Starting point is 00:01:27 Each week, we catch up with Hollywood's hottest girl posse, Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanek. Our guests today are the hosts of the fastest growing female podcast on the planet. Why? Because they basically complain for the entire show. And we've realized that people love complaining. Each week on I've Had It, they discuss the things in life they've absolutely had it with. They are TikTok icons. And so now we proudly present to you the I've had it with a good week, bad week crossover that you never needed until now. Please welcome to the Lady Gang, the icons, Jennifer Welch and Pump Sullivan, Angie Pumps.
Starting point is 00:02:02 Thank you. That was such a sweet introduction. Thank you. That intro is just going to immediately go to our heads like nobody's business problem for her anyway. And for Pumps, as you know, is the Princess Diana podcasting and the star of our show. So the only reason that we're viral or even remotely iconic is because of Pumps. She's such a liar. No, that's not true. So, Jennifer, you are the Kelty of the group because you keep everything on track. And then, Pumps, you're the Becca-Jack hybrid.
Starting point is 00:02:35 We're the stars of it. We bring the sparkle. Yeah. Well, and Jack and I have something else in common. We have, like, poops in weird places issues. Ah, yes. where where is the last time you pooped somewhere weird uh I think it was office depot it was bad wow like I had been like trying for days and then I'm sitting up there and I'm like handing him all
Starting point is 00:03:00 the stuff I need and all of a sudden I'm like I've got to go to the bathroom and I'm like racing to the bathroom clutching clutching clutching and I you know in your head you're like he thinks I just have to pee which of course I mean why were you at an office depot and where do they still have these. I didn't even know they still had them. We have them in Oklahoma and I had to get printed paper and ink, computer ink. You know what it is though? It's the lighting. It's the same lighting that they have in home goods that really, it just like triggers the gut to start moving. Yeah. Whenever you feel constipated, you go to a home goods. This has never happened to me where like I'm literally in a checkout line and then I would have to leave the cashier and
Starting point is 00:03:42 the people behind me to go to a toilet. Like I will squeeze it for hours so that I can be in the safety and security of a private toilet. I can, I cannot. That's called a superior sphincter. Congratulations. My mom's like that too. She'll hold, she'll hold it all day long. I'm like, if I'm going, I'm going in this porta potty. So wherever we have to do it, it has to be now. exactly yes wow we're so excited to have you and congratulations on all the success with the podcast you guys are absolutely crushing it we are so proud and we're like are we like record label sisters or something we are we are sisters i feel like there's a christmas album coming um and so so listen there's there's two things lady gang is famous for our good week bad week segments
Starting point is 00:04:32 we do every single episode where we talk about the best thing the worst thing that happened to us this week. And you guys are famous for the, I've had it. So what I'd like to do is I'd like to begin and bring you into our world and have you take part in good week, bad week, and then we shall be a part of your world and we shall do some. I've I can't, I can't, I can't have it. All right. So, oh no, sorry. I've had it. So let's begin. Are you ready? It's time for good week. yes it is bad week oh no um i'll kick us off so my good week this week is so boring but it's very important and it means a lot to me i have spent this entire year getting my house organized like the millennial loser that i am and i've hired the organizer and she's basically shopped the entire
Starting point is 00:05:23 container store and has spent thousands on containers that nobody needs but it brings me so much joy. And my husband, I lied to him about how much this was costing. So he thought we had a little bit left over in the budget. And I just talked him into an entire custom garage organization situation with California closets. They came over yesterday and I am not even too proud to say it. It is the best thing that's happened to me. Not this week, this year, I just signed off on everything. I didn't take away any expensive handles. I didn't take away the lighting from inside the cabinets. I was like, this is your time, girl. You're a podcast queen and you're going to have the cleanest garage this side of the Mississippi. That is adulting at its finest.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Yeah. 22 year old me would be so horrified. This is my bad week. I have a child. We all know Kelty hates children and so do you guys. And so I'm sorry that the child is even coming into the conversation, but I have, I have also had it and this is my bad week. When you're traveling with a child and the child skips a nap because inevitably if you have a long travel day, the nap is being skipped. So you're hoping and praying that this kid falls to sleep on an airplane. Every single time we've traveled this summer, we've been on so many airplanes. My kid will doze off. The announcements on the airplane are absolutely ridiculous and arbitrary. They're telling us there's free Coca-Cola. Obviously we know if you've flown since the seventies,
Starting point is 00:06:55 we know that we get free coke on an airplane with our ticket. Like I was on this plane and I was like, this is going to be the day that I can read a book on an airplane with my child. He falls asleep. Finally they ding, the captain comes on. I don't even think that the captain is supposed to make announcements. I think they do it when the captain has like a little bit of that, like wants to be famous. Yes. The same captain that comes back and says, Hey, to everybody sitting in first class. I am. I was so fucking mad. My kid popped up and screamed his face off for the next, the duration of the flight. We don't need announcements anymore. We get it. The only announcement that I feel like we really need is when turbulence is happening, but then they don't
Starting point is 00:07:39 give you those. So then you think that the plane is going down. It's like, that's the only time I got to know what's going on. Right. We were recently on our way back from New York and on her way to new york and to be on the today show there you go no big deal i'm not trying to flex or anything but where our flight was delayed and this woman comes on to tell us like the flight's delayed and then she starts this routine this comedy routine she's like is anybody celebrating a birthday and everybody's been sitting on the plane on the tarmac for an hour and a half and she starts her shtick is anybody celebrating an anniversary and i just start whispering to pumps she needs to put a sock in it. I've had it. She's really like, why is she trying to team
Starting point is 00:08:22 build on a plane? Everybody's miserable. She needs to drop the camaraderie act. She was wanting us all to team build. And it's like the only team that we are is on the team to get to New York and get off the plane. That's the only unifying factor. Somebody's birthday is not going to override that. An anniversary isn't going to override that. And in fact, those issues are going to make it even more miserable for me. I've accepted that I'm miserable right now. And I want to wrap it up with a pretty bow and just pet my miserable present. I don't want to be happy right now. And so I didn't appreciate her effort for the team building on the airplane. So I'm with you on that team. I've talked about this on the podcast before,
Starting point is 00:09:02 but there was a flight that I went on, on Schmelch West. And, uh, they gave us hugs as we left the plane like every person as we're leaving we got an unsolicited hug post-covid yeah disgusting yeah that was uh i'm like that's going on with southwest because every time i fly that it's the comedy routine in the announcements which is bad comedy not wanted not enjoyed but But then I realized I really am a cynical, unlikable asshole because I'm sitting here miserable and I look around and all the people around me are giggling and having a good time. That's a great message. Yes.
Starting point is 00:09:48 And then I think, God, I really am. I'm really not that good of a person. I really am. But then I'm like, but I'm okay with it. I think it's because a lot of people are, they don't get out much. And usually people flying Southwest, this is me generalizing, but we've shat on the airline so much on this podcast they're never coming out i'm like i hope that the people who fly southwest are also flying in shower shoes and sports bras and they're not
Starting point is 00:10:14 washing their hair before they get on planes and that this is they're like they are going to vegas they are going to wherever it is they're one trip a year and they are so excited that they're just giddy and so they're laughing we're clapping when the plane lands yes oh yeah that's a good that's good theory though Becca and and I I think that's exactly what's going on they're just so excited to get the out of wherever they live and go to Vegas yeah that makes perfect sense uh pumps what's your good week my good week is and my children are adults now so I like them way better but my youngest turns 18 today and we had his little family birthday party last night and it was super fun and he's just so sweet like the third one if you're gonna go all in go stay till three
Starting point is 00:11:01 because the third one really is the sweetest one. This is what everyone says. My husband is the third and he's definitely the favorite. No, it's like, because you, your other two ups so much over parenting because you're so worried. Are they breathing? How many times did they shut their eyes today? You know, all that shit. But the third one, you don't care. I mean, I remember walking through the mall and he would drop his pacifier and I would just wipe it on my leg and put it back in his mouth. But what if I'm already there with number one? I still, I already do that with number one. Then this might be the perfect child because you're not over. I mean, I over-parented so badly with my other two. I mean, it's epic how badly I over-parented. So he's like my only
Starting point is 00:11:38 non-neurotic one. That's just like easy, greasy. And then my worst thing, and it keeps happening to me. It happened to me again. I'm sorry to call it a bad week. Okay. So my bad week situation continues to happen. So clearly I'm the problem. Anytime I order a sandwich, which is turkey, provolone pickles grilled that's it that's all i want on it it's up every time and it takes like five hours and it's like i'm speaking in tongues like they don't understand what i'm saying and i'm just like turkey and then i get mad because i'm like how the turkey provolone pickles it's not that hard it's not like brussels three ingredients right i mean i'm just like how hard is this? And so, but it's true. Like he's, this comes up a lot. It's just all the time. And
Starting point is 00:12:28 I'm like, what am I not? Am I speaking in tone? This happens to my husband. He's a meat and cheese only person with any sandwich, burger, whatever meat and cheese. They always, especially in the South. Cause we're from Georgia. They will put mayonnaise on that. Like that is an obligatory thing. Like you can't have a sandwich. You can't have meat and bread without mayonnaise. So right. I mean, it's hard for people to grasp the concept of something so simple. Yeah. It's like when I go to the South and I'm like, I'll have a macaroni and cheese. Is there any, and then I'm looking at it and it says cheese and noodles. And then it comes and there's bacon in it. And I'm like, bacon wasn't on the menu. I'm vegetarian. And then I was like, I, I asked
Starting point is 00:13:10 it, was there meat in this? And you said no. And they're like, there's not, it's just bacon. in south man i love you guys damn yeah no the diet is so bad here the default setting of the diet in the south has set everybody up for failure yeah it's insane it's so good this episode of lady gang is brought to you by our favorite kian aminos do you hit that mid-afternoon slump every single day like me when i was working with me nutritionist at the beginning of the year one of the things that I learned about and why I literally invited the inventor of Keanu Minos on the podcast was because I had no idea how essential amino acids were to our bodies. I just was like, you got to have your vegetables and that's it. Keanu Minos literally gave me energy,
Starting point is 00:13:57 has really helped my health in such a big way. If you're someone who's doing everything you can, and you're like, wait, why am I not seeing the same results from my workouts or from walking my dog every day, or I'm trying to eat healthy. Sometimes amino acids, the lack of their building blocks, I'm not a scientist, but it really helps and gives you energy. You need to try Keon Aminos. The taste is great. What you need to do is do exactly what the creator told us on the podcast, which is like, you need a lot of ice. So you put the Keon Aminos in your basic bitch Stanley cup first, then you add ice, then you add the water, then you mix it. Do not think that you can scoop the Keon Aminos last thing and put it, plop it on top of the water. It doesn't work. You got to
Starting point is 00:14:37 have your aminos. They are amazing. They have all natural flavors, non-GMO, sugar-free, 100% vegan. Factor, Canada's number one meal delivery service. Now back to the Lady Gang. Jack Vanek, good week, bad week. Okay, so for my good week, the girls and I have been, like, toying around an idea of trying to have a canned cocktail and we love Aperol spritzes over here so Becca had the idea of calling it the Aperol tits and having like a lady gang themed Aperol spritz
Starting point is 00:18:28 cocktail thing and I was like you know what we can't do that because Aperol is trademarked we like got to figure it out but I think I have my new name for our new drink oh can't wait the tits spritz that's a great one that isn't that good that's fantastic you know pumps is an attorney pumps you should immediately copyright that yeah that'd be way above my pay grade we've already been sued a couple times so you know like if you can help us out spritz though that's spritz there's no app but apparel could be in it but it's not we're not saying it's an apparel anything so i'm like that is brilliant that's the loophole and then this actually came from jared's band member he's like but when you open a bar for the tit spritz it's called spritz and
Starting point is 00:19:14 swallows i love this so much only sell the tit spritz well let's take it a step further should we have a music festival called the spritz and swallow and yes right 100 because jared's fiance soon to be husband is a musician and i'm just trying to get us like an over 30s music festival where like there's seats and it starts at 10 11 and then it wraps at four there's no like i don't drive home in the dark after this like it's like very jamie lee curtis it's a matinee if you will yeah it's like four it's like the gwyneth paltrow tweet that she's like i really just want to see Coldplay at 1 PM. Like that's, that's what we're going for. Yeah. I would do so much more if things had matinee time. Same. I would have a robust social life if we could, if we could push up
Starting point is 00:20:11 the timeline to everything. Absolutely. I don't know. I don't understand who's making these schedules. It's like, no. And the thing is when you go to a concert, that real person doesn't even go on until 9 p.m right 8 15 8 15 is my bedtime i like to be in my bed at 8 15 swallowing a big pharma pill which one i've chosen that night is up to me in order to knock me the out and get to bed same same exact i'm trying to think of a swallow shot for your bar oh oh you gotta have a signature spritz and a signature swallow does it swallow oh my mind is going do you guys remember and did you guys ever do in high school it was like a big deal when you well I'm Canadian so I could go to the bar in high school you probably went anyway
Starting point is 00:20:58 um do you remember the what was the shot where it was like alcohol and then they put the whipped cream and they called the blowjob wasn't it a something yeah the battery nipple yes but that's if it's a swallow shot I feel like it has to have some cream in it just to really yeah so my bad week is I'm officially a week out from leaving for my wedding and the stress of wedding planning has gotten to me. And the weirdest thing that I think is happening during all of my wedding planning and the stress is I'm having like a lot of existential stress. Like I, and I don't know if this is a normal thing, but it's just like, I think my age is finally getting to me. And like, this is such a pivotal moment in my life and I'm never going to be young again. And there's just
Starting point is 00:21:46 like a lot of those thoughts swirling through my brain. And that is what's mainly stressing me out. But I wanted to know, like, if this is a thing that other people experience. I think so. At high stress situations, everything is just like thought provoking and, oh my gosh, this is the big deal. My whole thing right before I got married was you should not be doing this, but I did it anyway. I'm just like, so at least you're not having those thoughts. So that's a plus. I think anytime, like before you have a child, before you get married, any sort of big, you know, rite of passage, it would be normal to feel a lot of anxiety and unease because change is hard. And marriage is like, it's such a massive commitment. And there's just so much history
Starting point is 00:22:33 behind all of it. We have our parents' marriage. We have our friends' marriages that have touched and ebbed and flowed through all of our lives. And so, you know, I mean, I think you're probably going to end up having a good marriage. Cause if you go into it, like this can be the happiest day of my life. Everything's all my problems are going to be fixed. You're setting yourself up for failure. So I think some nervousness about that is just really reality based. Also, Jack, you have, you did it right in a sense, but now it's catching up to you. The best part of this time of your life is the engagement, the time between getting engaged and like pre-planning of the wedding. So she pushed that for two years. You've been living in this
Starting point is 00:23:11 like celebratory carefree space and now it's suddenly very real you're planning you're getting married and then we've talked about the wedding after wedding crash where it's like you have nothing else to look forward to why don't I just have a kid moment yeah I've already been thinking about that yeah that's what you're anticipating and that's totally normal but it was fun while it lasted I had this before I married Chris like I had the existential of like okay I get one life on the planet earth. You're like, this is what I'm choosing. And this is the person. And I remember being like, these are the feet I'm going to have with me on vacation the rest of my life. This is the male toenail I'm going to learn to accept. And so, you know, like that, that can be,
Starting point is 00:23:58 that can be really hard. Um, all right, Jennifer, what's your good week. Okay. So this happened about a month ago. I had a good week bag, bad week within a 48 hour time span. I love it. We love those. So my pickleball instructor, Antonio, my pickleball instructor, I take private lessons at 7.00 AM. Yes. Okay. Don't be a hater. I'm an athlete. Okay. So I have a coach. I have an instructor. He's a hot Latino man, gay Latino man named Antonio. He sends me a text and it says, would you like to be my partner in the gay pride pickleball tournament. Oh, wow. And I am like, he picked me. My instructor picked me to be his partner. We are going to win. I'm going to be Miss Gay Pride. I'm going to have
Starting point is 00:24:54 a gold medal. This is going to be incredible. And out of all of the pickleball players that my instructor could pick, he picked me. So I'm matching outfits for him. I run to Lululemon. I buy us matching outfits. I am, it's all I think about, like before I go to bed at night, I'm kind of thinking about us hitting balls, volleying balls over us, high-fiving. I have this vision, right? I wake up and I think about it as well. I'm thinking about the gold medal.
Starting point is 00:25:22 I'm thinking about talking about it on my podcast. I'm thinking, I'm visualizing myself wearing the gold medal on the pod that would really irritate her, right? So then fast forward to the tournament. so i'm sorry first of all the gays put on the best pickleball tournament ever the dj shows up oh yeah and the techno music immediately starts going can i sorry can i ask him one question how are your pickleball skills i need to know going into the tournament like where are you okay and did he choose you because of your fame and your hot ass or did he choose you because
Starting point is 00:25:56 you're a really good pickleball player i'm an average to slightly above average pickleball player. Okay. But I'm fun and I work really hard. Like when I have my lessons, I train super duper hard. I'm serious about it. Right. Like Olympic style series. I'm very serious about my pickleball career Kelty. And so when I next question, what did the outfits look like? I need a description of what I know. I'm like, are there pickleball outfits? Like I wore a bone white skirt. So it's not white, white. It's not ivory. It's that bone. You know what I'm talking about? That perfect to bone. I bought Antonio some bone white shorts. And then we both had, I had on a fuchsia tank and he had on a fuchsia, like Lululemon, uh, dry fit shirt. And then we both had on gay pride
Starting point is 00:26:45 socks looked, I mean, for sure one best dressed. So no, no question about me into going to watch. So I can confirm she was best dressed a hundred percent. So we're warming up and I'm looking down the courts and i see these two guys that i can tell are like really good pickleball players and you can always tell when somebody plays pickleball if they have a tennis background because their strokes are really pretty and their form is really pretty so i go down to get a closer look and they have on like university of oklahoma tennis t-shirts on like these are these are d1 tennis players like who the are these queens coming in here as ringers knocking antonio and i off the podium so the bracket comes out and it's immediate elimination our first round
Starting point is 00:27:35 we play the college tennis players first round okay so i'm trying to be positive i'm like they played tennis their whole lives we get beat best two out of three i mean i held my own but these did i held my own but these guys are like sharpshooters with the ball i mean they they beat me with placement come to find out i stayed i watched them get their trophy i cheered them on i was a great loser come to find out these two guys are straight yes not happy about that canceled canceled yes so i go over to them and and i'm like congratulations are y'all going to pride parade and they're like well we don't know and then one of them says my wife might want to go and the other one says yeah my wife might want to go too and i'm like you guys are straight
Starting point is 00:28:27 and they're not even enough of allies to go to the parade right yeah yes yes so i mean of course i'm straight but i was invited by a gay latino person that's embedded in the pickleball community and I'm a huge ally. You go on my Instagram and I've been supporting, you know, gay causes for years and years. And I was just so shocked. So the good thing, the good week was being invited by my instructor for him to think that I could be even a contemporary of his on the pickleball court still right now is such a highlight in my life. And then what's better being on the today show or being asked to be in the pickleball thing with Antonio. God, that's really splitting hairs, Kelty. I mean, that's how serious she takes it. It's unbelievable. She does. I listen every week.
Starting point is 00:29:16 She's obsessed. I'm obsessed. I love it. But then the bad week was I got beat by two straight men ringers at the gay pride pickleball tournament. And I feel robbed. I feel like, I felt like, you know, like I really wanted to be like a crazy person when I found that out, like grab their medals and like do something really dramatic in my mind. But I didn't, I was like, congratulations. but i did i called him out i was like you're straight both of them wow hate them well speaking of straight men um i will do my good week bad week we both have to do with straight men my good week is i need the lady gang to confirm if ben stiller is really on twitter because i've been very active okay so as we know twitter is now x but anyone still on twitter right i know becca i need us
Starting point is 00:30:08 to be positive for the next six weeks. Superfan is using Twitter. My show Superfan is using Twitter as a voting mechanism. And we cannot change the logo. The show is locked. The bird is showing up on CBS on Wednesday nights. Twitter still exists. Don't put the X until September.
Starting point is 00:30:24 I still have my Twitter bird. I haven't updated. You didn't update. Okay. So I'm like very active on Twitter right now because we're doing the show. And I see that Ben Stiller is following me and liking my posts and I'm like, it can't be real, but he has the check Mark, but then that means nothing
Starting point is 00:30:44 now. So, but then I looked at it and I was like, feels very real. It's like pictures of his family, him like rethink doing things about movies he liked. Like, so please confirm or deny Ben Stiller's following me. I feel like this is a really big deal for me. Very famous, very big actor, you know, something about Mary live your life. Okay. Bad week. I am in love with Jeremy Alan White from the bear. I'm in love with him. I am in love with a tiny man. He's tiny. Every time I see his pictures, his paparazzi pictures, I realized this is a man who's five, five, and it's never going to work for me. And have you ever met him in real life back at like a Hollywood thing to hang as that whole crowd, like him and his ex, which makes me very sad. Cause I
Starting point is 00:31:30 really like Addison, his ex, we all were in the same circles of like young people who chain smoked and drank a lot perfect he's great i love even more he's very mysterious he he's not like one of those guys like some of those guys that hung out out in that group i won't say who they are but they now that they've gotten really famous they have like that like like movie star mystique you know like i'm so moody and cool and i method act they were all like douchebag losers cheesy guys yeah he was always that like very intense hot okay hot yeah so I'm in love with him and I now can every single night for the past two weeks I have a dream that we're together we're in love super sexual dreams like super crazy like you know it's the double hand kisses that he does
Starting point is 00:32:23 with her on the bear when he grabs in the hand and it doesn't matter how short he is because they're just grabbing the hand. I have this most sexual dreams in my life. And then I wake up and my bad week is, is that like, I wake up and I'm sad. It's not true. I love my husband and I love him so much. And I love my life, but like, there's a moment where I wake up from the dream and I was like, mother, I'm not banging Jeremy Allen white. And I'm sad. Well, Kelty, I think it's good to know that your subconscious is heterosexual because when, when pumps has, um, erotic dreams had one in my entire life, they're about women. I was on a man 20 years ago. Yes. Yes. It was like a female basketball player that played for OU. And I just had this ambient dream. And I woke up,
Starting point is 00:33:17 I was on vacation and I woke up and I was like hot and bothered. And I was like, Oh my God, that was like the best ever. And I tell Jennifer and now she brow beats me all the time that I'm a lesbian. And you've only had one in my whole entire life. She's had one religious. So that explains it. A lot of sexual shame. Oh my gosh. All right. When we come back, we've had it. Angie's list is now Angie. Starting point is 00:37:19 complain i think we're living in a world where there is positivity everywhere and then that positivity becomes toxic and it becomes toxic in the sense that it's not sustainable to constantly wake up and have this, you know, cupcakes and rainbow view on everything, on your kids, on your husband, on your friends, driving, traveling in an airport. And I think it's therapeutic to, with your girlfriends, get shit off your chest. People bug each other. That doesn't mean you're a bad person. To shit talk does not mean that you're like this horrible, awful person. And we were recently on, um, Amanda Hirsch's podcast, not skinny, but not fat. And she just posted a clip of me and I'm like getting eviscerated, but she was like, what
Starting point is 00:38:10 have you had it with? And I was like, I've kind of had it with faux fluencers, like faux influencers. And, and I kind of rip it for a second. Right. And I've totally forget that I even said it because we say so much crazy shit, just like you do all the time. You forget half the stuff that you say that's put out into the world. it is just like straight up evisceration in the comment section of me. I hate her.
Starting point is 00:38:32 She's so terrible. She's so awful. And one thing I'll say about it is I said it, I have kind of had it with the whole influencing culture, even though I follow some influencers. One thing they did say that I thought was really good was, Hey, you started from somewhere too with your podcast. And I was like, you know, they're right. We did. I mean, we started off with like two followers with, I've had it and we built it up. So I think that it's, don't take yourself too seriously. Like when I said that I didn't, you know, I'm not like, that's not a hill I'm going to die on. There are some things I've said on the podcast, like I stand up for women's right to choose. I stand up for, you know, gay marriage and gay rights. And that is a hill I
Starting point is 00:39:09 will die on the influencer hill. I mean, that's one of those things you can kind of go either way with, but I think sometimes throughout the day, you might look at something and maybe you do feel jealousy, or maybe you do feel envy, or maybe you're having a toxic hour. It doesn't mean your whole life is toxic. And I think it's therapeutic to be able to complain about life. Our resident complainer. Yeah. I mean, we all complain, but Becca. I'm going to defend you because I think being a human means, yes, we also have to spread kindness, teach our kids to be nicer. Bullying is lame. But I also think that we need thicker skins because when you were starting from nothing, You knew you were fair game for your friends your family people who didn't know you to be like look at this loser starting
Starting point is 00:39:51 Another podcast like right we knew when we started lady gang people were talking shit about me being like Why would you be on a tv show and then do this like lowbrow form of entertainment? Like what a loser and I was like, you know what they're right. It is lower brow I'm going to take this on the chin and i'm going to keep going and doing my thing like Have a thicker skin if you're going to be an influencer a faux fluencer with 10 followers you also have to know that people are going to laugh at you. That is, it's very weird to show how you make your coffee every morning to 10 people, half of which are related to you and think that that is making, moving the needle. And you know what, if she does end up exploding,
Starting point is 00:40:27 then who cares? No harm, no foul. Like we all need to keep it in perspective and keep each other humble. Well, at the end of the day, like most shit in life is not that serious, except for the serious things like you're talking about, like, but everybody has seemed to put so much weight on every little thing where it's like, okay, faux influencers is going to be the thing that like you get canceled for or whatever, where it's like, there are important things going on in life that you complaining about whatever is not a big deal. And it's not that serious. Well, I want to, I want to state number one, I welcome the cancellation. I welcome it. I, we, I'm a big girl and I have on my big girl panties and I have, I made a choice to do this
Starting point is 00:41:11 podcast. I made a choice to go on Amanda Hersh's podcast, which was great. And she is awesome. Like I really love that girl. And she kind of checked me during it. I stand by it that I can, I have kind of had it with influencing, but also to Becca's point, I've had it with just how hysterical everybody gets if you're not positive all the time. Like they can't take my comments. They take it like I'm totally like demoralizing an entire community of people. And if our podcast hadn't worked, we're thick enough skin that we would have said, well, we tried it and it was fun and we put our best foot forward and we put ourselves out on the internet. But in doing this podcast and doing our podcast and being a guest on Amanda's podcast, I'm opening myself up to
Starting point is 00:41:57 criticism and I'm okay with that. I'm going to be 49 on Monday and I am who I am. And I am any criticism that I get, some of it is warranted and I'm okay with it. It's not going to make me lose sleep at night. I'm happy. I think that being cynical is fun. I think there's a lot of irreverent humor and cynicism. And I think I have a little bit of a black heart and I dig that. And you find other people on the internet that kind of have that wicked sense of humor and there's camaraderie in that. And then you have the toxic positivity crowd. And I don't identify with that as much. Like I would not be, I'm not hurt by the hate comments on Amanda's post. It doesn't hurt me because I don't know these people. Yeah. I love it. I love it. All
Starting point is 00:42:43 right. So we have time for a, I want to do a lightning round in honor of I've had it and the, the podcast. I want to do a lightning round of I've had it. And you're going to explain why you've had it in a fury. Give us your best case. And, and that's it. So who wants to start? Pumps. Okay. I'll start. Pumps. What have you had it with? God, I've had it with so many things. I think I've had it with moving right now. Cause all my kids, the older kids are college and I'm moving and schlepping shit all the time, like two or three trips. And then my daughter says to me, Hey, I've got like pictures to hang. When do you want to go down again? And I'm like, gosh, I've done this now.
Starting point is 00:43:21 hang on yourself right help yourself you're 21 years old it's 105 degrees i'm done so i've had it with moving for sure you need to just stop helping your adult children you're preaching to the quiet i mean i hear it from her all the time when i said i wasn't over mother becca it's still happening i love it it's still happening oh my gosh i love it so much jack um at the moment i've had it with being a hulu commercials i don't know why i pay 80 for hulu and every six minutes i'm getting another commercial for sky resi like yeah i don't i don't even know what it is yes i did go to the deep bowels of the hulu service agreement because i have the exact same problem and it's something about like certain shows that you watch you watch like a lot of discovery or
Starting point is 00:44:12 id and any true crime shit because that's all i'm doing me too it's like that's on demand to be on hulu so you have to do the commercials because i was like i kept emailing like i pay all this money for no commercials why the i have commercials of course i didn't get a response but that's what it is yeah i hate it i hate it miserable jen if i have had it with like super old politicians that just won't call it and it's on oh my god they call it mitch mcconnell i mean feinstein uh you know there's democrats and biden and it's just like we if we have not learned a lesson from ruth bader ginsburg right which was she should have retired when obama could have appointed her replacement and when you hit 80 we know the life expectancy is like right there right you
Starting point is 00:45:07 got to pull yourself out of the court you just got to do it and we're all kind of like like mitch mcconnell was on tv the other day i mean he literally had a stroke on live television it was it was insane yes it was really sometimes biden who i voted for who if he is the nominee i will vote for again i'm sometimes like oh i'm just like oh my god can he say it can we take it over the finish line we just need some fresh new politicians and being a politician would be miserable it would be horrible but i wish we could agree around 80 it's just time to call it so i've kind of had it with that and it's on both sides i think it's like there's like a certain age that as a pilot you have to retire and like you should adopt that for politicians but agreed agree
Starting point is 00:45:51 the one thing that i thought was kind of funny is the way that they're describing them on tiktok was warm corpses so that's exactly right and i yeah i don't want to be ageist because you know growing old is hard and we're all doing it. And, and I, all of these people should be proud of their accomplishments, but we learned a valuable lesson with Ruth Bader Ginsburg. We live in a state and I think Becca lives in a state where there's a total abortion ban and, you know, the consequences to that are going to be generational. And that type of trauma from that is going to be passed down generationally. And it's just, it's just a shame. It's just a shame that these people weren't pulling themselves out of the race. All right. I'm going to do
Starting point is 00:46:35 something very, uh, I'm going to, I'm going to turn the page here. I've had it with my own greasy motherfucking fingertips. Okay. Wow. Kelty, this is very true. This is a major issue. Now you'll look at my skin and you'll be like, wow, you're 42. You look amazing. I'm always glowing. always because that's because I have a 97 step oil situation in the mornings. I have the skin food and the serums and the oils. And so I like to be a moisturized queen, but every aspect of my life is a greasy mess. I had to shoot an influencer thing for a brand and I shot all of it and then looked at it and it was like, this is a greasy shot and I'm going to go for it. I'm going to pretend it's moody, but like, it is not sharp. It is not sharp at all. And it's like my phone,
Starting point is 00:47:30 I'm just cleaning it all the time, but I'm not like, if I cleaned it all the time, it would be clean. I'm I'm I can't even believe you guys can see me. Jack was over the day the other day and we were filming content and she was like, Oh, what's up with your webcam? And I was like, Oh, it's scratched. She's like, no, it's not. It's dirty. And then she's, and then I put the secondary webcam on and I was like, I need to clean this too. And like, why can't I have a moisturized face and a clean, like, do I need to start wearing gloves? Like, should I be a glove person? Wash your hands. I wash my hands, but then I got to put the lotion on. I'll send you some baby wipes. They're really convenient. I have them all over the house now. Right. That'll keep you clean.
Starting point is 00:48:07 But the baby wipes leave a little shmeg, no? No, they have like the water wipes that just like a water. What about hand sanitizer with the alcohol in it? Yeah, the alcohol. But I have, I don't want to have a dry cuticle. Then she wants to moisturize. I know, I do. The dry cuticle, I was thinking that same thing and i was like the dry cuticle is bad i have an old i already have an old lady hand we were comparing hands at work the other day and i was like i got all these beautiful rings from my husband he brought them back from a trip and i wanted to show them on instagram and then i was like i can't put this hand on instagram like it's very like voldemort like it's not giving anyway okay um so yeah greasy hands becca what have you had it with take us home i have had it i love her
Starting point is 00:48:46 i love what she stands for but i'm so over the taylor swift eras tour oh thank you oh i'm with you on my god i follow some people that have seen it her multiple times multiple times how much money is that it's so expensive billion dollar tour just hit a billion dollars she we should shout out i love her i think she's great i think she's rad too i love her she's giving away 55 million dollars in bonuses to her crew and dancers and all that she's amazing but her fans are awful they're all horse girls and they all make these stupid tiktoks about like what's my boyfriend gonna wear to the heiress tour and i'm like why is anybody getting dressed for this like it's not your show put on some jeans and a t-shirt why are you getting professional makeup why are you wearing
Starting point is 00:49:34 sequins what kind of a what is this i am so sick of it and it's all just like rich people like taking seven-year-olds and i'm like there are people out there who can't even feed their seven-year-olds give up your box brenda i'm sick of it i'm so sick of it it represents everything that's wrong with middle-aged white women it's the fucking heiress tour i think anytime you have a movement that has a cult-like following dangerous it's a red flag you've got like the trumpers it's very cult-like the swifties it becomes very cult-like and and i with the i appreciate taylor swift i appreciate you know how creative she is what a hustler she is the empire she's made but it's just so saturated everywhere that i'm with you
Starting point is 00:50:24 every time i turn on the radio i'm like here she is again with the karma i've had it i've had it with all of it enough it's the same people wearing pink for barbie marketing i'm like i i was just thinking that Becca what is happening why aren't you dressing up in pink to go to Barbie people need guys I was so Barbie shamed I gotta tell you something so I did the press I did the press junket for Barbie and first of all I I really love Taylor and I honestly we talked about this on another podcast I'm spending all my money to get to France for Jack's wedding because I waited too long to book my flights so I can't afford tickets I can't afford ticket because I'm bougie I got to find first class. Um, I can't afford tickets to the Taylor Swift show, but if I,
Starting point is 00:51:05 I do love Taylor and I've been watching it nonstop on Tik TOK, but so the Barbie movies and incredible, I loved it. I loved it. I loved it. But I went for the Barbie press day for e-news and I got there. So I wore like a jean. It was like an Alexander wing jean top and bottom. And it was like on a Saturday and like Saturdays is no Saturday. So it's like, I wore mascara and a lip and that's it. Like, I can't do a whole look on a Saturday for a press junket. And I rolled up there and people were in latex dresses, the journalists, latex dresses, pink corsets. Everyone was like, one guy was rollerblading into his interviews. Like people went so in and I thought it was incredible. And I was like, you know what? You do you, you do you. I don't care
Starting point is 00:51:46 that much, but you do you. But the palpable, palpable disappointment when I walked in the room and saw margo and ryan when margo and ryan saw my outfit and i wasn't in pink they were like this bitch like i could tell that they were so bummed because i've watched other people's interviews and they're like oh my god you look so good i think you're my best dress oh it's so cool that everyone's doing pink there's no way they there's no way they cared they were pissed to be there they thought everybody they thought the person rollerblading in was a loser and they're like this clown we have to talk to for the next 15 minutes and people still act like we're excited for the movie we shot two years ago like you were great you were wonderful you're a
Starting point is 00:52:29 star you killed it except for your greasy fingertips i'm sure they totally loved you yeah that's what we need to focus on i think they probably saw that grease all over your hands and they were like gross so gross um the girls the ladies are going on tour but i think your tour is already sold out. Are there still tickets available? So there's still tickets in Philly and then, uh, DC sold out Atlanta sold out, but we just announced new cities and those tickets are by the time this episode airs, they will be on sale and it's going to be New York, Toronto, Chicago.
