pregame show as the uh the uk bat cats get ready to host west Eastern Michigan in the first round of the NCAA tournament hosted by Kentucky over at Kentucky Prout Park. First pitch is set to be about, what, 12.05, 12, 10, probably something like that. Again, we're going to lose the folks that are listening right now on 630 WLP and 790 WKRD at about 1140. Is that right, Shannon? Yes, 1140. That's when you want to switch over. If you want to hear the last segment, you've got to switch over on IHard on 1240 a.m., the Somerset affiliate.

And then Darren Hedrick and Coach Keith Madison. We'll have the call for you on 630 WLP and 790 WKRD. Second game in the Kentucky Regional is Illinois and Indiana State. So if Kentucky wins, Drew, they would play tomorrow at 6 o'clock. Is that right? Yes. Need that. I think a lot of people were counting on it being a night game.

Everybody's got their Saturday plans ready. Just need UK to win today and keep all that intact. If they lose, it'd be at noon. Now, we haven't talked about this. Let's just produce live on the air. Are we doing a watch party again tomorrow night? Yes, of course. We're doing a watch party for every game.

Okay. We're watching and we're partying. All right. All right. Well, a lot of the folks that are here already are getting relieved to the game, but a lot of folks I already talk to are staying. They're going to stay here and watch the game with us.

It was kind of obvious. We had at 11, half the place got up and headed out, and we know exactly where they're going. That's right. And a lot of people have stayed and going to watch the game here with us. All right. I'm glad we opened an hour early. Got to have a little fun there with some people

that wouldn't have stopped by otherwise. Well, Shane, that was Drew's idea. That was Drew's idea to open an hour early. We're going to be a memorial day. You were working too. Working the phones, group texts. Yeah, it was all you. But you were doing other things.

Got a great question I thought last night, and that was our homework question for tonight. This came straight from the A-Vision-glass text machine. if you had 10 championships and you could disperse them any way you wanted to any team,

how would you disperse those championships? All right. He wants to go first. Do you know? So you're saying this can be any level, any sport? Any level, any team, any sport. You already have your 10, right? I have my team.

Why don't you lead off? I have some written down, but I might do a little shuffling as you talk because I wasn't completely clear on the rule. I get it, but I might change my mind. Okay. The first one I'm giving is to the Frederick Douglas High School football team. This year for my son's senior year. He gets first. That's first and foremost.

State championship Frederick Douglas High School. He deserves one. He deserves one. Number two, I'm giving one to the Cincinnati Bengals. I've become a Bengals fan over the years. They've never won a Super Bowl. I think that town and that team and that franchise deserves a Super Bowl. I'm giving them one.

Number three, I'm also a big Indiana. Pacers fan. I think it's time for the Pacers to win a championship. Not this year. No, not this year, but you know, it's coming. I got 10 to disperse. I want to give the Pacers one. Can you, is there a way to give it to Reggie? Can Reggie be a part of this? It's one of my biggest sports, the pain that still lives with me is Reggie never got a ring. The day that the Pacers win, he needs to be on the floor presenting the trophy or something or getting a ring. I didn't know if we could go back and hand Reggie one or. Well, give him a one-day contract. Let me go.

There we go. Reggie gets his ring. That's the answer. All right, so that's three. Number four, I have to give one to the St. Louis Cardinals. I've been a Cardinal fan my whole life. I would love my dad to see one more World Championship because he's the biggest Cardinal fan I know, so that's four.

Oh, Drew got a little something special extra there for them. Looks like a two ounce. Number five, I'm giving one to the UK women's basketball team. There go. I'm going to applaud that. They've never even been to the Final Four. This program deserves a championship. so the women get one.

So I got five left. I'm giving two to the UK football team. I'm going to give them two, and then I'm giving three to the UK men's basketball team. I know they've got several already, but man, that's just what it's all about. It's UK winning championships for UK basketball, and UK football deserves a couple.

So those are my 10 that I spread out. I like those. We're going to have a lot of repeats, probably because we like a lot of the same teams. I will start. I had a similar thought process as you for my first one. I don't have a child, but I think Madisonville North Hopkins needs a Sweet 16 championship. Okay, a basketball championship.

I mean, they made it a few years ago. Remember when the whole town, everyone in Madisonville was either at KS Bar or somewhere in Lexington because everyone came here to sport that team a few years ago, came up a little short. I'm handing them the Sweet 16. We need one in that trophy case. We got Travis Ford celebrated there a couple of other. Others, we need. Frank Ramsey.

Frank, oh, yeah, Frank's got plenty of rings. Frank doesn't need help filling his trophy case. But I'm also going to give one to Maroons football. Oh, okay. Success there. We had a bit of a run a few years ago, went into the mountains, got whooped at Ears, Kentucky. We don't have to revisit that. But I'm going to hand my Madisonville Maroons two championships, one basketball, one football.

Also, my beloved Tennessee Titans, bless their hearts. We were a yard away. I don't know if we'll ever be back. two years ago we're the number one AFC seed hosting you got the buy you get Derek Henry back the pass there they lose right away to the stinking bingles so I don't know the Titans will ever even sniff

a Super Bowl again so if I'm able to hand one I'm going to give them to them now I'm getting pretty heavy on UK okay that's you got three you've given away three I've got seven left right yep I wasn't going to have UK baseball but I'm adding them because I'm caught up in the moment I didn't even think about UK baseball

This is UK baseball day. Yeah, that's one of the ones I'm kind of adding on the fly here. I had two UK footballs. I'm going to bring that down to one. Okay. Because I'm with you. The women need some love over there too. They do.

Memorial Coliseum opening. Let's go ahead and just set one welcoming one there. But they're going to win their own with Kenny Brooks soon. Okay, I think so too. They don't need mine, but mine will be there kind of just to get the case ready for the ones that are coming. So that leaves me with four. Four. This one's very easy.

UCLA has us about three titles. Tired of that. We need to be number one. Give me four to put Kentucky at 12, UCL-11. They're never getting back. Eat it. Cats have, we're already number one in most things in college basketball. That's the one thing we're trailing.

I'm giving four to Kentucky basketball just so we can get ahead of the Bruins. Be the number one overall. Put that wooden arrow behind for good. I love it. So I gave them three. I have them, I guess they would tie UCLA. You're giving them four in the win. They're rich.

They're like our best program. I know they don't need more, but it would be not. nice to put it into this UCLA having that dynasty, whether 11 in total, most of them before I was born, all of them before I was born. Now, I'm glad Shannon's going last because I'm anxious to see which way he's going to go with this. There's a couple ways Shannon could go with this. Yeah.

All right. I've got it sort of spread out more. I don't have any particular team getting more than one. So I'm just going to go one through 10 here. Let's get the obvious ones out of the way. Kentucky football. Yes. Right.

We've got to give Kentucky football a title. Yeah. Kentucky basketball has already got plenty. but let's give them one more. Okay. I've already called this Kentucky baseball team. They're going to win the whole thing. Yes, you have.

Let's make sure I'm correct and automatically guarantee them one. Okay, that's three. Sticking with baseball, but we're going to MLB, Atlanta Braves. Got to give them another one. They've only had two in my lifetime out of all the great teams they've had, 95 and 2021. So we've got to give them another one. I had a hard time leaving them off.

You know, I've always been kind of a closet pirates fan too. You know, the pirates have stuck since the years of Bonds, Baniya, and Andy Van Sinclair. like I'm going to give the Pirates one. They've struggled for a long time. They're good this year, though. NFL, of course, I've got to give my Green Bay Packers one. I knew that was coming.

And now on the backside of this, I'm going to go to all my alma maters. The places where I couldn't get it done. So I'm going to give them a title just automatically here. So Bullitties High School Baseball, State title. Yeah. Lindsay Wilson Baseball. National NAA title. Yeah.

Bellerman Baseball, NCAA. Are they D1 now? I think they're D1 and baseball. In all sports over there, aren't you now? Okay, so there you go. After Kentucky wins it this year, next year, Bellarmine gets it. And then finally, the school I wanted to go to it,

but I wasn't smart enough to go to. I'm going to give Vanderbilt basketball a title because they're never going to win it, but they can in this. So there you go. There's my 10. That's awesome. I thought Drew, Shannon may say, I'm going to give one to myself being

WWE heavyweight champion. Hold on. I'm already a champion. You can't give titles to champions already. Well, you're the radio heavyweight champion, OVW. I thought you gave yourself a W-EW-W-W-E title. Listen, the radio title is much more prestigious than any other wrestling title out there. Why would I want some low-grade title from the WWE?

Be sure to tell Cody Rhodes that. I will. Yeah, tell me sure you tell him out. I'll say, where did you get that belt from, like, Walmart? Is that one of those replicas? What is that? I'm going to throw a new wrinkle in this exercise. Okay.

Take away three championships. Oh. be a hater. Go to someone's campus or their organization and say, uh-uh, that one didn't count. One trip. We're going to UCLA,

taking their basketball titles, and boom, there you go. I'm going to start in Louisville, where they got two, but all of yours are getting taken. One's already been taken. I'm taking the other ones.

And then I'm taking Tennessee's 90s football championship, so they'll shut up too. See, you guys, we all went different directions. I went immediately to the Christian Leitner Duke game, take away Duke's title that we, It's true.

I would need a promise that his shot doesn't go in in addition to that because it wouldn't help the pain. And the 2015 take away that Duke, that was kind of our title. They'd beaten Wisconsin. So I was getting ready to take away two Duke titles. That's true. Nothing wrong with that. Take away all the Duke titles I want. But I love taking away the 98, Tennessee football title.

That's a good one to take away. You're getting that. Yeah. Let that hate out. Hate, hate, hate, hate, hey, hate. Shannon, who would you take away? You already said. UCLA, we're taking their titles.

And we were talking about high school baseball. kid was getting ready to pitch against Frederick Douglas that night, yeah. But the sunglasses, we noticed those right away. Yes, he has a good taste. And he was sure to point out, you know, their new warehouses right down here on I-64. Have you seen that? It's big. It is a big warehouse.

Yeah, it is nice. All right, a couple texts here came in on the text machine, A Vision Glass text machine. Phone lines are open. We've still got a couple open lines. We'll get to you in a minute. 859-2-2-287. First one is, I have a football question for you guys. Okay.

Would you take wins over Georgia and Texas this year? which would be monumental program-changing wins. I'm already thinking, yes. But you had to lose to Louisville and Tennessee. No, no chance in hell. I had except that. That's the flip-flop. You lose to Georgia and Tennessee, Texas to beat Louisville and Tennessee.

As much as I want to taste that celebration after beating Georgia or in Austin, and I'm going celebrating there, I just can't put my head on the pillow at night with the loss of Tennessee or Louisville. It's not right. It's not right. I mean, Tennessee beats Kentucky regularly, but you can't lose to both of them in the same season. Not when you have a good team this year. I guess I can't put my head on the pillow after losing to Tennessee in football.

That happens a lot. But no, I cannot just accept being swept. There's no scenario. Shannon? So you're guaranteeing wins over Texas, guaranteed win over Georgia, but also guaranteeing losses to Tennessee and Louisville. Yep. Now, look, Tennessee and Louisville, they're your rivals for a reason. You've got to beat those teams every season.

I think you've got to take the Louisville and Tennessee win. You can't sacrifice that for a win over Georgia and Texas. Yeah, I think we're unanimous. I think you just can't do it. And the cat's own Louisville right now. I don't even want them to have the satisfaction of being close. They got a little too close last year on their own turf. Let's get it back the way it's been in Lexington this year.

Here's a basketball text. Okay. I realize they can't play all the same number of minutes that they played last season, but the nine incoming transfers combined to average 106 points last year. I think our offense will be fine. Doubt any other Division I roster can match that number. And that doesn't even count the three incoming freshmen. Does that make you feel a little better about what this team can do offensively?

When you know they combine for a lot of points. Oh, yeah, and then a lot of these guys individually, like Braya was the best shooter in college basketball last year. There's a lot of stats if you combine their percentages, what they'd shoot as a team, just a lot of things like that looking forward that give you a lot of hope. And then kind of the downside with Pope and that offense they run is, you know, They give up a little defensively, but he made a point right away. Lamont Butler and Mari Williams were maybe the best defenders of their position in the portal. So he added a little defense to go with him.

That's what I was saying earlier. I just love how he can throw a little bit of anything at you. He'll have a starting five in a group we see a lot, but there will be games where he needs the defense in and be games where he's just trying to shoot the lights out. And he seems to have a pretty versatile group to kind of roll out different ways. 859-280-2-287. Who's up, Shannon? Blake.

Blake, go ahead, Blake. Hey guys, I know we haven't seen them play together yet, but who are, who's your all starting five and sixth man? And then also is there a sleeper on the team that we think is going to be someone that we didn't think was going to be great, but it turns out to be really good for this team. All right, thank you. Appreciate the phone call. I agree with Drew that the sleeper we're not talking about enough is Andrew Carr. I think he is going to be, I mean, he's a 6-10 guy can step out and shoot the three. And he's played already in the ACC, so he's played against good competition.

had big games against the big opponents in the UCC. Yep, so I think he would be the guy. But my starters have I had to go with, Lamont Butler at point, Kobe Bray at the two, Jackson Robinson at the three, Andrew Carr at the four, and Amari Williams at the five.

Is that the smart money on that? That's my five. And for the sixth man, I'll go Kirk Creson. I like that. He'll get a lot of minutes. Brandon Garrison, backup center. We assume backup.

That's a former McDonald's All-American that's still young. He can make a big jump. You don't know. But a guy that earlier I said no one's saying enough about Carr, I mean, he's projecting. He's going to start. I mean, I don't know that I'd call him a sleeper, even though we're not saying his name a lot.

But one I really don't think we're talking about enough is away from Oklahoma. I mean, he's very athletic. He's another guy that can bring some defense, can do a little bit of everything. Not spectacular at one thing, but, you know, he's also a guy with some years left to grow, so I think he might be able to surprise people. What about the two freshmen or, well, the three freshmen total?

Do any of three of those kind of get on the court any much at all this year? Colin Chandler is so weird with the two years off. He should. What he was doing two years ago, if he didn't have the two-year break, yes, you would just assume that guy's going to step right on and give you some minutes. I still expect that. I'm rooting so hard for Travis Perry and Trent Noah. We'll see them on down the road for sure, but I want them fighting for minutes right away.

I don't know if they'll be able to. We'll see how it translate going from Region 2 and Region 13. But it is just so nice to see them in the freshman class, two guys from home. It's been a while since we've had that. I don't know if there'll be a lot in year one, but I'm certainly rooting for it. I sure everyone listening is too. Now, Shannon, you're the music guy, and some reporter ask every baseball coach in the NCAA tournament right now what their favorite musical group was.

I saw that, yeah. Okay. I think Menj's was, was it casting crowns? Casting crowns. I was not familiar with casting crowns. I had to Google it. Christian. Christian rock group.

Yeah. Right? Counting crowns. No, casting crowns. Casting crowns. Each year you're mixing up casting crowns and counting crows. Counting crows. Yeah.

So, yeah, we got to pull for the Norse today to beat Tennessee and then the casting crowns. They have this song they play over at Kentucky Proud Park. Pop it up.

It's like a European DJ. I was playing it all over my house all morning. It's been in my head while talking to you. When we're talking about Jackson Robinson, my brain has been going, oh, pump it up. Oh, yes. Oh, yes. So maybe if we could dial that up, too.

Whose walk-up song is that? I don't even, I think they just play it. Oh, I thought of somebody's walk-up song. They have some good walk-up songs. They do. One of the pitchers has Never Leave Harlan alive. Yes. You get a wide range on the walk-up songs, but pump it up.

Kind of an unbelievable moment in American history where our former president of the United States was charged with 34 counts.

Felony. First time it's ever happened to what president has been charged with a felony. I mean, despite. Go ahead. No, no, go ahead. What's that? Go ahead.

Despite your political. Despite your political beliefs, that's almost amazing, that you have a president of the United States. Is that a direct quote? It's amazing. It's almost. Not quite amazing, but it's almost. It is, well, maybe the best word, it's unbelievable. There you go.

But they found him Donald Trump guilty on 34 counts yesterday. I'm not going to say any more about it. Well, we had to at least knowledge that that happened yesterday. I thought you're going to break it down for me. I wouldn't keep it up. Can you tell me the 34? I was in it for the memes. It was a hush money trial, Shannon.

Oh, okay. Yeah, they were trying to hide money from its campaign expenses. Yeah, yeah, Stormy Daniels. Yeah. I probably need to do a lot of research on her to make sure I can talk openly about it. See, this is where we knew this would go. This is where when we had these meetings with Matt, he gives me this look. Like, you know what to do?

I mean, I don't want to slam the kid, but you've got to throw your best guys, man. This is the NCAA tournament. You can't be messing around.

And so they're not throwing their ace. They're not throwing their number two guy. This is going with the lefty, Dominic Neiman. transfer from a small school in Connecticut. I don't want to get the wrong school. It hasn't been good lately. He had said some rough goes of it. He has a ERA of six in his last 66 innings.

Shannon. But eight and four for the year. Earlier in the year, doing a little better. He's just a bit of a funk. But that is who will get the start. I guess I understand the strategy. I just feel like you're playing with fire

by not just immediately going out there with your best. And if you end up, you know, 0-1 in the losers bracket. Now all of a sudden you got a ton of pressure on you. Yep. When I don't think that, you know, you could set yourself up better by just throwing your ace today. Let's just leave it at that.

Man, I, I don't like this at all. This is, I mean, why don't Western Michigan is a max school, but they still, they're Division I one baseball players. It's a gamble. They're a good hitters. It is a gamble. Well, let me tell you a little about them. I did more show prep, you know, I don't want this to go to waste.

Go for it. Long night. Western Michigan. They have our nation's 12th best batting average. Okay. They have two first-team All-Mack players. One has the career record for home runs at Western Michigan. He's batting nearly $400, the 397th, 20th in the country.

Cade-Sullivan. Kate Sullivan? Cade-Sullivan. First base. Junior designated hitter, C.H. Richmond is batting 384. That's top 40 in the country. He's also first-team all-Mack. And then one of their outfielder's has 15 home runs this season.

So they're kind of a hitting team. It's at a Mac level, but that's what they do. So, I mean, Kentucky rolling Neiman out there, I'm not going to say I bet the over on draft Kings. It's at 12 and a half. But I expect to be Poosier. I was thrown off by this news when it came out. I thought even talking to Keith Madison,

he didn't come out and say it, but I thought they were just going to try to get this win and not have to sweat it. But, you know, maybe he gets it done. If he doesn't, you will have to go to your rely on your bullpen depth in either the Illinois or Indiana State game tomorrow. Well, we'll see how it goes. Like Shannon said, it's kind of a gamble, kind of rolling the dice a little bit. Maybe this kid can come out and have a great game.

Shut him down. He's a preseason, All-American, by some of the publications. I mean, it's not like they're just throwing some guy in off the street. His last few starts just haven't gone well. I just like the idea of throwing your ace right away. That way you can also get them more days rest to come back and possibly play later on in the tournament if you need them. Absolutely.

Even if it's just an inning or two, if they have to go to Monday. You got, you know, Poozer could, he throws the day. He's got Saturday, Sunday to rest up a little bit. But don't you need something to hype you up a little bit? Like some of these slow walk-up song, I get it, but I need something to get my juices for a step in the box. I go blind by hooting the blowfish. How about?

The kids there are going to be seeing it. You're going to step up to the play. They're all going to be waving their arms, standing up along the fence. Now you're getting somewhere.

and I think he's showing confidence in this guy today say hey man we believe in you go out there and get the job done you can do that in the regular season but now every game counts you know if he's not on it today you got to make a change quick I went to the Tennessee game the thing is the Saturday in that series and Neiman was the pitcher and I believe it was 4-0 before the first out we're kind of thinking like how is he even still in here now

that was one scenario where I felt like Ming Geon left him in too long but these are all we're looking backwards at what Neiman has done and not done what Mingeon's done and not done. We're looking forward now. We're going to get it done today, get it done tomorrow, get it done Sunday, and not even need the Monday game. It's like that Thursday night when the news came out that Pope was going to be our coach. We were a little down, but then by the next day we're all on board, let's go. We just, we sometimes need a little food, get a little sleep, get something in

But they did announce the kickoff time to the season opening UK football game yesterday. We need to get to that before we get out of here. Yeah, I'll play Southern Miss in week one at 745. 745.

We all like a good night game, but Southern Miss, 745 is late by itself. I don't have many of those ever. But yeah, it's going to be a late first one. And you get the all-day tailgating. Yes. I think it kind of depends on who you are. If you're someone like from my side of the state where you've got to drive back, that's almost impossible.

But if you're someone local that pitches a tent and hangs out all day before the game. I think you like it. But it's, I was kind of counting on that, you know, in the past, the way the scheduling format was, you think that might be a day game, but no, we're going to be one of the late ones. It does beat the August heat, you know, playing in the evening. You beat the heat a little bit. Of course, you'll be scorching during tailgate. Very good for your first tailgate outside of the weather. I mean, some of those, we start with a noon game. You don't really get your full tailgate experience. You're going to get all day for this one. It just hurts the people that, you know, still have to travel to other parts of the state. So the first game will be at 745 against

Southern Miss. Second game against South Carolina is 3.30. 3.30 on ABC. That's the season for me. I know that's not fair to say. It's not fair to the players and team, but I think that game can really dictate the way the rest things go if it's, you know, kind of chalk the rest of the way.

And that's perfect time. You have time to tailgate and you have time to celebrate after the win. 3.30 games are the best. ABC, it's perfect. And then the third game against Georgia is at 7.30. Correct. So we know the kickoff time for the first three games. And we'll know all of them before the season starts.

That's a new change this year. They're going to announce all the kickoff times well in advance. We don't have to wait two weeks before the game to see when the kickoff time is going to be. In 11 days, they're doing another scheduled TV special where they're going to announce even more games, the noon games. Gotcha. I kind of like that. Forever it's been, we had to wait until the Monday before, and I've hated that. I mean, if you're going to like a Vandy game and you're staying in Nashville, you kind of need to know if it's at noon or at sevens.

You can make your plans. We've dealt with this for years, not knowing until a week and a half before, two weeks before. Now we're going to know pretty much the whole schedule going into the season. 859-2802-287. Still got a couple lines open. So, Shannon, who we got? Derek. Derek.

Well, I was kind of learning myself. I saw it as I was walking in, but the Herald Leader is going like a 24-7 digital,

and they're only going to have three print editions per week. and there's Sunday paper. This is the crazy part. The Sunday paper will come on Saturday. Yeah, I don't get that. Isn't that just a Saturday paper? Yes, it is a Saturday paper. Now, they say it's because of the delivery,

the postal service, not on them. But I don't know that you can call a Sunday paper, a Sunday paper if it's delivered on Saturday. And what about all those games that are played on Saturday evening, you know, they're not going to be in your Sunday paper. Nobody's going to the newspaper for the box scores, though. Right? True.

I mean, what are you going to the newspaper? your funnies. Like what else? What's left that you don't already know about by the time you get it? I used to love the Sunday paper. I told Jerry Tipton is. His column in the Sunday paper was the best thing every week. The notebook.

The notebook, yeah. But yeah, Channing's right. You know, back in the day, we used to the realtors way. We had to post all your listings in the paper. Well, nobody does that anymore, you know? So you got what, the funnies? That's about it. The Sunday paper used to be like an inch thick.

Now it's like a centimeter. A centimeter thick. Well, now you'll be. getting it a day earlier. But that is happening. Our local paper here, I'm a subscriber. It's changing a little bit, a lot of bit. Anybody else call in, Shannon?

We had a slight issue at a Dairy Queen when we were leaving Valhalla, so you could probably figure out which one it was. It was nothing compared to what happened at the Dairy Queen in Stanford, Kentucky. Have you seen this story yet?

I saw the headline. I don't know the details. Shannon, have you seen this story yet? Yeah, I'm with Drew. I saw the headline. Don't exactly know why what happened happened. But, yeah. I definitely thought of you immediately.

When I saw this. Asked everyone else. A Kentucky restaurant employee is in the hospital after being stabbed by a co-worker, according to police. Police say it happened Wednesday afternoon at the Stanford Dairy Queen, Stanford's Lincoln County. According to police, the employee was stabbed multiple times by her coworker. The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for what was described as serious injuries. Police say another employee who intervened and successfully stopped the attack was also hurt, but did not require immediate medical attention.

So I don't know what happened at that Dairy Queen in Stanford. Ran out of chocolate or cherry syrup. Maybe that's what it was. She wanted a Cherry Diet Coke. And the other employee said, get it yourself. And then chaos ensued. When I saw this headline, my first thought was that could easily say Kentucky radio host stabbed by Dairy Queen in Poi.

I did not do anything wrong that day. I was just wanting a cherry Diet Coke. and the man was a little rude. I don't think I've told you all this, but leaving Valhalla on Sunday after the championship, I had to stop and get gas on the way home. And I was at a gas station that is near a Dairy Queen. And someone in the gas station ran up to me like, Drew, is that the Dairy Queen over there?

I have a bet with my buddy. And I was like, that's the one. And he and his buddy celebrated and settled the bet right there in front of me. Your experience has last, wait, I don't know how to say that. It has a lasting effect on that community's Dairy Queen. Well, maybe it will improve how things, corporate relations and public customer relations. Maybe you saved the stabbing. Dairy Queen.

Okay, one more thing I've been waiting all week to talk about this. You know, the TBT tournament is coming in July. I mean, I don't know if you or anybody else is excited about it, but I'm really excited about it. When you see the Kentucky team that they've put together and they'll be playing here in Lexington at Rupp Arena, right? Oh, yeah. It's at Rupp Arena. It's a roster full of Kentucky guys. What else is there to do in the summer?

You go to the Legends game and you want to go to the TBT? I think this is going to be a pretty big deal when it comes in in July. Yesterday they added James Young. Yes. They're up to nine people. They had me at Duran Lamb. I think he was the second one announced. I haven't seen Duran Lamb in like 10 years.

You're telling me Duran Lamb is going to be shooting three-pointers in Rupp Arena. I am going to be there. But you also have Willie Collie Stein. Eric Bloodsoe, Reed, Travis, Andrew Harrison, Daniel, Gordon, Kellyn Grady, Marcus Tigg, and they're still adding. A couple more, I think. I don't know that, but I believe they are. That's nine guys that we all know that I think would be excited to go watch and play.

I don't even care. I did some research. They're all still playing basketball except Bloodsoe. Harrison's still over there. They should be in shape. But even if they showed up just fat and hadn't played ball in years, if you're telling me I can see those guys, a lot of them are legends. Thanks a play basketball one more time in Lexington.

Absolutely. Bledsoe and Orton, I guess, are the two oldest guys on the team. I've seen the annual. And Orton doesn't play anymore either, but I mean, still got size. Yeah, he still looks he's fairly getting good shape. He lives there in Lexington. You see him once in a while. Yep, but Duran Lambs still out there getting checks.

Andrew Harrison out there, Mark Steak, still playing. I think there could be a very good group, and I'm just excited to see a blend of the early Cal years, all that success they had kind of coming together to play in this tournament. So we need to figure out how we can get our show down there. Mario is all right. Mario's going to take care of us. That is nice summer content for someone who has to come up with summer content.

That's the TBT tournament week. We're out there every day. I won't speak for them, but we're going to do our best to get players on here to have interviews. Correct. Hopefully, Duran Lamb. Maybe Willie, do some Bahamas stories, but that's a cool thing coming in July. Shannon says we got one more caller before we get out of here. Who we got, Shannon?
