And I know you're not a huge gifter, but you have to gift. It's the way it goes. I have really done a good job of giving only the essential people gifts. Yes. But yes, it is unavoidable. It is unavoidable, but it's very stressful because especially for, you know, you got to do it now. You know what I mean? Like it's time. I can't

wait until, you know what I mean? We've got three weeks. So it's like our corporate gifts are everything gifts and i think that as the world turns it gets more difficult to gift because it's like what are you going to get people are they going to like it do you care you cannot just give a candle anymore yeah that's true maybe you can i love it i love a candle nest holiday candles get out of town i got mine at macy's you did yes i also got a candle at macy's the replica i guess you're not christmas tree it's so good yeah yeah so today don't diss our style i guess everyone You love a candle, Kulti. No, I love a candle too, but I just feel like everyone gets a candle. Because it's reliable. It's reliable. Okay. Well, we're going to discuss. So we are helping you out by giving a gift guide today. So we have broken it down into all the categories of people you need to gift, and then we are discussing what we're going to give each person and why it's a great gift.

And then I'm going to tell you what I would like for Christmas. Okay. Okay, cool. I'm really torn. are we doing gifts for one another like this year every year kelty and then jack and i never get you anything because we never talk about it and she just does it i know and also i think but last year i gave you a christmas ornament for your wedding yeah i know i have it are you gonna put it on your tree i mean i don't have a treat this year okay i got chapstick yeah but it's your

favorite kind it's very thoughtful it was very you knew the color and everything and it's needed The problem with the gifting for me is I get inspired by something. So I'll see, I saw that for you and I was like, oh my God, this is so perfect for Jack. And I was like, I can't get back in nothing. So then I was like, what do I get her? Chopstick. But like, you know, I just want to be inspired by the gift giving. Yeah.

And I, I think the hard, I want to start here. I think the hardest person to shop for is my long-term lover. Your husband? Well, if it's a long-term lover or a husband. because when you're in a new relationship you don't have anything you don't live together you can get them you also listen to what they say more in the beginning so you'd catch things that they want you're thoughtful now i'm like if i get you blah blah blah i'm just gonna have to wash it in the laundry if i get you this stupid nintendo toy you're just gonna play that instead

to tell me I'm beautiful like it'd be good so old old lover not old but I love this because she also had new lover and then so the other one was old lover yeah because it's like in a new relationship like you just you just met like long-term lover yeah where are we starting with that so I kind of thought of this as the concept of getting something that you will also use Cause it's like, I love a double gift that benefits you. That's very Jacqueline. So I think I ended up. She's the only child.

She's like a gift for me, but for me. Okay. So I chose an espresso machine, like a nice espresso machine that you can make fun lattes with. Yes. And then the bubble ice machine that Kelty has. Okay. And then a pizza oven.

Cause men love making pizza. Like I feel like they'd love to like throw it outside, beside the grill and like make like a handmade pizza. And you benefit from all of those. coffee and you benefit. Yeah. Cause they make you the coffee and the pizza. I mean, you're obviously also going to make out with them, but like, are you bummed if you're Jared and you it's like, Merry Christmas, here's a bubble ice machine. I mean the bubble, I would go more. If I was, nothing says I love you like a bubble ice machine. I would be still, I just,

I just saw that on Macy's and I was like, damn a bubble ice. I think any adult would love a bubble ice, but he would be more excited about the espresso machine and the pizza. He'd love both of those because he loves a fancy coffee and he loves a pizza right okay Chris Knight I my gift for him is luggage because if he's I know a lot of girls have a business traveler Chris is traveling so crazy and I was recently on a trip with him and I looked down and I was like you this is beat to shit like you need a good new executive luggage and I saw that they have a um really really cute like to me that would match his backpack that he has like leather daddy, like four wheel, you know, leather daddy. Yeah. It's really beautiful. And I think he would be stoked.

And then also I was thinking I could like hide little love notes in the different pockets so that as he travels all year, he would find one. Yeah. That's really cute. I didn't know that they had to me. I love to me. Well, if you're like me and you have begrudgingly married someone who enjoys golfing as much as my husband does. It's a good one. It's, you know, I'm resentful of the hobby, but it makes it, he learned how to play golf. Like when has it always been? I don't think he's always been golfing. He, it was the pandemic. It's the bros. No, it's like golf bros. I saw it on Instagram. He goes, no, he goes with all those bros and they like golf. That's yeah. That's what guys do is they golf with other men. No, I know, but it's like, it just feels very bro for even

for Zach. It is very bro. The whole thing of golf, why so many women hate it, is it is bros. Because it takes a really long time. They're like, I'm going to spend my Saturday not with my family, but golfing. Luckily for me, I mean, well, this is a tangent I don't need to get into because I am grateful for the golf hobby now

because it gives me things to gift him because he's never he'll never turn down anything golf attire. What? I saw a thing, I think Instagram gave it to me where you could make my face on a golf ball on the golf club thing yeah yeah you should do that i thought you should do sexy face no but here's the problem with those types of gifts is that

it's like actually wants to carry it no one's actually going to use it it's such a fun guy gift but it's like yeah he'll open it it'll be 30 seconds of laughter and i what spent 60 dollars and went through the trouble of finding the perfect picture you would do that i would totally do that i've done that so many times in my defense a few years ago there was a company that was really into putting your face on socks yeah and they sent us all like many i have a bro face on sock i have your i have your faces on socks me too and i wear them all the time well they're like one of my favorite socks i've gotten jared well sorry the face on underwear is really good and he wears it also yeah well that's not just right there it's cheeky it's cheeky he wears them they

have little like putting greens that you can get for like your husband's office where they can be on their conference calls and do like the total bro thing where they're just like working on their putt yeah that's good that's really good really good annoying but good okay what about new lover I'm going fragrance there is I did too fragrance this was very cute there was a fragrant 18 piece fragrance sampler set and it gives you all the men so you can go like cool water high school and then like the waffle around and it's all name brands uh-huh and then it's also great because Chris travels well if he was a new lover he travels so then they're like easy to take but then you could like you could see what you like on him with his pheromones with the pheromones

yeah right and then it's also like i love cologne so much chris is not a huge cologne guy but when he wears it i love it so it's like it would be a hint like you're a classy bitch yeah yeah i love that okay um mine was something that i actually have gotten jared before when we started dating and it's the jack black skincare set you know jack black like the it's like a man jack black from like the lego movie no not jack black it's a i mean i don't know reference yeah weird reference like lego movies not the thing he's going for everything else okay anything else i don't even know if he's tenacious no he's bowser i think he is oh yeah that makes sense um i don't know if he owns it i mean he is very much a bowser um he i don't know if he owns it but it's like a men's

skincare line it probably has the same stuff as women's but like jared just loves it because it's like very masculine and as somebody like jared who's like never washed his face in his life i'm like here a little self-care could help you so annoying and he loves it mine is um what woman has not eventually changed the footwear of the man she is 100 it is a very kind way of sending a hint yes and and giving them a nudge into the direction that you see your man whether it's a beautiful like sleek chelsea boot or a really great you know sneaker that's sporty and like kind of european is it but it's your you have the power in your hands to change the footwear of the man and once you change the footwear it all improves yeah it all improves i love that oh

that's actually so so so smart okay boss this is very important it's very difficult to buy for a boss because they know how much money you make so you okay i'm just being honest here well you can't cheap out and you can't expense out yes so it's like you know like here's a thousand dollar present you're like here it is and they're like wait that's so weird so because you want to think that you want your boss to think you're barely getting by so that you get that raise you know what i mean that's what i do to you kelty i know i'm like and it works do you think we can get early pages so like I could really use that money right now but you want something that's also one size because you don't offend anyone and be like I got this sweater for you and it's like the wrong

size yeah um but you also want to give something that's like meaningful that really says like I appreciate you I love this job so mine was there was a Givenchy which is crazy like a pave little bangle bracelet and it was $49.99 like it's just like a little I think it's cubic zirconia obviously probably and it's gold and it's so beautiful people the if your girl your boss is a girl she could just add it to her stack it was like very very chic i usually every year for like my lawyer and my agents do like a piece of jewelry but like um yeah i think this is like very cute um as somebody who's never really had a boss i went with the candle these tracks i mean listen this replica it's called sunday stroll it's the best christmas

smelling candle I've ever smelled in my life that's a great one it's so good it's a really good one and solid people love a candle okay candle mine is a good classic throw in a neutral color whether it's like a cable knit or a fuzzy like yeah fleecy one because the reality of it is is that you can never have enough great blankets and you cycle I don't know but I cycle through them a lot. Cause I have dog, a dog and like, you know, she goes, you know, she gets dirty and it's not, you know, but even if they, if their office, like if you work in an office, like a nice little throw to just have on your chair, like an office chair is like, cause you know, that air conditioning. Also when people come and stay at my house, I'm always

Remember when I had skeezy towels? oh no it's Marcella who's my friend Marcella came over and stayed and she was like your towels are like not up to par oh my god sorry you should get those at Macy's yeah okay um friends this is great charm bracelet oh do they have charms yes there's a 34th charm bracelet from the brand on 34th or whatever um I love my charm bracelet I have loved on tour getting all the charms from everyone and now it's full and I didn't wear it because we're podcasting but like I wear it all the time brings me so much joy. I think it's a great gift and super affordable. And then you can just start

like, I got you this charm. That's so cute. Um, I had cashmere scarf because I saw one on Macy's for 50 bucks and it's something I'm not a scarf wear, but a lot of my friends in my like friend group are, and they've gifted each other cashmere scarves. Cause it's like, you can wear it traveling. You can wear it like so many different, like you can use it as a throw. And I thought that was a really cute gift not personally for me but for another friend i don't want it but i'll give it to you i've tried to be a scarf person just like doesn't fit my vibe no it doesn't no did you ever wear that like alexander mcqueen skull scarf though yeah i had that not that one because i couldn't afford it but like a ripoff yeah um mine they make so i don't know about you guys this is

actually elevating your chapstick gift oh they make carolina herrera makes a lip gloss that comes with a ring around it to attach to your key chain yeah i need that smart so good i full disclosure bought myself one because every time i need a lip something i don't have it yeah and can't find it i usually have my keys on me which means i usually have a lip gloss on me they have a lot of really good colors and it's it's very pretty it looks a little bit like an ornament it's cute i love that great idea okay when we come back the dreaded in-laws the lady gang we're back we're doing the gift giving um in-laws i will strongly believe in giving tickets to something i'm not even giving you a real gift in-laws tickets to like

a show a broadway like a thing something that's symphony like they don't need more stuff they're trying to roll back the stuff okay so i'm strongly doing tickets okay oh um my in-laws love stuff yes and uh and on macy's on their website you know the brand lennox have you guys ever heard of them yeah yeah so they have so much cute lennox things a dream of mine i want to get the lennox spice set but that's not a macy's i think they're all vintage um but they have all these really cute cookie jars you're doing well you need the spices i just want the spices to look good while jared's cooking okay um they have really cute cookie jars and ornaments and like little trinkety things that you can put around but they're like such nice quality and like it's

such a nice brand and everything's so cute okay and i feel like a trinkety in-law would love something like that that's true yeah um so my this might be offensive to some in-laws but mine are wonderful and they cook a lot yeah and when you cook a lot and you host and entertain a lot you give away so much tupperware and so you're always cycling i'm like this i'm like you know and so take some of this home and some people bring it back and some people don't and then you end up with this like mishmash blah, blah, blah of Tupperware and Macy's actually has a lot of amazing Tupperware sets to just upgrade the Tupperware in the kitchen. Cause I think every couple of years you just need to do a refresh, get new. And it's not something you think to buy

yourself, but it's a good thing to get. Like if I were gifted that I'd be stoked. Yeah. I love that. I have to tell you adulting, like when I think of adulting, adulting is walking past the Tupperware aisle and being like I need that because you feel like it's the same way I feel like when I go to a store and I'm or I'm in the beauty section of the store where I'm like if I get this makeup hair care like I will have my life sorted out yeah it doesn't actually ever help no but it's beautiful like I have a mismatched Tupperware cabinet right now it's hurting me I feel that when I take out my La Crusette which I actually got at Macy's La Crusette like um cooking whatever it's called like vessel you know oh yeah because I'm like this is in my mind when I thought about adulting

the richest this was like an icon yes in like fancy cooking I actually almost bought you one for Christmas but I'm not we're not doing gifts she doesn't cook either no Jira does I know but I thought I would get it for your new house like maybe it's a housewarming gift and then I didn't but anyway thanks sorry i don't know she's not in her house yet yeah that's true and you can't give her a bunch of stuff she has to store at her parents we have to wait until she's in that's true okay um family just random members of the family i'm putting family and roommates together what do you think i mean i made you guys make the list but like family and roommate are these different yeah no i think they're different but you can okay we'll do family first family i believe in

getting like nice slippers, socks situation in everyone's sizes because I believe it's one of those things. Yes. Everyone makes fun of it. Like, Oh, I got socks for Christmas, but you know why people get socks for Christmas? Cause your socks are disgusting and you need to upgrade like a really super fun TV, Netflix watching stuff. Yeah. I love that. I love that. Um, I had games like of any kind, like Jenga, Scrabble, Monopoly, like anything that you can do together. Cause especially when you're getting together for the holidays and you don't want to just like sit there and look at each other. I think like playing a game with your family is the best. Okay. Very cute. Yeah. Um, my, I was thinking more along the lines of roommate because it was, well,

this could be family too, but I also like to selfishly give for people like that. The vacuum situation, another thing with adulting, I will never be upset with a new vacuum. Oh no, no. And there's a lot of really good Dyson. I mean, isn't the, once you have a Dyson, you're like, I've made it go back.

I'm an adult. It is next level. But the only thing with, with the Dyson is it's like an iPhone and they just keep getting better with every model. And now they have a laser that'll show you where the thing is. Oh, they do.

We're so old, but like if someone gave me a new vacuum, I would be so thrilled. That's the thing is I was like, are these lame when I was going through it? And then I thought I would enjoy every one of every single, want more than something yes that like maybe I was supposed to want yeah I agree like but we talked about this before like I'm out of my handbag era and I'm into my useful things era yeah where I'm

like I don't care about the designer shit like give me a vacuum that really gets the hair out of the carpet yeah god we're so old okay um I want to add one roommate one there was the cutest little latte maker set where you had it's like a little it's a thing with a frother I think I literally have the same thing for roommates it's a frother it's a frother and then it comes with like these little tin toppers and you put that on top of your mug and it's in the shape of a heart or a leaf so you can make the latte art like if you put cinnamon on a chai latte or something what a great gift nobody owns that no you know nobody owns that um i had a throw for a roommate because i was also looking for something that you could use okay you're going to a holiday party and

you need to bring a gift what are you bringing i'm bringing you a mini donut maker did you see it no it looks like a waffle maker you make you make it makes tiny mini donuts mini four little mini donuts instead of the waffle shape it's four little donuts and you just close it up and then you get a little donut i love that and very affordable really yeah um i had like a festive wine glass set because a lot of people wouldn't buy them that for themselves but they would use it during like a festive party i love that that'd be cute mine is the nest holiday candle set they have two scents and they have right now where you can buy both of them so you can have one of each one is more of a christmas tree smell and then one is more of a you know the like universal smell

of christmas yes less tree more maybe cinnamon you're like cranberry or something in there it's so good i love us i just realized we're those ladies from snl that are like it's sweater weather And I got the sweaty balls. We're going to talk about the candles. They come in a set of two and like a donut maker. It's true. Okay. Um, co-worker.

I got, I found the best gift. This is actually would be great for a husband lover too. You know, hot ones that show on YouTube where they do all the hot, the wings. Yes. So they hot ones makes a 12 piece hot sauce gift set that goes from low to high heat. so you can do your own hot ones we should do that on the show oh that would be funny oh my god yeah we have to do lady gang hot ones oh my god i would die oh my god such a good idea can i have a i can have a veggie i don't need a wing but i'll have the veggie i don't know i don't want a wing
