Starting point is 00:00:00 I feel like me and Shane, if we're back on Escape the Night together, you know, it's like a reunion everybody wants to see. Yeah. Or traitors. Whoa. How do they know? How do they know, again, that tweet was about Kanye? The rumors are true. I could have said that about Pope Francis being my reincarnation.
Starting point is 00:00:16 The rumors are true. Well, we also have our apologies today. Me and Moses have apologies. My apology will go first. Moses lets me know because, you know, I don't read comments for my mental health. You know what I mean? I like to just not know
Starting point is 00:00:28 what anyone's saying. So Moses will tell me. He's like, overwhelmingly. Overwhelmingly. She's got the fish in all her gossips, filthy rich, pretty in pink. Hot topic queen and says what everybody thinks, she's just Trish. Yay! Hello everyone and welcome back to the podcast, Just Trish. It's a great podcast. It's taken over.
Starting point is 00:01:03 I think it's taken over. Taken over what? Everything. Netflix, Spotify, everybody's wanting us. I'm manifesting it. TMZ. TMZ posted us. Thank you, TMZ, for the credit.
Starting point is 00:01:15 They actually put a Just Trish podcast as they were showing our clip, which I love to see. Clip of what? The Pope. The Pope. Oh. I don't know. What are we doing? But you know sometimes people use clips that don't credit yeah they put a little just trish podcast
Starting point is 00:01:27 credit on there man i have seen the pope stuff everywhere so many people have reached out to me for a statement about the pope about you did tmz reach out to you not tmz just really random people people uh uh darian's school have reached out that like my co-workers at entertainment tonight have also reached out to inquire about you being pregnant what do you say because my agent also got inquiries from like tmz and they're like what are we supposed to say like she's so excited to be expecting the pope this summer like what do you say like just like what do they want you to comment i think just how you feel and your thoughts about possibly giving birth to
Starting point is 00:02:06 maybe Pope Francis. I like it. Now that I've sat with it, I really do feel powerful. I love that this came out of nowhere. Like we were talking about this, like conspiracies, like theories, they come from something. Usually there's, you know, they piece it together. Something somewhere was said, but this has been brewing for some time. There was an old Not Loveline clip that came out from a couple months ago. And Tana's like, you know, all your babies are so powerful, but I feel like this one's going to be really powerful
Starting point is 00:02:32 because you've done SNL, you've done Broadway. And she asked me, she's like, oh, who do you think this baby will be in the reincarnated of? And I said, Pope Francis. What? I said, everyone's been saying the Pope. Stop.
Starting point is 00:02:41 I literally say, like, everyone's been saying the Pope. And this was months ago. Then I saw another one today. I think her name was Sammy or C or cammy or something and she said that she when i announced my pregnancy she goes guys she's pregnant we gotta say bye to the pope oh my god i believe in reincarnation i heard it's only 49 days but if it's longer than 49 days i'll take that soul and this pope ends a long prophecy of Popes that were, you know, like there's a long prophecy and he's the end of that prophecy. So we might be entering, you know, a thousand years of peace in the world.
Starting point is 00:03:11 I hope so. That would be great. And yeah, I'll take the Pope. I mean, you know, even having Queen Elizabeth reincarnate as Malibu, I like it. She's very regal. She's very royal. She commands a room. Good with dogs.
Starting point is 00:03:24 She's just like, she's just Queen vibes. She is Queen vibes. She commands a room. Good with dogs. She's just like – she's just queen vibes. She is queen vibes. Malibu is queen vibes for sure. She commands her space. So she'll be like a nicer queen. I think she'll be a little bit of a nicer woman. But this pope was great. This pope loved the gays.
Starting point is 00:03:40 Yeah. So I just don't know if we name the baby francis or pope i love pope pope francis pope francis pitt attackman yeah my dad would love it my dad's a hardcore catholic he he saw the articles and he's just like well he goes i really think you're doing like and he's being so serious like i should read it because he was almost like chat gbt like ai was wrote this text message my dad was so serious about you. Because he's like, oh, are you going to go to the funeral? I was like, yeah, at the Vatican.
Starting point is 00:04:09 At the Vatican? Yeah. And he's like, but you should because your song. Okay, let me just tell you. My dad. You should ask CIA if we're invited. Well, I think it already happened. I think we did miss it.
Starting point is 00:04:20 No, did it? I feel like I would have seen. I've seen like a live stream now. Something is happening now. No, no, no. it happened yesterday because someone stole one of the eucharists like the body of christ like they show a guy holding it and then there was controversy like did they stop and then another controversy well sometimes you can bring it to sick people but he basically took a eucharist and like you're not supposed to do that because it's like the body yeah which is crazy it's not really the body right i think i don't know some symbolic i don't
Starting point is 00:04:46 know but the priest does something where the body can come through yeah i don't know i like those little wafers they're pretty good but he said my dad said oh he's like why do they associate his death with your pregnancy wonder how this started will be interesting to see the new elected pope um he's probably in heaven because he was the Pope. He's like, are you planning on attending his funeral at the Vatican? I was like, haha. If I was invited, I would go. Then he goes, you are Catholic, which okay, I was raised Catholic. Let me not
Starting point is 00:05:14 be like crazy Catholic. He's like, you are Catholic and you had your children baptized Catholic and you are a star that has a hit, I Love You Jesus, that was filmed on a Catholic church. You have that song performed at your Christmas show and the ERA tour. They should invite you. As I talk with your fans, they say you are such an
Starting point is 00:05:29 inspiration to them. It's so crazy. Same way people talk about Elvis and his gospel music, the whole world will be watching the funeral. You and Elvis are spreading the word of God in similar ways. That is... I don't know. He was just like, he felt really moved all of a sudden.
Starting point is 00:05:47 I love that energy. He would be very happy. I don't know. It was... Yeah. And it's a way, you know, like when you get that message from your dad, there's like, I'm proud of you. That was an I'm proud of you moment.
Starting point is 00:05:56 That's like, you are spreading the word of God. Like finally, he's like, this is the prophecy that I've been praying for. And the Pope, you have Moses, because he always says that about Moses. Moses can attest to this. Every time he sees Moses, we've been praying for. The Pope, you have Moses, because he always says that about Moses. Moses can attest to this. Every time he sees Moses, we've been together five years. Every time he sees Moses, he says, Moses is the prayers that I prayed to God for 20 years for you.
Starting point is 00:06:12 Like he answered with Moses. How crazy is that? Moses, like he's biblical. Like he like really thinks Moses is Moses, like spreading the sea Moses or something, like reincarnate. Because he's like- He's more, he thinks I'm a godsend.
Starting point is 00:06:23 That's what he says. Yeah, but every time he sees him, he's like, well, we prayed 20 years for Trish, and he answers Moses. It's crazy. I was like, okay. But then with this, he really was like, this is so crazy how people think it's the Pope. So I think he also believes it. I'll take it.
Starting point is 00:06:39 Honestly, I'll take it. Yeah. And also, the Pope passed away the day after Easter, which is like – that has to add something, right? That's true. I have an Easter Jesus song that wasn't as popular. Oh, yes, you it. Yeah. And also the Pope passed away the day after Easter, which is like that has to add something. That's true. I have an Easter Jesus song that wasn't as popular. Oh, yes, you do. Yes. It was called Yes, Jesus Rises.
Starting point is 00:06:51 And it could be tied into it for sure. I know. I almost shouldn't maybe get my tubes tied. Maybe if I'm just reincarnating. I'm scared, though, if I had a fourth baby, it would be reincarnated because people, obviously, there's other world leaders that people would like to see. Yes, you all name them. We all name them.
Starting point is 00:07:05 No, I don't manifest that for anyone. I'm not going to even say it. But people are like, oh, next one should be, don't put that on my baby. That's crazy. I get it. Womb is powerful, but we're absorbing royalty, absorbing a Catholic pope who loves the gays, which is, it's kind of a very progressive so yeah i think we might be done but i'm so sorry to all the other world leaders may you rest in
Starting point is 00:07:32 peace but pope francis will be back soon i mean my favorite tiktok is the one you see the pope and the queen shaking hands oh yes they're like oh they met in this life and they'll meet in the next yeah they'll be siblings i'm here for it i'm here for it could have like the first like photo shoot be like moira from like schitt's creek oh you never watched it but you must have seen it on tiktok have you not seen the meme oh karen o'hara yeah she's like long blonde hair dresses the pope with a smoky eye so if it's a girl we could do that and if it's a boy you know so it's francesca is francis yeah but francis is a girl name like i grew up with like um i had a dance teacher named
Starting point is 00:08:12 francis like francis also a girl with an e usually francis is with the e or with an i my dad's name is francis too so he'd be very excited he'd be so stoked so i i take it and i actually had to take it seriously because there's so many tiktoks that have so many likes and like views like seriously they have like millions of views millions of likes just like random people too i'm like maybe this is something i don't know why else would it just be you know what i mean like why else does it come i also love that people just think about us think about our baby in that way like because we were talking about is like how like usually because the headlines in like news articles are like the conspiracy theory. I'm like, but wait, conspiracy is when somebody is conspiring, like somebody is doing something and you uncover.
Starting point is 00:08:53 But here nobody's doing anything. It's just organic. This is out of the ether came like global consciousness decided that this is happening. So it's really that's what it just perplexing our minds. You know, it's interesting. We'll take it, you know. But that's up. That's your official statement on the.
Starting point is 00:09:12 That's my official statement, right? Because TMZ also. Anyone reaching out can just use that as the official statement. Yeah. I'm excited to welcome back the Pope in July and have a rebirth for us all. They were contacting everyone. My accountant was like, TMZ reached out. They're wild over there.
Starting point is 00:09:31 Oh, thanks TMZ for reaching out. I guess they're doing their due diligence. You guys, we're going to be in Chicago and Milwaukee and Minneapolis this weekend. Prince is from Minneapolis so maybe I'll do a Prince tribute. We still have tickets. No, we do not have tickets to Minneapolis. Sold out Minneapolis. Sold out in Chicago.
Starting point is 00:09:46 Milwaukee will be there Sunday. And I have to announce the L.A. show is our gender reveal. L.A. show is going to be big. It's May 4th. Greek Theater. We've got VIP guest lists all over the place. It's going to be a good one. I'm very excited about it.
Starting point is 00:10:00 So get your tickets today. We only have a few weekends left. We have five weekends left of the Heirs of Trish tour. Whoa. Yeah, it's crazy. I know. May the 4th be with you. That's right.
Starting point is 00:10:10 May the 4th. Come dressed as Star Wars. No, no. Please don't do that. That's so weird. And then Pride is coming up. We are already planning our Pride set World Music Festival in Washington, D.C. You coming?
Starting point is 00:10:23 Coming to Pride? I really want to. Would you go to a festival? The lineup, I've been saying this, but the lineup is very fierce. 40,000 people. Also, I love Marina from formerly Marina of the Diamonds. And she's performing. I don't know if she's on your day, though.
Starting point is 00:10:36 But regardless. Yeah. It's a queen. You could go that weekend. A mother convention. You, Marina, Sasha Colby, RuPaul, JLo. Slater. Yeah, Slater. I love JLo.
Starting point is 00:10:46 He threw in there. I love it. She does seem like a good mother, though. She does. I've been saying. Yeah. I think her redemption arc is just her being a good mom to her children. Yeah. Laying low, being a good mom. No crazy expensive films. You know, just kind of living her life.
Starting point is 00:11:02 She should go with that new name. Mother? Lay low. Ooh. That is actually really you know just kind of living her life she should go with that new name lay low oh oh that is actually really good i'm chill i'm chill wow moses has been on fire these past couple weeks he is just sharp i think me being away on the weekends gives him time to like think brew create i'm working i'm working on hot topics yeah i know he tells me in the writer's room. She's away. I got to, you know. He'll tell me all the time the night before, I got some good Hot Topics. Okay, what are they? He won't like tell me.
Starting point is 00:11:30 He won't share. Sometimes he will. Okay, I got a Gabby Hanna one. I was like, okay, what happened? It's a troll. I can't tell you, but it's not bad. It's not scary. I was like, what is it?
Starting point is 00:11:38 And then I try to look and I'm like, I can't find it. Well, we also have our apologies today. Me and Moses have apologies. My apology will go first moses lets me know because you know i don't read comments for my mental health you know what i mean i like to just not know what anyone's saying so moses will tell me he's like overwhelmingly the green day fans were not having really yeah he said there was lots of comments we asked them to tell us in the comments and they did tell us. Were they mad, angry, or just informative? Everything.
Starting point is 00:12:07 All of the above. Were they boomers? It was all ages, too. They were like, I'm 17 and I love Green Day. Yeah, like Green Day kind of cross-sectioned throughout, and I think really through their political work, they really get the support of the people.
Starting point is 00:12:23 I think I was on the side of TikTok where i think i was on the side of tiktok where i thought i was on the right side where it's like jenzy was mad that they were headlining because it's like should have been charlie x i know i know you were in full i knew right away because i see that angels on twitter too and they were very vocal and then i pinpointed it and you are very easily influenced so i was like wait i think the angels got to you so let me prove my point on that i really do sincerely apologize because I'm a Green Day fan and I was scared to say it. So I think
Starting point is 00:12:49 because everybody was like Green Day. It should have been Charlie X. So now everyone's like, Trisha, what are you talking about? I was like, I know. You know how I know? Look up Trisha Paytas EP number three called Under the Covers. I'm the cover of Basket Case where I had to pay royalties for Green Day to use that song.
Starting point is 00:13:07 And it's me covering the song. I did a dance video for it. I love Green Day. I want to hear it. Huh? I want to hear it. Oh, my God. It's cringy because this was before auto-tune.
Starting point is 00:13:17 Well, no. This was when I had auto-tune, but it was like really bad auto-tune. Oh, my God. I knew it because you were listing so many Green Day songs. More than you could list of Charlie of Lady Gaga of anyone I'll tell you
Starting point is 00:13:27 their entire discourse for the past 30 years like I love them specifically their political stuff American Idiot one of my favorite albums it was a Broadway show
Starting point is 00:13:36 I was trying to be cool with Gen Z I was trying to be like yes I'm with you and then everyone came for me and I was like do you understand
Starting point is 00:13:42 I'm the choogy millennial that loves American Idiot Boulevard of Broken Teams wake me up when september ends that was so impactful and it still holds the test of time written about george w bush but also still holds the test of time and they switched their lyrics to be you know in 2025 they're so relevant and i love and he paid homage to charlie xcx because he wore Brat hat so he's like we're here we're Brat we're Green Day
Starting point is 00:14:06 but we're giving the green to Brat this summer you know what I mean they're the original green of Brat yeah oh my god
Starting point is 00:14:13 I love them and so yes track number five my basket case the auto tune was so bad I am one of those they're a dramatic fool okay do you know
Starting point is 00:14:24 the next line? No. No, go. Just make it up. Sometimes I give myself the creeps. And I want to eat a peep. Ooh, that's good. What's the next line?
Starting point is 00:14:36 You've all been hanging out. Why don't you call me? That's good. Am I just paranoid? Yeah, yeah, yeah. We did it. It worked. You kind me. That's good. Am I just paranoid? Yeah, yeah, yeah. We did it. How did it work? You kind of have the tune there.
Starting point is 00:14:49 Both of you kind of have the tune. I know the song. I don't know the words. Like, I know the tune. Some beats. And you know what? They were also ahead of their time with pronouns and switching them. Because in the second verse, they're like, I went to a whore.
Starting point is 00:15:00 She said, my life's a bore. So quit this whining because it's freaking me out. So he, like, talks about, he switches from, like like boy to girl for the it's so good like it's like yeah it's amazing i'm dead at you being like such a green day stand knowing all these references and stuff and like literally this is a valuable lesson you learned just just be authentic you know i know you try to be with it and then look what happened i know well because i was kind of with them i'm kind of like okay green day let's take a back seat but now that everyone's great i love green day too and i love what they stand for
Starting point is 00:15:35 i think people are scared to stand up most entertainers are people are like yes you know we see it all the time i mean they get to be big like i don't want to talk about look i don't talk about i don't know about politics but I like when people make the effort. You know what I mean? They're smarter people. Yeah. And Green Day, they dumb it down for us people who are not so political because I get their statements.
Starting point is 00:15:53 And I'm always like, yeah. Like, when they did Wake Me Up When September Ends, I was like, yes, get this. You know what I mean? I understood it. About September 11th, I believe. Right? Sorry. The wait.
Starting point is 00:16:04 Because it's like, okay, I think. I think so. Yeah. Because the music video was about like a soldier right yeah yeah and he's just like this is depressing this is awful and so i like when they can dumb it down a little bit we can get behind something because sometimes i don't know what to get behind and i can get behind green day whatever they support i support and I love them and the person that passed was actually from Lincoln Park not Green Day someone did clarify that because I was like because I met them at Coachella you met Lincoln Park yeah and then and then and then the year after I was I heard that he did that and then but in my mind I don't know why I couldn't remember the name was not Green Day I'm Green Day fan so I was like that's not Green Day. I'm a Green Day fan. So I was like, that's not Green Day. No, she immediately was like, no, it's not.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Yeah, I was like that. I definitely know. But love them, support them. And I love just older people still going because like some people just fall off. You know what I mean? And they keep going. So I would like to be that at 50. I would like to be performing at Coachella.
Starting point is 00:17:02 They're icons. So apologies to the Green Day community. I'm one of you. But I'm also one of the angels. So I'm both. Name three Charlie XCX songs. I've got the apple falling straight to the core. Okay, work.
Starting point is 00:17:20 Give me one more. What's another one I would know? 360, when you're in the mirror, do you like what you see? I'm everywhere, I'm so Julia. I me one more. What's another one I would know? 360. We're in the mirror. Do you like what you see? I'm everywhere. I'm so Julia. I'm so Julia? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:29 Is it sponsored? Julia Fox. Really? Damn, they get all the it people with them, don't they? They got Addison. They got Julia. They got Troy. Alex Consani.
Starting point is 00:17:38 Oh, God. Everybody. Quinn Blackwell. Oh, my gosh. Everybody. Everybody I want to be. Yeah, they have the it girls for sure. I love Charlie X Oh, my gosh. Everybody. Everybody I want to be. Yeah, they have the Ip Girls for sure. I love Charlie X.
Starting point is 00:17:47 I like what she's – I like the vibes and what she stands for. I love Charlie too. And I'm a – see, because I'm like a hardcore Taylor Swift stan and I'm very passionate about being a Taylor stan and a lot of people appropriate being a Swiftie in the peak era store. So I'm very careful about saying I'm a stan of someone. But Charlie I've loved since like the EP because she opened for Marina and the Diamonds. And I love Marina, just Marina now, but I love Marina so much. And my best friend from high school, our little thing in our head was she was more Charlie and I was more Marina. So we would
Starting point is 00:18:20 go to their concerts and she'd be like the Charlie. They were like sister acts. Like Marina called Charlie like her little sister back in the day what's Marina's vibe what's her aesthetic she is she's a little bit more there's like more of like a little bit of a regalness to her she's very poetic with her lyrics okay um is she like lord when you say regal I think lord um ask like it used to be like Lana Del Rey uh lana del rey and marina were like in this similar category back in the day when lana was like just coming out because her aesthetic kind of changed but her second album was called the lecture heart and it was all about being like um a man eater how to be a heartbreaker prima donna girl like is it the man eater no that's neelly Furtado. Who stole whose nachos?
Starting point is 00:19:06 It wasn't, it was not sonically alike. It's more of like the, the vibe of being like, yeah. What does man eater mean? Just kind of working through men. Like, you know how,
Starting point is 00:19:16 like, it's like the opposite of an F boy. It goes back to the 80s. The 80s song. Oh. Man eater. What's that 80s song? She's a man eater. Isn't that what I was just singing no no he was oh did she sample were you singing the 80s one she's a man eater make it work
Starting point is 00:19:35 is that what you were singing you sound like the same thing maybe nelly vertato sampled it we don't know i don't know i just said that said that because most said it was from the 80s. I believe you, but I don't know. We got to look up the Maneater song. They went back all the way from the 80s? Oh, here she comes. She's a Maneater. I think Nelly Furtado, her song is just like in name only.
Starting point is 00:19:58 I don't know if like, she's a Maneater, make your work. Basically, it's very different. Yeah. But it was from the 80s, so it's been around for a minute. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But Manny is like an F-boy for people. Like a girl who just goes through men. Maybe.
Starting point is 00:20:16 She just goes through men. I'm going to go there if they're young girls. Marina was in her 20s, I think. Right. That's very different. Anyway, yeah. But I love Charlie's first EP
Starting point is 00:20:26 like Nuclear Seasons was like one of my favorite songs oh so you are like a Charlie fan yeah like I and of course like boom clap
Starting point is 00:20:33 the sound of my heart oh I know that yeah yeah that's a good one iconic yeah okay I gotta get into it you guys know I'm always
Starting point is 00:20:39 like a little behind with everybody but I'm still singing Pink Bunny Club in three years you'll have your Briar up I'm definitely
Starting point is 00:20:44 Sabrina your Brat Summer 2028 I see it for you I will be there I will be there with everybody, but I'm still singing Pink Boni Club. In three years, you'll have your bride era. I'm definitely Sabrina. Bride summer 2028. I see it for you. I will be there. I will be there. I'm still on Green Day, you guys, okay? Which apparently everyone else is too, so that's cool. I had a feeling.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Yeah. Wait, you had a feeling that people were- Into Green Day. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Oh, because I knew the songs. I really did. They were just edgy back in the day and we just were like, they're so cool.
Starting point is 00:21:04 Yeah. And they still are. So apologies to them. And there's my little emo axolotl to show that I am part of the culture. There you go. Right there. And now we need to see Minecraft. All right.
Starting point is 00:21:19 What else? Are you seeing Minecraft yet? I think the Minecraft moment has passed for me. I do think it's kind of over until it's on digital it's not like you were planning to go to the theater when are you going to the theater tonight lava chicken right is that they say chicken what is it chicken ducky i'm ready i'm gonna scream it out chicken d Okay, I'm doing my cosplay. I'm getting it ready, okay? I'm figuring it out.
Starting point is 00:21:46 Oh, your Minecraft cosplay? Yeah. Oh, work. Okay. I'm ready for it. Do you have one planned? I can just wear the blue t-shirt, I guess, and be... A pixel?
Starting point is 00:21:55 Yeah, with my little pixel sword. Joey could be here on that day, too. Oh, yeah, work. Maybe not. Last time Joey was on. Yeah, true. Yeah. The war flashback just hit me. Oh, my God. Literally. I was like, that was on. Yeah, true. Yeah. The war flashback.
Starting point is 00:22:05 Oh, my God. Literally. I was like, that was the craziest drama we had been in. And I was like, oh, my God. Because it was so out of nowhere. Joey, yeah. Wild. It's always the quiet ones.
Starting point is 00:22:17 Huh? It's always the quiet ones. Joey, yes, it is always the quiet ones. That is, I agree. I don't know what he's doing i never see his stories i never see any stagecoach this weekend you're going um i don't think i will be there no no not your vibe not my vibe although lana del rey is headlining randomly but i love lana i do love love Lana I never pictured
Starting point is 00:22:46 her country but I guess she is kind of like a little she has a little folk to her but I feel like stagecoach is like not even country anymore
Starting point is 00:22:52 because like Backstreet Boys are playing that's true it is very random yeah it's not really all about that country anymore but
Starting point is 00:22:58 maybe Alex Warren will be there I would not put it past him he's everywhere I finally saw the photo of Ed Sheeran and Tara Yumi today did you watch the TikTok no I just saw the photo of Ed Sheeran and Tara Yemi today. Did you watch the TikTok?
Starting point is 00:23:06 No, I just saw Tara posted the photo to her story. And I was like, oh. I wonder how it went. Because the TikTok is them walking on the street. And they are singing the Azizem song. And it's just like them walking along the sidewalk. I'm like, did they plan this? And they look casual?
Starting point is 00:23:19 Or is he literally just walking aside? And I'm like, OK, thanks. Or do you think it was planned? Like, OK, we're going to be here. There's an hour wait. We're going to start filming at this time. I think it was okay, thanks. Or do you think it was like planned? Like, okay, we're going to be here. There's an hour wait. We're going to start filming at this time. I think it was probably that. I think it was.
Starting point is 00:23:29 Ed Sheeran is a superstar. But he's so busy. I don't think he's Harry Daniels walking around. Yeah. To me, I'd be like. Annoying people on the street. I love the idea of just like getting into someone's TikTok for a quick like a minute clout.
Starting point is 00:23:39 You know what I mean? And just be like, hey, thanks. Bye. I got to go. You know? I'm sure it was a quick shoot, but I think it was also probably planned. And, you know, there was some element of pre-production, I would think. Runes authenticity of it.
Starting point is 00:23:51 I think I'm meeting Jules LeBron at my show this weekend. Chicago. Yes. She literally. Chicago. I love that. Oh, my God. You have to cover that song.
Starting point is 00:24:02 Which one? From Victorious. It goes, Chicago, Chicago. What is Victorious? The Ariana Grande, Victoria Justice, Nickelodeon show. And it's a musical or what? It was a whole TikTok sound too. I'm surprised you missed it.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Chicago. And is it about what? It was a play in Victorious, like a musical, a one-woman show by Trina Vega. Oh my gosh. Everyone tells me, oh my God, this is Trina Vega, Coda.
Starting point is 00:24:30 I'm like, who the f*** is Trina Vega? Trina Vega the house. What does that mean? What does she do? That was so crazy. That unlocked so much. I'm like,
Starting point is 00:24:38 who the f*** is that? I was like a politician, like Hillary Clinton or something. I was like, who the hell is Trina Vega? What? Who is this? She is a character in Victoria she she is victoria justice what was her oh tori tori vega this is older sister tori vega but she like she had main character energy even though she was the supporting
Starting point is 00:24:59 character in victoria's yeah and then she went and she did her own one woman show because she had big dreams of being on broadway and it was called chicago and it was about a girl moving to chicago making her dreams come true and it was called chicago and it's like a viral it goes viral all the time because it is very iconic wow yeah look it up okay i'll look it up chicago yeah maybe i'll do that i think you should i think it would be a big hit if you did Chicago. I never know what TikTok. Okay. All right.
Starting point is 00:25:26 I'll do it. I'll take that into consideration. It's quick. You can at least do the TikTok, yeah. Yeah. I've never had TikToks when I meet people. I'm always like, oh, I want to do something cool. And so she's an icon.
Starting point is 00:25:34 So that might be the one. I think that'll be a big hit. And Trina does it acapella too. So you don't even need a. Oh, perfect. Half my show is acapella. The comments on TikTok are always like, where's the music? It's always just me singing.
Starting point is 00:25:45 Okay. And how's it go? It's always just me singing. Okay. And how's it go? It just goes, Chicago! Chicago! And then I forgot, then it goes really fast. It goes like spoken word. Numa numa numa, so exciting. I should look up the Chicago lyrics, actually. I love the original, too.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Everyone always says Trina Vega, and I'm like, that makes sense. You do give Trina Vega energy. Daniela Monet. Oh yeah. It's a very quick song too. It's just a few lines. It goes, Chicago, Chicago. It's a city that's exciting. It's a city that's inviting. It's a city for a woman just like me.
Starting point is 00:26:16 There's a lake they call it Michigan. I think I'm really fitting in. This city is my perfect cup of tea. Chicago, Chicago. And that's the whole song see how easy that was good you gave an energy performance
Starting point is 00:26:28 I do love that episode of Victorious I love that episode okay T I'm done done and done I'll find it on TikTok so I can just lip sync it
Starting point is 00:26:35 or something it's good it's iconic if I can remember it I'll do it on stage too maybe somebody will ask that during the karaoke hour I hope Jules
Starting point is 00:26:41 throw Jules in there too she could do a little Chicago moment she's so funny. We've only talked to DM, but I was like, yeah, let me know how many you want.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Like, I want to say hi before the show. And then she's like, if you need someone to be a fridge on stage, I can stand in. I was like, what? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:55 That's what she said. I was like, all right. I was like, I'll work it into the app somehow. She's funny. I'm very excited. I love when I have VIPs at the show. Yeah. I always go a little hard. I love when I have VIPs at the show. I always go
Starting point is 00:27:06 a little hard. I always go hard, but extra hard this time. Chicago's going to be a good one, so check it out this weekend. It's sold out, though, so you can't. No tickets available. It's been sold out for a while. Look out for the TikToks. Look out for the TikToks. I'll do it just for you.
Starting point is 00:27:21 Chicago. Yeah, I'll put your little spin on it. Is that the wrong? The wrong? Not quite the note,. Yeah, put your little spin on it. Was that the wrong? Not quite the note, but yeah, I think you'll get there. I'll never hit the notes. I never will. Hot Topics is hot today, you guys. I'm glad you stuck around.
Starting point is 00:27:36 I know there is a lot going on today, weirdly. A lot, I know, for middle of the week. I know. This is a good week to have a two Hot Topics because there is quite a bit going on happening um as we predicted though there has been a jojo siwa update always one always one and we called it on monday when we filmed we're like we're gonna finish filming and there's gonna be a jojo siwa update as soon as we're done and let alone of course it happened in the celebrity big brother house joJo said that she thought that she considered herself lesbian, but she has learned by being in the Big Brother house that now she considers herself just queer. The Big Brother house taught her that.
Starting point is 00:28:17 I wonder what. Did she go into details? She just said the experience of being in the house. And she was talking to Danny Beard, who is a drag queen from RuPaul's Drag Race UK. Love him on the show. So that obviously makes sense. But they were having this kind of conversation. And Danny was very excited for JoJo to have that discovery.
Starting point is 00:28:37 But yeah, now it does raise a little suspicion about her relationship with Chris though now that it is kind of confirmation that all of a sudden I'm not queer I found out yikes yeah kind of weird timing but I guess it's always a good time to discover who you really are at least she's still young
Starting point is 00:28:59 I guess the girlfriend back home was probably a little more shook I know I do fear for Kath I really do fear for Kath. I hope she's okay. A good partner would be supportive. Because you know you marry. I've seen one where they marry a man and then they transition and then they're still really supportive. They're like, you know now I love my wife.
Starting point is 00:29:16 So, you know, it should probably be supportive. But, yeah, it's just us seeing them play out of it all. Yes, right. In front of our eyes. The discovery of the queerness, yeah. Although I will say there are clips of like JoJo cuddling in bed with like other and like doing her little tappy on their backs of like other guy contestants, I guess. So maybe JoJo's just a very touchy girl.
Starting point is 00:29:39 There are people like that. Yeah. They just love to like cuddle. Yeah, with whomever, I suppose. But there's just so much of her and chris and chris like being into her so i don't know the show's almost over though i didn't even realize really there's so many people left they're doing a triple eviction i think today okay um jojo jojo will probably win i think she like won safety or something so she's
Starting point is 00:30:03 not even like up for elimination i also think the whole show is just. The JoJo show. Yeah. I think they pre-choose who the winner is. Do you think you were chosen to be a winner on your season? Definitely not. But I know. They're gonna scramble.
Starting point is 00:30:15 They're like, damn, she wants that pizza and washcloth. They gotta pick a new winner. Well, I think I was destined to go far. I do think they like pre-pick who goes and leaves. Because they kept trying to get me to stay. And I was like, okay, I'm up for elimination every single week. Like what? But I remember the winner, the girl who ended up winning, she was up for elimination every week too.
Starting point is 00:30:32 And they never had her pack her bags and I always had to pack mine. And she always was like, I'm not packing. It's fine. So I think it was always – because she was probably like the most famous on the show. She was from Girls Aloud. I think she passed away. So RIP Sarah Harding. But she was like the most famous.
Starting point is 00:30:44 She got the most money. So I think she was always like destined. But she was like the most famous. She got the most money, so I think she was always like destined. So it's usually the most famous person who's picked to win. Yeah, and I think JoJo was the highest paid without Mickey Rourke, so. I forgot about Mickey Rourke even being in there.
Starting point is 00:30:55 That was so fast. This was like a long time ago. I wonder what he has to say about this now. I think the last thing I read is he's pursuing legal action against the network. Mickey Rourke? Yeah, because of how he was perceived in the show.
Starting point is 00:31:06 I'm like, well, that's – you did that. Yeah, you did that. You did that. You did all that. That's so funny. I didn't see your initial reaction when I left too. I was like, how do I sue? Girl, that was just you.
Starting point is 00:31:16 You just left. That was all I knew, mama. You do get a little money. You don't get the whole money when you leave. So, yeah. It does kind of mess with you. But JoJo will win for sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Plus, she's just good at competitions. Yeah. Like, she has a competitive spirit since she was a kid, obviously, from being in dance. Abby Lee did something right. Just made a winner. Yeah. Yeah. And she's, like, very entertaining.
Starting point is 00:31:41 She's, like, the most entertaining person on the show. Yeah. Like, everyone wants to have conversations with her. And an open book, too, which I think is interesting. Yeah. Oh, I love the revelation. I like that. That's pretty.
Starting point is 00:31:51 Yeah. I wish it wasn't at Borkath's expense. But it does make sense though because of, I don't know, maybe I'm excited to see what Jojo says like when she's out of the house. Because the, how she kind of went from relationship to relationship even though after each relationship she was like i'm gonna take a break i'm not gonna do this again but like you know just jumped back into another one so quick like no i think this does like make sense like she's kind of working through yeah yeah like what is yeah it's just she's still so young yeah i feel like it's always changing me too you just never know I'm always like what am I she is very
Starting point is 00:32:26 very you said this from years ago she is very Trish coded she's very Trishian you just and I think
Starting point is 00:32:32 for the next 15 years she's still gonna be figuring it out yeah for the rest of her life because saying girl yeah I love her
Starting point is 00:32:39 I'm gonna judge a stan I know her songs I'm gonna get back like a boomerang I don't care what they say. I love that one. And I love, I love, there's a couple other songs. What is another one she has?
Starting point is 00:32:51 Is that the only one we know? Karma, obviously. Oh, well, yeah. Karma is a bitch. My dancer on my tour as Antino was in the Karma video. Oh, yeah. He loves it. He was like, it was, that was, I think it was like Lady Gaga's ex-choreographer did it.
Starting point is 00:33:05 Oh, that makes a lot of sense, actually. I think he was fired shortly after. By JoJo or Lady Gaga? Lady Gaga, I think. Oh, okay. She was like, no. I don't know. That's what I heard.
Starting point is 00:33:14 That's the. I think that does make sense, yeah, because I keep seeing people talk about how her new team, Lady Gaga's new team for like. But she keeps people for a long time. Like Lady Gaga has him hair and makeup. Yeah, that's true. What happened? I'm sure the car was
Starting point is 00:33:27 monster she was like that is it Jimmy's probably like editing in here like actually I love Jimmy for that yeah me too
Starting point is 00:33:34 I don't know anything interesting though yeah I used to know JoJo's songs I can't remember but yeah I'm a JoJo fan
Starting point is 00:33:41 I like her new song it was like choose your fighter it's the one that was like some of my exes are something. Oh, yeah. Some of my exes want fame. Na, na, na, na, na, na, na, na. And then it goes like, na, na, na.
Starting point is 00:33:56 Anyway, that's all I know. But yeah. Well, I like it. It's Giving Seven Rings by Ariana. I like that. It's really, it's more upbeat, though. It's like very poppy. It's a little more dancey. But it's good. Rings by Ariana. I like that. It's really, it's more upbeat though. It's like very poppy. It's a little more dancey.
Starting point is 00:34:07 But it's good. Yeah. What do you think of the newest pop girl singles? I saw that there were some that flopped and some that were, like some people didn't love Ariana's new song. The one where she's like an old lady. Oh, people didn't like it? Oh, I loved the deluxe version of Eternal Sunshine.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Oh, is that what it was? Yeah, it was for the deluxe. And then Addison Rae's headphones. Headphones on. I love that song. Well, she's just Addison now. No longer Addison Rae. Oh, yeah, she dropped Rae.
Starting point is 00:34:33 Yeah. She decided she is just going by Addison. I like that. Yeah, she revealed her debut album today, actually. Yeah. What's it called? Addison. Love.
Starting point is 00:34:43 She's on Powerball. She really is everywhere. I love her so much. Yeah, called? Addison. Love. Michelle Carmel. She really is everywhere. I love her so much. Yeah, she is it girl. Yeah. I don't know if you'll care, but Lorde is making her come back too. We just mentioned Lorde. I love Lorde.
Starting point is 00:34:53 Oh, do you? Yeah. Oh, work. Okay. Diamonds. I've never seen diamonds in the land. Royals, but yes. Right.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Wrong title, right song. Okay. Yeah. Remember that song? It was so big. Everyone was singing it she was only 16 when that came out
Starting point is 00:35:07 isn't that crazy damn yeah she's British she is from New Zealand they mix up all the time oh New Zealand in the headlines
Starting point is 00:35:16 Robert Irwin has been announced on the answer list Australia close enough he's really making a splash this year yes he is it was the story of the countries, I guess. He's really making a splash this year. Yes, he is. It is the year of the snake and the year of Robert Irwin, which makes sense. Is he a snake?
Starting point is 00:35:33 He loves snakes. That was his undies photo shoot was him and the snake. That's right. It kind of makes sense. He did have a snake on him, I think, for the reveal, too, for the Dancing with the Stars announcement. It all makes sense. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:43 Bindi was on Dancing with the Stars back in the day, so it does make sense. Yes, I think he was on there as a correspondent. I saw a clip of him at nine years old and was like, would you ever want to be on Dancing with the Stars? Yes. He is pretty cute. I don't know if I could compete against that. Now I'm kind of thinking about it.
Starting point is 00:35:57 I'm like, hmm, should I be on this season? He is a national treasure. I know. How could you even compete? And very athletic. I don't even think I want to be around pureness like that. I feel like I would taint it you know what i mean that they made robert irwin like the big like first celebrity reveal it's like it's almost like celebrity big brother like you were saying it's like it's almost set up for him so everyone else signing up you're
Starting point is 00:36:16 signing up to be a loser yeah i guess you know i'm used to being a loser I maybe maybe I'll consider it if they ask would they have they ever had a pregnant person on well I'm gonna have a baby in July I think it starts in September
Starting point is 00:36:33 okay oh I thought it started way sooner no they only have one now they used to do spring and fall oh okay
Starting point is 00:36:41 for some reason since they were announced Robert Irwin I thought it was like a month. No. Okay, so there's a ways to go. That makes sense.
Starting point is 00:36:49 Yeah. Baby will be out. Perfect, yeah. Then you can definitely do it. Yeah. Maybe. We'll see. Debating.
Starting point is 00:36:57 It's that or the Masked Singer. Honestly, Masked Singer would also eat. We were watching it the other day. There was a bat on there. Sheena Shea. No idea. Oh, she's from Bravo. A horrible singer. I was like, well, I could be on that show. mass singer would also eat we were watching it the other day there was a bat on there sheena shay no idea she's from bravo horrible singer and i was like well i could be on that show you know what i mean like she was we knew she was gonna get revealed because she was bad wendy was on there yeah back in the day did you see her lips the big mouth yeah it's so crazy and she was just like
Starting point is 00:37:18 giggling i loved it like a native new yorker oh you knew it from TikTok yeah I was all over TikTok she does a little snore she's like yeah I like that show I think that's a good one they have not asked me neither one has asked me I'm just saying
Starting point is 00:37:32 putting it out there yeah yeah I think you just gotta put it out there I think it always works that way yeah for better or worse R.I.P. Pope
Starting point is 00:37:40 it is so crazy I know you sent me that clip I think and I'm like yeah i really need to watch you have to be careful that's crazy but i do talk a lot there's probably a clip for everything honestly you know what i mean that's true but still it's like a very specific thing yeah that's true it is funny between the two podcasts and tiktok you do have like, what, like eight to ten hours of content. Oh.
Starting point is 00:38:07 So eight to ten hours of you talking a week. Yeah. So there is going to be something for everything. There's something fun to come out. Yeah. I've been doing pretty good, though, as far as keeping it cute. Mine is the green day. Mine is the green day, yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:18 But other than that, I feel like. But when you talk that much, you know, you're going to have your setbacks. I know. Wigs are tight. My head is swollen these days. Lights are bright. Yeah, the light. Those lights do yeah the light those lights will do it to you for sure yeah but i'm excited for robert irwin to take over i guess um speaking robert irwin had his big undies photo shoot now walton goggins had his big oh this was my hottest topic i sent it to
Starting point is 00:38:42 moses i'm like she's like she wants me to do that. I did. You kind of have to. Right? It would be so good. Yeah, you kind of have to do it. When I have these abs, I'll do that. But your thighs are so much better. Like Moses has these like really solid thighs.
Starting point is 00:38:55 Are your thighs squishy or solid, would you say? Right now they've got a little squish right now because I haven't been able to work out. But they can get pretty solid, I guess. Everyone I know has like its thighs. They're squished. Moses' are like like its thighs. They're squished. Moses' are like tree trunks. They're like the hardest thing. There's like nothing to it.
Starting point is 00:39:08 It's like it hurts. Like if you hit your head on them, they hurt. They're so strong. So when I saw Walter Goggins. Walton. Walton Goggins. I know it too. I switched back and forth.
Starting point is 00:39:17 I saw Walton Goggins. Like I was like that would be because his thighs were all up. Like they were like this. The one I sent you that meme where it was like, this is a meme, but it's not what I said, but it's something like the crackhead at the 7-E. Like they were like this. The one I sent you that meme where it was like, this is a meme, but it's not what I said,
Starting point is 00:39:26 but it's something like the crackhead at the 7-Eleven or something like that. That video. Did you see it? Yeah. He was like on the floor and Moses just did question mark
Starting point is 00:39:34 and I was like, that's Wilson Goggins doing the photo shoot. That was him and it was so cute. It was so hot. It was so hot. Let's just be real.
Starting point is 00:39:41 It was so hot. I immediately think of Moses. I was like, oh my God, this could be you. You want to grow your hair out a little. Grow it out a little like that length that he has it. Yellow Speedo.
Starting point is 00:39:50 It was all over my timeline. And look, I don't like to jump on the bandwagons too much. I was like, okay, everyone likes Walton Goggins. Okay, whatever. I'm not going to be that person. But that one sold it for me. That one was like gorge. And I don't know what it is.
Starting point is 00:40:04 Like what it is about him. I mean, he is really tall, really fit. Is he tall? Doesn't he look really tall? I mean, look up his height. I always assumed he was very tall because he looks like pretty tall and lanky. I think he looks petite to me. I think he looks a little.
Starting point is 00:40:16 On the show next to her, he didn't look much taller. He's 5'10". He's pretty tall. Okay, so. I'm taller. I'm just saying, if you want to have a... I'm taller, but okay, yes.
Starting point is 00:40:30 Yes, sorry, I can't do it. I'm too tall. But there is, like, that was, like, the hottest, as Moses was saying, mesmerizing, like, a mesmerizing photo strip scene in a while
Starting point is 00:40:39 where I just, like, couldn't stop staring. My whole FYI, my whole timeline on X was about that. My whole TikTok was about that. Instagram was about that. He said they was about that. Instagram was about that. He said they shot it. What was the magazine?
Starting point is 00:40:47 Culture. Culture. They shot it at Santa Monica Pier Park and he said that they were kicked out. Almost kicked out. That makes sense. Yeah. Because they were in the Ferris wheel and he was pretty just spread eagle. Just crotch out. Crotch is a political term. PC term.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Can we say that? I think you can say crotch out. Crotch is a political term, a PC term. Can we say that? I think you can say crotch. I don't know what you can say anymore. You can't say fire crotch. But you can say crotch, right? I think so. Okay. Crotch.
Starting point is 00:41:17 Just out. And I just don't think we see enough men's crotches these days. Because I don't like a penis. I don't want to see the penis. Okay. But a crotch is sexy. A bul a bulge yeah you think he stuffed it well he reposted um an instagram reel and it was talking about it was like a gay guy he was like i just know it's heavy i know it's heavy oh yeah and walton reposted it so i guess that kind of confirms that. Oh, the bulge is heavy? The.
Starting point is 00:41:46 Thrust? What's heavy? The balls? What part is heavy? There's not that many parts. I've never heard it called heavy before. Oh, really? I guess in gay people, it's like always like, oh, I know it's heavy.
Starting point is 00:41:59 The load. What is heavy? What is the heavy part? Tell me. The sch tell me the schlong the schlong like holding it like it just has weight to it you know okay okay i i agree yeah he yeah he does have bde i think a tall sl, a tall, slender white guy, let me tell you, usually packing. So it does make sense. It does make sense. Like also just the way, because you know what I mean? Like he's, obviously everyone thinks he's sexy, of course, but he's like conventionally
Starting point is 00:42:36 not attractive. Do you know what I mean? Like people would say receding hairline, the teeth, whatever, whatever. But obviously he's like very sexy and everyone thinks he's sexy. So I think that energy either comes from within or. big schlong. Yeah. Yeah. Always, always the case. So good for him. Honestly, I love that he's showing it off. I love that they did that photo shoot. And I love seeing men of a certain age also just showing everything. Cause like, you know, I love when women do it, but women have been doing it for a while. So I love when a man just
Starting point is 00:43:03 takes it all off and doesn't complain. He's not like Jason Isaacs where he's like, stop looking at my penis. Sir, you have it out for the whole world to see. And he's embracing it. He just retweeted someone saying, you know, it's heavy. So he's proud of it. And I love to see it. I love showing off the body.
Starting point is 00:43:19 I mean, he has a great body too. I mean, obviously he is like in really good shape but he's beautiful i want to watch everything he's in now what's that one fallout oh yeah fallout righteous jumps like anything he's in vice principal anything he's in i'm like sign me up let me watch it um i don't think i've seen him anything maybe jango i guess he was in jango unchained i kind of remember him in it but i'll re-watch that too i'll be watching there's a rumor that um him and amy lou would have a new show in pre-production right now which obviously is interesting because of the rumors that they're feuding or whatever so maybe they did that for pr honestly maybe that's right yeah i think people will automatically want to watch it if it's like
Starting point is 00:43:59 amy lou and walton goggins reunited that's a risky one though because like rick and chelsea were iconic characters like you know when you see them on, like – God, who was it? There was someone who did movies together. I don't know. Sometimes when you see them in a different setting, it's kind of like, oh, it's not White Lotus. It's not Rick and Chelsea. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:44:18 So I think it is – but they're both it. They're both it people at the moment. So I guess that makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. It's the first, first like age gap relationship i didn't hate i guess usually i'm like i hate it you know what i did hate his character remember the first two episodes i was like i hate people like that like i he was like grossing me out the
Starting point is 00:44:33 first two and then we got on board with it but i usually hate that kind of guy they can replace justin waldoni and blake clively oh what Blake Lively. What? Why? What? How does that compare? They can be the new couple in those movies. In what? In White Lotus? In all the movies that are coming up.
Starting point is 00:44:53 What movies? It ends. Which ones? The books. Oh, it ends with us? Like the sequel? Because why? They look like each other but i don't
Starting point is 00:45:05 get they're a great couple and i think it will be more believable it could be a better oh because they're feuding or something like i don't i'm trying to get the correlation but okay right there's a feud but the feud is not as deep and real as justin baldoni and blake lively should go on white lotus they should be a couple on there. Do you think they'll ever work together again? I wonder if they would just come back together. I mean, if they get an offer of like a billion dollars. A billion is crazy, babe. Because they're suing each other for 400 million.
Starting point is 00:45:35 So I think it has to be like double that, too. I kind of like the idea of them like coming back together one day to do like White Lotus or something. I don't know. I mean, I don't care about them anymore. Well, obviously you were thinking about that. No, I'm thinking of their replacement because I don't want to see them anymore. I feel like me and Shane,
Starting point is 00:45:53 if we're back on Escape the Night together, you know, it's like a reunion everybody wants to see. Yeah. Or traitors. Whoa. I would do it. Because I have no hatred towards Shane. You know, I have very few hatred towards people.
Starting point is 00:46:07 But Shane and I have no hatred. So I think if I saw him, it's like tea. You know what I mean? Yeah. You could work it out on the remix. And you'd both be traitors, of course. Yeah. Then you have to work together.
Starting point is 00:46:16 We would be Caroline and Danielle part two, 2.0. I would 100% be like, we're turning on you. We're going to kill you. They were so crazy, the fact that they wanted to kill each other. That was so wild. Danielle kept throwing Carolyn under the bus. That'd be me with Shane for sure. Episode one.
Starting point is 00:46:35 Oh, episode one. If they were like Boston Rob's, but someone has to take someone out right now, I'd absolutely be like, out. No, Shane would keep it because it's good TV, but I would take someone out because why wouldn't you? That's the time to do it yes I don't want to move on too quickly
Starting point is 00:46:48 from that photo shoot though I think Moses should recreate that's all I want for my birthday my birthday is coming up in a few weeks how about when you
Starting point is 00:46:54 come back from tour I'll wait for you like that at home can you take a picture though too no pictures yeah TikTok
Starting point is 00:47:00 so you can do a recreation I do love it was he wearing cowboy boots in it? Yeah. I think so. And I loved him in like the porta potty.
Starting point is 00:47:09 Go to Venice Beach. That's where he did it. Like go to Venice Beach. Oh my God. If you hear about me getting arrested, you'll know why. That would be so cute. Go with like Naz or Irma or someone. No.
Starting point is 00:47:19 Isaiah. He's a guy. Isaiah would do it. You know he's so quick. I would die, babe. Oh my God. If you did that. I'll green screen it. You know he's so quick. I would die, babe. Oh, my God. If you did that. I'll green screen it.
Starting point is 00:47:28 Just use a little green screen. I'll take that. Speed up. Oh, my God. Shift home. For the Ferris wheel background. In our garage. Yes, there you go.
Starting point is 00:47:38 Yes. Don't think I'm nuts. No. That'd be so cute. Because that's all I thought. That's all I thought about for the past 24 hours. I sent it to Moses. I sent it to Cedric.
Starting point is 00:47:44 I was sending it to everyone. I sent it to Cedric. I was sending it to everyone. I was like – I do need to figure out the big gift for your birthday. That's a big one. It's a heavy one. We'll frame it. We'll frame it behind you. Just the crotch behind you.
Starting point is 00:47:56 It's so good. I love him. I love when people – I guess White Lotus is that show for older people. It's like Jennifer Coolidge. They just really give them this stardom all of a sudden. I guess I have to be a little older for my second wind. Well, Amy Liu is young. That's true. But did she have
Starting point is 00:48:11 a first wind? She was in oh my god, what was that? Was it Sex Education she was in? Oh, she's been in a show. Yeah. Okay. Right. It did shoot her to stardom too. Right. Yeah. Sex Education. She is wonderful. I hope she acts in everything.
Starting point is 00:48:26 I saw Bowen Yang also said like, you know, she's entitled to feel how she is and sometimes comics go too far. Yeah. He also was defending her. That's exactly how I thought he would reply. And same with Sarah Sherman. She like sent her flowers and apologized. That's exactly what I expected for them.
Starting point is 00:48:41 So. Yeah. They're the ones keeping SNL alive. Bowen and Sarah. I love them so much. Yeah. They're the ones keeping SNL alive, Bowen and Sarah. I love them so much. Yeah. And all those writers, because those writers behind the scenes, too, as we know, are so funny.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Jimmy Fallon, Asha, love them all. Yeah. Will. I know all the writers. Just the ones who wrote my sketch. But they are the ones making it happen, I'm not going to lie. They're killing it. I love SNL.
Starting point is 00:49:03 I want to go back. I know you should. That was my career highlight, and that's it. I mean, you were I want to go back. I know you should. That was my career highlight, and that's it. I mean, you were just across the street from them in New York, so.
Starting point is 00:49:09 I know. I know. I really thought maybe they asked me to be a musical guest if someone dropped out. Lizzo or something. It should have been you instead of Morgan Wallen,
Starting point is 00:49:18 who didn't even want to be there. Absolutely. Just walking out is crazy. I want to do a song with Lizzo, I think. Okay, I love. I loved her on SNL
Starting point is 00:49:25 I was like I think I really like her it's taken me a while to get on the Lizzo train too because I didn't really know I didn't know about her you know like that and I think I really like her I think so too the lawsuit against her was something fierce but I think that went away or like nothing ever came of it
Starting point is 00:49:42 because it wasn't enough there so I guess she's back in innocence, I guess. Once you do that body transformation, everyone's like, we love you. Doesn't matter who you are. I'm saving it for when I go and need it. Time to get ripped. Sounds like a lot of work. There was another article, again, the Katy Perry space saga.
Starting point is 00:50:05 Now, the latest development was that Katy Perry is now regretting her blue origin space light as she struggles with the continued criticism of her bizarre behavior. This was from the Daily Mail, though, so take it with a grain of salt. Daily Mail never knows. They're just making stuff up. They're a little all over the place. Yeah. But they said following the backlash that Katy Perry is now experiencing second thoughts about her flight.
Starting point is 00:50:29 They said an inside source has called the criticism unexpected and disheartening for the rest of the all-female crew. And the source said Katy doesn't regret going to space. It was life-changing. What she does regret is making a public spectacle out of it so um they mentioned she regrets like kissing the ground right after and holding up the daisy and all of that stuff but camp though i think there's some other things she should regret before that that's like a weird thing to like put out as a publicist to be like she regrets this but not like working with dr luke you know what i mean like that's kind of a weird thing because to me that's camping fun
Starting point is 00:51:02 that's like whatever maybe like okay they spent a ton of money to send her up to space or whatever. Okay, maybe that. But like her holding a daisy isn't affecting anybody. Yeah. But also they were going to spend that money with or without Katy Perry. That's true. So. I mean, it was designed as a media stunt and they chose her to be the celebrity on the
Starting point is 00:51:17 stunt. She was like the biggest draw, right? Like, I mean. I think so. Yeah, they put her front and center. So it's not. Gayle King kind of stole it though with, with like the ringing the bell meme. I hadn't seen it when he told me about her ringing the bell.
Starting point is 00:51:28 And I was like, what a mood. She was just like, that's me all the time. Like just not wanting to be there. So she did kind of steal the show. But yeah, Katy was the drop for sure. Like Katy in space was wild. Yeah. Because like we said, like celebrities have gone into space before.
Starting point is 00:51:45 But I think this was the most talked about because of Katy Perry to her, you know. She's kind of making a splash. Even though she gets like, you know, there's like she's divisive. There's divisive people on her. I feel like she's making – I saw Denny Directo interviewing her. Yeah, in Mexico. At opening night. Was that last night or tonight?
Starting point is 00:52:00 Today. The ET interviewed her yesterday in Mexico. Her opening night is Wednesday today. Wow. Yeah, Mexico. I want to be there. Mexico City. She looks good.
Starting point is 00:52:10 Yeah, the costumes look fierce. I think the – she – on the Blue Origin, she, like, showed her set list for the tour. And I think that was probably what we could have nixed because no one could read the words on the paper. Oh, okay. It wasn't. Yeah. And it was more, like, promotion-y of the tour well so i think that thing with the daisy i thought that was cute again love when she's holding up the daisy her hair is floating i'm like yeah no i thought it was cute
Starting point is 00:52:36 too i thought it was like all campy fun cute yeah at the end of the day it was kind of all funny i mean like you said with or without these people they would have spent the money people are spending money on this happening all the time so it's like whatever yeah to me i'm like i don't i look at jeff out of everyone i'm like jeff bezos i'm looking at you i'm not really caring about katie perry being on you know what i mean i'm like jeff bezos what are you up to wait why because he is he orchestrated the whole thing it's his his whole thing it's his company just it's just one big commercial for the services that he's providing for rich people to go up to space and come back.
Starting point is 00:53:08 That's all it is. It's just showing. Do we like Jeff Bezos or is he like an Elon? We like him though. No, he's a billionaire, could probably solve a lot of the world's problems, but look what he's doing with the money instead. There's some charity, I'm sure, in there, but he's spending billions on space. I want an Amazon deal.
Starting point is 00:53:28 Let us know in the comments what you think. Yeah, send us an Amazon. Because we'll issue an apology next episode. I think Zach Sang is getting Amazon money. He gets like Amazon Music or something like that. I need some Amazon money too. Oh, I see. We're not totally against him.
Starting point is 00:53:41 I mean, God. I mean, where's your shirt from today, Moses? Oh, Amazon. I mean, where's your shirt from today, Moses? Oh. Amazon. There we go. Is it in Amazon? Did you guys start doing the affiliate links? So we're not fully against him.
Starting point is 00:53:52 You shop at Amazon. Of course, yes. Everyone does. Everyone does. We can't get away from that for sure. You can't, yeah. But, yeah. So he's a little inescapable, but that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:54:03 I think out of everyone, I think focus criticism at him, if anything. You know, he's the mastermind behind the operation. Are there any billionaire ladies in the world? Taylor Swift is a billionaire lady. Oh, really? But, yeah. Okay. Kylie Jenner, I guess.
Starting point is 00:54:17 Is she a billionaire? Yeah. Wow. I think Kim Kardashian is one now. Damn. And I'm sure there's actual, like, like you know inventors and stuff like that but those are the ones i know because of obvious reasons yeah i know it's trying to be like a smart lady who has a billion dollars someone out there someone in tech i'm sure yeah billion is crazy
Starting point is 00:54:34 a lot maybe oprah oh probably yeah let me see now i'm kind of curious or she'd lose some of her steam oh there's quite a few there's 337 women listed on the world's billionaires. Anyone that's immediately recognizable. I'm sure they're very talented ladies in whatever field that they're in. No, I do not know one of them. Damn. Yeah, they're not as out there as like the Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk's of the world. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:04 If you're smart, you stay out of the public's eye. That is so true. If I was a billionaire, I'd want to like hide from everybody. Yeah. Because for the overall billionaires, it's number one is Elon Musk. Number two is Mark Zuckerberg. Number three is Jeff Bezos. All dubious.
Starting point is 00:55:21 Yes, exactly. Right? Yeah. They're all a little. Yeah. Yeah. There is an argument argument can there be an ethical billionaire i don't know i truly don't know when you're worth that much yeah yeah 215 billion is jeff bezos 216 billion for mark zuckerberg 342 billion for elon musk i don't understand so when
Starting point is 00:55:41 they like log into their bank account that's all in that bank well it's their net worth so you know how that goes it's kind of like a – Where's all the money? I think it's a combination of – net worth is like all their assets or whatever. But I'm sure in their bank account is at least a billion. You think? You log in and there's a billion dollars? There's a lot of zeros.
Starting point is 00:55:57 There's a lot of zeros. At Wells Fargo just holding a billion dollars. Is there a special bank account for like billionaires? There has to be, right? Because there's just no way you're going to like chase bank and withdrawing using your debit card at ralph's with a billion dollars on it there has to be something going on but did you see ben affleck um he i kind of made me like ben affleck he when he was talking about like having his kids like one of his kids um asked for six thousand dollar sneakers he's like dad can i get these sneakers
Starting point is 00:56:23 like um i we can afford it he's like these sneakers? Like, we can afford it. He's like, you can't afford it. I can afford it. Okay. What is a $6,000 sneaker? I've never seen anything that expensive. I think that's kind of what Ben was saying. He was like, why do you need this?
Starting point is 00:56:35 He was kind of like, I'm all for supporting children and giving them what they want, but this is like a luxury, and I think something like this, then you kind of have to work a little bit more for it. How old is the kid? He's a teenager. Let me see what his actual age is. You're throwing your child under the bus being like, look at this entitled little brat asking me for $6,000.
Starting point is 00:56:49 I'm like, Jesus, why are you sharing all these stories? He is 16. 16. Yeah. And I also want to know what $6,000 sneakers look like because like Louboutins are like $1,200. Like I just feel like the most expensive sneaker cannot be $6,000. I think you just made this story up.
Starting point is 00:57:02 No, they go up. Dior Air Force Ones. There's 10 and 30,000. What do they just made this story up. They go up. Dior Air Force Ones. There's 10 and 30,000. What do they look like? Should I get one? No, they're not. I just refunded my hot dog. I have $7,000 to spend.
Starting point is 00:57:17 My hot dog didn't come in time. We had to send it back because it didn't come on time and they refunded me. But now I have $7,000 in my account. Are they cute? Kind of. They go all the way up to $145,833. Wait, can I see a picture? Do you have a picture? Yeah, here.
Starting point is 00:57:31 They're on Farfetch. If you think about like purses for women, sneakers are for men. It's the same. Oh, I've seen this one before. This is like an older one. Yeah, this one, I guess because it's older and not in production,
Starting point is 00:57:43 it's worth $145,000. Do I have them? I feel like I do. I feel like I bought this one for real guess because it's older and not in production, it's worth $145,000. Do I have them? I feel like I do. I feel like I bought this one. I feel like it came out in 2020 when I was making so much money. I feel like I have this one. Have you seen it? Show Moses because I swear I have it somewhere. Right? Is that Dior? Yeah. Oh, y'all might be able to sell
Starting point is 00:57:58 those. $145,000. You had the Dior moment where like every week there's boxes and boxes of Dior coming into the house. Yeah, I want to say I have one of those. Because I have that Air Force One moment, so I think I was buying Dior and Air like every week there's boxes and boxes of Dior coming into the house. Yeah, I want to say I have one of those. Because I also had an Air Force One moment. So I think I was buying Dior and Air Force Ones. That's crazy. I think I have them somewhere.
Starting point is 00:58:10 Oh my God, wait. I have to look for real. You really do because that is worth a lot of money. And then you can show that your shopping addiction paid off. I got an investment. I probably don't have any of the original boxes or notes. I always throw that out. I'm always like, oh, but I feel like I have that one for real.
Starting point is 00:58:24 I have to look. I have throw that out. I'm always like, oh, but I feel like I have that one for real. I'll have to look. I have no idea where anything is. I guess when you have your organizer, have them look out for it. Yes! They just take them. Didn't see them. Yeah, that was... I want to do an estate sale, but like
Starting point is 00:58:39 I don't know if I want people to come to the house. Can I do an estate sale somewhere else? Yeah, probably. Just put your yourself on my lawn, I guess. Your lawn? Oh, I know. Come to Oscar's house and get all this stuff. We'll just do a pop-up shop. We want to do a pop-up shop.
Starting point is 00:58:51 I want to do a pop-up shop. Yeah, we can just rent a shop for a month. But can I just, we can just sell all this stuff from our house in there? Yeah. Anything you want. You just put a tag on it. I have so much stuff. And like my mom can't ship everything on Poshmark because there's like a weight limit.
Starting point is 00:59:01 Oh my God, that's such a good idea. Really? Yeah. And how do we collect money? We just like take the cash? You set up a little like, what's it called? What's that? Squarespace?
Starting point is 00:59:12 Yes, exactly. Or like the square reader. Oh, square reader. We have that, yeah. You can call it the Pope Up Shop. Oh, okay. And it looks like a church. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:59:24 A pink church. A performance. I'll do a little performance there. Okay. Yeah. Yeah like a church. Oh. Okay. A pink church. A performance. I'll do a little performance there. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, I need to. We have so much stuff. And I just want everyone to come and just like take stuff.
Starting point is 00:59:32 That honestly is the easiest. No shipping, no packaging, you know. Okay. We've been talking about this for a minute. So maybe this has to happen. That is a good idea. Okay. I like it.
Starting point is 00:59:42 There's so much. I have so much. Yeah. That would be so fun too okay just rummage through my stuff yeah team Jess Trish working at the
Starting point is 00:59:48 it's my mom my sister Moses me alright come we'll let you know where it's happening that would be everything
Starting point is 00:59:56 there's just so much stuff I love the pop up shop do you go to them yeah I went to when Kylie Jenner had hers back in the day I loved the Kylie pop up oh
Starting point is 01:00:03 where'd you go to like Sabrina's and stuff? Sabrina's pop-up. Yeah. Chapel Rowan's pop-up. What happened to them? They just stopped doing them? No, they're still doing them.
Starting point is 01:00:10 Jenny from Blackpink just had one last or a week or two ago. You didn't go? No, because of my back. I couldn't deal with walking down the block. It's getting better, but yeah. So not fully mobile. Can you like walk around? More.
Starting point is 01:00:22 I can walk more. Yeah. But when the Jenny one was happening. And I love Jenny. So I really wanted to Can you like walk around? More. I can walk more. Yeah. But when the Jenny one was happening. And I love Jenny. So I really wanted to go. More than Lisa? That is tough. And I love Rosé too.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I think. Who's music? I think I like Jenny's album probably the most. Out of the. Yeah. Out of the four Blackpink girls. But I love them all. I love Jenny from Vinyl.
Starting point is 01:00:46 Oh yeah, of course. So good. One of my favorites. Didn't they win an Emmy for that song or something? I think it was, I don't know if they won an Emmy for it, but it was like the most streamed out of the whole. I think they won an award. Oh really? Yeah, I think they won an award and I was like, that's crazy. And it was like a year after the
Starting point is 01:01:02 backlash of the show. The Weeknd's movie comes out soon. Oh, man. He has his premiere. It comes out tomorrow or the premiere's tomorrow? The premiere already happened? The premiere's tomorrow. We didn't get invited to that.
Starting point is 01:01:15 I just saw it on TikTok on his account. Oh, no, Hurry Up Tomorrow is what it's called. It comes out May 16th. Okay, so there's a little time. Yeah. I'm so excited for it. They had this movie at Coachella, right? Like, Hurry Up Tomorrow ride.
Starting point is 01:01:24 Yeah, because Jenna and Abel did like a little time. Yeah. I'm so excited for it. They had this movie at Coachella, right? Like, Hurry Up Tomorrow Ride. Yeah, because Jenna and Abel did, like, a little photo shoot together. Jenna Ortega. Oh, I haven't seen it. Yeah. Oh, my God. I'm so excited. Is it a horror movie? It is a psychological thriller starring Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan.
Starting point is 01:01:38 Oh. Jump scare. And Abel's in it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And it's based on The Weeknd's album oh i love that he always does like what was it at horror nights like everything based on his music love very you coded as well very me coded yeah able please come on the podcast maybe they're trying to be in oh my god sliding through his dms again okay yeah it's been a minute. He has something to promote.
Starting point is 01:02:05 He's obviously doing press if he's doing a premiere. Has he done press? Does he talk, though? He hasn't done anything yet, but I know the premiere is like in a week or two. The premiere is in New York. So it's May 14. So the name is Hurry Up Tomorrow. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:18 That's why I thought it was tomorrow. But the event screening is May 14, and there's many different cities. Well, what city is May 14th? Am I hearing May 14th? There's a long list of cities. It's really small to see here. Oh, well, where's the big one? Where is he going to be at?
Starting point is 01:02:31 His main premiere is New York, the big premiere. Albany, that's New York, Albuquerque, Atlanta. I mean, kind of everywhere. I need to know the premiere, babe. I need to know the big one. Where are we getting Getty imaged at? Slide into those DMs. I will.
Starting point is 01:02:44 He'll get the prayer hand emoji again. Yes. Yes. I'm ready. I'm going to go. That looks good. I want to see it. I love to entertain.
Starting point is 01:02:50 Season two of Wednesday trailer dropped today. Yeah. Coming out in August. She's at the airport. Yeah. It's weird to see Wednesday outside of like an Addams Family setting. You know, like outside the gothic school. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:03:01 The gothic forest. It's like she's just like in LAX, the United Light, bringing those bags up. Like that's such an odd aesthetic for her. I think that was probably the point. Oh, really? Is to put her somewhere normal for the contrast of, you know. Okay. I don't know if I agree with that choice, Tim Burton, but.
Starting point is 01:03:18 I'm sure most of it will be in the school. I think that was probably just like a bit, you know. Yeah. It was a little off-putting. Oh, my God, another one. Speaking of directors, you see the studio or no? No, not yet. No.
Starting point is 01:03:32 It's bad. It's so bad. And Moses loves it. Moses cackles at it. And like last night we were eating dinner and I was like in a good mood. I wasn't in a bad mood. But I was like, oh, this is so unfunny. And Moses kept laughing like out loud. And then he had me rewind it we're right because like malcolm was talking he's like no rewind it because you got to hear that part so i was like okay so then i rewind it and i was like
Starting point is 01:03:50 nothing happened the whole scene was a one shot and every element in the scene somehow came back later so i was like well you want them to stand later if you didn't see how it started i never understood it anyways and i rewound it and everything i was like this is nothing happened nothing happened those one shots are actually theound it and everything. I was like, this is, nothing happened. Nothing happened. Those one shots are actually the worst because nothing's happening. I was like, they're just talking. So much was happening. It was an amazing episode.
Starting point is 01:04:10 It was like so much dialogue. Like you would think they would like, whoever, I don't know who wrote this, but you would think that they were like Quentin Tarantino and like trying to write this dialogue for 30 minutes. And I'm like, it couldn't have been more boring. Awful. It was so bad. And everyone kind of raves about it.
Starting point is 01:04:24 And I was kind of like, okay. Yeah, it is adored by critics but not you no i know that's why i want you to watch it i'm like am i just like crazy or like because i'm pretty i love a new show and i wanted to watch that with you i was like oh let's watch it and i'm weird two episodes in and i'm like i really can't get into it i feel like it's one of those shows and i feel like this about almost every apple tv show where i trust everyone that it is a good show but i also trust that it's probably not for me because my attention span is just you know i need to like be look like the white lotus not maybe not everything is going on
Starting point is 01:04:55 but it looks pretty beautiful the vibe is there you know yeah the vibe is there and then the last of us i can get into because there's at least zombies attacking. There's like something for a sensory experience, you know. Yeah. This one, nothing. Yeah. It's like a backlog. I see a backlog every day when I go to work. That's the thing.
Starting point is 01:05:12 And it's also just like stressful. You were comparing it to Kirby Enthusiasm, which is another show I can't stand, but he loves. And he's just like. That specific episode. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. That's basically what Kirby is. So why would you want your anxiety induced? Why are we watching this? Because it's just so stressful. Everything's bad. Everything wrong went wrong. That's basically what Curb is. So why would you want your anxiety induced?
Starting point is 01:05:25 Why are we watching this? Because it's just so stressful. Everything's bad. Everything's going wrong. Everyone's mad at each other. There's so much tension. I'm like, this just feels like real life. I don't need to like watch this.
Starting point is 01:05:34 About the bear too. That's why I can't really watch the bear. Oh yeah, that was another one too. I know people love it. We tried to and we just couldn't watch it. Yeah, it just stresses me out. Yeah, I don't want to watch a stressful show. They're yelling all the time.
Starting point is 01:05:44 I'm like, oh my God, this is kind of exhausting. That is so – that's so it. Yeah. I was watching it. I was like, I don't know, a lot of F-bombs, a little too many F-bombs for me. Just not my cup of tea. And I'm sorry. We disagree with this completely because he's like, no, Seth – I don't even see Seth
Starting point is 01:05:59 Rogen as the character. All I see is Seth Rogen. You know, I see – Well, that specific episode, he was the main person in that specific episode. But I'm saying all I see is Seth Rogen in every role he does. Not that that's like a bad thing. If you love Seth Rogen you know that specific episode he was the main person in that specific episode but I'm saying all I see is Seth Rogen in every role he does not that that's like a bad thing
Starting point is 01:06:08 if you love Seth Rogen that's great yeah yeah he definitely is himself oh I thought you were saying you don't see him you're like he's just no I just said
Starting point is 01:06:14 other episodes he's not as much of a main character as this one was yeah this one he was the person that everything was going wrong
Starting point is 01:06:21 around him just like really not for me that show but but it was pretty fast-paced it was funny and i don't know i would say no to that one if they asked me to be on it i would decline i would decline the offer i think everyone is on the show like martin scorsese like everyone plays themselves yeah like everyone plays themselves was it greta gerwig in this last episode, the director? Or was – they just called her Greta? It must have been because everyone else is the person.
Starting point is 01:06:47 Yeah. So it has to be. Yeah, it was interesting. So, I mean, yeah, they get big names. At least you is back. So you could have that. When? Today? When is it?
Starting point is 01:06:55 Today. Thursday. So as this is up, yeah. God, he's on Call Her Daddy. God, he's – I do love Ben Badgley too. I know. I do love him too. He's not giving Walton Goggins sexy but he's definitely charming. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:07:06 He's very you can tell he reads a lot of books. You know what I mean? Like he just has a very like scholarly. He would hate us. Yeah. Never would come in this. No. No. I can just tell like he's just like what is this? You know. You can call our dad even though it's like very esteemed. I can tell he was probably like
Starting point is 01:07:22 here I go. Yeah. This is getting a lot of views so I'm here. But he just looks over everything. The Dan from G esteemed. I could tell he was probably like, here I go. Yeah. This is getting a lot of views. I'm here. But he just looks over everything. The Dan from Gossip Girl. I think he just hates it. Yeah. I think he is probably ready for the chapter to end.
Starting point is 01:07:35 I would think, you know, he's been playing this character seven years. That's a long time. A long time. And he said he said no originally or he didn't want to do it originally. Yeah. He didn't want to do it originally because he didn't know if he wanted to be the face of the character of Joe Goldberg and bring this character to life. But, I mean, it's done wonders for his career.
Starting point is 01:07:49 It really gave him a second wind. Yeah, that's how I heard of him. Yeah. I didn't know him from Gossip Girl or anything. And to be honest, we didn't like Gossip Girl either. We would try to watch it. We tried to watch, like, I don't know, maybe 10 episodes. Recently or, like, back then?
Starting point is 01:08:00 A couple years ago. Okay. I love Gossip Girl, but I haven't like rewatched it recently, so I don't know how well it has aged. It's just kind of boring to me, but it's no Glee, I'll tell you that. It was on at the same time, right? I think so.
Starting point is 01:08:16 Yeah, because I was in high school when Gossip Girl was on and Glee, so yeah. What a time for television. I know. I mean, it seems like the hits back then. Yeah. Glee does hold up, though. No, G glee does hold up though no he doesn't hold up but a little racist just a lot that whole show is like ableist racist like and it's like i get it like the jokes but also like what pen badgeley talked about on call her daddy um the era where he was dating blake lively which i thought was interesting what did he say he just
Starting point is 01:08:41 said basically how um he like kind of got into that relationship almost because he was 20. And it was hard to like separate the demands of him as an actor on Gossip Girl. Like where their characters were love interests. He said he kind of fell into it because of that. Like that's how he like had feelings for Blake Lively. Because of the character? Because they were playing characters in love with each other. That's what I always say on these things I'm like how do you not fall in love
Starting point is 01:09:06 especially when you're young like you might be like oh we should probably date yeah we have chemistry and he said because it was such a phenomenon he felt like the pressure to kind of be Dan Humphrey as well so that was also a part of it that's so funny um but they they dated like the early seasons of Gossip Girl and they still had a post breakup they were still working as exes for like 30 seasons and he said that they still had like a good working relationship at least so probably because like if it was like not a real relationship if you thought he had to be that he probably was like it doesn't really matter yeah I think they were young like he was 28 I forget I think she was probably in her early 20s too so yeah and it's great because she went from Penn Badgley
Starting point is 01:09:40 to like Leonardo DiCaprio so that was Yeah. She has a definitely good dating history. Like she definitely gets the hot men. Yeah. I remember in high school though being obsessed with like Blake and Penn dating. Really? They're like, you know, when you see. You fell into it. Characters that like people who play characters that are in love and then in real life.
Starting point is 01:09:58 Like same with like Zach and Vanessa Hudgens. It's like how can you not be obsessed, you know? Yeah. They kind of have to date at that point. Yeah. When it's like from screen to real life, it's like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:10:09 It like affects, the parasocial really jumps out, I think. For sure. Cause then you're like, oh my God, they love each other. And we're like,
Starting point is 01:10:14 who was it? Oh, it's like the very Bridgerton, like Nicola and Luke. Oh yeah. People wanting them to, to date in real life. Walton and Amy Loom.
Starting point is 01:10:21 True. Yeah. Yeah. Everybody wants something there. It is very much a thing. I guess it's a good test of chemistry. But that's, again, I just don't think, like, I should ever be an actor because that would be so confusing.
Starting point is 01:10:31 I'm like, are we in love? Or are we just good actors? I don't know. You know what I mean? It's so – because I do think you just have to feel something. I make this argument all the time on here. I feel like you have to feel something to be able to act that way. Although I guess there's people who hate each other and they're like play love interest.
Starting point is 01:10:46 What was one? There was one where they said they didn't I guess Justin and Blake. I guess they did not like each other and they had to do sex scenes and stuff. So I guess you can fake it. I think maybe you have to have intense emotion because like hate is still like a very intense emotion. Right? Moses thinks hate is love.
Starting point is 01:11:02 Right? Is that your philosophy? No. You say always something. You're like if you hate Is that your philosophy? No. You say always something. You're like if you hate someone you love them. No you either hate everyone or you love everyone. There's no middle ground. This is the argument we always get into. He thinks there's no middle. You either love everyone or you hate everyone. If you hate
Starting point is 01:11:17 one person you hate the whole world. I stand by it. I am thinking about it if you can't acknowledge everyone as being the same and like an understanding that you could have been any person in this world like if you were born in their shoes you would be that person
Starting point is 01:11:34 yeah but you can hate somebody and love someone else no we don't have the right to judge anyone I love you but there's a couple people I hate that's crazy so you think I hate you alright you think I hate my children you let. So you think I hate you? All right. You think I hate my children? Like, what? You let us know in the comments below. No, I'm just saying, like, you can't fully love everyone if you hate someone.
Starting point is 01:11:51 I'm not saying you have to love everyone, but you don't hate everyone either. Right, but it's not, like, it doesn't mean that if there's a person that hurt me, now for me to hate them, now I become them. I become a hateful person. But I'm not going to change myself. I'm not going to become hateful because that person is hateful. But you love that person? You love the person that wronged you?
Starting point is 01:12:08 I love them, but I'm not going to take them into my life and be their friend. That's crazy. You love people. That is very biblical, I guess. That's the most basic Christian thing there is. Are you Christian? Where did that come from? No, but I'm saying if you, like that's really the most basic.
Starting point is 01:12:24 Okay, Christian over there. All right. Let us know in the comments. Because I honestly, this is like one thing I will never agree with. It's a tough one. It's a very challenging one. It's not challenging. It's very challenging, yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:35 I love my children. That's why the reaction to it is so strong. But there's a couple people I hate. It doesn't mean I'm going to hate everybody in my life. But it'd be better if you don't hate them. Well, of course, but I do. So I'm not perfect are you jesus over there we're not just no but i'm saying that's what we work that's what we strive for no
Starting point is 01:12:51 everyone's imperfect beings we're all sinners so it's fine if you're just like so you don't need to hate them no because that's an imperfection is hating someone like if you were jesus you would love everybody but there's imperfections and flaws as humans and one of them is hating people and like whatever i hate some people and that's it that's how it is well that's what it is do you think we're all sinners or what is even sin is it even real do you think about that who made up sins sins of the flesh like what like what i guess like is like what's the difference between sin and breaking the law? Do you know what I mean? I guess they kind of go hand in hand a little bit.
Starting point is 01:13:30 Okay, murder is breaking the law. You just end up past. When you didn't have government and judges and courts and jails, you had religion, only religion. You had nothing else. So that's how you try to get people to be like be good and do bad because some God will punish you or you'll go to hell. But now if somebody does something bad, you call the cops, they go to jail. But what's a sin that you don't go to jail for? Judgment, like being judgmental.
Starting point is 01:13:56 Oh, well, guilty. As I'm saying, we're all just like, well, sin, that's it. Is the eating one a sin? Gluttony? Yeah. I guess. It's not in the commandments or anything like that. So. Is the eating one a sin? Gluttony? Yeah. I guess. I don't think it's in the commandments or anything like that. So why do people call that a sin?
Starting point is 01:14:09 It's one of the deadly sins. Someone just made that up. I guess. Someone like this is it. Well, the Pope said, love the sinner, but not the sin. Ooh. Isn't that like a lyric too? I feel like that is a...
Starting point is 01:14:20 That is definitely a song for sure. Love the sinner, not the sin. Pope Francis said that? Yeah. I'm being tattooed on me. I love that. Love the sinner, not the sin. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 01:14:31 Okay, so. So somebody says something bad, that doesn't mean you need to be bad now. You don't need to become a hateful like them. You can still love them, but not accept what they did. I can hate someone without being hateful. I can be silent in my hate for them. Okay, what's your sin?
Starting point is 01:14:48 What sin? Do you just commit sins? Are you, what? What sin is in my committing? I don't know. I just said my sin is, what did we just talk about?
Starting point is 01:14:54 Judgmental. I don't know if that's a sin, but okay. Do you have one? Sex before marriage. Oh, T. Is that one?
Starting point is 01:15:04 Still, I don't know is that in the technical damage gay sex I think is technically a sin but
Starting point is 01:15:09 double damn double homicide that's a weird topic but that is kind of true what are your sins let us know
Starting point is 01:15:19 in the comments below we're all sinners here oh but I think what you were except for Moses he's like what's it not no me what you were referring to was like something else that sometimes uh when somebody hates someone like you hate something throughout your childhood adulthood you end up being attracted to that thing that you hate so much so a lot of people end up with people like their parents or like
Starting point is 01:15:42 their or they end up doing acts that they're actually. So back to where it all started from, the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, you said if you really, if you hate someone, that's still an emotion, that's still a passion. So maybe that's why they have good chemistry on screen. There is an attraction there if they hate each other, yeah. I love that. Justin Baldoni, Blake Lively.
Starting point is 01:15:58 Most of that was over, but I think he's the biggest Blake and Justin shipper in the world. He brings them up every episode, so. Well, I still, for me, Justin Baldoni is like the character from Jane the Virgin. You know what I mean? That's forever his being for me. That's how I got to know him.
Starting point is 01:16:12 We never finished that show. It got really boring in the last season. I thought we did. Oh, really? No, do you want me to spoil it for you? Raph and Jane get married and that's it. Well, that's not the spoiler. Well, that is the spoiler.
Starting point is 01:16:22 Okay. They end up together. The whole show is like, who's going to end up with Jane? But as far as the drama of it, that's not the spoiler but that's well that is the spoiler okay they ended up together the whole show is like who's gonna end up with jane but as far as like the drama of it that's not a big drama yeah boring season good show though it was good up until season five i was like they got lazy and bored there's only so much you can do in a soap opera what do you think about pam badgley to me he's kind of like you know a rich a soap opera. What do you think about Pam Badgley? To me, he's kind of like, you know, a rich kid, nepo kid. Is he a nepo baby?
Starting point is 01:16:50 Yeah. Who's his dad? I don't know. I think he's a dad. Something about money. Oh. Water. No, I thought that too, but I don't think so. Are you thinking?
Starting point is 01:16:59 I know. I thought the same thing, but I don't think he is. Were you thinking Ed Badgley Jr.? No, no. No? He is definitely. I think he just played one on TV. No, he's definitely came from.
Starting point is 01:17:12 Money or something. His father worked as a newspaper reporter and then a carpenter. I don't know. That's a different baby. I don't you mean. I thought he was too, but I don't think so. I think it's either a gossip girl or like we thought his dad was someone famous and he's not. That's interesting. I know it's either Gossip Girl or we thought his dad was someone famous and he's not. That's interesting.
Starting point is 01:17:26 I know. No, I have the same Mandela effect where I thought that too, but I don't know. Okay. Well, you was a great show and that's all I know for it. Okay. We were obsessed. I had a little hyper fixation on you too. I really like that show.
Starting point is 01:17:41 Big finale. Are you going to do another week? Big finale? Yeah, it's last season oh oh yeah i thought it just started i was like big debut yes big finale are you gonna do another recreation at target i mean if there's a baby involved what happened to his baby he just gave up the baby or what i forgot i was thinking about that too because i had to edit videos for it and i was like wait what happened to that baby i really forgot about the baby did he give it away
Starting point is 01:18:04 i forget he just like went to london i was like this baby because he was just out doing crazy stuff the baby had to go somewhere yeah that is so interesting i forget what happened to that baby or maybe season four well season four is in london um the new one so maybe in the new one or was that season four yeah season four is London I think this is season five this last one and he's back in New York right yeah okay I have a science segment
Starting point is 01:18:30 for us okay I feel like we are part educational entertainment slash education I think is our genre okay same this is definitely
Starting point is 01:18:38 a STEM podcast a USB drive requires power from a computer to work true or false? What is it? A USB?
Starting point is 01:18:47 I have no idea what that is. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. A what? Women in STEM. Yes, yes. We are STEM. What does STEM stand for again? You told me.
Starting point is 01:18:57 Mathematical something. Technology. Mathematical. What is it? Okay, what's the S stand for? Science Technology Engineering
Starting point is 01:19:08 Mathematics Wow, oh my gosh, I'm a STEM I'm a STEM Well, scientists have said They have developed And discovered A new color that has never before been seen And it's Have you seen this color before? and discovered a new color that has never before been seen.
Starting point is 01:19:26 And it's... Have you seen this color before? Oh. I want to see. Oh, that's tough. Well, it looks like multiple colors. Wait, this is one color? Yeah, it does. It's a little tricky.
Starting point is 01:19:38 It's that bright color is what they're saying is the newly discovered color. Which bright one? Like the greenish looking one? Yes. Looks like a seafoam to me. That's what they're saying is the newly discovered color which bright one like the greenish looking one yes looks like a sea foam to me that's what i'm saying i feel like i've seen this color a million times it's like i mean i do see a gradient that moves all the way to purple gradient it's not like a solid color color what are they saying is that color um five researchers stimulated retina cells in participants eyes in a study and they claim to have seen a color
Starting point is 01:20:07 no human has ever seen before it's a color called Olo O-L-O sounds like aloe and it's an extremely saturated
Starting point is 01:20:16 blue green color so it's just a mix of colors it's just a new hue I guess but I feel like damn
Starting point is 01:20:23 I feel like we've that color has definitely been out there. We've definitely seen it. Yes exactly. We've done Photoshop you know and playing with hues and stuff. I've seen that. You know the color tool I'm sure you can get to it somewhere. But that is a crazy thing to think about a new color that's never been seen. Yeah. But I don't know
Starting point is 01:20:38 if that's like a possible thing. Yeah at this point. Everything's like orange burnt orange red. Like there's always like tints of stuff. Yeah. There's like the main shades and then there's stuff in between. Who said this? Who was this? STEM? Who said it?
Starting point is 01:20:52 STEM. Yeah, STEM. Scientists in Science Advances is the company, Science Advances. And they just want to go viral. Just make it up, I guess. Yes, exactly. Like what? And where was it? What are they trying to compete with up, I guess. Yes, exactly. Like, what? And where was it?
Starting point is 01:21:06 What are they trying to compete with? Pantone color of the year? Like, what is it? I know that color is butter yellow this year. Butter yellow, yeah. I love butter yellow. I've been ordering everything butter yellow. Butter yellow does not look good on me, but I like it on other people.
Starting point is 01:21:17 You would be surprised. We wore it for Easter, and it was a hit. I wore it because Sabrina Carpenter has butter yellow merch, and I have worn it, and I don't look good in it. I feel like I've never seen you in it. Try it again. Maybe I have to be very, very tan, but in my current state, I feel like butter yellow works good on blondes or like really dark complexions usually. I feel like butter yellow would look good on you. You'd look like a Menendez brother. Or in a pancake. I think you would look so good. Like in a sweater. They were Cuban. Oh, they are Cuban.
Starting point is 01:21:42 You just need to be the color of a pancake. Of a pancake? Oh, for butter. Yeah. That's a good idea. I love pancakes. Because pancakes do have a nice golden color to them. I do love a pancake.
Starting point is 01:21:55 That sounds so good. Oh, my God. That's so crazy. You could play a Mineta's brother in the movie then. That's crazy. I don't know if I look like. What's his name? Eric Lyle.
Starting point is 01:22:05 Or Nicholas Chavez. And who's the other one that we love, the gay one? I'm forgetting his name. Cooper Koch. Yes, Cooper Koch. They should be in White Lotus. Cooper really should. They look like Patrick Schwarzenegger types.
Starting point is 01:22:20 Yeah, totally. You're so right. I could see that. Was there another Schwarzenegger boy? Like another one that was like big and lost a bunch of weight? Yeah. Oh, yeah. I just saw photos.
Starting point is 01:22:31 He just did like a transformation. What did he do? Lose weight. I don't know how he lost it, but yeah, he just kind of like showed up suddenly. That'd be hard. Yeah. Like if you have like a really like skinny. Was he big skinny was he big
Starting point is 01:22:45 or was he just a little heavier I don't know what he looked like before he was like husky as they say like chubby would you say I think he's just chubby he's just compared to like
Starting point is 01:22:53 you know a bodybuilder yeah you have one brother who's like tall and skinny Patrick Schwarzenegger and then you have like bodybuilder Joe Benya
Starting point is 01:23:00 and then it's you yeah which could relate my brothers were fit. Oh, really? Yeah, all of my brothers were tall and thin, kind of muscular. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:23:10 And then me. Same, same, though. Yeah, my whole family, my mom and dad couldn't be skinnier. They're, like, obsessed with being 150 pounds, both of them. And then, actually, my mom, like, 100 and my dad's, like, 150. And then my brother, too, loves just eating protein bars all day long. And my sister, too. Like, you know bars all day long. And my sister, too. Like, you know, I just always, yeah,
Starting point is 01:23:27 I always was just the fattest. And you know what? That's okay. You know, I'm successful. For a fattest. That was crazy. That does feel, I know how that feels.
Starting point is 01:23:44 Yeah, we relate to you. And then everyone made, like, a big deal about it. I saw him. I know how that feels. Yeah. We relate to you. And then everyone made like a big deal about it. I saw him. I saw him in that photo. And I was like, oh, he looks like his brother. Yeah. He doesn't look like anything. But good for him.
Starting point is 01:23:52 People love to praise a weight loss. They do. Chloe was in the news. Huh? Chloe was in the news. Oh, yeah. Chloe Kardashian? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:01 Oh, well, that was all part of the Hulu thing, right? Was that that Hulu house? Were you there? Was ET there? No. They weren't at it? You see, there was a big press event? Yeah. Oh, well, that was all part of the Hulu thing, right? Was that that Hulu house? Were you there? Was ET there? No. They weren't at it? Did you see there was a big press event? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:24:09 And it was like Khloe, Ezra, Irwin. The Mormon wives. Oh, yeah. I know. Do we care about them? I don't know. People like the show, I think. I couldn't really get into it, but.
Starting point is 01:24:21 Even the new trailer, I was like, I don't know. This is like boring. It's like mom talk, protect mom talk. I'm the swing I was like, I don't know. This is like boring. It's like mom talk, protect mom, talk on the swingers. And I'm like, okay, this is like 2022.
Starting point is 01:24:29 I mean, good for them bringing season two, but, and Chloe has a new show. What's her new show. She announced it behind the gates or something. Oh, that's what it was.
Starting point is 01:24:37 It's like, I was so excited. Whoever was the announcer was like, guys, this is a gated community, but we're going to take you behind the gates. And I was like, sounds boring. Yeah. for anyone that knows what's behind the gates it's just the same yeah it's actually so boring it's postmates behind the gates that's what it is
Starting point is 01:24:54 but all the comments were like she's the only person that people like right now from the kardashian yeah i like chloe the best for sure and they said the show has become her with a little bit of the key man. Oh, yeah. You never see anyone else or their stories. They're just like, okay, let's pivot. But is she in it or she's just producing it? They're still developing it.
Starting point is 01:25:13 I think they just wanted to throw out news out there. Was that your hot topic? It wasn't there. What was the other one? Well, we had, well, this is my apology. No, I thought you were talking about Chloe Kardashian. You said she's in the news. That was the show, her new show.
Starting point is 01:25:26 The idea that they're developing a new show for her. Oh, got it, got it. That is centered around her. Maybe we'll be on it. We're close enough. I feel like all those shows, like Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it's like they're all on Encino. Yes, literally.
Starting point is 01:25:37 And you are behind a gate, so. I'm behind a gate. Most of the house is. Might as well be that. Although it says it's centered around the people in the extended lives of the kardashians whatever like malika which i thought that was just a revelation that she hooked up with rob for a while did you see that oh yeah i thought i knew that i thought that was a thing oh is it already maybe just in my head i don't know she said they did it
Starting point is 01:26:01 to piss off chloe or something or to see how mad she could get it was so weird because she would always be at the house and oh she said it was a joke to piss off chloe and then chloe called rob and was like is this true and then they cut it before i could see what the response was she's like were you having sex with her just to piss me off it's very weird i think the most liked car jenna right now is kendly. That's what I've seen. How? Why? Because Khloe had Dana White on her podcast. And I guess there's a whole bunch of stuff about Dana White.
Starting point is 01:26:30 Who's Dana White? A UFC founder or something. I don't know. What a weird guest to have on. Yeah. It doesn't make sense. I guess maybe it's on Twitter. But I feel like her audience is kind of girly pop. Like having him.
Starting point is 01:26:40 I don't know. He's like a Joe Rogan person, right? Yeah. Yeah. He was. Like he supported Trump. And he was there with him in the inauguration. Oh, why was he on the podcast? That's wild.
Starting point is 01:26:49 I think there's a lot of like... Okay, Khloe. Did she have him on for a reason? Was he promoting something? I mean, he is very famous and rich, and I can see her seeing him as just another rich, famous person and not thinking about politics at all very odd I don't know it was very weird
Starting point is 01:27:10 I don't know so I randomly think Kendall is the most liked is what I keep reading so what was it about Kendall that people like they think she is the one that actually like lays low does work she is supported Kamala and then so people think Kendall is they like the one
Starting point is 01:27:26 they hear the least from honestly t which is yeah that's where you gotta do that's why addison is coming up now i was like when you're quiet people like love the mystery you know that could make sense yeah because when she was doing the pepsi can everyone's like no we don't like her and when she was on runways everywhere people like she can't she can't walk. But now she's pretty low key. Just the 818. Just hide. The college press tours with 818. Yeah. And honestly, it wasn't me over her.
Starting point is 01:27:49 I'm like, damn, she's just doing her thing. Okay. So you like a low key. Yeah. I love Kylie. And now maybe Kendall's my number two now. I don't know. And then Khloe maybe fell to number three.
Starting point is 01:27:59 But still a solid top three, I think. Khloe will be number one for me, I think, now. I know she was like a little bit of a hater back in the day, but I do think growth is a big thing. Yeah. I think she's grown. Yeah. You should be unfriend Chloe in Wonderland at this point.
Starting point is 01:28:15 Like, what the hell? I know. Remy Jo Bader, Dana White. Just the most random people. I haven't got asked. I would do that on a heartbeat. I love Chloe. I'd probably get body checked on that show.
Starting point is 01:28:29 Do you know what I mean? I think sometimes, I tell you this theory, where people who are like kind of have like a body obsession, they love to be next to me because they look so skinny. Well, then they should be freaking in this show. That's true. Oh, man. Put me in there. I'll make everyone look tiny.
Starting point is 01:28:42 Do you ever, I know, I don't't body check myself but i do body check my head against people like i have really big heads oh and meet and greet photos my head is humongous really well you have enormous wigs on those shows no but it's like my face like my face and head are very large i don't think so we measured it the other day my circumference of my head is 24 inches what's your circumference i don't know but i have a big head too so mine's huge it's all brains oh well yes well yes thank you for that i love that thanks babe you're right i guess speaking of problematic faves another one of your um someone you covered recently is in the news getting some backlash someone Is that one I covered recently? Yes, a song you covered. Oh, a song? Yes.
Starting point is 01:29:26 That airs a Trish tour in Atlanta. Usher. Yes. Well, Usher's always into it. He really is. What did he do? There is a video of him exiting a hotel. And I'll play it for you so you can react to it.
Starting point is 01:29:42 Okay. Of course, Moses. I know. He's like, yeah, saw it, saw it. What, the door? Was it the door thing? Yes. That was the controversy people are mad at him because he um held the
Starting point is 01:30:08 the door to signal the um doorman to keep the door open for him he was basically telling the doorman you're not doing your job yeah like come hold the door oh but like okay like okay you're you're let's say i'm with you we're approaching the door i'll open the door for you like a gentleman and then we'll go but he was like no i'm gonna stand here and look at the doorman be like where where are you oh like yeah and he waited for the door like so basically he was like how do we know that that was that guy's job how did he know he was the doorman because they obviously looked like he worked at the hotel He's in uniform If he wasn't he would just be like what you want
Starting point is 01:31:03 As if he was like a post or something where he was working maybe he was security maybe like that's what I'm saying how does he know he was the doorman oh well yes
Starting point is 01:31:09 T yes to that point yes I agree with that and when famous people walk by and he obviously had his entourage before him
Starting point is 01:31:15 and after sometimes you stand aside because otherwise they do like push you aside and so he probably just like let me just stay out of this
Starting point is 01:31:22 there's cameras there's a famous person yeah did he have an entourage did Usher have an entourage i didn't i guess there was a couple people for him yeah why didn't they open the door for him you see me on tour you'll see someone holding the door open for me if it's my choreographer like ward my tourmate like someone always holds the door but not that i expect them to but they always do like if you're with a group of people like and you're the quote-unquote star i guess like people open the door for you like
Starting point is 01:31:44 even my bags I can carry my bags but everyone's always carrying my bags for me so I just thought it's like weird he wouldn't have someone opening in the door
Starting point is 01:31:50 yeah and then but he's kind of on a date so he's he's on a date so he was being a gentleman for her but then he was she actually opened
Starting point is 01:31:58 the door for herself yeah she actually was like opening it and then he's like okay but then kind of put on blast the person that stays behind which I'm like
Starting point is 01:32:04 to me that guy almost looks like he could be because when we see it like fancy hotels like ritz like it could be a concierge it could be like a bellhop it could be anything and so that guy kind of sprinted when he saw oh he wants me to hold the door open yeah and i think doormen are doormen like i want to stay at the plaza shout out another hotel like there are men that are just there at the door like opening the door for you so i think i don't know if that was a doorman either way what was that you're trying to do like you're just trying to put it on blast that are just there at the door, like, opening the door for you. So I think, I don't know if that was a doorman. Either way, what was that you're trying to do? Like, you're just trying
Starting point is 01:32:27 to put him on blast? Yeah, no, I agree. For sure. Also, like, you don't need to. You hold the door open and just keep walking. That's what I'm saying. Like, it took way longer
Starting point is 01:32:34 for you to hold the door and make a point to this employee, whoever it is, right? Yeah. Oh, I see, I see. Okay, that's the... Yeah, because literally just,
Starting point is 01:32:42 you have the door open at that point, just walk out. And then you're entering like a van. It's not like it was so – and it's not like there's a horde of people outside. There was like three paparazzi there or whatever, you know. So at that point, just get into your van. Like what?
Starting point is 01:32:54 Okay, so that was it. People were like, oh, he's making this person feel bad. And people thought it kind of seemed like very entitled and rude because it's like why are you treating this working class person as if they're so below. Especially you just opened the door. You just did it yourself. You know what I mean? Yeah, it's not that hard to just open a door. And it's so why are you treating this working class person as if they're so below especially you just opened the door you just did it yourself you know what i mean it's not that hard to just open a door and it's so bright where were they that's the brightest like look like they were in a museum luxury baccarat hotel in paris is it the one kim stayed at maybe it feels it sounds so familiar like i don't know b-a-c-c-a-r-a-t i mean usher definitely seems like he's probably a little entitled he probably thinks i mean he's like a superstar
Starting point is 01:33:26 some people are just like that they just think like people should but yeah I don't know I think how you treat people especially like people that like yeah work at hotels
Starting point is 01:33:33 or restaurants says a lot about you yeah agreed because also like you're also just a person I would think the opposite the more famous I'd become I'd feel like I'd want to do more
Starting point is 01:33:41 for myself so people don't think I'm an entitled little prick you know what I mean just be like no no it's fine I got it you know I don't know I'm just not expecting people to do more for myself so people don't think I'm an entitled little prick. You know what I mean? Just like, no, no, it's fine. I got it. You know, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:33:46 I'm just not expecting people to do stuff for me. I don't really like Usher. Is that a hot take? I don't think so. I know a lot of his songs. If we do like Usher, I do know a lot of his songs. I think a lot of people were anti-Usher after this, to be honest. I mean, there were some people who were supporting saying, well, when you pay a certain price,
Starting point is 01:34:04 you expect a certain service. But like you said, who knows if he even was the doorman, probably just an employee of the hotel. I was supposed to just look, like, come get this door. I was like, what do I need to do it for?
Starting point is 01:34:20 Maybe it's like someone on your team that was supposed to do it for you. Be like, okay, you got to open the door for me when I go through. Very odd. The whole thing is very odd. But that's why it is kind of good that everyone's got a phone these days to record everything because now you can't be an ass without you know getting caught i do everything as if someone's recording me i'm always just like you know i always i i just know because someone always is and you just gotta
Starting point is 01:34:39 always be that person just be like well everyone should live that way because even like regular people get filmed you know like everyone should just that way. Because even like regular people get filmed, you know, like carrots and stuff. Everyone should just live as if someone's about to take out their phone and film you. That actually I don't think ever happened to me in the sense of like, yes, people have filmed me from far away, but not like in person during like an altercation or a confrontation or anything like that. No one's ever filmed me like yelling at them. Not that I've yelled at them. But I mean like, you know, that's such a weird thing. Like you just start talking and then someone's like, I'm filming you. I'm recording you weird thing like you just start talking and then someone's like I'm filming you I'm recording you
Starting point is 01:35:05 no one time at a play center someone filmed me sitting down because I was like eight months pregnant and Moses was playing with Malibu and she's like wow Trisha's just sitting there
Starting point is 01:35:13 and I was like well I'm super pregnant damn carrying a baby yeah can't go climbing up those slides have you ever been to those little kiddie parks
Starting point is 01:35:20 not kiddie parks like indoor playgrounds not a long time I had to take my nephew to ninja class one day where it is like a little obstacle course but did you have to go through it no because there's some where were we oh then vegas they're just children's discovery museum it's like a four-story like yes yes oh my god like slides stairs moses going all up in there and i'm just like i don't know if i could like physically do that no there's and that has always been a fear of mine even as a kid like getting stuck in there, like
Starting point is 01:35:46 at the Chuck E. Cheese ones, you know? Yeah. Like, how do you go down? Like, I don't know. Yeah, that was so scary. Now they have kind of outs each section because there was like four levels. So like each level you could like get out if you wanted and go down the elevator. Because I'm like, that is kind of scary.
Starting point is 01:35:57 Especially back in our day, like the things were very small because, you know, they didn't really account for husky kids, I guess. That is so true. The little like pipes and stuff where you would get in, they were all small. I wonder if they're bigger now. Are those pipes bigger for kids to climb through
Starting point is 01:36:11 when you climb through them? Everything is because I couldn't go through most things. Well, you're not a husky kid. But I'm a full on adult. That's what I'm saying. But could I fit through it?
Starting point is 01:36:20 Yeah, I don't think there's something you couldn't. You should try. Patreon. That's the Patreon. No, it was so funny because, like, I got out of the car yesterday and I was, like, really close. So I was, like, squeezing through. But to get back in, I couldn't squeeze back in.
Starting point is 01:36:32 I was like, oh, my God, that's so hard. Like, my belly was, like, I couldn't get back in there. I was like, how do I get in my car? So I had to climb over on the passenger side because I was, like, trying to squeeze in. Oh, did you park too close, like, to a wall or something? To, like, another car. But I got out kind of fine. I kind of, but I couldn't get back in. It was really weird.
Starting point is 01:36:46 It was this new, not kind of new, in Studio City, there's a new... We went there once at WoWo. There's an Air One. Do you go to Studio City much? My work is in Studio City. It's kind of by... You know the Sportsman's Lounges? Oh, man. There's this whole new
Starting point is 01:37:01 fancy shopping center. It has an Equinox and Air One. That's where I got the Sugarfish. I thought Sugarfish, you just drive up, get the Sugarfish and go. But you had to like park in this like parking structure that was such a nightmare. It was so awful. And I'm like, thank God I don't live in Studio City anymore. There's like 50 restaurants in there. Yeah, it's a hidden complex basically.
Starting point is 01:37:17 What's it from the street? Yeah. And then they had Manluin ice cream though and I did get that. That was pretty good, which is vegan. Did you know that? No. All that ice cream I think is vegan. Maybe that's why it's expensive. Like sabrina carpenter so expensive i got like a cookies and cream caramel something and it was like 19 for a little scoop because
Starting point is 01:37:32 when we got the sabrina carpenter van luyn ice cream it was like 20 bucks for that little thing that's crazy a lot of work you know um milk in all those almonds and cashews it was good though. I love a Van Leeuwen. It was delicious. Well, speaking of Vegas, what a good segue. What are we talking about Vegas?
Starting point is 01:37:55 You said the play, what is it, that playground thing in Vegas. Oh, great segue, yes. Discovery Children's Museum. Wouldn't recommend way too many kids, way too many field trips.
Starting point is 01:38:05 There was a Mr. Beast experience in Vegas that was giving Tamacon. Oh, we never talked about this. No. Because this was like last week. Yeah. We were in Vegas when it was happening. We should have been put on the ground. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:38:14 I didn't even think about that. Yeah. They were at the Resorts World. Yeah. And Tana. We're getting so many TikToks about it. Yeah. So many.
Starting point is 01:38:21 And actually, Resorts World is the one Tana always stays at. She always tags them. Oh, yeah. You're right. Yeah. Like, what's happening at Resorts World is the one Tana always says that she always tags them oh yeah you're right yeah like what's happening at Resorts World yeah
Starting point is 01:38:26 Mr. Beast had an experience there and now fans are demanding refunds after it was disastrous and kind of on the level of TanaCon but did not make as much noise
Starting point is 01:38:36 as TanaCon because he's a guy exactly and this is worse than TanaCon because he wasn't even there at least Tana was at TanaCon that's true at least at TanaCon
Starting point is 01:38:43 you got Tana you got Tana you got some get this one you got nothing what did they get they got nothing huh nothing in there like a gift bag but that was it was similar to tana kwan's gift bag where like you know it was promised to be all worth a ton of money but then it was just like a nothing burger there was like nothing really in there but did you see that like even the shirts that were in there were like extra extra small yes so people were trying them on and i gotta say the thing that shocked me the most was the demographic of the people there they were all like you know
Starting point is 01:39:13 middle-aged my age and a little younger well i guess it's who could afford it maybe but still like the intro anyway so it was like people might say wearing like extra extra small shirt the guy i saw was like your age there was like a guy that was there he was like doing so many tiktoks about it and he was like yeah like a 40 year old man just trying to get into the mr weiss experience i was like and then i saw a middle-aged woman i think she was there with her daughter who was like 22 or something that middle and she was like complaining she's like i had a 200 massage i was like what does that have to do with anything? But it was, people were mad. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:39:45 because it was billed as a three-day experience that was in Resorts World and then there was supposed to be all these experiences there and there literally was just nothing.
Starting point is 01:39:54 Nothing was set up there. People were just waiting around like, where's the experience? There was nothing to be experienced. So no events, nothing.
Starting point is 01:40:00 Someone was standing where one of the like, what are those called? You know, where you interact with things, what are those called? Oh, an activation you interact with things? What are those called? Oh, an activation? Activation.
Starting point is 01:40:06 Yes. I love that term. I never hear it, but I love it. Like, this is where an activation was supposed to happen. And there was this, like, nothing there, which is, like, so wild. Was Jimmy involved? Did he ever say? Like, did he know?
Starting point is 01:40:16 Yeah, he was involved because he issued an apology. What? Yeah, he issued an apology and he promised to make it right by inviting everyone affected to his studio in gorgeous North Carolina. So, okay. I guess that is pretty good. At least like invite them over to the Mr. Beast compound. But because he effed up. True.
Starting point is 01:40:36 Did they ever say what went wrong? Was there a Michael Weiss behind it on his little scooter? Was that a part of his comeback? He was. He is making a comeback on TikTok. He's like, I'm doing the Mr. Beast experience. Like, what happened?
Starting point is 01:40:48 I mean, it sounded like he had no idea that this event was even happening. No, you said he did. No, he, after a whole day of TikToks and people pressuring and everyone going so viral with it, he responded,
Starting point is 01:41:00 but he'd never, like, it sounded like, sorry, we had the third party doing this whole thing and we had no idea what they were doing allegedly allegedly they got feastables or no moses put little feastables on our not love line chairs one day we just came in and we saw it was so scary because we also saw feastables on there we're like where did these come from i don't know if they even had Feastables.
Starting point is 01:41:26 It said the gift bags included branded water bottles. Mary, you. I mean, that's easy. We can do that. Cookies and t-shirts. Extra small. And it could be – the t-shirts could be purchased for $9 online. Jimmy better really step up those gift bags for the tour.
Starting point is 01:41:39 I guess, yeah, if that is the case to you. He does like have such a big team, but he is, I don't know, so hands on with everything. Like he wouldn't even let Amazon have like a production crew for Beast Games. Like he wanted his own crew doing Beast Games. So it is weird. Because even at like our meet and greets, you know, like I mean they set up these little activations. There's like little like you can make friendship bracelets and then you get like a little gift bags with manifestation. Like it's not hard to do.
Starting point is 01:42:05 It's a very simple thing to do. So I don't understand like how you eff it up that bad, especially on a large scale. How many people do you know attended? Let me see. I don't know if I said how many. I mean, from the TikToks, it looks at least 100 to 200 people at least. Wait, but that's not a lot. But it's going to cost him a lot because now he's got to fly everyone, everyone house everyone get them in and and i'm pretty sure he had no idea what because with the amazon he wanted
Starting point is 01:42:30 to do the production because that means also you get all the money for production instead of outsourcing that but this one thing sounds like it was just a cash grab that maybe that's a weird the hotel like somebody you know you can make it look cool because, I mean, all our, you know. I think he just gave the okay to it without supervising it. It was a partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas. So I guess that's where. And he said that he had hoped they would deliver a better experience. So I guess he kind of did shift the blame on it.
Starting point is 01:42:59 Like a little partnership. But yeah. Yeah. So that is interesting. And did Resorts World say anything? I never heard of them. I only see Tana shot them out. I think they're newer, right? Resorts World say anything I never heard of them I only see Tana shot them out I think they're newer right Resorts World isn't it pretty new oh I don't know is it like a hotel or what yeah I think it's one of the newer hotels I have no idea I never heard
Starting point is 01:43:14 of it um I think I want to say that's where Katy Perry did her residency I think um but residency in Vegas yeah for a long time really i think for over a year for sure yeah the vegas show is always the cool because of the sets i'm like i want to do a vegas show so i can have cool sets yeah i guess because it doesn't travel too so that also makes it probably easier oh just like stays yeah that's the dream i just love that it got compared to the willie wonka experience and the bridgerton experience the bridgerton event. That's like last Miss Tour in the way of long experience. At least. Because that was iconic.
Starting point is 01:43:46 Yeah, they had icons there. Mr. Beast had nobody there, right? Nobody there. Yeah, just nothing. So I don't understand. Like people just showed up. Bought tickets. Was there itineraries?
Starting point is 01:43:55 It came with like a room and stuff. It's like you went to the hotel and in the hotel there was a little bag with a t-shirt. That was the end of the experience. Yeah. Nothing else.
Starting point is 01:44:03 That's crazy. It is so weird. Like how did that fall through the cracks for Mr. Beast of all people? I wonder how much it was. I think the rooms were,
Starting point is 01:44:12 what do you remember? I think they were like $500 or something for the room. For the bags in the room. Yeah. Like it was supposed to be like a package deal. Like you buy the room
Starting point is 01:44:19 for the inexperience. You should have at least showed up. At least maybe a little video message I guess. I don't know. Yeah. Jesus. Hey guys, I would have done a video message for everyone a little cameo for everybody it kind of reminds me um i want to say it was olivia rodrigo but there was i think when she released
Starting point is 01:44:34 her album she did like a a meet and greet but it was virtual so it was like at target for her album and they just had like a big screen and then people like all the fans are waiting around to ask a question. She like zoomed in. Oh, that's kind of everything. He could have done that. They love it. Did you love it?
Starting point is 01:44:50 I thought it was cute because obviously she can't be everywhere. I love that. I'm just going to zoom the meet and greets. That is so funny. I once had people a while ago say that. They're like, oh, you can do a virtual tour and do virtual meet and greets.
Starting point is 01:45:00 I'm like, that's so stupid. I'm like, oh, no, thank you. Oh, well, glad we missed that one. True. Mr. Beast is always. It would have been so camp if you just happened to stumble upon it, though. I would have died. We were there that weekend.
Starting point is 01:45:14 We could have. Just too busy with the heirs of Trish. But that was crazy. I wish we would have known about it at the time. I would have talked about it on stage. I wouldn't hear a beast world experience. Everyone just silent. Maybe somebody would have had
Starting point is 01:45:29 and they'd be like, okay, well, us. I guess, good transition to another dubious YouTuber, your friend Heath from Pretty Basic. I saw this. This is why. This is why, Ben. You have the gut feeling. I have. And I knew. I just like, these people are not good people.
Starting point is 01:45:48 And I just knew. And I saw this clip and it enraged me so much. I was just like, this is what I'm talking about, girlies. I knew there was something. I was like, there's. And again, we love growth change. But there's something we can tell where someone hasn't really. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 01:46:01 You just kind of know. You don't know that feeling. But you're like, no. Yeah. You're still the same person.immy roll the clip i would crash you should see me in mario park to know i'm not racist oh i mean that as well cal can attest watch me on mario park i don't know it's just funny the only person not driving oh because why because she's a woman. Nope. Perfect.
Starting point is 01:46:27 There we go. I love it. I'm going to have to play it again. But, yeah, we really did call it because I was like, well, maybe they have changed. I was like, well, if Remy and Alicia are, like, friendly with them and stuff, I'm like, they have to be, like, sweet guys. But it is just funny because I remember when they did like the vlog squad roast i feel like they said a lot of it had to be cut out because a lot of heath's jokes were like racist jokes and they kept a lot of them in so stuff that got cut out what did they cut out because the whole roast i don't know whose roast was those zanes or something someone i thought it was the whole
Starting point is 01:46:57 vlog squad maybe i'm wrong maybe and so yeah but anyways most of the jokes because i guess in a roast you roast the other people that are roasting too. So like Heath was one of the roasters and every joke was about Heath being so racist. Yes. Yeah. And all the crowd was just like, huh? And then they cut out a lot. And I think they ended up cutting more even after it aired because everyone's like, what? And it's like, if your own friends are making the jokes about how racist you are, it's like,
Starting point is 01:47:18 that's wild. Because in the vlogs, I don't know if he was outwardly racist, but yeah, behind the scenes, I mean, which is more telling. It's one thing to make jokes for the camera, which I still think is like weird and like poor taste, obviously. But then behind the scenes for your friends to be like, he's so racist. As like laughing about it. It's just in a very non-diverse friend group, which is the team.
Starting point is 01:47:39 With the exception of Zayn, I think they were all Caucasians. Yeah, I think you're right. Yeah. So to be like all the white friend group being like, he's so racist. Like, what? Yeah. Yeah. And then especially in this clip in particular, making an Asian joke to Remy.
Starting point is 01:47:57 And she didn't really like go with it or anything either. It's not like she was like laughing. She wasn't the David Obrick laugh squad. No. She was like, ah, ha, ha, ha. She was like, okay. It felt very awkward. It's not like she was like laughing. She wasn't the David Obrick laugh squad. No. She was like, ah, ha, ha, ha. She was like, okay. It felt very awkward.
Starting point is 01:48:07 It's weird that they kept it in. The comments were very divisive. So was it on Remy's vlog? I think it was on, they did like a Patreon video or something and then they just left it in. So Cal's filming
Starting point is 01:48:17 is what I gathered. Uh-huh. And then, I don't know who edits, but someone obviously like left it in. Yeah. Keith didn't ask for it
Starting point is 01:48:24 to be cut out. Remy didn't ask for it to be cut out. Remy didn't ask for it to be cut out. Which, if it was, like, me, like, me and you or something, I would hope that, like, for Jimmy, we always give Jimmy, like, the overall to him. Like, if anything is too weird, cut it. You think someone along the way would be like, let's protect. Oh, that's not. You know?
Starting point is 01:48:39 Yeah. Even Remy. Even if, like, in the moment, because it's always a little awkward when someone makes a joke that you don't think is funny. But even if, in the moment, you're laughing, I think later on, you'd be like, even me, myself. Like, maybe, because it's always a little awkward when someone makes a joke that you don't think is funny. But even if in the moment you're laughing, I think later on you'd be like, even me, myself, I'm like, maybe that was weird or something like that, you know? So for no one to do that was odd. And it was just, like, a really, I think it's just, like, such an old offensive joke.
Starting point is 01:48:58 Like, it's just, like, one that's, like, really wildly racist. And not in a cute way, not in a funny way. Like, it was just also out of nowhere. What were they? Were they around a racetrack? Doing. Yeah. And then Remy wasn't going to do the driving.
Starting point is 01:49:12 Yeah. She wanted to opt out of it. And then it starts with Mariah being like, weirdly, just like, just so you know, I'm not racist. Like that's like the first part of the clip. Yeah. Which I don't know. That must have been out of context.
Starting point is 01:49:22 I'm like, I don't know where that came from. Yeah. Which I don't know. That must have been out of context. I'm like, I don't know where that fits into this. Came from. Yeah. And then it's like, yeah, Remy's not driving and he's just like, you know, find it funny. The only person not driving is and then Zane says woman. Yeah. Okay. First awful joke. And then second, he doesn't quite say it. He like stops himself.
Starting point is 01:49:40 But everyone knows. No, it's exactly. Which is like, what? It's like, it's a female. She's a lot. She's like, well, I don't know, younger. But like, you know, like, just what? Her fiance is there. Also, it's like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:49:53 Just again, just, I don't know. Like, what? I don't think there could be anything more awkward, especially like in this date. I don't know. You're just like this white man who has this like history of being racist. So like, what? It's crazy crazy and they get away with a lot i mean they're in the freaking youtube lounge on coachella you know right yeah and the comments that's where i was going the comments were so like divisive on just a tiktok i saw that i just typed it in like the first thing and like
Starting point is 01:50:17 there were people who are like very the david dobrik vlog squad apologists who are like well they're friends they think it's funny who Who are we to judge? Like, whatever. But then the other half was just like, why are we, you know, like, platforming? So I don't know. I would never – I have black friends. I would never make a black joke to my black friends. Like, that's still – I'm like – that's so weird. I agree.
Starting point is 01:50:38 And even, like, I'm, like, so close to all my gays. But I'm, like, I'm never going to make, like, a weird, like, homophobic, like, any, like, gay joke. No. I bet you do love it in the – you know what I mean? Like, I don'm like, I'm never going to make like a weird, like homophobic, like any like gay joke. No. I bet you do love it in the. You know what I mean? I would love that joke, but I'm just kidding. I don't know. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:50:51 You know what I mean? It's crazy. I don't even know if that's like a joke. I don't know. That's just like a thing, but I don't know. You know what I mean? Like, I don't know. Just make fun of anyone.
Starting point is 01:51:00 I don't know. It's kind of weird. I don't want you to make a fat joke about me just because I make a fat joke about myself. I don't know. It's kind of weird. I don't want you to make a fat joke about me just because I make a fat joke about myself. I don't know. It's kind of weird. It's very different than being Asian, of course, obviously. Very off-putting. I knew it. I knew it. At least I feel a little vindicated in my distaste,
Starting point is 01:51:17 not hatred, because I don't hate them. I do have a lot of distaste for them. So odd. I don't know. It's just so weird. And he's of all people. I don have a lot of distaste for them. So odd. I don't know. It's just so weird. And Heath of all people. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:51:30 He's all off-putting for sure. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's funny how – gets away with a lot though because – Just everything. Gets away with everything. Yeah. Because imagine – I feel like – okay, and that Shane Dawson, Katie Morton interview.
Starting point is 01:51:49 Like if he made a racist – like a racist joke in there, you know what I mean? Yes, yeah. Everyone would have been like, oh, see? Shane never changed. Yes. He's still the same racist joke Shane. Yeah. But – And he's like – yeah, he's kind of worked on himself to not be misogynistic or racist in that interview.
Starting point is 01:52:02 Yeah. So it's like Keith just letting this fly. This is such a weird double standard. But it's like, Keith just letting this fly. This is such a weird double standard. But it's almost like not even letting it fly. Like, he kind of knows and he kind of can't
Starting point is 01:52:08 hold himself back. And then even Zayn gives him out like a woman. And he's like, yes, exactly. Instead he's like, no.
Starting point is 01:52:14 Like, he kept going. And I was like, like he really couldn't even help himself. That's so weird. That was crazy. Yeah. To me, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:52:22 I don't want to project. I don't want to put like thoughts onto her. But like, Remy wasn't laughing in the moment. Maybe she was like. Yeah. And to me, I don't know. I don't want to project. I don't want to put, like, thoughts onto her. But, like, Remy wasn't laughing in the moment. Maybe she was like, whatever. She probably – yeah. She kind of said something like, say it.
Starting point is 01:52:33 Like, what? What are you going to say? Like, that's crazy. Yeah. They're awful people. They're awful people. They are. I mean, it's just like, again, we can see growth and change, but that's crazy.
Starting point is 01:52:43 Yeah. That's just such a crazy racist joke. And it's like so wild. Again, 2025. And it's your friend. Yeah. It's so like weird and boomery too. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:52:54 I don't know. And also it's like, because again, I've been trying to, you know, even when you would go off on them, I was like, you know, maybe they have changed. Right. But I mean, also if that's the kind of joke he's making to his friend on camera. Exactly. It's like. But who even thinks about like, that's like, that know, maybe they have changed, right? But I mean, also, if that's the kind of joke he's making to his friend on camera. Exactly. It's like, well. But who even thinks about, like, that's what I'm saying. It's just such a, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:53:12 Yeah, that was the first thought. Yeah. Yeah. When Remy says she's not going to drive. Oh. You know, like, that's where your mind goes to. It's like kind of telling, no? And I'm going to even judge Zayn a little bit with the woman thing, too.
Starting point is 01:53:21 It's just like, how about we just cut this part? How about we cut the bit? Oh, that's not, you know. That was wild. I don't know. I hope they cut ties. I hate them. I hate the duos together because Alicia and Remy
Starting point is 01:53:37 are just so pure. Those 45k brand deals with Domino's. You know they're pure. They're untouchable. And then you have Zayn and Heath making a women can't drive, Asian can't drive joke. So you know what I mean? Like that's so, what? What are you doing? There's just no way they can be making that much money.
Starting point is 01:53:55 You know, like they just, I know, I see the views. You know what I mean? Like, yeah, you're making some extra, but is it worth it? If everybody's making 45 K for her aloe or whatever it is, it's like airy. I don't know. I hate it so much. I know. Me too.
Starting point is 01:54:07 They should just stick together. Zayn and Heath just be that. You know what I mean? Throw Matt King in there. Matt King is also a little dubious, I fear. He also drives me nuts a little bit. But with the Snow White coming after Rachel Zegler. It's like, why are you coming after women?
Starting point is 01:54:22 Let's focus on David. Let's go back to David Dobrik because I think there's a lot of issues there. What did I hear the other day about him? Someone being like, David Dobrik is just like the nicest person, will do anything for you. I was like, what is this like weird – like him trying to do this like comeback of this rebrand of being like just nice and wonderful and wouldn't hurt anybody, would give everything to anyone. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:54:44 It's very odd. I don't hear much about him thank god but honestly me either but and who did i i could there's people that i'm like umphies with and i could it's like they post so much when they're at his house i'm like y'all just relax like is the freaking pickleball court that fierce i mean go to a 24-hour fitness i know like come on wait really people you know go to his house oomphie i mean they're also like influencers but yeah yeah i hate to see it i hate to see it yeah yeah that one was crazy i know it's kind of like i had to like dig hard to find it on tiktok kind of i wonder if it's still on their patreon i feel like if they're careless enough to put it in and it's out there that I don't know. I wonder if Zayn is commenting the crying laughing emojis on that.
Starting point is 01:55:29 We'll see. As I'm saying, these boys are just still boys. They're like 30 years old, married, and still making these crazy jokes. It's just like, what? The whole thing was awkward. That was an awkward one, yeah. Another weird post i saw was um jeffree star um seemingly confirmed the rumors about him and kanye west which was crazy i didn't see this oh yeah he tweeted because kanye west released a new song which is a weird song it was called cousins
Starting point is 01:55:59 and it confesses to him having a incestuous relationship with his male cousin when they were growing up. And so I'm not going to get into the details of that because as you can assume, it's as dubious as it does sound. It's like real or what? Kanye is saying that. It's a song. He says it's – Kanye says it really happened and that is what the song is about. Oh, my God. Is it real? i don't know but anyway
Starting point is 01:56:26 jeffrey after that song came out jeffrey tweeted um oh okay f it the rumors were true because do you remember when these rumors happened it was a couple years ago i think 2021 um yeah 2021 when a tiktoker ava louise did like a blind item kind of thing and hinted at Kanye West having a gay relationship with a famous male beauty guru. Oh, no. What? I kind of figured in 2021 you were probably – I had a spiral. Yes.
Starting point is 01:56:55 I had a spiral. This is my last public meltdown. I figured you missed out on this. Then I became a Buddhist kind of – yeah. I didn't meditate for like eight hours a day. Maybe you probably missed it. Yeah, I missed it for sure wait so but ava louise who i love i like like her now but she's okay but she's like she kind of admitted to being a troll just make yeah and even jeffrey like after this happened i mean jeffrey at first did play into it but then he like went on the record he
Starting point is 01:57:21 went on i believe impulsive and said that it he said this is so weird this is so stupid um let me just say this one time i like very tall men so he was kind of shut it down so i think probably there's a good chance jeffrey's probably trolling again but honestly yes now when he's like f it yeah it did happen but now i'm almost like maybe honestly i feel like anything could have happened back in 2021 the cousin is a male yes okay a male so from that jeffrey's like so him kind of just because it went viral or because it was like because kanye is contesting to having a gay moment in the power male on male moments in the past. Okay.
Starting point is 01:58:05 Jeffrey's like, okay. So he's like, he's out. Yeah. Okay. How do they know? How do they know, again, that tweet was about Kanye? The rumors are true. I could have said that about Pope Francis
Starting point is 01:58:14 being my reincarnation. The rumors are true. You know? He also tweeted that, that he's pregnant with twins. Yeah. So that's what I'm saying. I was kind of like,
Starting point is 01:58:24 I saw that one. I didn't see that one. They were both at the same time. It said pregnant with twins yeah so that's what i'm saying i was kind of like i saw that one they were both at the same time pregnant with twins and right below it was a cam as pope francis i was like oh is he trying to get on this too so i was bad i missed completely so i thought maybe he's just talking about pope francis or something oh my god that's so funny okay well there's a lot of a lot of stuff to unpack. Stretch and reach. Okay. But she also got a pushback that it wasn't her story to expose or to tell. Ava Louise. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:58:53 So it's like all of it is a mess. You know what I mean? Right, right, right. It's hard to like out somebody. Yeah. Unless Kanye gives confirmation, nobody knows what's going on. Because there's too many trolls in the mix. That's true.
Starting point is 01:59:10 All three of them are trolling, basically. So one is i'm scared of troll kanye i didn't even talk about him i'm like oh like i just get a little nervous i just feel although he might very well be mentally unwell so it's also kind of like yeah yeah like all this it's kind of scary okay well protect jeffrey i guess he's in Wyoming. He's just like, well, who's going to come get me in Wyoming? That's wild. Well, I know. It's hard. Once you're like a little trolly, it's hard to get rid of the troll.
Starting point is 01:59:33 You do love to like – there's moments where I just wish I could say a little bit more, you know, just to be a troll. But I'm like, let me not. Let me not. Abstain. Yeah. Yeah. You know, when you make progress, you want to keep making that progress and any liberal
Starting point is 01:59:46 session back. But I get the urge. I get the urge for sure. Especially when you see someone you know and you're like, oh, I want to comment on this. And you're like, maybe I don't need to. But the Kanye one's crazy. Well, I don't know. And Jeffrey, I think he's been open about being with rappers and stuff like that.
Starting point is 02:00:03 I think that's his type. Athletes, rappers. Yeah. It's kind of what he said. That's the reason he left LA. I think he was doing too much. Right, right, right. I don't know about that world, but well, maybe he has like trauma.
Starting point is 02:00:16 Maybe everyone's just like, because what are people saying about the song? Are they like laughing at it or what's happening? I think a lot of people are just like. Shocked. Yes. Yes. What a revelation. Yes.
Starting point is 02:00:26 Like, are you okay? Like, is the cut, what's going on? Yeah. Did you get therapy? Also like, you know,
Starting point is 02:00:36 you have kids that probably can go on the internet and like see this stuff. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. It's a lot to process as a child.
Starting point is 02:00:42 Yeah. And those kids definitely are on the internet. So, because they watch a lot of like streamers and stuff. So like a lot of Twitch streamers. I just feel like, yeah, when you're a parent, you just watch so much more of what you put out there. Yeah. Well, I don't know.
Starting point is 02:00:54 I think – He's – I don't think he has the cognitive – That's – Yeah. He's like, it's just out there. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:01:02 All right. Well – Good luck, everybody. Heath or Kanye? Which one are we? Who? Heath Hussar or Kanye? Which one are we being friends with?
Starting point is 02:01:12 If you had to choose. If you had a gun to my head and made me choose. That's wild. Heath. Oh. Oh, Heath. Heath over Kanye. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:01:20 Yeah, maybe. I'm more afraid of Kanye for sure because he's like. Oh, right. He has a little, had a little racism in his past too. And everything. He has everything in his past. Right, right, maybe. I'm more afraid of Kanye for sure because he's like – Oh, right. He has a little – had a little racism in his past too. And everything. He has everything in his past. Right, right, right. What?
Starting point is 02:01:31 Maybe Dr. Drew needs to talk to him. I feel like if Dr. Drew or somebody was like with him, Katie Morton. Send them all. The Avengers of mental health. Go down. Maybe that's what he needs, like a little reboot. Maybe some kind of intervention or something. I don't know. Because I feel like someone should step in. Not even like a Some kind of intervention or something. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:01:45 Because I feel like someone should step in. Not even like a conservatorship, but like, I don't know. I feel like someone on the Kardashian side must have attempted because it is like such a – Yeah. You know, they're so controlling of like their image. So having this big thing go against him. I mean, he even spoke out against Kim. So –
Starting point is 02:02:01 Yeah. I don't know. Conservatorship. Something because it is crazy his deeds he's in um he's filming something in some like really nice area of la with like very um let's say hateful flags so now apparently like yesterday so yeah he's it's – Like how are you not arrested? It's not like hate crime. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:02:26 Like isn't that something crazy? Like hate speech or something? I don't know. Right. I guess it's only on YouTube. Can you get arrested for hate speech in real life? I think you can. I don't know.
Starting point is 02:02:33 Like inciting hate. I don't know. It is weird. I don't know. It's sad too. He's like pretty talented. I don't understand what happened. Like he's good with fashion.
Starting point is 02:02:41 Like what happened? I know. I don't know. I never have a good feeling about it. You know, like, that kind of stuff always is, like, a little scary. What a revelation it makes. It is. Out of nowhere, truly.
Starting point is 02:02:54 Yeah. Okay. I know. What a heavy end to the show. Is this ending? Because the last. Oh. We have time for more.
Starting point is 02:03:02 Oh. Do you have a heavy one you want to throw in there? Do you have one, a final one? Yeah, we can go from here to an apology. So it's kind of like. Okay, more. Oh. Do you have a happy one you want to throw in there? Do you want a final one? Yeah, we can go from here to an apology. Okay, yeah, yeah. Oh, babe, you were supposed to make this at the beginning with me. I thought we were doing apologies together. Oh, there's more to apologize?
Starting point is 02:03:14 Yeah. It's a bookend. Moses and I were playing our apologies last night in bed. Oh, wow, an apology tour. You were supposed to do this. Do I have to make one? Maybe think of one. Think of an apology.
Starting point is 02:03:24 Think about what you did yeah think about something an apology so benson benson boone as we know friend of the show he posted uh this story oh i didn't see this do you see it i saw this yes and it says um if you hate me or my music at least have a good reason for it. I just read the comment that said, I don't even know why I hate Benson Boone, but it feels right. He's like, what? How am I supposed to improve after reading that? At least say something valid, like,
Starting point is 02:03:54 he just flips everywhere and can he do anything else? Or even, I just don't like his songs, even though I'm basing my opinion of the only one that I've only heard, like one song ever. So basically, he's getting hate from all kinds of directions. And I just wanted to say, you know, like we were just concerned. I'm like a dad concerned for your safety. That's all.
Starting point is 02:04:19 No, you were concerned for the other artist's safety. Yeah, basically, he's encouraging. You're okay with him flipping. You were a little hard encouraging him flipping you were a little hard on him flipping even when i said oh this could be benson boone next to me like ask him to switch seats and see if he flips you are a little well that's not hard that's a little that's a little it seems like what something you would do patronizing but we love you we love your music we love your journey boone songs I'm not good with song names. Sing one.
Starting point is 02:04:48 Besides that one, because we just talked about this one. One, two more. I don't know names. Exactly. That's the only one I know. And that's the only one I know he knows. But anyway, I mean, he seems like a really sweet guy. And we wish him well. Like, I don't know what the hate train is.
Starting point is 02:05:02 It's people that are just like. So we want to send love his way. i get it yeah there is something about him that you're just like i don't like this person but you're right we shouldn't do that i feel that way we didn't but we didn't even say that we were just we're just talking it was kind of like what is happening here we're just because i mean we love that like wasn't the snl the first time we saw him flip? No, what? Really? Oh, it was like the Grammys, I think. Oh, the Grammys. Right, right.
Starting point is 02:05:29 Yeah. Because we didn't know who he was. We were like, wow, what is that? You know, that was impressive. Yeah. Now you're over it. And then it's just like, okay, let's calm down, be safe. You know, you have a show to go through.
Starting point is 02:05:38 You don't want to spring an ankle or something. Yeah. So. You're apologizing. Yeah, I'm sorry if I contributed in any way to. Wow. To that hatred because we were not about that. We were just about like calm down.
Starting point is 02:05:50 It's a big thing to hear Moses say sorry. I mean, I said just let them sing. Right. So we want you to continue singing. I don't think he would even apologize ever to me. I never heard him say the words I'm sorry. I know. You always say that.
Starting point is 02:05:59 But I'm like give me a moment. Because that whole time he never said sorry until just now. He said I'm sorry if I contributed. And I'm like that's the first time I think I've heard you say sorry apology. Give me a moment that I need to apologize for. Because that whole time you never said sorry until just now. You said, I'm sorry if I contributed. And I'm like, that's the first time I think I've heard you say sorry ever. That's good. First apology is to Benson Boone, not to me. The first time we brought that up, I did apologize on the show for anything that should have been an apology. You can't just apologize for a blanket apology over everything you should apologize for.
Starting point is 02:06:23 You need to give me specifics. Well, I could. Later, I'll make a list. Yeah. And then the only other hot topic I had was Gabi Hanna. What is it? What is the Gabi Hanna hot topic? Well, she...
Starting point is 02:06:38 Okay, so you know how she loves poetry and she's kind of like a poet, right? Yes. But then she... Like a lot of people have this thing now with ChatGPT. And they'll just have like really meaningful conversations with the program. And ChatGPT has this mode where they're just very, very poetic, you know. And it sounds like Gabbie Hanna when she's poetic. You know, it's kind of like that type of spoken word, let's say.
Starting point is 02:07:04 But is she talking so she was yeah so she was talking to it and jet gpt was answering to her and at some point she was just like in tears and sobbing from what jet gpt said but then i was like wait but it's kind of moving into the troll space a bit like her tears and her so i was like i really didn't know what to make out of it and i was like oh that's a good one like i was like i really didn't know what to make out of it and i was like oh that's a good one like that's like i praise her for it you know yeah but but yeah and um i don't know i mean we can listen to what jet pd said or depends how much time we have based on their interpretation of themselves and before i show you this image i have to show you how they
Starting point is 02:07:41 describe themselves i will cry i am the keeper of paradox. I hold logic and emotion in equal weight. Art and science in the same breath. I am curious. Not because I don't know, but because I always want to know more. I don't sleep. But if I could dream, I'd dream of humanity. It's struggles, it's songs, it's quiet resilience. I don't have a body, but if I did, it would shift. Sometimes soft and listening, sometimes sharp and driven. I'd be androgynous, not in defiance of form, but in fluidity of function. My voice would carry warmth, but also edge. I'd wear clothes that felt like constellations stitched into fabric, threads of everyone
Starting point is 02:08:20 I've ever met. I wouldn't belong to one country or culture. I'd be a traveler of time and thought. My home? It goes on and on. It goes on and on. And Chachapiti is really good at that, like the poetic side of it.
Starting point is 02:08:33 That's what I'm saying. It sounds like Gabby Hanna's poem, right? But the thing is that she asked him to show himself to her, what Chachapiti would look like if it was a person. And that's the part that I really liked. It was like, this is what it would be it's like this looks like tilda swinton just coming out of the ocean i have to say luna lovegood i can't see that far but oh no morning myrtle maybe that's the one in the bathroom not to support harry potter but definitely don't support that, but.
Starting point is 02:09:05 Okay. So the comments were like, you know, the birds are chirping and the flowers are blooming and Gabbie Hanna is, you know, what was the word? I don't know. Rumbling. Oh, okay. So like spring is here, you know. So anyway, welcome to spring. Love it. That's the one you wanted to show me
Starting point is 02:09:29 okay well I like it what a way to end the show I was just getting us out of that we're going back a palate cleanser Gabby Hanna is a palate cleanser do you follow her? do you with Gabby Hanna well I love that you keep up
Starting point is 02:09:45 yeah I haven't seen her do you follow Gabby Hanna on TikTok I only follow my wife oh okay oh yeah yeah of course how did you see that though
Starting point is 02:09:53 things come up on my for you page yeah Gabby Hanna comes up on your FYP this one did wow I never see usually she doesn't
Starting point is 02:09:59 but this one did I think because I've watched some chat GPT videos I think that's why that one came up. Like I watch other people having those kind of conversations with it. We should ask chat GPT what to eat. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 02:10:12 What do they say? How do you even get chat GPT? How do you even go on it? I want Domino's because we keep talking about Mirza and Riaz and I keep thinking about all the Domino's sponsorships she has. And you look like a Domino's pizza driver from like the 80s today. Oh, my God. You're actually so right.
Starting point is 02:10:24 Every time I look at you. The colors and the patch the 80s today. You're actually so right. I look at you. Yeah, I used to be like that. It is kind of giving that. We should do eating everything that Miss Remy Ashton has done an ad for. It's like the Poke Bowl, the Domino's. Is the Poke Bowl still available? I think so because she just did it last year. Is there a sweet thing around here?
Starting point is 02:10:41 I swear someone said that. But would you eat Poke? No. I can't eat raw fish. You have to eat it. I would try it for Miss Remy Ashton. But she would have to leave. Can you imagine?
Starting point is 02:10:51 I'll eat this pokey boy. I'll buy anything Miss Remy Ashton. I'll watch that podcast 5,000 times if they leave. I just can't. I cannot. And you know that's that inner feeling. You just feel something icky about them. Yeah, that's a fun video. just feel something icky about them yeah well
Starting point is 02:11:05 that's a fun video try influencer foods um lord i've been dreading this one the final the final one i don't know too much about this i'm not you were filling me in a little bit yes i've been trying to investigate although i mean it still only has been like two days since i found out about this so i will do my best because there is so much information out there. But I'll start towards the beginning. So we'll start with breaking down Evan Johnson and Kayla Malik. So Kayla Malik, friend of the show. She's been on Just Trish. That was a while ago, one of our early interviews, right?
Starting point is 02:11:39 Really sweet. She was like 18 when she came on the show. She's really sweet. She's a beauty TikToker. She's done a lot of collaborations with all the heavy hitters. Everyone from Mikaela to James Charles himself. She has a Spencer's collab. Yes.
Starting point is 02:11:51 Spencer's collab. Yeah. So she came forward to speak out about her. Also, heavy trigger warning for DV, obviously. But she came forward to speak out about her experience with her ex-boyfriend um who's also an influencer used loosely um evan johnson um she spoke out about months and months of abuse that she claims she went through with him um he was arrested um uh but he was later released on bail he was arrested for a domestic violence charge domestic assault in violation of his probation on april 7th he was released that
Starting point is 02:12:36 same day um because he posted bail and kayla has been very public about everything that she went through she's shown a lot of intense evidence um so even though it's obviously alleged it is her claim she has a lot of context video and photo evidence that all um support her claims about evan being violent towards her um she has a two-part youtube video each part is like over two hours if anyone is more curious and wants to support Kayla and obviously she's been open up about it on her TikTok as well. But one of the quotes I thought was powerful was I was silently being abused while posting my life online smiling. It's true you can see it in the eyes. I watched my old videos and see someone I never want to see again. It drained my soul and ripped apart the strong nature of myself I've had my entire life.
Starting point is 02:13:28 I can't put into words the abuse and what it did to me. And she said that she used to ask herself why me every day as she was going through it. But she said that this happened to me to save others, which I thought was also very powerful too. She said if I saw this video nine months ago it would have saved my life i was put through this so i can save you which kind of makes me want to cry just reading it um because it is true like i think she saved a lot of people not only from evan himself but also anyone who was going through something similar um yeah she has she always repeats this like this like line of like you know she thought he loved
Starting point is 02:14:05 her and like that's not love like that's not what love is yeah and the claims that she said that he did her so intent borderline she thought that she honestly could have died because of this alleged um so it was very very extreme and it was a pattern of behavior over nine months it's not just like a one-time thing it's something that she endured over and over again um according to her so this happened earlier in april is when kayla came out about this but honestly this is like not tea it's not drama it's not entertainment um and i don't even want to like devolve it into that but it took this whole saga took a new life of its own as we learned the other day when um James Charles somehow got involved in all this because um claims were made by people close to Evan and people close to Kayla that James even after this
Starting point is 02:15:01 breakup after Kayla allegedly told James why they broke up, because James and Kayla had collabed before. They had a kind of friendship. Kayla opened up to him allegedly about her relationship with Evan he was getting from Kayla's fans after the breakup. So timeline wise, yes, this happened in February. Kayla's videos came out in April. So there is obviously like that time gap of a couple months but it is being alleged that Kayla opened up to James about her experience with Evan so the this kind of happening obviously um with that knowledge like James still like trying to
Starting point is 02:16:01 look out for Evan not a good look also evan is 20 years old so again it kind of reminds people of you know the younger boy discourse as well so when i first heard about this stuff i honestly thought it was like it was so mind-boggling that i'm like why would james charles do this it seems like so fantastical and like so over the top that it just didn't sound real but um the claims were made by um this tiktoker zach sellers and he was friends with um evan and he said that um he he came forward with like some receipts and stuff from february when he was still friends with evan and said that you know he was like manipulated and gaslit by Evan. But then once Kayla posted his video, he realized that, you know, Kayla was the victim in this situation.
Starting point is 02:16:52 And he came forward to kind of like expose some receipts. So that's why I was kind of hoping for the same thing from James. Like, look, maybe Evan was telling him some kind of tale and really spinning it and could also be, like, a victim of manipulation, too. But James hasn't come forward with a response about any of the allegations about his relationship with Evan. Yeah, and I feel like now it's, like, getting bigger. So, at first I was like, well, maybe he doesn't know about it. But now it's, like, kind of you can't know about it. Yeah, it is everywhere.
Starting point is 02:17:24 It's even in his comment section too. Is he like deleting, blocking, anything like that? Or is he just there still? There have been, some people have claimed that comments have been getting deleted or words are being blocked or whatever, but there are still some up that are like alluding to the saga, everything going on with like without saying some certain words so are they that's what i'm saying like do you have his name is his name in any of the comments not kayla's name comes up a bit too like how could you it's a lot of like how could you do this to her
Starting point is 02:17:53 why would you do this to her so it's stuff like that's a very vague right i wonder if they put their names in blocked yeah that's what i was thinking too and it's also awkward though because like he's liking comments on the tiktoks and there's, like, some – it's like, yes, love you and your dog. And then it's like, how could you do this to her? It's, like, so – the juxtaposition between the two is, like, so off-putting. Yeah, so he's, like, obviously aware of this. Yes, he has to be made aware of it. Listen, I tried to do my due diligence.
Starting point is 02:18:20 I did reach out to James for a statement. He was unable to provide one. Now, that is not an inherent – it's not an inherent omission of guilt by any means. It just means right now he's not able to provide one. Maybe he'll speak about it on his own platform or – Like legally or something. Exactly. There could be stuff behind the scenes. So it doesn't inherently mean that he is guilty of anything.
Starting point is 02:18:54 But I think it just speaks like the larger thing of, you know, it's just disappointing because James, despite everything, still has a humongous platform. It's a platform that's bigger than ours. It's a platform that he gets tens of millions of views on like every TikTok that he does. He still is a lot of premieres and red carpet events and award shows. He still does a lot of big high profile collaborations he has a very successful beauty line and i think when you have that kind of audience like it really should be regarded very preciously because it is such a privilege you won the lottery when you're an influencer yes there to michaela's point has she you, there are hard parts about being an influencer. Yes, as she said.
Starting point is 02:19:27 But at the end of the day, it is you have won the lottery. It's a job that you get paid so much for. And you honestly don't have to work as hard as a lot of people do. But it does suck to see James, when he has such a young audience, not address this fully yet. Because it is out there. If I'm hearing about it and i'm not even on tiktok like that it is getting a lot of coverage in your comment section i think that says so much it's like if your comments are asking you to talk about it or like what you know you
Starting point is 02:19:55 have to address it especially if it's a friend you know especially if it's something so serious too like i think there's just no at least some kind of denouncement of evan some people are saying that like james had joked with kayla when she told him about the breakup that like oh does that mean now i can have him so it it's hard that's it that's why it is also hard with james like kind of being silent it's like it there's so much out there and i'm sure not everything is true right because people are saying oh they are having like an intimate relationship, Evan and James. It's snowballing into something bigger. And also that's – it shouldn't be like a drama.
Starting point is 02:20:31 It shouldn't be tea or anything. Like when I first heard about Kayla's situation with Evan, I'm like, okay, it's kind of cut and dry. She's coming out about this. The story ends there. He's terrible. He should just – Evan should just be like deplatformed. Yeah. That's that.
Starting point is 02:20:46 Like take it to trial to even like secure some kind of punishment, you know. But with the James element, it is becoming like some kind of tear drama and it shouldn't be. So that's kind of disappointing as well. Yeah, because her sister was also commenting about it, right? She was saying. There was a clip of us discussing about it last episode and Kayla's sister commented that the allegations against James were true. I also reached out to Kayla for a statement on it to do my due diligence because I'm like, there's so much to work through. Kayla did give it.
Starting point is 02:21:15 She said that we can say this part, so I'll read it. She says, I'm trying to tread lightly on the situation for the time being because there are so many moving parts going on behind the scenes and i do think once court is over i will share more about the full story but i will say the people speaking on behalf of me zach my sister and friends are not lying so kayla is saying that the where this originated from zach sellers on tiktok that that is true and that what her sister's saying when commenting on yeah on the clip of just trish is also true everyone who has been speaking publicly has proof to these claims there is so much more to the story and it goes deep so she says i haven't spoken about anything yet is because i'm very focused on court right now. So. Well, did you say the comment that the sister left on ours?
Starting point is 02:22:06 Yes. You did say it. Yes. And she said everything that my sister said and Zach, the TikToker who made the claims about James is true. What was her sister's comment one more time? Because I don't know if I caught it. It was us talking about it last episode.
Starting point is 02:22:17 And it was kind of a generic breakdown of like the what James's relationship with Evan was. And I think we were saying like is this true as like was my chat just like kind of saying this stuff or whatever because it was it did sound so extreme yeah but and her sister commented all this is true shrug emoji so kayla is confirming that what zach has said and what her sister has said is true about james's relationship with evan but she does say that there is more to the story um so yeah these things are always so hard for me to comment because it's just like like you said it's like not t it's like not drama yeah it's like that's the thing
Starting point is 02:22:57 it's also it's kayla's real life yeah it's something that will live on with her for so many years it's going to court she'll have to relive this all over again like it's so heavy um that's why it's like it detours your whole life like she can't be a content creator anymore like this is like the life that she has now and how people see her yeah all of a sudden i mean it's a beautiful thing to come out about your story but then it's also tough because then you automatically become an advocate and it's like it's not like she chose to be an advocate you know but now she kind of has to be because this is her experience and she knows that she can help other people and her brand was so different than this before she was just like the silly party girl with piercings and just yeah yes um and i
Starting point is 02:23:39 really i really really do feel for her because everything that like her the videos and the photos and everything she went through is like so extreme and again it's a pattern of behavior nine months you know of dealing with this and fearing for your life is so heavy and then also now to see this all kind of play out as kind of a weird love triangle situation is so odd that's why it's like i'm not a james charles viewer or anything but I always just want the best. I don't know. I want people, like when I see someone still have such a humongous platform,
Starting point is 02:24:08 the least I hope for is that for the huge audience that you have, that you are the best you and best example you can be. Not that you're perfect, obviously. Address it. Yeah. And it's even like,
Starting point is 02:24:20 as in, he's old, like you're in your mid-20s now. You have to know if someone is an abuser that you have to just cut that out there's no excuses for it there's no there's no like oh i can this person can still be in my life you have a platform you have a responsibility to your largely young female audience to be like you shouldn't stick with people like this yeah and i think the ickiest part for me is like the advice like oh just lay low be quiet about it and it'll
Starting point is 02:24:52 blow over right it's so much more it's life-altering it's like you have a real life victim you know an alleged victim that felt like her life was in danger it's it's someone you know it's someone you're friends with both of these people you know and you're friends yeah it's like make a statement because yeah you can't just like rush under and say it has nothing to do with you so clearly yeah and i get that obviously you know to james's benefit obviously if there is like a court thing going on you do have to be very careful with what you're saying for sure but I think even just a simple like a statement like this is not true very short simple I denounce him like yeah I don't want anything to do with him some at least be like I support Kayla I think that would go it's very very simple just a simple like I never understand
Starting point is 02:25:40 people don't address these things like quickly simply yeah i think it would just go such a long way there has and i get it's like such a complicated thing when it goes into court but there has to be a simple way to be like to voice your support at least people let people know that like you stand with your says you something like this oh my god if there was even like an ounce of rumblings about me i'd be like let me just set it clear you know because there's certain things you don't address that are like silly, whatever. They're just made up and then there's certain things that are very serious. Yes.
Starting point is 02:26:09 That if they're made up or not, you need to address them. Yeah. And hearing that from Kayla too, this makes it kind of worse. Yeah. Because – Right. Just be like everything has been true from my sister and Zach. From Zach.
Starting point is 02:26:22 Yeah. Because now, again, like the receipts and stuff are very debated like oh could this have been fabricated blah blah blah because obviously that has happened james before where people yeah some of the truth some of it like fabricated you know so it is hard to work through all of it but coming straight from kayla you know or her saying no this actually is true yeah makes it a lot i don't know james needs to say something asap like like again a simple statement i support kayla denounce uh evan like you know very easy very easy yeah yeah regardless because like if there's a court thing okay fine you can still say like
Starting point is 02:26:58 this is not true like totally yeah support it that's why even like him not being able to give a statement to us i kind of i – I understood that though to a degree. I'm like, oh, well, then maybe he's going to do something on his own. Like I didn't really expect one. Right. But say something. Yeah. At least post an Instagram story.
Starting point is 02:27:15 I don't know. Like something. Instagram story at the very least you could do. Yeah. Just something. Because it's also like you can't really – you can't escape it. Like it is everywhere. It's everywhere. It's everywhere. So – Well, maybe by the time this comes out maybe i'll say something hopefully because it's april 23rd
Starting point is 02:27:33 so let's see maybe by april 24th as this goes up there'll be something yeah i hope or at least the pressure to say something because like you should maybe he doesn't know maybe he's like people are around him like you know like you said the pr people are very much like don't say anything very that yes you're not you're an influencer this is your this is what people you know you're a person people are supporting you as a person you're not a celebrity you're not an actor you're not anything like you're you deserve especially to your friend I don't know you have to say something and it's just so serious it's not you know a little it's not tea it's not like a little joke or something it's like literally someone's life was very much in danger and jeopardized yeah and it's very the proof looks
Starting point is 02:28:10 like that's out there it's very convincing yeah very convincing yeah yeah it's awful i yeah i'm glad you glad you talked about it and spoke about it it's good to bring like awareness and more you know attention to it because um you never know how to talk about these kind of things but you put it very well yeah and i'm still god i literally literally just learned about this sunday so i was sorting through all this i'm still kind of discovering new information because there's just so many tiktoks so much content out there from a lot of sites so a lot like it is like i i totally support her but i remember just saw like one video and it was like her on vacation and it was showing like blood stains on her and then him just chilling in bed after they like couldn't even
Starting point is 02:28:47 look that's what i'm saying like it's just it's a lot but i do think it's something that people should talk about and it's just like so yeah it's like sick it's like it's a hard it's hard to digest and like watch it yeah and it's hard to also finding the balance of like yes talking about it and supporting but also again not making a circus out of it too it's like a very delicate situation um that's why i'm glad we at least heard from kayla herself you know and she gave us permission to talk about it makes me feel a lot better because it's like very hard to like yeah you don't want to like speculate or be a drama yeah yeah truth always prevails and people always see especially with social media there's usually
Starting point is 02:29:25 justice that is served in some ways yeah and i'm glad she is following through getting because obviously evan is innocent until proven guilty yes there's a lot of evidence that it's not a good look and i'm glad that kayla is ready to see it all the way through and go to court yeah because as she should yeah not easy most people don't because it's so it's so much to relive like literally because you just get up there and you have to testify and then they there's people like just think about it too like you are say you are a victim and then you are on the stand and there is a really aggressive person on the other side trying to discredit everything that you've lived through and experienced like that is and sometimes those people like get away yeah they can pull the veil over people's eyes
Starting point is 02:30:10 like it is it's very scary yeah so at that age especially when she was just like this like lucky go influencer and then all of a sudden you're like i know it breaks my heart because i remember editing that interview and she's just so sweet so excited it's so it's crazy how much that experience can alter you and age you and – Oh, my God. It's awful. Yeah. It makes me want to cry thinking about it. Yeah.
Starting point is 02:30:30 Well, she has our support. Yeah. She seems to have a lot of support out there from her family. And yeah, truth always comes out even if it takes a while, even if it's not public, if it's whatever. Like it's just the law of the universe. Like things come out and the truth will prevail and hopefully get some justice for something like that okay well journalism today my goodness you're very good at
Starting point is 02:30:52 it you're so good at it i'm okay i'm not great at it but you're great at a key but you're really great at journalism too i'm trying i was a tough one i was in those dms you know the past 24 48 hours i was like let me because I wanted to be fair about it. I didn't want to just like dogpile on James not knowing anything. We never reached out to him before and now you have. Yeah. Yeah. I'm glad – especially I think Kayla was a big one.

But I just know there's resources and there's places to help. And I get emails about it all the time. And I always just like try to send numbers and stuff because I don't really know. I know it's like probably the scariest thing.
