Starting point is 00:00:00 You know that moment when everything feels in sync? That's Bacardi's vibe. Canada's number one white rum, a rum born from a rhythm, set to a soundtrack of laughs, loud music, and looks that say stay a little longer. Because weather pouring an ice-cold majito or a classic Bacardi and Coke, you're opening the door to the party that lives in everyone.
Starting point is 00:00:20 So, consider this your invite. Bienvenido to La Fiesta. Bacardi, do what moves you. Tap the banner to shop now. Live passionately, drink responsibly. What's up, everybody, and welcome back to another episode of the Julian Dory podcast. I am Julian Dory. And I'm Joey Dief.
Starting point is 00:00:38 How you're there? How you done? Joey Diff, we just did like four podcasts this week. One earlier today. We got like four next week to start off the week. I love when we're on a roll like this. Grinning. We're grinding, baby.
Starting point is 00:00:51 Yeah, we've been doing some more volume as well in case you guys haven't seen that. I'm going to hopefully keep increasing that. Amanda's been here a couple weeks now helping us out, coordinate everything and she's doing a great job. So it's nice to see this thing scaling up and we'll keep going. But we got another Epstein death. You love to see it. I'm sure there's absolutely nothing suspicious there whatsoever. But we'll just rule out anything on pure spec basis as always. Flack City bitch is in full effect as well. Our friend Tommy G. That's the thing. I'll get to that later. But Tommy G is always on it and he's always early and great work on that
Starting point is 00:01:29 latest documentary he put out. And I don't know if you checked, Thief, but the Iran war, unbeknownst to you and I, and I guess all of us out there, is actually very popular. Yeah. And it's so popular that Ben Shapiro's headed to the front lines. Well, he does have a very successful show that garners lots of viewership. So it makes sense. I know there's at least seven and a half people out there that watch it. So anyway, we'll talk about that. And then we do have to talk about the Tate's arrest that went on. Obviously, I've never been much of fan of Andrew Tate, to say the least. I thought in the past, like some of the cases that were brought against him did appear to be totally contrived.
Starting point is 00:02:10 In his defense, that said, obviously there is now a new case. Obviously, the allegations are very serious. We're going to go through what we know and what we saw. I know Jack Neal, who I know a little bit, nice kid, had recorded an interview with Andrew in May, I think, to come out if something happened. to him. Dead dead man switch. Yeah, which is kind of interesting. I did try to call Jack before this and wasn't able to get a hold of them, but I'll try to find out what's going on there. Either way, we'll talk about what we know about that so far and kind of let that play out. There's obviously a whole extradition thing that's happening there. And some people in the politics
Starting point is 00:02:48 caught in the middle who have been like friends with them that are now like, ah, shit fam, sorry cut, you off the eye now. Yeah. You think Jack is like kind of hype that he had to pull the switch. Like, if you're him and you do this interview and you know it's going to get clicks and you're like, hey, listen, it's there. We're paying our bills. Like, we're doing all right. And then all of a sudden on like a Tuesday, you get text like, hey, pulled the switch and you're just like, man, I guess I got to post that thing. Yeah, I don't know. I got to talk to. Jack's a nice kid. He's, he's young. He's like 24, 25. I think, obviously he's been doing a nice job growing his podcast. And before that,
Starting point is 00:03:29 was known as like an online storyteller for a few years and was for a very long time massively viral doing that so you know I'd love to get some I don't know what what are the girls taught call it some some tea some tea on that just to see how that culminated that'll probably be off record and I mean he brought a whiteboard for it he brought a white you know that's he did bring a whiteboard so I don't know we'll we'll get to that but thief these people they like flies. They don't see the inside of a jail cell for the most part, minus Epstein and John Luke Brunel before they met their demise. And obviously, Gieland, who was convicted of trafficking children to nobody. But, you know, for the most part, all these other people, they don't even
Starting point is 00:04:14 see a courtroom. No. And our friend here, the modeling scout, Daniel Syed, did not appear to see the inside of a courtroom, did not appear to see the metal of handcuffs go on. his wrist despite 2000 back and force in the Epstein file emails where he's also talking about trying to find Epstein young assistants. No, she's not young enough. Okay, I'll find you another one. But he doesn't know anything. He doesn't know anything.
Starting point is 00:04:42 So let's start with the basic, you know, CNN mainstream media fucking, you know, probably just nothing to see her propaganda job. Hey guys, if you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five-star review. They're both a huge-hulp. Thank you. article that came out so that we can at least get some of the details or alleged details of what happened here. But this is from July 22nd model recruiter who introduced young women to Jeffrey Epstein found dead in France, a French professional model recruiter who for over a decade arranged
Starting point is 00:05:15 for the late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein to meet multiple models, was found at his home near Paris on Monday. Daniel Syed's body was found in his house in Coulogne, a suburb of the French capital, Marie Selene Larez, Deputy Public Prosecutor of the non-tier judicial court, CNN in a Wednesday statement, and autopsy will be performed on the body to determine the cause of death. Would love to know who was doing that. It'll be legitimate. It'll be very legitimate. They always are. There's never been an autopsy done. It's not legitimate. Right. You know, I, for one, think JFK's autopsy was done by the book. Clean cut. Clean cut. All the right people in there. Examined everything, cause of death correct. Magic bullet. Totally real. Yep. Anyway, CNN's Katie
Starting point is 00:05:54 Paul Galassee recently interviewed Syed. Oh, that's what he did. That's a note. That's a No, no. He talked. Can't talk. He talked. Dead men can't talk. Daniel. That's the thing. That's the argument there. But she recently interviewed Syed, who said he had no reason to believe two women he had recommended to Epstein and who had told CNN that Epstein had abused them had been harmed by him. Yeah. Yeah. Imagine being. We keep using that CIA crack thing too much. I'm noticing. Yeah. But this is even like. like a step above that imagine like all these files coming out you're daniel syad you're sitting at home going oh fuck i'm cooked i'm talking with this motherfucker two thousand tons bro i ain't got you know i'm sure this how french accent sounds i it is a problem and then cnn comes to you and you're like you know what yes i'll do an interview which you know credit he said yes to it i'll give him that but then
Starting point is 00:06:55 they say hey these two women that you know you're on email here recommending to Jeffrey Epstein, they say that he abused them. And you're like, I had no knowledge. In fact, I don't believe that happened. The Jeffrey I knew would never have done that. Like, he's saying that as far as I can tell here in a post-January 30th, 2026 world. That does take balls. I'll give them that. But that's about all I'm giving them, because it's just insane that people will be saying that, but speaking at all is obviously going to be a problem. But this is the best quote. Thief has this highlighted incorrectly.
Starting point is 00:07:31 So from Daniel side, I trusted him, referring to Epstein, and believe this guy was a professional person, he told CNN in an interview published in June. I never heard anything from anyone I introduced to him who came back to me that they had a bad situation. I believe this guy is a professional person. He emphasized that twice, very professional. Jeffrey Epstein He was
Starting point is 00:07:54 He committed crimes In a very professional Very professional Yeah Top tier Yeah You know Second level
Starting point is 00:08:01 The super government Tier Also You know I don't know I'm just gonna go out On a limb here And say maybe these two people
Starting point is 00:08:09 That claimed abuse They never went up to him once After he introduced And said hey This guy's been doing some Crazy stuff to me I don't buy it Yeah I don't buy it either
Starting point is 00:08:20 So I had said He believed Epstein was a casting director for Victoria's Secret, owned by Leslie Wexner, and the modeling agency, MC squared, which was John Luke Brunel's modeling agency. CNN found no evidence to support that claim. The Paris public prosecutors said the broad Epstein-related investigations they launched in February relating to allegations of human trafficking criminal conspiracy would continue. So far, 24 women have come forward or have been identified following a review of information and a call for victims by prosecutors, at least 16 women have been interviewed by investigators and additional
Starting point is 00:08:53 interviews are due to take place. But the prosecutor's office said they still had not obtained enough evidence to arrest Siyah. Daniel Siyah was the subject of special investigative techniques including telephone intercepts, although to date these have not produced evidence justifying his immediate arrest. The office said, I'm going to come back to this section in a second. That's interesting because telephone, what does that say, telephone intercept? Yeah. That could be, again, I'm pure spec here because I don't have the details beyond what we're reading all together right here, but that could be they are currently monitoring his phone now when Jeffrey Epstein is dead and he's not engaged in this and he's probably, I would guess, until
Starting point is 00:09:32 his untimely death here, watching his behavior, or they'd be going through old telephone records which would not include the actual verbal calls. Yeah, yeah. Just be a list of numbers he called that would be totally deniable in a court of law as far as like what the subject matter of those conversations were. Yeah. But there was a release in the Epstein files released by the Department of Justice. They showed that Epstein paid tens of thousands of dollars to Syed. And one message Syed wrote, quote, cute French girl in Marrakech.
Starting point is 00:10:02 She said that she will be happy to meet you, unquote. Syed separately said that Epstein had asked for help finding an assistant. In a 2018 email, Syed wrote that he was looking for, quote, a good looking young assistant, unquote for Epstein. In another message, Syed sent a photo to Epstein of a woman describing her as, quote, very polite unquote and someone who has potential as a model or assistant and epstein replied too old Syed repeatedly sent Epstein photos a young woman he encountered during his travels some of them in provocative poses according to the DOJ files Syed's name appears more than 2,000 times in the
Starting point is 00:10:35 files. Svetlana posteheva a Russian-born model previously told CNN that Syed introduced her to Epstein that he the disgraced financier abused her I mean dude he's doing this all in the years after his conviction. There's the guy's a fucking billionaire. He's not a model talent scout. Like this is extremely, extremely obvious. But now Syed ends up dead. And lucky for us, Joseph D. Philippus, they have released the results of the autopsy. So we know that the case is closed and it's perfectly normal. But let's scroll down right here. There's no shortcut for saving time. But saving money is simple. Just combine your car and home insurance with Bel Air Direct and save.
Starting point is 00:11:19 Get a quote at fellar direct.com. The Hulu original series Furious is coming to Disney Plus, starring Emmy Rossum. Furious follows FBI agent Alice Black on the hunt for a mysterious and calculating serial killer. Both walk their own paths toward justice, and as their lives start to intertwine, the line between right and wrong begins to blur. Don't miss the three-episode premiere of the Hulu original series Furious on just. July 27th, only on Hulu on Disney Plus. An autopsy found no signs of violence in the death of modeling scout Daniel Syed,
Starting point is 00:11:59 who had ties to the late convicted U.S. sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, French prosecutor said on Friday, Syed 69 was found dead in his honen, Colombs, northwest of Paris on July 20th. Quote, no trace of recent violence potentially linked to the death was found, non-tier prosecutor's office said in a statement, adding that the autopsy conducted on July 23rd had not established. established a direct cause of death. They don't have a cause of death yet, but they know there was nothing to see here. The examination did, however, reveal impaired health and traces of previous heart attack. The prosecutor's added. Toxology and pathology test to establish the cause of death
Starting point is 00:12:34 were still pending. Could be. He's 69. He's not fucking 39. Could be if he had previous heart problems, if that is to be believed that he just fell over. But I do find it interesting that another person Falls in the months after Paris, France, I should say, as a whole, is actually trying or putting on the optics of saying they're trying to do further investigations into Epstein. And I remind you, this is the same country that used to house Credit Leonese, which is Alessie Alamon, who has worked to me for a very long time and has his own channel, great channel, which is called Alessie Alamon on YouTube, has done some amazing documentary work on that based on the work of our friend Henry Abbott heavily as well, talking about all the connections that were established there between
Starting point is 00:13:27 Epstein, the Leon Blacks of the world, Steve Bannon, and how that goes back to the late 80s. And, you know, some very interesting fires at very opportune times happened to burn down that bank. So there was nothing to see there. Kind of like Daniel Syed. Was that old out in John's song? Like a candle in the wind? Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:45 Yeah, I think he was poisoned. If I had to guess. If I had to spec one real quick. Pure spec. Pure spec. I don't think that is in any way crazy to say. And I know a lot of people out there right now are nodding their heads. No proof.
Starting point is 00:14:03 Don't know. But very interesting timing for this guy to be dead. Just like, you know, John Luke Brunel definitely off himself in his prison cell on Saturday morning of President's Day weekend in America back when he was in prison in France in 2022. That definitely happened. Yeah. It wasn't a news cycle, you know, just drown this guy in the bath. tub and no one knows nothing. Yeah, he definitely, I totally, deep, don't look at me like you don't
Starting point is 00:14:28 believe the government story. Yeah, no, it's just, you know, I watched that damn breaking bad, and now that I know about ricin, it's like everywhere you look. Yeah, they got him with rice and that guy. They got them with some ricin. And think about that. Like, that's in a show and everything, but think about all the completely untraceable, I don't know. Yeah. Nanotech stuff. Darpa. they could be used. Of course. Starpa's fucking 30 years ahead of us according to many people. I don't know that. You know, it's some
Starting point is 00:15:00 form of spec, but like a lot of other people who would know have specced with me. Soft spec. That's soft spec. It's soft spec. But according to Annie Jacobson, they were fucking telepathically talking to dolphins in 1992. Yeah. What are those dolphins now? What do they know?
Starting point is 00:15:16 Where are those dolphins right now? The ones near Epstein's Island. Or are they the straight-of-hoor moves right now. See what I did that? They're like an operative team. It could be something. Dolphins are smart, bro.
Starting point is 00:15:29 I don't want to fuck you. Yeah. Those are horny bastards, bro. They are. You ever seen a dolphin's dick? I can't remember. You can't unsee it. You would remember it.
Starting point is 00:15:39 Yeah, I can't remember. Yeah, Red Shea was in here talking about that last year. It's like a weapon. It's like a weapon. I don't know if like a dog, he claims a dolphin never touched him. Hey, must be nice, guys. Must be nice. Yeah, he's like, oh.
Starting point is 00:15:52 Oh, don't try to met. And he's got like a Boston accent as one of Whitey Bulger's old, old guys. He's like, oh, don't try to fuck you, too. I'm like, something like looking at his wife. His wife was sitting in here. Like, she's like, yeah, man. That's, uh, it's interesting. It's like, oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:08 Oh, that's, that's an all-time clip from the podcast for sure. But again, someone drops. Nobody's talking about it because, you know, we're busy bombing Iran again. Yeah. Oh, yeah. I love that. Oh, yeah. Yeah, Dief, you read my mind. Our friend Amanda Ungaro.
Starting point is 00:16:28 Yeah. Well, I've never spoken with, but she feels like a part of the show at this point. Manduangaro, the ex-wife of Palazam Polly. Also, in the words, Tim Dillon, a friend of the show. But, you know, Amanda Ungaro dropped some more receipts that were fascinating. And I actually missed this because this was originally posted on June 14th, and she just called back attention to it. But to remind everyone out there, if you didn't listen to some of our previous episodes in the spring
Starting point is 00:16:59 where we covered this, Amanda Ungaro, ex-wife of Palazan Poli, mother of his child, was dating another guy in Miami after that marriage. And that guy was a Brazilian doctor who wasn't licensed in the U.S. running a cosmetics clinic. He was arrested for fraud because he wasn't a registered doctor in the U.S. So she was arrested with him because she managed the office.
Starting point is 00:17:21 office, charges were pending, Palo Zam Poli, who's got a fucking prestige worldwide title in this White House that makes no sense, special envoy to some bullshit or whatever. You know, he calls up his fucking friends at high levels of ice and says, hey, my ex-wife just got whacked for something. So you should deport her to Brazil. Mother of his child. And she gets deported to Brazil. And then she starts talking down there. She's an ex-model. She came to America at a very similar time. is one Melania Trump, who sits in the White House right now. And then, you know, Melania Trump comes out when Amanda Ungaro starts talking. She comes out and gives a little press conference talking about Jeffrey Epstein was a very bad man.
Starting point is 00:18:05 And I look forward to him getting his victims a day in court. And we're all like, what the fuck? Like that was out of nowhere. Trump claims that he had no knowledge his wife was going to come out and do that. That was interesting. I don't know how much they talk about anyway these days, pure spec, but either way, that's kind of a big one to hold back from your husband while he's sitting in the White House, but doesn't hear nor there. So anyway, that I think had, there was some timing that related to Amanda Ungaro starting to talk on some things. And so apparently, when Amanda Ungaro was in the custody of the Aventura Police Department or was in custody of law enforcement, the Aventura police department, the Aventura police department.
Starting point is 00:18:50 the Aventura Police Department took custody of her phone. So she says, how did Palo Zampoli obtain my phone while I was in custody of the Aventera Police Department? My phone was seized by law enforcement and should have remained secure as evidence. However, according to the location data from my Find My iPhone account, the device later appeared at Palo Zampoli's residence in New York. I would like an explanation as to how the phone that was under police custody ended up in the possession of a private individual who authorized its release, who had access
Starting point is 00:19:19 to it and what chain of custody records exist to account for its movement. This matter raises serious concerns regarding the handling of evidence and deserves a full investigation. She tagged at DHSGub. This is in fact, according to the map shown here, iPhone Amanda, this is Palazam Poli's residence.
Starting point is 00:19:36 Defe, to be clear, this is public information. There are articles about where his residence is in New York, so we are not doxing anyone. But I'll just say the neighborhood, obviously people can see from her very public tweet. Where it is, it's in the Grand Mercy section in New York City. nice neighborhood by the way highly recommend people visiting there she's right they're right near the stand
Starting point is 00:19:54 comedy club yes nice right off union square okay all right thief i was trying to be a little sorry hey public you know she is public knowledge she posted it she used to live in this 12 000 fucking square foot i think it is monstrosity as well so she knows it quite well and that's where her phone was located six days before that post on june 14th 2026 which is months and months and months and after she was deported. Yeah. So, you know, by the way, Palo's been hanging out with the Tate brothers a lot. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:29 We did talk about that. Yeah. He's starting to cut ties with them, bad press, you know? It's like, the crime is not whether you did it. The crime is if you got caught or accused to doing it. Yeah. Well, I'm not going to say what kind of doctor. He was a Brazilian doctor.
Starting point is 00:20:52 Yeah. Not good optics, Paolo. Not good optics right there. I just, you know, what the fuck? It's already a bad look. Like, let the legal process play out. It's a bad luck when someone who Curry's favor to the sitting president who also happens to be in Palestine, Polish case and Donald Trump's case, someone who knew Jeffrey Epstein for many, many years, when you then use that power to go to the top of ICE for a vendetta against your ex-wife, who also, again, is the mother of your child.
Starting point is 00:21:24 child. Yeah, well. Like, that is fucked up. Sorry. You know, and again, maybe Amanda knew damn well that her boyfriend who was running the clinic was not licensed in the United States. And in a court of law,
Starting point is 00:21:40 if she had been given the opportunity to actually go to trial, would have found guilty. I don't know. Maybe not. I do find it interesting. She's charged with felony fraud in the United States, and we just appored her. Since when do we do that?
Starting point is 00:21:54 We prosecute fucking people for serious felonies here before doing that all the time. That's interesting. You know, and to her credit, that whole allegation aside, like, she's not shutting up down there. No, clearly not. She's not shutting up. She's letting it rip. She is letting it rip. You know who else is letting it rip?
Starting point is 00:22:15 Yeah. Yeah. Alan Ritchson. Yeah. So Reacher actor, Alan Ritchin. You guys have seen him. Big dude. big dude definitely
Starting point is 00:22:26 definitely takes to reach a role to the full effect as far as like trying to look the part but you know there's something about this guy fucking on some regular Hollywood kind of podcast
Starting point is 00:22:42 losing his shit like this that was kind of music to my ears but this was from what is this called the happy sad confused yeah whoever named that fire them but the happy sad confused podcast. Who hosts that? Yeah, let's out of it. Happy, Sad, Confused podcast. I've never heard of this. I'm sorry. Josh Horowitz. Josh Horowitz. All right. Shout out Josh Horowitz. Let's get you. Just call it the
Starting point is 00:23:07 Josh Horowitz show, Josh. Like, it's something simple. Like, I don't know what you're doing. Happy, Side Confused. But this is Alan Ritchson talking about the lack of justice in the Epstein case. People, I think, are a little bit afraid of me. Because they're like, he's, He's a loose cannon. And I'm not. I'm just saying the shit that everybody should say if they give a shit about humanity. Everybody else to feel like I feel.
Starting point is 00:23:33 The world is on fire. Yeah, like, oh, mad about the way things are and the abuses that are happening. The Epstein files? The fucking Epstein files! God damn it! Where are they? It's a fucking law.
Starting point is 00:23:47 Where are they? You fucking pedophiles? I shouldn't say fuck because I'm a Christian and people are going to go like, how can he say fuck? And he's a Christian. Because that is something that should make you want to say, fuck. You know, sorry, God, I'm sweating now.
Starting point is 00:23:59 I just, this is my fucking politics, dude. I would fucking railroad these fuckers. I would get those Epstein files out in two seconds. Yeah, dude, two seconds, fucking move out of the way. Like, get out of there. I don't care what room they're in, bitch, move. Like, give me the fucking Manila envelope. I will get you the Epstein files.
Starting point is 00:24:20 Sorry. You got my vote. Whatever you want to run for. You got it. I don't you want to see what's in there so that we can hold people accountable these fucking rapists we're just cool with it that bitch has the keys to the nuclear he's like we're like all up into 13 year olds like dude what go to jail go to jail all right what are we talking about that was very curt metzger of him that was pretty curt metzger right there it's just so fucked up it's so fucked up who fuck am i talking to yeah i don't know oh you know it's nice to see some other people crash out of as well. I feel him. That's what I was thinking as soon as he started getting a little loud, I'm like, dude, that's my dog.
Starting point is 00:25:00 That's my dog. It's nice to see people in Hollywood saying something. Just one, even if it's one, like, you know, I don't watch The Reacher, so like I don't hold stock, but I'm like, Jesus, just one, thank God. He'll never get a job again now. But either way, worth it. Worth it. He's made his money.
Starting point is 00:25:15 You're spreading those conspiracy theories on the Horowitz show. Happy, sad, confused. Check out the full episode, I guess But yeah, I mean He speaks for everyone there That's that's how we all feel And it's like How many clips do you see every week in the feed
Starting point is 00:25:37 Of like someone And it's got fucking Three, four, five million likes on it Like are we gonna talk about How some of the fucking government Is run around the world by Satanic pedophiles And no one's fucking paying for it And we're not talking about it anymore
Starting point is 00:25:51 Because it became old news like, is this is, what the fuck? And you know people out there want justice. And with each passing day, it becomes unfortunately less and less likely that that will happen. But we will, we will stay on them here. And all the while, you know, part of the distraction of the many litany of distractions we've seen, including a fucking full-blown war, more on that later, you know, a part of the distraction is for a distraction for the distraction. I don't even know where I'm out with distractions now, but Tommy G, as I mentioned at the outset, came in here in June. And before we, even before we got on camera, was talking about this flock documentary that he had just filmed.
Starting point is 00:26:38 Now, this was at the time where not a lot of people were talking about the flock cams yet. We're going to obviously be talking about that right now. That's what we're transitioning to. But the thing I've known about Tommy G. in the years I've become good friends with him is that, first of all, he's a brilliant journalist and is always at the cutting edge of seeing where the puck's moving and finding things that are going to blow up. But on that note, he has a way of zoning in on something that he knows just needs a little push and it's going to go. And so whenever I ask him what he's working on,
Starting point is 00:27:20 he's always working on like 15 different documentaries at a time. But whatever, in my experience, whatever he leads with, whatever first one out of his mouth he starts talking about and then keeps talking about it without me asking him questions even is the one that's going to end up creating like the spark that sets off all the dominoes going down. And that was the flock thing in June because I'm telling you, within two weeks of him being here, suddenly that was a huge story. He had the documentary ready.
Starting point is 00:27:49 put it out. The clips of that are viral all over the internet. People are obviously talking about that. Things like Deflock, we'll talk about that in a minute, have been around for a while, but now they're exploding and people are seeing the heat maps of how much these cameras have spread out all over the place. And I say this because, and refer to it as another distraction of the distraction of the distraction, because it's just another piece of like the surveillance state that the people in the elite classes, which includes obviously the people in the Epstein class and all this fucking hidden world to us that, you know, we, we, we. previously were told didn't exist, you know, they're, they continue to do all the dystopian things that the George Orwells of the world quite literally warned about and said what happened. And they do it at multiple levels, whether that be, you know, using intelligence agencies and assets to commit massive trafficking and arms stealing crimes around the world and get blackmail and important people to basically make everyone shut up and control politicians, as we've seen with something like the Epstein story, or if that includes billionaires, planning out surveillance state technology so they can watch all of us while they decrease the birth rate because they
Starting point is 00:28:58 make costs get out of control and prevent people from also fucking each other over time because all problems in society that I don't need to get into right now, you know, and take away people's freedoms ahead of a population collapse events or, I don't know, something like that. Yeah, like, we're seeing this. And the flock cams are like straight out of a you know, B-list kind of movie with the casting. We'll get to the CEO in some of the videos there. You can't even make this shit up. Like he is a stereotype and a very, very weak, weak man. This is not someone who in hand-to-hand combat would stand a chance, probably with a woman. You know, like I'm taking the chick if she's got to fight him. But Tommy zoned in on this because he saw it as yet another very clear problem with our privacy being and constitution.
Starting point is 00:29:49 rights being completely trampled under the guise of safety to go back to for what the millionth time joe the ben franklin quote those who would give up a little bit of liberty for a little bit of safety deserve neither liberty nor safety yep bar he had a lot of bars yeah he did a lot of bars he did but i want to start with the heat map deef so people can see this this is a time lapse of flock cameras from 2024 to 2026 and before you pull that up deep i'm I'm just going to explain a couple things here. Yeah. Just so that we have the ground rules of, ground rules, I don't like how that sounds.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Set the ground rules. But the specs of what the flock cameras are, their core uses and capabilities include license plate reading, which captures and logs, alphanumeric license plate numbers on public roads, vehicle fingerprinting, which sounds straight out in 1984, identifies non-plate characteristics like vehicle make, model color, roof racks, toolbox, dense. stickers and temporary tags and then stores that in the database. Hot list alerts, which cross-references scan plates in real-time against state and national crime databases such as Amber alerts or warrants for stolen cars to instantly notify police. And just something I want to say out front here because
Starting point is 00:31:05 we're going to show examples of this in a minute. The old quote that like, and I think it was even Peter Schiff was saying it the other day in the studio, like it's worse to have one innocent man in prison than a hundred guilty men free. I agree with that. And that could be a painful thing. We would all selfishly love to see every single murderer, obviously every single pedophile and things like that locked up. What I've always said is that the unfortunate thing about the legal system is that sometimes it works too well into the rights of the individual. And I say that like sarcastically in the sense that it is on the burden of the government to prove that someone did something wrong. And in proving that they did something wrong, they cannot violate their rights or overreach to try to prove their case.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Wendy's 99 cent Frosty is back. And Frosty farmers couldn't be happier. Made with Canadian dairy, they grow up cool, creamy and mighty thick. It's farm to Frosty. Get a small 99 cent Frosty until longest second and participating Wendy's Texas Extra. My name is Peter Parker. but I'm also Spider-Man. This Thursday, we're faced with a threat. That can be anyone. The world may have forgotten Peter Parker. I'm just a neighbor, friendly neighbor.
Starting point is 00:32:27 But he hasn't forgotten them. Sometimes Spider-Man has to do the hard thing. That's my responsibility. Talk to Banner? I didn't know you could get that big. Spider-Man, brand-new day in theaters Thursday. And I will die on that hill that it is better to be that way and also have some really unfortunate people sometimes walk free.
Starting point is 00:32:52 And by the way, I want to be clear, there is more than enough trust and probable cause to prosecute a lot of these fucking people in the Epstein files and they just choose not to do it. So they'll fuck you with, no pun intended, with flock cameras. But, you know, God forbid we have all the g-mails of a bunch of people talking about raping kids and stuff. No, no, they're above that. We won't go after them. So just another double standard right there, obviously.
Starting point is 00:33:19 But going back to core uses and capabilities, crime investigation. Flock allows investigators to search historical logs by partial plate, car type, or unique attributes to build timelines of a vehicle's movement, stolen vehicle and asset recovery, automatically flags missing one in your stolen vehicles, neighborhood and business security deployed by homeowners associations and commercial property managers to deter repeat property theft and monitor perimeter traffic, and then expanded and controversial uses, movement tracking, creates a 30-day default retention period historical record of where a specific car is traveled, which civil liberties groups note can map out sensitive visits to doctors, protests,
Starting point is 00:33:56 or places of worship. This is exactly what Edward Snowden warned against in fucking 2013. And he still is forced to live outside the country because he's wanted here for warning about this stuff. What he specifically warned about in his case was using illegal workarounds of the constitution, which is not even a term. There shouldn't be a workaround. It's literally illegal in secret courts to say, we need to protect Americans by finding terrorists. Therefore, we need to be able to assume that all Americans could be a terrorist and just we'll trust us with all your data. Trust us watching you through your phone or through your fucking camera. using it against you in some way.
Starting point is 00:34:44 You know, and by the way, they come back with the argument, the status, and I've heard Andy Busamante say this before and be like, the word privacy doesn't appear in the Constitution even once. Go through the amendments, though. Not only is it literally laid out as if it's a Merriam-Webster's definition of the term right to privacy in like the First Amendment, the Fourth Amendment, I think the Seventh Amendment, it's been a while, and a couple others. but like the Supreme Court itself has ruled again and again and again throughout this nation's history that the interpretations of the Constitution in various cases, which is writing precedent, based on what
Starting point is 00:35:23 they interpret, smartest judges in the world, supposed to be at least. They've laid out that it protects people's right to privacy. You know, whether it be something as simple as in the early days you couldn't have soldiers stationed in your home or whatever. You weren't required to do that. That's a right to privacy. I still do that, dude. You still do that.
Starting point is 00:35:42 You ain't allowed, man. Yeah, that's right. You get a motel with that GI Bill. That's right. That's right. You can't be in here. I'm sorry. You visit, but like unarmed.
Starting point is 00:35:54 Can't be here. But, you know, like they've interpreted this that way again and again and again because that's the nation was found on freedom. And, you know, the status will say, whoa, if you have nothing to hide, you shouldn't worry about privacy. Bro, that's not what it's about at all. It's about context. Anyone can decide to take advantage of that if they're in a power situation and fuck you over with context. Be like, oh, why do you have this there and that there? That must mean you're doing this.
Starting point is 00:36:21 And then if they get if they're able to take advantage of that in a court of law, they could accuse you of it. If they can violate your privacy, they can plant stuff. I mean, that's that's the oldest trick in the book. They can fuck you over by blackmailing you or doing whatever they do with surreptitious purposes. by literally creating things that weren't there because they were allowed to get into your space, talking about governments and people associated with them. So like movement tracking so that they know where you are, this is China shit, bro. This is what they do there.
Starting point is 00:36:59 Like people that warned about this 10 years ago were called conspiracy theorists. Here you go. Another thing is emerging hardware integration, which expands tech lines, including audio slash gunshot detection sensors, streaming video drones, and movement tracking configurations. And this is just a starter list right there so that you guys have an idea. But Deve has this map up. This is from January 5th, 2024 through July 2026. I want you to watch how many flock cams showed up across America. All right. We got a few. See some bubbles. We're in July 24. Some more bubbles. It's getting a little hot.
Starting point is 00:37:43 Oh, Trump got into office in January and shit went fucking nuts. Look at that. Look at that, bro. Remember day one in office? Like the day after fucking the inauguration, he was up on stage with Larry Ellison and Sam Altman and all these technocrats about building the AI state and stuff. this isn't even we're even a step below AI here not to say these things
Starting point is 00:38:14 aren't going to be integrating that but they're putting cameras all over the fucking country yeah that's the last administration was censoring people all over the internet this administration is allowing people
Starting point is 00:38:24 to be fucking tracked everywhere yeah that's not okay you know we had Zach Faust here the other day that podcast will be out I believe on Friday and if you haven't seen Zach I've cited him before
Starting point is 00:38:39 on the podcast he does some awesome content on Instagram and TikTok and is now starting to build YouTube. And Zach is a very successful real estate agent by trade who was obsessed with economics. He was a guy who served in the military after high school and then became a real estate agent. And he started to realize as the years went on that he was like, how do you describe it in the kitchen the other day? He said it's like it's like a scene in a Tom Cruise movie.
Starting point is 00:39:09 And he pointed at you and me. He's like, you guys are like Tom Cruise. You get on the other side of the wall. And he's like, I was like the last one coming underneath, sliding underneath the trap door where the explosion's going to be. And then he pointed to a man and he goes, she's fucked. She's behind the trap door. She got blown up.
Starting point is 00:39:24 He had a six foot ladder to climb a 10 foot wall and now the wall's 30 feet, but they haven't increased the size of the ladder. That was another one I loved. And so how does Gen Z climb the wall? Yes. He's got some amazing visuals. His notebook was also Heath Ledger, Joker, Diary fucking insanely crazy. It was very, very cool.
Starting point is 00:39:43 But great guy, really funny. You're going to enjoy that podcast. I think there's definitely going to be some future podcasts with Zach as well. And, you know, he got disillusioned over the years because he was able to get that last trickle of success and be able to buy a home for himself. And, you know, with someone who earned that. But he started to see as the years went on, it was getting harder and harder, even just well beyond homes. But if we're just looking at housing for a second for younger people to be able to get into the housing market all together. The average age of a first-time homeowner continues to go up.
Starting point is 00:40:17 It's about to be at 40. I think it already is. Or it might have just gotten to 40. So he talked about how in, he wasn't even talking about flock cams either. He was talking about other regular traffic cams that have been put in on like a popular road by him in Delaware. And the speed limit on that road is 55 miles an hour. And he's like the thing that makes him really, really sour on. on our future as a country and our ability to fight back against stuff,
Starting point is 00:40:47 is that when he goes on this road now, there's no one going above 57. This was a road. He's like people always went, you know, 66, 68, whatever, pushed it. And now everyone is so scared of the cameras that everyone of all ages and demographics are following the speed limit. And what I said to him, I'm not saying like, I'm right about this,
Starting point is 00:41:10 but it's an interesting, I don't know, caveat to this is, yeah, people are following it now while they have something to lose. If you put people in a situation where they don't have anything to lose, fuck, they couldn't even pay a traffic ticket anyway. So who the hell cares? They have no credit. I mean, again, we're living in a country right now where almost half of Americans don't have $500 in emergency funding. This is not a impossible future right here. if we get to a point where society is so checked out from things because they don't even have the ability to be checked in. Yeah, I think we could be in a place not to encourage people being fucking speed demons everywhere.
Starting point is 00:41:50 But like, yeah, they might be like, fuck it. I don't care if the camera takes a picture of me. What are you going to do? I don't even live in a home. Where are you going to mail the ticket? You know, so like, just because people do comply with stuff, we saw that throughout the pandemic as well and how much society just adapted. right away. And just because as cameras get put in in more and more places, whether the flock cams or something else, people are complying right now, it's because there's, even if shit is
Starting point is 00:42:17 bad, especially for the younger generations, there's still just enough to lose that people care to follow the rules. Society exists on order because we agree on certain things that are within all of our interests to agree on. If suddenly people don't have suddenly, if over time, it finally crosses a point where it falls off a cliff and people don't have enough to lose, they're not going to agree on shit. Because who cares? And that's not an unrealistic future with some of the trends that we're heading down. So going back to the flock camps, you saw the map. You saw how crazy this guy. It is correlated to blowing up when Trump comes into office, at least on paper right there. Could correlation not imply causation in some ways? Maybe it's possible. But that timing
Starting point is 00:43:06 looks awfully interesting. And when you look at the people who were up on the dais at his fucking inauguration, it looks even more interesting. This is also coming at a time again, separate thing here, similar theme to where you are seeing all these data centers and shit pop up all over the place where the tenants, the three to five tenants that are going to be in these places are the companies like OpenAI, like Google, like Microsoft. Companies that certainly, meta that certainly over the past decade, decade and a half have not instilled confidence in us wanting to entrust them with being able to have the most data gathering activity that they've ever had at scale with, you know, 62 square mile fucking data centers and shit.
Starting point is 00:43:56 Yeah. You see Trump said this week, he's like, you can't fight data centers. You can't, you can't fight it. You just got to let it happen. You're going to love it. It's like the jokes write themselves, dude. The jokes write themselves. I just, I really do wonder from like a rebel standpoint, forget policies or politics or what he believed or didn't believe.
Starting point is 00:44:17 I do wonder, you know, maybe it was all the plan the whole time. But like if you showed Donald Trump in 2015 a video of him talking in 2026 and, you know, you were off camera. You were just watching him watch it. And you're like, sir, this is what you're going to be saying in the future. I do wonder what he would say. You're like, nah, it's not me. I was a fool then. I was a big fool.
Starting point is 00:44:43 It's like, it's, it's, it's insane. But with going back to the flock cameras, when you see things put up in that volume, that fast, yeah, it should have your attention. Yeah, people who care about their individual rights are going to fight back against that. And apparently, the only person who. who couldn't for the life of him see this coming and certainly doesn't understand the merits of it is the fucking CEO of the company. Do you pull up the clip where he called
Starting point is 00:45:16 Deflockers Terrorists in the under 2025? So, you know, he's, what the fuck is this guy's name? I don't even know his name. It's fine. I mean, it doesn't even matter. He's a fucking asshole.
Starting point is 00:45:28 But, let's at least give his name. Let's get his name. Let's get his name. CEO, Flock. Garrett Langley. Langeley. I'm sure he's a great guy. Anyway, so this is back in the fall. Let's just let Garrett say it. How about that? You've got organizations like the ACLU and the EFF who take an above a board approach to fight for their point of view.
Starting point is 00:45:58 And thankfully we live in a beautifully democratic, capitalistic country where we could fight and we're surveilling everyone for. And I have a lot of respect for those groups because they have reasonable debates and we follow the law. But. And then unfortunately there's terroristic organizations like D.Flock. whose primary motivation is chaos. They are closer to Antifa than they are anything else. And that I think is unfortunate. Because we don't want chaos or I don't want chaos. I don't want chaos.
Starting point is 00:46:23 I don't want chaos. Like a society that has a bedrock of safety. So for those groups, I think it's just disappointing that they haven't chosen a more constructive mannerism to try to get what they want, which they have a right to have. But that's why we have a democratically elected process. We're not forcing flock on anyone.
Starting point is 00:46:40 Lots of officials know that as a community, you want to be safe. We want to be safe. Trade a little safety. Trade a little liberty for a little safety. That is such fucking corporate bullshit. Yeah, I was going to say. I don't know where he went to college,
Starting point is 00:46:55 but like the worst stereotype of like Ivy League, I think I'm way smarter than I am. Nepo baby bullshit that you'll ever hear. Yeah. Yeah, where do you go to college? You want the Georgia Institute of Tech? Yeah, that's not Ivy League. But you get my point.
Starting point is 00:47:09 Yeah. Like, just someone who is, so lost in their own world that they can't even see what's right in front of them. Like you, again, how many times are we going to say this about different people, whether it be the Epstein class, whether it be the fucking Trump administration, the Israeli government, these fucking guys. Read the room. Yeah. It's not hard.
Starting point is 00:47:34 Read the room. People don't like this. People who don't have economic opportunity at a rate that at a larger rate than not. we've seen in America in a long time, by the way, when you're looking at percentages of society, don't like this. People who just want an ability to freely go after their life and not have every single thing track. People who are living in a world where dating is now swipe left and swipe right on everyone and everything is roboticized and optimized and the human touch is taken away. They don't want this. So when you call people who are out there saying, fuck these cameras,
Starting point is 00:48:12 rip them down because I don't know maybe they value their privacy kind of like the guys who did the boston fucking tea party he's calling him terrorists this is a red coat you're a red coat garrett you're welcome on the show by the way i'm happy to talk with you dead seriously open invite sit right here buddy yeah he did later apologize for this though yeah i think reading the room is a poor man's game too is what i'm realizing it's a poor man's game yeah because we're it's only normal people who ever think of doing it, it seems. I think you're right about that. The people who are the people who have, even in some cases been people who are self-made and achieved a lot and done it through hard work and everything have gotten far and farther and farther away from just the
Starting point is 00:49:03 common man that they don't even try to talk to them anymore, let alone listen to them. No, for sure. Because we say optics every week and I'm like, clearly these people, don't give a fuck about optics. Like, not even one of them, you know. It feels more and more like a simulation. The more you see stuff like this. Let's get his apology statement. He later had to walk this back, which I'm sure, you know, his PR person walked in his office and said, Garrett, listen. Okay. Let's scroll down right there so I can read it. This is from earlier this year. For the last two years, Will Freeman has been advocating against flock safety in a $8.3 billion surveillance company that tracks vehicles with a network of over 80,000 cameras. His organization
Starting point is 00:49:43 DeFlock crowdsourced a map that shows where the company's cameras are located and helps local grassroots movements organize against Flock deployments. In an interview with Forbes last year, Flock CEO Garrett Langley described DeFlock as a terrorist organization, but now, as Flock faces an increasingly vitriolic public backlash. Oh no, if it isn't the punishment of my own actions, Langley says he regrets that label. Quote, my comments were a mistake. stake and I apologize. There are groups today that have real valid criticisms of the business, and I think what's changed for us is as we've listened to them and heard them out, what we're trying to do is find this balance. We believe in a world where we can have safety
Starting point is 00:50:24 and privacy. Sounds good. It sounds good. That's brilliantly said Joey Deef. It sounds good. And like, look, I don't want, like, let's not be misheard here. Let's not be taking out context. I don't want to see Mad Max Ferry Road out there. I don't want to see chaos. I don't want to see crime numbers through the roof. I want to live in a country that has the highest degrees of like good, civilized, safe communities. I'm just not willing to sacrifice constitutional rights under the guise of trying to achieve that. Yeah. Because by the way, let's look at this in a fair way to Garrett. Let's say that Garrett is not a complete asses. asshole. He's just in, he's a useful idiot who is incentivized to use his company and is being told it's for good and is later by people way above his bay grade going to be used for evil. Well, you're a part of it, my guy. You're a part of it. Yeah, I just want to see a guy come out too that like doesn't look like like every other one of these dwebes and has that same speak. Like, it's never just like some average Joe Schmo who's like, I had this great idea and started this
Starting point is 00:51:36 company. Yeah. Well, hit that third link right there. Fired employees get added to temporary hot list. Oh, yeah, this was good. I love how he said this. This was good. It was actually really the last one. Like he was like, how did he put it in the last one? He's one of those guys that says everything as a question. You know, like it's not really good. It's like, dude, come on, you're a man. Talk like a man. Here we go. There it is. There is. ...sterminated.
Starting point is 00:52:10 They're added to a localized hotlist. Segway into your corporate business. Because, again, people associate you with selling to municipalities, but obviously you sell a lot to corporates as well. Yeah. It's a big part of our business. We don't proxy towards necessarily like market cap or revenue. We proxy to physical locations. Like how many locations?
Starting point is 00:52:29 So someone like a dollar general is a way better prospect for us, but this dollar general has 7,000 stores. You want Subway? You want Subway is a good example. Subway is a good example. Is their main challenge theft? Like, that's what they're worried about? I'd say employees is... I'd say three years ago when we started the business unit,
Starting point is 00:52:47 it was assets. The assets is like... It's good, but worst case, you just raise prices. Thinking about some of these businesses, they might terminate half a million people a year, a quarter million people a year. It takes one angry employee to come back. And so in our system, you can have it automated,
Starting point is 00:53:01 you know, with an HRS that, like, when employees terminated, they're added to a localized hotline. ever comes back on campus, it's not illegal. Yeah. But notify security is why people have security teams. Like, don't let them in the building. And again, where does that power end up extending beyond that to where you attract their movements?
Starting point is 00:53:22 I don't know in other places. Don't call us crazy for asking those questions. We're not. Like, if he can't see that, I can't help him. He is literally doing the meme right there. Sacrifice the liberty of all of them to save the security. on one of them. I'm calling it now.
Starting point is 00:53:39 We're going to see a story about this in the next year or two and it's going to have to do with like a corporate affair and something's going to go crazy. Yeah. Two people banging each other and they got fired, stalking.
Starting point is 00:53:50 I'm telling you, I feel like that's going to happen. Again, something I wouldn't advocate. Like, don't do that. Right. But like, where does it overstep? And Patriot Act, dude. Let's go stop the terrorists. I mean, bro.
Starting point is 00:54:05 The Patriot Act. And that was, again, to give Edward Snowden his flowers. When he talked about that years ago, and I think he talked about it, both sit downs with Joe Rogan, but the first one he did, what was that number 1468, I want to say? 1368. He talked about when you want to name a bill, when you want to pass a really evil bill, name it's something that no one could disagree with. And he uses the example like, no one's.
Starting point is 00:54:38 going to vote against something called the Save the Puppies Act. But if the Save the Puppies Act said, yeah, we're going to blow up seven countries inside of it, well, it's not exactly saving the puppies. They named that thing the Patriot Act back then at a time when the towers are just falling and everything. It's like, who's not going to be a fucking Patriot? I just saw the Mel Gibson movie. I got, that's what I got to do.
Starting point is 00:54:58 And it just trampled on people's privacy and protection. And it has now metastasized. into shit like this. And again, like, let's look at the other side of the eight ball here. All right? Because I don't want to be an unempathetic person. I just want to show what I think is worse overall for society.
Starting point is 00:55:25 If you're the mother of a kid who was killed by a drunk driver, a hit and run on an open road, that could have had a flock camera and didn't. I mean, I have no words for that mother. It's the worst possible thing ever. And I feel horrible about that. And I understand the bias that would exist in that situation to where she's like, can we get more flock cameras?
Starting point is 00:55:55 Unfortunately, that mother then becomes a useful data point for people who are like, yeah, we need a lot more of those to say, look at this heartbroken mother of a child who was seamlessly taken by a drunk driver who left the scene who we couldn't catch because we didn't have the cameras to catch them. And they used that as the Trojan horse to then go. Which is the worst thing you can do, taking advantage of situations like that.
Starting point is 00:56:21 But because I'm against this, in that type of extreme situation, doesn't mean I don't feel horrible for that mother and wouldn't want to do everything I can to try to bring the killer to justice. Of course I would. I'm just not going to do that at the expense of transatlantic trampling on our constitutional rights.
Starting point is 00:56:37 There have been cases in the past where murderers have gone free because the government broke the law in the chain of custody, in things like not reading their Miranda rights and stuff like that, illegally interrogating them and stuff. And I hate that for the victims that the people who killed their loved ones went free. Unfortunately, the government has a job to do and that requires them to uphold the rights of all the citizens in this country. So like, again, we're always going to be taken out of context. People can make 30-second clips and later use them against us.
Starting point is 00:57:13 Everyone on the internet can have that happen. But when we're talking about these topics, especially ones where I feel strongly, and I think a lot of people out there listening feel strongly right now, you know, I'm going to see the context of the people who could be used to try to get these things through and empathize with. with where they're at. And certainly it's no different in this situation. But I don't know. I'm not trying to be like too, too hard on that guy. I don't know him. I would talk to that CEO in here. I don't know how well for him that would go. But, you know, you have to, you got to stop thinking about your quarterly report with every fucking thing you do and get out and talk to people.
Starting point is 00:57:58 And you know what? If your business isn't there because of that, pivot. it to another business. I'm sure you could use this technology for something else that doesn't fucking trample on everyone's privacy. Go do that. But maybe that would be harder. Yeah, it's the age of optimization, dude, optimization's ruining everything. That's right. It's like when you think of a person who's like one of those optimizing people, it's like when you optimize so much, you almost become like a stale person who like can't do anything because you can't live. And like, that's what's happening to the country. We're optimizing so much that like the actual country is seemingly starting to get stale however you want to define that.
Starting point is 00:58:36 Yes. Because we need to have like efficient technology for every single little thing so that like we could stop every single drunk driver. And like sometimes I think with some of these things, it's just like you just got to let life happen. You know, and I know that's way easy for me to say if like I knew someone killed in a drunk driving accident, I might say otherwise, but can't just optimize every single fucking thing.
Starting point is 00:58:59 Maybe it's because I always forget which one is left brain and right range. brain but whatever the creative side is that's obviously what my brain is and obviously what your brain is maybe it's just that talking but i like the artistry of life and the artistry of life kind meshes together all the good and the bad to make a full picture and give you the meaning of what life is worth which includes you going through hard things and going through good things and understanding what both of those sides are and some people have to go through more of the hard things unfairly because they're just dealt a different hand but those end up a lot of times being the people most impressed with especially those who are able to enjoy life to the fullest as a result of the pain
Starting point is 00:59:37 that maybe they've gone through they inspire me forever i know like even on my own pain and my experiences in life that stuff drives me and inspires me to do other things and it doesn't take away the fact that i felt those things along the way and the optimization culture wants to make everything zeros and ones and just try to land on all the ones yeah and it's like you know it'd be interesting to talk to brian johnson and see where he's at he's a billionaire he made all his money obviously like building businesses and stuff and now wants to try to figure out how to live forever or whatever but I don't he lives between his two years and he can know the truth but I don't know how someone like that can be happy I don't know how you can be happy trying to
Starting point is 01:00:22 literally every second of every day create everything in such a perfect way so that you can race against God and beat him not for me it doesn't it doesn't mean that I don't try to sleep It doesn't mean that I don't work out every day. And I watch what I put in my body and try to optimize things so I can feel good. I do those things. Sure. But we go out, we have a nice bender. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:41 That's what I was, I was out last night. And it's like, yeah, like I still want to go out and have a fucking slice of pizza or get a drink with, like hang out with friends. Like, we read Tuck Everlasting for a reason in school. You don't want to drink the family youth and live forever. You're going to be fucking miserable. Yeah, I don't think the living forever thing would be. be a blessing.
Starting point is 01:01:05 No. And I don't mean to get like two green mile on you, but, you know, if you ever seen that movie, I think the message in there is really interesting because, spoiler alert, the curse was Tom Hanks' character ended up having his life elongated into God knows when as a result of the things that happened in that movie. But it's like you don't want to die tomorrow. You don't want to have it cut short. but like also the
Starting point is 01:01:32 the beauty of life is found in the fact that you know it can end at any moment it's a very strange dynamic it's something that i'm sure if you all out there think about in some way i think about it all the time it's like you control what you can control but at some point when you try to bring everything into your control you actually control nothing yeah well said so Some things are better when they're kept simple, like simply lemonade made with real lemons and cane sugar, giving you a fresh, all-natural taste that shines through in every sip.
Starting point is 01:02:12 It's the kind of drink that turns an everyday moment into something a little more special, bright, refreshing, and crafted for people who appreciate the real thing. Visit the chill juice aisle in your local grocery store today and say yes to Simple. She's got a breakaway. She's all alone. She's going! She's going! Oh, no. Wrong goal, kiddo. It's chaos out there.
Starting point is 01:02:39 Their stomachs don't have to be. Introducing Kulturalel Kids Probiotics Plus electrolytes. Sugar-free, more hydrating than water alone, from the number one pediatrician-recommended brand. Youth soccer is never boring, but your kid's stomach should be. Culturalile probiotics, the science of a boring gut. See website for details. One other thing, you found something great on this, and I want to play this because it's a pretty good example.
Starting point is 01:03:07 But the Colorado woman who was found via the flock cameras as a theft suspect, like this is what I mean. We have camera. You know, and before you play this, Steve, Alessie was talking with a friend of his, I'll say, in another state who's a police officer who was like really talking against him with this flock stuff. like you have no idea how much this is brought down crime and shit like that. And unless he's like, I'm all about bringing down crime, but I'm worried about the privacy, if you thought about how people could take advantage of this. And like talking to this guy was like talking to someone who will see no reason or logic. They just want to see an end result.
Starting point is 01:03:49 And it does worry me. I'd love actually some of our law enforcement guys to pop in in the comments, regardless of what side of the issue you're on. I would love to hear from you guys in there to make the case in either direction. and, you know, get praised or roasted, whatever people in the comments are going to do. But, you know, I just think it's so easy to see the bigger picture here and I don't understand why guys like that don't. But let's play this video. We have cameras everywhere in that town. You can't get a breath of fresh air in or out without us knowing.
Starting point is 01:04:17 Chrysana Elzer learned the power of flock firsthand. You were in town from 1152 until 1209. Exactly. Like I said, nothing gets in or out of the town without. us knowing. When a Colorado police officer showed up at her door holding flock snapshots of her truck. And here's when you left at 1209. That's when you left. To get. No, to stop at Ridge Trail. Wait a minute. And take a package. Well, there's no shushing. I don't need to be... Yes, sir. I need to know where this is. The first thing he pulled out on the
Starting point is 01:04:54 body cam is that flock picture, the clear photograph of your car. But here's your vehicle in the neighborhood. many times apparently casing houses because you just can't drive through for work or visit other businesses. You can only be casing houses. It is her. It is 100%. It is locked in. There is zero doubt.
Starting point is 01:05:13 I wouldn't have come here unless I was 100% sure. 100%. It is certain. It is on video. You're obviously welcome to go to court. Cressana was charged with stealing a package. Was that real quick? That's also the thing.
Starting point is 01:05:28 It then becomes the burden on the person. to have to prove their innocent in courts rather than the government meaning you have to take time out of your day because this isn't like a fucking quintuple felony or something
Starting point is 01:05:42 but you know it's a serious case but the courts always move fast don't they it's like I gotta deal with this shit that's right and even the way he talks of like you do not come into this town or do anything without us knowing yeah go fuck yourself but let's keep going so this was not her on the video
Starting point is 01:05:58 but you can see someone's taking a package right here. Porch pirate was somebody else. Multiple times you tried to show him your video evidence, he didn't want to see it. Didn't want to call the back. He said, that's not my job. You looked at a time of a crime. You saw my vehicle entering in the flock.
Starting point is 01:06:17 No, no. What I did was, I did an investigation. You called my wife a liar. You know this is back. I have video evidence. I don't know what you want me to say. The charges were dropped after Crizona spent weeks. trying to get the police chief to look at her evidence. Time stamped video from her truck and a neighbor's doorbell camera showing
Starting point is 01:06:38 she wasn't at the scene of the crime. What does it say about where we are that you feel you have to have more cameras than the police have in order to make sure you can prove yourself innocent? It sounds like it flipped the script to you're guilty until you prove yourself innocent. That's good right there.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Without a flock camera, that's... That's... And again, that's crazy. But, you know, Tommy G. in the documentary, he did amazing job like i said all he wanted to do and he discussed this if you watched our podcast last month where we're we're talking about all he wanted to do was see how these guys felt when their technology got turned around on them
Starting point is 01:07:17 spoiler alert they didn't like it very much this man sir sir are you with flock are you with flock no there's a construction about my way with c sb this man james boys has a former British Army veteran and a current flock supply chain manager. Not only did he lie about working for flock, which I'm guessing is probably normal at this company, but he also implied to Georgia law enforcement that I could have been armed, and we'll soon see if that puts my life in danger.
Starting point is 01:07:46 You're holding me until that guy talks, but you're not telling if I'm going to be detained. Yeah, you are. Am I allowed to leave? Can I go in my car and leave? Are you safe right now, sir? We've had reports that you've been to basically every flock safety site, and facility that you know of. Correct.
Starting point is 01:08:01 Your surveillance is correct. We're doing our own surveillance. Yeah. People don't really feel safe right now. We don't feel safe. Oh, go fuck yourself. Oh, wait, you don't feel safe being surveilled. Is that what you're saying?
Starting point is 01:08:12 Not at all. Because that's what you guys do to us without our consent. And I think it's interesting. When you guys have this happen, you call the police and make us get stopped. But you're under surveillance, sir. That's it. Yeah, I mean, that's just so perfect. Fuck that guy.
Starting point is 01:08:25 And just they can't even see the irony. So I don't know anything more to say. that will continue to follow the story and we are working on a podcast i'll just say that on really going through this from the ground floor where we will get way more details on the actual specifics of the explosion of cameras you saw the map and everything but what went into that everything they're doing all the bad cases that have been reported at least some of the major ones and i think that one will be very very fun but dif i'm so glad that ben shapiro has has finally agreed to go fight on the shores of Iran in this war that he's so gungho on fighting.
Starting point is 01:09:12 Can we play the clip from it's down below all the 219 stuff? Can we play the clip of his previous statement? I want to play Ben talking last year assuring us, assuring us that, you know, the United States. We're not looking for a protracted war with Iran or anything like that. I just want to make sure we get in his words, Joey Deef. Here we go. Yeah, let's do it.
Starting point is 01:09:40 You should take into account the things they say will happen that do not even come close to happening. Okay, fine. So, if President Trump acts, and by acting, again, we are not talking about a full scale on the ground, boots on the ground, invasion of Iran, full-scale regime, change, nation-building.
Starting point is 01:09:54 No one's talking about that. And I want to point out again, people are lying to you about this. They are lying. to you. Many of them are lying because they believe this is what's going to happen. Okay. Now go to my tweet. It was the link before that. Again, I look forward to Ben grabbing his helmet and heading over there, as I say in this tweet. But this is what Ben Shapiro put out a couple days ago in reference to the now ongoing, seemingly escalating conflict in Iran where the MOU now appears to be as close to dead as it can get.
Starting point is 01:10:29 But here we go. I get why people are confused. and upset. It feels like ends are stale-mated, that they're getting broader and more difficult. That's right. Why? Well, because what the American people want is victory. They won victory. There's this bizarre notion in foreign policy that the American people are deeply worried about the immediate cost of war to the enemy. They're not worried about it. That the American people, that we can't handle the ugliness of war for even a day, that every conflict has to be totally antiseptive. That's right. And here I'm not even talking about the American willingness to undergo casualties.
Starting point is 01:11:00 No one in America wants American casualties. It's tragedy and a horror. We do understand that war does come along with casualties. Yes, but not for me in order to undergo those casualties in pursuit of an end and a victory for America. But as far as the idea that, for example, America, we can't hit Karga Island because the Iranian people would then be deprived of oil resources. The American people are, I should say, not particularly concerned about that. We are far more concerned with why we're there not winning. I think what we actually ought to do is say an eye for everything.
Starting point is 01:11:35 You touch a ship in the Strait of Hormuz, and we kill the head of the IRGC, we kill Cholabov, we kill your entire leadership class. Again, we destroy South Pars and we destroy Harg. One drone, and that's what happens. That is the way you win in the middle. By the way, that's the way you win general. That's the way you win. Show me a win we've had in the last 25 years in the Middle East, Ben.
Starting point is 01:11:54 I'll wait. We haven't had one. that's not how you win blowing up everything carpet bombing everything is not how we went and and actually let me be fair for a second cleaning up ISIS they did a pretty nice job with that but that never would have happened in the first place without all these endless Middle East wars we know how Afghanistan ended after ISIS was allegedly cleaned up and everything in 2021 we we lose these wars because we decide to use guns and bombs rather than actually trying to take the best off ramp for everyone. And unfortunately, there are losers when that happens, but there are fewer losers. And
Starting point is 01:12:32 we were saying in the podcast we recorded today earlier with sabbatical, it's like, you know, I don't know how many fucking times I'll have to say this. I'm sure you heard it in the Joe Kent sit down in 452 we put out on Monday. But you can't just go invading every place that you don't like that has an evil government. That's not how the world works. I wish it was. I wish it was perfect. It's not. It's not. You can't fucking do that. And I think, unfortunately, the messaging from the Trump government and the Israeli government has been so piss poor on this. And the actions taken have been so evil in some cases that a lot of people are now starting to question whether or not the Iranian regime is bad. I am not one of those people. They're Iranian regime. I don't give a fuck what you say. It's not a good regime. They're not. They do all. things to their people. I've said forever, I would love to see their people get a new government. We're not going to be the ones to do it, though. I hope we're not going to try. It has not worked. We're not good at it. It is not in our interest. It is not in the interest of all of our
Starting point is 01:13:40 quote-unquote allies around the world, who actually, many of whom are in range of Iranian ballistic missiles, who didn't want this fucking war, is not in their interest either. The only place that wants this to happen is Israel. Why? Ben Shapiro claims to care about America. He doesn't give a flying fuck about America. He never saw a war in the Middle East that he didn't love because of war in the Middle East, he stabilizes the region and allows Israel to continue their propaganda and to get stronger. I don't need to have anything against Israel as a country.
Starting point is 01:14:19 I fucking detest their government. I detest the things they are doing to people in Gaza, which is a genocide. I detest the things they're doing to people in Lebanon, which is a full-blown ethnic cleansing with elements of genocide. And I'm sick and tired of us doing things that are in this interest. Just this week, Smotrich, the finance minister, who's a total fucking scumbag, genocidal maniac, said he doesn't want any Israeli boots on the ground in Iran. He's good with how it's set up now with American boots going there. God forbid some of their guys died for the war that they want. These people tell you who they are and you have to fucking listen.
Starting point is 01:15:00 And, you know, Ben Shapiro wonders why no one watches him anymore and the people that do only watch him so that they can hate comment on him, which I appreciate all you people for doing that. You know, he wonders why. He probably does. I mean, he's got to know behind the scenes, but he pretends to wonder why. And it's because he doesn't speak for the common man. This is the same guy who told people to get lost. if he can't afford to live in the town you grew up in move somewhere else it's the same guy who has never talked to a normal
Starting point is 01:15:32 fucking American in his life unless it was a third grader that he was trying to own in some debate or if he was playing violin for them at some fancy dinner when he was a kid right he is he is an invention this is not a real fucking person and um i i just the guys like him and the guys like him and the guys like like Mark Levin. I am just sick and fucking tired of him. And so this week, Mayor Mom Donnie in New York, whose political stances, I mean, I don't, it's nice filling pot holes. That was nice. But like, I don't agree with any of this guy's politics. He's a full-blown socialist. Like, that doesn't work. All right? It just doesn't work. And I got no problem saying that.
Starting point is 01:16:25 But he put out a pretty damn close to perfect statement about Netanyahu. And the reason he did is because he had been looking into the legality of him being able to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu, who is wanted by the ICC, the International Criminal Court. He was looking into the legality of arresting Netanyahu while he would be visiting here in New York. And he put out a statement where he explained that after looking at the legality of that, he did not have the jurisdiction to do so. but he called on the federal government of the United States who does legally have the jurisdiction to do so to make that arrest. Now, let me look at some of the people who criticized this
Starting point is 01:17:03 that aren't just like the hard court Zionists and stuff like that. Some people say, oh, well, why does the same guy who says this about Netanyahu not say this about Castro and other like totalitarian socialist leaders who have killed their people who he actually claims to think are good? Fair. I don't know how many of them are actively wanted by the ICC.
Starting point is 01:17:23 I'd have to look at that. I don't have that in front of me. And if the ICC has not looked at charges for some of those places, maybe they should. And that's fair. It does not change the fact that there's not a word here that he said wrong unless you want to get into the semantics that some of the casualties he's talking about are people like in Hamas. Many of them, though, are not. They're women and children, which was a part of the plan. And whether you like his politics or not, this was perfect.
Starting point is 01:17:55 Play it. Benjamin Netanyahu is a war criminal, the architect of a horrific genocide against the Palestinian people. He is responsible for the killing of more than 73,000 people. For the maiming of tens of thousands of children. That's true. As those who survive undergo amputation without anesthesia. That's true. For the targeting of neonatal hospitals and maternity care centers,
Starting point is 01:18:17 denying newborns even the chance to live. for the countless people he starved as he blocked food and humanitarian aid from reaching them, for the gunning down of hundreds of aid workers and journalists. And just last month, the UN confirmed that Palestinian children continue to be deliberately targeted and killed by Israeli armed forces. More than eight months after the so-called ceasefire. The list goes on and on. All as we, as Americans, pay for the bombs that do the killing.
Starting point is 01:18:45 That's true. There is a reason the International Criminal Court issued a warrant for his arrest. As human beings, we have spent generations building a shared understanding that there are crimes so grave they offend all of humanity. Anyone with their eyes, with their heart, with their conscience should recognize the devastation he has wrought and understand that he belongs before a court of law. As I've said, I agree with the ICC that Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested and tried for his crimes, as I do for anyone else charged by the ICC. My administration has reviewed every avenue available under applicable law to determine whether New York City could execute the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant if Benjamin Netanyahu came here.
Starting point is 01:19:31 It is clear that we do not have the independent legal authority to enforce this warrant. The federal government, however, does, and I call on them to join the ICC and execute this warrant. And I want to be equally clear, Benjamin Netanyahu is not welcome in New York City, nor is any other war criminal at large. Well, we cannot end the genocide on our own. We can decide whether our silence will become another weapon. And we can examine every tool we have to defend the humanity and dignity of all people.
Starting point is 01:20:00 That is my commitment to you. Yeah, it's perfect. And by the way, even though he was broad in the language and not specific with people, he made very clear that would apply to anyone else charged by the ICC at the very least as well. And that would be fair. Because also, I believe, I don't have it in front of me, but the ICC is charged people related to Moss and Hezbollah. So like if they fucking came here, the ones that are still alive, he's saying he would arrest them. And I would hold him to it, by the way.
Starting point is 01:20:27 Obviously, he can't, but I would hold him to calling on the federal government to arrest them, which they certainly would, by the way, if they ever fucking came here and they wouldn't. They have a bunch, you know. They do have a bunch in there? These are all the cases. Okay. So these are, these are, well, these are people in custody right now? So warrant of arrest. Yeah. Yeah, they're one of arrest. So that, who's that guy? that's from the Central African Republic. Can we find people specific to like Hamas and Hezbollah?
Starting point is 01:20:56 I don't know. You look. I'll keep talking. But either way, he is saying that part. And again, I'm a guy who judges things as best I can on a case by case basis and looks at the facts of what I see in front of me. Socialist or no socialist, fair statement right there. And the response to his statement is also not helping the issue. When you see very hardcore Zionists in the United States, like Bill Ackman, let's call him out right now, put out some TLDR like he always does.
Starting point is 01:21:26 First of all, in the opening paragraph of his TLDR, denying that it's a genocide and decrying the fact that it was called that. Sorry, Bill. It is a genocide. What's going on there? But also then pointing to this as being anti-Semitic, you, Bill Ackman, are the one hearing the term Jewish. there. At no point does he say that in there. He is calling out a foreign government and particularly one guy, the leader of said government for what they did. It has nothing to do with his race. You, Bill, are the one making this about race. I refuse to stoop to your level. That is below my
Starting point is 01:22:12 bar. And I am sick of it. I have stated this a million times. I will state it a million more. more times. All new drinks are now at McDonald's, with refreshers like the strawberry watermelon refresher and the mango pineapple refresher with popping boba to crafted sodas like the Sprite berry blast with berry flavors and cold foam. Who knew ice cold drinks could be so fire? Six all new drinks are here. Now at McDonald's.
Starting point is 01:22:48 Refreshers contain caffeine. I'm tired, Dief. Yeah. It's been a long week. I'm tired of this stuff. You know, and I've said this to some extent. I think I've said it on some other podcasts. But again, we have a clip from when we were on John's podcast last week that's done a couple million views, I think, on Instagram.
Starting point is 01:23:11 Where we're going through why Mom Donnie won the election in the first place. And it's won the initial primary election, the Democratic primary for mayor, which effectively was like, making him win the election at that point. What put him over the top was that fucking TV debate that nobody was watching where they asked the question of the 13 Democratic candidates where they would visit internationally first. And everyone was just screaming to be able to answer first how much they wanted to go to Israel. And when it got to Mom Donnie, he said, yeah, let's play the clip.
Starting point is 01:23:44 This was actually good. This was on our friend John Rondi's podcast right here. I couldn't express this any better. So let's go right here. of a United States city that we call New York City, where will your first international visit be? And you watch this stage every candidate. They couldn't say the word Israel fast enough.
Starting point is 01:24:06 I mean, they were jumping to say it. It was like someone had zapped them, like a dog crossing an electric fence, like say Israel. And they're like, my first visit's going to be to Israel. Thank you. Then it gets to mom done. who's just standing there calmly like this, and he's no fan of Israel.
Starting point is 01:24:22 But again, that's got nothing to do with the New York race. And he said something like, as mayor of New York City, which is the office I'm running for, I look forward to serving all of my constituents right here in New York City. I think he said something like,
Starting point is 01:24:34 I want to get out there and hear the issues of New York. So he wouldn't even pick any city around the world. Logical. Then Cuomo jumps in. He won't say it. He hates Israel. He won't say.
Starting point is 01:24:46 Then they all start palmer. He hates it. He can't say. And then the panelists go, sir, sir, do you believe in the existence of a Jewish state in the minute? This is for mayor of New York City. And there else he had the existence of foreign government. All right, you got your crash out. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:25:01 And then this numbers just went like- They went like this. As the mayor- Yeah. Like, I can't put that any better. Like that was it right there. Like he won the election for something that had, like, we'll put him over the top, I should say, to win the election was something that had nothing to do in New York. And, you know, to do.
Starting point is 01:25:19 things. Number one, the older demographics and the people who are really against people like Mom Donnie coming up. And I, for one, do not think socialist principles are a good idea in any stretch. And I think that that trend would be bad for America to go to. I would like, I got my problems with traditional Democrats and traditional Republicans, but I'd much rather see traditional Democrats and traditional Republicans, the corruption I know, go against each other than like socialists and fascists or whatever. That said, number one, you have to to know where the younger demographics, as in people below age 55 are as far as being aware of some of the problems with our relationship with Israel as a quote-unquote ally.
Starting point is 01:25:59 And if you cannot read the room on that, you're going to be voted out of office. That's number one. So if people like Mom Donnie and the socialist seize on that opportunity, that's your fault for letting them do that. Everyone else can see where this is going. Number two, and Joey Deef, you put this amazing, all credit to you on this. deep has talked about in the past that when you talk to people who turn to people like mom donnie and vote for them whether it be 22 year olds 25 year olds 28 year olds and people in their 30s how do you put it thief
Starting point is 01:26:32 you're like they're not checked out of the system they never had a part in the system yeah they have no stake they don't have a 401k they don't have any savings they don't have stocks they they don't own any sort of assets they're all paying crazy rent crazy grocery prices. So are you surprised that they think the system of capitalism isn't working for them? Perfect. I mean, yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:57 It's perfect. And it's not right or wrong. It's just fucking logic. That's what's crazy to me. It's logic. And so instead of yelling at people and be like, how can you fucking idiots go to socialism? Instead, ask them why?
Starting point is 01:27:11 Don't ask that. Don't try to trick them up and quiz them on, well, do you know how socialism hasn't worked anywhere around the world. Listen, I know that. That's fine. That's not what I'm leading with. I'm not there. You don't, what was the old quote my mom used to tell me? And I'm sure a lot of moms out there. Like, you get bees with honey, not vinegar or something like that. You don't yell at them and stick your finger in your face and say, I know way more than you. You fucking idiots, I have no idea where this goes. Instead, you ask them why they are where they are. And then you
Starting point is 01:27:41 try to come up with solutions that might be an interest to them because it speaks their language and gets them into a situation where maybe they can be a part of a system that actually works for them. And more importantly. That's what he did. That's what you talk about it all the time with when he was out, you know, campaigning in the Bronx. He wasn't saying Orange Man Bad. How could you? He's like, why did you vote for him?
Starting point is 01:28:02 And they're like, I had more money in my pocket. That's right. All right. Well, we'll do free child care and free buses? Like, do you think that'll help? It's like, of course. And you can't expect it. It doesn't mean someone's dumb because they don't understand that a new solution they heard
Starting point is 01:28:15 from someone who's making them promises historically doesn't work. That's a very bad assumption to make. People are voting on what can best take care of their family and whatever the newest latest thing that might give them an outside chance at doing that. They're going to roll the dice on because they don't have anything to lose. And throw in the fact that he's a young guy. I mean, we're all we're pretty quick to like never talk about that. But it's like everyone, oh, these old people running things, old people running things so they see a guy who's young who's with it who can speak well and he's offering solutions whether he pulls them off or not of course they're gonna flock to it instead of that miserable fuck quomo and he would sit on the panel just looking pissed off that he had to leave
Starting point is 01:28:57 his house he couldn't even be helped to get out of his fucking black car he looks miserable miserable yeah and it's just like what do you what do you expect that's what it is so like instead of just attacking. And by the way, you're not when when when when you start to put words in his mouth, which was like a BLM tactic by the way, like everyone's a racist if they if they say something that could even be interpreted through six degrees of Kevin Bacon as fucking racist. That's what you're doing with him when he is talking about announcing why he legally cannot arrest someone wanted by the ICC that he had previously said he was looking into. So he was updating the public, which is in their interest to say, I am not legally allowed to do this, but I'm calling on the federal government to do it. There's nothing wrong with doing that. And like I said, if the Hamas guys came here, the Hezbole, yeah, rest them too. Like, this isn't hard. I don't play whack a mole pick and choose. I play whack all the moles.
Starting point is 01:30:00 Enough said. Now, let's close on the Tates. So the Tate's got arrested. Can we pull up that first? Yeah, the archive. Yeah. Yeah, let's do that one. He looked really zesty when he got arrested, by the way. No comment. I was like, brother, come on now. Tight fit. I mean, Jesus. Tight fit.
Starting point is 01:30:23 Like a ballerina. Yeah. Anyway. Social media influencer and brother appear in Miami and federal court where lawyers say they will fight extradition to the UK. Let's go down. So that is referring, obviously, to Andrew and his brother Tristan. Andrew Tate will face charges of rape, sex trafficking, pornography, including charges related to indecent images of a child.
Starting point is 01:30:42 The 39-year-old social media influencer was arrested alongside his brother Tristan on Saturday after the Crown Prosecution Service issued a string of new sex abuse charges against them. The brothers appeared in a federal courtroom in Miami on Monday where lawyers said they would fight extradition to the U.S. Tade is facing seven counts of rape, three counts of sex trafficking, three counts of assault, and 19 more charges related to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. His younger brother will face one account of sexual assault, two counts of rape, three counts of sex trafficking. At the hearing, the Tate's wore light brown prison suits and only responded with Yes, Your Honor. Let's go down. Do do. According to the unsealed documents,
Starting point is 01:31:16 Andrew Tate repeatedly placed one woman in choke holds until she passed out, then raped her during an alleged attack at her home in Bedford in 2015. Another woman alleged that he had visited her home in Manchester and choked her to the point that she was afraid Tate was going to kill her. The complaint alleged Trist and Tate regularly choked, beat and raped a woman with whom he was in a romantic relationship in 2012 and 2013. The woman told authorities that he regularly choked. her into unconsciousness, gave her a black eye, and whipped her with a belt, causing welts and bruises. All right, we get the picture.
Starting point is 01:31:44 It's nasty accusations. There's another link there of Andrew Tate, two months before his arrest, talking about what he's going to hurt. Now, I haven't worked on my Andrew Tate accent in a while, but, you know, like, you see him in this interview with Jackie's like, he's like, if you'd like me to explain why they come after you, it's because, well, I have to get there on this whiteboard first. Yeah. First, they tried to throw you in jail.
Starting point is 01:32:07 And then they throw you in jail. And if that doesn't work, they kill you. And when they kill you, then you are a martyr. But you're a martyr and you're gone. And they say, we killed the bitch. Yeah, that's pretty good. You see him going and getting out in front of things. And my mind goes to one of two possibilities.
Starting point is 01:32:22 And they are total opposites. Either he actually, while still a guy that, like, I think is cringe as fuck, is being framed for things because people don't like what is being said. that or he is very guilty and is a master manipulator and is projecting to get on in front of things. I don't have a dog in the fight. I'd like the truth here. What say you, Joey, do you find? Well, I'm like, you know, used to work in the cam business. You have to get girls to do these lewd things. I would say you might be a good manipulator. I don't know. That's just me. Pure spec. Don't murder me, please. Pure spec, bare point. Let's play this video real quick. and if people want to see obviously
Starting point is 01:33:04 Tate laying this out in his dead man switch Jack put out a podcast on his channel Jack Neal that's three hours and 21 minutes of Andrew Tate talking here we go Deep's like I'm gonna go home and watch it too many hours all right go ahead
Starting point is 01:33:24 let me clear up this news you're seeing on the timeline the British state has accused the British state they said 15 years ago I did something I wasn't supposed to to do and I'm a criminal. But they won't tell me who against. They won't tell me where it happened. One take, they won't tell me when it happened. They just said 15 years ago, you did a crime. And I said, okay, against two, we're not telling you in case you tweet it.
Starting point is 01:33:45 Tweet it. Why would I tweet it? What are you talking about? Tell me who I committed this crime against so I can defend myself. No, we're not going to let you defend yourself. You're accused of a crime. You're charged with a crime. We won't tell you who against. And I said, well, then how do I put a defense together? And they said, well, if you come to England, we'll tell you. you. I said, sure, I'll come to England. No problem. All I want to know is, can you guarantee I will not be remanded in custody? They said, no, we're not going to guarantee you that. Do you come to England? There's a strong chance. You're going to go to Belmarsh, remanded in custody for years, pre-trial. And I'm like, so you are accusing me of a crime, you've issued a warrant, you won't tell me
Starting point is 01:34:24 who the crime was committed against, if they even exist, because they don't. These are made-up victims completely made up. They have people hiding behind anonymity and just attacking me, demanding millions of euros, millions of dollars for things that happened in 2009. Nobody's telling me what these things are. Nobody's telling me who these people are. Nobody's telling me when they happen, where they happen, nothing. And they're saying, if I go to jail, they'll tell me, but I have to fly to England and put myself in jail. And I know you're wondering, how come when Britain, as it collapses, it doesn't give a fuck about grooming gangs, doesn't give a fuck about the stabbings, doesn't care about the drugs on the street,
Starting point is 01:35:02 doesn't care about any of the real crime. How come they keep talking about Andrew Tate? That's because I highlight the problems with the country. They don't want to fix the problems. They want to get rid of me for talking about the problems. So why do I get to travel the world so freely? Why have I been to 25 countries this year? Because when I land in Hong Kong and the British government call the authorities and say, we need Andrew Tate, we have a warrant, the authorities say, well, what's the warrant for? And who's it against? And the British state says, Oh, we don't want to tell you who the victims are. The victims don't exist.
Starting point is 01:35:31 So no country will extradite me. So I'm traveling the world completely free. No country respects England anymore. Nobody's sending me to them. I'm living as a free man. They keep putting on the BBC that they want to get hold of me. And I'm saying, tell me who my accuser is, and I'll come talk to you. And they're like, no, because they've completely made it up.
Starting point is 01:35:50 They've made it up to slander me in the media over and over and over again. Their intention is to just lie about me, lie. about charges, lie about victims, lie, lie, lie, so that I don't support Rupert or I don't support Farage. First of all, I need a side profile video as someone like on the beach being like, yo, I think Andrew Tastes like talking- Influencers in the wild. Dude, that must get so fucking exhausted.
Starting point is 01:36:16 Like being in that entourage and just having to sit in a living room while he has a hookah just fucking yelling like that, I'd, ugh. Yeah. No, it's a lot. What I'll say is whether it's all true. or all lies, he definitely knew he was cooking about a minute in. And I don't think he stuttered once there. The guy is, whether you hate him or love him, that is what has gotten him to the point to where he can even argue against awful charges like this. And some people will be like,
Starting point is 01:36:43 yeah, no, I think he is for him. Like, he is fucking, he's got a lot of charisma. The problem is, he says a lot of shit. And he's done a lot of shit over the years. That, again, optics. don't look good. So that then when you're accused of stuff like this, people are like, like Dief says, he's like, well, he's doing a webcam business for a while. Well, he was bragging about fucking women all the time. Well, he was talking about women shouldn't drive and shit like that. You know, you can put stuff like this together and create a story such that if in fact these charges aren't true, as he alleges they're not, someone can make a case and say, this guy? And people go, oh, yeah, me, I would believe that guy did that. And it gets you that point. And again, these guys were running or we called him out on it. a month ago, they were running around fucking hanging out with Powell's ampoli in recent months. Like, what the fuck are you doing? And by the way, Palo Zambole, who I think is already distancing himself from them. Trump Jr.'s distancing himself from them. Alina Haba, who used to joke about having their back to their face and shit on camera,
Starting point is 01:37:45 is distancing herself from them. Trump's old attorney. You know, all these people are distancing themselves. He was, they were party with Palo Zampoly in Washington, D.C. like three days ago. Palo need some tips. You know that? Hey, Palo, what do we do? We need some tips on this one. We need some tips. How do we get off?
Starting point is 01:38:02 The crime in that world is not whether you're guilty. The crime is whether you got caught. And actually, to take it a step farther, the crime is whether you got caught and you actually let them arrest you. Yeah. That's, that's the sad state of affairs here. So we're, Dief and I are going to continue to look at like the actual full blown details of this case. I take obviously, I don't care. Give a fuck who's charged with this kind of stuff. You're seeing this show. We take this stuff really seriously. I want to see what this is. I would love to talk with Jack about, you know, I'm sure a lot of that'll be off record to be fair, because that's just how it is about what the context of that was for him to get that interview in May. And obviously, I should probably review a lot of that tape too and see what the fuck Andrew Tate said. But messy, as many things seem to be. So. And I ain't talking soccer, son. I ain't talking soccer either. And like, look, if they're actually guilty, fry him. Like, I mean, you used to you. see the charges. If they're not, it's weird. And, you know, it's like, why, you know, why, why is the government always doing weird things, if that's the case? I don't know. It's been a very long day, very long week, everyone will be a little more rested, hopefully next week to me. Probably not. Probably now. We, we, we got, yeah. I don't, no, no, I can't, I can't talk about that one.
Starting point is 01:39:18 We got a buffer day, though, next week now because of some scheduling. So you know what? We will come in. We do have a buffer day, but there's a podcast that I think is happening that I haven't talked about. It should be very interesting. And that would be before we record an episode of this next week. So we'll be coming fresh off that. If it happens, we'll see. I did talk to that individual yesterday. So maybe it'll happen. But good stuff. Comment. Thank you as always for supporting.
