Let's get going here with some new stuff. First of all, the UK Hall of Fame announced its class of 2025. Let's go through who we got here. We got Josh Allen is the first one. I think he's the headliner. Where would you rank Ryan, best defensive players in UK football history? Where would you put Josh Allen? Is he number one?

I think your top three are Arch Steele, Dennis Johnson, and Josh Allen. And what order you put them in? I'm not for sure. That would be your top three. It would be my top three. Yeah, Art Stills, those are a good three. I think I'd go maybe Art Still, Josh Allen, Dennis, John. That's pretty fair.

What do you think? It's Allen or Art for me. They're on their own tier, even though Dennis is just right up there with him. Although, what's up? Where was Dennis picked? He was really hot. You're thinking of Dwayne Robertson. Oh, okay.

But, no, but it's Art Still and Josh. By the way, great story this week about Josh Allen's son. Yes, it was. Who has cancer and who's now in recovery. recovery. There's a lot of, been a lot of news reports. I think CBS did a story about him. Very nice. Now it's last night he's cancer-free. That's awesome. Saul Wesley. Yeah. Seven years old. Seven years old. Went famous when he got drafted, took him on the stage to meet the commissioner. He was like the star of the draft.

Oh, that's right. Yes. And he's also ended up being a great NFL player. I mean, he's one of the he's become one of the highest paid players in the league. So Josh Allen, that's a no-brainer. Let me read the other ones. Abby, Cheek, Ramsey. She's one of the best. softball players to ever play here, right? Yeah, absolutely. I did not know who Sonia Hahn, the tennis player is it. Did you? Don't know much about her. I don't. I learned last night pictures in black and white, so it must be, must have been a while, but congratulations to her. Doug Flynn, we all know the baseball player in longtime red and then Lexington native. A few people remember, he played on the freshman UK basketball team when he was here playing

baseball. I didn't know that. Yes. Yes. Yeah, he played baseball and basketball here. McKay Labs. Deserved. Yeah. Okay, yeah, totally. Michaela Epps, I mean, when you're talking best women's players at you, Kay, Valerie Steele, Ron Howard. Victoria Dunlap and Michaela Epps. Those are probably the four, right? George Aymour was really good, but I only here a year. But those are probably the four, right?

And when everybody else bolted, Michaela stayed here to help, you know, rebuild the program with Matthew Mitchell. So, yeah, proud of that. And then Carl Towns, who let me just say, totally cool with. it. Surprise, though, that he's the next one in. Because who's in from the Cal era? You've got Davis and Wall, right? Yeah.

I think that might be it. I think that's it. Might be it. I think it's Davis and Wall. I would have thought Brandon Knight would be next. Because I, to me, again, I love Carl and I have no problem with Carl being in. And I think one day Carl was going to be in. But, like, Carl wasn't even the best player on that team.

right. Willie was the best player on that team. Willie almost one player of the year. Willie was first team All-American. I think Willie should go before Carl. I think Brandon Knight should go next if you're kind of doing chronologically. Because here's the thing. You're going to have to sit and think who makes the Hall of Fame from the Calair? Because I think the UK Hall of Fame has got to take a step back and say, all right, what are we going to do about to Calier? There's so many good dudes here.

And are we going to sit and talk about what they became? or what they were here. Right. Because those are two different conversations. With Anthony Davis and John Wall, they're easy because they check the box for both. Right? Yes. But then what are you going to do?

Because you have this group of guys who were great here. Brandon Knight, Willie Cawley Stein, Tyler Ullis, Oscar. Oscar. Those are the four that kind of stick out. And then you have this other group of guys who. who were good to very good here, but their real impact came after. So you're talking Carl,

Devin Booker, right? Shea. She's a great example. What are you going to do with Shea? Like, I mean, Shay, you know, I don't know. And I think the UK Hall of Fame has to sit and think about that.

Because if it's about what you did at UK, I don't know how you can put Carl in over Willie. Right? I really even put Shee in it. all. Or Pachet and or Devin Booker at all. I mean, Devin Booker didn't start.

I mean, the Harrison twins have a much stronger legacy here than Devin Booker. If it's what you're doing here, Aaron Harrison is ahead of a lot of people. Yeah. So, like, I think, I don't know even who's on the UK Hall of Fame board, but like, when I saw Carl, I kind of wonder if what's going to end up happening is they're going to skip over the Brandon Knights of the world, which I think is a shame.

Because objectively, Brandon Knight was a best. better player than Carl Anthony Towns at Kentucky. Now, Carl was infinitely better in the NBA, but what does it mean to be a UK Hall of Famer? Is it what you did here, or is it what you did there? And I think that's something they've got to figure it out. And maybe it's going to be, that's what you did there, at which point we're just going to have the best NBA players of all time. But then what happens to Brandon Knight? What happens, I mean, I think Tyler Ullis will get in because everybody loves him, but will Willie get in? You know, Oscar will probably get in, but I do wonder, I feel like Brandon

and Willie have a real chance to get passed over and I don't think they should, but I think they might, based on this. I love Carl. I have several names I would have put ahead of him, including Uly Uly, Oscar,

Brandon. People you've named, but I would put Uly, Osker, and Willie way ahead of him. Those are Ullis, SEC Player of the Year and SEC defensive player of the year. And everything that came with, it was leadership, being the little guy. Oscar will get in because he was national player of the year.

And his records will stand forever. Yes. Willie was Consensus First Team All-American on the team Carl was on. Carl was second team, but wasn't even consensus. Well, like, what about like Fox? Or Bam? Okay, Fox Monk, and Bam. Bam was the third best of that group.

But Bam's going to end up being the best pro. Yes. Do you put him Bam? Or do you put in Fox? Monk might have been the best college player of the group. You put in him. I don't know. I mean, I don't know what you do with those guys. And I hope they end up having like a consistent way to deal with this

because I kind of don't think they will. Are you going to put in Tyrese Maxie? Are you going to put in a manual quickly? You know, I mean, or are you going to put in none of them? I don't know. I don't know what you do. And they've got to make some exception somewhere. or not who else will be there from the Calera than the guys we just talked about.

Or you're going to have 25 guys in if you're not careful. My biggest complaint, who cares? Because this Hall of Fame is so dumb. There's not a Hall of Fame. There's not even a website. They do this email once a year and have a dinner that people can't even go to. There's not a Hall of Fame. You mean they don't even have a website?

It's links to all the emails they send. It's just like a bullet list. Yeah, and they need to fix that. I mean, there's nothing honoring them. We need to have something. I mean, this is you, like this is, that's a really good point. This is the website. Why don't we have?

It's a list of links to emails they send out. You got to do a better website. See, you got to do a better website than that. Like, how do you not have, that's, that's, that's, I enjoyed that. To pay them a compliment, the video they did with Mitch Conner, by that was very cool. But there has to be something. But they, yeah, you've got to have some sort of something that makes it to where, you know, this, this athletic program is too, like, too historic to not have a place. Like if I'm any of these people, you know, if one of the 2013 inductees has a child,

they should have a place that they could go take their child to show them in the thing. No, just forward an email. Yeah, just for them. Just for them. Oh, well, Mom, are you on the website? Well, here's the inductee page, but my name's not on. They just redid Memorial Colcim. They should have made an area over there, you know, make a little Hall of Fame room or something.

I understand they're busy. We have a Hall of Fame at OVW. Like, you can do it. It's not, you know, it's not that hard. And just start with a website. Those aren't that hard. You could have that done by next week. I do wonder what you're going to do with the Cal era.

Because who should get in in the Cal era? Like you said, you can have a handful of guys or a bunch. But if Carl Towns is third, then I really don't sort of know what the criteria is. And I, you know, I think you have to wait 10 years from when you play. So that means right now the only people eligible are, that contenders would be Wall Patrick Patterson DeMarcusons

Carl I think Carl's an odd third choice for that I just I do even though I love him just odd to me Townsend go ahead Townsend Go ahead, Towns. Hey, Matt.

I heard it was asking and thanks Thursday, so I got real motivated to call. I do have a life advice question. Okay. My next door neighbors, very kind of set of ladies. Their set of sisters, probably in about 50 years old. Whenever they mow their yard, they do not do any trimming along the sidewalk or the street. Is it rude of me for the next time I mow and trim to just kind of keep on doing it maybe with the sense of urgency down the line? No, you mean, is it rude of you?

I think he was doing that on fire. Motivated. Is it rude to mow other people's yards or help, especially if it's, I think, women, help, like the trip? I don't think it is. No, I think you'd be in a good neighbor. But do you, but that's a great follow-up. Should they ask? Yes, absolutely.

You think you should ask if you trim the sidewalk? Trimming sidewalks a little bit. Some people don't want their yard mode. I grow mine out. My neighbor cuts it short. Sometimes he cuts into mine. I'm like, back off. I like my grass tall. So I would check with them. I appreciate the call, Townsend. Thanks. Trimming the sidewalks. Let's say they've mowed and they just didn't trim the sidewalks. That's not like a choice. That's not like a, I like to have weeds on the sidewalks. I mean, I would still tell them like a knock. Like, hey, right here, I can knock this out in 15 minutes.

but that might embarrass them. They may not, their weed eater may be broken. Maybe they don't have a weed eater. Maybe they wouldn't appreciate it. If somebody knocked on your door and said, hey. No, can I get across for free? I would say, knock yourself out. Here's a beer.

Go for it, buddy. Yeah. So, you, all right, what about in my Louisville house right now, the next door neighbor seems to be to refusing to mow the grass? It's like, hideous. Call the mayor. Do you, but what if I, I'm not going to mow it, but what if the person that I get to mow it can they just mow it? And these are old people.

Like these are old people. I mean, I would tell them. They're going to turn you down. But is there a choice to I'm not going to mow my grass? First of all, you have to mow your grass. You can get a fine. Absolutely. So if you just did it for them,

like let's say it's hideous. Can you just do it? There's neighborhoods all over the Lexington. Every city that that happens all the time. the neighbors grass grows so high so somebody just gets tired of looking at it

they just go mow it for them do they that happens a lot oh yeah but what is that I mean like what's the downside like is somebody really

going to come no I wanted this jungle of grass in my yard you think they would say that no I'm just saying if you're doing it a simple knock

while you're there to be like hey I'm out here I'm out here but it might also be like some like Ryan saying there might be some like tension

and why aren't you doing it it's just easier just to do it Just go do it. Knock it out. Well, as far as what he asked, the trimming the sidewalks, I think you can just do that. Yeah. Do you?

Well, they're 50-year-old ladies. They didn't want to get out in the hot sun this time of year to do it. Let me ask you another question. Do you all think when someone mows their grass and shoots the clippings onto the sidewalk that's rude? Yeah, I always clean mine up. I think that's very weird. I get the street or something. I get all the way in the middle of the street and make sure I don't do anything out there.

I actually would just say, just do it to where you shoot it back in your yard. Yeah. Just run your mower over the sidewalk and blow it back. in the yard. I was walking yesterday and there were multiple sidewalks that had clippings on the sidewalk. And I just think that's, I mean, again, I'm not, you know, from the gilded age. But I just think that's the most rude thing in the world to just send your clippings out onto the sidewalk. That's my favorite part of my mo, because I go to the fridge and get a beer and then my, my, my blower. And that's almost like my come down from the mow.

I'm doing it slow. I'm sipping a beer while I'm blowing off the street. So we all agree that's rude. Yes. That's rude, isn't it? Yeah, yeah, you got to take care of that. You got to take care of it. I agree. We'll take a break. 859-280, 2287.

All right, so apparently Mitch Barnhart last night gave an interview where he said that the reason it's only what you did in college. So if that's the case, there's no, I mean, again, loving, but Carl's not the pit. Again, let's say you have to have been out for 10 years, okay? So that means we can only get players from 2015 prior.

I think you could make a strong argument that all of these guys have a better case than Carl. All, Cousins is in too, apparently. So Wall Cousins and Davis are in. Cousins got inducted the year of COVID. So I guess there probably wasn't as big a. announcement. Wall, Cousins, and Davis. Fine. All should be in. Brandon Knight should be in before Carl. Julius Randall should be in before Carl. I mean, they, I would say Willie certainly should be in before Carl. There's an argument the twins should be in before Carl.

If you're just talking about what they did at Kentucky, if you're only talking about what they did at Kentucky, I think there's a very strong argument that I would go, Willie Knight, Randall, for sure, and twins probably. I love Carl, but now we know it's college only, I think I do put the twins ahead of him. They went to the Final Four twice. We all know Aaron's run. I mean, yes, Carl, number one pick, better potential, still had a great year, but they had two years of leading Kentucky to the Final Four. And let's be honest, for most of that season were better than Carl.

Now, by the end, I think Carl was better. by the last month or two of the year. So I don't know, I don't know how Mitch can get up here to say it's about what you did in college. I guess the argument for Carl would be by the end of that year he was really, really good. Probably the team's best player by the end of the year. And he was the number one pick. But we're not counting that.

But we're not supposed to count what they did in the NBA. And a lot of times guys get picked that aren't as good as the other players because it's about NBA potential. It's not about college. So I guess that's the argument. Carl, by the end of the season, was the best player on the best team around. So if you're considering draft pick, Reed was third. Great point.

Okay, so who had a better college career? Antonio Reeves or Reed Shepherd? I think you've got to say Antonio Reeves. But if you're going by draft picks, Reed is the one in and Antonio Reeves is not. But if the criteria is, we're not thinking about that. Anything past their last game, doesn't matter. Again, I mean, I'm not going to sit there and look at, of all the things we have to talk to Mitch Barnard about. Why did Carl?

Because it makes me sound like I don't want him to be in. I want Carl to be in. I think he actually, Carl should be in at some point because it does matter that he was the number one pick and all that. But these guys should be in before. I mean, it's just. We're just trying to understand the criteria, really. Yeah. I don't know that.

I think the criteria is often what everybody in that room thinks that day. Sure. Which is, that's okay too, I guess. Marcus, go ahead, Marcus. Marcus. Yes, Matt. I'm the Duhar Duke fan that called before. I listened to about 85% of the shows,

and you guys obviously feel like family, even though I'm a Duke fan. I just wanted to get an update. I haven't heard from the Great American John Short in a while, and I just wanted to, you know, make sure he was okay. Called the pre-show this morning. He's good. Yeah, he doesn't like, John is not a holder.

He does not like to hold. And so he, I think, likes the pre-show because they get to him quick. He only holds for 30 minutes on the pre-show. show. So, yeah. So that's, but yes. And I think also there might appreciate the call. Somebody told me there might be like some political show he likes right now. So we may have lost him for a little bit. He listens to our show and another political show at the same time. I don't know how he does that. He listens to two radio shows. He listens to both at the same time. Yeah, I told him to dump that other radio show and just listen to us. He'll sometimes call the pregame football and basketball shows. Yeah, he does. So, yeah. So he, but yes, I thank you for asking and a Duke fan. listens. That's kind of awesome. Who's next? Let's go to Stacy. Stacy, go ahead, Stacy.

I was a security guard at Ruff Arena for 17 years, and I got to know a lot of the U.K. staff pretty close, and they have gifted me some things, and I thought maybe you might be interested in them. I'm just trying to downsize my collection. I have a teen photo that's matted of the 82, 83 season. That's the one with the Twin Towers. and Skywalker. Okay. I have one of the 84-85 season, and then one of Tubby's from 98-99, which is the year after the championship.

And my question to you is, would you be interested in taking those just so I can get them to somebody who is a fan? Sure. Just so I'll take them. We might put one of them in the bar. Sure. I'd love to have them. I think that would be cool.

If you want to, when we reopen the bar, if you want to bring them by one day, we'd love to take them. Okay, sounds great. Appreciate it. Thank you very much. Yeah. So, Matt, I was wondering about the rev share situation. Is it possible that Kentucky can just give a certain amount of money to football and a certain amount of money basketball one year and then change it the next year? I just feel like with. Yes. certain recruits coming in, it might benefit one more than the other. They can do that. And that's what they want to do.

That's why Mitch apparently vetoed the SECs, like, let's assign each to each sport, is that they want to have the ability to do that. So, yes, they can. And I think that's good. I think that's a smart idea. I still think they should tell us what they spend on the teams. But I do think it's a smart idea. I think his word was flexible, and I think that's what they're trying to be.

You know, I live in a rural community. And what I would do in a situation with the neighbor, we try to, you know, know, know our neighbors is offer to help. You know, that's not as offensive as maybe ask them if it's okay. And then they, you know, maybe take offense because they take it wrong, you know, just simply offer if they need help and offer to help Mo, you know, weed eat or whatever.

And you consider that an X.

Like, I thought you were talking about like a recent X. Like maybe your son and his girlfriend had broken up recently. Third grade, you consider that an X? Well, the story was that was his first ever girlfriend. in. But it just sounds weird to say X about a third grader. Yeah. I recognized her. She walked who's our server at the legend. How did you recognize

her if it was third grade? I just recognized her. Like, wait a minute, I know you. You recognize her from when she was in third grade? I've seen her a couple times since then, like at El Mariah at restaurant. She lives out there. Who are you? Oh, you're Josiah's first girl. And it was so awkward. But don't you think, oh, it was it? It was awkward.

And everybody kind of looked at each other. And Mario goes, why did you just say that? I go, I don't know that's just be a lot. strange to call a former, first of all, third graders don't even have girlfriends like that. Don't you think it's weird to call someone who's now grown an X when they dated in third grade? Well, it was presented as an awkward situation. That's why I thought it was the recent girlfriend or current girlfriend. Not current girlfriend.

Third grade girlfriend. I didn't even know that part of the story. I thought you were talking to like maybe 15, 16 years old. That's more makes more sense than third grade. No, no. Little Kirsten. Okay, you don't have to say her name. I'm proud of her. She's going to be a college athlete at Walmash Valley and junior college. Stop giving specifics.

Check up to sweet six for you. Unbelievable. I would like everybody tonight to just when you're going to bed and you're saying your prayers. Drew, please say a prayer from Mario. because, you know, like everybody has the people they look up to it. So of course, yesterday Gilbert Arinas gets arrested. It seems like having illegal poker games with Israeli mafia people. And amongst the many charges, one of them was that he had women

who would come and waitress the games and give massages. And one of the charges was not that he did that, but he stole their tips, which I think is amazing. Like, I think it's amazing if you are running an illegal poker game with an Israeli mobster that you don't just go, well, at least I don't need to take illegally a share of their tips as well. Doing enough illegal here. Yeah, where there's enough illegal here, you can have your whole tips.

I mean, at that point, you might as well just double down and I feel like that's what he did. I think that's what he gets arrested. This is the Department of Justice. This is federal charges. These are serious charges. Then he gets out of jail. Post a video of him dancing and saying, you can't hold me down. Generally speaking, I don't think taunting the government after you have been arrested is the best idea.

I mean, you know, it's not the best idea. I've never seen anyone Saturday, Mario, this morning. Like, it has been, what do we, what do we say, you know, they say don't meet your heroes? What do you do when your heroes are throwing illegal poker games with the railing massages and stealing tips? You have to go talk to him to the glass, Mario. I saw it pop up. You know, when you're like, see newsbreak and it's got like two views on Twitter. It's like you're the one that gets to tell everybody.

I knew in that moment the responsibility I had to let Mario know and it hurt. It hurt. Come on the microphone here for a second, Mario. Are you all right? I'm okay. This had to be hard, though. This is like your, this is your guy. I'm wondering if he does go to prison, do they still do?

do Gills Arena? I don't think they let them. No, I don't think they let you, I don't think they let you stream Gills arenas from federal prison. I don't know the rules of the federal prison he's going to. I doubt they let you keep a live YouTube show. I guess somebody got to take it over then. You are bummed though.

Tell people how much you watch Gills Arena. It is my like, I like to put it on in the background, like whenever I'm doing stuff. Like I'm working on. Would you say it's your favorite show? It's one of my top favorite YouTube shows club. 520s up there. I would say Gills Arena is like in first place, club 520s, probably in second place. I shared a hotel room with him coming back from Milwaukee and we watched several hours of Gills Arena to enjoy it. I like that you think he could conceivably do it from federal president.

I'm going to tell you that's highly unlikely. I like that the DOJ website listing all the charges and stuff at the top, it says NBA star Gilbert Arenas, aka Agent Zero. Like they included that. Oh, they put AKA. Yeah, I got his nickname in there. Interesting. All right. So I hope everything goes all right with you. The other thing that I found amazing, Shannon, I don't normally care about celebrity relationships. I like date whoever you want, right? But I saw a celebrity relationship yesterday that fascinated me. Okay. Liam Neeson is dating Pamela Anderson. God. What a... Now, Pamela Anderson has gotten some good publicity because she was in a movie last year where she almost got nominated. for an Oscar called like the last show girl apparently it's very good i haven't seen it but they are

dating age appropriate yes right they're like she's a lot older than you probably think in her head she's my age yeah but if i have told you Shannon in 1993 that the star of schindler's list would be dating the star of baywatch would you have imagined that no this is the oddest holly couple since Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie. I mean, it just does not seem like these two which should be dating. But you know what? I'm happy for Liam. I mean, well, they both.

I think now they both, like, I mean, look, if you didn't know their backgrounds, you could see them together. Like, they look fine together. But it is crazy. Like, I always thought of him before he started doing all the Fallen series and all that. I always thought of him as this, like, serious actor. and then you have Baywatch. So I'm kind of rooting them on.

I was shocked they were dating, but I think it's kind of cool. So they're doing this movie together, right? This new movie. Oh, they are. The naked gun. There's a new naked gun. And they're one of my favorite franchises ever.

Yeah, they're both in it. I'm rooting for them to get a little serious. People are kind of being mean to Pamela because she doesn't really wear makeup and stuff and she just live in her life. I kind of respect that. Good for it. Yeah.

I don't understand why people are mean to her about that. look at mentions on some of these stories. People are awful about how she looks. I'm like, go, Pamel. If you don't want her makeup, don't wear makeup. And then, uh, Liam, he lost his wife tragically like 15 years ago and has not been in a good place in that. And I saw a little interview. He had dated at them. Let him be happy. I'm rooting for both

of them. I'm with you. When people get on women for not wearing makeup, I would argue they're more comfortable in who they are. Like, why do you feel like you got to look likes other people want? And I I was a big fan of Pam in makeup. Don't me wrong. I grew up in the Pam era, but I also loved current Pam and I'm running four as she is.

Like our childhood, I don't know about you. Who were the women that were? I owned a barbed wire on DVD. Don't even know the plot, do you? I don't think anyone owned barbed wire. Yeah, a big Pam fan. Wow. Wow. I worked at a DVD store. I had a lot of DVDs. So who were like for, like, when I was young, if you were to say, we were talking about this the other day on my podcast where I was like, like when I was young if you were to say rich, the name Donald Trump is what people said. And then it became like Bill Gates. Yeah. And now it kind of is Elon Musk, right?

That's when you just think the word rich. When I was young, the question of who is hot, it was really like Cindy Crawford and Pamela Anderson. When you say Shannon, those were like the names. Yeah. At the top of the list. You would have said Cindy Crawford. Pam Lai Anderson. So it's just crazy to me that the guy

who was on Schindler's list and she goes from Tommy Lee to Liam Neeson. Yeah. I think there was Kid Rock in the middle of the I just mean from the bookends here. I didn't think about that. Tommy Lee, Kid Rock. And Liam Neeson.

Liam Neeson. They're all the same guy basically. It's like Chuck Schumer next. I always say the heart wants what it wants. So I'm rooting for love here. All right, there you go. I thought those young kids could make it. Austin.

Would you say Terence Jones had a better college career than Carl Towns? I mean, we think of Davis and Gilchrist as that title team, but who knows without Terrence on that coming back?

You make a good argument for it. We didn't even mention him in our list of players. Yeah. You know, that caller makes a good point. Terrence Jones, when we're talking about underrated guys,

because I always think of teams by their best player. And I always go, Wall Cousins, I kind of almost lump them together, Brandon Knight, Anthony Davis, Nerlands Noel, twins Randall. I kind of put the 2015 team as a group. Yeah. But I'm skipping Terrence Jones in that.

and that is a little unfair. He deserves to be named, doesn't he? I kind of ashamed of myself for not even thinking of that. I mean, he had a great two-year run. And he's, when he decided to come back, he was projected really high in that draft. That was a rare second year situation, too. Like I said, who knows, maybe they don't win the title if they don't have him coming back to that next year. I mean, as special as Davis was, Territ Jones was a big part of that. No, great point.

I saw some of it. It's really cool. We are Trailblazers. We started this. whole thing on Netflix. I mean, Money Night Wall came to Netflix. Triple H was apparently on. I did not hear this, but he was on like the show that

Bubba Ray hosts, the radio show or whatever. He was apparently on there and said that when they watched wrestlers, it made him decide they ought to do it with WWV. Really? So that's kind of cool. That is cool. Get a little kickback?

I haven't seen any money. It is neat. They do things that wrestling never would have considered two years. They show the writers. Yeah. They show the writers. room, Shannon. They show that. Triple H goes, who should win the Royal Rumble

Is there a rule against people who declare early for the NBA to come back to college? What do you mean? If there's not, why don't we see more of that? Well, yeah, no, I mean, people do come back. We always declared for the drafting came back. No, no, no. I mean, like, they go to the actual NBA. So say DeMarcus cousins wanted to play for Kentucky, what rule stops him from coming back to do that,

since he still has eligibility technically now? Technically, under the current MCA rules, if you have been paid to play basketball outside of the NCAA system, you are not allowed to play college basketball. Now, there are people who've tried to challenge that. They have lost those challenges, but that is why. So the foreign guy we got coming in now, He wasn't paid to play?

Well, they make an exception for foreigners. Or they, and that, remember, Enis, that's why Enis didn't get to play, but the rule has been changed to allow you to have played overseas. As long as it was in a, I appreciate the call, as long as it was in like a developmental role, or there's a wording they use. But it was basically, I would say it's the Ennis Cantor rule. I think they changed it after Ennis canter.

Yeah, we had Ennis. It was like, absolutely not. then you get Big Zoo who'd played a lot of pro ball. And I mean, it took a while to get here, but he was old ones again. So basically they just said, you can't play pro ball in America. Overseas, you get paid fine. But overseas, you have to be in like a developmental academy. So like Terrence Joan, well, who's an example of somebody that left here and didn't play in the pros but was overseas?

Derek Willis. Well, no, Derek played in the pros. Anybody we have that went straight overseas played a lot. Point being they couldn't come back and play whoever that would be if you thought of somebody like that. John, go ahead, John. Quick question on football, Matt.
