Starting point is 00:00:00 When you're flying Emirates business class, enjoying a good night's rest in your live flat seat, you'll see that your vacation isn't really over until your flight is over. Fly Emirates, fly better. Ariana Grande found it week one, and she reposted every week for eight weeks. Did you know her? No. Like, how are you friends with everyone? You're like, I know Meg, lover, sending her a picture.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Oh, Addison, yes, lover. Rachel, we've been friends for 10 years. I had like Selena Gomez dancing in my bedroom. What? What? You know her? It's three friends. So I was like, I was like, Fatima works in nine to five.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Like Fatima's a woman of the earth. So I was just trying to like, and people lost their damn minds that I explained the meme wrong. her name is Trish She's got the dish and all It got some filthy, rich, pretty, and pink Hot Topic Queen and says what everybody thinks she's just strange Hello and welcome back to the Just Trish podcast today We have very special guest

Starting point is 00:01:24 Yeah fan Fan to light friend To now to now Bestie Oh yeah We were Yeah We had a bond I feel like this week
Starting point is 00:01:32 And that's why I was like When can you come on the podcast Like after this week We had such a A bonding day really And more bonding days to come Yeah we work together Maybe on something
Starting point is 00:01:42 Maybe on something Which was like I don't know I don't, we can't really talk about it, but it was like the highlight of my whole life. I know, but you'll be talking about things you shouldn't talk about. I know, but I'm trying not to. I feel like you've, you said you for you before you were supposed to say it. Did I?
Starting point is 00:01:56 I feel like you were like on, I thought you were made it very obvious. Did I? I know, I'm trying not to. I'm trying not to anymore. But no, we met. Well, first of all, congrats on I Love LA. Thank you. Star of I Love LA.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Like, truly a star. You're in every episode, which is the star. I did we're one of the four. You know, usually the gay guy is like the, the, the, six or seven but in this the gay guys one of the core four yes so that's that's nice I love the core four I love the show important I love L.A I love L.A I mean you love L.A I love L.A I love L.A. You are L.A. You're officially L.A. now even though you're from Long Island I know but here we are okay how are you I'm good I'm where did you come from you're like on the way I came from I was I got to
Starting point is 00:02:41 the gym this morning I did my thing there then I had to go do this this music rehearsal in Glendale, and it took me only like an hour. Wait, can you talk about it or no no? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, talk about what? What you're doing? Because it's so exciting what you're doing tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:02:55 I mean, it's cute. I'm doing like a Christmas benefit concert with Rufus Wainwright and like do Annie Lennox's. Yeah, of course. It's like Annie Lennox and Beck and like Lucy Dacchus, you know her from Boy Genius? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I'm like, I'm on it and I'm like, can I sing pennies in my
Starting point is 00:03:13 and they're like, yeah, sure. Oh, oh, you can sing that too. I'm singing that, yeah, I'm singing in two songs. Okay, I heard about the, it was the Hanukkah. Yeah, Hanukkah and Santa Monica. Which is great. Who wrote it? It's like some song from the 90s.
Starting point is 00:03:27 Okay, love that. It's very like, da-da-da-da-da-da. Okay, love it. So you're singing that, and then Penny's in my purse. Rufus Wainwright, who like, he's so iconic to me. I grew up listening to his music. Like, you know, Shrek 2, Hallelujah? Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:03:41 That's him. Oh, yeah, that's what made it, like, famous for Gensis. Literally made it famous. Oh my gosh. You guys should sing that. And so we're, I know, I know. I heard there was a singer card that David played and he pleased the Lord. Great line.
Starting point is 00:03:56 David played and there being at secret chord. Wait, what? He heard there was a secret chord that David played and he pleased the Lord. So there's like this secret chord that no one knows. But is he saying then that in the chorus that is the secret chord? Hallelujah Hallelujah That's a secret chord
Starting point is 00:04:15 Maybe I'm a chord Oh I love it I never thought that deep into it You have to start thinking deeper I don't know I think what I start deeper You actually don't
Starting point is 00:04:25 That's your charm Is that you know You are very deep But you can't think about it too much I don't like to think about things too much Yes I can get deep I can get there I try not to
Starting point is 00:04:35 It's a defense mechanism I suppose When I interviewed you I asked you if you believed in free will Do you remember that? And what was that? Literally, it didn't know. Like, I heard it.
Starting point is 00:04:45 But I was like, wait, but like, what exactly does it mean? No, your questions were deep. No, this is so, this is what's so crazy. So we met, it's been like three years ago, and you came to the house. And, okay. You were a little skeptical at first. You think? I think so.
Starting point is 00:05:01 Just because you, like, let me just explain where I feel like you were at. You were, like, right at the beginning of being publicly, like, really embraced. And, like, I feel like you were, like, the mainstream press had, like, only kind of probably, like, caused you harm before. Yes. And, like, you were just starting to get photo shoots and people were, like, taking you seriously and being, like, she's a major figure. And I was at the beginning of that. Yeah. So I feel like you maybe thought I was going to come and be like, gotcha.
Starting point is 00:05:31 Can I tell you? Yeah. Like, I didn't even know. And I think you nailed it right. That is actually so spot on. Because, yeah, I was, like, finally, like, I took, like, maybe, like, a year and a half, two years off of doing anything. I literally went into like a meditation phase, ASMR. I was like, I see nothing, I know nothing.
Starting point is 00:05:44 I'm not my former self. So like doing photos shoots and like just having people like look at you again was very scary. And then yeah, I didn't know like. I'm just a gay guy. You never know the intentions of a gay guy. Are you the evil gay? No, yeah, like which one are you going to be? Yeah, no, I was right.
Starting point is 00:05:59 I was flustered. I remember we had just came from doing the idol shoot for Halloween and then I came here. Yeah. And you were so sweet though. You were so sweet. And yeah, I just didn't know. You're right. That's very spot on.
Starting point is 00:06:09 But I was like, I did. I did, I feel like I let you know very early, like, I'm an actual fan like, I'm like, I've been a fan forever, you know. That's so crazy. I came and saw your show in Thousand Oaks. Which is, I know, and like, that's a while. I have, can I
Starting point is 00:06:24 just say? For those who have, I mean, I feel like everyone's seen it on the internet, but for those who haven't seen it, it's like Beyonce times five. The audience goes crazier than any pop star I've ever seen in my life. Like, literally, like, you go to Beyonce and it's, tame compared to your show.
Starting point is 00:06:41 People too get excited. I do love it. It's insane. Thanks. I mean that means a lot coming from you. I know I wish you weren't busy tonight because we're doing the show to night in a thousand out because it would have been. Meg is coming.
Starting point is 00:06:50 I'm very excited. I get to meet her for the first time tonight. I can't wait. Yeah. The best. Genius. Amazing. Actual genius.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Well, it is true. Yeah. You did that interview and it was at the beginning of just like, you know, coming back of sorts, I guess, to social media. And then even now recently you really helped me along. So you've been pushing me in all the right room. So thank you. I feel like we're,
Starting point is 00:07:09 we're both manifesters. Yeah. And with this thing that we can't talk about like we like I manifested that for us a long time ago. And I DM'd you remember? I remember you DM'd you remember you DM'd and I told
Starting point is 00:07:21 I told Moses and I was just like oh my God I was just like gagged and And then it didn't happen. Right. And then it did. Patience timing. Patience. No, but it's crazy because right before that interview I mean you were like
Starting point is 00:07:31 already you were like you were already blown up because you had just done like the Robert Pattinson like in conversation with and you did like all this so I was like this is so. So I guess that's so. why I was, like, so weird. I was like, why? Like, I didn't think everyone has a motive. I'm like, so why here? Why are you with me when you could be with Robert Patton? Yeah, because you didn't understand that like that people, famous, not that I am or
Starting point is 00:07:49 was, but like that famous people were obsessed with you. Because we were talking about the idol and I was like, I'm really close with Rachel and all these people. Everyone loves you. And you're like, wait, what? People know who I am. Which was so crazy. And now, look at you guys, like, literally starring, writing. I didn't know you guys were best friends, but like literally, and it was the number two, number three now. And it's like, yeah, it's like
Starting point is 00:08:05 top five. It's not eight. But every, I feel every every week it comes out like the Monday after it goes it goes back yeah as it should be but now this this heated rivalry show everyone's obsessed with it's really hard to compete with some porn things they I watched it last night I'm like oh okay they're really going yeah I kind of love though and it's like only that there's very few scenes that aren't as full sex I have I love LA you do have one you have you have a sex scene I have a little sex scene I have one I have a little one later in the show. It's obviously not as thorny.
Starting point is 00:08:38 I'm like, now I'm like maybe season two more. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Rachel shows her boobs in the first episode. I love that. Like, why are you to win? There's like nudity ride away. I'm like, sign me up for sure. I think you might need to go like full frontal or something in season two.
Starting point is 00:08:49 I told her. I told her the most subversive thing she could do is show her asshole. I don't know. Will they allow it on Max? I don't know. Were she down? No. She was like, obviously I'm not doing that.
Starting point is 00:09:01 I'm like, I'm like, Lena Dunham didn't show asshole. Did not. Did not. So, has anyone? I mean... We're going to get this censored. I don't know. Oh, right, because the YouTube.
Starting point is 00:09:11 Yeah. You all, you YouTubers and you're a monitor. You don't need the monetization anymore. You're rich from other things. You YouTubers. Oh, my God, I died. Well, you started, okay, this is what's so crazy about you. So you started as a social media, quarantine, Facebook, or Instagram Reels. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:27 Reels wasn't even a thing yet. So how did you blow up there? It was like I would do like these, like, basically, like, on my story for a week just as, like, a creative exercise. I was like, I'm just going to do one kind of, like, esoteric impression. Do you know, like, just kind of like, like, I knew your, she looked to me like, eh. Well, you know, if I don't know free well, how am I going to know esoteric? Well, okay.
Starting point is 00:09:54 Like, kind of like a, like, heady, heady doesn't, like, fully make, like, traditional narrative sense. Like, I don't know. It's kind of hard, esoteric means kind of hard to explain. Okay. Moses, right? Yeah. You guys are so similar. Really?
Starting point is 00:10:10 And your eyes and your lashes. I was like, I feel like I'm okay, my husband's eyes. Jews, Jews. Stop it. The lashes are so long, though. Because you have, what else are you? Like, what's your background? I did 23 and me.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Oh, just Jewish. Oh, so there's not, what's the 0.0.0.0.0.1%. I like, probably Jewish again. Yeah, it does. It does. Oh, it's so pretty. Yeah. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:10:33 But, okay. But, but esoteric. Yeah, Russian Jew, Russian Jew. Okay. Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, Russian Jew. I love it. But yeah, I have no, no, because people often think I'm like Sephardic, but I'm not at all.
Starting point is 00:10:45 Yes, because that's what I thought with the eyelashes and stuff. We were talking about that. I had an ex and I'm not afraid to talk about him because he was abusive. Okay. But he, his whole identity was attached to the fact that he was Native American. And then he had to do a 23 and me for some, like, project. 0% Native American. And like I watched his identity crumble.
Starting point is 00:11:08 And like it was and it was and then for me it like it clarified a lot of stuff of just like him and identity. And so like you know when you're in a weird relationship like any clues you have kind of excite you. Yeah. You're like, why are they this way? And we're already in a bad place. And so I was like, why is he so weird and mean to me? And then like that. And so I was like this guy could make sense with your identity issues.
Starting point is 00:11:33 and he got so mad. And he's like, he's like, fuck you, I am Native American. These tests are lies. And it was crazy. Maybe. Maybe it was inaccurate. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:42 Okay. That's sad. Yeah, you know. But life, you know, we all have to go through toxic relationships. Yes. Yeah. They're the worst. Until you find a happy one.
Starting point is 00:11:52 Okay. So back to real. What are you doing before quarantine? I was writing for TV shows. Right. You said you were like in a writer's rooms. Yeah, I wrote. Oh, that's how I met.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Right. someone you can't talk about. That's someone I can't talk about. By the way, I don't want to have a cop, but like, Jordan knows every single person. And everybody knows you. There could be just someone walking by and be like, oh, yeah, this person said hi. Oh, I had dinner with this person.
Starting point is 00:12:13 And then literally they went to me at some point because people just everyone knew you. I don't know anyone that knew you. Like, literally remember that one guy when we're in the back room? He literally was like, I don't know the name. There's something we can bleep it, but somebody's like, he said hi. He's like, and I don't know anyone that knows you. I was like, oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:12:29 He said that to you. Yeah. I think he's trying to like not be awkward. I don't think he's trying to be rude, but it was funny. And I was like, I don't know anyone either. I think you, but you're like, you're in your own like ivory tower, I feel like. Like you're like you are, you feel very removed. You're like so famous and so removed.
Starting point is 00:12:46 Not. I'm like out on these streets like clawing my way. Well, it's working because you are everywhere. Okay, so before 2020 you're doing what? I'm, uh, yeah, so I wrote on like Big Mouth. If you've seen that show. Yeah. I wrote on this show called The Other Two.
Starting point is 00:13:02 I wrote on the show called Search Party. And so I was like, yeah, I was TV writing for most of my 20s. And making, like, short films and stuff like that. Oh, my God. Okay, so you were, like, in entertainment. I was in it, yeah. So why did you go to social media? You kind of went backwards.
Starting point is 00:13:18 Well, it was basically, like, in, it's so funny talking about this now because it feels like so long ago. But, like, January 2020, like, my entire life fell apart. And, like, that abusive relationship ended. And we also worked together. So it was like all of my I felt like my whole entire life was over and he kind of made me believe I would never get a job again if we broke up and so we I went through this massive breakup I had a show in development that got killed everything just kind of like fell apart and then the pandemic happened and I just kind of started doing the impressions and like week one they blew up and like yeah somehow Ariana Grande found it week one and she she reposted every week for eight weeks. Did you know her?
Starting point is 00:14:04 No. Do you know her now? Like only online. Oh, like we DM and stuff, but like it's, but. Oh, and you were sharing your, every single week. What was the impression? Like, you don't have to do them unless you want to, but like, what, who were you doing? Like the, I feel like, the one that blew up, they're very, like, pandemic focus.
Starting point is 00:14:22 So it's like, you remember how, like, everyone was making banana bread? Yeah. The one that blew up really big was Banana Bread's publicist. And I played, like, I played banana bread. And honestly, now I see so many. like sketch footage is like I'm blanks publicist right I did that you were the original yeah I oh my wait so did you just okay so one day you're just home and you're doing these sketches basically yeah and then I just kept doing them for like a year and then I yeah I had I think like at the start
Starting point is 00:14:46 of the pandemic I had like 15,000 followers and then I had like 800 or something by by like August that is so crazy it happened really fast and reals wasn't like a thing so they're not like no but I think I was doing them in like dumps like I would do 10 a week I would do 10 impressions a week can put them in one post so kind of it was like a smorgasbord of like if one wasn't for you the post would still get shared wow yeah yeah they're like look at this one and then yeah yeah and you're living by yourself doing this i was totally by myself like isolated it was really like a very creative time for me because like i had just come out of yeah like i don't know why i'm i'm talking about this relationship so much but it was like a very controlling relationship and so i didn't even know
Starting point is 00:15:26 what my own thoughts were anymore and so being alone i was like oh these are my thoughts and people like them and like they're resonating with them oh my god so it actually opened you up more 100% how long were you in the relationship for it was like four years oh yeah that's a long time it was a long time yeah so no wonder like it affects you like so deeply yeah are you healed from it you think or you definitely healed from that but then i had another relationship after that was really great oh good good and that ended and i'm not really over that okay but not didn't like necessarily traumatize no no no You're just sad. I'm just like, well, I can't believe I'm not with that person anymore vibes.
Starting point is 00:16:03 Oh, my. Are you the type to reach out and be like, hey, maybe you could try again? Or no, you're like, it's done, it's done. I feel that, yeah, I don't know. It feels like it was a chapter and like we both grew so much from it. Yeah. But I never say never, you know. I still love him.
Starting point is 00:16:20 You know, I, like I, yeah, he has a boyfriend now. They do, they do collab posts on Instagram, but it's fine. You're left too, okay, not to be that person, but you also sound like Adam Sandler a little bit. When I was looking at you earlier, you're a laugh. You're the way you were talking. He's like my biggest inspo. Like, I want to, I want to, that's who I want to be.
Starting point is 00:16:41 You sound like him too. You like, look like him, sound like I love him so much. Do I sound? I don't even know. I'm not saying. You know when he does, like, the, his, like, goofy voice. But I think I could do, like, the yell. I would have to, like, practice him when he's like, how does he yell?
Starting point is 00:16:57 We try to do Adam Sandler impressions all the time because we love him. Yeah. What's like a line? I don't even know. From Adam Sandler. Like, which one? But you know when he gets that yell, when he does that yell. Like, it's from a happy yell more like when he yells. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Him and Ariana Grande just did actors on actors. Did you see that? Wait, who did he do it with? Adam Sandler and Ariana Grande just did actors on actors. Oh, that's a fun. That's a fun duo. That's a fun duo. I like that together.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Has he ever been in your DMs or have you been in his DMs? No, he doesn't, he never followed, but he, but I met him once and he was so nice. Did you mean Malibu? No, like an award show. Okay. Yeah, but he was, he was great. But I feel like that's the like career I'm manifesting because you get like, I think
Starting point is 00:17:38 like real filmmakers really respect him. Yeah. He gets to do his funny stuff, but then also gets to do his drama stuff. Well, it's interesting because we have this conversation where you're like, I'm done playing myself. You like, you think you play yourself all the time. But like he kind of does play himself all the time. Well, that's why when these bs online or like they say about me or Rachel or like any of like the
Starting point is 00:17:57 That is what comedians have done in the past. It's like you're wanted for the what you bring to the role. And so it's like, yeah, sure. Like if you need me to play like an 18th century, like, none. Like, oh, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. But it's like, do I even want to do?
Starting point is 00:18:18 I'm not like. You could. But to me, that's not as exciting. I'm like. I agree. I'm not an actor like that. Like, I'm not just, like, I want to embody different. But I disagree with that.
Starting point is 00:18:31 I think you are such a good actor, but you are such a character. And I feel like that's why people love Adam Sandler or they love Jennifer Anderson. They're hiring them based on, like, those personalities, you know? And, like, same. It's like, I don't want to play anything other than, like, me, I guess. But, like, that's what I'm good at. Yeah. And even when you are, like, dropping, like, into your, you know, I love your bar wench character.
Starting point is 00:18:52 My little tavern made. But your tavern made. But it still is, it's you. Yeah. You know, but I feel like I, you know, I, I think what I, more. That's so funny. Just to hear something like, you know, I love your tavern mate. Like, no one's ever said that.
Starting point is 00:19:07 Your last one's just like, I don't say that. I feel like you need to be his, like, son or something. I would love to play his son and something. Did you get on an audition for Happy Gilmore 2 where everybody was in that movie? No. Did you even try? Because you were so connected to everybody. Like, how did you not?
Starting point is 00:19:20 Yeah, I don't know. Sometimes, I, yeah, I don't know what's happening. I would just be like, get me in there, but okay. I think it will. let's let we can use this time to manifest the project with me and adam sandler because i doubt i think we look similar very similar you sound the same we have a whole adam stanler's shrine upstairs we're both like obsessed with our weight i feel like like if you if you look at his movies he was writing like every there's so about his weight in every movie you are obsessed with your weight
Starting point is 00:19:44 but you look so good you're like i need to do this i need this i'm like you look so okay here's chicken fingers from brentz wait what is it from brentz have you been no is it amazing it's really good it's a deli it's a jewish jelly it's really good thank you so much to golden nugget Online Casino for Sponsoring Day's episode of Just Trish. Starting point is 00:20:45 Thank you so much to Golden Nugga Online Casino for sponsoring today's episode. Thank you so much, Moses. Yes. Thanks, Moses. And there's coffee on the way. Are we like, can we, can I take a bite while we talk? But yeah, you know what, I need to start, oh, he left.
Starting point is 00:20:58 I need to start muck banging on the podcast more. Lucas said on Owen's podcast. No, I thought it was a muck bang, and then I was like a podcast. And like Lizzo, she liked to muck bang. I guess I should just muck bang in podcast. That might be my thing. Have you done the bulldog? Oh, those noodles?
Starting point is 00:21:10 Yeah, I haven't had. Are they good? Oh, my stomach's pretty strong. Like I can eat taco about, you know what I can eat anything. But, ooh, my stomach is. Yeah, I can do spicy. Yeah, I can do spicy, but something about those noodles are just like cheap and like, I don't know, like, no offense to Bulldoch.
Starting point is 00:21:25 but you want to try it. You get canceled for saying Bulldog is cheap when it's like a dollar. Well, I do love, I mean, I love a craft mac and cheese. Do you go grocery shopping? No. You don't cook? Do I look like I cook?
Starting point is 00:21:36 Kind of? Really? Yeah. No, you saw me on set. I'm like, give me Redville. Give me God. You made the coffee wrong too. You did get yelled that for making coffee wrong.
Starting point is 00:21:46 Oh my God. I got really, she did not like me. She did not like me. She's like you're making it wrong. I'm like chill, like, okay. So like life goes on. I get her, though, I feel her. Be like, you did that wrong.
Starting point is 00:21:59 You're on her side. No, I'm always on your side. I really just love being around you. It's so funny because, like, watching you is how I want to be. I want to be outgoing and I want to, like, be that one. But I'm like, I'm really shy, like, in real life. And social stuff. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:12 Because I remember I was like, you need to, like, come to a party and you're like, I don't go to parties. The idea of going to a party is, like, I love the idea. But, like, I know once I get there, I'll just, like, want to, like, turn around and go out. Yeah. Because, like, I feel awkward talking. if I'm standing alone, I feel so stupid. Like, if no one's talking to me, look, I can go up and talk to people,
Starting point is 00:22:30 but I choose not to me, so I just sit in there, and then I'm alone, I'm like, no one will talk to me and then I just leave. Right. I'm very in. And then if I do talk to someone, like, they're probably like, don't talk to me, who's around?
Starting point is 00:22:38 You know, like, that's, I don't know. It's in my head. Or no. No, everyone feels like. No, I think there's definitely that vibe in L.A. But I just, I don't know. I just, like, have, like, a couple drinks, and then I'm fine.
Starting point is 00:22:53 Like, so I can feel socially off. Also, I feel like sometimes I really just say the wrong thing. You don't. You are so charming. The way you go and you just like talk to who doesn't matter who it is. It could be the person. A lot of people hate me. No.
Starting point is 00:23:08 Everyone loved you. Everyone loved you. Like he's the best. He's the most. Really? Well, you are, you're very confident. And some people could like look at that and be like, um, what's like arrogant maybe? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:20 But you're just confident. Like you'll just, you don't care. You'll go talk to anybody and everybody. You're like. I think that has been. that has been my demise. I even get, I even get scared talking about it
Starting point is 00:23:31 because I'm like, I don't want to give them any more fodder. But it's all, you know, it's all gay guys. Really? Yeah. Yeah, always. Why do they do that? I don't know. Yes, Moses. Look at those gold wise. French toast lattes. With almond milk? Are you, do you, are you
Starting point is 00:23:48 feeling the holiday spirit yet or you're not quite there yet? Oh, yeah. You're feeling it. I love the holidays. But are you actually feeling it in your soul, I feel like it's happening late this year. No, because like I do Christmas and it's all Christmas songs, the holiday songs. I should do a Hanukkah song. I didn't think about that. Yeah, you should just do, you should do the Hanukkah
Starting point is 00:24:06 the Adam Sandler one. Maybe Put on your Yamaka. It's time to celebrate Hanukkah. Do it like Adam Sandler though. Put on your yamika. That was a, yeah, yeah, that was a little bit. What are we need? What's happening? Okay, I don't know. Do you want this? I don't know. I'm just, do you want it? I've had chicken tenders three times today, not kidding.
Starting point is 00:24:28 Like two things of chicken tank. It's, okay, this is good. Doesn't taste like French toast. No, maybe because you put the almond milk in it. This feels very I love L.A. Why is this not sponsored? Why is this not in the show? Are you going to see any sponsors in there?
Starting point is 00:24:39 Not, I don't think we did this season. Air one? No, we're the only people ever to be allowed to shoot an air one. Oh, but they didn't pay? No, we had to pay a lot. Oh, you had to pay. A lot. I love that.
Starting point is 00:24:50 That's so bushyy. It's a coveted. They're like, you advertise us, but pay us. Yeah, they don't need. Any, I feel like we should have an air one smoothie. Rachel should have an air one smoothie. I love L'A smoothie for sure. Cheers.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Cheers. The Lollah, I'm my sponsor, but not a fresh show. It's not bad. I remember Lollaland when that cucumber twink was really popping. Oh, yeah. They had his own. They had his own La La Lant. You're so online too, which I love.
Starting point is 00:25:13 I'm so deeply online. I love, like, you know more sometimes than even me. You're like, oh, this person. I'm deeply online. Oh, my God, I didn't know all that. But you know the cucumber twink. You know why I know him? because at the same time
Starting point is 00:25:25 we were talking about having a drink with La La Land and I was so excited and they look they came back around and they like you'd have a drink but they push not pushed me aside but they're like oh he's a priority he came out first so I was just like so then I felt a little slighted. This is like when people when people criticize I love LA
Starting point is 00:25:41 they're like this doesn't happen you're just like I got pushed aside at La La Land for the cucumber twink I'm like this this happened this is real this is real. It's so real than me you're not a priority right like you're getting your feelings hurt you. Yeah, yeah. Because then they're like, okay, well, we'll circle back around. And then I saw that drink come out first. I was like, oh, you put the cucumber drink ahead of
Starting point is 00:26:00 me. Okay, fine. And then like we can do balance. I was like, no, actually I'm good. I'm booked. I'm busy. I'm like not busy. I should do it, honestly. But would that be like a bag or it's just kind of a vibe? No, I don't think you get any paid anything. Which isn't fair. So they're using your likeness. I think everyone's the same way. I think they don't pay anything. They don't, it's just for exposure. It's like press. Or even, do we even hear like people pay to have a smoothie there? I heard they're taking Haley Beaver's name off of the Haley Beaver. I wonder why. So that might be, if they're not paid, I mean, if she didn't get paid for that, that's actually insane.
Starting point is 00:26:33 Is it actually called the Haley Beaver smoothie or people just call it that? I think it is. The Haley Beaver, strawberry, skin, glaze, donut glaze. She puts a strawberry glaze donut. Yeah. Okay, maybe you're right. Like, it's on the menu. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:46 I mean, maybe she got paid. I don't know. Do love donuts? That's my spin-off of I love L.A. I love donuts. I love donuts. I love a voodoo donut. I have not a crazy about, have you had the one, have you had that one that's in Korea
Starting point is 00:27:01 town that it's like, California donuts? No, no. It's actually the girl, I'm so online again, but there's, I don't know her name, but there's a new streamer that's doing really well, short hair, really funny. Vanilla Mace. Vanilla Mase. Love her. She, her viral thing was trying that donut, that like pistachio, salted pistachio donut.
Starting point is 00:27:19 No, I don't know where this is from. That is how she, like, blew up. Yeah, that's for me. That's her main bag. Do you know the donut? I know the meme. It's, it is truly the best thing
Starting point is 00:27:29 I've ever put in my mouth. Like, it's... Oh, you went because of her? I went because of her. I ordered it and it was... Or sidecar. Have you had sidecar? Yes, they deliver here to us.
Starting point is 00:27:37 Shout out sidecar. Really good. They always give us free donuts. Really? Yeah, I got the hook up with sidecar. I feel like I don't get free shit anymore. Which is crazy because you're on like, literally the number two show.
Starting point is 00:27:47 It wasn't ever number one. We should call it number one. Number one show on HBO Max. It's number, globally. in number two. Okay, so, too. But that's, like, crazy. It feels number one.
Starting point is 00:27:56 No, welcome to Derry. Damn. Because you get those big shows. It's like, yeah. The horror. Yeah, the horror. The art show is, like, still, like, I feel like some people are going to miss some of the jokes.
Starting point is 00:28:06 It's kind of inside baseball a little bit. Yeah, it's kind of nichey. Yeah. But the fact that it's number two, some people don't even get their shows made. Yeah. No, it's, I would say it's, it's doing well. It's huge. And we got picked up for season two already.
Starting point is 00:28:19 Yay, congrats. Are you so excited. So excited. When does it start? Filming. Rachel is going to start writing like ASAP and then hopefully we'll film in the summer. Are you going to have time? Because you're also, you're also directing.
Starting point is 00:28:29 Club Kid. Club Kid. You know, you know. I mean, I have two more days to shoot in London, but yeah, we shot the most of the film. Oh my gosh. Are you, when does it, like, when do you think it's going to come out? I would hope like at the end of next year, like in fall of 26. That would be like, that would be my, yeah, it is fast.
Starting point is 00:28:48 So I'm not going to like, but, you know, we're manifesters. So there's a couple things for that movie I'm manifesting right now. Tell me, do you see, like, Oscar, do you see film festival? Do you see, like, cult classic, 20 years later? I don't even want to, like, say, because it's like, I don't know. Oh, okay. You know? I see myself winning, like, an award one day.
Starting point is 00:29:06 I'm like, I see myself, like, winning an Oscar Emmy or something, you know? 100%. But that's what I'm saying, you could say that about your film. I could see it winning something. I would like to, I would like to be in consideration. Yeah. I would like to be in the in talks, you know. I think it'll be, I'll see the billboards for it.
Starting point is 00:29:20 Yeah, it's a very, it's a very, it's a very, like it's a it's not it's this kind of serious movie you know okay yeah we talked about it so briefly when I saw you this week um I don't want to talk too much about it because it's it's so early and like you know you want to give you want it to you want to talk about it the right time okay okay okay you know what I mean but you make your director it's a directorial debut I've been working towards this for a long mother's time yeah how long like 10 years maybe 12 yeah I've been trying to make my own thing because really like I feel my my heart is like a writer like more than an actor I feel like a writer yeah and I've always written and so this is my first big project I've gotten to make
Starting point is 00:30:01 this is so exciting I'm excited because you went from like okay you're like writer model then you go to like influencer the hot model babe you were modeling you were modeling but it was kind of like a joke like I don't know you were like showing you were you know there was one that you just posted on stairs like a day ago and you look so like you're like modeling I mean, listen, I've, I've, I, I did a Versace campaign back in the day. That's modeling, what do you mean? But it's a joke. No, but it's like more in like the way an actor would do.
Starting point is 00:30:32 I'm not like actually modeling. But that's nice. That's nice. Versace is crazy. Where did you go? You go to Italy? No, but it was, I shot it here, but we edited it. So, because I, I, they let me write it and do everything.
Starting point is 00:30:45 And so I wrote myself as Donatel's boyfriend. And it's like the whole thing is like, me driving through a light on the phone with like some mystery woman you don't know and then the reveal is at the end on the other line is Donatella being like whatever and then she hangs up. Do you meet her? Yeah. Yeah. I love her. She's an icon. She's an icon. And she's stayed in icon. She's like there's nothing that isn't major about her still like every day. Oh my God. Are you wearing Versace clothes? Like do you wear designer? Um, I haven't been wearing so much for But I wear, you know, I wear some designer.
Starting point is 00:31:20 Because what I thought was so interesting. And Moses called it on the show. We loved your outfits. And I was like, oh, I love this. I love the pink fuzzy jacket. He's like, I feel like those are just his clothes. And I was like, no, that's crazy. Like, he doesn't get a say on what he wears.
Starting point is 00:31:30 And then literally I saw you're like, they weren't my clothes. I was like, they, no, I mean, they, it was definitely a collaboration. Like, I knew what I wanted him to look like, but I sent like mood board. Oh, so they weren't in your closet. I thought they were like in your closet. There are maybe some, maybe one or two things. brought but like no it was definitely there was a costume designer she was great but you like no but i knew exactly what i wanted charlie to look because he's a stylist yeah you know so he has to be in the right
Starting point is 00:31:58 vibe but there's there's such different types of stylists like some some like gay stylist just wear like a black t-shirt and jeans yeah and then some are like la roach and like going extra so i think charlie's more like the extra i was to say what what was the instill there's there's um doche's stylist is always kind of in like matching outfits with her. Love that. And we kind of have similar look a little bit of like. So I was sending a lot of pictures of him. And you want to like match.
Starting point is 00:32:27 Yeah. And like it would, yeah, I think, yeah. Because like there's Silas that like kind of want to be stars, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I think Charlie is that. For sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:35 He's not in the background. Yeah, you're like, I'm there at the Met. Have you been to the bat? No. Would you go? Of course. Versace, he needs to call you again. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:43 Well, they just fired the new, the new creative director. Wait, why? What's the T? He was so good. It was like one of the best collections I saw in the last year, and then they, yesterday, they announced they fired him. Fashion is like, it's the Wild West out there. I don't know nothing about it. And nothing makes, nothing makes sense. You should do a runway. Yeah, would love. Is that another? You know, I continue doing Mark Jacobs. Yeah, I feel like they do do a lot of influencers, huh? Yeah. I think Vanilla Mace just did one for them. Who? Vanilla Mace. Oh, yeah, you did the heaven. Yeah, the donut, yeah. The donut girl, donut girl. Everyone does Mark Jacobs yet Tar yummy
Starting point is 00:33:16 Do you know? Do you keep up with like the girlie influencers Or any influencers like who do you keep up with? I'm not a huge fan of her Okay Which one? Tara, okay She just doesn't I have nothing against her But she doesn't hit me where I live
Starting point is 00:33:28 I'm like I'm listening I'm like She might be for the girlies Yeah Yeah name other people Who's hot right now Who do I like? Who do I like?
Starting point is 00:33:36 Do you watch streamers, QT Cinderella No Do you watch Alex Earl Who are influencers? Jake Shane. Yeah, love Jake Shane. Okay, we love him. He's kind of not influenced anymore.
Starting point is 00:33:49 He kind of went to mainstream. Who are influencers? Who are we talking about? Okay, so I'll tell you who I'm obsessed with. Tell me. I'm obsessed with Shorty Bay. Love, she's been on this podcast. She was right there in that chair.
Starting point is 00:34:01 I know. She followed me recently? I've never been working out. I'm like, how did she find me? I'm like, what, like. She's an icon. She's an icon. She was so sweet.
Starting point is 00:34:10 She was. One of my favorite interviews, and she actually did very well, like, the, like, numbers-wise. People really liked her. Of course. She's like, did you see those videos of her, like, in the mall? Like, when she's really blowing up. Yeah. I'm like, this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:34:21 That's what I had her on. We share a hairdresser. Shout out Tony. He does her hair. Tony. And Tony's best. And he showed me those at, like, the gallery and just shut down. They need a police escort out.
Starting point is 00:34:32 Like, you think my concerts are crazy. Go to a Shawnee Bay meetup. Like, that is. Love Shoddy. Is she still, like, popping like that? You know, I think maybe not as much. but still an eye on. I'm curious, like, your take as an influencer about, like, with the show.
Starting point is 00:34:47 Like, if you feel like it's, it's getting it right. Yeah, of course. Because there is that line, like, Quinlan Blackwell, in that line when she was like, if you stop for a second, you disappear. And I feel like every influencer can relate to that. It's like. I think that's why people love the show is because it's real. All those people are 100% real.
Starting point is 00:35:05 Every character is real 100%. And it is true. I think that's why I never stop. because I think it's true. I think people do forget about people. Instantly now. Instantly. And like you can't, you kind of, you get, then you get criticized for being like
Starting point is 00:35:19 overexposed, but it's like there's no other alternative. You have to just like be out there all the time. Unless you're like Meryl Streep, you know. Yes. My favorite influencer. I love Meryl Streep. Where's her air one smoothie? Yes, you're right about that.
Starting point is 00:35:36 I think that's why that show gets it right. Because I feel like sometimes we have influence. and they portray them like just wrong i do have like i just feel like i know too many things unnecessary things you know a lot i think that's what it is i think you know so much what's your like life like long island school life growing up ooh um i um i because i told you while i take a sip coffee i told you i was like i thought like nepo baby i was like he's definitely nepo baby like you know i love that i give that i love no your confidence is really just like my dad's a billionaire so it doesn't matter i don't need this job like that's the vibes you give me no very very
Starting point is 00:36:09 in a nice way humble long island jewish family my parents like met working out a newspaper very it felt like very 90s their whole vibe was 90s okay but yeah i was only child no i have two i have two older siblings um they're twins with each other i love allie and mandi they're fat we love we love um yeah just kind of it felt like in the moment it felt like normal family and then it looks like looking back, like, some crazy shit happened. I think actually my family is kind of insane. And, like, a lot of just, like, insincess. What?
Starting point is 00:36:51 Actually or no? A little bit. My mom married her stepbrother. But that is, so they're not actually related. But just, like, a lot of, like, weird, like, insane Jason. Yeah. That's very clueless. I think that's what she did.
Starting point is 00:37:05 Yeah. Yeah. You know. Because Paul Rudd and her. We're siblings. And they wanted the cookie. Yeah. Which is like, because she kept flying her brother and then at the end they like kiss and I was like, oh, that's weird.
Starting point is 00:37:15 That's hot. That's hot. Well, I guess if it's adjacent. I've been, I've been working on writing on this in the movie. No. Yeah. What? Yeah. It's like, game with Thrones era where it's like, okay.
Starting point is 00:37:24 No, it's modern. It's modern. That's crazy. I think it's like the last frontier. But then Mike White did it on White Lotus. I'm like, ah, I can't do. Well, he just did like a little, little insinuation. You're talking about doing a full-on flood show.
Starting point is 00:37:37 Yeah, movie, movie. movie movie i don't know about it but maybe i think if i'll tell you one time on on the thing we're not a lot talk about i'll tell you the plot it's a really good plot it's a good plot okay okay okay it feels very like mellow drama like it's very it's like high
Starting point is 00:37:53 stakes melodrama okay well that's the thing with art right like you seen weapons yeah no I haven't seen it yet okay I haven't either but like when I hear the premise but like weapons and like dairy right it's like this really like these graphic things about with kids and I'm just like who thinks of it right but it's like it's art so then people like it but i'm like but someone has to think about these like weird twisted thoughts you know and it's like why why is this being made and i feel like often
Starting point is 00:38:16 like the more extreme the less people even like have a problem with it it's like i feel like i love la is getting a lot of criticism because of how real it isn't so people are like they're actually relating to it whereas like they like they'll see people getting like an act and like a mark and like sometimes I think like in those big Marvel movies when like like a monster like smashes a new building I'm like okay so 800 people died and it's like no one cares at all
Starting point is 00:38:47 because it's Marvel because you know what I mean and it's like a boy this is very like really gay and I think those shows get a lot more criticized than like Game with Thrones like said there's yeah there's everything going on in Game with Thrones and like we love this but then but they're like oh my god like he like
Starting point is 00:39:02 tweeted that like you know what I mean it's like I don't know. Do you read the comments I have gotten better especially on Twitter I don't like look at Twitter anymore I mean I look a little bit but you know I can't I can't either
Starting point is 00:39:17 I mean not to say it's like maybe it's fine now I haven't looked in years but I can't because I remember Twitter was like the worst of it but it's the drags of society there it's like if you're if you're tweeting seek help no well
Starting point is 00:39:31 unless you're being nice but no one is there's like there's very few nice things happening on Twitter. I guess. I guess that's why you just don't go there. And then I like checked on threads and I'm like, it just feels so chuggy. It's like, threads is like the meta version of Twitter.
Starting point is 00:39:46 You don't know threads? No. It's a very millennial feeling. That's I love L.A. You don't know threads. You don't know threads? I'm jealous of your microphone. Oh, the bling?
Starting point is 00:39:58 Yeah. I could have gotten you a little blink when I didn't know you liked it. Yeah, you're blinged out. I, yeah. And your burkin is is blinged, right? Yeah, you want me to bring... I should brought them here. He wanted me to bring the burghance of the thing I did earlier.
Starting point is 00:40:10 He's like, I requested it. I'm like, they didn't tell me. I would have brought it. Because I don't think they liked the idea. I don't think they like this. I just request things. You're like, or you just do things. If someone is like something, like, I'm just going to do that.
Starting point is 00:40:20 I was real... I know you can't say it, but you literally were like, I'm just doing this. And someone's like, I don't know. You're like, I'm just going to do it. Me, I'm so by the book. Oh, right. They told me. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm very by the book.
Starting point is 00:40:33 I'm like, whatever you want me to do, I'll change it, I'll just back the shrink. I'll just also learn that like if, like on, on, on Rachel's show, there was like some like line deliveries that like I knew how I wanted to say it. And then they would be like, let's just try one where you like do it like do it less. Obviously that's the one they use. And so I'm like, I'm not going to do it less that if I wanted to get used, then I have to just do it the same way every time. Wait, but you said that they used the one that they wanted when they said do it less and they use the one that was less. Oh, so you should do that then. You should just...
Starting point is 00:41:06 No, I should just not do it because then the one... Oh, they have to use the one they don't want. Yeah, yeah, exactly, exactly. And then I get the one that I want on camera. Good thing you're a director. I know. Well, that was when I started directing, I was like, oh, right, I was supposed to be doing this the whole time. I could just boss people around and be like, no, it's not that.
Starting point is 00:41:26 Yeah. What inspired you? What movies inspired you as a kid to be an actor or a director? Ooh, I was like a huge, like Woody Am. Allen fan. Yeah. Same. Like Annie Hall.
Starting point is 00:41:37 I love. Honestly, Adam Sandler movies, like I was obsessed with Happy Gilmore. Like those big comedies, too. Like, I love Dude Where's My Car. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:41:50 Really? Like, ironically. No, I love that movie. And if you go back, talk about heated rivalry. They are so hot and like, they are so hot in that movie. Were they having sex with each other?
Starting point is 00:42:01 No, but it's very homoerotic. I think. They're always like shirtless and touching. Their bodies. There is something about an early 2000's body that just no one has anymore. It was like softer back then. Soft or it's so natural, like not overly worked out. But like, oh my God.
Starting point is 00:42:18 You like that. Who are the stars? Who are the boys? Sean Patrick or William. It was Ashton Coucher and Sean Patrick Scott. Neil Patrick Harris? No. Sean William Scott.
Starting point is 00:42:29 From, okay. Siffler from America. Yes, exactly. But they're like. So, yeah. I don't remember that one at all. I don't, I mean, I remember when it, like, came out, like, I remember, but I don't know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:38 They have, they get tattoos, they get tattoos on their back, and one says, dude, and one says, um, I forget, but he's like, what is your say? Dude. No, but what is your say, dude? Like, they go on my things, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Maybe not for me, that kind of movie, but. And then I love a scary movie. Oh, they're doing another one of those.
Starting point is 00:42:59 I know, but it's all, it's like young, very young people. Oh, that one I did ask. about what do you mean very young like general yeah exactly i mean she's actually kind of like she's the oldest she's young then he looks like she's 70 she's one she's one the oldest people alive well to me i always think of her as like 18 but she is like you know she is like 26 or something like that are you a wednesday fan yeah um Moses is he would we would watch it and i'm like okay like i uh not my i actually almost just did you know how i i forced josh hatterson to do ticotts with me Have you seen that?
Starting point is 00:43:33 I didn't know about this. Full force. Okay. But I almost had us do, I almost had us lip sync like two nights ago to like, um, the Grant and Ash one you guys did together. They're like, I got my like, my, my, uh, Ian at the Pino Trisson product. He was like, no, not that one. But we did one of their other ones.
Starting point is 00:43:53 I love. I love you know Grant Ashley. They're so funny. I love they, no, that was Great Ashley, not twink in a redhead. They're really funny. They're like some of the, I just, I feel like a lot. lot of the younger TikTokers, like, aren't, they're funny, but they're not, like, comedy. I like that grand national, like, comedy.
Starting point is 00:44:09 I get, like, intimidated because every time they're very sweet, every time I do a show in New York, they always come to help promote it, and they always do these elaborate skits, and I'm so not an impover, as, you know. I, like, turn. You can't talk about it. But I think we're working, they know we're working together. Could be your phone. But I was like, I was like, Tres, I'm just going to give you a little improv on this one.
Starting point is 00:44:29 You're like, no, no, no, no, absolutely not. And I'm like, I promise you'll be so good at any of like, you're like, no. Because the improv you were doing, I was like, oh, this is crazy. I was like, that comes with my acting skills because you were saying such as like, okay, here's my life. I only remember what I'm saying. It was crazy every time. But I'm not an improv, if someone's like, so anyways with Grant Ashley, it's like they have these like skits and they kind of just give you a premise and like, oh, he just act it out. And I'm just like, I'm so not that actress.
Starting point is 00:44:57 I think I can act in some capacity, not that way. but they're fabulous. We love them. What do you think about his crumbled cookie outing? That one kind of, kind of, it's weird what piques my interest. Never, I'm never in these conversations with the queer baiting or outing. Like, it just doesn't peak my interest. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:45:19 Like, you just don't know what's happening. No, I'm just like, I don't care. Yeah. Like, oh, a crumble cookie guy might be gay. Like, wake me off when September ends. Love that Okay, yeah, okay, fair enough, fair enough, yeah I'm gonna start saying that
Starting point is 00:45:35 Wait, when September ends It's over, it's over, it's over It's over, now it's December, huge, I mean, yeah I like Green Day. You too, yeah, yeah They were at Comtella this year, you see them? Who, did I go this year? Who else was there this year?
Starting point is 00:45:50 Lady Gaga I didn't go this year I didn't go this year. I was saying, I was like, I'm not gonna go. Okay, it's too much. I was like, I had a lot, Oh, you know what it was?
Starting point is 00:46:01 It was like my album had just come out that week. Oh. And I was like doing press for it. And I was like, I'm not going to go unless I'm like singing one of my songs. Okay. Eat a D-D-D-I-G-E-A-D-C. It's not called, I want to see my friends. It's very innocent.
Starting point is 00:46:17 It's very innocent. Okay. You just want to see. I see it. The whole thing is just about curiosity, brotherhood. We love Brotherhood. Yeah, we love Brotherhood. You had your profile pictures out for a while.
Starting point is 00:46:26 Yeah, it's me. It's like my face looking up in a bunch of. bare bellies. Bellies, what it doesn't look like bellies. Like it, well, it is bellies,
Starting point is 00:46:33 but it's belly, but there's, it's suggestive because usually when you see that angle, it's like, it's like a boo- vibe.
Starting point is 00:46:40 We're censoring so much and we can't censor all of it. Someone told you lately, you have to change it now that you're a hit show. Yeah, well, they were, basically that album is very raunchy,
Starting point is 00:46:52 and it's just what was coming out of me at that time. And it's just, I think a lot of people loved it. It didn't, like, completely take over the world. I don't know if it was meant to, right? It wasn't meant to. It was a niche thing.
Starting point is 00:47:07 But, yeah, I think I'm out of that era. Yeah, I think my, like you, kind of, we go in eras. And it's like, I'm not feeling that anymore. Yeah, you were in your sexual era and then you exited it. Not like that. Yeah, I'm very much like,
Starting point is 00:47:23 you're in your mom era. I'm in my mom era. Yeah, if there's ever a little cleavage, I was like, oh, you can't do that. Yeah. It's crazy. And I'm just, I'm in a bit more of, like, I still will, like, talk my shit and, like, you know, I'm, I'm wild. Yeah. But. But also.
Starting point is 00:47:40 Not. But also what? If it also, what's really happening out there. Sorry. I was distracted. There's some, uh, construction. Which were like, we need to pause that construction. What happened to your big pink car?
Starting point is 00:47:53 Uh, that way, that was a while ago. Were you, did I have it when you were here? Yeah. I was just coming out of my. It was coming out of a brokenness era. So I was probably like, I probably don't need a $5,000 lease on this Rolls Roy, so I did give it back. But I'm better now. So you're at least, okay, you save now.
Starting point is 00:48:08 Well, you have to, you have kids. Yes, I had to. You have to like, but you still probably spend. No, I really don't. I really don't spend. And are you, you're making, you're making good money still. Yeah, I'm decent. Decent.
Starting point is 00:48:24 Not like, not like, you had eras where you were like, whoa. Oh, days. Yeah. I think I make a good money. Okay, I'm smarter. Yeah. Honestly, it's better that I make less because I'm smarter with my money. I suppose when I was making more.
Starting point is 00:48:34 I would like some more money. Yeah. But I don't have to like think about it, which is nice. Yeah, that's like the place to be. Yeah. Like comfortability. Do you ever think like why they just don't print more money? The whole thing is a total scam.
Starting point is 00:48:48 I mean, obviously money. It doesn't, it's obviously a construct that doesn't make sense. Now it's all online anyway. So there's literally money is like nothing. Yeah, it's nothing. But it's, as Addison Ray said, it's everything. Money is everything. You love Addison?
Starting point is 00:49:03 I love Addison. Do you know her? Oh, I know her. She's a friend. I love her. She's the sweetest person alive. Like, how are you friends with everyone? You're like, I know Meg.
Starting point is 00:49:12 Love her sending her a picture. Oh, Addison, yes, love her. Rachel, we've been friends for 10 years. I was like, what do you mean? I said, and I are friends like that, but we are friends in night. She's like exactly what you think. She's the nicest person ever. You're like, how are you this hot and like this talented and this nice?
Starting point is 00:49:27 And she's nice. She's an angel. I've DMed her. That's probably the most famous person in my DMs. Who was the most famous person in your DMs? Or vice versa. Probably like Aniston was in there. When?
Starting point is 00:49:40 She's during the pandemic era. She loved your videos too. She loved it. You bring those back. It seemed like everyone really liked those videos. Yeah, but it really feels like a different. Yeah. I'm kind of embarrassed by them now.
Starting point is 00:49:50 Do you still have them up? Yeah. And you go look. I never went back to look. I need to go look at this. I wonder what you would think. I think they would probably feel. very pandemicy.
Starting point is 00:49:59 I love pandemicy, like 20-20 TikToks when they like come back. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think there is going to be like a nostalgia of that. There already is,
Starting point is 00:50:07 like the Renegade and stuff. Oh my God. The banana bread. I'll make a cup of coffee for your head. You remember that song that was with the banana bread? Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:50:13 It was so good. Don't stay away for too long. I loved it. You know what I feel like you would really get along with is true Whitaker from the show. Alani. Oh, really.
Starting point is 00:50:26 Yeah. She loves that stuff too. Well, yeah, she's... Bored in the house and I'm in the house for. Yeah, but she has the kind of, like, ditsy energy like you. Thank you. You're an alani.
Starting point is 00:50:36 Okay, thank you. You think, yeah, you know what that's so interesting when you watch the show? You do try to figure out, like, who you are. You're Alani for sure. Because you're super positive. That's right. You're like, no negativity allowed in this house.
Starting point is 00:50:47 I love when she goes into, like, the meeting. And she's like, oh, yeah, this is like our VP. And she wants to come in. She's, sure. Like, what are we talking about? I, yeah. And then she's like, then she's like, then she's, He's like, yeah, like you, uh, you know, my first boyfriend in eighth grade.
Starting point is 00:51:01 And she's like, well, he was 28, but he was a really good driver. And they're like, oh, yeah, that was that great scene. And she's like, am I boring, you guys? And they're like, no. Thank you so much. I got to know, that is. There's so many great scenes. Spoilers are coming.
Starting point is 00:51:15 Ooh. Spoilers are coming. Spoilers are coming. Spoiler warning. Get out now. Spoiler alert. Three, two, one. Spoiler warning.
Starting point is 00:51:23 The most shocking one, the Twitter was ablaze, but it was when I saw you when I was like, oh, Oh my gosh, who, spoiler, or not spoiler, but who dies. Yeah, Mr. Mr. Lucas Landry. Crazy. Why? Why do they? That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:51:36 I think it's to kind of test, test Charlie. You know, Charlie's put through the ringer. Oh, my gosh. Charlie is, like, constantly humiliated. That's kind of his thing. Like. But he grows. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:48 He grows. Okay. I didn't get to see the last episode. You gave me the link, but like, it's like, it is, your phone doesn't support this playback. And I was like, no, because I was trying to watch it in bed last night. Oh, my God. Well, you'll see it.
Starting point is 00:51:58 You'll see it. When's the last episode out? This week? Next week. No, we have 6, 7, 8. Oh, there's three more. Because this will come out on Thursday, so there'll be like two more episodes.
Starting point is 00:52:07 Yeah. But you saw 6 and 7? No, I couldn't play it. I didn't play anything. I know. I'm so sad because I really wanted to know. I love spoilers, so. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:15 But we'll make sure the link works for you. I think it was my phone. Something is like your playback's not supported or whatever. When your playback isn't supported. I hate that feeling. Emmy nomination, maybe? Can you guys get nominated for? for that? I don't know what the categories are. Yeah, I would love that. How does it work? That's the thing. I'm like, I always feel like there's this secret, like, section of Hollywood that, like, controls everything. And then, like, every, like, level I rise, I'm like, wait, no one knows what the fuck they're doing. Like, nothing is actually, you always think there's this machine. Yeah. And then there actually isn't. You know what I mean? Yeah, you're like, who is making these decisions? Yeah, I'm like, are they pushing us for?
Starting point is 00:52:57 I mean, like, how do they do that? How would they, like, yeah, there's certain things you could do. You could have screenings for voters. Like, we did that. But it's like, you feel like there's, like, some of these things are just like, that's like when people are saying, like, industry plant, I'm like, when you get to the bottom of it, yes, there are certain people that, like, systems push forward, but there's only so much they can really do.
Starting point is 00:53:18 You can't just, like, make someone happen. No. But you give that energy. Like, you give the energy. Industry plant? No, no, no, well, that too. But also, like, how you're like, who's the one in charge? but like if anyone can make it happen, it's like you with this show because you give the vibe of you know who's in charge.
Starting point is 00:53:33 Yeah, but then there is, it's like, I don't know, there's something existential about it because you're like, oh, they're actually, you're like, you're searching for this godlike figure and like you're going to search for your whole life because you're never going to find it. Maybe Adam Sandler. Maybe he's probably, he's probably the closest to godlike figure in Hollywood. I mean, he can do what he wants. Yeah. But, you know, he doesn't, he makes some stinkers. You know? Does he?
Starting point is 00:53:58 Yeah. Yeah. Even Jack and Jill is lit. Like I love Jack and Jill. Like I love Jack and Joe. I feel like there are some ones that come out on Netflix that don't hit. Hewby Halloween was amazing. You like them all.
Starting point is 00:54:07 Yeah, there's not one. There's not one I can think of that's a flop. I never saw like blended. I don't know that one. See? Okay. Maybe flopped. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:54:18 Yeah, yeah, yeah, maybe. I mean, he's our hero. We love him. I would never say a disparaging word about him, Samler. because I'm going to play a son in one of the hits. You would be in one of the hits.
Starting point is 00:54:31 I would do it in a flop too. Yeah, yeah, oh no, I would do it in a flop. I love, I think there is something to say about being in a flop, right? Like the show girls back in the day, do you ever see that movie? I was in a flop. Which one?
Starting point is 00:54:40 I was in, um, do you remember this Netflix movie, you people? With Jonah, Jonah Hill, Eddie Murphy. You were in that? I'm in that. I'm like the Coke guy. I'm like, get us to the Coke. Remember, I'm like one of his friends
Starting point is 00:54:54 at the Bachelor. Do you remember him in that movie, the one with Jonah Hill and the AI kissing? Yeah. Oh, my God. They like, go to Vegas and I'm like, I'm trying to get the Coke and Eddie Murphy's like, oh, so you do. And I'm like, he's the Coke guy. Oh my God, yes. But it was like, that was a flop. Oh my God. But I loved it. But like over time kind of iconic, like it will be iconic. Yeah, I'm down to do. I'm down to do flops. I love. I love. I think flops are Yeah, they're important. They're important for people's careers.
Starting point is 00:55:26 For sure. Then they become overtime. Everyone's like, we loved it. You know, what is a dream role for you? On, oh my, now it's so quiet. It's scary, quiet. Now we just, like, enter to avoid. But it just like, it just turned up there to see.
Starting point is 00:55:42 It's actually, it became so, like, this is like what happens when you die. Like, that's the sound you hear. It's like complete avoid, a void of noise. This is an avoid of me? I think it's because of the acoustic. of this room. Oh my God, it's so scary. It's just really, yeah, babe.
Starting point is 00:56:00 It's so scary. I honestly not to sound like a total f***, but. That's crazy. But my, the movie I just made. Like, yeah, to make my own thing that is like really personal to me and talk about what I want to talk about. And like, there's so much emotion. in the movie. Wow. And yeah, it's been like, it's been such a special experience. And so
Starting point is 00:56:30 like, even to get to do it once, I feel so lucky no matter what happens with it. Like to actually get to do it was so, was so special to me. And so, yeah, I would love to keep, I was thinking it on my way here, like, direct it during the process, I was like, I don't know if I will survive this. This is like, I can't, I don't know if I could wake up tomorrow and do this again. It was the hardest thing I've ever done. And because it was like my, it was so much pressure on me because I'm like, it's an ambitious movie. So if this doesn't, if any part of this doesn't work, it's, it's more embarrassing because of how ambitious it is. You know what I mean? And because of how much of myself I put into it. If it doesn't work, it's like, I just don't work.
Starting point is 00:57:14 You know what I mean? Can I tell you? I feel like if it doesn't work, it's like the timing, like you're ahead of the time or something. But I just even mean creatively. Like there certain days where you're just like oh this scene isn't working the way I pictured in my head but like this it was just the hardest thing I've ever done yeah but then now I'm at like I it ended like three weeks ago and now I'm like I can do it again but during it I was like I don't know if I could survive this I think because you're just so you're so invested you wouldn't want you to do it for 12 years this is your dream role like I mean how could you not be a little you know in your head about it and it's just like so you directing you just have to know you
Starting point is 00:57:49 pretend to know every decision like they'll be like which color mug and you're like obviously red and you're like wait should it be purple like no that's not like you know you're like actually give me polka dots like i feel like you know i most of the time i do but sometimes with i don't know i also feel like i'm such a emotional storyteller and not as visual um like you with fashion and clothes and like and furniture or set design i really am but sometimes with camera movements yeah like that is like a math part of my brain that i can't full like i i need to get better at that of course of course and he i had this phenomenal extraordinary dp they always know yeah um but even that like i still like you know for my next one i want to experiment more with different movements
Starting point is 00:58:35 of the camera or different tricks and but yeah i think it's just hard it's like a really hard all-encompassing job and i'm in every like scene of the movie too so i'm having to like direct yourself be in it and then go out and like notice what's wrong and then go back into it it and there's a kid in the movie and so it was like it was just a lot that's a whole other element you were saying that I was like having to direct a kid and work with kids like it's hard yeah I mean that's a lot that's a lot and it's your first movie but this could be like your rocky it could be my rocky which is crazy right it could be my rocky it did well I think it did pretty well it did at the time I did it did it I don't know I feel like you know movies come out at first and like
Starting point is 00:59:14 there are some things that you would think of of as hits that weren't. Weren't at the time. But I think Rocky was a hit. I think Rocky was a hit. They did well with that one. They did well. I know nothing about it.
Starting point is 00:59:25 I just know it was like she wrote it for himself. It's good. It's good. It's not like it's such a guy movie. You like guy movies. Oh, no, I don't. Oh, really? No.
Starting point is 00:59:34 That's why dude, where's my car sounds like a guy movie and I was like, no, you like guy movies. I like boy movies. Yeah, you're very bro. But not guy movies. Like, I'm not, I'm not until like, like 2001 of Space Odyssey, sorry. Definitely don't know what that is.
Starting point is 00:59:49 Like very like Tarantino is not all for me. I know you love. I did when I was a pick-me. Like I actually I love once upon a time in Hollywood. That's like like that. I love L.A.
Starting point is 01:00:02 That's giving, we love L.A. Yeah. Hollywood. You know what I mean? Like it's giving that. If you could be on any other TV show at the moment,
Starting point is 01:00:08 what would you be on? I'll be white lotus. Oh, is that? We never talked about that. Oh my God. I feel like that's even. Mike White, He is the reason I write.
Starting point is 01:00:18 Wait, what was the thing that you? Enlightened. He made this show called Enlightened in 2009 or 10 that changed my life forever. Oh, I didn't know. We don't know about this. It's starring Laura Dern. And I saw that. I like did not know that writing could be that.
Starting point is 01:00:33 What's enlightened? What it's about? It's about this lady who's living kind of like in like Irvine, California. And she's, she, basically it starts with her crashing out. She works at an insurer, at a, like a vitamin company that does a pharmaceutical company, but she's in, like, the clean meds environment. No, she's actually in health and beauty because she starts going, health and beauty was my department.
Starting point is 01:01:01 Health and beauty was. But anyway. Cass had been white lotus right now. That was so good. You and Lordearn. But she, so she starts with a crash out and then, and then she goes to this rehab in Hawaii and comes back enlightened and kind of goes back to the company. of being like like all positive and everyone's like you're an insane bitch and she's like just
Starting point is 01:01:21 trying she really is she keeps it she keeps the sanity but it is it's such a beautiful complicated character because like so much of her like self-worth is out of like narcissism but she but it's real for her and like she actually wants to make the world a better place but it does come from this really like dark sinister play it just it's such a beautiful show and the performances and Mike White's in it and he's so good in it Oh, I love when he's like Yeah
Starting point is 01:01:47 He's like my biggest inspiration Wow So even before White Lotus Yeah that's why when everyone was like I love Mike White I'm like y'all don't even know Chuck and Buck His first movie
Starting point is 01:01:58 Like he yeah I'm obsessed with Mike White So that way You know him I feel like you would know him I've met him But not I but only once Only once
Starting point is 01:02:07 I couldn't imagine you on like The set of White Lotus Because I just feel like Seeing how you are Like do you think you'd be as confident on there? Would you be more like intimidated because you love him so much? I would, I would gauge what vibe I could be. Yeah. And yeah, I would be very respectful. Yeah. I feel whoever like higher as you or takes you out knows this. Like knows you as this.
Starting point is 01:02:27 It's funny you said people like, there's people that don't like all of this because it is just so like commanding. How could you not? I was very like, I texted Moses like literally an hour in. I'm like, Jordan's like so nice and he's so sweet. And like you were just made me feel comfortable like right away with like the Skittles machine of it all and stuff. You were just like, I don't know, I just felt very like, you're like, come with me and come say hi. And I was like, and I'm very that person. I just like will follow someone around. But I feel like I have, I think also like most, most if I'm going to really dissect like why people wouldn't like me is that like because when I when I do when I care about someone,
Starting point is 01:03:04 like I really put my focus and energy on them. And if I don't, like they just don't get the energy. and so I think I think people could if if I'm not giving them like my all could see me as like because I'm not like paying attention so much right right right I get that I guess but like with my friends and my family like I'm like I'm such a I care so much I'm also like I feel like this is kind of in line what my movie is about too but like I'm a host like I want to make sure everyone is having a good time like but throwing parties for me is like very stressful I you know parties? I used to throw rangers at like my apartment during the pandemic. Like people were going
Starting point is 01:03:45 off. I had like Selena Gomez pole dancing in my bedroom. It was like, it was like, you know her. It's three friends. But there were some really good apartment. And my apartment's not that big, but I would have to have like 300 people in like a tiny space. I love an apartment party. Like if someone invites me to an apartment party, like that's where it's out. They were really, they were really a moment. And then I had, I had a famous 30th birthday party that ended up, I got semi-cancel because it ended up being a super spreader event. It was like one of the first major super spreader events. Was I one of those people that canceled?
Starting point is 01:04:19 Because I was that person. I was like, wow, look at these super spreader events. I probably, probably did. But like Charlie XX got COVID at the party and like all of these like Kim Petrus got COVID. At your party. Yeah. And like it like went. So now on Spotify, there's a playlist of every girl that got COVID at my party called Jordan
Starting point is 01:04:35 Firstman Super. Spetter event. Oh, I probably, I probably made it. I was like, I was, I was that person. If I was like, because, you know, I'm so antisocial. So if I saw people getting together, I'm like, wow, you don't care about the world. Like, listen, I only turned 31. You're like, this is, I didn't know you were 30.
Starting point is 01:04:52 I didn't know. Oh, I didn't know. Oh, I didn't know. Yeah, mid-30s. You know. That's so, you said we talked about you on the podcast and we got canceled. Oh, right. Okay.
Starting point is 01:05:03 Yeah, yeah, yeah. Which I was like, wait, what? So Oscar, Oscar, your friend. Would you love? You're like, where is he? I love Oscar. He works whole time. He set me up.
Starting point is 01:05:13 Well, he didn't actually, but he basically. I was scared. So the internet was calling Rachel Fatima. Do you remember this? Fatima. Yes. Yes. The meme.
Starting point is 01:05:23 What's Fatima? Basically, the meme is like a picture of her and she's in like a leather jacket. And the meme is that like she looks Middle Eastern but in a white way. She looks like her name is Fatima. but in a white way. Got it. That's like the meme. And I obviously knew what the meme was, but we're on the red carpet.
Starting point is 01:05:41 E is like Oscar tells them to ask us about Fathema. How do you know? Because he told the story on the podcast. And he told me like, wow, I was getting dragged. Oh my God, it actually is, there's a full circle moment. So then they're on the red carpet. And I'm kind of trying to, one, I don't want to maybe on the red carpet be like talk about like Middle Eastern. in a white way.
Starting point is 01:06:06 It's like, I'm trying to, like, protect Rachel, but also I wanted to give Fatima a character. So I was like, I was like, Fatima works in nine to five. Like, Fatima is a woman of the earth. So I was just trying to like, and people lost their damn minds that I explained the meme wrong. But I'm like, I didn't explain. You killed the meme. I killed the meme.
Starting point is 01:06:25 Well, that's the thing. It's like they want like, they want who the meme is about. They want them to stay out of it because it's like theirs. Yeah, right. But basically then this, this. girl in New York named, I'll say her name, her name is Alaska, she just tweeted, like, quoted the video and then, and the tweet was, is he dumb as shit or something? That tweet got 30 million views. And so people were like, this gay, gay, annoying guy. People were so mad. Cut to last
Starting point is 01:06:56 summer, I'm doing auditions for my movie. And there's like a group, there's like a really fab group of like trans girls in the movie, and I get an audition tape from an actress named Alaska. Oh, did you cast her? And I cast her. And then she, and then she, and then she, like, came up to me at a party, and she goes, she goes, babe, can I clock my own tape for a second? Like, did you see the tweet? And I'm like, yeah, we all saw the tweet.
Starting point is 01:07:20 I love it. You still cast her. Can I say I love that. I mean, oh, you know, you got to. I love it. Because you know, here's the thing, right? Is people do tweet, people will be saying stuff all the time, right? But then when you, like, get the opportunity, right?
Starting point is 01:07:32 That was me. I wouldn't say I was like talking shit. I was definitely jealous of like the color daddy girls when they like first came out and like wow, they're like sub-waring. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So then when I got to do hard daddy, of course, I'm like absolutely. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I had to tell Alex, I was like, okay, just so, you know, because you never know those
Starting point is 01:07:44 clips that resurfaced. But she was like so cool. She's like, well, who hasn't. I know that's the thing. It's like we like actually this, I'll use this opportunity to do another thing. But the guy, um, the guy that sings at people. You know, Harry, he's been here multiple times. I kind of sub TikTok.
Starting point is 01:08:02 I made it. TikTok is just about it wasn't even like really dragging him as dragging like just the environment of like being like a celebrity now it's like now you have to have a gay guy sing at you and like pretend to be like that i made a tic talk about that and he came up to me at an event last week he's like he i know you don't like me but like you're great on the show and i was like no it's not that i just i'm a gay guy talking like that's it's not it's not that deep so harry harry you're wonderful you're just very sweet he's the sweetest every time i have a kid, he's always giving them, like, presents.
Starting point is 01:08:34 He sends them, like, build-a-bearers. Yeah, see, he gives kids presents. He's an angel. He's a saint. He's a sweet. He's a sweet guy. But, you know, it's like, sometimes you just, like, have a thought and, like, want to talk, you know.
Starting point is 01:08:46 Yeah, and also, like, when some, yeah, you just, yeah, because everyone's talking. Yeah, I get that. Yeah. What would you change about gay culture? What do you love and what would you change? Ooh, that's such a good question. I, I really, like, it's, it's corny to say, but, like, I just, like, wish we were nicer to each other and like I wish we can I wish we were able to see each other succeed
Starting point is 01:09:05 and not try to to prohibit that from happening that's true gays are like the women of the 90s like women of the 90s like hate each other and then they figure it out how to at least pretend to support each other I think it's really supportive yeah always me I say like hate all women and I'm like I hate all men and I only want to see women and everything yeah it's like yeah but the gay guys still will like will like bend over backwards or bend over forwards for for a straight guy. Yeah. And it's like they haven't gotten to that point yet.
Starting point is 01:09:32 And I'm like that's the thing what like when I see gay guys hating on me. I'm like guys like I'm on your side. Like I'm trying to tell stories that reflect the reality of of being gay. Like I'm, I am a good thing for it. And like yeah, I'm annoying, but a lot of y'all are too. Like I represent the annoying gay guy. Yeah. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:09:53 Yeah. And it's like. And that's what we love. Yeah. Yeah. Everyone, like, gay guys are annoying and, like, we should embrace that. It's beautiful. I'm annoying.
Starting point is 01:10:00 Yeah, we're like, you know, we didn't get the attention we wanted when we were little, so we get it. But, like, so I just like, yeah, I want to, like, be. And I see it in myself, too. Like, a gay guy starts popping off and, like, my gut reaction is to, like, be a hater. But, like, I think as older, you know, the older I get them where I can, like, take a breath and be like, no, that's, like, let them thrive. Like, it's good for, it's good for everyone to, to. to let them thrive. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:27 Okay. So that's a good one. I agree. Because I do meet a lot of people that are like, mostly gay guys at me. I'm like, but you're gay. I don't understand. I know.
Starting point is 01:10:34 It's hard. It's hard. But I think I think it's just like being aware of it and like just like working through. Because you can't just like magically be like I support all gay people. Yeah. Yeah. But you kind of almost have to do. Like that's how I feel like when I see like a woman getting a hate train.
Starting point is 01:10:50 Like I have to really see if they really deserve it. Even if they do deserve it. I'm like, okay, but how bad is it? Unless you just like committed a. crime or something. 100%. Like, no, you don't put me on the girl's side even if I shouldn't be, you know? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:11:00 Yeah. I love that. What do you love about gay? I like the, the, the, the butts, the chest. It's a blessing and a curse to be a man who likes a man. The physical, I can't get enough. Yeah. I really like the male, the male form.
Starting point is 01:11:17 I know. Unfortunately, me too. I know. I would love to be straight. Or the buy. A buy would be so fab. Oh. I've been trying.
Starting point is 01:11:25 I've been trying to try. I've been trying to try for quite some times. Have you gone on, like, hinged? No, I'm like, it's more like I, you know, so I'll make out with girls, but in a gayway. But then one time I, I tried other stuff. Yeah, how was it? It wasn't as scary as I thought it would be, but it was just like, oh. Not the same.
Starting point is 01:11:49 I'm not feeling anything inside. What if they pegged you? I could be down for that. Yeah. You tried it? No. Okay. No.
Starting point is 01:11:57 No. Maybe. But maybe also it's like, you know, I would like, yeah. I mean. Who knows? Who knows? Okay. Who knows?
Starting point is 01:12:03 I was like, I'm going to drive me by. Yeah. I mean, it would be so fab. I think Troy Savon had said that too. He's like, I think I'm going to start dating girls. We all want. Yeah. But maybe I'm like, maybe that's a self-hating gay thing too.
Starting point is 01:12:15 You know what I mean? No, it's really. It is like, God, I've really have been trying everything. Like, maybe I need to just try something else. Exactly. it's also like uh for me i'm like i feel like i have made so many things happen in my life and i'm like that's the one thing i can't do yeah i'm like i'm like i'm like i've done this i've like as far as fall in love with someone or be by like like like girl i'm like i'm like i've literally like
Starting point is 01:12:40 made the impossible happen for myself and like i can't that's the one thing i can't do it's like just nature i don't i don't know because i've literally done everybody in every every yeah form would you consider yourself, like, true by? True pan. True pan. True pan. True pan. Do you know tripanning?
Starting point is 01:12:58 True panning? You would be obsessed. Moses, do you know tripaning? It's an ancient, it's an ancient technique where they drill a tiny hole in your skull, and it's supposed to give you, like, enlightenment for the rest of your life. Because, like, some, like, oxygen gets into a certain, and there's a real procedure. Google it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:13:16 Did you ever get it done? Yeah, I got, I got trip on. No. Well, it doesn't show a hole or you can get it fixed. No, I think it was like real ancient, like medieval, like it was like a drill in your skull. But people still think like the Illuminati does Japaning. Interesting. I never heard of that.
Starting point is 01:13:31 Yeah, but I don't think if there, I don't think the Illuminati is real. No. No. I just feel like we would know. Well, you would know probably because you are, you are getting all the opportunities. You would seem like you'd be in the Illuminati, but it's not real. You're confirming. Yeah, I feel like I know, but I feel like I've met enough people to.
Starting point is 01:13:48 Unless they're really keeping it secret. It's a secret society. Secret society. Yeah, that could be. I did go through an enlightened phase. Did you ever find a spiritual awakening at any point? Oh, yeah. You did?
Starting point is 01:13:57 I was a big ayahuasca queen. Yeah. Wow. I did it nine times. Throw up. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Big throw up.
Starting point is 01:14:06 Wow. So you have no negative energy. That's what's about you. You don't have any, you truly don't have any naked energy. You're not a hater. You're not a gossiper and you're not a hater. I'm definitely a gossiper and you're 100% of gossip.
Starting point is 01:14:15 You have given me no gossip, no tea. And I was with you for a very long time this week. You just, you name someone and I'll tell you tell you. No, because I feel like we talked about so many people. And there was never one. So here's the tea. I feel like I've got a pretty positive stage in my life right now.
Starting point is 01:14:29 But I definitely, no, I go through times where I definitely, yeah, I'm only human, you know. And. No, but okay, that's interesting. I've done a lot of work on myself, but I still definitely have moments where I, you know, am a hater and negative. and not great. I don't get that by, but maybe Ayahuasca, a 10th time, maybe. No, I got kicked out.
Starting point is 01:14:52 Oh, your band. Yeah, literally. It was like, do not come back. What happened? It just basically, the eighth time, it was like, don't come back. Like, we've taught you what we're going to teach you. I see.
Starting point is 01:15:03 And then I went back again. They're like, did you not hear us? Oh, but they let you do it again anyways. But it's more just like the spirit. It was the spirit realm. That's what I'm talking about. It wasn't like a person. Oh.
Starting point is 01:15:15 The spirit's and. The spirit was like, girl, go the fuck home. And it really was like, if you, like, she was like, I'm about to make this really messy for you if you come back. Like, I'm about to fuck you up. Of graduation almost. Yeah. And I cried so much because for, I was like, oh, this is such a big part of my life and I
Starting point is 01:15:35 learned so much and I'm not ever going to do it again. I don't think I'm ever going to do it again. Okay, great. That means you're healed, I think. I feel like there's some stuff that, I feel like this movie was very healing for me and there's you know life is a constant you know I want to I never want to stop growing you know I never want to be like completely healed and you're always finding out new things about yourself and I think like that's when you that's when you like stop living is when you stop growing I agree
Starting point is 01:16:03 and I do feel that way too I feel like when you're seeing your like movie like you know was like therapy and like that's how I feel even the thing we did this week like I just I have so much like fun doing that I'm like oh this is this is what I love doing you know what I mean and it's like it does kind of, there's something like, yeah, creativity. I mean, it's like, it's so powerful. I love it. I love it. I love it.
Starting point is 01:16:24 Okay, what are you doing today? You're doing something today. You're doing something after this. I have to go to an event, I have to go get some glam done and then. Do you get glam? I get, yeah, I get, I get, I get boy glam. Oh my gosh. For events.
Starting point is 01:16:35 I love it. Okay, so what are you getting? I, it's like a very rugged look tonight's for like a Ralph Lauren event and I'm giving like kind of like, kind of like, not model, not model, just like going to an, yeah. Ralph Lauren's dressing you? Yeah. Do you have a sign that's coming to your house and stuff? We did the fitting yesterday, so I have the look, and so now I just have to go do my glam and then.
Starting point is 01:16:54 But I want a very, like, a very, like, rugged look tonight. So what does that mean? What will they do? Will they, like, kind of? I think it's more about hair for me because, like, I think I want the hair to be a little, like, pieceier and, like, more push down. And then they'll just, like, do, like, do some light. You have great hair. Thank you.
Starting point is 01:17:09 My daughter, Elvis has very curly hair. And I do not have curly hair like that growing up. So I'm, like, just trying to figure out. I'm, like, getting these, like, curly hair clones and stuff like that. It's hard to make. It's all about the products, all about the products. It really is about, it's about putting the right product and not touching it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:23 Letting it dry on its own and then breaking it up. Do you have like a comb, like a separator that separates the curls? No, but they, when they do glam, they'll do a diffuse, like the diffuser. Yeah. Yeah. But I still haven't like really figured out. I wish I could do my own. I want to learn how to do like just simple makeup.
Starting point is 01:17:40 Can I tell you? I literally had a lesson with my makeup artist who's been doing my makeup for like 12 years and I'm like, it's hard. I'm not, like, artistic that way, so I'm just, like, not very good at it. I know, it's so expensive, like, to pay for it every time. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I got to say, like, being in the public eye is so expensive. You pay for a stylist every time. You have to pay for the glam.
Starting point is 01:17:58 It's just like... Most celebrities, like, don't have money like people think they would do. Like, maybe comfortable-ish, but, like, yeah, even then. Yeah. It's always been my biggest expense. It's always been, like... But it's, but I love it. You know, we gotta do it.
Starting point is 01:18:11 You need to do it. You can date plus one? No. So you go by yourself. gonna go solo. You should appear by yourself too and I was very surprised. She's like you didn't come with an Androz. I'm like no I I am by myself all the time that's crazy I'm like either out Or by myself but your TikTok is literally like you Rachel said it and Josh Richardson like just at a party and I was like we have like we're like I all hang out with my friends obviously but like I am alone so I'm such a so I'm a cancer I'm such a solitary person I love being in my bed I love being at home I like don't like I'm not someone who has friends over a lot I'm like I'll go out for dinner, I'll go to a party.
Starting point is 01:18:47 Oh, interesting. But then I'm like, uh, I'm like a party boy, too. You are? I'm, yeah. Okay, so you'll, like, go out and like, rage tonight. That's my, what my movie is about. Club Kid. Club Kid. I'm a club kid.
Starting point is 01:18:58 I'm at the club kid. I'm doing the, you know. Who is your favorite club kid from the back of the day? Debbie Mazar was the best, was the best club kid. McCauley Culkin is Michael Alec. Oh, yeah. I love that movie. I love that movie. So, well, it's funny because I, um, I, I, I didn't watch it in preparation for a
Starting point is 01:19:15 movie because I didn't want to like steal anything but there's like a whole there's like a whole scene where I get stuck in the in a toilet with like a bunch of gay guys doing a soup which is like when you take like every and like mash it all together and then and party monster I watched it after and Natasha Leon does a salad so she does they do the salad I do you're just parallel yeah that is wild that was a good movie yeah it's dark as it's dark I'm ever seeing it like 12 in Chicago it's like really I rewatch I was like oh if feels so dark. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:47 I wonder why I was like depressed and like weird as a kid. I was like those were the movies I was watching. I watched Paul Fiction when I was like five. I was like I love this movie. Yeah. Like Donnie Darko really. I never saw that one. I remember accidentally renting Requiem for a dream when I was like 13.
Starting point is 01:20:01 Accidentally. I was like, ooh, an eyeball on the on the poster and I watched it. It like ruined my life. Those posters really got you back in the day. Oh my God. And then actually, fun fact, I, my house burnt down. that year and so like
Starting point is 01:20:17 when the house things got moved and I guess we never returned the Requiem for a dream DVD and then my dad had like a night
Starting point is 01:20:26 terror seizure and like woke up in the night didn't know who any of us were and it was also it was really traumatizing because he was like
Starting point is 01:20:32 looking he was like oh fuck are you it was so scary and then and like that movie is kind of that vibe too
Starting point is 01:20:39 and then and then so I would like the movie would pop up around my house. The DVD would pop up around my house and I would get so scared. And so I would hide it. We had this big like pile of socks in my parents' room and I'd put it at the bottom and like two days later, I'd come back and it was like on top of the socks. And it was haunting me. So I finally, I finally threw it out. A year later, like to the day, a year later, I go to the video store.
Starting point is 01:21:03 I rent, um, what's the Amanda Bind's movie in London? What a girl wants. What a girl wants. Go home. Open up the DVD. Requiem for a dream inside. Oh, my God. You should have burned it or something. I know. I know. Demon. Demon.
Starting point is 01:21:19 Well, at least you did I watch so so you threw up all the demon vibes. Exactly, exactly. Do you ever see what a girl wants? I should rewatch. I bet it's, I love Amanda Binds. Love. Bless her. I mean, yeah, you guys do it.
Starting point is 01:21:30 I think that would be healing for the world. You should, let's get that done. If I direct a movie about my life, I want her to be in it as me. I feel it. We're like the same age, but she could play young you. She's so talented, so wonderful. So are you. Oh my god
Starting point is 01:21:44 This is so fun If I do a movie by my life and you're in it Then Adam Sandler can play you Okay perfect It's Amanda Bines as you Adam Sandler as me I love it Instead of us playing them
Starting point is 01:21:54 Yeah yeah yeah yeah They play us If anyone can make it happen It's you Thank you And I agree about it with you I really do feel In my witchy era
Starting point is 01:22:04 And our manifesting era And you really You really been there for me Through so much Like it's kind of crazy to say But even all this stuff happening lately I was like oh you really
