What happened? I didn't know that. Well, I didn't know either until I woke up. Oh, well, you came in. You should have said, like, there was a fish emergency. Well, there's no fish in it yet. There was, maybe is, it's hard to say.

There was a piece of coral in there. But there was, all of a sudden, I can't see into the tank. It had an algae, a algae bloom, I guess. So everything is all green. So I do have to Trish investigate that when I get home. I'm so confused. Is this like not normal?

It is normal, like when the tank is like becoming an ecosystem or whatever. But it was shocking. It was definitely. shocking and like it looks bad because you can't see into the tank so it's like in finding you know when everything got green it goes too much yeah yeah so i got to get it under control but um there's no fish in there is it only a coral so probably the coral had some algae on it is it too warm like sometimes it's the light but also like they when the ecosystem becomes a thing because there's like bacteria and stuff in the water that has to settle it's a whole like scientific thing um so yeah

yeah any saltwater girls out there give me some help because i'm struggling this is this is tough Do you have to empty it? No, I just have to like add stuff. To balance. Yeah. Is it maybe something wrong with a tank from Facebook Marketplace? Maybe it was a knockoff or something. Payful price, you guys.

That's the message of the story. Do you think? No, it's not the tank. It's something that's alive in the water. So you just need to. It's like our pool. You remember our pool one time turned green. Yeah, it did.

We had to drain it. Like that happened. Because we had so much rain and there was so much runoff into the pool. So like I said, you get bacteria in the water. And you get bacteria in the water. it's warm and it grows really fast. But anyway, it's just like we balance the water in the pool.

He has to do that, the same thing. Find the right. Well, why is the matter if the corals in there? Well, the corals alive, so I don't want it to pass away. No fish. No way. The coral is like a plant, right? Oh, okay. So it's not like a heartbeat in there or a brain. It's alive.

It's alive. It's like a live in rock or something. Moses was a vegetarian for 15 years. Okay, and he's like, I can't eat things that are like conscious or whatever But then you're like plants are conscious so in theory you can't eat anything because everything has conscious unless you're gonna eat rocks Why are you Billy Elish now? What's Billy Elish have to do with it?

She's against quarrel I'm so confused. What's happening? She's been posting lots of stories about people shouldn't eat meat and yeah Things and people are backlashing at her. I'm like, whoa, what's going on? Everyone is fighting with everyone. Yeah. She did an interview promoting her movie and she said that her hot take is you can't say you love animals if you eat meat because the meat industry is like terrible for the

environment and for animals. And then that sparked a whole debate. I know. I feel like we shouldn't even talk. That's like worse than talking about politics. It's like I don't even know if we should weigh in on that. I know. We're not.

We're just mentioning that it's happened. Yeah, yeah, and it's like, it's one of those things where it's like everyone's got an opinion. I don't think anyone is wrong necessarily, but like people are really mad at Billy. I guess people who do love animals, but then also eat a little chicken nugget every now and then. But, I mean, it's just the girl's opinion. Is it really that big of a drama? Not to me. I just kept it moving.

So like the girl, I think she, at least she has beliefs and thoughts and a platform. and she's using it. Like, come on. Yeah, sometimes thoughts are overrated. Someone, I saw a TikTok and I say that because I say it about me. Someone did TikTok and they're like, the reason Tricia is so good at manifesting is because she's a bimbo and she like it doesn't, she doesn't think about anything. And I was like, okay.

Like, I kind of liked it. And I liked where she was going because I was like, Tricia was really intelligent. I was like, yeah, I like what she was thinking. I think like, I saw someone else talk about this too where it's like maybe just like underthink everything, you know? Like I think like so many people overthink Including me like so many things and then sometimes you just think on things and sometimes you just need to Not think at all

Kind of like Maddie in Euphoria when she's like I'm in a state of pure harmony and she really is Yeah, oh my god that is kind of you Yeah And I think if you really just feel that I think it's like Yeah I think you can manifest anything right if you have like no thoughts at all Just it just manifest like you know like I go eat at Benihana okay there's there's a meal there at Benihana. Oh, I talk about my life.

Oh, there's a life story about me. You know what I mean? I think it just all flows through you, whatever you're doing. Yeah. You know? Also, if you don't have thoughts, it means, because most people, their thoughts are negative and they work against them and they manifest bad things. That's already a good start.

You're not working against yourself. You're not constantly dwelling on negative thoughts. So that's already a good start. So stop thinking. That's my take. Separate from the Billy Eilish take. But I agree. Yeah.

People, we have lost, there's some people who are just, like, so opinionated and just say everything that comes to their mind. And then there's people who, like, are scared to share opinions. So I think maybe just somewhere in the middle is great. And I think you separate, like, opinions. Like, you can have a difference of opinion without, like, thinking someone is the worst person in the world.

Like, sometimes people just have different ideas, as long as it's not, like, morally compromising, a la James Charles Dickinson. then what's like the harm. You got to just respect that everyone's going to have a different POV sometimes. And people get so mad. I mean, I saw one TikTok where literally someone was putting like pineapples on their pizza

and people were just like literally in the comments were like pissed about it. Like generally pissed. They're just like this is insane. Like people just do this to rage bait. And then there was another group. Offensive to Hawaiians. Offensive to Italians. Yeah.

Yeah. Oh, the pizza and the pineapple combination. I didn't think about that. But yeah, I guess there's a whole group that I can fact. But people get so. mad or like kids people who want kids or people who don't have kids like people get really mad about that too it's like damn there's just no winning that's why just speak your mind

and don't check the comment speak your mind yeah right speak it offline I suppose I don't know start a podcast and speak it then at least you monetize your opinion there's ways around it for sure watch the Kevin Hart roast last night oh Okay. Their relationship, they're figuring out. I think he, I don't like to diagnose anyone, but maybe like there's maybe something wrong with him. You know what I mean? He says it himself.

Oh. All comedians are like that, huh? Theo Vaughn also says that that it's hard to find somebody. Well, he's always been. He has borderline as well. Yeah. Oh, maybe he just needs to go to like some group therapy or something. It helps.

Maybe he needs to be thoughtless too, a little, what is that called? Oh, shoot. It's been so long since I went to DBT, wise mind. He needs a little wise mind in his life. I don't know. I don't want to diagnose himself. I don't think he diagnosed himself. So I can help him.

And he's, you know, he's removing his tattoos. He's going through a whole physical and emotional journey right now since becoming a dad.

I support it. Yeah. My sister-in-law actually, speaking of mental health, at Mother's Day, she was like, and she's very, like, offline, but she, I think maybe because of a euphoria or something, she was like, you know what I love about Trisha? Is that, like, she's very open about, like, her mental health, and especially because with all the, the trauma that she must have, especially, like, as a sex worker and how she's open about that. Like, that is so commendable. And she's a child therapist, by the way, so she's very into all of that. She's like, and she was talking about, like, you BPD.

She's like, so she was explaining to my brother. She's like, yeah, like, usually it's hard to diagnose BPD until really later on, but it's not very common if you have, like, if you go through a lot of trauma. And she was, like, explaining to him, it was so sweet. Oh, my God. Shire. Is this the one I know or no? Yeah.

She's the one that came for Elvis's birthday last year, Katie. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah, we also in the gym class. Yes, yes, yes, yes. We love her. Yeah, and she's like, she's like very off lines. It was funny that she was viewing you through the mental health professional. I love that.

I wonder what made her think that. Like you said euphoria, but then it's like, how did she go from that to like? I think because the plot of euphoria being so much about like sex work and stuff. And I think she was thinking the real life ramifications of it. Oh, interesting. Yeah. That's actually so sweet. I know.

I even seen a lot of people. like comparisons like my butterfly top that I wore to Cassie's butterfly top but I was like there's a lot there's a lot there's a lot there's a smr of it all Moses is still convinced that they watched my ASMR ear video for that I was like there are like research that's they do research and they're like okay this is our prototype this is what we model it after I would I don't know if I'm honored or whatever well I love that and yeah mate is mental health awareness I should talk about it more I feel like if there's one thing I should do is probably talk about it more because I do feel like it I've been, like, thriving, and I feel like I need to talk more about, like, there's, it's,

sometimes you still, you still go through it. Sometimes you still got to recognize those triggers, and you still got to, like, work on it every single day. I do go to therapy, too. I do go to therapy once a week via Zoom. I should probably go in person. I don't know. I don't know.

How do you feel about in-person therapy? I used to go, I mean, the first time I went, I was in, like, fourth grade, and, but I didn't know it was. Like, my parents went and tell me what it was until, like, later on, when, you know, I became more conscious, I guess. I realized it was therapy, if that makes sense. So they're like, you're just going to go talk to someone. Yeah.

Okay, I kind of like that approach. My agoraphobia era. You should have that more. I feel like that's so interesting. I just don't have much memory of it. Even like, I didn't even know it was agoraphobia until like a couple years ago. Because my mom was like, yeah, when you were agoraphobic. And I was like, oh, I was agoraphobic.

Because I knew I had a thing where I was like really anxious about leaving the house. Or like, I was very triggered by like restaurants and movie theaters specifically. but I didn't know it was actually agoraphobia. Like I didn't know it was ever diagnosed. But I know when I went to therapy, like I would go in first and then my parents would go in after and do like the debrief. So I'm assuming that's when I got diagnosed, I guess. But yeah.

And then what was the cure, like exposure therapy? I guess so. Yeah. Just going out and doing it. Yeah. I mean, I got some kind of medication, I think, just for anxiety. Nothing like intense. It was kind of like an herbal, probably like maybe even like a.

a snake oil kind of thing honestly because it was like a drop that you mix in with your water it's like that's supposed to make you like less anxious or something but that was it and then yeah just like I think just talking it through but I'm sure there's like levels like some people have a goreful they really bad where they can't leave at all for me it was like very specific places oh and you know and you like love going to restaurants and movie theaters I know the only places they go wow I mean that's kind of cool that's a good like turn around you know what I mean I know yeah it's funny because like I literally did not know that I was diagnosed at that at some point.

And my mom, when she brought it up, it was like so like just, yeah. Casually, like, oh, when you're that? Yeah. When did you find out? Like, maybe two years ago. That it was actually agoraphobia. Yeah, like really recently.

Wow. Like, yeah, when you were agoraphobic, like it just came up so randomly. And I was like, okay, gag. No, for future therapy. Yeah. Yeah, well, you're just right. Like, I feel like with like borderline,

like, it is like one of those things where it's like probably hard to diagnose until like slaps you in the face, right? It's like, oh, well, this is, I think I'm when I find it. I finally got it in 2019, I think it was very, like, glaringly obvious. I think it was like, this is exactly what you have. But I'm sure there's, like, traits of everything, right?

Like, there's traits of, like, narcissism and OCD. Like, there's traits of everything, but it's, like, knowing exactly. But it really is just also, like, you kind of have to do the therapy to, like, kind of, like, the DVT was like, oh, yeah, this helped me. But it's not, it's kind of hard because it's so close to, like, bipolar, too. And it's like, there's just different things for different people. Thank you so much today's sponsor, Allipop. I know when I see, I see a lot of those edits of me

on like just like crying on the kitchen floor. No, no promotion intended, but I like I see so many of those edits and people like, this is what I'm going through right now. And it's like, damn, it was really low. It was really dark. Yeah, I think you really see it the most. I mean, when we react to like your rants about other people's when you see it.

Yeah. Like it's the one I remember the most when we reacted to Tati Dumbus Hell. that one, like you're, I don't even know how to explain it. Like, your energy is just different. Like, there is like a... Anger. It was like James Charles calling that girl bitch anger. Like, it is.

That's what I'm saying. Like, there is, and it's scary. It is scary. I remember that one. And I remember I did an Anthony Padilla one where it's like, I kind of still, like, know what I was going through at the time. How I executed my reaction was bad. Undressed man who was very famous and this was just an average day for him and this is something that happens all the time. I waited for her to leave and that line in me, that fire in me, my hair stood on end and I became ferocious. I was like, this is not happening. I had nowhere to hide.

I bolted. I hid wherever I could think to hide on a boat. There was no jumping off and swimming away. I realized that there was no one who was going to be empathetic to my situation. And this was nothing new to them. So that is like so terrifying. I know. Like you're hiding on a ship that's like out in the middle of the ocean.

And like you ran away from the situation. Like that's I wish, like I guess. So my first thing is like like why I guess why not say the name? I guess like she doesn't want it.
