who pretends that the relationship is 100 of the time easy and she does a really good job of being open about it harry and megan have joined the podcast world get in line bitches you thought the reason was because we were influential yes well i mean i don't want to say we're a groundbreaking road-laying podcast but if we had not created lady gang and it had not become so popular for females and advertisers no one would be like you know what we should do now everyone on the planet make a podcast well so i am going to say that while it is not a show that i directly had influence direct correlation i influenced the royals okay in my own way yeah are you going to try to get them on the podcast to promote their podcast

to try to help their numbers yeah help their numbers well it's interesting because i think this is a lose-lose situation for them i think this is like a terrible idea i think they should hide away do their foundations make two public speeches a year and like that's all they should do that's what that wasn't their plan was it no it's never their plan to get into hollywood yeah of course i mean i knew like probably a year ago i remember hearing the mumblings that she was going around taking meetings in Hollywood for like a management team yeah so I knew that this was like the big out sting was coming um but I just think people are going to tear them apart no matter what and so you have to be in on the joke like you can listen to the Gwyneth Paltrow

podcast goop which is actually a great podcast and like you can tell that Gwyneth is in on her ridiculousness like she's talking about something you know that she finds so interesting that's so crazy but it's definitely out of touch with like the reality of how normal people live their lives you can't be normal and also like extraordinary and so what is their podcast supposed to be about they're interviewing people and like some social justice i mean they're trying to do it with their foundation like it's going to be great and i think also giving like insight to their relationship it's lovely but it's like you you've set yourself up because you're taking it very seriously you know well like the actors that can't laugh at themselves yeah there's like really think that

acting is no offense Becca but like acting is saving the planet right what their work they're doing is so important and you're like okay but like you didn't cure cancer like I know that's a very annoying thing to keep saying but you know what I mean well maybe they're doing this for two reasons one is he does have he is known to have a cheeky sense of humor so maybe we see that maybe we're going to see that. I'm sure she's charming as f**k. So maybe they've had this experience with the media where everything is soundbites and condensed down or through the lens of the reporter doing the thing or doing the story. And so a lot of people do turn to podcasting to be able to control their narrative and show their real personalities. But I think they're

going to be upset when they realize that even if you're in total control and you record an hour podcast, people can still take out two minutes of a conversation and make a story about something that you're not. So they may have some trouble with that. And I guarantee you they're going to be getting scrutinized. Well, you know that they're going to have their podcast listen to like 5 million people, not 5 million, but it's going to go through so many hoops before it actually gets released so they're still controlling their narrative narrative yeah narrative so much however as a non-royals stan the one way that i could actually like them is to see if they do have good personalities to see them having those funny non-put-together personalities but i feel

like that's not what it's gonna be i hope it is that would be nice i think it'd be really funny he seems to have a really good personality and i love a british accent so i do love a british accent. And I will also love hearing her British accent because when Americans live in the UK long enough, they also adopt a British accent. So that's fun. Not how it works, though. And I was born in Spain. it themselves or are married to people who do struggle with it. And I think that that is a topic that has never really had any kind of public conversation around it that isn't negative. So it would be interesting to hear her side of that because it would be. it's a hard thing because I think about like I think about Chris and I wake up every morning with Chris and I know the Chris I'm going to get whether we're fighting or we're good or whatever in a general sense I know the Chris Knight that I am going to get and I think when you were if you're married to someone who's bipolar and they're going through symptoms of mania or you know having one of these having you know going through this you just you're waking up every day

you're not knowing what person you're getting. Like, I feel a little bit similar. Like when I'm in my relationship with my brother, like I, like I'm talking to him and I'm calling him and it's like, every time you reach out, there's like, there is this anxiety about it because you don't know what person you're going to get. And I can imagine like when that person is the center of your universe is your husband and like the father of your children. And, and, and you're so public, like god that's it's got to be a lot of course yeah i wonder if they're with their show because they're doing their show now on hulu i wonder if they'll have any different like the storytelling will be any different on it and if they would dive into things like that i bet you they would

You guys, the meanest things came in my direction that I actually made a vow to never talk about taylor swift again wait and it wasn't even a bad about her it was just it wasn't cared so much about something as people care about taylor's album that's why it scared me so much because i didn't even say anything negative i just said i don't feel this way. What were people saying? An example, someone screenshotted me and, you know, my story. And I think it was on Twitter and they said, and she hasn't worked since 2015. She hasn't been relevant since 2015. And it, and then something along the lines of, and she's at a hair salon without a mask on because i had rollers in my hair from at work oh my god and

first of all i was in my own trailer with hot rollers in my head i had no one near me in my own trailer and i didn't say anything bad and i know that i haven't been relevant since 2015 so it is just president of the i haven't been relevant fan club i am aware those you're like yes i know and those two things are not related exactly it was just they came for me and i felt like it's not worth it it is not worth it but here's what i will say i really like the song willow there you go i really like it which album is that on the new one folklore evermore evergreen pine tree i just wanted to get the credit um of bringing the french braid back because if you remember about seven well no it's pre-pandemic so now it's a year ago do you remember we went to the

goop event with the vagina flower wall yes and i was going through a stage where i didn't want to do my hair but i don't want to do a top knot so i started doing a french braid and and i was like this is ugly and i know it but i'm like going for it because the french braid is when you have a big forehead and then two cowlicks on either side and like a receding hairline like it's not a great look because there's not a bang involved there's no like chicness to it but i was like i'm going And I did like a French braid probably for about three weeks straight. And then Taylor Swift started doing a French braid. And then Taylor Swift started doing a French braid.

And now the cover of the record is a French braid. And now everyone's remaking the cover with their French braids and their flannels. And I was like, you're welcome. I did French braid Jared's hair recently. And he happened to be wearing a flannel. And the comments on there that I was copying Taylor Swift through Jared were also insane. And you were like, no, I'm copying Kelty. So thanks for bringing that up.
