Starting point is 00:00:00 well what is this welcome to the lady gang that's amazing say that again the lady gang things are about to change around here each week we catch up with hollywood's hottest girl posse kelty knight becca tobin and jack vanik hello hello hello welcome to the lady gang i'm becca tobin here with kelty knight and we have a special guest filling in for jack and her center park bleach center part bleach blonde is the fabulous maddie mitchell i'm going to introduce you and we're going to go everything a little backwards okay our guest today is one of the funniest women on the internet apple notes should be paying her for how relevant she's made their app with almost half a million followers on tiktok her rants about jump scares and studies we need
Starting point is 00:00:44 conducted have us nodding and laughing along with her her viral smash how hard can it be boys do it has turned her into a super successful merch line and spawned her hit podcast park car convos please welcome to the lady gang maddie mitchell amazing thank you i want that printed out and i'll put it on my fridge please thank you they're wearing her merch the merch and this says quite literally none of my business obsessed which is how i live my life i sent you the same one on purpose i love it yeah i do love it yeah it's fantastic okay so we're gonna do now it's time for okay it's time for good week yes it is bad week oh no all right well we're gonna kick off good week bad week i will give this a kickoff um i i also need to know about the jump rope that's attached to your phone
Starting point is 00:01:30 it's a mom thing it's a mom thing because i can't hold my phone ever ever but you were the originator you had a wristlet i know but that's not a wristlet that's like but it's the same concept i mean it's a concept but this is a leash it's a crossbody i know it's so lame but it has changed my life it's cute i recently actually bad week this will tie it in we love a good segue i am a queen of the segue i zach and i were flying with ford and two dogs recently okay first first of all you don't know hell until you've done that okay and we are on our way to the airport i am so good at packing. I'm so good at prepping. I'm so good at all of this. Okay. And you have to be at the airport really early with dogs because you have to have a special counter. You have to do
Starting point is 00:02:23 the whole thing. We are 20 minutes from our house and I start to spiral. This is before my leash phone. Okay. I start spiraling because I realize that whilst putting together the diaper bag, putting my airpods making all the necessities right i don't have my wallet oh i don't have my id so important it's so important maddie says so important because here's the thing i have clear however when you bring a dong onto a plane you have to go to the special desk no and show your id so i could have risked it had i not been right with dogs so zach is already like my husband's tolerance level for like flakiness is non-existent. Okay. Because the man has not forgotten a thing in his life, his whole life. Yeah. You tell him something it's in his head forever. So I had to
Starting point is 00:03:16 pipe up from the back seat. Cause yes, I still ride in the back seat with my two and a half year old son. And I'm like, Hey, um, Hey Zach, um, I, uh, I need to go home and I don't, I don't have my wallet i don't have my id and he was like turns around and he's like are you kidding me are you kidding me there are two animals and a toddler in this car i'm like i yeah i don't and he's like okay well i'm gonna have to rebook us i'm gonna have to do the whole thing and i'm like no i think we can make it i think we can make it we hustle hustle hustle we make the flight we make it okay that was my bad week my good weeks that i made it but that's why you guys is this a new phone cover because i didn't think you were a wallet i was never a wallet attached i've always
Starting point is 00:04:01 been i need everything in one circle that won't let go so millennial of me i am disgusted with the level at which i'm showing my age but now i don't have to continuously yeah check yeah and know where any cards are id so now i so it started the slippery slope started with the case with the wallet yeah but then things got even slipper leeler and i had to add the chain because i have a kid you went for the most obnoxious chain well i did but it's because the black one looks like it the black leather strap chain or leash two extra two it felt the equivalent of like my dad when we would travel to europe and he'd wear one of those like yeah those packs you know under his it was too utilitarian yeah but then this has gone so like far from utilitarian that now i feel
Starting point is 00:04:58 like i'm wearing like bedazzled jeans it's kind of like camp counselor yeah like in a chic way no it's good i like it it's getting curious to see what you'll add next week because it's just we keep adding on well i did at one point just become its own entity i did at one point add my son's water bottle because you can and it was hanging by my phone and i was like i need to stop i hate myself it's like the viral stanley thing when people have the stanley mug and then they add the chip and i was like we could have brought a tote bag guys no we could have i know i should i should just wear a chic crossbody purse right everywhere i go well also i think soon you're gonna be able to have your id on your phone i hope that's i got on a plane the other day
Starting point is 00:05:36 and they just scanned my eyes and i was like me too let put the chip in my wrist i don't want to have to carry anything. I want to go call Becca. Me too. Yeah. I want purses to become obsolete. Yeah. Okay. Um, I have a good week that's airport adjacent. So I flew home and, uh, was on a terrible flight and got to the airport. And normally, um, I am trying to save the money. So I, at LAX, you have to take a bus to where you can get an Uber. You can't get an Uber to LAX unless you do prime Uber, but it's like $300 and you're like, I don't know if it's worth the 10 minutes of me on this LA exit bus. So I'll do LA exit. But, uh, my husband knew that I was in a bad way. And so he picked me up at the airport, which we have like kind of a relationship rule
Starting point is 00:06:23 that we will not make each other. We live an hour from the airport. We're not going to make each other pick us up at the airport. We're going to get, we'll get, I'll get there and I'll get home myself. Okay. Um, but he was nice enough to pick me up and I felt so cool because I was standing with my luggage waiting for him to pull up to my area and I was standing next to this sweet old lady and I didn't talk to her but then I saw a beige car drive by that had a beautiful husky dog and I'll always notice a dog and so I saw the dog and I was about to turn to the gram what she was like now this was her car and the woman got out and I was about to say god you're so lucky you get to get in that car the dog like the beautiful dog and the lady looked at me and she goes oh my
Starting point is 00:07:05 god i love the lady gang and then he she turned to the mom and she was like mom this is kelty from the lady gang i love her podcast and then i was like what's your name and she said tori so tori you made me feel so famous that you recognize me after my terrible 11 hour flight from europe wow um i see you your dog is so cute i wish i would have you would have been like would you like to meet my dog that would have been made it better but tori what's up made me feel famous and then i got in the car and i was like by the way i just got recognized at lax so also we should be careful how what was the age of her mother because you referred to her as an old lady no she was like a lady she was like a mom she was a mom of an older lady like she was my mom your mom's not
Starting point is 00:07:48 an old lady she's an old lady an old lady in my mind is like curlers yeah she was like a cute please stop referring to women in their 70s as old ladies okay she was a millennial mother she's a boomer she's a boomer boomers are not old ladies yet okay well i'm an old lady no we're like a fun we're like funny i you know whatever old lady's like oh my neck hurts not like okay yeah nursing home is old lady no no she was she was like like she was capri capri boomer like a mom and a capri okay at the airport and you know not an old lady tori sorry she distinction right the capris like my mom had a capri at the airport is like not an old lady she's just a mom in capri yeah yes and i trust her with my life i don't know who she is it doesn't matter if you're
Starting point is 00:08:35 wearing capris and you're a mother you have my full trust yeah 100 it's so true it is so true if you're ever in an emergency situation find a mom in capris you're done like that's it that's all you ever need and like and i swear probably a sandal with velcro oh yeah like she will know if she's wearing a fanny pack yes absolutely yes like the full belt bag yes yes not like becca's okay my bad week is that a few weeks ago we talked about my love of ubers well not my love but like becca and jack are like we don't well at last our last choice is an uber and i'm like i love an uber and i do it because i have the quiet settings on and you can't talk to me and like i'm a dick like we had a whole conversation about ubers i had a horrific uber experience because they exist mostly
Starting point is 00:09:21 I got in this Uber, and I was in Atlanta for work, and I'm sitting there, and I was like two minutes into the ride. Atlanta Ubers, being from Atlanta, you don't Uber in Atlanta. Clearly. And it was an Uber, like it was a comfort. The standards are low. Low, low, low. So I'm sitting there.
Starting point is 00:09:40 I'm in a jean, and all of a sudden I was like, I think my seat is wet or I've peed myself. I feel down. I slide ever so slightly. to the other seat the entire seat was wet with what i don't know but it took long enough that then i got up from the uber and my whole bum of jean was wet was it pissed i said it to someone and they were like someone probably spilled their water bottle we don't know no they didn't that is so upsetting i fear they didn't i don't think either anyway it was horrible just never think about it bad week and then i had to hang out in my sloppy jeans i didn't smell it i was like i
Starting point is 00:10:21 don't want to know yeah yeah ignorance is bliss maddie welcome to good week bad week what do you have for us the bar is high um this is my first time ever in la so i've been having a really good week honestly because southern california the rumors are true it's really nice it's nice here um so i've been i've been having a good time yeah like overall i've been um kind of just cruising up and down the coast so that's just like beautiful and everything did you go to see the spots like did you go to something about her no i know i like in my mind this trip was like the perfect amount of time and now i'm like i probably could have used an extra week or so because i'm going home tomorrow so it was super quick um but my so overall it's been good but i'm here with my mother
Starting point is 00:11:03 because it was like a cute little girl's trip moment yeah um and you regretted it the moment you got on the plane no she's amazing we're having a great time she snores very loudly and we're sleeping in the same hotel room so i'm running on little to no sleep you do airpods i mean air plugs so i've tried everything so i had because i also i need a fan i'm a very high maintenance sleeper i have like the i have a hundred percent pure silk sleep mask yeah like i need everything i have the fan on high if the fan doesn't sound like it's about to rocket itself out the window like i'm not sleeping a lick so it's it's it's already like you travel with a fan how'd you get the fan no i have um on my phone there's like the white noise and i just blast it but that's not
Starting point is 00:11:44 enough in this in this situation because my mom is snoring very loudly yeah and so i put the airpods in with the fan sound up all the like it's probably like damaging my eardrums to some extent and then but then airpods don't last that long so like three hours so no then i take my my over ear airpods yeah those are not fun to sleep in i feel like that goes without saying right like a joint because i know no i've tried it's not enough she's a powerful she needs her septum fix she does she just got diagnosed with sleep apnea like right before this trip which is like really great timing on her birth but wow you know what i'm sorry because i'm a similar person where once i'm asleep i'm asleep but i will lay in bed and count every
Starting point is 00:12:29 snore yeah like when chris started snoring after 10 years of marriage i beat him so bad like beat the shit out of him for three nights straight and he stopped snoring because i see oh that's perfect yeah you should start beating your mother i guess i should i'm getting there like i'm not even joking now you know we don't share a room yeah okay well that's smart yeah you know it's very expensive though that's the problem sure like when we even when we go on tour we share a room but we figured out because jack is a bad sleeper and doesn't sleep is a noisy sleeper needs to watch kirby enthusiasm on full blast i don't like to sleep in a room where there's any blue light Even if it's a different bed, you're in your own bed watching the blue light.
Starting point is 00:13:09 I can't have that. So I can, even when I have my sleep mask on, I can feel your blue light. Yeah. No, I get that. I totally get that. I'm like, I can see some sort of, there's something over there and I can sense that you have blue light and that's not good for my sleep. Oh yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And that's fair. Totally fair. Okay. Well, welcome to LA. So when we come back, allegedly what's a happening. Now back to the lady gang. so I want to explain to the viewer Maddie so graciously is filling in for Jack today we are planning on doing a full Maddie episode which we're going to give to you on Thursday okay so
Starting point is 00:13:41 today Maddie's filling in we're not getting to know her as much it's not important it isn't I'm just here and that's fine and then on Thursday we're gonna dive deep into Maddie who she is and it's backwards scared we're backwards but we're doing it okay so you know but you I mean you do have this crazy internet personality like congratulations what was the first what was the thing that like popped you off into the internet the well the first was um the stupid things that i say which is you just made a list you're sitting there one day you're like let me make a tiktok yeah what were you doing prior to like did you have a job like what did you yeah yeah i had a job i got laid off last year um in like february and then i was unemployed in a
Starting point is 00:14:26 chic way and i was just kind of like what am i doing what is anyone doing what was the job what are we all doing here right what was the job i was a social media manager so i've like always been in social media in a big way yeah so i've always been in social media and like marketing um and then i was just bored and i had way too much free time on my hands so what were the stupid things that you said the original ones because i've said so many you've said so many things but your oh geez um pardonzo bean was a big one like obsessed with that i need to put that on t-shirt um i don't even remember all the other original ones there's so many they just like the and they never end unfortunately just put it up and it went and then you were like i'm a star no
Starting point is 00:15:07 that's what i would have done i just then people started to be like oh aren't you ever gonna run out of stupid things you say i'm like apparently i'm really stupid because i'm not running out of like I just keep talking and that's a crazy thing and I just keep having more things to say um but yeah and then it just kind of spiraled from there and it was so many list videos and so list videos are incredible what is the like you've crushed social media I feel like comedian right like you're gonna do comedy I don't know that scares me in a big way because those are those are people and they have their own opinions and that's fine I just want them to keep them to themselves always yeah that's kind of like a weird situation you want to do social media yeah exactly
Starting point is 00:15:45 i'm gonna give you what i put it out and i don't need clap but i well i do the thing is is like if you have something nice to say of course i want to hear it yeah yeah if you have any type of negativity no feedback imploring you to keep that to yourself that's like really rude actually how dare you okay so i we've invited you here today you're gonna allegedly what's happening is where we do an episode of the podcast and we do sort of pop culture topics okay but we say allegedly so we don't get sued by anyone. So the hottest topic
Starting point is 00:16:15 of the week is hot rodent men. Yeah. And I posted this, there was an article, I think it was Elle Magazine put it up and all I did
Starting point is 00:16:26 was screenshot it and put it in the Facebook, our Lady Gang Facebook group and people were very upset. They were either agreeing with the hot rodent men, they were upset that we would categorize men.
Starting point is 00:16:37 Can you tell them who they were? Jeremy Allen White. Jeremy Allen White, uh barry keegan the guy from challengers one of them yep the challengers i hate to say that i did not know i mean i could not have given names to any of these faces except for jeremy allen white but that's because i'm old yeah it's not my generation but it was just kind of like these strange looking guys like very pale they're all very pale their hair is rodent colored
Starting point is 00:17:04 like my natural hair color is that of a rodent yeah same like right it's like a new york rat like a few grays it's it's a facial feature of like i would say a less prominent chin with a more prominent nose yes not a bird face entirely no no but it's like the opposite of a channing features right it's like oh a timothy chalamet where it's like you're just it's a certain look and then people were mad in the facebook group because they were like how dare you this is like is this what we're doing? And I was like, I just want to, I want to tell you about hot rodent men that I feel okay with us having one article in the history of pop culture talking about men's looks in a weirdly, are we excited or negative about it? Because the amount of women's articles
Starting point is 00:17:55 that have been like, whatever about whatever post baby body, the boobs are big. The boobs are small. the face is big the botox eyebrows like all we've done is dissect women so i'm okay with us having one viral dissection of men i agree this summer i agree i have a lot of thoughts okay because i saw and i actually just saw um the girls on giggly squat we're talking about hannah burner and page to sorbo and they were saying why is it when men are like unconventionally attractive they get like a whole name they get a whole rebrand yeah yeah that's not fair yeah yeah no yeah what about unconventionally attractive women right that doesn't they're just ugly that's not fair that's not fair at all that is so rude we like bend all the rules so they're like
Starting point is 00:18:36 no but he's hot in a rodent way what does that mean that's not real that's just a thing you said that that doesn't mean anything right and it's also hot rodent men right because it would we wouldn't put hot if we were talking about women it would just be like rodent woman yeah exactly because they wouldn't be famous exactly and they wouldn't be movie stars they wouldn't be in a calvin klein campaign no it would you know what they call them they call them like um unconventionally beautiful striking it's like it's a worst thing to call a woman don't call me striking call me unless i'm nicole kidman like cindy crawford but cindy nicole kidman would never in a million years be striking i mean i'm sure people have maybe but she's no it's not i can't
Starting point is 00:19:22 even think of a woman because they don't even make them famous yeah exactly they're not famous yeah what they do is they take the hot women and then they like put a prosthetic on them right so that they can be like charlize and monster yes it's like we had to take a super beautiful girl who was famous enough to have her own movie and then make her a little transition ever that was crazy um are you sexually attracted to a rodent man after all this how can i be like yeah but you can yeah unfortunately yes i germany allen white i'm still excited about it's just like i think it's the buzz around them that's what it is you're right you know what i mean yeah you're rich yeah would killian murphy be considered a rodent man i don't think so
Starting point is 00:20:07 i think he's like striking no he's just british like that's what he is he just looks true very british true yeah would my new boyfriend from the anne hathaway movie be considered a birdman gorgeous no he's not a hot rodent man he is like the stereotypically hot man really because when he first when he first appeared when she's in that trailer and opens the door i was like oh that's not really like what i was expecting like i was expecting like something a little six foot four hot guy yeah like i was expecting like a beachy like hot tan whatever like he wasn't necessarily he's like model very like he's like model like heroin chic yeah yeah actually it's really funny when i'm like what are we doing see see ben and jen you guys are they get i don't know
Starting point is 00:20:51 maddie well this is does your generation even give a shit about ben and jen because we care deeply i care deeply well speak for yourself like yes of course of course yes what am I gonna say what am I supposed to say yes of course but no love JLo but do you don't like but really like she is she is so her yeah do you know what I mean and like I love that about her like she's gonna she shows up every single day as Jennifer Lopez yeah and like I have no choice but to respect that do you know what I mean but like them as a couple like I really we're tired yeah you don't care no i care so see this is why i'm glad to have you on because i care so deeply i grew up my whole becoming a lady a woman is waiting for tonight
Starting point is 00:21:45 by jennifer lopez it's me at the bar the green waiting for tonight right like me like everything about my coming of age is jennifer lopez i love that for you and she's my favorite celebrity because of exactly what you said she shows up every single day when you're on a red carpet i don't think she really put much thought behind she shows up but like you know what i mean though do you know what i mean when i say it you you're like yes totally in defense of jennifer lopez on the red carpets of hollywood some girls will show up she needs defending she doesn't need defending but she'll some people show up in like a black slip dress and they think i'm gonna be excited about that what i love about jennifer lopez is she comes with a flower train right a
Starting point is 00:22:30 million dollars worth of diamonds like a full look every time yeah yeah it gives us something to talk about and i appreciate a star that is extra i'm sorry in defense of jennifer totally like i liked the long music video documentary i really like the docu documentary and then the docu docu documentary yeah the making of the documentary yeah and then the bts of the making it's so good like yeah like i'm just i am jennifer i'm too much oh hey jen what's up i'm just the less hot less successful less rich you're the rodent version of jennifer lopez yes hot jennifer rodent hot jennifer anyway but it's interesting so you're your era because your age is how old are you 26 yeah so the 20s you have other people who are you invested in yeah like who do you care
Starting point is 00:23:19 about the way i care about jennifer do you still say that no wow we're getting a hand in it like i do i i know you do say it like in an ironic way in a funny way um no i'm i'm like a gen z millennial cuss there's no way that i think they the cutoff is they they kept millennial going for too long yeah because there is a huge difference between you and i yeah well it's good because i get to be like the best of both worlds you know what i mean like when people hate gen z i'm like no so true and they're so weird like what are they doing and people like millennials are so i'm like no i couldn't agree with you but okay but because you tow the line between both which one is worse no i'm not answering that i'm not answering be honest and i'm wearing your merch
Starting point is 00:24:03 right now so be honest and i do believe what's awful i do believe that what is what is truly terrible about no like yeah what are your grievances about millennials please don't hold back we want to know we care about mom that i'm like just tell me i'm like just tell me what i could be doing differently they keep trying to make benefit important to you like i think that's like a really good symbolic what about taylor swift she what about all boundaries right well we have millennials that would literally take a bullet for her 100 same with gen z wow she really is she is she yeah yeah okay she straddles that line so um okay but what's truly insufferable about millennials i don't i think people are really dramatic i will say that about like
Starting point is 00:24:44 millennials being yeah gen z is a very dramatic 100 people yeah okay but they own it yeah and like there's something that doesn't make it better like we've seen celebrities like reality stars that they're like you know i'm horrible and i'm like but then stop being right no yeah there definitely is that's the gen z the generation of gen z is that character on a reality show that's why i can't believe you're not invested in benefit wait i need to know more okay sorry i i think like so i just i'm barely invested in benefit too i just want you to know that okay go are you guys still friends yeah it's gonna be fine um i always say that i'm like palatably insufferable like i definitely can like recognize that like there are certain tendencies that are a hundred percent
Starting point is 00:25:26 yeah yeah yeah and with that comes great responsibility you're hilarious thank you not everyone has the gift no i always say because people a lot of people get really upset when they see like um women online being really confident and i'm like i need you to know yeah like as much confidence as i have i have like double that and self-awareness like we're fine yeah like we're literally gonna be fine but it's millennials who are pointing out your confidence usually oh yeah i would say so well it's also men so right they really hate that right so it's mostly they hate it no they hate it hate it and they hate me even yeah and they hate all of us i hate to say it yeah they do they do no they do and they don't try to hide it even our husbands
Starting point is 00:26:03 Because they secretly hate us. They hate us. They're like, God, you got some power. We got to take that away from you right away. They're like, who gave you that memo? Who gave you the memo that you could do whatever you wanted? Let me tell you what you're going to do with your uterus. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:18 Okay. You're listening to The Lady Gang. I want to talk about Ethan and Ariana. Okay. What's going on with them? They're bonded together. Oh, Ariana Grande? they went to the Stanley Cup finals together
Starting point is 00:26:33 you know Ethan Slater yes yes yes and Ariana but I just didn't even I didn't know Ariana was a thing anymore like I didn't know that she I kind of felt she went away because she was filming Wicked for two and a half years in London she is back she's back she's got a new album
Starting point is 00:26:50 and the tea on Ariana I love Ariana and the tea on her is that she did a song her new single is called The Boy Is Mine yeah oh and like brandy and monica she has them started and then but it's not that song but it's her own brandy and monica are on the track no no no but she had them in the video like a little like okay anyway the song is all about the boy is mine but she's dated very sexually hot men so
Starting point is 00:27:16 she got the new song and the new video and everyone online is discussing because in the video the boy is mine she has the main character guy being like a super hot nicholas galazine like type guy and then but she's like and then everyone keeps putting like but this is who she's singing about and it's like cutie little broadway yeah redhead she's giving us wish fulfillment nobody's pining for her man maybe that's what she sees when she looks at him and that's beautiful do you think that's what true it could be i think they met on the set of a movie there's nothing sexier than a man confident shit like we love confident men we love a confident man and i bet he's super confident because he can sing and dance right
Starting point is 00:27:57 no one f**ks like a dancer i'm gonna tell you this word for it you should discover it discover it while you're still you're single yeah okay please have sex with a dancer and report back i can't think of anything like less appealing to me than a man i'll show you some videos that's gonna change your mind okay oh okay yeah right now i'm gonna tell you something the best sex in my life a ballerina straight now he's gonna leave here be like these old ladies are a ballerina like nutcracker like brick no she's off base no i'm not what i'm gonna show you magic mike is real okay well that's different i think dancer i think like ballerina i love them tell me tell me no it's like not that's like not for me how on earth no like
Starting point is 00:28:45 he's hot but it's not like that's not like i don't know that's not that's i know it's crazy honestly it's shocking also when i hear like dancing that's not the kind of dancing i'm picturing in my mind no i'm picturing all dancing i'm picturing like leaping leaping and like pirouettes and like that's not no a pirouette can pirouette right into your clitoris okay that's my panties on a t-shirt and put that on a t-shirt yeah honestly it's amazing okay um anyway ariana good luck i think she's giving us wish fulfillment she's no dummy yeah she's just letting us do what we did when i watched the ann hathaway movie that i can't stop talking about it was a good movie so horny yeah but it was a good movie it was great did
Starting point is 00:29:28 you feel he was with a woman who was far too old for him or did you feel like she can still get it well like she's ann hathaway so of course she can still get but if she wasn't ann hathaway like say it was like a podcaster like a cool like a blonde podcaster wearing like a quite literally none of our business yeah like something like that like would it be totally disgusting if like harry styles and i had it okay no okay i think he's pretty close to my age did you see the end where he's like performing and she turns to the channel and he's like performing i thought they were gonna like bring out like his new wife yeah that was gonna be like an elderly that would have been such a fun twist because i'm like so how punishing would that feeling be
Starting point is 00:30:11 if you were like just kidding i didn't like you after all right no but just knowing that like he was inevitably gonna end up with an older woman and the fact that you like set him free to spread his wings and he didn't even spread he ended up with another old woman perimenopausal woman would have been so devastating the hard thing about my fantasy there is like okay in your youth when you're sleeping with the young guys they think they're making you orgasm because everyone i think young guys now can do it better i can't have you don't have to admit that you've had sex but i mean my mom's watching but um i i don't know more woke what about the orgasms i think that i think gen z men i have a theory that they know a thing or two more than the men i can promise
Starting point is 00:31:04 gen z men know nothing about anything yes and i mean that was my whole test about anything not from experience about no i'm not even talking about just that just like anything well yeah obviously i think they're probably pretty useless i think it's your nicholas gallistine thing that you think that they're the young men are going to be better they grew up watching porn millennial men actually didn't see porn until way later yeah not that porn's real and nor should they be picking up tricks from it but i do think like like i'm pretty sure my husband only saw playboys for like the first 15 years of his life right so how could he possibly know how to stroke he's out the womb for the first 15 years of his life like age six probably during his pubescent
Starting point is 00:31:52 years the only thing available was playboy picture and a picture you don't know how to you don't even know what happens what i didn't know what i was gonna say is that my concern with dating a younger man a la anne hathaway you're married isn't she's saying it's so like well this is my like real issue with it we get caught up in the hypotheticals let us live maddie let us live let us let us let the millennial elders live my concern is that i believe that you can keep your face young the neck will always tell the story but the vagina also tells the story no no no no no no they could tell there are procedures now that i know but i don't have that procedure i feel like my floppy vag would give it away
Starting point is 00:32:37 why is your vag so floppy just wear and tear okay i just would it i think you have like a whole thread of thoughts in your head right now and i don't think you're speaking all of them so i'm having a hard time i understand i just welcome to i just wonder if if i'd be offended by this shape and size and texture man would he be if he was blindfolded no you didn't have a uterus he's blindfolded in this situation too okay this is like a scientific experiment you know where the tell is no the tell is the tell it's the forearm skin it's the forearm skin no i know look it's magda do you remember holding on to your grandmother and seeing like this wrinkle and that's what's happening that's what he'd feel okay okay speaking
Starting point is 00:33:29 of elders jude law recently this week you know who he is i know the name okay jude law was like he was our nico scalazine he's a really hot guy actor god i feel so old maddie not invited back um he said in an interview he was like i was trying to play against my looks in my early 20s and now that i'm saggy and balding i wish i'd played it up like he realized that he was hot but he didn't want people people to think he was hot and just good looks and now he's like shit i should have leaned into that well i appreciate him every man in hollywood has had a hair transplant he waited too long and now he didn't but he could just do it i mean matthew mcconaughey's hairline was literally like here where horns would grow like and he suddenly has like a full yeah so he
Starting point is 00:34:13 can do it and tom brady it's very obvious he did it it's very obvious that these men do it nobody's it's like a boob job it's like a boob job there's no usually no mistaking that those are artificial things in you but doesn't take away from the beauty of them like i still love matthew mcconaughey's full head of hair yeah and jude law could and should if he would like if he's mourning his hotness then go do it go be hot again maddie's like what does he look like can i show you before and after okay one second show him when he's young this is important okay well i was gonna ask you about season three of the traitors are you excited becca it's a great cast chris shell bob harper great cast lloyd lord ivar mount mount batten sam asgari britney's ex
Starting point is 00:34:56 he circled his head in that photo he looks like now every other dad at a little league game yeah right not a hideous beast but like also like oh he could he could if he feels floppy and balding you know if he feels floppy he said it those his words not mine it looks like he's on a jog here he's trying to get it back you're really perceptive it does look like he's on a jog there and he's wearing a hoodie here so he's like you know he's doing it these are depressing me
Starting point is 00:35:27 okay Lindsay allegedly lost $30,000 on wedding deposit costs from summer house do you watch summer house I like watch via tiktok so yeah she's a true Gen Zer they don't watch real tv
Starting point is 00:35:43 just tiktok I just wonder why did she have all the deposits instead of him yeah the whole fight was that he doesn't have a job oh it's probably why she was so pissed about the marriage in general or the engagement i just man don't let a man don't put your wedding on your credit card don't let a man don't no i don't don't let a man is the new shirt okay um billy eilish says she lost all of her friends when she got famous did that happen to you Becca I had no friends to be in with actually no actually that's not true I actually I did a purge I changed my number remember yeah shortly after you change your
Starting point is 00:36:27 number twice since I've known you yeah it's to clean house yeah see I'm worried about cleaning house because every once in a while I get a nice hey it's me I just got one someone no because you know what a job for you oh yeah I mean that's how often does anyone know I think the pros outweigh the cons there if you want a clean house it is it's a i highly you might be at a clean house moment of your career right now maddie i'm like very particular in general so i just like you just don't i just have like i'm constantly cleaning house you could say is it and i like have been my whole life your whole life you just have no no tolerance no yeah is this from your family like do you have siblings yeah i have a brother is he older younger do you think younger
Starting point is 00:37:12 brothers are a waste no okay because i have a lot of girlfriends who have younger brothers and they're like it provides nothing like i totally get what they mean yeah but he's six years younger than me so i think he's gonna like keep me young for a little bit like you know what i mean he like knows some of the slang the slang nowadays also it's like it's even younger than him now because he's 20 now but no like my nephew says some crazy shit like i don't even want to say it because i don't know what it means and i'm like this is how i feel i don't want and i also don't want to get clips because that's embarrassing it's you know what is embarrassing is that i have i have friends who have sons it's the boys are really heavy in the slang i think yeah they are sons that are in
Starting point is 00:37:53 that like 12 13 14 but now the moms because they spend so much time with the son they're doing now my mom friends are speaking in these this vernacular and i'm upset by it and i'm like i need you to stop telling me that something is sus yeah i need you to stop because we have to draw a line i don't like call derrick really quick hold on why i'll tell you watch this maddie hey honey are you upstairs can you prepare me a cheese plate yes please i just need i need a little brie and some pickles she's had two diet cooks a coffee and a celsius and no food and i'm feeling a little lightheaded thank you very much i actually regret everything i said in the first two episodes because i had so much caffeine in my system yeah you were a different person i was a different person yeah
Starting point is 00:38:37 but it's like i love the person when i'm that it's like i'm being on cocaine it's like yeah you're chasing that high you're like you were like what's well stassi was here and you're like i will say even uncaffeinated even first thought out of my bed is like i hate vanderpump rules okay i don't hate i hate what it's doing to society i hate philosophical i i just i don't think i should keep digging this grave of mine but like no dig it no here's the thing about vanderpump rules why do i feel so passionate about it because it was such a big story and it made everyone super famous and everyone all they want to talk about the entire year's vanderpump rules and the truth is none of those people like each other
Starting point is 00:39:24 and so it should have died it you know it was resurrected by the story and it was you should have let it die it's like it's like giving a dog chemotherapy damn no it's true it's sometimes you just sometimes the beautiful end is sure is sooner did we have to go the dying dog road like that was a choice it was a weird choice i can tell the caffeine we're off now you're like somber like we're all sad actually so dogs i know it was a weird direction no it made sense it was a good analogy it's like taking someone off life support no oh my god okay don't go darker we're having fun becca down do you know what i mean
Starting point is 00:40:08 sandoval was the chemotherapy that that dog never needed yes can i go home okay next when you really see yourself through someone's eyes i see it and i honestly it's like a wake-up call because you know what's really smart about maddie what's really smart about maddie that we don't have after 10 years of podcasting is that when she doesn't want something to get she's like i'm not saying it because i don't want it to get clipped she knows that if she says it out loud it will be used against her and the two of us are just like then my sex pocket was closed my husband hates me jim and ben like i mean okay yes but you know yeah if you want real
Starting point is 00:40:57 fame just open open up the loop almost that she's open she's good she's open okay my last conversation i want to have is with becca something very important has happened i'll go home sorry no sorry special guest no no this is important for all the lady gangers out there it is time and maddie it is time for us to what are we fired up we need to get the community fired up okay there is something happening in pop culture that becca needs to be a part of dolly parton is making musical of her life and i strongly believe with all that is within me becca is meant to play dolly on Broadway. They're going to try to give it to Megan Hilty and Megan Hilty is
Starting point is 00:41:38 Marilyn, but she's not Dolly. You are Dolly. I am. I know this. You are Dolly. I do, but I also am aware enough to know that like there's 17 people that are in consideration before. But what I want everyone to do. Maybe 1700.
Starting point is 00:41:54 No. What I want everyone to do right now is I want you to go to Dolly Parton's Instagram page. Call to action. CTA. Go to Dolly Parton's instagram page where her she announced that she's making the musical and i want everyone to tag becca tobin would be the perfect dolly becca tobin would be the perfect dolly because here's the thing yes it's up to you you gotta get the job for me you gotta get the job yourself but i want you at least to audition i want to i want a seat at that table you know i love that she clarified
Starting point is 00:42:20 that you need to get the job yourself you do you do have to work more you didn't you mean to tell me that a bunch of people commenting on like on dolly barnes instagram is not gonna get me the job no it's gonna get you in the room but that's how it works no maddie is i've seen her audition i've read against once she's in the room she's amazing the problem is that an epo baby always beats her out for everything yeah for sure sucks but um she's incredible and you're so talented and you're the best shape of your life and you're tiny tiny tiny like dolly it is perfection i would die chef's i would be amazing and she's my friend i know she is i'm gonna write her no i'm gonna beard i'm gonna dolly the nepo babies will let her write to dolly well yeah they'll be at dinner
Starting point is 00:43:03 with dolly so their parents dolly is their godmother so it's literally miley how many people i bet dolly parton's like a godmother like so many yeah to so many children actually that is a really good thing i think i'm gonna make her the godparent of my future child no it's rude literally can't no she is a well she's miley's godmother but also you know she is the imagination library where anyone can sign up and get a book delivered every month whether you're rich or poor. I love it. Yes. I feel like I hear often other celebrities saying that Steven Spielberg is their godfather. I wouldn't make, you know what? You missed out. You actually just gave yourself away. Right. You know what I mean? And also I'm so mad, even though I'm not a super
Starting point is 00:43:43 religious person, nobody has asked me to be godmother of their children. Oh my God. I would be an incredible godmother. I believe you. Like I would do it if you would put it in writing that your fortune would become theirs. I have no one to leave this to. No one. You have nieces. My niece and nephew are not into fashion. You can put my name down.
Starting point is 00:44:02 That's fine. I'd be okay with it. I have no one. I'm going to spend it all. I'm leaving nothing. We're getting really sad. Maddie, do you want kids? Kathy has no one.
Starting point is 00:44:10 She has no one. No one. And dogs are dying. Well, dogs are on chemotherapy. They're not dying, actually. They're living too long. Oh, my God. It's such a weird stance to take.
Starting point is 00:44:19 I know. It is. Dogs live too long. No one's ever said that. literally no one has ever loved dogs named vanderpump than it is all right maddie actually if you want your dog to live way past its prime name it vanderpump damn okay maddie mitchell instagram.com mads mitch this is actually one of your biggest problems as your godmother that's what i'm gonna tell you okay your instagram and your tiktok are not the same yeah i know
