's hard not to, I agree. Well, I guess what else could, then. All right there.
Starting point is 01:41:37 So there were a few more in there, Aless. He's going to have some of the highlights in his video, but, you know, we talked to, I don't know which one's made the video, but we talked to people from all walks of life, obviously different countries as well. And of the people we talked to, some who knew more about the case, some who knew just basics about the case. The themes were really the same. Obviously, like Patrick there looks into things very deeply. So he's asking a lot of questions that maybe some others weren't asking. But like, people are just looking at this with common sense going, why is this just getting shoved under the rug?
Starting point is 01:42:11 Why is this still here? Why was this ever a thing? Why are these questions not getting answered? Why are people in power, just openly still in power, who are a part of this? I don't know. Give it a thought. Get back to me, right? Yeah.
