The only person who doesn't have an opinion is right. Yeah, I checked out, you made my head hurt. No, he said.01%. He had an opinion. Yeah, he did. I think we objectively know his opinion. Okay, I'm a little off. But besides that, we'll see. You got all these people doing all this fancy math, Gazintas and carry the ones. No one ever said the word Gazenta.

That's not a word that was said by anyone. We are here at KS. Bar and Grill 8-59-280-22-87. Kentucky is getting ready to play Troy. Friday night, 7 o'clock. Are you glad, by the way, Ryan, that we're going to get to watch a day of games without losing? You know, we lost to St. Peters and Oakland both on the first day of the tournament and didn't even get to Friday. I can tell you this bar felt the effects of that.

Are you glad that we at least get one day of tournament? Plus a day in Lexington of tournament. And this is, you know, some of our favorite days of the year. But after Kentucky got beat those first two rounds, Kentucky people kind of check out. They don't even really pay much attention to it. I believe me, I know that. Yeah.

Remember we had the big watch party here last year? That didn't go so well. People left here like they had died, like they saw somebody die. It was awful. Yeah. So we get a whole day of it. Yeah. And I would say if we were to win, I would think we would be, you know, they put a prime CBS slot on Sunday.

It's like their big game. And if you look at the possibilities of games, Duke, Duke Yukon and Kansas, Arkansas are going to have to be on Saturday. So, like, I'd say we probably would get that, like, 4, 35 o'clock slot. So, you know, I think if you're playing in the games, if we, there's no way for us not to have. have a marquee game. Right. Kentucky, Illinois is a marquee game. Kentucky, Texas is a marquee game.

Kentucky Xavier might not be. They might put us earlier or later in the day if we play Xavier. But if we play Texas or Illinois, I think we'll end up getting the marquee game on Sunday and you're going to end up having two kind of primetime games. Yeah, my first thought when the draw came out, wasn't even about the opponent. It was the Friday night game because I remember last year in Pittsburgh, we had friends there hadn't seen a while. We had a whole day planned on Friday to watch games to the casino.

and then I wake up and people are already changing flights and we're all gone before we even got to the weekend. It was so much exciting times ahead. So not that I think Kentucky is going to lose, but it is comfortable knowing you can get a whole day and not having to sweat anything. All right, I want to do two quick things here talking about if you like to have fun. All right? So let's say you're here in Lexington and you want to go to the games. Yes. Oddly, the tickets for these games in Lexington are oddly cheaper than the ones in Milwaukee,

which I would have never believed because Tennessee, Louisville, and all. Auburn are all close. But right now, if you go on the tickets for our, the tickets for our game Friday night, right now the cheapest ticket on Stubb is $200. The cheapest? The cheapest. That shocked me.

I thought those tickets wouldn't be hard to get there. $200 for the cheapest. I thought people were paying in Nashville for the SEC tournament. But anyway, so here's who's going to be here. Okay. All right. Tell me what we think about these fan bases. Auburn's going to be in Lexington.

They were just here in football season. Yeah, they'll bring a lot of, they'll bring a big crowd. There'll be a lot of orange in this town. So you like having Auburn here. Alabama State or St. Francis, will they bring a lot of people? Parents, girlfriends. Alabama State, though, could end up playing a team from Alabama? That's kind of interesting, right?

Of the two, I would watch Alabama State to travel better there. Do you think Louisville gets a big crowd here? I think this may be the biggest Louisville crowd we've ever had at Rupertina. They don't even go to their home football or basketball. got a little better as the year one on. As the year went on, they ended up at the end of the year getting pretty good crowd. They had a good crowd. The ACCC tournament, it looked like the other night.

So do you think there'll be 10,000 Louisville fans here? It's too high. I know a lot of people who bought Lexington and regional tickets a long time ago, not even caring who's going to be here. So I wonder how much of just a local crowd. They might know Louisville fans to give them to. Could. Or they could be a Kentucky fan who will not budge and give them up to go root against.

I think it would be interesting. When they won the national team, title. They played their first and second round games here that year. And they had a massive crowd here. Yeah, they did. I think it'll be interesting to see if they do this year. Because if I were them, like this team really is an, it's an amazing thing what that team has done, even though if I don't know how good they are for real, but you would think the people will come, but maybe they won't. I was wondering, I guess as the home team, do they get to use our beautiful Final Four locker room? I don't want them in there. No, so they make four. Okay. So,

Auburn will get to use our final four locker room. I love that either, but I guess somebody has to use it. Now, this winner goes to Atlanta, right? Yes. So maybe Auburn fans are not going to come to Lexington, saving up to go to Atlanta the following week. The Louisville Creighton game will be tough. Here's Creighton. They travel better than you think.

Creighton actually has a lot of fans, and Omaha's not that far. I mean, Omaha is definitely drivable. I think you'll be surprised how many fans Creighton has here. Creighton had a big crowd of the Big East championship game against St. John's, yeah, they'll bring a Creighton group here. The only blue in the whole tournament will be them. They've been to two straight Sweet 16s. They get into this tournament, too.

Tennessee, a lot of people. Plus, they play Thursday night, so I think people will drive up during the day. Thursday, you think there's a lot of Tennessee? Tobacco retailers are guaranteed. There'll be a lot of women up here chewing their tobacco. So tobacco sales will skyrocket in this town this weekend. Are they guaranteeing? Yes, guarantee.

They were guaranteed. All right, Wofford. You know, Wofford's got that 43-year. old dude that shoots granny shots on the team. He's going to be in Lexington. That's Dwight Perry. He'll have a... Oh, that's right. Dwight Perry is going to be here. He has a chance to do the funniest thing and knock the balls out as we're all sweating about this potential indie matchup.

Right now, he's remembered as the guy who was, you know, an accidental starter. He can change his legacy by beat Tennessee. If Wofford were to beat Tennessee, do we hang up Dwight Perry's jersey in the rafter? No name on it because right in the end he didn't have a name on that one. Just an anonymous jersey. Yeah, no name. No name. Was it number 30, you said?

30. Yeah, I mean, that would be hilarious. Fear to pull that off, especially with the guy we talked about the underage. Now, the other game, though, UCLA, they'll have nobody here. Nobody. Nobody. I mean, is there one UCLA fan that lives in Lexington? Do you know a UCLA fan?

I do not. I don't know one single UCLA fan. I don't think I do either. I don't think I do either. I don't, I know one guy that's UCLA. UCLA fan. I went to law school with him, but he lives in D.C. I don't know. I don't know a UCLA fan. Low turnout for the Bruins. What about Utah State? You think they have a lot? You think that the Mormons will travel? Like I said, family and girlfriends, that'll be it for them. They play each other. You want to talk about a game where good seats are still available.

UCLA, Utah State, and Lexington? I mean, it's not going to be. Who's the second game that day? I'm not sure the order. I'm not sure the order. Yeah. All right. So let's talk. real quick about our session. Okay? So we've got the teams we know. Wisconsin will be there. You excited to watch them? I don't think any of us like Wisconsin at all, so we'll be cheering against.

All of the UK will be cheering against Wisconsin. Wait a minute. Hang on just a second. They're in Milwaukee, right? Wisconsin. Madison. No, I know, but like they're playing in Milwaukee? I guess they are.

Is Wisconsin playing in Milwaukee? Because this goes back to the ticket thing. That could explain it if they are. Uh-huh. If they're playing Sunday while we're playing, that ticket might be $9 million. So smart. Are they in Milwaukee? Oh, look it up.

They're in Denver. Okay, who's the other team in Milwaukee? Michigan State. So Michigan State is in Milwaukee. North Carolina could be in Milwaukee. But Michigan State, they'll have a lot of people. They definitely will. The Marquette.

Marquette, wait a minute. Marquette's in Milwaukee. They didn't make Michigan. State played Marquette in Milwaukee, did they? Marquette's in Cleveland. So who's the other team in Milwaukee? We got Ole Miss in Milwaukee. Illinois. Iowa State, Lipscomb. Iowa State. Okay, the other big seat is Iowa State. Also, the UCLA, Utah State is the late 930 game in Lexington. That really will be. That place is going to be. Oh, my. UCLA, Utah State at 930 in Lexington.

There's going to be no one there. There's a Tennessee team. Tennessee plays first. Their fans will all leave. Yes. They'll go getting hammered. Honestly, you could go roll naked up and down the aisles during UCLA, Utah State, and no one will be there. You could buy a ticket on the street for $5, maybe a dollar. Except you can't because Tennessee will have played for the session.

So, like, it's just going to be an empty arena, like, just completely empty. They should work something out where local people can just go here. Wear a Utah t-shirt and try to act like we have a crowd here. Unbelievable. All right, 859-280-202. 287, who's next? Mike. Mike, go ahead, Mike.

Hey, how you know, Matt? I'm good. Listen, I just want to let's know. This was about the Waffle House. You'll allow me to have a comment about them. We were down Nashville last weekend, last week, and we stayed at the Opperland, we ate at Waffle House there on McAvac Pike, and it was really good. And we ate it on the day that we beat Oklahoma.

So if the superstitious eat at a Waffle House on the day, you're supposed to play somebody, and maybe you'll, you know, maybe you win. So are you saying, sir, you think because you ate at Waffle House and we won, that we should all eat at Waffle House and then we'll win? Well, that could be a superstition. I don't know. I think it's just a happenstance. but anyway, I love Wawful House.

All right, well, I appreciate the call. I have something we forgot about Auburn, too, going back to that. Auburn baseball plays here Friday to Sunday. Their basketball games Thursday. You're a big Auburn fan. What a weekend to come to take over Lexington. But that stinks for our baseball team. It does.

Our baseball team gets a home series against Auburn, and then Auburn's playing here in basketball. They'll need something to do on their off days. Oh, no, that's going to be. Well, maybe we should be marketing this bar to Auburn fans. No, that's right. They'll have a ton of people here for that. That's our opening SEC series and might have a road crowd.

My goodness. And they're ranked 16th in the country. No, Minji owns got to be like, are you kidding me? I get a home series and then that fan base ends up here? I mean, think about that playing out for them, though. Imagine if we went somewhere in Kentucky baseball happened to be in town. That'd be such a fun weekend. That's brutal.

That's absolutely brutal. I did not know that. That's a shame because all the Auburn fans that are here in town for basketball have nothing to do during those off days. They'll go to that baseball game and make Kentucky Proud Park Orange. That's nasty. That's brutal. All right, let's go quickly here through the direction.

There's somebody standing there at UK right now going, will Mark Pope pay for my gas to go to Milwaukee? I liked right after he said it. He was like, oh, no, wait, I just remembered. I had a great idea to buy ice cream this one time, and that backfired cost me a lot more than I expected. Yeah, well, the gas is going to be a lot more than that if people took up for it. I wondered if Leanne was over in the background, waving her arms.

No, no, be quiet, be quiet. I like that, though. I like the excitement. I mean, I don't, I'm going to guess nobody takes it seriously, or maybe they do. I don't know. But, like, I just think it's cool. He has that kind of energy says, come get in the car, come to walkie. I got you gas.

I think it would be cool if he did. I mean, he obviously can't just take calls and meet people to fill up their gas. I mean, he will fill you up on Broadway. We know if his wife friends out. I think he has an opportunity to get with, like, Clarks or someone, and leave little gift cards around town. He should do that. Now, that actually is a great idea. Go to Clark's puppet shop.

This is a good story for the fan base.

I'm going to post this picture a little later on in the day. So Kobe Brea, there's a guy in town here, True Blue Customs. He makes, he takes shoes and he customs shoes. He's done a bunch for me. He does it for a lot of the players. He actually does it for athletes all over the country. But Kobe Brea was at the guy's house that does it to pick up his shoes. I guess the shoes he's going to maybe wear for,

for the tournament. You got to give the dude who did this a little bit of guts. I don't know. He wrote me. He's the one that told me about this. But he sees Kobe Bray in his neighborhood picking up these shoes. And he hollers at him and goes, hey, Kobe, my mom lives right here. She's a huge fan.

Would you say hi to her? Now, if somebody did that to me? Like, I'd go, I don't know. I'd be like, oh, man. Yeah. Or Kobe Brea, what a nice kid. He goes, walks down the road, apparently like a couple blocks. Walks to the mother's house, knocks on the door.

Kobe Brea is his mom's favorite player. Knocks on the door. Imagine mom. She just opens the door and there is Kobe Brea. Like he's just standing at the door. I have a picture I'll post later of the two of them. Again, that's a little thing, but that has. had to be huge for the mom.

Kobe Brayas shows up at this woman's door. Drew, I just like this team because it feels like they do things like that. I know other players have done it. I'm not going to act like they're the first ones, but they just seems like there's a lot of that with this group, which makes it easier to, easy to root for. Yeah, also, it was her birthday the day before. So, I mean, awesome timing on that.

Sound like she almost passed out thinking she'd won the lottery or something with Kobe Braia just showing up. But, I mean, I don't know how many people have done that. The guy said, were you just follow me home? Yeah, just because we should go to my house. So when you grab 10 and you eat them all at the same time, you have to add up each probability of 1 divided by 99, 1 divided by 98, 1. You have to add all that up. And it comes out to about 10.5%. There's a huge debate right now. There's a huge debate right now between we didn't go into it, what you said, 10 and a half. and Drew's 10%. And I feel like I still don't know what the exact answer is.

Because, you know, Drew's picking 10 and just eating them all. Is it that 100 at 1 time? If you eat 100 at one time, it's 100% right? Correct. There's a 100% chance of you getting the poison grape. But if you eat one at a time,

like it goes down, the percentage goes down. So you have to add up each of those percentages is when you throw 10 in your mouth? Well, it's either 10 or 10 and a half. And I appreciate the call. I go back and forth in my head. I'm not just going to believe you just because you say it, sir.

She has been in Special Olympics for quite a while. She has a condition, Matt, where she ages on the inside, but not on the outside. If you were to see her, she looks like she's about 15 years old, but she's actually 34. And she's been in the Special Olympics adult for a while. Where did she learn to ski? Where did she learn to ski? There's two different groups down here in Moorhead. There's one around County Special Olympics, but there's also another one that really works on the talent they have.

And it's called the Superheroes Special Olympics. It's a special group that takes kids or young adults and they train them. And if they do have a talent, and some of these kids are extremely talented. Again, you're not answering my question. Where did she ski? Is there anywhere to ski in Moorhead? No, there's no place to ski in Moorhead. This group took her and taught her how to ski and took her different places across the country.

Wow. And taught her how to ski. And she goes over there, and she actually won a bronze and a gold. And, but we're having a special thing for tonight in Moorhead. That's awesome. What's her name? What's her name again, Jim? Our name is Desiree Nickel.

When I was a kid, when the teacher would do that, they'd roll that TV out there on the wheels, and I thought that was the coolest thing in the world. So yes, Ryan, play the games on the projector. You'll be the best teacher in the school. I mean, what else you're going to do? Give them a break. Let them roll the TV in and watch the basketball games. I can't tell you a grade I got in seventh grade,

but I know the exact desk I was sitting in when Bryce Drew hit his shot, and I remember the teacher rolling the TV out for that, and our class going crazy, absolutely you need to watch the NCAA tournament in school. Yeah, I definitely think you want to do that. I'll tell you something kind of interesting. So, you know, we built this TikTok account, the KSR, the show, TikTok account from zero. And by we, I mean, it's Mario makes these videos.

We now have 26,000 some followers. When you get to 25,000, TikTok starts putting you in this thing where businesses can contact you because you're now officially an influencer. So I just want you to know that officially we're influencers. So we've started to get these messages from people who want us to do TikToks that are like endorsements. And I'm having to work it out with IHeart because technically, you know, it's a show account and all this. But the things people want us to endorse are very funny. And this is why Ryan can't be in charge Because he would say yes to all of

Sure, why not? He would be like any, he'd be putting things in his ears Like he would be doing whatever And so we've decided, I told Mario Don't ask, don't tell Ryan anything Until you run it by me Because otherwise Ryan is going to end up endorsing Every product under the sun for like $30.

Why not? Because, you know, Would you like the answer to that? Yeah. When you endorse everything, you downgrade the value of the brand. Like you can't just be on every, you have to be careful so that you keep the value of the brand up. That's why you select just like one HVAC company, one plumbing company, one roofing company. No, no, that's not what it means.

You don't do everything. You don't do every type of thing because then it stops being, you know what I mean? it stops being valuable because they're like Ryan will shill for anything. If they pay me. But that's not the view you can have. You're not a corporate slut. Yeah, he is. I'm close.

If you're on every commercial, they're less likely to go buy these products. Ryan, you can't be a corporate slut. You have to like, Ryan Lemon has value. And they said they watched, they looked outside and they saw Ryan roaming around looking for the, apartment and that you kept looking and kept looking and kept looking and it didn't look like you

can find it it was very hard to find and so the person was like i got to see how this ends and they said at one point ryan just shrugged his shoulders and just dropped it on it like just in front of a random apartment is that true story no it's not okay i think i put it down to call the person i had to call them i couldn't find their apartment then i picked it back up and so you didn't just leave it on the ground no no i would have liked it though if you did that. But I did have to put it down to get my phone out to call the person. Some of these apartment complexes, it's confusing as hell to try to find an apartment. I can't find Mario's apartment. I've driving circles when I go to meet him to stuff.
