I've enjoyed, this is probably the most time I've spent by myself, Ryan. I mean, you've talked about since your entire life. Mine's probably since COVID, right, where you've seen the fewest people, you know,

maybe in these four or five days. Yeah. You can't get out. There's no interactionally. You went, you walked a subway, I think you said one day. I did. but that's like just talking to the person that works there. It's not like Drew, I don't necessarily think they're my friend.

It's, you know, in general. It's good to have any human interaction, though, whether it's talking to cashier or anyone. That's exactly right. All right, a couple things that I wanted to bring up non-sports related to see what you thought. Shannon, today is, I don't know if you saw this, is one in eight day. I don't know what that means. That means McDonald's is claiming that as of today, one in eight Americans has at some point worked at McDonald's in their life.

Okay. One in eight Americans. Apparently that milestone happened today. They say that over the course of McDonald's opening, they are the only employer that has employed one out of eight Americans, and they say that showcases their connection to the American people. I am calling BS on this. I do not think one in eight Americans have worked in a McDonald's. I think it's very possible one in eight, maybe one in four,

maybe one and three have worked in a restaurant or a fast food restaurant or something like that. But in a – McDonald's specifically, do you think you three that one in eight Americans have worked in a McDonald's? I'm kind of with you I'm calling BS on it I mean have any of us ever worked at McDonald's here's four of us that's four Mario is he is he in studio

he's not here he's a shift to McDonald's I mean that feels very specific to say that one in eight Ryan what do you think I know two people that work to McDonald's that is it out of everybody I know I know of two people that work to

McDonald's so I think the numbers are a little off Drew? If they said one in 20, maybe I'll hear him out. One in eight just seems like way too many people compared to the population that one in eight people would have worked at McDonald's. So I don't believe it either. I mean, what percentage of the population do you think has worked in a restaurant? Like, how many people do you think have worked in a restaurant? First of all, on this show, how many of you have worked in a restaurant?

Drew has. Ryan, did you work there? I have not. Shannon, you have? I have. Okay. Mario and Billy haven't, to my knowledge. I haven't.

I mean, I've been in restaurants, but I was an employee. So that's one out of three of the people here. I think there might be more people, though, than one out of three that have worked in a restaurant. At some point in their life, Ryan, don't you think? Yeah, especially younger. You know, you're a teenager. You're trying to get, just to make a little money. You seem to always go to a fast food place, try to make a little cash.

Or just any restaurant. Like your son works. at wild eggs, right? Correct. Yes. Yes. What is that? So that's like 12-ish percent. Would that mean 12% of population has worked at McDonald's? Yeah, it would be 12.5% of the population has worked at McDonald's. That's outrageous.

Now, they say that over the course of the last 60 years, they've had this many employees and that corresponds to one-eighth of the population. But I have to think, Shannon, maybe it's people who've worked there, stopped, then came back. Yeah. Or people dead. Yeah. If they're doing all their employees since their existence, they should do the population

since they opened. They're like taking. Right. Yeah, because presumably someone that worked at McDonald's has died. I would think. Yeah. From eating the food. No.

That's awful. Why do you got to do that? You know that that's my breakfast spot. Why are you got to do that? Well, you just get a Diet Coke. You don't really eat, do you? Do you do that? Sometimes get like a McMuffin.

Well, them taking the egg white delight is the worst financial decision America's ever made. I do do like I'll do an egg McMuffin like one out every other day. But go ahead. One out of eight. Yeah, I agree with you. I don't think that's correct. I think they're applying. So you're saying one in eight day is a fraud.

Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. Is it a fraud, Ryan? Fraud. Maybe one in 16 day. I could go. I think it's even less than that. I would say it's like one in 25 day.

Yeah. I think that's even being generous. The more I think about this, the more outrageous, it seems. There are a lot of people. There's a lot of people. And they didn't all go to McDonald's and start taking orders. And not one-eighth of them did either. I could see that one-and-eight people, maybe even has worked in a fast food restaurant in their life.

But in McDonald's, specifically, it just feels like too many. It was not a McDonald's in my county growing up. So all the people went to my high school, none of them worked in. a McDonald's. I was wondering if one and eight people have even eaten McDonald's. Mario has worked in a restaurant, but not a McDonald's. So this show is one half of the show has worked in a restaurant. Zero of six into McDonald's.

Yep. All right. Yes, McDonald's. I kind of agree with you. Second, starting today, beginning today, all new cars manufactured in America have to have kill switch technology. Do you know what that means? A button that goes, the car goes off.

A button where the car goes off, specifically a button where the car can turn itself off if it thinks you're drunk. Oh, that's interesting. Okay. If it thinks you're drunk. Yes. How does it know?

I don't know. What if you're just a bad driver and you swerve? That's what I'm worried about. If you're a bad driver, you just don't know. I don't know how it works. but kill switch technology, which includes, I think, a button that someone can hit just to end it. Like if something happens to you in a car, I guess, I think that's a passenger can just hit a button. Is that right?

That would be awesome if you could. Like, you just don't like the person driving? I'm just going to shut you down right here. I'm not sure if that part of it is. But the inebriated part, if the car thinks you're inebriated, it can turn itself off. Why is there, does no one, have no one heard of this? By the way, I hadn't heard of it until I saw this morning. No.

This morning, this was on social media that kill switch technology has, is starting now, all new cars have to have that. What are your thoughts on? I mean, I like that they're trying to do something to help a drunk driving, but a kill switch that's just, I don't know how they would know. Is it just because if you're swerving? I don't like a master switch to turn off my car in general. Yeah, if I'm driving, I don't want who's riding shotgun. and push them that and stop. So there's the kill switch, which is a button that stops machinery if the operator loses control.

But then there's also the digital part, which will determine if they think you're, like, driving recklessly and stop. What are they basing it on? Like, swerving? I don't know. I need to know more. I can't smell the alcohol in your breath. I can't see the execution here. How's a car going to smell alcohol in your breath?

Well, I don't know. the technology is getting pretty good. It's good. It's good. It's good. It's a breathalyzer every time you start the car. There are some of those. Yeah.

Like, yeah, they got a little tube. You got to blow in to start the car. Okay, here we go. It says, let me read this. A passive system is required in the car that monitors a driver's performance to identify impairment. It will passively detect a blood alcohol level equal to or exceeding 0.8 blood alcohol contact. Or if it detects impairment, it will shut it off and will not allow your car to work. I'm out on this.

Well, in past Congress, like, 400 to 35. Like, everybody's four. Because they want to control our cars. Can we have something that we can just have and no one has to be pushing buttons or messing with us? So you, you're against this. You should not drink and drive. We also don't need a kill switch because it thinks we're swerving. The car will deactivate itself if a system determines that the driver is impaired.

It does not create a kill switch anyone outside the vehicle control. So it's your car controlling it, not someone else. I mean, what if there's something in the road and I got to go around it? Does it think I'm drunk and I'm over in the, you know, on the shoulder? There's so many scenarios I could think of where it would just potentially shut off my car. I don't understand how this would work. This already exists in some cars, but this will make it mandatory and will also shut off the cars where it feels like there is impairment. I guess that means from now on I'm going to be driving a car that was made in 2020.

or over. Driving one of these new cars that shuts down. Give me an old car. It is interesting, though. What happens if your car decides you're drunk and you're like just in the middle of a parking lot somewhere? How does it know my situation? What is your situation?

I'd say, what if a row there's trees down and I'm winding through a tree? Well, presumably it knows. It sees the tree. Well, I'm saying there's a million circumstances where I could not be driving right between the lines, but I'm not drunk. Everybody swerves a little bit. Everybody does. There are no perfect driver.

So we all just going to be on the side of the road waiting to come back on, back on? It's like when I'm golfing and I get too close to the green. I'm like, I know what I'm doing. I'm fine. Why do you shut up my golf cart down? You know, that's probably a good example. Is that a golf truck?

I mean, maybe there's somebody who works in cars that can tell. But this, whatever this law is, whatever it goes into effect today, Thomas Massey tried to get it overturned yesterday, and it only got like 40 votes to overturn it. so it's staying. I'm keeping my, I think I have a 2016. I'll ride it out. Amen.

So you are never getting another car ever. Not if they're turning me off because they think I'm drinking if I'm just not up to their standard. Well, I mean, okay, can I just let me play devil's advocate for a second. If you're driving so poorly that your car thinks you're drunk, maybe you shouldn't be driving. But I would say to the car, you think you can do better than you drive yourself. Why am I driving you? I don't think you can get in a verbal fight with the car. It's like Knight Rider.

I can talk to it, you know? He'll talk back to me. But I mean, is there not an argument that if you're driving so poorly that the car thinks you're drunk, maybe you do need a break? Well, you shouldn't have a license, maybe. That's a whole other conversation. That is a whole other conversation. I mean, I'm with you that maybe as people get older, they should re have to take their test. You and I've had that conversation before.

Right. But until then, you know. There's going to be a lot of cars on the side of the road just sitting there. To me, that's more dangerous because now there's people that may not be paying attention that are going to be hitting cars that are on the side of the road. Well, I don't think it just stops you in the middle of the road. On the side of the road, I'm saying. I think it tells you you.

To prove that I'm not drunk so I can get to Kroger in time. I'm running late. I'm not sure who you have to call. I don't know the detail. I'm just telling you the bill. I'm reading you the article. I don't know. It's a bad bill.

I could get behind it if it was something like if you're doing 120 and it knows the speed limit on the street. It's like, hey, you're doing something you shouldn't be doing. But if I'm just not a perfect driver. Just something for you to watch. I didn't even know this was happening. And it is now going into effect. And McDonald's is also claiming one in eight people work there. And we just can't get distracted, Shannon, from all this other news.

This is a whole load of crap is what I'm hearing of this. I don't like any of it. I don't trust any of it. Who's up next? Let's go to Andrew. Andrew. Go ahead, Andrew. Hey, my question is, do you think Will Levis could be a fit on the Jacksonville Jaguars,

like a Taysam Hill type who is a rainback quarterback? Well, I don't know. I do think Will Levis, though, and Drew, he was your quarterback for two teams. You know, Sam Darnold having success in a new place, Baker Mayfield having success in a new place, probably helps Will Levis to try to get a second, you know, a lot of times in history, if you didn't make it in your first place, you were basically considered persona non grata.

Do you think Drew Will gets another chance? I hope he does. He's, I think he's better than a lot of backups in the league right now. Guys, I watch throw past this season. That year with the Titans, where he became a meme, he had some bad turnovers, but a lot of that is he was running for his life

and trying to make a play. I would like to see him graded in normal, circumstances and not having to play for the Tennessee Titans because I think he was graded unfairly and I hope he gets a second shot because that season where he had the reins where he did have a lot of moments that got mocked. I don't think most of them were on him. Yeah, that's kind of how I am too. I appreciate the call. I feel like, I don't know if he will, I don't know if he'll make it as a starter on a second team, but I certainly think there's a place for him in the league. And I hope he gets his chance because I think he got drawn at about the worst, you know, next to the jet,

People are very interested in the McDonald's thing. One person writes, Matt, 11 of my 15 family members have worked at McDonald's. I think you are underestimating how many people have worked there. Okay, well, I mean, 11 out of 15 of a family is a lot, but that's, if you have another family that has, you know, zero out of 15, now we're to 11 out of 30, which is just a third. and so I just don't believe one in eight.

One person writes, Matt, you and Ryan work in a restaurant right now, you own it. Yeah, but I mean, that'd be disrespectful to people that work there to say I work there. Sometimes I host Drew in emergency situations. During the pregame show. I agree that it's different than, you know, people that are back there cooking or serving. And the more I thought about it during the break, McDonald's actually needs to be punished for this. This is just blatant lying. This should be a crime.

You don't think there's any way. You can't just make stuff up and put it out there like this. There should be consequences. That's what they're saying. One person writes, Matt, so a lot of people are acting like Ryan, I came up with this rule about the cars. And they're angry at me. Like, well, what if, blah, blah, blah.

I didn't make this rule. I'm just telling you what the rule says. One person writes, Matt, whether they pass this or not, insurance companies had already planned to only insure. sure new cars that had this in it. The government is just doing what the insurance companies were going to do anyway. More control. What happens when in five years we have this?

And they're like, you know what? We don't want people on the roads today. None of you're driving. See, I do wonder about, I don't know about that specific situation. But yes, I mean, it's the same thing as the, you know, the sort of surveillance state. I mean, you've heard me say this for a decade. but the problem is Republicans and Democrats

we have given away our freedoms to the government that we like in that moment and we're all going to regret so when Obama was president and Biden was president Democrats voluntarily gave away freedoms because they liked to that president and so things got past

and then Republicans love Trump the ones that do have voluntarily given their freedoms away to him because he tells you to do it too. And in 30 years, we're going to look back and go, why did we do all that to in a moment get a win over the other side? And now we've given this government a ton. And we've get worse than the government.

We've given private companies all of our information. Shannon, you just remember when we're old and we're in a nursing home yelling at each other, doing a podcast just for the people in the nursing home. Yeah, yeah. Okay. One of the things we're going to be ranting in is we're going to be run by private companies who we voluntarily gave all of our freedoms to. Well, by that point in my life, I'm about to die.

You guys handle it. Good luck. I'm out of it. No, but we still have to rant about it. Oh, yeah. We'll rant about it, but it won't be our problem. But I'm just saying we've all done it. Everyone listening.

And, you know, this rule, I'm not saying this rule is good or bad. But, like, we've done this stuff for you. years and it's going to catch up with us. And now I'll shut up. Who's up next? Jake. Jake, go ahead, Jake. Hey, Matt.

First time caller. Who are? I am, well, I'm here in Tuscalo, and I've been listening and getting in fell on the Charles Bettyaco thing. And I'm just curious what y'all's thoughts are on it. It looks like they released an update yesterday where they extended the restraining order and the NCAA asked the judge to recuse himself. Yeah, it's great.

Since he's also a donor. Yeah, it's a great. This is great. So for people who haven't, yeah, for people who haven't followed it, this is Charles, how do you say his last name? Vedioco. Vediaco. So this is the dude.

He's basically challenging, you know, we've talked about the various ways the pro rule can be interpreted. I'm fine with guys who've played the G-League playing. I'm fine with guys who signed a 10-day contract plan. The next step is a two-way contract. This guy signed a two-way contract. Alabama found this judge in Tuscaloosa, Drew, who gives money to Alabama sports.

And he gave a temporary restraining order saying that this kid gets to play. So they were supposed to have a hearing today. But then the judge goes, well, the is out there, so we can't all get together today. So here's another 10 days. which allows him to keep playing. And the NCAA goes, hey, can we just have this trial over Zoom? And he's like, no, no, we got to be in person.

So they move it 10 days. Then the NCAA files a motion saying, hey, judge, you should recuse yourself because you give money to Alabama. Now, I have a question to you, Drew and Ryan. You think the judge is going to voluntarily say that he is biased? No. he's not. It kills all your credibility if you say that.

I mean, that's the whole point of being a judge. I mean, judges recuse themselves all the time, but they usually do it voluntarily. If you, I mean, if you file a motion, I understand why the NCAA did it because on appeal, they want to be able to argue this judge was biased. But like, I feel like, Drew, now he's definitely going to win the case, right? The judge is not going to, the judge is going to be mad that they said he needed to recuse. Yeah, he's holding strong. stuff this one's getting a lot of attention because the G league and I'm not calling Alabama by name but I am this is this is college sports to me this is probably happen things to this scale judges getting involved boosters getting involved this is how you this is how you do college sports and this is just a big example because we're all paying attention to the G league Alabama probably has examples of this for 30 years with their football team maybe even more do you think I mean what chance does the NCAA lawyer Shannon coming from New York

have in the Tuscaloosa circuit court of getting this kid not to play. Probably zero. It's not going to happen. It's my cousin Vinnie, right? Yeah. I mean, he's going to come down there and say this Ute doesn't need to play basketball. I just, Ryan, I think this kid's going to end up playing, and I'll be surprised if it gets to a point where he doesn't. You know, he played Saturday, and Tennessee, and got beat.

Tennessee beat him at home. He did, but he played well. So these other kids that have been allowed to play have not been good. This guy, Drew, looks like he might end up being pretty good. Yeah, they didn't start him, but Oates put him in three minutes into the game. He immediately got a big dunk. They got like 13 points, 4 or 5 rebounds. So we've not played college ball for two years.

He played pretty well to just step off a plane and put on his jersey and check in for Alabama. And I also note he's a little different in the sense that he played in the G League, Shannon, like, last week. Right. Yeah, I know. That's crazy. He literally, it wasn't like he's been out for a period of time. He played in the G League last week and then is in Alabama.

I got to say, Ryan. The Badaico is on the G-League All-Star voting site, and they are all trying to spam it to vote for him, so he makes the G-League All-Star game. That's kind of funny. We should join in. I don't like to compliment Tennessee, but after they beat Alabama and his first game,

game, they tweeted, you're next, and then they tagged the Delaware Blue Hens. I love it. That is pretty good. That would be, actually, that's a great trole, because if he makes the G League All-Star game, it makes it even more ridiculous, right? Yes. That's why I think we should join in the fun and get him on that. Does he go back to the G-League to play in the All-Star game?

Well, I feel like he would have to go, right? Because, I mean, he'd be playing against the NBA. The G-League All-Stars, for people who don't know, they play against the NBA rookies and second year players at All-Star Weekend. I don't even know what college basketball is anymore. I really don't. I hate the old man. Just laugh at it for a second.

Wouldn't it be funny if an Alabama player, Drew, goes to the NBA All-Star Weekend and then comes back to Alabama? Yes, and I think the entire SEC should participate in this. I might do a KSR post when I got home. because I think we all need to get him into that game. It doesn't affect us. It just makes Alabama look ridiculous. I mean, there is a point in which I'll say this.

The NCAA is trying to fight this, right? I think most fans think a guy who has signed a two-way deal, which means you were an official player of an NBA team, should not come back to college. I would agree with that too. So really isn't the bad guy here, Ryan, Alabama? I mean, they're the ones doing this. They don't have to do this.

And they're getting their judge involved. they're cocky about it, they're like sticking their chest. It's not like, oh, we know this is a great area. And they know it's like, blame the system, don't blame me. The NCAA is asking you not to do it and you're still doing it. So, I mean, a lot of times I understand people going, the NCAA is not stopping this. But on this one, the NCAA is trying to stop it and Alabama's doing it anyway and getting their own booster to be the judge.

Ryan, Alabama's the bad guy here, right? Alabama is the bad guy. Would we be saying that if Deke Paint ended up coming here? But Deke Pate is not the same. We have to remember these are different situations. The Baylor kid had never signed an NBA deal. I'm fine with him playing. Dink Pate signed a 10-day deal but never played,

and those deals do not make you property of a team. I'm actually fine with him playing. A two-way contract means you can be called up at any moment, and you're basically property of the NBA team. until they change the rules, Drew, I think that is a reasonable line to draw, isn't it? Yeah, and Dink, whatever we think of him, it's so different than Betty Aco, because he's intentionally, he's had sheets on the table. They're like sign this, and he's not to keep this path open if he wants to do it. So he didn't go as far as some of the others did, even though some people still might think he's part of he should be.

Yeah, there may be people who think none of those guys should play, and that's okay. But they are three distinct situations. They are very different. And the NCAA has decided, whether you think this is a good decision or not, they've decided the dinks and the kid from Baylor can play. But they are drawing the line at people who've signed a two-way contract. And this kid is challenging it legally. Right.

So this is like this is the one person trying to basically go over the NCAA rules. So is this judge is going to try to continue it through March? Well, that's what some people think. He would try to go through March Madness and then say, all right, NCAA, do you want to, if they win the title, Shannon, do you want to take it away? Yeah. I mean, this is a three-way contract. The NBA, the G. League, and now college basketball. Well, that's true.

He's off. He's open. I'm four, though. I'm four voting for him for the G. League. I think that's funny. All right. One person writes, Matt, I know you've read the Margot Robbie Valentine's controversy. I need Ryan's take.

Does he work at WLAX as a weatherman? He's a British film producer, Tom Ackarly. I don't know who that is. So she's married to him. She does the movie Wuthering Heights. It comes out here in a few weeks. Great book. Have you all read it?

Yes. You like what? It's the only book I read in school. I skipped all the books but that one that they told us to read. Do you remember it? It's like a love story, isn't it? I remember reading enough to do my home. working like fourth grade.

Anyway, that movie's coming out here in a few weeks. It was filmed during Valentine's Day, and her co-star on the film is a guy named Jacob Allorty. What has he been in before? I've heard that name. Has he been in something before? Oh, he's the new heartthrob. I think he's in Frankenstein and Euphoria and something else.

That's what I've heard of him in. Okay, so anyway, point being Ryan, Jacob Allorty and Margotorough-Robie in Wuthering Heights, Withering Heights are lovers. Okay. In the movie. Valentine's Day comes. Her husband is not there because she's filming this movie. She says she got back to her hotel room.

And in order to make her feel special and not alone, Jacob Allorty had made it to where her hotel room bedroom was filled with red roses from him. Oh, back off, dude. Oh, man. If I'm the husband. She told that story as if it was an example of how sweet he was. If you're the husband and you hear that, what are your thoughts? I wish I thought of that first.

I would be mad. You'd be mad, but then you did? But you got overshadowed by him. That's what I'm saying. He's making me look bad. The comments are much worse, too. She's like, I was lost on set if he wasn't near me. Like they had, she had to be by his side the whole time.

about to steal your girl Brad and Angelina. She felt very empowered to say it, Drew. I mean, you're right. In that interview, she was like, I wouldn't have gotten through this Valentine's Day without him. I think she used the word codependent. Like, I had to have him with me.

He'd write her off on her taxes. Right. Yeah, if you're the husband, you just, I think you got to take the hell here. But do you, I mean, do you go beat him up, Ryan? Do you, or is it like, like, what do you do? I don't think you can beat him up, but you have to You have to what?

You have to put some boundaries up. What's the boundary you're going to put? I think I tell her I said, look, this is inappropriate. You don't need to be having this kind of relationship with this guy. What are you going to tell him? My wife's who I'm concerned about, not him. Oh, you're not going to get, you're not mad at him. She needs to tell this dude to back off and she needs to back off.

Well, she didn't buy the roses. Well, she's codependent following around in the movie set to a whole wear. I don't know what I could do without him. So you're, I think you're. I love where this is going. I know you. I feel like you're confronting this man. Right.

I feel like you're like let's say, let's say Bill Mech did this. Don't drag Bill Mech's name. Let's take somebody else. Tom Ackerman. It's perfect. Names right there. Yeah. Same dog.

You're, you're going to confront him, Ryan. I know you. I would go up to it. I know exactly what I would say. All right, go for it. What's what are you saying to it? I say, look, dude, this ends today. Stop.

That's it. That's it. And then you walk off. Then you walk off. You don't want to drag it out, make it some big scene. Okay. You know, a rule's not a rule without a punishment, though. This is an A.

And she also did a very big interview talking about how codependent she was. See, I'm more mad at her, I think, than I am the dude at that point. Well, I understand that. I think the interview was where she screwed up. right the interview is where she screwed up she it's not her fault he bought the roses no but she seems to like it a little too much she seems to like it yeah she needs to put a stop to it a simple i don't

need roses my husband could send roses yeah yeah but they have to be but they have to be romantic in the movie they're going to have to have chemistry yeah but not in real life though i'm with drew on this one margot margot's clothes are in the yard all right sorry by the way did you see did you see that a second the labor secretary came out as also having a relationship with her security guard? I thought you were going to say with Margo Robbie.

But another more in politics. And this wasn't a senator. Remember the story said four senators. Yes. This is a labor secretary. Came out. She too has had a relationship

with her security guard. I hate politicians. If you want to get if you want to get with a senator, Shandah. You better be ready to shit. You want to get with Lindsey Graham, Shamed. I know what job you can get.

People are, you know, like these trucks, they'll lock the brakes up if they get ice on the sensors because they got the auto stop and all that stuff is not safe and it's just ignorant. They just need to quit doing all that stuff and people need to quit buying it. Yeah, well, but now they might not have a choice. Well, it's like these e-logs, okay?

They put these in for the truck drivers to make them safer, right? Yeah. So now when this thing clicks down to your last minute, all these truck dogs are, They're running as hard as they can go because they're up against the clock instead of just taking their time. Because back in the old day, we just wrote them whatever, which I know that's kind of... Oh, so you're saying when their clock is... When their clock is about... Clock is about to run.

They're like hitting the gas? Oh, yeah, they're flying. I'm telling you. And that's why all these accidents... They have actually, if you do the research, there's been more truck accidents that they put e-locks in and there was before. I had a semi-flying by me. It was doing 35. on 65 yesterday.

Interesting. Well, I see, that's interesting. I can see what you're saying. That makes sense. Well, all right, I appreciate it. See, this is why it's nice to have experts in the conversation. That makes perfect sense, though, trying to get in before the clock. I'm amazed at how fast these semis will go on the snow.

Oh, that's what I'm saying. Like, I was on I-65 going 35 miles an hour. That's as fast as I felt safe going. And this semi was just flying by me. You remember when we were driving in Iowa during that snow storm? Oh, yeah. Drew. Well, this was with Drew and Tom.

and how fast those, how fast those semis were going? And all we could see was just like white in front of us. You couldn't even see a road. That's the most scared I've ever been. I mean, I was scared in New York. As I was saying, Syracuse, yeah. Yeah, but the one in Iowa in some ways, they both were scary for different what reasons, but that one was bad.

And all those specials are out now if you want to get your orders in. Yeah, there's some spots you can't say that word and other spots you can't say that word. never know what's going on. I think we can say it on news shows. You technically can't say it on an ad. So we'll say, it's the Super Bowl. And then pause, pause, pause. Drew, you need food for the game, the big game, right? Yeah, for making our picks for the game. We're talking about the Super Bowl. But if you need a place to go watch and eat wings, come watch the big game with us. That's right. Drew and I have a problem that Drew doesn't even know about yet, Ryan. Okay. What is it? We're going to the Super Bowl.

the NFL's between me and you, the NFL's credit card wouldn't work. I think they canceled the NFL. I'll call money. We ran the NFL dry. We ran the NFL dry. So we're going to get it. We'll get our flight and all that. And they have a hotel from us for us from Tuesday to Friday.

But we're staying Friday to Sunday. And there's really not much of an option of what to do. So I don't really have a play. We've got to find somewhere to stay in the Bay Area Friday to Sunday. And I know a guy who's in my fellowship who's got a lot of money who I sent a text message sort of hinting Ryan. Would you want to have a guest or four guests? Yeah, a guest plus three. Because he's got a massive like a state.

But if that doesn't work out, I'm not really sure where Drew, Mario, Billy and I are going to be Friday. and Saturday night at the Super Bowl. Because the hotels are, I can't justify going to the NFL and giving the payment slip for him. So, Ryan, that's just out there as a looming concern. Is San Francisco, is that where you're going? Yes. Well, Robbie Moss's brother, Austin Moss, works for the 49ers out there. Maybe you can check with him.

We don't know him. I can't just call up Austin Moss and say, can we stay with it? I don't even know that person. But yeah, you want just a random person to offer you a place to stay. Well, no, I'm not asking people listening. I'm just saying, I'm just highlighting an issue we have. Yeah, because we've never stayed with random strangers before. It worked.

But I don't know. Austin Moss may not want us. You're volunteering Austin Moss. I'm just getting it. It is the Super Bowl weekend. They've probably had a few requests. Probably full. What do you think Austin Moss thinks right now, Shams?

And I don't want these guys. Probably thinking to keep my name out of this. There's not going to be dragged into this situation. Don't make your problem, his problem. That's right. Draft Kings, bet five, get $200 at draft kings and bonus bets. Let's do, I guess let's do Kentucky and Vandy. Go, Draft Kings.

Crown is yours. Well, there'll be parlays and a lot more tonight for the game. And Kentucky at Vandy. Vandy's a six and a half point favorite. I guess I'll start with you, Mr. Vandy fan. Shannon. What would you do if you were going to draft. I think Vandy wins, but Kentucky covers.

So if you're going points per- So you would take Kentucky to cover? Yes, six and a half. All right. What about you, Ryan? Yeah, I like that. And I think I want to take that guy's advice to have Kentucky to win the second half because that seems to be the M.O.

This team does, but I'll take Vandy to win, but Kentucky to cover. All right. What about you? I like Vancouver. Or, excuse me, Kentucky covering as well. I like, might even do a little money line. I'm feeling good. But it's one of those, you know, you can.

get cautious because you're feeling good. I'm confused as why I feel so good, but I woke up thinking win, so I definitely like the cover. How about that? Well, all three of you taking that. I've got kind of a contrary view. I think this game, I think we're going to be competitive tonight. I don't think we're going to get blown out like we have in some of these games against good teams. I think we're going to be competitive, but I think we're going to end up losing by like eight or nine. So I would probably take Vandy to cover. I do, however, think that we're going to be down to the final play, Ryan, in Fayetteville on Saturday. Well, that would be exciting.

I'm not saying we're going to win Saturday, but I think that game is going to be one that we play to the last play. I just have a sneaking suspicion. I'll sign up for that right now. Whatever that last play is, I'll sign up for a last play moment. If you tell me we can get to a last play in that game, I'll take it. But I think tonight, I just, I don't like, I don't feel. good about it. But we'll see. We will be, hopefully I'll feel better at 6.30 for the pregame show.
