Starting point is 00:00:57 New season hits September 18th on Paramount Plus. I can't even walk. That's pretty exciting, though. That's kind of cool, right? Yeah, it's cool where TikTok could take you. I'm like, oh my god, y'all making me feel like I'm Kylie Jenner. Yeah, sometimes I would cook for the whole family. Wow.
Starting point is 00:01:10 But it kind of like double because my dad is loki big, so he would eat like three plates. Hi guys, welcome back to the Dutchess podcast. Oh my gosh, you guys know we are a few and far between with guests because the guests have to be just so iconic, so major, so epic. We have one of the fastest ones are like, not a bona fide star, okay? You might know him from Stream University, your favorite stream or my favorite, my favorite cook. My favorite chef over here, Benji, Bejie Chavez. Hey! Welcome!
Starting point is 00:02:01 No, thank you guys for having me here. This is so surreal for me. You are a major start. You're like literally everywhere. You're on every podcast, every stream there is. I can't wait to know so much about you. Oscar introduced me to you first. He was like Benji icon from Streamer University.
Starting point is 00:02:18 That's where you first. I know. It's all the clips. Yes. Do you see the clips? Okay. How do you have time? Because you're always streaming, right?
Starting point is 00:02:23 Like, you stream... IRL? Yeah. Right now, I'm taking a little break. I'll looky been neglecting them, but... The streams? Yeah, like a week. What have you been doing?
Starting point is 00:02:33 Here, I'm put it down a little, sorry. Okay, there. Nothing just being a bum. Okay. I'll just keep... Well, I'm moving out, so I... We've been packing my house, and, like, I feel like I didn't want to stream in the mess.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Because I haven't... Yeah, and they be judging everything. They're like, oh, my God, the mess? They need a clean. But you're really... real you're in the middle of a move you know what i mean that's getting real life but i gotta be fake sometimes and act like my house is always clean like you're like to show the good part just show the clean part i like i don't want to show the mess yeah so you'll be moving in the next week yeah hopefully um
Starting point is 00:03:10 i i've applied to a few places and they all rejected me i always get rejected by everyone no why do you think because you're a streamer because you're young i don't know what it is but they were like oh um well let you know and then they would let me know that same day they were like unfortunately you guys did not qualify sorry wait really do you think it's like just because you guys are all so young maybe it could be that yeah because um my friends went to one of this yeah how's and they they looked at him like like oh yeah little judgment like a little okay yeah they were like are you sure gonna be able to afford this they were like I was like what like they're no way they'd be saying that wait did they actually say they were just more that look you just
Starting point is 00:03:50 Yeah, no, they said that. They were like, oh, would you be able to pay, like... Stop it. Oh, my gosh. Like, they think that we can't afford it. I'm like, you're like, I am the streamer. I am the number one streamer, maybe. Did you ever see the movie Selena where they do that to her at the mall?
Starting point is 00:04:05 And then all the people start coming to her. And they're like, she's here for the Grammys. Yeah. And then she's like, oh, you're Slina. And they're like, we don't need this. And then everyone's like, Selina's here. And then everyone's just running from the mall. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:04:15 And I was like, I love it. The Chico de la Apatamito Zincre. Oh, yes. Yes, I love it. That's one of my favorite movie. I love did you know that movie. I mean, it was probably... No, I love, I love Selena.
Starting point is 00:04:22 It was out. The movie probably was out before you were born? Yeah, like 1998. Were you born in the 90s or 2000s? It was in almost 2000. I think it got released like 1998. Oh, the movie, yeah, the movie was in the 90s, but when were you released? When did you come out?
Starting point is 00:04:38 I was released in 2003. Oh my God. We were just talking about people not to be like Grim, but we were just talking about people who weren't around for 9-11, so that's like so crazy. You were after that. My sister was born in 911. What? On 9-11?
Starting point is 00:04:50 Well, two years after, but it was her birthday. Are you guys twins? Uh... Because she's born two years later? Two years after 9-11? Oh, no, we're not twins. Oh. She's...
Starting point is 00:05:02 Wait, which... I don't know either. No, she was born two years before. Before 9-11. Yeah. Because you were born two years after, so I was like, oh, are you born at the same time? Oh, so she was alive during that time. Yeah, she was, uh, it was her birthday and that's when, like, everything happened.
Starting point is 00:05:18 So her birthday is 9-11? Yeah. Like 1999. Yeah, and then everyone's like always so sad and so sad that day. And then we're like, yay, happy birthday. I mean, people have to be born on that day, too. So I get that. It's not her fault.
Starting point is 00:05:33 I mean, she did. Yeah, it's kind of depressing, though. I'm like, you should have been born on 9-12 instead. Yeah, if you can push it a little bit. But, again, not to be grim, but like the flights are cheaper statistically on that day. They are. I'm not even being funny. Really?
Starting point is 00:05:47 Yes, if you fly somewhere. I guess people are scared maybe like a jinx bad mojo yeah bad yeah which is like a chance of happen that twice is like you know anyways not to be all like dark on your episode does she fly a lot no but she's never flown oh ever no she's never has she been on her plane oh yeah i'm a liar okay she barely but she had she she doesn't fly that much when was the last airplane you were on where did you go where was your last uh where was my last flight was it brazil oh why did you go to brazil oh why did you go to brazil I went
Starting point is 00:06:21 Oh no I went to Texas recently too I just wanted to flex a Brazil I know I'm like Brazil Was it a streamer university that I went to Oh yeah Streamer University Where was that?
Starting point is 00:06:32 Was that in Was that in North Carolina? Atlanta? It was in my own No no Somewhere in the midwark The south? Arkansas
Starting point is 00:06:41 Arkansas Arkansas Why was it there? I don't know It was so hard to That's so weird Okay, so yes, okay, maybe we should start with there because that's obviously your iconic moments.
Starting point is 00:06:52 That's where we discovered you. How did you get on Streamer University? We were very excited when you got accepted. I saw that he, like, released the trailer. And then I commented, I was like, ooh, I will be applying. You put the little seat out there. Yeah, and then, like, the comment got a lot of likes. So I was like, oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:07:09 Like, this is actually for real. It was like, like, I thought I could get in, but I didn't really believe it. I didn't really think people actually wanted me to get in so bad. So I made like a little like video Like explaining why I wanted to be part of stream university And it like blew up so fast And Kaysenna reposted it like in the next like hours
Starting point is 00:07:30 Oh he did himself Yeah Wow That's really cool After like a few days it's like I'm just waiting anxiously I'm like will I get accepted? Will I not?
Starting point is 00:07:40 I was like oh I was like My name's not going to come on And suddenly he's like Bandit Chavez I'm like ah I made it Oh that's so exciting University. Yeah. So did your family, did your roommates, your family?
Starting point is 00:07:50 Did they all know that you applied? Yeah, they were all, like, supportive. My brother was actually the one that helped me record the video. Like, because I went to my roof, and that's where I did it. I went like, I would like, because I have this thing where growing up I would go to my roof and just, like, reminence and watch this guy and shit. And, wait, are we allowed to cuss? You can cuss. Yeah, say whatever.
Starting point is 00:08:17 I'm like, I don't want this demonetized. Yes, I love when someone knows. Yeah, I had this thing, so I was like, oh, like, it would be good if I just recorded the video in my roof. And I recorded it, and yeah, I got accepted to Streamer University and we went. I feel like you can't move from actually from that house. That's, like, so magical. Is it the same house that you, like, grew up in? Yeah, but I moved out like a year ago.
Starting point is 00:08:42 Oh, so the last room you're moving from is not that house with the roof. Yeah, it's not the same house. But still your parents' house, so they're, like, living in. Yeah, it's like my childhood home. Oh my gosh. You're from Bakersfield? Right now, yeah. Soon I'm going to be L.A. boy.
Starting point is 00:08:55 Where were you born and raised? I was born. It's called Porterville, California. It's like heading towards Bakersfield, but pretty far from there. There's still like an hour and 20 from Bakersfield. It's like in the valley, like where all the fields are at and everything. Have you guys ever been by Bakersfield? I have, yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Yeah. Yeah, I've driven up there before. I've gone through it to Vegas, right? It goes through Bakersfield to get to Vegas or not? I don't know. Do you? My Arby's. Is there a lot of Arbyes up there?
Starting point is 00:09:26 There are Arbyes. There are Arbyesville. Yeah, Victorville. It's by Victorville. Victorville, too? Like, Bakersfield, Victorville? Victorville, I think it's like heading towards... On the way, yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:36 No, it's like far from... Okay. It's like the whole other side. I feel like I've been through Bakersfield before. What's going on in Bakersfield? What's up there for you? Well, to be honest, nothing. for me right now.
Starting point is 00:09:47 What led you there? Oh. What was the calling? Well, Bakersfield is like 30 minutes from where I live. So I decided to move there. That's like the LA to where I used to live before. Okay. Like living there for me was like, oh shit, this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:10:05 Like more of the city. Yeah. Because where I was born, it's like, or where I grew up in, it's like such a small town. It's like 2,000 population. Oh, wow. really small. Yeah, but everybody would be like having babies now, so it might have went up
Starting point is 00:10:22 to $3,000. Oh my gosh. Everyone, they multiply, they double, that's crazy. Yeah, I don't know why. Like, every time I go back, I'm like, oh my God, someone has a baby. Oh, my God. Kind of love that. That's like, that's good. That's, you know,
Starting point is 00:10:36 but it's like, everybody knows each other there. Okay. So everyone knows everyone. So that's, that moving to Bakersfield was like, oh, like, it's better. Now, do people like see you as like a celebrity
Starting point is 00:10:49 back home? Are they just like, damn he really did it? No, yeah, I remember one time I went to my town, like I went back and everyone was just like telling me like,
Starting point is 00:11:01 oh, we're proud of you and everything. I was like, oh my God. They're like, we're always watching your streams. I'm like, oh. That's really cool. Because your streams get a lot of views.
Starting point is 00:11:11 So where did it start for you? Like, where were you like how many of a streamer first? Did you start YouTube? because you have a YouTube channel as well where you're like cooking and I started on TikTok live I that's where I started two years ago um it started more like with my family and everything like I would just started going life for fun because I was like bored I was just going to college going back and forth back and forth so I was like let me just post videos for fun and then little by little
Starting point is 00:11:36 I got more comfortable I used to be an introvert I wouldn't talk and then going on live made me more talkative like I started talking about everything um talking shit out everywhere. I just get it. We're talking about, like, local people? Yeah, like local people that piss me off. I was just telling the stories about, like, this person was a bitch.
Starting point is 00:11:55 Like, yeah, and people would just join up for that. And, like, I had this thing where, like, I would just, like, cook with my family, and people liked their dynamic. So they started joining my TikTok lives, and most of my followers are from going live on TikTok. Wow. It's so funny because I don't imagine you was introverted at all.
Starting point is 00:12:14 Because like you're always in situations with other streamers. And like it feels like anxiety hates to see you coming. Right. It feels like you do not gap at all, especially IRL streaming. So were you ever anxious doing those? Like when you're shopping, like, I know you go to stores and you're just like shopping, your IRL streaming and then people are coming up to you all the time. Do you ever get anxious about that?
Starting point is 00:12:35 I do be getting anxious because like sometimes they're rude. They're like, oh, like stop recording me. And then they think like they think I'm purposely. trying to record others and I'm like, oh my God, what do I do? So I still get nervous in those situations and I put the camera away. But... But they come up to you? Yeah, the people that are rude?
Starting point is 00:12:55 Yeah, so, like, like, you're streaming and then people come up and say, but are they your fans? Or are just people in the mall? No, sometimes even fans are like, don't record me, don't record me. I'm like, yeah, I won't record you. But they see you recording. Why would people even come up to you? If I saw someone recording and everyone would be an out,
Starting point is 00:13:07 just like walk on the other side. Why don't they just walk on the inside of you? No, yeah. I think just some people don't... That's so weird. It's like everyone is filming themselves now That's so odd, okay? No, yeah
Starting point is 00:13:17 Respectful King So you're like, okay, I'll I'm like, okay, watch the floor stream And my stream gets mad too My stream gets mad They're like, they know you stream Like why are they gonna tell you to put it down? I'm like, oh, okay
Starting point is 00:13:31 No, if I say like a person's streaming We see like live streamers all the time And no way Because that's even more awkward To go up to a streamer and be like Stop filming me I'd rather just be like let me just go away You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:13:40 Like not be in it, that's so weird I don't like being rude so I still take it I tell my stream Just watch the floor for right now Talk to my brother Because my brother's my camera man Oh I was wondering how that works
Starting point is 00:13:53 Okay so you're just with a phone Your brother's just with the phone Oh no Well now I use a camera Well depending on where I'm at Because if you use a phone In certain areas Sometimes the network doesn't work
Starting point is 00:14:06 So I have this little backpack Not for 30K backpack What is it? I don't know about this It's like the cat It's like the stream right. So the backpack, I have a low-income backpack. For now. For now.
Starting point is 00:14:18 For now. Yeah. I'm sorry. No, you're going to kick me. I'll kick you. I'm on the off. I'm going to go off. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:25 So basically. So you have the backpack. Yeah. The backpack has like different networks to where it connects. And a regular phone isn't able to do that. So what's it connect to? It connects. It's like a, it's like carrying a Wi-Fi box with you.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Oh, like a hotspot? Yeah. Something like that. And you just put it. it over like my brother just puts it around here and he connects it to the camera it's like a regular camera and it's like a star link in there or something where just they never goes out it's just always Wi-Fi it's still lagged in certain spots but usually it works in spaces where the phone wouldn't work that's really cool like large crowds it will work sometimes but if it's too bad like horrible
Starting point is 00:15:06 like it will work so if you have a camera like this and it's connected to a Wi-Fi where and you're streaming to TikTok? Twitch, yeah. Are they paying you? Yeah. Love that. I like, I love that. Are you not supposed to know?
Starting point is 00:15:19 No, yeah. Okay, I love that. No, yeah. You should be like top Twitch creator. So then it's like you're logged onto Twitch on like a computer and it streams there. How are you streaming to Twitch, I guess? How's that stream going through? It's like, it's confusing.
Starting point is 00:15:31 It's like learning math. But once you get the hang of it, you get the hang of it. Okay. You just connect the Wi-Fi box to the Twitch. It's not a, it's like a router, like your Wi-Fi box. I'm right yeah but Twitch is in the router yeah you connect the Twitch inside most is getting so it's a hot spot and Twitch is in the hot spot basically yes yeah and then it goes directly to like mind you Tricia doesn't know to like find an old
Starting point is 00:15:59 email so this is that is very true I do not know how to connect anything I get confused too I have people who help me sometimes I don't know how to fix fix certain parts of my stream so I just call my mom I'm like mine can you help me with this oh my gosh it's really complicated Because even like I, whenever I stream a little bit, like, from home to game or whatever, when something, like, doesn't work, I kind of panic. Because I don't know how to fix it. Like, someone set it up for me. So now anytime something is wrong, I'm like, okay, well, no stream.
Starting point is 00:16:25 So it's kind of hard. No, especially when they're inpatient. They be like, fix it, fix it, fix it. Flagg, worst streamer ever. Oh, my God. So your own kids tell you sometimes. Sometimes they're like, oh, like, lock in, fix the Wi-Fi. Like, sometimes they're all.
Starting point is 00:16:43 They want me to be like a magic genie and go inside the Wi-Fi and become Wi-Fi myself. I don't know. You're doing pretty good for 22 years old and figuring all that out. That's very good. I can never be an IRS rumor because I don't know how that works. You wouldn't try it at least? She gets very anxious also. Like, where she thinks she's going to get jumped.
Starting point is 00:17:03 Like anytime she's up. Well, you could just do like. Do you have security? Desktop. No. Desktop. What do you mean? Like at home.
Starting point is 00:17:09 Oh. Yeah, like a computer and then. That's true. But then people know I'm home. I just don't like people knowing where I'm at. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, which is kind of the point to streaming, I suppose. Yes.
Starting point is 00:17:18 Yes. Do you bring security with you? No, I don't because I get shy. Okay. You get shy with security. Well, they can just protect you. I feel like if I ever had security, like the people around were going to be like,
Starting point is 00:17:30 well, he really thinks he saw that. It's just like embarrassing for me. You're like a streamer. You have expensive equipment. People know where you're, I mean, it's very logical. I think. But it doesn't make sense in certain areas.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Like, when I go to large crowds and stuff like that, it is important. How is that? for you or do you get like mobbed depending if it's like well now my my followers are getting a little more diverse uh-huh but before it was usually only like Hispanics okay so whenever I would go to a concert here whenever I go to a concert anywhere yeah sometimes it does get crazy and I'm like I can't even walk so that's pretty exciting though that's kind of cool right yeah it's cool tick to take you I'm like oh my god y'all make me feel like I'm Kylie Jenner
Starting point is 00:18:08 you are you are the way people like flocked you and just love you like and you You are so humble, like, you're so humble about everything. Like, you drove here. I was like, can I get you a car? Can I get you? Like, you're like, I'll just drive myself. And you came from two hours away. It came from Bakersfield.
Starting point is 00:18:20 Yeah, I'm used to it. It's fine. And you're by yourself? You came by yourself? Mm-hmm. It's like, I'm so. I was like, you guys want to come? They were like, oh, I'm tired.
Starting point is 00:18:29 It's like literally 2 p.m. They're like, we're still sleeping. That's wild. It's because they got stuck in the mountains yesterday for like seven hours. Oh, my God. Because they went to L.A., and then they went back over there because they lived with me.
Starting point is 00:18:42 Oh. What happened? What happened? Yeah. Yeah, it was like a traffic jam and they closed the whole, like, mountains by the grapevine. By the grapevine.
Starting point is 00:18:53 Yeah, it's heading towards Bakersfield. Oh, my gosh. That's, oh, you know. I don't know where. That's, okay. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know by numbers. I just know great.
Starting point is 00:19:02 You'll know soon. He'll be a freeway, girl. You're going to be in L.A. Oh, my God. So are you going to live in like one of those houses, like the hype houses where they're, Like, what's the other one that Rice Gum lived? Remember that was like six-story ones?
Starting point is 00:19:12 Oh, yeah. The glass houses. Ooh, I'm not that richness. I feel like you must be with streaming and... I'm trying to get there. Yeah. Because it do be expensive. I'd be spending a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:19:23 I'd be looking at my bank account and I'm like, oh, my God, where did I spend that much from? Where do you spend the money? I'm a spend her too. It's Uber eats DoorDash. That'll get you. That's getting to me. It does add up. Those extra orders do add up.
Starting point is 00:19:35 They do. But you cook. You cook a lot, too. Well, now I'm kind of performative with it. I only cook whenever I'm on stream. I'm like, okay. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Do you enjoy it? I do enjoy it, but I just, DoorDash got to me. But your food looks good. I was watching it because I'm very much into cooking videos. I try to do it. My husband tried to do it. And you're very good at it.
Starting point is 00:19:57 Like, it looks delicious. Like, I'm going to go on there. It's because my mom, I'm grateful for that because you know how there's moms that are like, oh, only my daughter's going to learn how to cook. Yeah. My mom wasn't like that. She was equal with all of us. Aw.
Starting point is 00:20:07 So she was, whenever I was hungry and was craving something, she would be like, do it and she would teach me like basically like, you do it, like don't just expect it. Oh, that's very good. And my sister would teach me how to cook and then I would look at it on YouTube videos. Uh-huh. And so I would cook for the whole family. Wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:26 That's not easy to do, like to cook for, how many people are in your family? It's five. Wow. When it was five back then, but my sister, she got pregnant. I had two babies. Oh, now are seven. Are you cooking for seven now? Not right now because I don't live with them.
Starting point is 00:20:42 But basically, yeah, sometimes I would cook for the whole family. Wow. But it kind of like double because my dad is low-key big. So he would eat like three plates. Honestly, if I came over, I'd want three plates too. It's so good. What do you cook? Like what's your like favorite thing to cook or your best dish?
Starting point is 00:20:58 I like cooking like a lot of like steak and rice, beans. And spicy food. Like, yeah, always has to be. spicy. And I remember at streaming university too, everyone was such a big fan of your cooking. Was it Lizzo that like came over? I was like, oh, this was the best. Yeah. What did you? What were you cooking that she came over?
Starting point is 00:21:18 I made a can go out so randomly. Everyone, I was so confused. I didn't know what to do in Streamer University. I was like, I have to think outside the box. So someone brought up the idea of doing a carnasad and I was like, wait, like should I do? Do you guys know what a carnazada is? Oh my God. We love it. It's our favorite dish at salsa and beer. Have you ever been there?
Starting point is 00:21:39 I think I have. In North Hollywood. Oh, well, you're not in L.A. Yeah, but one of my favorites is they have a carnia sata at the salsa beer. It's so hard of made. I think I have. It does sound familiar. Yeah, it's kind of like a wagon wheel.
Starting point is 00:21:48 It's like a brown wagon wheel in North Hollywood. It's like a really popular one. Anyways, sorry. But then at the night markets, too, they have carniasada like nachos, carnia sada fries. And they're like, it's our favorite, but it's so hard to cook. So you can cook a carnia sada. Oh, well, I had the help of a few people, my brother, one of my friends will that I met in Streaming University and the cooking ladies from Streaming University,
Starting point is 00:22:06 the ones that were making the food for us. In the cafeteria? Yeah. They're not streamers. They were just, they were there to cook. Yeah, they were,
Starting point is 00:22:12 they came up to me. They were like, oh, my daughters are big fans. And it like, it all came naturally because I was like, oh yeah, I could do a kind of salad,
Starting point is 00:22:21 but the problem is like, I need a grill. Yeah. And someone brought a grill to me, but it was like, a little one? Like smaller than. This book?
Starting point is 00:22:30 No, not that's, okay. Maybe like four of those books. Okay, four of those books. Yeah. There's a lot of people. I was like, it's like 300 of us. So how are you doing?
Starting point is 00:22:40 What do you mean you cooked 300 people, Karnasada? Well, I made food for like 300 people, basically. What? But with the help of the lunch ladies. Who bought all the meats? That's another thing. Someone messaged me the day before. I actually did the Kana Sada.
Starting point is 00:22:55 They were like, oh, we're from Texas. We really would like to sponsor all the meat and everything. It's just their own company. It's like a family-owned business. Do you know what it's called? It's called Karni Sadia Prime. Karni Sadia Prime? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:10 And it's in Texas? Yeah. We're going to get it. Do they ship internationally? Do they ship just to different states? I think they do because they did that day because I was in Arkansas and they were in Texas. They were like, oh, we could get that ship to you right away. And then the next day I didn't respond because I fell asleep.
Starting point is 00:23:29 The next day I get an email and a card and they were like, oh, like we know you didn't accept yet, but. I sent a truck already. Wow. They were on it. Yeah, they were on it. They were like, even if you don't end up coming with us, like, we just wanted to try. And I was like, they already, like, did the whole drive, so I'm going to. You're going to make it.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Yeah, I'm going to make it. I was like, oh, this is really happening. Wow. And then they came. They were so nice. It was the owner and one of his workers. And they came and brought the food for us. Wow.
Starting point is 00:24:05 We put in the fridge and then the next day, the lunch ladies, me, my brother too, even though he was being my cameraman Anna Cook. Oh, he cooks too then. Yeah. Wow. And then we were all like just flipping steaks the whole day. Did you watch? I didn't get to see that.
Starting point is 00:24:21 I didn't watch that part now because I love cooking. I love carnia. Oh my God. That sounds delicious. Yeah, that was like most of the stream was me cooking with all of them. You know what? That's such a good life skill to have just in general, like, when now and forever, like having a cooking.
Starting point is 00:24:34 But also it's like, you become so popular. Like everybody loves and if you whatever whatever you're in if there's like a cook in a reality show Wherever you're at like people want to have the cook around because not a lot of people cook and they want a good meal, you know no yes people were grateful like Yeah, I thought they were gonna talk shit I don't know why I just thought like they're not gonna care But they like they I encountered them sometimes still like a month or two later I don't know how long has it been time is passing too bad I think like two months huh? Yeah, yeah Yeah, almost like two months and they're like oh like I can get over your can't say that when are you doing another one. I'm like, oh my God.
Starting point is 00:25:07 They were really starving. They were not starving, but we were eating chicken every day. Right. Chicken and like better chicken and fries. Right. So they wanted something different. They were like released from those shackles
Starting point is 00:25:23 for one day. Yeah. Well also it's probably, especially in Arkansas, I'm sure it's hard to find good Mexican food down there because it's hard to find. Thank you so much to No CD for sponsoring this episode of Just Trish. I for so long have struggled and suffered through a lot of what ifs, fear of things that are realistic, some that are not realistic, mostly things that were just in my head. A lot of times people can describe things as paranoia
Starting point is 00:25:49 or anxiety when in reality it could also be OCD. Just know that you're not alone. While a lot of people may just have anxiety, sometimes that is also part of OCD and it is something that can be treatable. Real OCD is persistent, unwanted, intrusive thoughts that totally feel out of character, along with mental or physical behaviors you feel driven to do to get relief, even when it never actually comes. These thoughts can feel very real, which is what makes them so upsetting. And I think sometimes we get in this headspace, right? We worry about the unknown, the tomorrow's, the what-ifs, nothing's actually happening to us.
Starting point is 00:26:23 So while that can be anxiety, it can also be symptoms of OCD. And I feel a lot of us suffer with that and we don't want to admit it or we don't know. We just think it's very common to worry about things that didn't happen. or things that haven't come. And our brains never get a moment of peace. Our bodies never feel calm and at ease because our nervous system is always going. And when I realized that I thought, okay, I have a personality disorder. What else could I have?
Starting point is 00:26:49 And it's a real disorder that a lot of people do suffer from and don't get the help they need. So they're just kind of suffering in silence. But it doesn't have to be that way because OCD is highly treatable with the right kind of specialized therapy. It needs ERP, which is exposure and response prevention therapy, proven to be the most effective treatment. Which is true. I did a lot of talk therapy, but until I could actually be exposed to the fears, the what ifs, and the alternate sides of it, I didn't really fully overcome the worrying, the OCD, if you will. NoCD is the world's leading provider of OCD treatment, covered by insurance for over 138 million Americans, licensed therapists specialize in ERP therapy in live, face-to-face
Starting point is 00:27:27 virtual sessions with support between sessions, so you're never facing OCD alone. So if you're struggling with OCD or unrelenting intrusive thoughts, NoCD can help. Book a free 15-minute call to get started at nocd.com. That's N-O-C-D.com. Thank you no-CD for sponsoring today's episode. You know, if you're not in California or Texas, like it's so hard to find.
Starting point is 00:27:44 So they probably were like so excited and so grateful for that. That's so cool. No, yeah, everybody enjoyed it. I was surprised. You gave him to Kai, right? He had a little to go bang. You gave him? I was like, that's so cute.
Starting point is 00:27:54 He probably was like, he was so excited for it. No, yeah, I was like, I wonder if he actually ate it. And then two weeks later, he mentioned on his stream that he did try and he liked it. That's really cool. How was that? How was that experience? You were a fan of him before? Yeah, I was like, honestly, when you're going through all of that, you don't process it till after. I'm like, oh, wait, like, I really went and did this and was right in front of the presence of these people.
Starting point is 00:28:19 Like, being in the presence of all of you guys are like crazy. Well, we're not kinds of that, but. Nope, girl, you know. But you are. You're like this, like, you're such a big, like, it's so cool to me. like when young people are like coming up and seeing the beginning of it all because you are going to be like so huge you are so huge already and it's just so cool because it's a whole different medium there wasn't streamers in real life streamers when i was coming up like 20 years ago so it's like you're at the cutting edge of it you know which is very cool and and it's cool that you guys are doing this program so was he like mentoring you were there uh no it was hard to like see him all the time because he was just up and running anyway so he was actually taking the role seriously like he was actually the taking the role seriously like he was actually the taking the a persona of a, what's it called? He was the dean, right?
Starting point is 00:29:04 The dean, yeah. He was running back. But you saw him a lot or no? A few times, yeah. I would see him walking around and he would come. One time he scared me, I was supposed to be in class already, and he came. I was eating cereal. He was like, yeah, you got to start heading.
Starting point is 00:29:20 I was like, oh my God. Were you sort of running, right? Were you by yourself in cereal? Yeah, it was just me. And then my brother didn't tell him what he was recording for me. But it's because cameraman are not allowed to talk. So I got mad at him, but I was like, you should have told me. They can't talk to you?
Starting point is 00:29:36 Guys and I didn't want like the cameraman like. Oh, like being in. Yeah. Okay. So I told my brother like, don't talk. And he listened. And then you're like, why didn't you tell me he was coming up? But why were you eating cereal by yourself instead being in class?
Starting point is 00:29:49 Because I woke up late. I forgot what I did that day. No, I was just, I woke up late. It was actually like an actual college experience. Right. You're like, because you were you 21, 22 at the time? It was the year, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:03 So you were the summer. When did you turn 23 because you were born to? I turned 23 in December. Okay. December 7. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. Yeah, so I guess, and you went to college, but you took a break?
Starting point is 00:30:13 Yeah, I took a break for social media because you don't know how long this could last. Like, obviously, like, if you're able to keep the ball rolling, and you keep it going. But I felt like if I continued going to school, I wouldn't be able to go out. I went and do all these stuff because, like, I don't know, like, professors back then didn't care if you were in class as long as you did the homework, but now they care. That you're in class? You have to be in class now, so. Really? So, yeah, one time I got fired from a class with fired.
Starting point is 00:30:46 I don't know, I didn't go to college. You got out. What is it called? Removed from a class? Yeah. Because I missed, like, a week. So. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:30:58 Even though I was still doing the. work and paying right you're like paying to go to college like who cares if you're paying it's community college um so it was basically yeah i was gonna where were you going i was going to monta san die nissento i quit after like six weeks but where were you at i was at um baker'sville college okay so you're just going like your general education oh i got my associates there already oh so what oh you graduated yeah but it's like the it's like graduating from high school basically that is not true i'm graduating right yeah i couldn't last six weeks there that's a big Oh, associates. I don't even have, I barely graduated high school.
Starting point is 00:31:32 I have my associates right now. Wait, that's huge. I'm taking a break. I still need a year and a half or two more, but. Have you noticed like a huge shift in like your viewers and also like the opportunities since streaming university? No, yeah. It's definitely like the bubble bursted because before like I was doing good, but it was like only the Hispanic community would watch me usually. and then after that,
Starting point is 00:31:58 like, Kaichena had so many different, like, publics from so many different, um, communities. Yeah. That now is, like, crazy. I mean, honestly, the Hispanic community is such a great demographic to have. Like, they're so supportive. You know what I mean? Like, I, even when we go to, like, okay, so if we go, like,
Starting point is 00:32:15 one of my favorite places, have you been to Vyarta and Timi Valley? Mm-hmm. Okay, so Vyartier is one of my favorite places. Well, not Timi Valley, yeah, maybe. Or there's lots of them, different things. And it's, like, one of my favorite places to go because just the supporters and stuff, They're just like so enthusiastic. They stick by you through like everything.
Starting point is 00:32:29 You know, they're just like so supportive, if anything. You know what I mean? Which is like very cool. And they show up for you. It's like it's a really good demographic to have. Yeah, we're full of drama, but we're also like full of love. Like it's like like you have a little bit of both. And I feel like the family dynamic is always really similar because like I'm like white Latino.
Starting point is 00:32:46 But like still seeing your family dynamic. It does remind me of like me and my mom and my grand. Like I don't know. The dynamic is everyone can relate to it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. like watching like the dynamic because they they I feel like a lot of people don't
Starting point is 00:33:01 really show their family right like the raw version because they're scared they're like oh we're gonna get judged but like people actually like seeing that because they're like I relate yeah it's the family the culture the music like I just it's just fun to see it's just like fun to watch and be a part of it's very cool are you into you speak Spanish you were speaking Spanish really fluently yeah fluently did you I'm looking becoming a no savo though welcome to the class Wait, why? I hang out with too many white people now.
Starting point is 00:33:31 You can teach them. I love learning. I love learning Spanish from all my Hispanic friends. I love it so much to be speaking. I'm like, oh my God, teach me something. You know what I mean? It's like so fun to like learn it. You know, I don't.
Starting point is 00:33:41 It's so cool to be bilingual. Don't lose it. I'm not. And I wish I could be. You know what I mean? No, I wouldn't lose it. But sometimes I'm not able to say like a full like paragraph without stuttering because I'd be speaking English all day now.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Oh. Now that I moved, I've been living with my roommates, my friends. They're like my siblings because, like, they brought me in and everything. When I moved out of my family, like, I've known them for like three years already. And one of them is half Mexican and the other one is full Mexican, but he's a no Savo. So they only speak English. So no one's speaking Spanish with you at the house. So, like, I'm forced to just speak English.
Starting point is 00:34:22 But you guys did get a win for Mexico on Streamer University. when you guys were all wearing the jersey. Oh, yeah. Streamer games, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, is that separate than Street University? Yeah. Okay, oh, different things.
Starting point is 00:34:32 Streamer games. That was big because that was around the time of the World Cup. And then when Mexico lost, I think everyone lost interest in the World Cup. When Mexico lost, we're just like, okay, what's the point? And then when you guys brought it home, everyone's like, yes, because you had the jerseys. Yeah, people were dying. And it's, I don't know. Were they?
Starting point is 00:34:45 Yeah, I was so confused. They thought we were going to be in the very bottom and we got their place. I guess, yeah. I guess maybe, like, unassuming from, like, yeah, because you were with Wendy Ortiz, Ortiz was in the team who else was in there with you guys it was me Wendy Ortiz um Danny bands um Arki and ever so maybe they underestimated you right Wendy's a mom you're so young and so maybe they're just like these young kids they were saying we were on athletic I was like you're in for a for a surprise like yeah I don't have a tummy but I'm good
Starting point is 00:35:15 very athletic no so did you did you like play sports and stuff growing up or you just like naturally like I'm not I just I growing up my mom never let me join sports because she was overprotected she was saying If you break a bone, like, I don't want, like, this is... I don't want you to be crying and stuff like that. I feel that. So she never let me join sports. And whenever I did join, I was mostly just water boy.
Starting point is 00:35:38 Not even water boy. I was just sitting down. Well, look at you now, though. You know, did you get to keep the trophy? Did you get to keep any of that? You stole a trophy, didn't you? You're like, I see it. You still second place?
Starting point is 00:35:47 No, I put it back. I think it actually did get stolen because... Oh, my God. Did they blame you that? Because you did the little prank and something like that. I think someone actually took it. Oh my God, they saw. I'm like, it wasn't me.
Starting point is 00:35:59 I promise I put it back after the clip farm. So how, it's... Can you explain the clip farm to me? Yeah, well, sometimes it's just like, you know what people are going to find funny, so in your head you're like, let me say it out loud. Oh, I see. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:14 You're like baiting for clips. But I don't really do that much, but here and I do do it. But that means you have to be pretty intelligent to kind of know what's funny and to like know what people will pick up on. Like I, when we get clipped on this podcast, like, we just don't know. And so it's always a surprise.
Starting point is 00:36:27 But you can kind of like, like, what's something that you know? What goes about, I don't even know. What I loved about you, though, is like at Streamer University, because that's like the first time I saw clips of TikTok lives and your streams before. But like, I was seeing so much of you at Stream University. And like, there was only a handful of streamers that like, like, I started loving. And I loved you because like everyone was clip farming and you were just like being yourself. And it was like so natural. That's what I have it is here too.
Starting point is 00:36:55 People will clip it. You're just so, like, effortless. And I think especially when you're, like, with hundreds of people who are, like, trying so hard. Like, you just stood out because you weren't trying at all. And you were, like, so naturally funny. No, yeah, I was just walking around just, like, seeing what came across my way. I think the first clip I saw was, like, the shirt, was it, like, MLK? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:15 It was a shirt that's an Mok. No, it's a milk. And I thought it's an MLK. Your shirt of someone else is. No, it's because, um, Kays, got sponsored by so many brands and one of them was milk. Milk? Yeah, like actual, like,
Starting point is 00:37:29 that's the name of the brand, like milk. And they were like giving a cereal every day and milk. Oh, the actual milk, the milk bottle, the milk jug. Yeah. Got it. And I love that.
Starting point is 00:37:40 I saw a sweater and I was like, oh, it says MLK, WMLK. And I saw it again and then it had an eye. I was like, oh, it says milk. But I like that you went there, you know what I mean? You're like, that's kind of cool.
Starting point is 00:37:53 of MLK support and stuff like that. That's so funny. I was scared. I was like, no, people are going to think I was like doing this in a bad way. Like, I really didn't. You were excited about it because you don't see a lot of MLK merch, so that's probably pretty exciting, especially over on January. You're like, that's cool.
Starting point is 00:38:08 Oh, yeah. I love that. Was there like a dream? Because you've done so many podcasts and you've done so many streamer. You did Ludwig. You did Kaisen. Is there like a dream podcast or a dream stream that you could be a part of? Here.
Starting point is 00:38:20 Stop it. No, this is actually crazy. There's a clip of two years ago. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Someone sent it to me. They were like, oh, you should be on Trisha Pettus' podcast. And I was like, I don't even think they even know who I am.
Starting point is 00:38:34 So they were like two years ago. Did you know how we were back then? Two years ago? Yeah, I know. The Lovet, girl. Yeah, I've been, I've been said, yeah, I'm a new fan this year, but I've been following, I don't follow a lot of streamers. I love Wendy, too, as well.
Starting point is 00:38:45 I love you guys together. I think you guys are so funny. Do you have, like, a genuine friendship together? Yeah, we've known each other since before we blew up flu, blew up, like, before we had, like, a million even. Like, she had, like, 100K, and I had, like, 20K. Wow. I met EVE at first.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Oh, she's great, yeah. No, when they followed me first, then EVE invited me to go out and hang out with them. When they were, they started being L.A. girlies. Right. Because they were from Colorado, and they were not all-A-girlies, and then they started coming more. And then I started driving. They're the reason I learned how to drive before I would have crashed. Wow.
Starting point is 00:39:21 They taught you? No. nobody wanted to bring me to hang out with them so I was like you know what I'm just gonna risk my life let me go I didn't know I'm like let me learn I was like you know what like let me choose drive over there what's the words that could happen so I drove to LA and after I just started driving to LA that's why you were like oh you need car service I was like no I could drive that's I have a few years experience can I tell you that's actually a real flex because so many influencers and I guess just young people now so many people I know do not drive do not have a
Starting point is 00:39:51 license, like so many. And it's, like, so interesting. Because I guess you don't need it because so many people do book car services and stuff like that, but it's very independent of you to do that. That's very cool. No, yeah. I barely started learning how to drive when I was 19 because before that, I was scared. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:07 And I'm like, now I just be driving and whipping that. I love it. What kind of car do you have like a big car or like little car? I have a Camry and I also have this other car that was gifted to me. I don't know if you guys saw. No. You were gifted a car? Yeah, by a neon.
Starting point is 00:40:21 Oh wait, I did see this. Yeah. This was kind of recent, right? Yeah, this was like, Jennifer, March, April? Oh, my gosh. How do you know Neon? We met when we started going to this trip. We went to this trip.
Starting point is 00:40:35 It's called Cancun. Oh, wait. Wait, what? You know what Cancun? Is this the trick word? Did he invoice you for your meal? Is this the one where he was like paying? Oh, that was in chapter two.
Starting point is 00:40:51 Were you on that trip? That was for Brazil, yeah. You were there? Mm-hmm. And so what happened? Is there any tea there? Well, there was a lot of drama and stuff, but I was like, I was just eating my popcorn and watching the drama and enjoying my time in Brazil as well.
Starting point is 00:41:05 So were you guys, like, taken out to restaurants? Yeah, so basically what he did is it was a large group of us. So obviously, we're not going to all be putting our cards and be like, oh, give me my check, give me my check, because it was a lot of us, including the cameraman. and he brings like extra people and security guards and everything. So it would have been hard. So what he told us to do was whenever we go out to stuff like this, like restaurants, like I'll pay for it and then I'll invoice you guys the total after.
Starting point is 00:41:34 He said that up front. So you guys knew. Yeah, we had known before from the Cancun trip. Okay, so Cancun's first. Yeah, Cancun was our first trip we had. And what is kind of, is it like a brand trip where he ends like we're all going to stream together? Like how does it come about? He just wanted to do content
Starting point is 00:41:50 So he put a lot of us Like in a group chat He was like you guys down to go to Cancun We were like yeah And then like he told us In chapter one Which was Cancun I like the chapter one
Starting point is 00:42:02 He was like Dramaganan and Drama again And in chapter two Brazil We had new characters Which were Crystal and Chessington So they didn't know about the Oh I see So it was our fault
Starting point is 00:42:12 For not letting them know Okay so they weren't like aware of that Because that's kind of what we felt We're like well It was kind of like divided. It's like on one hand I get it. On the other hand, they need to know up front if they're going to be. Because so it's not like a brand trip where everything's paid for.
Starting point is 00:42:25 No, it was more like, I saw it at like, oh, Twitch is paid me because whenever you go to like streams like this, like a lot of people tune in so you make the money back. Okay, so it is like a work trip. So you guys are all like working there. And how did you get, how did he find you just DM'd you? Nian's just like, hey, like you? Where was it at? It was this soccer game. I may have had this like streamer soccer game.
Starting point is 00:42:47 and then after that he just decided to like add me to the trip they started planning the trip and he added all these influences like Wendy me Santi
Starting point is 00:43:00 Savala a lot of streamers how do we get invited I want to go on a streamer trip yes it's so fun I would love I would love it's so fun it's full of drama it's full of like crazy shit but
Starting point is 00:43:14 what's like can you give us any a little drama does not to be crazy like what's a little drama that happened on either chapter one or chapter two. Starting point is 00:44:27 Yeah, yeah, you don't get too messy. You don't want neon fans going for us. We love neon, you get to the car. The worst drama that... Anything funny. A lot of us were kind of just arguing with each other. About what do you argue about as streamers?
Starting point is 00:44:41 Random crazy stupid... Like about the stream? Like that's my chat. or something or is it more like we're not all doing stuff together like we're we're all doing stuff separately and we're here to all like interact with each other and that's like the reason for the arguments I see and also you just like spend a lot of time together yeah but sometimes it's I feel like when I went to these trips like even I get too consumed in the chat that it's hard to interact with everyone in the trip yeah and like people see it's like oh this person is ignoring this other person this person is ignoring the other that has a lot
Starting point is 00:45:14 Streaming University too, right? I guess when so many people are watching and then clipping too, so like when things are out of context, I think like happened a lot of stream university where it's like, oh, people are banging Crystal or people aren't paying attention to Benji. Like, people get very protective too. No, yeah, like definitely like sometimes
Starting point is 00:45:29 we would have got those feelings, but it's like the chat amplified it made it feel like it was like crazy as how they made it worse. Like they, like I didn't care. I was like, oh, I'm going to talk to the people that I'm able to talk to. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:43 So. You were trying to exclude anybody. So no. It was just like the clips. They'd be getting crazy. They start saying they start drama with everyone. That's the problem. That's why you can't have a chat.
Starting point is 00:45:54 That's why you didn't have a chat. That's why I don't even look at the comments. They started like making like crazy scenarios. And then we get the blame. Like I felt like after that when these clippers would post like, oh, Benji getting ignored or Crystal getting ignored. Like it would make the other people think like, oh my God. They agree with a chat.
Starting point is 00:46:15 Like you. They're hate farming us. I'm like, oh, like, it's not us. It's like. Hate farming. What does that mean? They're just like. It's like, like fishing for hate to be sent to these other people.
Starting point is 00:46:27 Oh, I see. Purposely like doing stuff to get the other people. And get your viewers to, like, attack them basically. Yeah. Oh, my gosh. But my viewers sometimes they just be randomly attacking. Oh, my gosh. Why are they doing that?
Starting point is 00:46:40 I don't know how to domesticate them. You're like, stop attacking. Be nice. That's so funny because you have such a positive. You're just so positive and you're not drama. So it's funny they would be like that. It's like, oh my God, when I saw them attacking random people, I would get mad at the channel and they would get mad at me for getting mad at them.
Starting point is 00:46:58 Oh, yeah. That is the kind of a crazy thing because, okay, that's why I stopped. I had live streamed. Okay, like literally 15 years ago, remember you now? Yes. Okay, so like before you were like even born, probably. There was this one called you now and you would like live stream, but I'd be like at home or whatever.
Starting point is 00:47:10 And chat would troll me. and they would be like, Trisha, I just saw someone behind you. Is anyone in your house? And they would do that all the time. That was like the way of trolling back in the day. So that's why I just stopped because I started getting really paranoid. I said, oh my God, what is someone's in the house? You were like, I need to get this house cleanse.
Starting point is 00:47:25 Yes, really. And that's why, because they troll you. They want to troll you. So it's the same kind of thing. So I think they just love that live reaction. Yeah, they like being overprotective too sometimes. And I'm like, oh, my God, guys. Have you?
Starting point is 00:47:37 Yeah. I don't mind, but sometimes when they do it too much, I'm like, oh, my God. What do they say? Like it's fine, I got this guys. I'm a grown man. They just don't want people to, like, be mean to you or anything. Yeah, but I mean, if someone's mean to me, I just, like, I'm still nice, but I'm not, like, with them. Yeah, you are, because you are, you're 22, you graduated with your associate.
Starting point is 00:47:57 Like, you're our grown man and stuff like that, but you do have this, like, little, like, childlike energy to you, which is, like, so cute. Like, to me, you could be 16, you know what I mean? You're, like, so cute-sy. You say cutesy things, so I think people probably feel productive for you, like, a little. Especially in the streamer world, I remember with streamer games. when like, who was it? Was it someone on Team USA or whatever at the soccer match?
Starting point is 00:48:16 I was like, oh yeah, I'm definitely gonna be Benji. Like, Benji's not gonna do anything. And I remember being so mad too. I was like, who the is like saying this about Benji? And then you went and then you scored the goal. And I was like, but I get it too. I know, I feel like people underestimate you. And that's why it's like, no.
Starting point is 00:48:33 But like Benji is funny. He's capable. He's like. In Toronto, every arrival is a statement. And nothing says it better than this. Cadillac Optic was the number. selling luxury EV in Canada for 2025. Find your rhythm across a seamless 33-inch display

Starting point is 00:49:37 I get why people get protected. I have some hidden talents. I might not be the best. But when I try, I could do good. No, you can serve. Yeah. When I scored those goals, people were like, oh, the reason he scored it was because the goalie sucked or the reason he didn't. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:49:51 No, you're just good. And they can't admit it. I'm just good. Like, you saw these other people who are living, like, were kicking the bar like 15 feet away from the goal. Not even close. That wasn't even close. Well, Pamela Anderson always said it. It's like, people underestiming you is like your greatest power.
Starting point is 00:50:06 You know what I mean? If people underestimate you, you just like, you keep showing up. You keep, like, just shocking people. And it's a great thing. I love one of people under us to me. You feel good after you're like, oh, like. See? See, I did it. I told you I could do anything.
Starting point is 00:50:17 They're like. Had you played soccer before? Because you said you didn't do sports growing up. So had you ever played at all? Yeah, I joined the soccer team in my eighth grade. Okay. It didn't go well the first time. My coach decided to be believing me.
Starting point is 00:50:33 And I wish he wouldn't have believed in me because he put me to start the game. And I got so nervous. I was like, who do I kick the ball to? And then my teammate was like, kick it to me, kick it to me. And then I kicked it to the opposite side, like the opposite team. Oh, no. So they got the goal. They were able to kick it in.
Starting point is 00:50:52 No, they didn't kick it in. But he was mad at me. He was like, like, you should have just kicked it to me. I was like, who do I kick it to? Oh, well, you learned. At least you learned now the right way where it counted, you know. No, yeah. For the games you want it.
Starting point is 00:51:03 Yeah. And my parents, like two years before, eighth grade, they had put me in a soccer team that they would pay like monthly and then one day she decided to like take me out because she would say she would say I was lazy yeah you're too lazy and I need to save my money okay well maybe she also said that sometimes my mom did that too why she should pull me out before a recital sometimes they just did it to like you know if they needed to save money or something like that because my mom would say the same thing she like oh I think you already know it you don't need to keep going to class I'm like no I want to do the recital yeah she also had me in martial arts um what kind it's called sikaran martial arts I was in a
Starting point is 00:51:41 I'm not a profession. I forgot everything. Okay. And she was paying a lot of money for that too. I begged for her to take us out. Oh, you didn't like it? Yeah. Were you breaking boards?
Starting point is 00:51:53 No, I wasn't at that point. Yeah, I was just getting mad because they were not giving me the stripes. I was like, I've been in this for months and I can't get over the white belt. Like I need to get at least one stripe because every level you go up, every skill you learn, they put a stripe. and I wasn't getting any stripes, so I was mad, I was bored, and she took a doubt, and she never,
Starting point is 00:52:16 she never, she never, she never, did you know, I was just, because I feel like after a couple weeks, you should have gotten a strike. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:24 I was just, uh, big, so, so it's hard, it's hard to like, it's hard, because it required a lot of stretching.
Starting point is 00:52:33 Yeah. Oh, so you weren't flexible. I was big, but it's pretty flexible. Yeah, usually big people, we've been big too. and our lives still am.
Starting point is 00:52:42 But, you know, as a kid, sometimes being big and martial arts is good because you're like, you have a lot of power. Your legs are strong, you know what I mean? Like, you probably were able to do some strength stuff, you know, like shopping. Yeah, we were in that. What else did you do? You did a lot of, that's good.
Starting point is 00:52:57 She put you in classes. I mean, those are not. But that was all before eighth grade. Like, I didn't actually do any sports. In high school, I don't know what got in my brain. I believe in myself a little too much. That's good. In my senior year, and I was like,
Starting point is 00:53:10 let me join the baseball team let's see if they accept me and I didn't know like much of baseball so they had me there and everybody was nice but it's like they were nice because they knew I sucked no you probably were better than you thought and then um
Starting point is 00:53:28 again power you're strong but one day the coach came up to me and he told me you could still be part of the team but I'm not going to be able to get you a jersey but if you want you will still get a sport credit and everything, all you have to do is help me after after they're gone, you could help me clean
Starting point is 00:53:50 and stuff like that. I was like, wait, why? Like, this is not baseball. This is, you want me as you're made? Yeah, wait, why was he having to clean? Because he couldn't get me a jersey because I said. But he couldn't, you could have been like the water boy or something. No, yeah, he said I could be the water boy too. Okay, so you picked that. And I was so embarrassed. I just left. I never went back.
Starting point is 00:54:10 I couldn't wait until I graduated I was like You were like a senior you said? Yeah I was a senior Oh so you were like grown you were even like a little kid you were like a 17 year old Oh yeah that is so weird did you say no or you just ghosted him? I I just ghosted him. I just ghosted him Yeah, I said can I give you time? Can I give you time to think and then he would like yeah sure and I would encounter him in the hog and I would just look at the other way I was like So real yeah don't look at me well now you have to wear a jersey at the games and you're games and you won a trophy so you probably were like look at me now you know very cool it's very
Starting point is 00:54:43 awesome so you had a good childhood so you like okay so you like did sports do we ever into like acting or singing or performing because you're a performer now i feel like i could not act because i would start laughing i just be laughing at everything you have a good laugh you have a good giggle for sure i would not be able to act but i like streaming if it's kind of it's not acting but it's like performing yourself yeah it is kind of like performing because you got to exaggerate a little bit to like keep the chat entertained i love that yeah it's not easy and then you get to meet celebrity that's how you were with calliuchi's oh yeah that was a year ago she was so pretty oh where how'd you meet her how'd you get to meet her i love her i'm like a nepo friend um when wendy like she had the
Starting point is 00:55:24 connection she was like oh i could bring you guys in and she got us a plus six to like a show to her one of her shows uh it was uh like a private like tea party that she invited people and um wendy was like can i get like a plus plus four or plus five and that was a controversy people were mad they were like you should not be asking for that many who said that the stream the chat the chat and oh so you guys streamed it yeah she streamed i was in a streamer back then but she was like in the beginning of her streamer era so she streamed the party and she got us in i'm sure cali loved it like if one year and he's was like can i bring plus six to your party i'd be like absolutely because that's so cool that's like obviously
Starting point is 00:56:05 you get like the visibility and stuff but it's like you know all her cool friends that's really fun So you got a picture with her. That was really cool. Yeah, she's so pretty. So pretty. And her voice is so like, Susie. Like, yeah. She lives in this area.
Starting point is 00:56:18 So sometimes I've seen her at like La La Land. No way. Yeah, I'm like Sephora. And I'm just like, hey girl. We had mutual, like, weird people. Yeah, I always want to say hi, but I'm like too nervous. But I love her. What other celebrities have you met that you were like Starstruck?
Starting point is 00:56:30 Because that's a big one. Callie's pretty big. Well, um, what is it? Do you get Starstruck? Like, do you love? I do get Starstruck, but I don't try to act to act. crazy because they're going to be like, oh, I see this every day. Did you grow up liking celebrities?
Starting point is 00:56:43 Like, you're so young? So did you grow up liking, like, YouTubers? Or did you grow up liking, like, celebrities, like movie stars? It was mostly, like, YouTubers, but I do watch a lot of shows. So I were to, I haven't really, like encountered people that have been, like, my favorites from shows, but I've encountered, like singers that I like. Cali. Who else?
Starting point is 00:57:02 There's this, he's a Spanish singer. His name is Ivan Cornejo. Oh, yeah. My favorite. And I remember going to one of the first. of his concerts two years three years ago and i remember um paying for front row so i could see him and then a year later uh i get invited backstage and he was so nice i was like what the you got invited backstage how uh it was a concert of another singer okay yeah and he was a special guest
Starting point is 00:57:31 and i got to see him it was so crazy that's a pretty cool perks yeah that's what i'm saying like if I'm like, that's a cool perk in a influencer package. Like, that's like, cool. For sure, because you were saying you had like a big Hispanic audience. And it's like, yeah, if you like, you like Spanish music, so that's a huge thing. Like we went to go see like Juanis. And like, I remember like one person was like, we might be able to get you to meet him. And I was like, I don't know, like one of his like family members like knew me or something.
Starting point is 00:57:53 And I was like, oh my God, that would be like so exciting. We didn't end up getting to meet him. But just like the thought of it just because someone knew who I was. And I was like, oh my God, this would be so cool. There's a fact that you had that opportunity. Yeah. Like you might have another opportunity soon to be able to see him. No, for sure.
Starting point is 00:58:07 Anytime one of my friends who's in makeup artist did Becky G. And I was like, oh my gosh. Oh my God, I love Becky G. I love Becky G too. And she's also like in this area. And I'm just like, I kind of love it. It's like cool. So when you're just like in the space of celebrity, it's pretty exciting.
Starting point is 00:58:18 How about YouTubers you grew up with? Who did you like? Face Rug. Like I, that's one of the YouTubers I watched the most growing up. Face Rug. And then I did a collab with him recently and we're like mutuals. Wow. And it's just crazy.
Starting point is 00:58:32 it doesn't feel real. So, what the hell? That's really cool. So, like, Phase Clan, they were like streamers, right? The Face Clan? Well, FaceRug and all of them, they were part of a YouTube, like, gaming group. So they were gamers and you'd watch them play games. No, Facebook started, like, doing child-friendly content, like, family content.
Starting point is 00:58:53 No, not family content. What am I saying? Family channel? Like, like videos that kids like watching. Okay. Like, rating, all these restaurants and seeing which I like the best. Or he would do haunted videos too. And he still does a lot of these things.
Starting point is 00:59:15 Did like a rebrand kind of then. Yeah, and it's crazy because I grew up watching him and now being able to like see them, like see all of you guys in prison is crazy. So what was the collab like? What was he like DM'd you and? I DMed him. I was like, oh, can I do a collab with you? with you.
Starting point is 00:59:32 I love that. I love that. He was like, yeah, sure. And he gave me his address to his house. Wow. And we just did like a cooking stream. We did, what did we make? He made one of his traditional meals.
Starting point is 00:59:47 And then I made tinga. Have you guys ever had tinga? No, what's tinga? I never even heard of it. It's like shredded chicken with, like, tomato sauce. And toastas. Ooh. And crema, lettuce, cheese.
Starting point is 01:00:02 and salsa and it's like a toastada. Are you frying and you putting in oil? How are you doing it? No, you just, you put, you boil the chicken. You let it cook in water and like all the condiments and then you shred it once it's cooked. I want to cook with you. That'd be so much of fun.
Starting point is 01:00:21 We need to do a little asada. Yes. It's my favorite. Whenever y'all want. Yeah, that would be so much fun. How do you do cheese with it? Like, do you make like your cheese when you cook anything? Yeah, anything.
Starting point is 01:00:32 I just go to the carniserias and I buy Keso Fresco. Have you guys ever had Keso Fresco? Yeah. That's why I go to the bear today, the best one. Fresh cheese? I don't know. It's like, you're talking about like white cheese, right?
Starting point is 01:00:44 Yes. Yeah, it's like soft. Yes, yes, yes. Prumbly. Yeah, that's why I go to the Verit because they have so much cheeses and I love the white, like, stretchy cheese. It's just like so good with like the nachos and stuff. So that's like, yeah, that's the secret is going to find like a good cheese place.
Starting point is 01:00:57 Have you ever heard Papuuses? I know they're not Mexican. Ooh, I love Popuzas. Yeah, it's so good. The closest thing to pop-usas are gorditas. Have you guys had gurditas? No. There's like two minutes to that.
Starting point is 01:01:07 Gorditas is like a chubby girl. I was going to say, I know that. That's what I was like. You know, also, you did a Tick-Tac. I know I can't say it, but like when you said that. Oh, T-Tor-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T-T. You did a little T-Tik T-T-T-T-Me. Is it not?
Starting point is 01:01:22 No. I feel like it was because this one girl was like interviewing people. Have you seen this one girl? She interviewed people and someone called her that. And I was like, wait, I feel like that's offensive. Oh, it's offensive. It's offensive if you use it in that way where you're like, oh, you're a tortata, like, because you're calling another person. But we can call ourselves that.
Starting point is 01:01:37 Yeah, we could call it. Yeah. Like, it's not a bad word. I said that. I was like, okay, I love it. Yeah. And 14a, I know means like big. And Flaka is skinny, right?
Starting point is 01:01:44 Yeah. Because I know there's like a really, we have a really thin friend. And I always call her like flaka. And I was like, wait, I want to be flakka. Yeah. Like flakia. I know. But I don't know.
Starting point is 01:01:52 I've been trying to. I've been stuck. Have you guys ever tried losing weight and then you're stuck at the same way for like months? Beny. Oh my God. We were just talking about it. You've been like that for a while. Mine's been three weeks.
Starting point is 01:02:05 I've been 200 pounds. I can't get over. I'm 200.6 and I can't get under 199. I literally will not eat for two days straight and I'm 200. I know. I've been gaining weight. I'm like, well, I just ate air. Like how?
Starting point is 01:02:15 I'm eating hard boiled eggs. I mean all the stuff. And it's like, what the hell? We just talked about those plateaus. Yeah, I've been stuck. So what are you? Well, I guess it's like normal. First of all, I'm trying to give ourselves grace.
Starting point is 01:02:24 I think it's normal to plateau. What are you trying to do? First of all, you look amazing. You look so good in person. I saw you. I was like, wait, you're like the cutest thing ever. You're so cute. So what are you?
Starting point is 01:02:33 You're trying to lose weight. You don't need to. Yeah, I was 30 pounds more like a year ago. Oh, wow. Yeah, you look at videos for me a year ago. I don't know. After I started getting influencer money, I just started buying a lot of food. The Dorish.
Starting point is 01:02:48 Yeah, I gained like 40 pounds from just buying food after I got influencer money. And then I was like, now I've got to lose this. Now I got to use my influencer money to get a gym. So I got a gym membership. I had never been to the gym before. Really? Really? How is it? It's good.
Starting point is 01:03:05 I actually enjoy it now. Like, I became addicted to it, but I lost my addiction recently. I haven't gotten like, I haven't gone like every day for like a month. Like I've only been. Yeah. In the past month, I've only been there like five times or four. I think it's like summertime because that's been us too. It's summer.
Starting point is 01:03:23 It's hot. I used to run a lot and I haven't ran in like six. week so it's so hot and so one at the gym's hot. You've been busy too because you've had so many like opportunities and stuff too. Yeah that's higher. Yeah that makes it hard too. And I saw a clip of you and I related it to it so much when you were like, oh, like you got insecure seeing clips of yourself and that like moving.
Starting point is 01:03:43 And I related to us so much. That's why I always, I love your content because I relate to you like whenever you talk about this stuff. And it is weird. Like you perceive yourself one way and then like when you see content of yourself, you're like, oh my God, like at a certain angle I like. like this and it's hard to like you get in your head a little bit too yeah have you been able to get over that uh well yeah when when i started noticing that because i started streaming
Starting point is 01:04:05 over a year ago i stopped for a few months because i got insecure i was like oh my god i didn't like how i looked in the clips i was like no i kind of embarrassed so i quit and i was like let me lose a little bit more pounds till i'm comfortable enough to like show myself a little bit more i i didn't go completely goes but i was like i i don't want the least Clips possible, please. Wait, really? That's so crazy. You look amazing and you have great hair.
Starting point is 01:04:30 You have great style. You look amazing. Thank you. I'm trying. Yeah. And also, like you said, enjoy it too. It's like when you, yeah, when you first start making money and like get to eat all the fun. Like, enjoy the food too.
Starting point is 01:04:39 You know what I mean? It's like you're young. I started enjoying it again recently. I've been door dashing every day. Yeah. What are you door dash? Yeah. Yesterday I door dashed a carnita taco.
Starting point is 01:04:50 I just be, I'd be finding random stuff in the, in, it's Uber. I use Uber eats more now. But sometimes DoorDash too. I'm so big I have both memberships. No, same. Oh, I have all of them. The Uber eats, the DoorDash, the Grubh, like, anything to get it. No, yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:09 And then I'd be, sometimes I'd just be doomscrolling on DoorDash or Uber Eats. And I saw that they had this very good Carnitas taco. So I was like, ooh, like I've never had one of, like, from this restaurant. So I ordered it. And it was so good. It's fun. I never had a. I've had ice cream cake, but I've never had a cupcake ice cream, ice cream cupcakes.
Starting point is 01:05:33 So I door-dashed that, and it was so good. Where was it from? It's called Coldstone something. Oh. Coldstone, that's big. Yeah, Coldstone Creamery. Yeah. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 01:05:43 And I door-dashed, like, ice cream cupcakes just because I had never had any people. I mean, as you could. I just what I was all about, though. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't know that you were so into food. Right before you came, we did a Patreon. around where we door dashed from five different places.
Starting point is 01:05:58 We got Burger King, Taco Bell, Domino's, and Crumbull. And McDonald's, we got all of them. We got the new pink Baja Blas, Olivia Rodrigo has at Taco Bell. There's a Liv and Moss Cafe near us, so we got that one. We got Crumble Minecraft cookies. We got the Domino's individual pizza and we got the new Burger King Nuggets. That was our lunch today. So we were also big backing it up.
Starting point is 01:06:19 And it feels good. You know what's in a while? I feel good now. You know what I mean? Yeah, just to have a little food. And I like to have a little taste of everything. everything too. It's, you know, yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:27 Sometimes I throw that extra, like, different, different, from different places because I'm craving a little bit of everything. Yeah, I do that all the time. And get ready. When you move to L.A., these influencers, they don't eat. That's right. Yeah. So don't be influenced like that.
Starting point is 01:06:41 They're all, they're just all being way too damn skinny. So don't lose that when you move to L.A. No, yeah. And that's why people like us. You know what I mean? They want to see. Because people like to eat. The majority of people like to eat.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Influencer is maybe not so much right now. But people love to eat you. You can't. to like Alex Earl when you move to LA. I would be like, okay, guys. Or, yeah, that's true. Everyone does get, like, the fitness route and stuff like that get here. Yeah, they go really.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Yeah, I just want to lose 20 more pounds. That's it. Oh, my God. You're going to be, yeah, well, you know, whatever makes you happy, but also the balance of it all. You might get a DoorDash sponsorship after this. They're going to listen to you. Do you get sponsors on Twitch?
Starting point is 01:07:20 Can you take sponsorships on Twitch? How does that work? Well, right now, like, yeah, they thank you. messages where they tell you if you play a game for like two hours they'll pay you this much but i never accepted none of them because i'm not really a gamer i've only game like one or twice oh twitch will send you something yeah they send like their own sponsorships from different companies i want to work with me i never i've always never ever have you done an official brand deal yeah yeah like a duncan well i i i barely like i just recently found out this company wants to work with me so i'm excited like
Starting point is 01:07:54 my first like big brand deal or so i'm like i'm excited like my first like big brand deal or so I'm excited for you. Can you say or you don't want to jinx it? Oh, I can't say it. Okay, okay, okay. Oh my gosh, I'm very excited for you. Yeah. Is it like a product placement?
Starting point is 01:08:02 Are you going to do a commercial for them? It's like something that we all drink. It's like a drink. Oh, okay, that's really big. Okay, that's going to be big. So I'm like your first big. Yeah, like, like sponsorship. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:08:14 I'm excited for that. Oh, I'm surprised you haven't gotten so much more already just because you are so like. No, yeah. It's because I don't be, I don't know why. I think because I didn't have a manager before, but now I do. So that's why I was emailing with you have a the man your manager right is that who I said it's very cool they're very on top of it they're very fresh because he also manages Wendy and stuff yeah yeah it's very cool it's big it's a big deal that you already have a manager it's because before I didn't trust managers because I've heard so many stories of where they be like scamming you and taking your money like I've been scammed already by this person that wasn't even my manager but how'd they scam you I released merch and they didn't pay me all I like I like saying the Lord too. I like I love saying the Lord too. everyone. Sorry not to be messy, but... No. I would
Starting point is 01:08:59 be calling them out more. He saved their name. Let me spread the Lord. Oh my gosh. And did you ever try to get it? Sue them, nothing? I just got ghost data. Oh, my. They never paid. They just let it go. You never exposed them. You never called them up. No, I did. Their name is money merch.
Starting point is 01:09:14 Okay. Where's the money? Where's the money? That's so sad. Well, you know what? It'll come back around and stuff like that. Most people always get... That's crazy. Yeah, good rule of thumb with managers. Well, you know, and obviously people watching, it's like, you know, don't pay anything at front. They should only take money when you make money, that kind of stuff. No, yeah, but I like this manager.
Starting point is 01:09:34 He's very nice, and he's very good at it. He's so professional. He's so on it. No, yeah. I just feel like in the influencer world, like, sometimes the money that you get offered is so big that you underestimate yourself. And sometimes there's managers who will hide how much you actually could have made and they'll take a larger part. that happens so much i even happen to me maybe five four years ago too where it was the same kind of thing like i didn't realize after they tell you like oh you'll get a certain amount of money and then they
Starting point is 01:10:04 keep they don't tell you they take a percentage out of that money so let's just say like for a number like five thousand dollars like you'll get five thousand dollars and then they take their 10% of their five thousand but on top of that that company would like oh no we paid you 10 000 for this and they're keeping that an extra 5 000 and it happens so much it's like it is shady i think it's shady i've heard so many stories i'm like oh my god like 5 000 is good already but But they use that, the fact that you already think it's a lot of money to take more money. I've heard some because I remember a bunch of TikTokers back in the day. God, they would say they would get like, yeah, 5,000 for, like even bigger, 10,000.
Starting point is 01:10:37 But they were really paid like $60,000. Oh, my God. So they kept like 50. Like it's, those numbers to me are so insane. But that is what a lot of people are getting now, especially like young people and streamers. So, yeah, you have to really trust the people. And I mean, I don't know, bad people are out there. I feel like I believe in karma.
Starting point is 01:10:51 It comes back around if they screw you over, you know. What are you most looking forward to about being an official L.A. influencer? I'm just looking to, like, collapse and expand because living in Bakersfield is fun and everything. Like, it's cheaper. But driving here, two hours, back and forth, back and forth. So basically, four hours is just too much. That's why it was so crazy today, too. I was just like, oh, my gosh, I can't believe we're going to be two hours.
Starting point is 01:11:17 I didn't know we were that far. No, it's fine. I haven't came in, like, a week because I got tired of driving here every day. Oh, my. I was like, I need a break. Are you going to go see anyone after? this in L.A. since you're so close. No, I'm going to go back home.
Starting point is 01:11:28 Yeah, see, that's how it is. You're going to try to plan a lot of stuff in the same day or something. No, I'm going to go back home because we're packing to move here already. Oh, my gosh. And thank you for that. I didn't even realize you were moving. No, it's fine. We could have always reschedule them.
Starting point is 01:11:42 No, it's perfectly fine. Okay. You are so on top of week. All the time people cancel and, like, understandably, like, people just have stuff come up, but people cancel last minute all the time. And it's like you are, you committed, you came here. No, like, this is a podcast. Like, you already.
Starting point is 01:11:54 like you already had it planned what you wanted to speak about yeah so if I wouldn't have came it would have been like oh well that's very responsible what topic are we gonna speak about if we already planned this we were thinking yeah we were thinking about it because just like I said so many people canceled
Starting point is 01:12:09 that's why we stopped doing gas and you do have to think about how are we going to do it for you know what are we going to do maybe split the hot topics in half or something like that but you're very responsible so that's like no yeah I feel oh my god I said an alarm I said an alarm today because we weren't my manager was telling me, like, we weren't sure it was still going to happen.
Starting point is 01:12:27 Yeah, because we're going to have, like, another guest, too, and then that didn't work out. And so, but we always, we always wanted you, both of you, but we always wanted you. No, yeah, so I was just waiting. And I was on my phone until, like, 8 a.m. Just boomscrolling, learning about aliens. I've been on my alien era right now. I love that. I believe in alien.
Starting point is 01:12:46 And I got stuck in, like. Visit BetMGM Casino and check out the newest exclusive. The price is right fortune pick. BetMDM and GameSense Reminds you to play responsibly. 19 plus to wager. Ontario only. Please play responsibly.

Starting point is 01:13:17 That loop just searched researching. I realized they was eight, so I set an alarm for nine. And I wake up at 11.30 and my manager's like, one hour ago, oh, are you going to still go to Trish? Like the Trish podcast. I'm like, yes, I'm still going to go. Tell them I'm still going. That was really nice.
Starting point is 01:13:34 You were so responsive. I was texting you. And within like 20 seconds, you texted back. And that was really nice. No, yeah. I was like, I ran to the shower. I put on my shoes. I told my friends, you guys want to come.
Starting point is 01:13:46 They were like, oh, no. So I would like, let me just start heading. That's really nice. Especially in the middle of a move. and so far away, like, it was really nice. And, like, I always understand, especially young people when they cancel. I'm like, I get it. There's always that comes on, so I'd always understand.
Starting point is 01:13:58 But that's really nice if you to show up. No, but today was perfect because I'm going to go to New York in, like, three days. Ooh, what are you going for? I'm going for Red Bull invited me to, like, a concert. You guys know who Rao Alejandro is? Yeah. Yeah. The biggest.
Starting point is 01:14:14 What about me? Yes, that's huge. Yeah, they invited me to that. Are you going to go in, like, a box? You're going to get, like, a sweet. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, like a box. That's major.
Starting point is 01:14:24 Are all the influencers going? I don't know who they invited, but they reached out to me. They got me and my cameraman, which is my brother. They were like, oh. Me and my cameraman. It's so funny. I love it. They were like, oh, your cameraman, you're okay for everything.
Starting point is 01:14:39 Yeah. If y'all want to. Wow. You can you get to meet him? I don't know, hopefully. He's like the biggest. I mean, he's like such a superstar. I mean, him and like Carol G are like up there.
Starting point is 01:14:48 No, yeah. It's crazy. Wait, that's so exciting. So all the cool opportunities. And then you're going to stay in New York. for a couple days. Yeah, like two days maybe. And depending on how long, I don't know what,
Starting point is 01:14:58 I don't know if that's the only thing we're doing. But I think they have things set. I don't know what exactly we're going to do. I don't know if it's just going to be the concert or there's going to be other things. But if not, I'm going to plan something. That's fine, yeah. Like, to stream over there.
Starting point is 01:15:12 Okay. Oh, wow. I love New York. I've been there like, like, this is going to be like my fourth time in less than a year. Wow. Yeah, that was my dream. man and now I think what do you love what do you love about New York I don't know I just like like I know it's
Starting point is 01:15:28 tough but the fast life just feels like it would it would set me straight it would make me more responsible it were like we're not actually straight I'm always gonna be gonna be good at no like it will like put me on track like it would teach me what being responsible actually feels like yeah and I feel like the life there is just it's crazy but I just want to experience that like New York it just feels so good being there. I love New York too. Careful though there was someone stabbing everybody. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:58 Oh yeah. It's not good. That was not good. Crazy. I mean, not crazy. That was sad. But it was like wild. It was nuts.
Starting point is 01:16:03 Yeah. Well, also not a hard transition. But now that you are like so popular and you're gaining so much fame, do you find it harder to like date or people sliding into? Oh my gosh. That's the crazy part. Like it's hard to trust people. Like sometimes I'd be.
Starting point is 01:16:21 I feel like seeing what the movie is. So I'm like, oh, let me see what the conversation brings up, brings up. And then sometimes they bring up the fact that I do social media. And they're like, ooh, like, I wish I did that. Oh, no. I'm like, block. Yeah, you don't want to be like a Ken and Bobby where someone's like an influencer because of you. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:16:43 You get like a cute guy and then he wants to be on to come up with you. No, yeah, I hate when like they bring that up. I'm like, just act like that doesn't exist. But it gives you an ick. Yeah, it gets me the heck. Like, I understand. Maybe sometimes they don't mean it like that. But sometimes you could tell.
Starting point is 01:16:56 I don't know. For sure. Are you going to, would you date another influencer or would you want to date someone who's not a part of it? I would date. I mean. Influencer or no influencing. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:17:09 Do you like older the same age? Yeah. Oh, yeah, I do like older. A little older. Okay. Five years, six, seven. Seven years older, yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 01:17:18 Maybe an athlete. Maybe like a soccer player or something like that. Athletics are always fun. I don't know, maybe not. You should do a dating show when you move here. Oh my God, wait. That'd actually be so furious if we did a dating show and had like contestants for you. I like it turning one.
Starting point is 01:17:32 I do have a dating show coming out. If you want to be on it, it's real. Yeah, it's a real one. So if you want to be on it, I'm about to put the casting out soon, but you would be amazing on there. I don't know. I can talk to your manager. I'm like, talk to my manager. I love it.
Starting point is 01:17:49 I have a manager now. No, he's so legit too. I mean, I can talk to you, but I love talking to, like, people. It's kind of fun. Oh, my God, that'd be actually everything. Now that I'm thinking about it. No, yeah. You have a dating show coming out soon.
Starting point is 01:17:57 Ooh, congrats. Yeah, and I feel like I'm going to help people find love, and I feel like I don't be fine love. Do you want love or you're just like, I'm too young? I want love. Yeah, that would be fun. Companionship. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:08 Yeah. Sometimes it's lonely out here. Yeah. Well, you have your roommates and stuff, but yeah, I know what you mean. I know, but I'd be feeling like I'm third-willing because they're together. Oh, okay. But they, like, they, they, invited me to like move in with them
Starting point is 01:18:22 they were like we need we get lonely too so we need like like we would like you to move in with us you're there for the vibes and now we fight like siblings like they're like my brothers oh that I kind of love that have you ever been in a relationship
Starting point is 01:18:35 no because before I came out I barely came out like like the closet was always glass but I barely came out last year so before that I was scared of like my family finding out because they're not homophobic anymore, but back then
Starting point is 01:18:52 they were. Yeah, yeah. So it would be hard to hide that from them. Yeah, did they, were they accepting right away? Were they just like... Yeah, they love you. They were like, yeah. Yeah. So you just told them. They weren't too homophobic, but it's like... Just a thing.
Starting point is 01:19:09 A little bit, yeah. Yeah, I mean, but that's a lot of that generation, you know what I mean? Yeah. It's just also... It's harder for them to accept. Yeah, especially like Latino families, too. I feel like it's very traditional. like more conservative. Yeah, weirdly. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:23 It's like traditional like family, like structure, I think. Yeah. They go to church and stuff your family? Like church go or sometimes that has like to do with it too. No, Loki, like, we had our church eras where we would go for a year straight and then there's this time that we didn't go for a whole year. So it's like we wouldn't really go all the time. Okay. So it was more just, yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:46 Because we were awake up late. You at Streamer University and you at church It is hard to go to church It's up so early and stuff like that, yeah Yeah, but It really, I feel like it really doesn't matter I'm over here speeding on life No, you're good, me too
Starting point is 01:20:03 No, if you want more water There's another new one there if you want that I didn't want to steal it No, take all that we have so much water Yeah, no, same, I have my big old water here My water doesn't water break About coming out just barely A couple years ago
Starting point is 01:20:15 Church, no church era No relationship yet. I feel like, yeah. I'm like, yeah. You're only 22, so that makes sense. But I feel like you don't have to go to church to be a believer. Like as long as you believe. That's aligned with that 100%.
Starting point is 01:20:32 Yeah. All right. So, yeah, because you're really on the coming up. So it's like, yeah, I think love will find you. You know, it's going to be hard to because you're such a good catch. So it's like finding someone that's up to your standards, it's going to be like difficult. Yeah, as long as they're not weird, I don't care. Define weird.
Starting point is 01:20:47 What's weird? I don't know, like. To obsess with you, a fan? Like, yeah, they start acting, like, weird. Like, see, people think I'm a millionaire, and sometimes they're, they be telling me, like, oh, like, you make bank, huh? Like, oh, my God, I wish I had as much money as you. I'm like, oh, my God, like, you really think I have millions, like, br- I guess, you know, you hear it. That's so me earlier, me just being a millennial, being like, you must make a lot because you do hear streamers make so much money.
Starting point is 01:21:17 Like, Neon bought you a car. And he's buying Alabama Barker-Berker-Burkin's, and you're just like, what the fuck? Like, they're making so much money. So I guess people would assume. Yeah, that's why they assume. Like, I had my little money in there, but I'm not like enough to be giving to like this other people. Yeah, don't give. I would not give.
Starting point is 01:21:36 No. It's like they, some people bring that up. They bring up money. Red flag. They bring up the fact that I make money. Mm. And then they're like, oh, I don't make money that murder. So I'm like, oh, yeah.
Starting point is 01:21:48 I'm like, block. Yeah, it's kind of a weird thing to bring up, like, in general. It's just like, you figure that out if you like, like, like each other or something like. Yeah. That's so weird. Wait, so you never did say why in Leon gave you the car? Oh, I don't know. He just gave it to me because I don't know.
Starting point is 01:22:01 I really don't know. It was just like... He was just for fun. It's because we had hung out before. And he saw my... Well, my car's in the one I brought today. He's in good condition, but I was just telling him how my car gave me a brandy. car after.
Starting point is 01:22:18 What kind of car was it? It's a Mercedes Benz, CLA, 50, 2026. I'm like, what? And just chilling at your house? Yeah. Wait, why didn't you drive that one?
Starting point is 01:22:30 I mean, I love your car too, but. Because it's electric, so. Oh, you got charging. So I was already running late today. So I had my gas car as a spare. I'm like, whenever I'm running late, I could just pump gas. It's an electric 2026 Mercedes-Benz. Yeah, but wait.
Starting point is 01:22:44 The bad thing about like electric cars is you got away. 50 minutes, 40 minutes. To charge it. Yes, you have an electric car, right? So the charging, that part does kind of get you. I guess you need one at your house. A little charger at your house. Yeah, but it's a very good car.
Starting point is 01:22:56 So. Yeah, that's nice. Wow. We need to be friends with streamers. Guys. Streamers really have it like that. The fancy trips, everything. What are your ultimate aspirations?
Starting point is 01:23:05 Like, where do you see streaming going for you? Like, what would you want to do? Or do you want to do this forever? Like, just you'd be a stream forever as the dream? I feel like sometimes they do get burned now and I'm like, oh, like, should, should I, should I? do it like a lot and be actually super dedicated to it because I have my time where I get super dedicated and I'm like I'm not going to miss a day without streaming and there's these days where
Starting point is 01:23:27 you feel like drained in your head yeah yeah you're like oh I don't know I don't know if I should stream today but I do see myself doing this for a while yeah and yeah as you should I think it's not going anywhere I do think it feels like the beginning of no yes it feels like a new era the beginning for yeah it's cool just like where it could go and all that stuff like that. Yeah, it's like when you're streaming, it could take you anywhere randomly. Yeah, obviously you're meeting all these people.
Starting point is 01:23:56 You're going to like a roll line and draw. Yeah, because sometimes you get invited to these places because they tell you, oh, you should come and stream here. And I'm like, what? Like, they want me to go there to stream? Yeah, how you said earlier, people at them all be like, don't film me, don't film me. Now you're getting celebrities that like bring the stream.
Starting point is 01:24:10 Like that is weird. No, it's cool. It's really cool. I don't know. We could be at a stream. When do you stream me next? Maybe we should join the on the stream. After you move, after you get situated in L.A.
Starting point is 01:24:22 I want to come to your stream. Like, if you just say you're going to be at the mall or something and just be like, here we are. No, yes, that would be fun. Do you mic? Do you mic? Do you get mic'd up or you just kind of? Yeah, I use these DGI mics, DJI mics.
Starting point is 01:24:35 Okay, so the ones we had earlier. A little clip-ons, right? Yeah, they're like clip-ons, and I always tell my brother, make sure they're on because they got to hear everything. Yeah, well, I still let you know. But those might catch everything And someone's talking shit behind me They're gonna hear
Starting point is 01:24:50 Oh, wait, really? Yeah, they're very good Oh, interesting You said before you were doom scrolling And that you found some stuff about aliens Oh my God, I've been in... I've just been in this Like rabbit hole
Starting point is 01:25:03 Because a few months ago, I took And it just... Oh, first time? Did you microdose it or were you just taking like a full? I didn't know, I took a lot, so I... Who gave you? How'd you find him?
Starting point is 01:25:16 Legit? You got them? Or we were outside? No, they were like the natural version. Like, not the chocolate. It was like the actual... Wow. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:24 And you just ate it? Yeah, and I just ate it. And I feel like when you take... You think about everything. You think about why we're here. Yeah. What's the truth? And then, like, you start thinking, like,
Starting point is 01:25:35 maybe the government is hiding stuff from it. So I'm like... It takes you to the real world. The real reality. Yeah. And I felt like after that I just, I think about it frequently. So, really...
Starting point is 01:25:45 Recently, I've been just very into that. Do you guys believe in, like, aliens and stuff? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we're big alien believers, for sure. They're definitely here. I mean, we disagree on what they look like. Do you think they're, like, the gray aliens?
Starting point is 01:25:58 I think they look different. They're, like, water beings or something. What do you think they look like? Yeah, I feel like they might even be able to shape shift into us, like, look like us. I don't know. Have you ever, do you think you ever encountered one? I don't know, because some people do be, like, not acting like humans. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:26:14 Yeah. So we might have. Are you an alien? Some of the streamers seem like very alien like to me. No, some people are like, like they just, they're just programmed to do what they want to do or like their own stuff. And they don't act like a human sound like, oh my God, like is this an actual person? Yeah, like they malfunction and stuff. And you're like, are you okay?
Starting point is 01:26:33 Like what happened? I believe all that. Yeah, I try not to go too deep into it because it kind of scares you. No, it's scary. Yeah, you're just like, what else is there? So when you're when you're scrolling late at night, do you like scare yourself when you're like, look, yeah? Yeah, but I like getting scared. I like that adrenaline rush.
Starting point is 01:26:47 And then what do you do? You just like... I just keep doom scrolling. Okay. And then I realize I'm like, oh, wait, it's late. Do you watch anything fun? Like, what's your FYP that's, like, fun? Like, anything...
Starting point is 01:26:57 Like, what, are you into any drama? Are you into beauty? Are you into Kardashians? Ooh, I love watching, like, drama, like, right now, the Love Island and everything. Did you watch the reunion last night? Oh, my God, yes. I did.
Starting point is 01:27:08 What did you think? I think Keda could have been nicer. Yes, yes. Me and girl. No, she was like, like, look, he being mean to her Rihanna. I was like, oh my God. Yeah, like, why? Like, out of nowhere.
Starting point is 01:27:19 I was like, I did not expect that. What about sincere? What do you think about him? I think he's just a hole. Yeah. I'm not trying to be pigmy, but I'm like, he's a 24, five-year-old guy. The whole show is being, like, tempted. It's like, I mean, at the end of the day, he didn't choose his person.
Starting point is 01:27:34 You know what I mean? But, yeah. I think they could definitely work through that, so. Yeah, they seem like they are. I mean, they kept choosing her, so there's that. Would you want it? Would you ever do a Love Island? Um, maybe chopped island.
Starting point is 01:27:48 No, you'd be so good. If they did like an all-male love island. A brand new chop shell has entered. There's nothing wrong with being a chop shell. You would be so cute on there. Oh my God, if you got to go on like Love Island as like the bombshell, it would be so cute. Oh my God, that's crazy because they'd be getting so freaky there. I'm like, how do they do so much saliva?
Starting point is 01:28:09 That is true. Do they get tested for herpes? Yeah, they literally kiss. see each other? Like all the people like back to back when they go to the casa and it's just like what the hell? Like your lips on this and sometimes you don't see it and it's fine if you have it but like I let people know and take medication like don't be just spreading it around it's kind of crazy. I know it's so crazy. Why would you uh do streamers do that? Do they like make out on stream? Do people like make out and kids? I guess like clavicular I guess kind of does that with
Starting point is 01:28:33 girls. Oh yeah. But you would never, you would never date people on stream because he was dating people on stream. Would you ever go on a date on stream? Maybe. But I'm trying to think if someone's ever like made out like that on stream. Have you? Have you? Well, my friend, EVE and Johnny, they were loki freaky for a bit. Like, when they started like going in their honeymoon face. Okay.
Starting point is 01:28:55 So it was, um, no, it's Evelyn. Evelyn, Artis. Oh, Evelyn. Yeah. Everyone and Johnny. So, yeah, they've been a little freaky, but, you know, they were in their honeymoon face. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:07 I guess, yeah, when you're streaming all the time, you can't really. So, yeah, it was like fun, funny to see. Yeah. Yeah, I guess when you're young, you might as well. Why not? You know, just show it. Yeah. Romance.
Starting point is 01:29:18 It was like she was traveling. They were going to Puerto Rico and stuff like that. Romantic. Sorry, everybody you see this. I'm over here. We love you, girl. I love, no, I love both Evelyn. I love Wendy.
Starting point is 01:29:28 I'm, like, big fan. I'm, like, new to the streamer world, but you three are my favorite for sure. I was following, you know, you follow other people, but then you kind of like, I don't know, the drama of the, I was probably Bree's for a while. Bree and, um, she was with Winter, but who's, Santos? Oh, yeah, Santos. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:46 You know, it's not well. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I bought a little bit here and there, but I don't keep up too much. We got a little bit of the Astrovino at the end, but there's a whole thing, yeah. Yeah. It's a sentiment. Everyone's like, yeah.
Starting point is 01:29:58 But I guess I gotta get more into it. But I do like neon. He seems very nice. I'm glad he's nice to you. No, yeah, he's very nice. He seems nice to the girls on his streams, like Alabama and stuff like that. He seems like a gentleman, so that's good. No, he's very nice.
Starting point is 01:30:09 It's crazy. I didn't think he would, because I knew about him before I knew his, lower and I thought he would be mean but he's actually very nice. Yeah, I like to hear that and you said Faye's rug was really nice. Yeah, Faisberg is so humble like there's influencers that don't even have 10% of what he has like her
Starting point is 01:30:24 like social media wise and they act how I think he should, I don't think he should act like that but they act how I would assume he would act and he's the opposite I'm like what the hell? It's always the biggest ones like with celebrities too they're always like so Michael Jackson like he's so sweet so humble
Starting point is 01:30:41 and that's always the ones that you never heard of like a Tom Sandoval and you're just like, why are you an asshole? You know what I mean? It's always like that. The big ones are where it's at. You stay humble, though. You're such a humble king. You're like so sweet. Everything like that. Is there a final? It's not like a message you want the world to know about Benji. Is there something or a manifestation you want to put out to the world right now?
Starting point is 01:30:57 I just feel like, regarding to like the humbleness. Yeah, just anything. I feel like you just shouldn't treat other people like they're below you because I find that embarrassing. That part. I cringe when I see other people do that. Like, I'm like, what the fuck? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:31:16 And you know what? Again, it just, things can change so quickly with people. So it's like, yeah, just everyone's the same. Everyone equally. I love that. Yeah. Is there any advice you'd give people who want to be a streamer like you or successful like you, how you made it?
Starting point is 01:31:26 Get ready for the hate comments. So real. And the hate comments are like instantaneous. Yeah. Well, what do you have a chat? No chat here. So you can't tell the hate everything. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:31:40 Get ready for that. But also there's a lot of news. nice stuff that come from this like you build new connections new friendships you get to network don't be shy um make sure that you block everyone that you know if you're shy to post block everyone you know first and then once you blow up you don't block them yeah that's good advice actually that was great advice that's what i did i love that and it's working for you i feel like it's giving it's everything you're like succeeding you're thriving and we love to see it works it works I love that.
Starting point is 01:32:13 So you just blocked everybody that you knew and then unblocked him when you got. Yeah, after that, one time one of my friends came up to me, or like not my friends, but they were my friends in high school. And they were like, so I've been seeing a lot of your videos, but for some reason I'm not able to log into your, I mean, watch your account. Like, I need to watch them through my sisters. My sister chose me. And I was like, oh, don't have them off block. You're like, well, I got to block that. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:32:38 I was like, let me unblock you, unblock you. It's hard to unblock sometimes. Sometimes you're like how do I unblock people? That's great advice. I think you are so smart and you're so sweet to have done the video for us You're just like amazing it to even be here today. I'm like so Oh Excited and proud of you Benji Chavez everybody follow him everywhere Twitch we love you thank you for paying him you're the best
