Starting point is 00:00:00 At Cox, your internet and mobile price won't change for five years. That's five New Year celebrations. Five Valentine's days. Five Fourth of Julys. Five Halloween. Five Thanksgiving. And five summers that go by too fast. Through it all, your price stays the same with our five-year price-lock guarantee.
Starting point is 00:00:22 Cox, a step ahead. Requires two-gig speeds and gig unlimited mobile. Taxes and fees excluded from price lock. Mobile data speeds reduced after 20 gigs. What's up everybody and welcome back to another episode of the Julian Dory podcast. I am Julian Dory. And I'm Joey Dief. How you doing?
Starting point is 00:00:40 How you doing? Joey Diff, it's that time of year. Yeah. The leaves are falling. You got the little dew in the morning. Yep. The temperature's turning here for a little autumn in New York. We got a movie to fucking make.
Starting point is 00:00:51 You've been working your ass off on. Can't wait to do that. Yes, sir. And in the middle of all of it, you know what goes great with every one of those little thematic elements? I'm going to guess maybe a death or 10? Oh, well, you just got really dark. Sorry, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:01:06 I mean, I was going to bury that lead a little bit. I'm going into this blind. Yeah, you're just jumping right into it. I was going to say, Joey Dief, something, it's certainly not death. We do not wish death upon anyone. We love life. We want everyone to have life, especially people that need to see justice because we want to make sure that happens.
Starting point is 00:01:23 But what I was going to say, Joseph D. Philippus, is a nice Howard Lutnik barbecue. Right? Just a nice baby back barbecue, whatever the fuck. That's probably like double speak right there. But you know what I mean? Yeah. So if you guys remember way back on, I want to say it was February 7th was the first time we dropped one of these weekend episodes. The very first one that we did after we had done just years of doing the guest episodes during the weeks.
Starting point is 00:01:51 Yep. And then added this one in, it was an accident because Dief and I, and before that, before you were here, even Alessie and I back. in the day, had always done, you know, like a bi-weekly kind of just shoot the shit round up on Patreon for like 200 people. Yeah. You know, we're just having fun with our earliest patron. Shout out to all them, the OGs of that and everyone was on there right now. And, you know, we've never done anything like that publicly.
Starting point is 00:02:14 We're like, you got me reacting to what's going on and, you know, we're kind of bouncing off each other with what we're thinking about everything and trying to make sense of all of it. And so we recorded one right after that second tranche of Epstein files. dropped on Friday, January 30th, because obviously, like all of you out there, I was flabbergasted at what I had seen. So Joey D. Frund's in here. We're going to do our Patreon that next Tuesday or Wednesday. He's like, why don't you teach me the Epstein files? Because he had been off the internet for, what was it, like a month? Yeah, a little month and change. Yeah, a little cleanse. It took a little cleanse. So he pops a gummy. Just get dirtied right away. That's right. That's right.
Starting point is 00:02:53 He pops a gummy, comes in here, says, teach me the files. I teach him the files. We're whatever you want to call it. And then the patrons immediately said when we posted it, you got to make this public. We did. The rest was history. But the reason it's relevant to Howard Lutnik is because I had a little crash out. Yep. On Howie. And I think it was very, very well deserved. Yeah, totally. Right? Right? That's fair to say. Yeah. Yeah. So this was right when we had discovered that Howard Lutnik, who had claimed very publicly on whatever that fucking New York Post podcast was in the summer of 2025 that he had disassociated with Jeffrey Epstein, his neighbor. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:36 Howard Letnik lived at 11 East 71st Street. And that's public information. I'm not doxying anyone saying that. And Jeffrey Epstein lived at 9 East 71st Street. So the wall that he shared, he claimed that he never associated for business, personally, or philanthropy with Jeffrey Epstein, his direct quotes there, after 2005, because he thought he was a very disgusting individual. And then the Epstein files dropped and showed that he very much associated with him. He not only associated with Jeffrey Epstein, but he associated with him
Starting point is 00:04:08 for business, personally, and philanthropy. And we pulled all the emails. And once I was going through all them, which included, which included, if you, I'm sure you remember this, Joey Defe, an email explicitly describing what would be a visit to Epstein Island in 2012. So seven years after Howard Lettnik said, I never talked to the guy. More on his timelines being off again later coming, by the way. He laid out this email that he was going to go to the island of Jeffrey. And I lost my fucking mind when I saw that, especially when he put like all the ages and all the different kids. Describes them by age. Yeah, that were coming with him. It wasn't just his kids. It was his buddy something Levine. Yeah. I think you guys can look it up and find the email. I don't remember
Starting point is 00:04:50 the guy's name. But we later got the picture of Lettnik looking, I would say, very, very comfortable and happy, right? Yeah, it was an island getaway. Yeah, yeah, he's with Epstein on the island. Sandals, cargoed, yeah, the cargo shorts with a little twinge on the bottom that was big in the early 2000s. That's right. He had a little drip. A little drip. See, don't say, don't say we're not fair here. Joey Deef is given credit for a little bit of drip. Yep, yeah, just a bit. Just a bit. So anyway, so he was having a great time on the island. And then once the files were released, if you remember this, that image was among many of the images. Swepped away.
Starting point is 00:05:29 And then the DOJ pulled it back. But thanks to the people doing the Lord's work over jmail.world, we still have that image because, as you guys, many of you well know, but for those who are unfamiliar, jmail. Dot world is basically like this dummy Gmail that was coded by these guys to take all the Epstein files that were released by the DOJ and turn it into an inbox as if you. you, the viewer, are logging into Jeffrey Epstein's inbox. Hey, guys. If you're not following me on Spotify, please hit that follow button and leave a five-star review.
Starting point is 00:06:05 They're both a huge huge help. Thank you. So I know we've shown it before, Dief, but if we can get that picture somewhere of Howard Lettnick, just so people know exactly what I'm talking about on the island. But the DOJ tried to pull it back. Didn't matter. The public already had it. And all the while, Howard Lutnik embarrassingly goes and
Starting point is 00:06:25 testifies to Congress like a week or two later and not only doesn't have the decency to resign as Commerce Secretary, the guy's in the fucking cabinet, but Trump doesn't fire him. Which is very interesting, Joe Defe. I've never seen, I mean, we're talking about this on a day where we just had a press secretary last four days after Donald Trump said he should really reconsider. Yeah. Normally we'd be talking about that a lot today, but I could not let this investigation that's incoming on Howard Latnik go. But, you know, the fact that Donald Trump didn't fire him and the fact that this guy didn't have the decency to resign shows you the hubris and the locked in nature, whatever that is and whatever that entails that Howard Lutnik feels
Starting point is 00:07:07 to be able to be, you know, this billionaire elite who's buddies with all these awful people who lies about it and then look you in the eyes and say, yeah, I lied. What are you going to do about it? That's a disgrace. And I personally take unbelievable offense to anybody in who has great responsibility with great power who tells the entire general public to eat cake. I mean, that's a theme that we've had in some recent episodes talking about that in other ways. Howard Lutnik's continued employment as the Commerce Secretary of the White House, under the President of the United States today is a complete fuck you to you, Dief, me, and everybody out there. And he continues to be the Commerce Secretary, even on the heels of another, very, very
Starting point is 00:08:04 potentially damaging and, dare I say, suspicious report that came out, which is the topic of our investigation today. You guys didn't think I was going to let this go. Come on. He thought last week just because right when it came out, we didn't talk about it. We weren't going to talk about. Of course, we're going to talk about it. But what I had to do with this, and this is really different than I think any of the 37 of
Starting point is 00:08:28 these we've recorded at this point, Dief. Obviously, like our process is an hour or two before we go on air. Dief comes over and we just check all links to make sure we can pull that up quickly. What happened this week? What are we going to talk about? And then we shoot the shit and do it live. But today we knew, once we started to look into the details last week or two weeks ago, of this latest whistleblower dying. More on that in a second.
Starting point is 00:08:53 We knew that in order to report on this effectively and accurately, we had to look at all the facts and present them to you guys for you guys to decide. And there's a couple reasons for that. The first funny reason is you always have to watch that because you never know who the fuck is going to sue you and who's got really deep pockets to do that who can outspend you in a fucking day. And we are talking about a very, very wealthy guy here. So we do not want to give any layups and make claims that are said to be 100% true without having the full evidence of backing to be able to back that up in court. That's the number one reason. The second reason is we want to make sure, and I've said this about so many different investigations related to Epstein and all the other ranges of crazy shit happening
Starting point is 00:09:40 in our world right now. We want to make sure that we look at all the facts as we know them so that we don't make the mistake of overcorrecting to the other side. And here's what I mean about that. Square knows that in hospitality, efficiency is everything. That's why the system lets you take payments. Track sales, handle inventory, manage staff, send invoices, and keep up with finances all in one place. Apply through orders with zero mistakes. Get the data you need and keep everything working together. So you're ready for whatever's next. Learn more about their customized little plans That's blurup.com
Starting point is 00:10:17 At Cox, your internet and mobile price won't change for five years. That's five New Year celebrations. Five Valentine's days. Five Fourth of Julys. Five Halloween. Five Thanksgiving. And five summers that go by too fast.
Starting point is 00:10:36 Through it all, your price stays the same with our five-year price lock guarantee. Cox, a step ahead. Requires two gig-unlimited mobile. Taxes and fees excluded from price lock. Mobile data speeds reduced after 20 gigs. We obviously have all had a huge wake-up moment. Even me, someone that's looked at this case, the Epstein case, forever.
Starting point is 00:10:55 We've had a huge wake-up moment this year with what we saw actually come out and how it was somehow even way worse than the previous evidence had suggested. And it was already, to be clear, very, very, very dark and bad. But we've also seen the reverberating effects of Epstein and the release and everything else that has happened at a societal level as a result of that. And we continue to see no justice for really anyone. The UK like arrested Prince Andrew once. That's not here in the U.S. Yeah. I can't say like I, we're going to talk about him today.
Starting point is 00:11:31 But I can't say I care as much about that. I do care about that. But like, yeah, there's a lot of people in my own country right here that not only. that not only aren't seeing justice, but they continue to stay in power, continue to make money and doing what they do. So what we don't want to do is then just make the assumption without any actual proof that the complete opposite of anything any of these people say is therefore true. Because then we will give them the opening to say, see, you can't listen to any of these fuckers out there. All these investigators, they just have a predetermined zealot mindset. they want the end result and that's what it is. So we went through and looked at everything about
Starting point is 00:12:12 this dead whistleblower whose name, I will now say, is Simon Andries who worked high up at Howard Lettnick's company, BCG. I'm going to explain Cantor and BCG in that relationship in a few minutes because that's a little confusing. Don't worry, we're going to go through it. But, you know, when this popped up right now, it is to say that, what Simon Andries had claimed while he was alive, and he did die by unaliving himself allegedly, by the way, that is what his family said. But his claims are claims. And I can't say for certain that I have any evidence right now to say that he is definitely accurate. What I can tell you is he did receive settlements from official authorities who also fucked him over. More on that, too.
Starting point is 00:13:03 I keep saying more on that on stuff. I'm sorry, but there are so many fucking things. to this. So trust me, like, you're going to get all the details. But, you know, to an extent when we put all these pieces out there, we're putting them out there for you guys to work with to pull on the threads, perhaps investigate further, most importantly make your own decisions. And as we always say here, Joey Deef, it's pure spec. It's pure spec. It's pure spec. But at this point, I mean, it feels like Howie, you and me, you know, when it comes to doing this in the studio right here, I guess we got dance again, right? Dance.
Starting point is 00:13:44 Let's dance. Dance, boy. I also do want to say, before we start, and let me not even say this fast. Like, I was watching that Diddy documentary, the 50 Cent did, Dief. And one of the, you know, 50 Cent is so, what's the word? Like, like, he's so petty. And I love it. I love it.
Starting point is 00:14:04 Shout out to 50, by the way. Shout out to 50. They did a great job with that documentary. But what they would do is they would do is they. have to legally say what Diddy was actually convicted of because of course the government fucked up that case. They have to say that, but he would always, they would always put it at the end and then any other things about like Diddy Denies or people around him deny. They would also put that at the end and they would flash it on the screen like a flash grenade and it would go,
Starting point is 00:14:30 you had to like pause it and go back. Yeah. So I'm even going to give the courtesy of saying this slowly and carefully without flashing it, not to rip 50 for doing that. I do respect it. But I'll just be careful here and say this a full way. Canter Fitzgerald and BCG, which are the two companies that until February 2025, when Howard Lutnik was confirmed as Commerce Secretary, he was the CEO of, to be clear, okay? Canner Fitzgerald and BCG categorically deny all of the following claims and allegations that whistleblower Simon Andries made? Do with that what you will. Now let's get to the case. So by the way, Simon Andres, who I've referenced, that first link below that statement thief, that we have that? Because then I'll explain the can't the Cantor BCG thing is, it's unnecessarily confusing.
Starting point is 00:15:23 This one? Yeah. So actually, can we do the one before that? I'm going to come to that because before he did die, Simon Andries was, he did publicize his name. But the one, yep, you got it. That's it. So, former managing director at BCG Group slash British banker turned whistleblower Simon Andres, the man who told the FBI about Lutnik slash BCG's quote-unquote financial irregularities,
Starting point is 00:15:53 unquote, fraudulent 9-11 charity and revealed Lutnik's business partnership with Epstein in Adfin has been found deceased. And as I said, his family later said that he won. was he unalived himself. I do have to say this. Simon was on record with the BBC, actually, with the investigative journalist that he was helping out there when he publicized.
Starting point is 00:16:21 Because by the way, he got doxed in the Epstein files. That's why he came public. Yeah. Again, we're doing an amazing job protecting witnesses, apparently, and victims. But Simon did struggle with severe mental health trauma as a result of this whole odyssey that happened to him he was open about that and he had checked into a wellness facility shortly before he did unalive himself as it as it is alleged so it is possible it is very possible that he did in fact do that and it wasn't just like someone actually offing him
Starting point is 00:16:58 though you never know when it comes to the epstein files and people seem to turn up dead and you know it's claimed that they made that decision themselves you never know so i'm leaving that door open but i do have to be fair and say that there were at least some things that he self-reported before this happened that would correlate with him potentially actually doing that it does not change the fact that he was ignored silenced and his life was ruined as a result of allegations that he made as far back as 2015 to 2017 in that area when he was a managing direction director. He was a serious guy. I'm going to get to his exact role at BCG and was working and he had come to New York and was working there. So one of the things I've said throughout us looking intermittently
Starting point is 00:17:48 at these Epstein files over the past, God knows how long, is that when it comes to FBI reports or confidential informants or victim claims that were made, related to Jeffrey Epstein after his death in August 2019. And I want to be careful how I say this. When it comes to those reports that came afterward, you have to take them with a bigger grain of salt and look at them with an even more suspicious eye, unfortunately. I hate saying that, but it is true.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Because there was the dog pile effect. Meaning he was now dead. It became a huge story. A bunch of people call up at all. And I don't like defending the FBI at all when it comes to this case. But a bunch of people call up the FBI like left and right. And the FBI's job is to take all those calls and write a report on it, regardless of how crazy it sounds. And then they write the report. And then internally later, they probably toss a lot of it out. Obviously, the FBI, even before Jeffrey Epstein died, had tossed out a lot of very credible and important stuff and pretended it didn't exist. So that is not to exonerate them of wrongdoing.
Starting point is 00:19:05 But it has always been that like when you see these ones that came later, you're like, okay, what could the motivation be there? What's the background on this person, et cetera? Simon Andries was making claims related to, I have the exact phrasing actually. He was fired from BCG Group in January 2017 after raising internal concerns regarding accounting irregularities and suspected fraud. which are the same things he called up the FBI about or reached out at first to the FBI in late 2020
Starting point is 00:19:39 related to Epstein himself this is before we got the emails released and all that but I'm gonna we have it those are the two PDF Steve oh yeah yeah I guess yep I'm gonna go through these two PDF so that you have this and you understand exactly what he did
Starting point is 00:19:55 and this is from the Epstein files and these are unclassified federal bureau of investigation intake reports. This first one is from October 19th, 2020. And you'll see all these redacted things that are going to include spots where his name would have been. What I don't know, what's unclear to me, the guys at BBC would probably know this, is which documents at first were accidentally released with his name on it. It could have been this one. And then it was just later redacted. And that's why it's redacted now. I'm not sure. But somewhere in the Epstein files, his name was
Starting point is 00:20:31 I hope unintentionally released. I mean, it's still horrible. It's still like a fireable offense, of course, and horrible, but, you know, whatever. Anyway, so on October 19, 2020 at 1143 a.m. Eastern Time. Date of birth, redacted, cell phone number, redacted, email address, adacted, redacted, postal code redacted called the FBI National Threat Operations Center to report information about Howard Lutton. CEO of redacted.
Starting point is 00:21:03 I don't know why they redacted that. Who could be connected to Jeffrey Epstein. He provided the following information. So-and-so was calling from the United Kingdom, which is where Simon is from, but stated he worked in New York from 2015 to 2017, which is when he was a managing director running. I have that in there somewhere exactly what that was,
Starting point is 00:21:23 but he was responsible for all kinds of shit across the Chicago, London, and New York offices, I believe. He was a serious guy. But he stayed at work in New York from 2015 and 2017 for Blank Blank Blank Blank Redacted, was a Blank Blank, Blank, Redacted, who acted as a Redacted after witnessing some financial irregularities. The CEO of Canter-Fitzgerald, Howard Lutnik, was Jeffrey Epstein's neighbor, and he believed some of the suspicious financial activities could be related to Epstein's case.
Starting point is 00:21:54 Redacted says the BCG, BGC, I'm sorry, which I guess they had redacted up above and they didn't redact this one, which shows you all careless. It says that BGC does a huge amount of charity work relating to 9-11 because Canter Fitzgerald lost many employees that day. But he thinks the charity day is fraudulent. Redacted has documentation he is willing to provide to the FBI to back these claims. Redacted claims that Canter Fitzgerald, redacted, redacted, redacted, causing him to have a heart attack redacted and seven subsequent hospitalizations. He has also submitted documentation to the Internal Revenue Service about this. So several months after that, Joey Deef,
Starting point is 00:22:34 there's a phone call. So the FBI, I just talked about how the FBI has to write a report on every claim that comes in. And we've seen a lot of crazy reports where it's like, you know, I was getting raped by fucking so-and-so while so-and-so sat there and then they were on to, you know, and it gets, it's like a who's who.
Starting point is 00:22:57 and then there's people that weren't even alive at the time, like that kind of stuff. And you don't see anything past that with the FBI, either A, because we didn't get those files, or in that case, actually, more likely B, there wasn't anything to do with it because it was actually maybe provably false or a ridiculous claim. Right. This one got a phone interview four or five months later by the FBI.
Starting point is 00:23:22 So they were looking at this going, huh, this one seems like it could have some truth to it. So it says this is from April 5th, 2021. It says redacted, date of birth, redacted, home phone number, redacted, was interviewed telephonically by FBI special agents, redacted, redacted, redacted. After being advised of the identities of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, Redacted provided the following information. Redacted had been in the securities business for 32 years. He was at Redacted, Redacted, Redacted from 2012 to 2017. which we now know. This is Simon, of course, talking about BCG, which is owned by Canter Fitzgerald. I did say I'm going to explain that. That's coming in a minute. From 2012 to 2015, he was based in Redacted, which we now know to be New York. In 2015, he transferred to Redacted New York location at Redacted, which would be the address probably. Redacted was running the Redacted branches. I have that information too. I'll get to that. Of his unit out of his location in the New York office.
Starting point is 00:24:27 He held a Series 30 license, which meant he supervised regulatory reporting and held the most senior position in his unit. Redacted managed 50 people. He was in New York until March of Redacted, which I guess would have been 2017 when he left Redacted. Can you actually, for the context, can we pull up what his official position was? Yeah, so I have it here. He's the managing, or he was the managing director and head of futures and options London. And then he was responsible for managing the trading centers in London, New York, and Chicago. That's a big time job.
Starting point is 00:25:05 Yeah. That's a big, big time, big paying job, too. Yeah. Okay. And he had all the compliance that he had to hold to. So he was the signatory for like auditing and signing off on all these financial operations. Oh, that's interesting. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:23 That's interesting. Yeah. So I had talked about this. I think last week where I was talking about the compliance and like insanity in some cases at banks post-financial crisis. This is post-financial crisis including some years right when I was starting my career like 2017. That, when you're in charge of that kind of thing, it's not crossing T's and dot-nise. Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. You are the most annoying person to everyone else.
Starting point is 00:26:01 And if you're self-aware, you do apologize to people for it and say you are doing your job so that no one goes to jail or there's not a fuck up because someone did something above us that we can't see. That's who this guy had to be. Yeah. In that kind of role. And I've seen the guys in that role, especially at a powerhouse. Like, we'll give Howard Lutnik this. Canter Fitzgerald, BGC, these are powerhouse places. on Wall Street. Like, that is a competent person you are putting in a job like that.
Starting point is 00:26:33 Yeah. Okay? I can't possibly emphasize that enough. Hey, guys, we had a new camera on the right side of the studio this week. So for some reason, it kept on messing with the focus on thief's camera. So if you see his angle a little less and just hear his voice in this episode, that's why we'll have that fixed up for next week. So related to the fraud allegations, redacted, made in his initial complaint to the FBI, by Redacted highlighted rope traders were gaining access to the electronic trading platform at Redacted.
Starting point is 00:27:04 I'm going to guess the electronic trading platform was at BGC and not Canner, but that doesn't really matter. It's the same thing from their homes. Redacted, the co-headed brokerage was able to override controls that were in place. To cover losses at Redacted, people within the company tried to rob redacted pool of trading funds. That's nice. Nice. The people trying to cover these losses would come to Redacted because he had the Series 30 license. Like, hey, listen, Simon.
Starting point is 00:27:34 Just, yeah, we're taking a little off the, a little big off the edge. And he has to sign off on it. Just sign off on it. Just sign off. Just sign right there. It's all clean. It's clean. No one's going to know.
Starting point is 00:27:46 By robbing the various trading pools to cover losses, Redacted advised it materialized losses and the brokers were being robbed of revenue. Redacted was involved in a global Ponzi scheme. Because they forced employees to pay 10% of their salary slash bonus, this is his claim, of their salary slash bonus into a share scheme they never became vested in. Employees were told they could sell shares if they signed on to work at Redacted for four more years. Employees were never given voting rights for this scheme and the share prices were dropping. The detail in these claims and in this call that is being now summarized in a report by these FBI agencies, who did this is fantastic.
Starting point is 00:28:29 Like, this is a guy who, in my opinion, if he's making this all up, he is elaborately brilliantly executing the makeup. Do it with that way you will. Redacted, advised, redacted, and Canter Fitzgerald were well known for money laundering. Canter Fitzgerald had a history of crime. Senior officials have spoken about the money laundering
Starting point is 00:28:53 that occurred. Power Bridge International Services was an affiliate of Redacted and Canter Fitzgerald. PIS was where payroll passed through in addition to the money raised on charity days. They were part of the compliance division. Redacted thought they were illegal wire transfers involving PIS.
Starting point is 00:29:10 PIS was associated with Deutsche Bank accounts in Singapore and Hong Kong. Now, this may be totally unrelated, Joey Deave. This is really a little pool here. But where did Jeffrey Epstein's bank accounts move? And it's been a while, I think, like 2013 when he left JP? Was it Singapore?
Starting point is 00:29:27 No, no, the Deutsche Bank. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. Someone checked me on that in the comments. It's been a while since I looked at that, but he was involved. So probably nothing there, in all fairness, but worth saying at least. Canter Fitzgerald was paying brokers from foundations in other countries through PIS. PIS had hired an ex-Doieter bank CEO as global president. The Panama Papers connected Cantor Fitzgerald to shell companies.
Starting point is 00:29:51 We love shell companies. Shell companies are useful. It also, you were correct to at that timing. It was 2013. When he moved the camps. Okay, cool. It's always floating in there somewhere. It's just like, you know, a hollow knock on the edge.
Starting point is 00:30:05 And then like maybe not all the details are right, but like one thing's there. And then we can at least. It's just all so convenient. Yes. We can only say we didn't make it up, right? Howard Lettnick ran everything. And he maintained a very small circle. Lettnik constructed all of the fraud being committed.
Starting point is 00:30:24 And this is what Simon is alleging. Pure spec. I don't know if it was pure spec for Simon. Won't speak for him. He can't speak for himself anymore. But that's what he told the FBI. He used philanthropy as a smokescreen for illegal activity. What a nice guy.
Starting point is 00:30:39 Cantor Fitzgerald was not doing well pre-9-11. Yeah, he's saying none. After the events of September 11, 2001, Canter Fitzgerald was doing well. after they lost 646 employees in one day. Square knows that in hospitality, efficiency is everything. That's why their system lets you take payments. Track sales, handle inventory, manage staff, send invoices,

So you're ready for whatever's next. Learn more about their customizable plans at squareup.com. Canter Fitzgerald couldn't afford people's salaries and then was able to hire people and give people opportunities. Canter Fitzgerald ran a global charity day in New York and London. They invited high-profile celebrities to come in and join staff on the trading floor for the day.
Starting point is 00:31:43 You guys have seen this. Like CNBC always stream this day every year. I don't know if they still do. And no disrespect to the people who go there for charity. Like I'm sure they assume they're doing a great thing. And by the way, I hope they actually were. And this isn't true. But like you'll see like Shaquille O'Neal executing a trade.
Starting point is 00:31:59 or something like that, you know, for charity. And hopefully it was. But this guy's alleging that maybe it wasn't. The Charity Day revenue was raised through the trades placed that day and employees gave up their salaries for the day. Brokers are paid on commission and redacted advised if Canter Fitzgerald was stopped with stealing the entire global revenues for the charity day, brokers couldn't earn their commission even if they did not participate in the charity day. charity days raised 9 to 10 million each year and redacted thought it was strange it raised nearly the same amount every year
Starting point is 00:32:36 that is a little strange that's strange to me maybe guys who like work on Wall Street now and really actually know the ins and outs of that you can help out in the comments but that seems a little strange to me that it was that consistent
Starting point is 00:32:51 if in fact it was brokers were not given tax relief for the loss of revenue on charity days you know what Because fuck them, that's why. Anyway, PIS handled all the funds raised in the United Kingdom on charity days and the associated wire transfers. Andres advised, they didn't redact it right there. Oh, yeah, wow.
Starting point is 00:33:11 There it is still. Andres advised the day of the charity day trading. Like, who did these redactions? AI. Like, all right, yeah, right there, right there, right there. All right, good. All right there, thank you. Andres advised the day of the charity day trading, which, you.
Starting point is 00:33:27 shift if the publicized day was not a successful trading day. Hmm. I'm trying to picture like what that does and I'm too far removed from any of that world to put that together live on the spot right now. But again, maybe in the comments you can know. Letnik was a neighbor of Jeffrey Epstein in the adjoining property at 11 East 71st Street, New York, New York. Again, very public information as I'm reading a public document right here. Letnik bought the property for $10 through a trust. You know what's really nice, Joey Defe. When you can buy a beautiful Upper East Side townhouse with thousands and thousands of square feet, total privacy, basically like noise-proofing, right just steps away from Central Park for $10. I'm going to go look at Zillow. We're going to call up Nico Aronson at the end of this
Starting point is 00:34:19 episode and we're going to go find something for $10, Joey Deef. Listen, you let me know. I'll be ready to go. You want to go in for five? I'll go. I got to five on it. We good for that? I got five. I got five on it too. Come on. So Lutnik bought the property for $10 through a trust. Les Wexner and Epstein owned the building. Lettnik bought it in a very roundabout way from Epstein. Redacted advice, there was a relationship between liquid funding and executives at Bear Stearns. If you remember, Bear Stearns is the company that first collapsed before the official financial system all collapsed in September 2008 back in February 2008, a couple days after Jim Kramer said, Bear Stearns is fine. They were not, in fact, fine,
Starting point is 00:35:03 and they all collapsed. And that was the first dominoa fall. So when Bear Stearns collapsed, the executives moved to Redacted, where they went to a Russian hedge fund, which is what you do. It's what you do. You go find a nice oligarch. You find his hedge fund, and you say, we just crashed, but now we're here for you, fam. Redacted advised BGC International was involved in crime and money laundering. Bear Stearns had hundreds of subsidiaries in 2018. BGC International was the parent company of many of these subsidiaries to include J.P. Morgan Chase and Black Rock.
Starting point is 00:35:41 There they are. BGC partners made subsidiaries all over the world to include Delaware, Cyprus, and Malta. Wow, what perfect look. locations. If you know, you know. I don't even want to, I can't say it. No, yeah, don't spruce me. You know or you don't.
Starting point is 00:36:06 You know where you don't. BGC internationally used many of the same intermediaries as interjura, which was associated with Paul Manafort. Remember Paul Manafort? It's been a while. Yeah, Paul Manafort was the campaign manager for Donald Trump in 2016. And then he was fired like a dog on maybe it was like July 31st, 2016, August 1st, August 2nd, somewhere in there. Steve Bannon replaced him.
Starting point is 00:36:34 Rest is history. But Paul Manafort was later the first guy thrown in prison for the Mueller, Miller, whatever you say his name. Yeah, Mueller, yeah. Investigation. And he was later pardoned by Trump. And here was the thing about Paul Manafort unrelated to this. He was a major lobbyist. and he did something illegal as it relates to lobbying for a foreign government.
Starting point is 00:36:57 But it was just wild that he was the guy thrown in prison when all of K Street does that, which doesn't make it right, by the way. It is illegal. But like literally all of them do it. And then he got thrown in jail. Someone's got to take the fall. And everyone else is like, yeah, we're just, we're going to keep doing that. Anyway, so where was I?
Starting point is 00:37:15 Which, so BGC International used many of the same intermediaries as interjura, which was associated with Paul Manafort. Renaissance Capital was another company they were associated with. Is Renaissance Capital run by a guy named Robert Simon? Was that floating in my brain from the Eric Weinstein podcast in 2022 with Rogan? Who ran Renaissance Capital? Is that the name Robert Simon? Jim Simon. Jim Simon. Jim Simon's, yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:47 All right, I'm not wrong. Interesting. I remember that. Damn, he's the boy too. Yeah. Yeah, he died in 2024. Jim Simons was an American hedge fund manager, investor, mathematician, philanthropist at the time of his death. His net worth was an estimated 31.4 billion, baby, making him the 55th richest person in the world. He was the founder of Renaissance Technologies, a quantitative hedge fund based in Easter talk at New York.
Starting point is 00:38:13 I remember... That's my quant, dude. I remember Eric Weinstein was going on some long fucking, like, tangent that included this guy and all kinds of shit. shit he was doing and out on Long Island and I think he knew him. I don't remember. But it was like right when remember he had that he was like, Michi Okaku, Mitchukaku's crazy or he's gone crazy. I later had Mitch Okaku in my parents' house at the time for episode 145 and he hadn't seen that. And this is what went viral. And I remember going to find this part. And there was the whole thing about this guy, Simons, Jim Simons, as well.
Starting point is 00:38:54 but like then Michio responded to that whole thing. He was like, well, if you don't like the heat, don't come in the kitchen. And that was like the whole thing. So that's why that's in there somewhere. But anyway, so Simon, Simon's Renaissance Capital, which was Simon's company, was another company they were associated with in addition to the Paul Manafort Company. Redacted advice he thought the money being laundered through Canter Fitzgerald and BGC International was from the Russian Mafia. that's awesome. That was what senior people in the trading market thought. So it wasn't just him
Starting point is 00:39:29 that thought it. It could also have been money made by Canter Fitzgerald through the frauds they were committing. Auburn Securities was associated with banned Russian entities. Letnik gave Sarah Ferguson, Fergie, who was Prince Andrew's ex-wife, who, I don't know if this is still the case, but they still lived in the same house after marriage and were intricately involved in each other's lives, and certainly both knew Jeffrey Epstein every well. Letnik, very well, Letnik gave Sarah Ferguson office space above Canter Fitzgerald in New York. Oh, you can't make this up. For the children in crisis charity.
Starting point is 00:40:07 This is the royal family ex-wife of the guy who's accused of abusing a bunch of fucking children. Accused, alleged, whatever. Seems to be a lot there. Along with Jeffrey Epstein over the years. Gillesne Maxwell and Ferguson would attend Dolce Vita Party. which raised money for CIC and StoSchool. CIC no longer existed. That's awesome.
Starting point is 00:40:31 So Gulen Maxwell, out of the goodness of her heart, would give up her time to come raise money for abused children. Yes. With the royal family. Yes. I love it here. It's all above board. I love it here.
Starting point is 00:40:44 Redacted advice, he has never interacted with Lutnik. He had contact with Sean Lynn, the chairman of BGC partners. So he was high up there. Roberto Bob Veles was a whistle. who had contact with Lutnik through the board. Veles was an American citizen. Redacted had never met Epstein or Maxwell personally.
Starting point is 00:41:01 Redacted thought he met Ferguson on a charity day but wasn't sure. Redacted was working with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, that's a CFTC, and he was eligible for their whistleblower program. Agent Note, after the conclusion of the interview, Redacted contacted, Special Agent Redacted, telephonically asked if he could provide her contact information to the CFTC Special Agent Redacted provided that information to redacted. A lot of intricate claims there. A lot of people making guest appearances.
Starting point is 00:41:37 That's what we should call it, right? Yeah, yeah, cameos. Little cameos in there. Enough for an Emmy. It's like entourage. Yeah, it's enough for an Emmy. Yeah. You get a good line in there.
Starting point is 00:41:45 Yeah. A little cameo Emmy. I don't know if that exists. No, but, you know, the people, it exists with the people. Yes. but Simon Andries made all these claims as I said
Starting point is 00:41:57 back when he worked at BGC and he was summarily fired in 2017 very high up guy to be fired now we've been saying Cantor Fitzgerald
Starting point is 00:42:12 we've been saying BGC this is an easy way of just making it simple I want you guys to think of them as the same thing they are technically not Canter Fitzgerald was the initial company, the one we all know about from very sadly losing
Starting point is 00:42:31 a bunch of people in the towers, 646, I believe, on 9-11, including Matt Bochy and David Ferruzio, who were here to do their fathers. A podcast on 9-11 this year. So shout out to them because obviously like real lives, we're all lost in the middle of that. But Canter Fitzgerald was a long time major firm on Wall Street. Street and somewhere in the area of 03 or 04, they spun off this business that was under their jurisdiction called BGC. And I have a link there, Dief. That's, it's like a, it's literally a Google link differences. Yeah. So this is straight from Google AI to simplify it. Canter Fitzgerald and
Starting point is 00:43:17 BGC group are closely tied with Canter Fitzgerald operating as a controlling parent affiliate, but they focus on distinct areas of the financial markets. So it's the same kind of thing technically as like L Brands controlling Victoria's Secret and Les Wexner owns L Brands. One of them is traditional Wall Street stuff. That's Canter Fitzgerald. Brokerage, asset management, shit like that. The other one involves, and I'm putting a, I'm very generalizing here,
Starting point is 00:43:49 but BGC involves more electronic trading platform, and things of that nature like execution of trades in modern day Wall Street, which is why also it makes sense that that business was becoming bigger and spinning out in 2004 because literally between, say, ballpark like 1998 and 2008,
Starting point is 00:44:12 all the famous guys screaming on the floor with papers on Wall Street who literally used to run the pit every single day, actively, physically on the floor. that was whipped away like a sucking sound in those 10 years because it all moved to electronic trading and those guys were basically rendered extinct at that point.
Starting point is 00:44:34 So BGC was more on the new era of the world as fiber optic cable was being deployed all over the country so that people could execute trades in nanoseconds. Michael Lewis wrote a great book called Flash Boys all about this and that era in the aughts when this was all being built. So BGC had Howard Lutnik as a CEO, just like Canter Fitzgerald had Howard Lutnik as a CEO, it's all under the same bridge. So when we're going back and forth between saying Canner and BGC, it's the same shit for lack of a better way of putting it.
Starting point is 00:45:09 But, all right, so yeah, when Simon makes the claims, I have this note in here. I want to make sure I say this. He's, he is referring to BGC and then he'll refer to Canter as you heard and then Canter and then BGC. So that's why that is the case because different parts of the business were under different, different roofs, I guess technically. So Andres also reported this to the FCA, the financial what association? What's that stand for again, Dief? The financial conduct authority, which handles the UK, which is where he's from, obviously. And the UK, if you listen to Simon Dixon's podcast, he laid this out very well.
Starting point is 00:45:54 The UK is like financial center of the universe in a lot of ways. Obviously, people make that claim about Wall Street and New York, which is perfectly fair. But when it comes to like traditional financial jujitsu, if you will, London is viewed as like the home of that. So this is the organization, the authority that oversees any irregularities that may be happening in the market. As far as I know, maybe my UK guys out there can help us out in the comments. but it's like in a similar vein-ish as like the SEC in a way in the UK. Maybe Defe can look at that more. But there was, when Simon went and reported this to them, he was not protected by them.
Starting point is 00:46:39 And I'm going to lay that out in an article in a little bit. But no one's really answered for that over there since then. I know Deve's looking at that. So let's do that BBC article, the one in big font. just while you're grabbing that. Yeah, it would be the equivalent to the SEC. So the FCA is effectively, for lack of a better way of putting it, the SEC of the UK. Okay, easy know.
Starting point is 00:47:07 Now, the BBC article, it's in like size 24 right there. Yeah. This is going to lay out. Lutnik, not lick. So the, how U.S. Commerce Secretary Epstein's links were uncovered by British whistleblower. And I'm going to pull it up over here for me just so I can stay. this way. A British man is told the BBC how he unearthed evidence, including that his former employer, Howard Lettnick, now U.S. Commerce Secretary, failed to disclose a business relationship
Starting point is 00:47:35 with the pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. Simon Andres previously managing director at a Wall Street firm discovered an email chain from 2018 in which Lettick and Epstein had discussed the prospects of a startup business they were both involved in. So what I want you guys to understand is we are now fast-forwarding to 2026 when the Epstein files come up. who made all these claims that never got a result to him and never got investigated and nothing ever changed. Howard Ludnick became the Commerce Secretary. When the files dropped, he started going through with his own personal information of behaviors he knew about from email chains to try to look if there was like a there there or if there were other things that might be related to some of the claims he said.
Starting point is 00:48:18 And he did find some things. Andres shared his findings from the millions of release Epstein files with U.S. politicians on the influential House Overson, Committee ahead of an appearance there by Lutnik in May. So when Lutnik came in to make another appearance after the February 1, he was given them this information. Lutnik told the committee that to the best of his knowledge, he had only learned this year that Epstein had been an investor in the firm AdFIN. Speaking on his behalf, the U.S. Commerce Department told us there was no evidence of wrongdoing. So let me get that straight. Howard Lutnik in May 26 went under oath. Four months after these files publicly dropped.
Starting point is 00:48:57 Like, I don't know, Joey Deef, this is just me. But if I were in those and were a major player in those and were accused of a bunch of things to hopefully I didn't fucking do, by the way, I would go through every fucking file related to my name or, I don't know, my initials, to see where I said anything. Yeah. So that I could be the most prepared to not lie. But Howard Lutnik, he's not like you and me.
Starting point is 00:49:23 He lies like he breathes. Because he can get away with it. So Howard Lutnik told this committee, we're going to come back to his article, but he told this committee that he had no awareness that this online advertising technology company called AdFIN. He had no awareness that he was in business with Jeffrey Epstein on that. As we always say, Joey Deefs, though, there's always an email. There's always an email. So if you go to the HWL emails, right above that first, there's a tweet from Deep State Dropout. And I already have it here, Deep, but everyone searched the Epstein files for Lutnik, in quotes.
Starting point is 00:50:10 Simon Andresse searched for HWL. What's his middle name, William? Can we look that up? Let's see. Those are Howard Lettnick's initials, HWL. He knew Canter Fitzgerald executives signed their, it's William. He knew, Simon knew, the Canter Fitzgerald executive signed their emails with initials because he'd been a managing director at Lettnick's brokerage, BGC partners across London,
Starting point is 00:50:34 New York, and Chicago until the firm sacked him on January 31st, 2017. He'd spent 2016 raising accounting companies inside the companies and he had a heart attack along the way. Some of what he flagged stuck. In November 2019, the CFTC fined BGC. financial $3 million for losing nearly four months of voice recordings on thousands of block trades and for not telling the regulator about an SEC investigation for more than four years, which were a result of some of the irregularities that Simon shared with them.
Starting point is 00:51:05 That action earned him a $420,000 whistleblower award. He was vindicated on some of his claims. Do you know how crazy that is, Joey Deef? So when a trade is executed on Wall Street, and I, I can't speak to before the global financial crisis and what regulations were. I don't know. But afterwards, I remember this when we'd work there. Kathy and Diane in my boss's office, whenever a trade was executed, they would do so on a recorded line.
Starting point is 00:51:35 Oh, yeah. I think it was above a certain... It's same with sales and shit, too, all of it. I think it was above a certain level to where they'd have it. But it might have not even been above a certain level. if you're trading would be GC we're always going to be
Starting point is 00:51:51 above a certain level they don't they don't take clients like you and may joy defense yeah yeah I get it it's all right
Starting point is 00:51:56 they don't like our kind it's all right and so the next paragraph explains starts to explain some of the stuff we laid out
Starting point is 00:52:03 in that October 2020 phone call so his call surfaced anyway when the Justice Department released more than three million
Starting point is 00:52:10 pages in January so he went looking for the rest the HWL search that he did turned up a 28 May 2018, so May 28th, 2018 exchange.
Starting point is 00:52:22 Epstein and we have that email. Can we pull that up? It's like right below it, the ad fin email. So do, do 2018 email. I got it right here. So this is from, you can see on this shot that Deves going to pull up on the screen, you see HWL to Jeffrey E. And what's strange about these Epstein files is they're like grabbed screenshots.
Starting point is 00:52:46 And so when jmail.world then turns it into into a Gmail, you can't like open it up. Like when I receive an email on my Gmail, I can hit the name and it will now show me the email address and a drop down comes. You can't do that with this because it literally just grabbed screenshots. So the screenshots conveniently that were grabbed here grabbed his, his byline, if that's what you call it, where he lists himself as HWL, and it didn't grab his email that probably would have said Howard at or whatever dot dot com. So it's very, very sneaky, but Simon went and found this. And if you look at this, some of it, it's bunched up in that text right there in that paragraph deep, but there
Starting point is 00:53:34 are other emails right there. Jeffrey Epstein wrote on May 28th, 2018 at 112 p.m., on another note, what do you think the prospects for ad-fin are? Howard Lutnik responded seven minutes later, producing revenue finally. This is their year. Next 12 months, they need to become economically self-sufficient. Epstein then replied, four minutes later, thanks. How long until Sherry is ready and I can buy my guest house?
Starting point is 00:54:07 HWL responds at 6.07 p.m. probably four years in parentheses Pierre. I don't know what that means. We'd need to actually do something for it to ever finish. Haven't even picked an architect slash designer yet. Too much construction just finishing the house. Must be nice. Must be nice.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Just finishing another house at a time where the average home buyer in America is like fucking 40 years old because no one can afford it. But yeah, that doesn't, you know, the four minute response time of saying this is their year with very strong details would suggest he was very, very aware. of AdFIN, and he was discussing it with his business partner on the company itself. They were both investors in this company, Jeffrey Epstein. But this guy is confident enough to go into a May 2026 hearing when he could have pulled up this email. The whole public, including him, had access to it. He had access to it on his own emails, if you wanted to go through those and say, yeah, no, I didn't know that until 2026. It's new info.
Starting point is 00:55:05 As I said in my first crash out about him, liar! He's a liar. I should like cut that back in right there. That was a fun one. What is your excuse? He's a liar. Neighbors with this dude. Claims he only ever met him once.
Starting point is 00:55:29 Live next to him for 20-some years. That's crazy. Proven liar. Advising the president of the United States every fucking death. But Lutnik answered what I just read, and so da-da-da-da-da-da. AdFin was an ad tech startup. Both men had signed investment contracts for it in December 2012.
Starting point is 00:55:55 Oh, they went way back, boy. Epstein put in $875,000. Astray money for Jeffrey E. Andres handed the chain to the House Oversight Democrats before Lutnik's closed-door interview on May 6 where Lutnik said he'd only learned this year that Epstein was a co-investor. I'm hearing you're telling me this for the first time. He did the meme. He also found Cantor's 2013 plan to lend one million pounds to a company controlled by Prince
Starting point is 00:56:24 Andrew in exchange for exclusive introductions. I am going to be talking about that. His phrase for it on the BBC's file on on four in July was quote to basically buy a prince, unquote. That is the phrase that Simon used. In written claims dated August 11th, an employment judge. struck out his UK claim against BGC, Letnik and BGC co-CEO, John Pierre,
Starting point is 00:56:50 Aubin, that's who Pierre is. There it is. Maybe that's who Pierre is. I don't know why Pierre would be involved in his architecture. I don't know, that was just fun. Maybe it is. Maybe it's not. I don't know. Pure Speck.
Starting point is 00:57:02 As his nearly nine years out of time, BGC calls his out. So that was, I'm sorry, I should read that sentence again. In a written response dated August 11th, an employment judge struck, out his UK claim against BGC, Lutnik, and BGC co-CEO, CEO, John Pierre Aubin, as nearly nine years out of time. BGC calls his allegations, as I said, quote unquote, categorically false, unquote. The White House called the BBC report, quote, pathetic and desperate, a friend who profiled him in August
Starting point is 00:57:33 posted on September 25th that he unalived himself at a trauma treatment center. He was 57. BGC's applications for its costs against him is listed for. November 24th. I guess they're trying to recoup their attorney's fees for these claims. I don't know. Maybe that's what that means. But that seems like a real extra rim shot right there for a guy who they financially ruined and ruined his life, who was also seemingly right about at least some things. Yeah, something. Maybe cooking on all that. And by the way, just so you guys understand what ad fin did, their core business was operating as a digital ad tech firm focused on online advertising metrics and data insights. Got to get Mike Yagley to take a look at this. Yeah. See what he has to say. Look at me that, Mike.
Starting point is 00:58:22 Jeffrey Epstein invested in AdFIN through his entity Southern Trust Company, Inc. As we said in 2012, Howard Lutnik was a co-investor, also invested around the same time. The company is now a shuttered, defunct company. Conveniently. So we have to be a shuttnered. have that BBC article still open, right? Jody Deef? Yep. There was one thing I was just thinking in my head before I went back to, oh, his up at the top, his initial tweet that he did come in public, I do want to read that so the people can see this straight from the horse's mouth. Yeah, let me get that.
Starting point is 00:58:58 That was like, pull that back up. Yeah, you'd have that up at the beginning. Yeah, I got it right here. Cool. So this was, what was the date here? This is August 9th, 2020. So this is when Simon officially, through his own voice, confirmed that he was the whistleblower. He tweeted out, and this is at S-A-N-D-R-I-E-S-Z, Simon Andresse on X.
Starting point is 00:59:25 I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnik, his links to Jeffrey Epstein and Canter Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020 and 2021. He then linked to his BBC file on four documentary about his story. I later shared with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnik behind closed doors. My disclosure also contributed to regulatory action in the U.S. and U.K., including a 96 million-pound HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC's partnership scheme. I believe the true – I don't think we've even talked about that. If we did, it went over my head during that initial report from the FBI. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher. I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Canter Fitzgerald relief fund and BGC slash Canter's annual 9-11 charity day.
Starting point is 01:00:16 The personal consequences of whistleblowing and the retaliation, I say, followed, have been devastating from my family and me. Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnik, Canter Fitzgerald, and Jeffrey Epstein through Adfin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnik and Adfin and Epstein discussed the company directly. So that was him coming out and talking about this. We'll go back to that BBC article where I was so we can go with this. So searching 3.5 million documents. I was completely shocked, said Andres, describing the moment when he discovered his own name in the Epstein files, a massive collection of documents, photos, video, and email relating to the notorious sex offender released by the U.S. government in the past year.
Starting point is 01:01:01 The specific files in which Andres appeared related to interviews he had given to the FBI while in dispute with his former employer BGC partners, a financial brokerage firm, part of the Lutnik's Canterfichael Group. In 2016, Andres had raised concerns internally about, we already talked about all this, I don't need to go through that again. He then reported in 2021. Andres tells the BBC he was disappointed
Starting point is 01:01:24 that few had seemed interested in what he had discovered. Quote, I'm exposing Howard Lutnik's relationship financial links with Jeffrey Epstein, and there's no interest, unquote. I wonder why. In 2025, Lutnik was appointed U.S. Commerce Secretary, at which point he sold his shares in Kenner Fitzgerald and passed control of the firm to his sons. Keeping in the family.
Starting point is 01:01:42 Man, family fair. On a podcast layer that year, which is the one I was referencing with the New York Post, he claimed he'd only ever met Epstein once, 20 years earlier when they had been neighbors in Manhattan and that he had found his behavior gross. However, with the Epstein... There's the picture, Joey Deef.
Starting point is 01:01:58 With the Epstein file's release, inconsistencies began to appear in the version of events. Photo showed Lutnik with Epstein on the Sex Offender's Caribbean Island, little St. James in December 2012. When did they say that ad fit investment happened? December 28th, 2012? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:13 So this was the final meeting. Jeff, how much you gonna put in, baby? Yeah, wow. All right, I'll put in two. Wow. That's crazy. Let's say, this is going to be a good investment. We can get a little data.
Starting point is 01:02:26 That's crazy. Four years earlier in Florida, Epstein had been sent to prison for two charges of soliciting prostitution, including one with a minor. Leon Black will tell you she was 17 what are you going to do what are you going to do
Starting point is 01:02:40 that's what these scumbags tell you despite the fact that there was what like 50 girls between the ages of 12 and 14 were documented to have gone to the house only to be completely hoodwinked by the United States government covered up
Starting point is 01:02:54 and trees suspected there was yet more to find in the Epstein files that could back up his claims if only people knew where to look in the 3.5 million pages of documents and this is what I referenced everyone was searching quote Lutnik unquote he says he knew though the Canter Fitzgerald executives
Starting point is 01:03:10 preferred to use initials rather than full names in their emails so Andrease searched for HWL Howard William Lutnik And found emails sent to and from Epstein in 2018 Where they talked about all this stuff And those are the ones we read Andrease then shared the information with authorities
Starting point is 01:03:26 And Lutnik agreed to appear before the committee In an off camera hearing in May conveniently off camera Always you know we'll do it Howie we'll keep a record of it but no one has to know the parts we delete you know because if you weren't here what the fuck do you know he has not been accused of any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein and he told the committee quote i unequivocally condemn the conduct attributed to Jeffrey Epstein and everyone who participated in his illegal act listen to that joie dave
Starting point is 01:03:55 everyone who participated in his illegal activities if the alleged climbs crimes are to are to be believed here. Howard Lutnik just condemned himself. He then finishes that off with a beautiful line, Joey Dief. The survivors of his crimes deserve our respect and support. Notice he didn't say justice. Yeah. Notice he didn't say justice.
Starting point is 01:04:16 That's very deliberate. This is not a dumb man. Never, ever, ever make that mistake with people like this. Just because you hate them and you think they're no good, which is perfectly fair, obviously. You can tell I agree with you. and have strong suspicions myself. Never, ever take their intellect from them.
Starting point is 01:04:34 It's a big, big mistake. These are very intelligent people. And they are very calculated. They know what they're doing in that respect, unfortunately. Letnik repeated his claim to the committee that he did not know until this year that Epstein had been a co-investor in Advice. We just proved that wrong. However, Democrats on the committee accused him of lying and all 21 signed a letter demanding his resignation, which again, as of today, Friday, October 16th at 5 p.m. Joey Deef, he has not resigned and he continues to, you're going to get to a quote in a minute
Starting point is 01:05:04 about how much they love what he's doing in the Commerce Department. The U.S. Commerce Department told us the allegations against Letnik, here it is, were, quote, a desperate partisan distraction from the historic work of this administration. Historic. Adding that the Commerce Secretary has answered hundreds of questions before Congress and there is no evidence of wrongdoing or any legitimate cause I put in the any or legitimate cause for concern. So there's no legitimate cause
Starting point is 01:05:31 for concern. By the way, I'm going to come back, but they continued this statement. It's the last paragraph of this article. This is the White House saying speaking on behalf of Lutnik, the BBC's pathetic and desperate attempt to slander Secretary Lutnik will do nothing to change
Starting point is 01:05:48 the fact that he has been the most consequential commerce secretary in modern history. Yeah, consequential for associating with rapists, if that's what you mean. consequential for maybe a little money laundering and fraud. Pure spec. Pure speculation.
Starting point is 01:06:07 Your honor. It's pure speculation. I'm innocent man. But you notice it's never, this is where like the salesiness of Trump, not that every fucking PR department for White House has not been salesy, they all are. But it's never enough to be like, you know, we stand behind. It's never that. No, they have to be tremendous.
Starting point is 01:06:28 They got to be doing... This is the greatest in modern history. In modern history. Yeah. And it's like, why again? Donald Trump just dumped some poor broad in four days because she made them look bad. She sent her for basically like an assassination. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:47 On Sean Hannity. Where he's like, hey, Sean, I got a problem. This fucking bitch is retarded. I need you to make sure that we absolutely take out any of. opportunity for her to look remotely good. Crucifier. And Sean, it's a very entertaining six minutes and 45 seconds. He did just that. He was like, it didn't go well, your press briefing the other day. You're also not an attorney, right? Let me remind people again, you're not an attorney. Brutal. But, you know, again, a guy who will literally offload people like that in a second
Starting point is 01:07:22 when they make them look bad, not only keeps Howard Lutnik, keeps him right next to him on camera to this day. Yeah. Always laughing. Very interesting. That's as Joe Kent would say, data point. Yeah. Very big data point. So the thing about buying a prince, that's the next part of our investigation here. Another discovery, Andrice made in the Epstein files concerned in Lutnik's association with two people who knew Epstein well, the then-Prince-Antrue and his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Lettnick had been friends with Ferguson since the 1990s and was a guest at Princess Eugenie, her daughter, at Princess Eugenie's wedding in 2018. Documents in the files revealed his firm, Canter Fitzgerald, had a plan in 2013 to buy a prince, as Andres puts it, and exploit Andrew's contacts with wealthy individuals and sovereign institutions. Under the proposed terms of the deal, one million pounds would be loaned to a firm controlled by the prince, which would then be bound to do business exclusively with Canter Fitzgerald.
Starting point is 01:08:20 Epstein warned the prince's business aide, David Stern, not to be confused with NBA commissioner, David, former NBA commissioner, now to cease David Stern. It's a different David Stern. Epstein warned the prince's business aide, David Stern against the deal of the files reveal. One of his concerns, so he's going against Ludnik, Joe Defe. One of his concerns was about the exclusivity of the deal under its terms. Andrew could only introduce wealthy clients to Canter Fitzgerald and no one else. which by the way that is already dirty because you are essentially prince andrew is using his influence to go to people regardless of who they are whether they have five bucks or five billion bucks chances are it's going to do people five billion and say yeah you got to work with my friends here and as far as i know he's not going to disclose to him that he's paid by them to sell for them and he's not going to tell them that he's in that in those terms which epstein did push back against in this case if howard luttnick has has it has had had to have it has a had had his way, it would make it seem like Prince Andrews at a bar with someone saying, yeah, these guys are great.
Starting point is 01:09:22 When in reality, he is contractually obligated to only say these guys are great, and he can't say anyone else is great, or you should put your money anywhere else except this place. Yeah, it's like, it's like LeBron and his new polymarket at it. That's right. He ain't going to be pushing Kalshi. No. Brian, I don't know why you're taking that money, bro. You don't need it.
Starting point is 01:09:43 15 million a year, you're billionaire. Come on. What are you doing? Come on. What are you doing? Come on. Files indicate that advisors both Lutnik and the former Prince discussed the deal for four months from August and November 2013, but it came to nothing. So they didn't end up doing it, probably in large part because Jeffrey Epstein didn't like that deal.
Starting point is 01:10:01 Not a good deal. Asked about the deal. Canter Fitzgerald did not deny the talks took place, but told the BBC it did not go into business with the former Prince. Not for a lack of effort. Andrew Mountbatten, Windsor did not respond to a request for comment. Andres, well, it talks about because this is when he was alive, but it goes through some of the stuff we talked about with his settlements and stuff like that for the rest of the article. But we have these emails, of course, between David Stern and Epstein. And I wanted to put them in there.
Starting point is 01:10:34 So there's two sets of them. The first ones are from August 9, 2013. So Jeffrey Epstein gets an easy. email at 9.20 a.m. David Stern to, and it doesn't say to who, but you would suggest that Jeffrey Epstein's on this email, seeing as this is in the Epstein files on jmail.world. But David Stern says nuts. Charles, CD, is a one-man lawyer show who is now selling himself as PA's private lawyer. P.A. is Prince Andrew. He is talking to the Howard Legal Counsel who is in a different league. What do you think?
Starting point is 01:11:16 two question marks. Charles Douglas is on the next email at 9.56 a.m. Maybe that's the Charles he's referring to and it says to the Duke, probably referring to Prince Andrew. Libby Ferguson,
Starting point is 01:11:32 which is someone related to Sarah Ferguson, and it's C.C. to Charles Douglas, which is the same guy. That just says, it's all like it's weirdly coded because of the way it pulled from
Starting point is 01:11:49 from the file. So it just says like some business stuff like fee earner Charles Douglas CPD attending Merkel on telephone to New York City at 830 on Thursday, August 8th, not really anything right there. And then it's just very weirdly coded. So it's on the screen so you guys can look at that and go pull that email. But it later says CPD agreed to send through to SM initials, a copy of what we discuss and agreed, which will effectively be this attendance notes suitably doctored, whereupon he will double check that he is acceptable to H.L. Howard Lutnik, and we can proceed. CPD suggested that the intuition, the intention was to put the structure together as soon as possible, subject to SM telling CD, who the internal tax advisors
Starting point is 01:12:37 would be and would then plug that person into Robert Langston, but that apart, we were agnostic to which jurisdiction. USA Cayman, good place to hide some money. or otherwise as AC would simply declare his interest to HMRC in the usual way. Is that his majesty? Nah, her majesty? Nah, I don't think so.
Starting point is 01:13:06 I don't want to speculate too much there. That's a very confusing email right there. Well, that's the UK's tax payments and customs authority. Interesting. The usual way. Good pool. They do this usually.
Starting point is 01:13:21 this way. Good, pull Joey Deef. So the Duke to David Stern for your conversation with Charles. Is that email from Prince Andrew? Possibly. And then Jeffrey Epstein replies to David Stern at 3.23 p.m. No, no, no, no, no. Howard's main business is gambling in Las Vegas. That is referring to Howard Ludnik. He will have to disclose to the Las Vegas Commission his arrangement. and you will have holy hell to pay. So the deal falls, is falling apart because Jeffrey Epstein, I got, I hate giving money credit here, but he correctly does point out that BGC at the time
Starting point is 01:14:04 was heavily invested in Vegas casinos. And so because of their investments there, I look this up, they would have had to disclose any investment deals like this, which would have outed the fact that Prince Andrew was, under Howard Lettnick's proposed terms, exclusively introducing people to canter using his pizzazz
Starting point is 01:14:28 as at the time a member official acting member of the royal family and former trade envoy for the UK so those are the emails in August then there are more emails where they're trying to come to terms
Starting point is 01:14:44 in September so I want to make sure of the Times right. So August 30th, 2013 is the first email from Stephen Merkel to Charles Douglas and Libby Ferguson. Charles and Libby attached. Please find the draft term sheet. Please let me know when you would like to discuss it. Thank you to Steve Merkel. On September 2nd, 2013, David Stern wrote C attached term sheet from Howard to Prince Andrew. I think madness. They are still at it. We kill it, question mark. Jeffrey Epstein responds very quickly afterwards on September 7th.
Starting point is 01:15:20 second, no predetermined split and even then payouts made only if they choose to, question mark, it's crazy. So, redacted wrote, I'm guessing that's David Stern. I don't know why that's redacted. Kill the whole thing, question mark. PA lawyer is out of his depth. Jeffrey Epstein replies, no. Let's do a little counter.
Starting point is 01:15:42 Suggest a counter. 50-50 split, first one million to offset loan, no subs acting without written agreement as to fee and profits. No exclusivity. Jeffrey Epstein didn't. He's wheeling and dealing. He didn't like Prince Andrew being tied down. He's like, you don't put a great white shark in a fucking tank. You let it swim.
Starting point is 01:16:02 On Monday, September 2nd at 9.22 a.m. Like a minute later, instead of 50, redacted wrote, again, I think this is David Stern. Instead of 50-50, can we do 40, 40, 20? 20 for me. Come on. I respect his hustle. He's like, dude, I know. We said I was going to get 20 on this.
Starting point is 01:16:23 So can I get that 20? This is the original Prince Andrew idea. So he signed off one. He was like, that's good, fam. And then Jeffrey Epstein wrote, or David Stern wrote to Jeffrey Epstein later. Or Epstein wrote yes. And then he said, donka. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:16:40 Donka, Sean. Thank you. I guess David's speaking German now. That's a full you can't make this shit up moment. It's good stuff. But we also have the agreement right there. Is that Joe Deef? This is the agreement for referrals.
Starting point is 01:16:53 This is from the Epstein files. The agreement for, I'm not going to read this whole fucking thing, but you guys can find it. It's EFTA-01-4160. It's EFTA-1-4-160. If you guys would like to look up this eight-page agreement for yourself. But this agreement for referrals,
Starting point is 01:17:10 the quote-unquote agreement, is made and entered into as of the blank day of November 2013 between canter opportunities. LLC. Gotta get that opportunity going. A limited liability company organized under the laws of whose office is located at 110
Starting point is 01:17:30 East 59th Street, New York, New York 10022, Cantor and Uramore Limited, or UML, a private limited company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom whose registered office is located at 17 Abermaral Street, London, United Kingdom W1S4HP.
Starting point is 01:17:48 UML is effectively Prince Andrews front company, if you will, here, what he's using as the vehicle to make this agreement. So that is a real thing. And Canter did confirm there were discussions about it as we read when they were asked about in 2026, but that no business was done. And that is true. But this guy, Simon Andres, was able to put all this stuff together and ended up losing his life. However, that didn't end up happening. It's been reported as he unalived himself, as I said, and I have reason to believe that that actually is possible in this case.
Starting point is 01:18:27 I'm not saying that's definitely what happened, to be clear. But it is such a shame that once again, someone who potentially bravely here was putting together a lot of information that some people maybe didn't one found is now not with us to discuss it. As we always say, Joey D, if you and I love life, we are having a great time out here. to make soon. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We're filming 21 podcast in 23 days. Yeah, yeah. Before Thanksgiving, like, don't do me up. I'm enjoying myself. So, yeah, I don't, I don't experiment with belts in any way whatsoever. The only thing they do is they go around my waist sometimes when I'm wearing
Starting point is 01:19:05 jeans, you know, I don't keep loaded weapons around in any respect. No. You know, I don't have a That's right. Except for these. That's right. Those knuckles stay red at all times, ripped up and red. Weapons. If you know, you know. But yeah, we're good around here.
Starting point is 01:19:24 So I just, I just want to be very, very clear. Very clear about that. But there is a fundraiser for Simon's son after his death. And like sadly, his family had to come out on his Twitter. And there's a statement there, D. It's like the bottom link. And talk about how that fundraiser is actually. real and they're trying to support them because now people are like trying to spread
Starting point is 01:19:47 rumors that it's not and stuff but i had mentioned the fca which is as diff looked up effectively the uk's SEC had not properly protected simon as a whistleblower when he went to them about all this stuff and now were we able to get that article the one he's urged to resign you were that's right you've you screenshot yeah yeah i have it right here So the FCA boss urged to resign over Epstein whistleblower review. Campaigners challenge regulators' decision to let one of its own non-executive directors investigate how it dealt with Simon Andries before his death. Let's go down.
Starting point is 01:20:27 The chairman of the FCA has been urged to resign by a transparency campaigner of its handling review. The whistleblowers, Ashley Adler was challenged repeatedly at the regulator's annual meeting on Tuesday about its decision to use one of its non-executive directors to conduct a review into its whistleblowing operas. after the death of Simon Andres, a British banker. Andres had put forth allegations the link between Lutnik and Jeffrey Epstein, the American financier and convicted pedophile. However, Andres said he felt, quote, thoroughly let down, unquote, by the support he received.
Starting point is 01:20:58 The banker first reported that Andres, who had been living in Cornwall, died by unaliving himself last week. No official cause of death has been publicly released at the time of this article. The FCA has said a review will be conducted by Leah Patterson, who joined his board as a non-executive director at the start of this month. during the regulators meeting attended by more than 200 people in person in edinburgh shout out to edinburgh we'll be there soon and hundreds more online paul carlier a former foreign exchange trader and whistleblower said there was a need for an external review to avoid
Starting point is 01:21:29 another catastrophic tragedy in basically like in review the people who were in charge when all this happened and now this guy simon is unfortunately no longer with us are they're all still in positions and nothing's happening to them despite the fact that they dropped the ball so terribly. So I don't even know Dief if we need to even do the Gielan Maxwell thing. Basically, there was an article that Prince Andrew had gone to Gielan Maxwell. This is just like added in there. Just throw it on the fire.
Starting point is 01:22:07 He went to Gieland Maxwell and suggested. suggested that he needed new inappropriate friends. This is from the Financial Times in December 2025, which by the way, I don't think I mentioned this, but the Financial Times reported on these Epstein Prince Andrew links all the way back in February long before even the BBC did and went and got Simon and stuff, but it went under the radar at the FT. That's fucking crazy. Classic. But anyway, a person appearing to be former Prince Andrew emailed Gulen Maxwell asking if she had, quote, any new inappropriate friends, unquote, for him, and discussed procuring girls ahead of an official royal visit to Peru.
Starting point is 01:22:49 The latest Epstein files released by the U.S. Department of Justice for shown. The emails will further deepen the controversy and the conduct of the former prince, now known as Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, following previous claims that he had sex on three occasions with one of Jeffrey Epstein's victims, Virginia and Robert Schifrey when she was 17. Seems par for the course for me, Joy, Dief. Yeah, sadly. Unfortunately. But the other one involves another timeline problem for Prince Andrew, which is that in May 2010, when Jeffrey Epstein was still a guest of the government at the time in his nice little posh downtown West Palm Beach office that he spent 13 hours of his day at, which included visits from women, some of whom may not have been legal age, you know, while he was supposed to be in prison.
Starting point is 01:23:36 Prince Andrew was seeking his advice on how to get in around investment rules as what he was at the time still the UK trade envoy and of course a working member of the royal family. So this is from the Financial Times also in February 26. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor discussed ways around restrictions on his making investments while a UK trade representative and shared official documents from the role with Jeffrey Epstein for. files from the role with Jeffrey Epstein files released by the U.S. Department of Justice Show. Mountbatten Windsor also sought to make representation on Epstein's behalf to the Emir of Qatar when the Gulf ruler was on a state visit to the UK, according to the files, released as part of the Justice Department's investigation.
Starting point is 01:24:25 So let me get that straight. He sought to make representations on Epstein's behalf to the fucking head of Qatar while the guy was on an official visit for government business to the UK. On behalf of Epstein, while that dude is sitting in prison in the United States as a convicted petto. It's biz, dude. Now, if you remember, those famous pictures,
Starting point is 01:24:54 can we pull them up, Andrew, Prince Andrew and Epstein in Central Park? Those famous pictures in, I want to say that was December 2010, of Prince Andrew taking a nice stroll in Central Park. Park very close to Jeffrey Epstein's town home. Prince Andrew describes this visit to New York in which he stated Epstein's home as his way of officially cutting ties with Epstein and saying goodbye because he could no longer associate with him. Yet in the same year, earlier that year, albeit, but in the same year, he's going to this guy like it's biz as usual to try to get his advice while he's serving time
Starting point is 01:25:33 in prison, try to give his advice on how to handle very diplomatic international matters and how to represent Epstein's interest because obviously he couldn't be there at the time. Because that's the allegation. Maybe he would have been able to pull up. He's like, yo, pull up, fam.
Starting point is 01:25:47 I'm doing him a favor. Use that other passport. You got it. Yeah. Right? But this is him. That's a beautiful picture of Andrew saying, listen, what do you think he was saying? Listen, we can't be friends anymore, Jeffrey.
Starting point is 01:25:59 I showed all the parties. Yes, it was beautiful. He said, I haven't even. better idea. Why don't you and me double down on this thing? That's right. That was the second way. He's like it was a full Leo DiCaprio. I'm not fucking leaving. Yeah. He's like it's come doing it. I'm not fucking leaving. They already know that I'm a bad boy. Why don't I get even more bad? Why don't I get even more bad is right. But it would appear to me that I use this phrase a lot when you look at the context
Starting point is 01:26:32 of the allegations against Howard Ludnik and you look at all the layers of them and you look at the provable lies that he has told on the public record and literally now under oath, even after all this stuff came out.
Starting point is 01:26:48 To say that there is not a there there with this guy as it pertains to Jeffrey Epstein is an incredibly difficult case to make in the court of public opinion. Whether or not it's incredibly difficult case to make in a courtroom where your job is to prove beyond a reasonable doubt about criminal implications of of partnerships or involvement with Jeffrey Epstein,
Starting point is 01:27:15 that's a different matter. I mean, look, Diddy didn't even get convicted for the most serious crimes because the government made it an awful case and they didn't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. you know so i wish the world were simple is you know this guy of course put him in in fucking court in front of jury his peers and you can be found guilty but it's not that simple sure isn't that said what is simple to me is when you have awful awful specs different way to use it right there awful specs not referring to snapchat specs by the way we got to watch that these days joey d I know everyone out there is a side note. I know everyone has been waiting with baited breath on the merch.
Starting point is 01:27:59 The merch has been ready since the summer. My trademark attorney has been going back and forth with Snapchat over the use of the term pure spec because they were trying to make a claim that it related to their specs lenses or whatever, which is, which it does not. And knock on wood, I was on a phone with him today. And we should be getting this through soon and we will be hitting the button and you guys can get hoodies and t-shirts and. and what else we got in there, beef. Yeah, we got beanies,
Starting point is 01:28:26 and we got the whole nine yards, stickers. Yeah, we got everything. So it is coming. I know everyone asked me about that every week. We've been on this. It's just like you've got to let the trademark thing and all that go through. So just looking at the specs of it here,
Starting point is 01:28:41 obviously it don't look good for Howard Lutnik. But the specs of Howard Lutnik also continuing to be employed and doing it with such an indignant, fuck you. Yeah, that don't go down right with me. And I just take a particular hatred for people like that because he's telling you what I said earlier. He's above you. You're nothing to him.
Starting point is 01:29:12 Your opinion? What opinion? I'll go courtside to the Knicks in the finals. What are you going to do about it? Nothing. Nothing. And I've always said this. And I'll say this again.
Starting point is 01:29:25 Don't give these people what they want. When they're in public, do not do anything that is outside of your constitutional rights. Do not attack these people, these people referring to the Howard Lutniks of the world. Do not come at these people. Do not get in their space. But you are allowed to be verbal.
Starting point is 01:29:42 And if you see him and want to throw him a good, fuck you, Howard, label him however you want to do it, from a safe distance where you're not invading his space and no criminal things could possibly be used against you in saying things as is your First Amendment right, then you should fucking do it. The fact that that guy was able to sit court-side
Starting point is 01:30:02 at a Knicks playoff game and then later I think of the finals, maybe he was in a box, and do so peacefully without being, having the shit heckled out of him, is an embarrassment. People are so busy fucking heckling Wembe and Yama, that's fine.
Starting point is 01:30:14 Obviously, he's playing against them in the finals. Yeah. Heckled a fucking guy who's friends with the dude racemps. How about that? Come on. Before we sign off, Joey Diff, happy trails. What was her name again? The fucking, the four-day press secretary lady?
Starting point is 01:30:35 Oh, I'm Zakaria. What's her first name? I couldn't, I didn't have time to remember it. Yeah. Can we get it? It's Katie. Katie Zakaria. Happy Trails.
Starting point is 01:30:46 She lasted 40% of a scaramucci. Yep. Who lasted, I believe, 10 days during Trump admin one. But, you know, who went. ever made the call. Like, I was just trying to think of, like, the casting room where they have each of the candidates, like read off a dummy press reading. Whoever watched this lady do a press reading and said, yeah, that's the one.
Starting point is 01:31:10 You should be fired to. Because, like, she got up there, like a deer in the headlights the other day. It was like nails on the chalkboard watch. I was like, oh, my God, she's really going to do this. Yeah. And it was, like I said, Hannity crushed her. That's the last time we're going to have a Chinese attorney as our press secretary. First and last time.
Starting point is 01:31:34 That was the other thing. You see Trump's like double take back when they were. So she was standing behind Trump like in the Rose Garden while he's doing an impromptu presser after she just did her presser. And she's like standing there like this in her sunglasses. And the press like leans behind Trump and says to her, they're like, where are you, where did you take the bar exam? And she leans far away. when I was in China or something like that, you just see Trump go, what? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:03 And come back, like, what the fuck did she just say? Yeah. So apparently he went to her today and said like, listen, you don't need to get here. You don't got to do this. You don't got to do it. I think you should leave. So they're saying like she's stepping aside and then the reports are she was officially fired. I got to think she was fired because, who.
Starting point is 01:32:22 It's a tough one. It's a tough one. But you know what she did? Kimberly Guilfoyle, who officially resigned the other day, she was a real gym, as the U.S. ambassador to Greece after this whole thing came out. I know what you're going to say. So at the first press conference, that train wreck 14 and a half minutes, one of the three questions that Zakaria took was regarding Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Starting point is 01:32:48 And I have the clip, I think, right there. Is it the second one? the New York Post one? I'm trying to find it. Oh, fuck. Did I not put the clip there? That's my bad. But I'll kill time while Dief is getting it.
Starting point is 01:33:01 But she was asked about Kimberly Gelfoyle, who at the time had not resigned. This is on Tuesday. And she just kind of knotted along. And by the way, she's also like an up talker. So everything she says is like, as a question, you know, which is not very helpful when you're the press secretary. No offense. but she goes in, Deafs got it, and is asked about Kimberly Gilfoyle
Starting point is 01:33:25 and says this, and I know somewhere Tim Dillon sat back and said, cinema. Here we go. And I have two questions for you. I can. First of all, on Kimberly Gilfoyle, the Daily Mail has been reporting on her since last year.
Starting point is 01:33:41 The president said yesterday to reporters that he is considering firing her. Do you know a timeline for that? And also, potentially, who could be on the short list, replace her if he does. We have asked Ambassador Guil to resign. She has been a wonderful asset to the team and we wish her well. We wish her well.
Starting point is 01:34:01 Okay. That's it. That's all I'm asking. They wish her well. She did the little nod too. We wish her well. But Kimba, I think I'll talk about this next week. Kimberly Gilfoyle allegedly has a burnbook of all the drama because
Starting point is 01:34:18 this is where Trump is such a fucking liar on stuff. And it is like, it's, it's, it's kind of funny when it's a situation like this, I'll admit. But he was asked about Gilfoyle this week. He's like, well, I didn't know her that well. This fucking lady was engaged to his son for four years. She was the middle of the whole political universe for him. She spoke at the GOP conventions on his behalf. She stood backstage with him every fucking place they went. She stayed at Moralaga while he was there. Worked in D.C. He named her ambassador as a, oh, I'm sorry. after his son dumped her for Epstein's banker's daughter or whatever the fuck, Petina Anderson.
Starting point is 01:34:56 Like, and then he's like, yeah, I really didn't know her well. Didn't like what I was reading, though. Just throws her under the bus. It was fucking hilarious, though. But she allegedly has a burn book with a lot of information that people aren't going to want to know. And there's this other guy. I want to do more work on this, but this Trump donor, Eric Dieter's, I think his name is, who was at the middle of the ultimate scandal that brought her down,
Starting point is 01:35:18 which is that she was asking him to pay down her hundred. $100,000 plus Amex bill in return for influence for something he wanted in the Trump administration, which was effectively like a quid pro quo, which is totally illegal. And so that's what took her out. But he's had some interesting things to say about where some bodies are buried and stuff like that. So we're going to monitor that and probably look at that next week. But shout out to Katie Zakaria. Shout out to Kimberly Guilfoyle. We barely knew you. Shout out to Howard Lutnik. I told you, I'm never going to give up on you. I'm not quitting on you, fucking Howie.
Starting point is 01:35:55 I ain't quitting on you. There's work to be done, Howard. There's work to be done, Howard. Pure spec, as we say. Yes, yes, yes. Can't be sure of anything, but rest and peace to Simon Andries. Yeah. That said, you know what it is?
