Well, what is this?
Welcome to the Lady Gang.
That's amazing.
Say that again.
The Lady Gang.
Things are about to change around here.
Each week, we catch up with Hollywood's hottest girl posse,
Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanek.
Hello, hello, hello.
Welcome to the Lady Gang.
I'm Becca Tobin here with Jack Vanek and Kelty Knight.
Oh, wow.
That's my nighttime radio voice.
Hello.
Kelty Knight.
wait can we address the unicorn like behind me in the room cast now
live i want to take i want to put becca up big becca talk so i can put you up big and i'm taking
you don't do gallery view yeah i want a big pic of you okay gotcha high res bitch wait i want to
do something where i can like really showcase it hold on okay oh yes yas okay explain to everyone
what's happening okay so i'm in my sister's basement uh it's like a playroom slash like
guest bedroom and there's a treadmill in here and kids toys but what's in the direct frame of my
camera is a white unicorn that my my niece got for christmas a couple years ago it's the ones
that you get on and you like your ride, you hump it to make it move and you like go up and down.
Oh, it's self propelled. Yeah. And it like moves across the floor, like as you pump it.
Um, and I just, I could move it out of the frame, but I feel like it's a good
talking piece. Like for anybody conversation piece. Yes. Yes. There you go. I like how it's
also not fully in frame. It's just a little in frame. So it's like, you're not trying to make
at the center of attention but it's there for people to to acknowledge if they would like
yeah and they're like we don't know becca like is this her room it does she collect stuffies
does she have a unicorn fetish it has such a young energy like i'm a furry yeah exactly okay
you never know you never know um okay well in that case uh it's time for good week yes it is
bad week oh no who wants to go first i'll go i guess um okay so my good week is um so i have
had this teacher in high school mrs nesman and she was my like tuesdays with maury teacher
and she was the teacher that changed my life she was my ap english teacher in 10th grade
she made me fall in love with reading and writing and she was just the most amazing incredible
person. So we still keep in touch to this day. And when we were writing the book, like the thing
that I could not wait is to send her a copy of act like a lady. And I finally sent it to her
and I was, I acknowledged that we are New York times bestsellers and all this shit. And she
was so excited and proud of me. And it was just a nice full circle moment. And it made me feel
really good on the inside. I have a question though. There was not, there was not a moment
in time when you're like, I don't know if this is appropriate to send. Yes. When you're at your
one day stand. I had acknowledged that in the note that I wrote her, she was also very conservative.
So it's probably not the type of content that's like that she's reading. However, I did acknowledge
it in my little note to her, but it was also after you opened the book and it had vaginas on the
inside so like I don't know how she like actually responded on the inside but her her text to me was
very sweet so I'll just take it at that yeah take it at that and you're a grown woman now you can
talk about Baberham Lincoln by the way Chris's parents don't even know we put out a book and
we will not tell them and also we like the week I became a New York Times bestseller we went out
we went over there to like say hello and we like didn't even say anything about it stop it they
have like no idea what's going on in your life at all no they have no they know about the clothing
line do they have the internet they don't really use the internet so they only know what you tell
them you can filter info they don't even have a dvr they're like oh sorry we we couldn't watch
you on et tonight wait that brings me i forgot to text you this kelty this is actually a good
time to do this sorry for the interruption but i was on the beach with my father-in-law and you
know my in-laws love Kelty night more than they love anyone. Yep. And they love entertainment
tonight. I was talking to my, my father-in-law, he looks at me on the beach and he's like, Hey,
have you been watching entertainment tonight lately? And I was like, I get enough Kelty night
in my life. I'm not, I have not been. And he's like, yeah, I've been watching. He's like, you
know, I just, I just want to tell her that I, I don't really, I don't love the other two ladies
that they've been using he's like one of them she's she blinks a lot it's distracting
i have no idea who he's talking about and i didn't want to even investigate because i just
but i just love how loyal how loyal my father-in-law is to kelty knight thank you kelty i
think if if everything goes to shit you could just start doing private shows for them one day you
could he was like he's like well i'm gonna stop watching if she leaves that show he said they've
lost a viewer they've lost a fan too my mother-in-law and my father-in-law well you know
i um i also have a blinking problem on television so i'm very happy to hear that um you might have
he might have just not recognized me with my hair pulled back it might have been me
what is the blinking problem is it because you're nervous is it yeah
uh no it's it's it's a nerd it's a thinking thing like so when i was hosting the parade
like the second parade um one of my bosses at the time jody was like hey do you have something in
your eye no and i was like no and then i blamed on the eyelashes because i was so embarrassed i
was like i know these eyelashes like are really upsetting my eyes she's like oh okay okay and
then the next year she was like no you're still doing it and like what that's like the hardest
thing when i'm in control it's because you're outside in the wind no no i do it like in any
anywhere it's it's when i'm doing a transition and i'm having to think about what i'm saying
i'll go like like i do like a like a little rollback blink anyway love your in-laws love
sorry to interrupt i just i knew if i didn't tell her now it would never i would never remember
that's incredible all i have to say is like kelty there's a career for you somewhere no matter what
So it's with the Martins move into their house or something.
They're great people.
Okay.
Awesome.
They're incredible.
All right.
So my bad week is I live in an apartment complex.
We have a gym.
The gym is closed because of COVID as it should be.
So now people are getting very creative with like where they're working out, how they're
working out.
And the good thing is we have so much outside space at my apartment complex.
There's a big grassy knoll right outside.
There's benches, there's chairs, whatever.
However, this group of girls that I think are CrossFit girls have decided that the place that they're going to work out is right outside my door, between my door and the garage.
And there is no other way for me to get from my door to the garage other than going through their entire setup of a workout.
And it's literally a fucking obstacle course to try to get through there.
They don't stop working out when I try to get through.
They don't say sorry.
They just continue on with the running and jumping all over me workout.
And I don't know what to do.
Jack, don't shame them for being fit.
They can get fit 10 feet away in the grassy knoll, but they've decided to get fit in my
one walkway is my problem.
The grass is, I mean, I understand it's not fair.
They could at least stop when you're trying to walk through.
No, they're literally doing like sprints back and forth and like jumping lunges.
And I have to decide at what time I'm going to try to walk through and get around them.
That's awkward.
They're huffing and puffing.
Oh.
With their COVID breath.
And I'm trying to.
That's the problem.
The droplets are dropling.
I don't want your droplets to drop on me.
Yeah, I understand.
It wasn't even worth.
It's not even like worth doing.
Anyways, it, you know, grinds my gears.
Grinds her gears.
I love when you use that term.
Cause it's like, so not a millennial term. You know, it really grinds my gears. It's like what
my mother would say. Um, okay. I'll go next. I found the greatest Instagram account ever at Kelty.
No, certainly not. So I, this is very out of, out of character for me, but somebody posted
something the other day on a story and it was like a, not an inspirational quote. It's more of
like a therapeutical quote. Therapeutical. Yes. And it's from this account, Colors of Austin
Counseling. It's a group therapy practice. And I guess they're based out of Austin. I have no idea
who they are, but they post some really incredible things. And my favorite thing that really resonated
with me this past week was a graphic that says, sorry, I didn't text you back. I forgot. Well,
I forgot is scratched out. And it says, some days communicating with others feels overwhelming. I
am letting go of self-blame and judgment. I am choosing to protect my energy and take the space
I need. Oh. Because I have crazy anxiety about texting people back when I don't want to.
welcome to my world, babe. You just don't text them back. I know. I've been living by that
forever. I know. To a certain extent, I completely, I can do that. You're talking about friends that
you shouldn't text back. I'm talking about people I love. Yeah. People I love. There's people I love
that'll text me and it's not even personal. It's just like, I don't have the energy right now.
And I also, that's not my preferred way of communication because it's, it's weird. Cause
here's the thing. If you're not on a phone call, you're texting, but then you're texting and also
doing something else at the same time. So it's like interrupting your real life to have a text
conversation with someone. It's weird. So anyways, I've been having a lot of anxiety during COVID
because a lot of people have time to text and check in and whatever. So I really like this
account. They have a lot of really good things like that, but it's Colors of Austin. I don't
know who you are. Sounds like a cult. Thank you. It probably is. But thank you for existing in the
world. Now ready for my bad week? It's revolting. I was on a walk and I was on the beach. We've been
at the beach with our families for a while and it's just been so nice. And it's way to decompress
to walk the beach by myself, listen to podcasts, listen to music. I'm walking and I'm like, oh,
just feeling like really good and feeling really happy for the first time in six months. And
walking and walking and this woman comes up and there's two like medium-sized uh labrador and
like a golden retriever and they're like gallivanting along the beach with no leashes
on because it's very empty and i'm like oh my god how amazing and then the dogs are wrestling
with each other and then they're like one of them sniffing the butt and then one of them
goes to pee and the other one puts its head under the stream to start drinking oh whoa
oh damn I have never ever heard of that happening I've never seen it happen and I spend a lot of
time at dog parks and I was just like oh my god this is so gross and like weirdly sexual and like
yeah the dogs are also like showers but like how do you drinking it like it's also you can't you
can't drink the ocean water it's too salty so like actually a really smart dog it's true but
i feel like p is also he's also salty yeah but you can exist on your own p for like a week
is that true yeah that's how remember the guy that got caught in the cave he drank his own p
oh come on oh god survival 101 that is did the dog was it a long like a long pro like it was like
catching people having sex i felt like i needed to look away and then i like looked at the parents
of the dog do yeah the woman had on sunglasses so i couldn't tell who she was looking at what
she was looking at and I didn't want to be like judgmental, but it was just really weird. And it
really, it really kicked off my morning in a weird, weird vibe. That's real weird. That's a
new one. Yeah. So golden showers, golden retriever, golden showers, um, bad week. So I've been very
excited about my lettuce grow. You know, this like thing I got. Oh, have you, I hadn't seen
the 75 stories you've done for them did you get that for free no you paid for it yes she did no
i got it for free at the grammys like for being at the grammys or whatever but then it's not like
lettuce grow gave it to you uh i think they gave it to me like in a gifting suite but i have to
buy all the pods and stuff like it's not like a sponsor this is not a sponsored post no you give
them so much love well it's kind of amazing and so my friend sarah also had well like a lot of
people are starting to get them one now and my friend sarah also has one and so we've been like
really talking every day about like our ph levels and like and her and hers is incredible she has
zucchini leaves that are bigger than her hand like and I was like how much sun are you giving her a
day she's like I got the dolly I'm wheeling her around like whatever so I had her in mine on one
spot and I grew some chard and that's it everything else died then I moved it up on my deckhouse and
maybe it'll get more sun here I was able to grow like two tiny butter lettuces and that's it and I
was like, all right, it's not getting enough sun. So I took it apart this week and I moved it up to
my balcony off my bedroom because there's less shade and it'll get more sun. This is so boring,
but I have now killed three complete rounds of lettuce growth seedlings. Like I plant them and
then they die. Like I am the official worst gardener of, because hydroponics is like super
easy. You check the pH, you put the nutrients in, like that's it. Like, and then it's supposed to
grow. And I'm in the lady, the lettuce grow Facebook community. And everyone's like, here's
my harvest. Like, here's my big lettuce grow. I had to add trellis. I had so many peppers.
I have like one. I can show you the leaf. It is so sad. I don't want to see it. I don't either.
I'd rather watch a dog pee in another dog's mouth. Same. Okay. My good week is brought to you by
the home Depot. It's literally a sponsored good week. Uh, so let me tell you what I need to tell
you there's more to explore at the home depot from furniture and home decor to bedding and more
home depot.com has endless options for every space in fact they are sponsoring a really fun segment
in our show which is this my segment my good week where i get to share some of my decorating plans
so here it is so you guys know on the left hand side of my backyard i have like uh these red tiles
and then i built a wall to like get away from bad neighbor but i haven't really decorated that space
yet i've been trying to grow plants it's where callie pees it smells like pee over there like
I don't know what to do with it. So I got the courage. I was thinking about when Becca said
that Leanne Ford was on cameo and you could like buy space. Did you do that? No, I just texted her
normal and I see a supportive business woman pay for her time. Well, I said, expensive gal. No,
I said, Hey, this is really ugly. Right. And she goes, yeah, you got to add some built-in benches.
And I was like, Oh my God, I owe you. And she was like, yes. So I owe her something. It'll probably
be an ET segment. Let's be honest, but I'll pay her back anyway. So she said you should make some
built-in concrete, like benches that you paint white and then you build your own thing. So
anyway, all the contractors are not working right now because of COVID or if they are, it's like,
they're not doing a bench. They're renovating a house. You know what I mean? Big story. So I'm
going to do it myself. I'm using our friends at Home Depot and I'm going to build the plywood
thing. I'm going to put the concrete in. I'm going to paint it. It's going to be my next fixer. I've
missed doing Fixer Upper LA. So now I can go to Home Depot. I can get everything. I get the paint.
I'll paint it. And you guys are going to be able to watch it on my Instagram. Are you so excited?
I cannot wait. I actually am. I like, I actually do enjoy watching your Fixer Upper videos.
I know. And people are like, I asked them the other day, I did an Instagram post and I was like,
what's your favorite content? And everyone was like, fix our parlay. I was like, well,
the house is fixed. Like, I mean, it's, things are still falling apart, but like the,
the renovation is done. I have nothing to share with you. And now I have a project,
which I'm so excited. You got a new project. It's very gratifying to watch things like that.
Oh, I come together. I will agree. That is maybe the only segment of yours. I really dive into.
Thank you so much. All right. When we come back, we have a very special and sexual guest.
you're listening to the lady gang our guest today is the supermodel of our generation born
in germany and raised in south carolina she is front and center bitches on this year's sports
illustrated swim cover this golden barbie was named rookie of the year last year in 2019 and
she's appeared in vogue vogue italia is it italia italy vogue british vogue vogue russia
Vogue Arabia, Love, Allure, CR Fashion Book, Esquire, Glamour, GQ, Interview, and like every
other magazine that exists, and walked in some of the most important runway shows in fashion.
She is incredible. We love her style. There's so much you need to talk to her,
especially about the fact that, has she ever worn a bathing suit that has a bum?
Please welcome to the Lady Gang, Jasmine Sanders.
Okay. Okay. Okay. You guys, first of all, I have to say something. I've never seen
a more perfect face on zoom. It's not fair. Thank you. I have to say that is the best introduction
I think I've ever gotten in my entire life. So if you can come with me everywhere, like that was
amazing. Jasmine, when did you look in the mirror and realize that you're hot? Oh my God. What a
great first question we want to know what is it like we've never had that moment you are all
beautiful do not go there were you like i'm six and i'm beautiful or like 20 like were you always
i had the whole ugly duckling experience i also got um braces i want to say that was my junior
year in high school so that was quite the experience um because i i felt like i had
already kind of blossomed a little better than I did in like middle school. And then out of nowhere,
my dentist hit me with a brace face out of nowhere. And I was like, if things aren't bad
enough, like way to throw that at me right when I'm trying, like struggling to graduate and
everything. I had bigger issues to worry about. So yeah, I don't know. Okay. So in my knowledge
of the sports illustrated cover. I believe it to be true that you shoot, you go down,
you shoot all around the world and no, there's no setup where they're like, okay, girls,
this is the cover. They shoot everything. And then they look at all the photos and decide
what is the best photo we took. Uh, yeah, for me, I, I think that you are absolutely right.
We all go in there and we have absolutely no idea if our images are going to be used as the
cover we shoot maybe like I want to say I shot probably like 14 or 15 swimsuits and you may not
even see all of the ones that we shot a lot of the images like you get all of the images online but
you don't get all of that in the magazine as well so you have to really be in tune with the website
and the magazine to make sure you get all of the all of the behind the scenes all of the stuff from
their Instagram all of that but you have absolutely no idea the second that you're shooting you're
just like let me give each bathing suit my all because you never know which one they're gonna
pick and it could be one where it may be your least favorite but then you see it and you're
like you know what like that I should have trusted MJ and I all honesty I always just like put my all
into everything that I do but like this shoot I really was like let me go above and beyond and
maybe like fingers crossed this could happen and we it is very rare that they shoot more than one
model together or us even lapping with our travels so um we the girls I think all of us were kind of
just excited like okay we get to shoot together maybe they're doing something exciting inside the
magazine or, um, like going to do a different type of spread in the, in the internal, uh,
I don't know what I'm saying. I'm like rambling in the pages, but, um, it just, it ended up being
on the cover. And I think all of us freaked out just as much. Like I was completely shocked and
I was definitely not thinking that we were going to have, um, two covers each, which is really
crazy it's insane now I read that and I knew we like we knew we loved you but we knew we loved
you more when I read an article that your prep for the sports illustrated shoot was pasta and tequila
oh my god yes god bless you the first year uh my rookie year I really like buckled down and tried
to make sure that I was like in tip-top shape I wanted my body to look its best like I've always
been into sports so it was never like oh my god let me lose weight to make sure that i look good
in this issue and i'm skinny enough or whatever um sports illustrated swim is all about like body
empowerment and um confident beautiful women who are all shapes and sizes so for me this year i
was just like you know what i worked my butt off last year i was super toned i for myself i felt
like I looked my best that I've ever looked but I was like let's try a more womanly curvy vibe
and like just be happy from within and not really care what not not care what I look like on the
outside but just kind of like go with it and there was for me I was just like I want to I want to eat
things that make me happy I want to drink and have fun with my friends I want to celebrate this
moment because now it's not me like really trying out or feeling like I'm trying out now I'm part of
the family so I just I just wanted to enjoy enjoy the full experience of being there with the crew
being there with the photographer and the videographers and the entire Sports Illustrated
team because I I'm just one that lives by like you cannot take it for granted like even though
I'm on the cover today, something could hit the fan tomorrow and people not like me. So it's take
it each day as you can and enjoy every moment. That's great. We love tequila also.
Now, Margarita, let's get to the- I'm actually not drinking now. So it's kind of like,
I'm like- So sad.
I'm just in this new health. I know it's kind of weird. My friends are like,
are you sure you want to do this? It's been like two weeks. I'm doing really good.
Oh my gosh. You and me.
especially during quarantine it's like kidding it's hard alcohol is like the only thing that
brings me any happiness anymore so i'm like wine in a movie that's all i need yeah let me ask you
this there is there listen the instagram is a joyous place if you love you which we do
there are some bathing suits to me that scream uti and i i just i just want to talk to you there's
one in particular so there's you were like it's very flossy it's white and it sort of has like
a boob coverage and then the string goes around your back and it's just a string thong my little
dental floss bikini yes that one now are you are we wearing this to the pool or is this like a
photo shoot situation oh my god that is strictly a photo shoot situation or like trying to like
make your boyfriend mad at you about something I don't know you don't really go out in that I cannot
I mean other might be able to but I'm personally just scared of where it may slide yes and I don't
I'm yeah no and I'm also like very much a tomboy with like my etiquette and everything so I'm all
over the place like i'll plop down on the floor i'll be like and it's not gonna hold together
like that i think it was strictly for the shots okay because a thong bathing suit is my worst
nightmare i'm just gonna like a thong bathing suit is one thing that was like dental floss
okay so you're like are you sorry is this the baby is it an actual just like one string or
yes it's a kind of she's wearing the borat she's wearing the borat but like a sexual borat angle
oh my god and then it's like strings that come here strap around your neck it's kind of sexy
I like that no you look amazing and look MJ MJ always says the smaller the bikini the better
your body looks and I had like honestly I used to wear like full bottom bikinis or like stuff
that was like more cheeky because I always felt like my butt didn't look the best in like thong
bikinis and then I was just like you know what if sports illustrated liked it enough to put it in
the magazine, then I guess I can wear it out. I'm also very like, it's weird. I show a lot on
Instagram now, but I am in all honesty, kind of conservative. My parents are still alive and live
in South Carolina. And I am not trying to piss my dad off. He's pushing 30. I don't care. I'm like,
I don't want to have those uncomfortable conversations with my parents. So this I
literally told my parents i was like the first magazine i was like it was a lot for dad to look
at um but the second one he was like okay she's covered up so less is more um i want to touch
i want to circle back on the less of a bikini the better your body looks yeah i agree is this true
we're trying to hike it up it's it's true for every woman except for like me when i'm like
really bloated and I'm it's like time of the month I'm like I just don't feel sexy and like
a two-piece um so I am the girl that will also put on like some basketball shorts and then a
bathing suit top because I'm like my boobs look good but the rest of me is just not feeling it
right now um but yeah I don't know it's just I feel like once a lady can finally get comfortable
in being sexy then embrace it like we have so many people that are going to talk crap about us
regardless like even though I'm a tinier frame I still have people in my dms in my comments like
eat a burger you look see you're like your ribs are showing do you like how small you are why are
you working out and I'm like that's still bullying guys yeah even though like you're still body
shaming me um even though I'm small so it's like I don't know I just try to have fun eat pasta
enjoy life not really look into it too much and you're like honestly I like being naked like
not naked naked but like I like showing off my body so it's like if you're gonna talk I'm gonna
give you something really good to talk about hey speaking of talking um we you know you not there's
not just dental floss bikinis on your Instagram you have been using your voice and your power
and all this fan base to stand up during the Black Lives Matter movement in such a huge way.
What has it meant for you to be a part of that and then be front and center on this cover during
this time? For me, it is an incredible feeling. My dad is Black. My mom's German. I've grown up
in a biracial home. I've grown up in South Carolina where it's nothing but Confederate flags
and um very like it's just like you grow up in the for what I felt like kind of in the heart of it
still um because there are so many people that are just so blinded by it um so many people that
act like it doesn't happen in their homes and in their cities and um I I just feel like everybody's
seeing it a lot more because we record it and because there's social media and stuff like that
but it's been happening for years it's been going on for hundreds and thousands of years like it's
just it's i don't know it's really painful um but at the same time it's a powerful pill a powerful
feeling for me to be able to be on the cover um i think it's incredible when women who are used to
being seen and not heard like models that was really their their job description for so long
I think it's incredible to see someone like you, who's a model, who's, who's posing in bathing
suits, who's sexy to also be really active about something as serious as the Black Lives Matter
movement. And, and I think that this moment in time is making it so almost inexcusable if you
don't use your platform for these moments, even if you are a model. Yeah. So I think I definitely
can chime in on that the biggest part for me has always been and this was before me screaming as
loud as I am now about Black Lives Matter is to find a way to have a voice and that was my real
reason for getting on Instagram to begin with was to like show the behind the scenes show those
things because we are models that are just on a cover or people aren't really reading they're
like flipping through or scrolling through um so I've I've always tried to find a way to use my
voice and this just touches at home with me um I it I have like I've literally gone out and gone
to marches with my friends I've watched my friends go to these protests and um dealing with the fact
signals dropping and um not being able to communicate with each other letting each other
know like make sure that you write um a phone number or write emergency numbers on your arm
and marker um things to carry with you just we've had so many crazy conversations going on the front
lines together um trying to do things that we can to help and give back um sitting at home and
literally all of us pulling out our phones at the same time and going through petitions and
reading about things doing research I think it's just a time where this generation especially is
louder and I love being a part of it I love being able to have a platform where not only do I show
you hot photos but I can get your attention and then be like okay but remember Breonna Taylor
still doesn't have justice like there are so many things I think that people kind of turn off their
phone or turn off their tv and don't pay attention to and I was guilty of doing that at like a young
age but I'm now 29 years old I'm like I can't sit around and be silent I can't be silent for myself
for my family for my nieces and nephews for my future children right um for my best friends just
anything like I live in a neighborhood where it's all honesty I think I'm probably the only
black family in the neighborhood um and it's me and my best friend Philip and there's times where
we're in the neighborhood and I know that he feels uncomfortable yeah and it's like I would love a
day where he doesn't have to feel uncomfortable my son doesn't have to have a I don't have to
have a conversation with my son later on why these issues are still not fixed so if that means i need
to scream a little bit louder and all honesty sports illustrated giving me the cover has now
given me a bigger platform and i'm gonna continue to scream so sorry guys hey i don't apologize to
us okay i want to make a turn here because there was something that you posted on your instagram
that is very important to me it's a photo it was a photo but the the caption she says if he takes
his phone off the ox to go in to pay for gas focus on yourself sis oh true this is such a good lesson
this is such a good lesson i need you to give us the lesson uh okay well i will say this a lot of
my captions are me just talking shit with my friends as we want them to be as we do welcome
to the podcast yeah I love it I love it um no but we literally just sit around and like talk shit
all night and like like talk about stupid stuff and I used to be so serious about like what I
would put into my captions and then I was like you know what screw it I lost my clothes I lost this
I lost my like top today oops sorry like and it's like just like round people up and I was like okay
well like then I had so many people just being like you literally are freaking hysterical like
I don't know I don't know why I'm not trying to cuss I'm over here like freaking oh you can say
as much as you want but no I um I used to literally get so many people um saying that
it was like so funny reading my like comments or like my captions or whatever and like people
going back and forth and like honestly I was also dealing with being single and just like
not really caring what guys thought so I was like just posting stuff to like piss everybody off
and it was working and I liked it um but for that caption specifically I found that one I want to
say, all honesty, I steal a couple of them from Charlemagne the God. He's from South Carolina too.
So he's like a brother to me. I love him. But I love going on his page because he always posts
stuff, whether it's like directed to a male or female. And I'm like, you know what? That's a
good clap back. So I was like, I need that one. But it's so true. It's like, if he doesn't leave
his phone if his phone's not sitting face up I'm like something is up something I'm not one to look
through your phone but if I pick up your phone and you get a little defensive and I haven't even
typed in like a fake password I know just to slide it back to you and the date's over yeah good night
um and speaking of love we're very happy for you and you and your man and you have a matching tattoo
which is questionable we're gonna tell you the truth wait what's the tattoo it's their names
and you seem very happy and he is hot thank you he is very very handsome i'm like waiting for him
to get home now um i am i don't know i i was i'm crazy i'm in love and i'm happy and i honestly
don't give a shit what the world has to say um I've lived under a microscope since I was 13 years
old even if my platform wasn't as big as it is now um I've always been very much a perfectionist
I've always been the type that's like oh you can't do this or don't do this or what if you do this
like I overthink everything I do in my life and um he had already set his appointment went and got
his tattoo the day that I got my cover the day the cover came out um and I thought that we were
going in and getting them together because we had already talked about them but we we kind of spoke
as in like we would get them in the future like maybe if we have kids or maybe if we get married
or maybe if this um which none of that's on the table yet guys uh just just permanent tattoos
just things were taken to the grave yeah you know no big deal no big deal at all i don't know i have
a lot of tattoos my parents are definitely not for me having a lot of tattoos they've always been
very strict on those things even though my dad has tattoos um never got that but um like i said
i'm terrified of my parents i don't want to i'm always like trying to be a good child even though
i'm an adult um and me and my mom still have yet to talk about it um we had a full conversation
the night that i posted it and she acted like nothing happened which was very funny typical
parents later yeah i know she's gonna listen to this later so i'm like hi mom um yeah i know that
you did not want me to ever get a man's name tatted but dad has your name tatted on his chest
he still loves you it's been 36 beautiful years oh there you go um and I'm a hopeless romantic
and I also one big thing um my tattoos are like they're part of me it's a chapter in my life
mile markers yeah yeah and it's also like it's like just life like I like to put my life and
my art on me i like my body to tell a story and he's part of my story and he's a really happy
chapter in my life right now and i hope it's a book but we'll see only future will tell i'm not
getting it removed i mean i'm trying to get my tramp stamp removed right now but it's like
covid shut everything down all right when we come back uh jasmine's gonna fix your life
now back to the lady gang
Okay. Now we're back. So for this part of our podcast, we have our listeners writing
questions about their life, whether it's like love or career or body, and then we give them
advice. I'm probably going to give some advice that I haven't taken myself.
We do it every day. It's always bad. So it's fine. Okay. So our first question comes from
anonymous she says there's this guy that I've been casually hanging out with the last few months
although he claims that quote modesty is super sexy he always sends me thirst trap pics from
the gym and shirtless selfies sometimes even nudes I always wonder how many people he's sending them
to and I personally don't send them in return is he trying to get my attention or does he just
want attention help oh do you have a have you ever had any guys just send you countless pics
of their pecs at the gym and you're like I did not yeah and I will be very very honest with you
until Anthony I have never wanted photos for my guys like I'm more of like in all honesty it just
creeps me out yeah like I don't want to see a guy like posing selfie in the mirror like that's a no
for me um I don't like the like puckered lip selfie like don't want it I'd rather you make
a goofy face and like tongue out to me or like something like that or like show me something
cool or like videos of you talking but like all honesty I don't really it when I see too many
pictures like that it shows me that they're like way too into themselves yeah and like that's one
thing that really attracted me to Anthony is like he is not like he he may be like all about
his body and focusing on like he's in tip-top shape and also the people that he works with
but he doesn't show it on his Instagram it's not like flaunting all day so like I had to dig deep
to see how fine he was it took a while that's good though that's good I liked it that's my thing
here's he wasn't he wasn't the type to send like weird creepy photos we are all dating and married
to norm we call them normies yeah like just normal people and it is the recipe for success
they can be exceptional normies but they're not yeah you know like he's he's definitely the top
of what he does yeah of course he's normal in a sense of he's not in the whole acting or modeling
like i can't do models i love models sorry we can be friends but i just model to model is not
gonna work model to model schedule it's too crazy of schedules and stuff too um and then i don't
want to compete with you like especially if like yeah no there's too much male ego i don't know
you can't be with a man who cares more about what they look like than you do no there's also
there's something really weird about like men taking serious selfies just in general
i will say i do like i do like the guy that does take good care of us yeah i think there's a fine
line um because there's some that are like more of the selfie type but like don't do anything to
take care of themselves at all like don't go to the gym don't like eat healthy and like i'm just
like, I can't deal with that either. Like it's very motivating being with Anthony just because
I'm able to bounce off of that. Oh, your little gym videos. It's very cute. Oh my God. I know
my agents are like, we love it, but keep it going. It's called balance. All right, Jack.
All right. Next question. Another anonymous. She says my sister and I are three years apart. She's
25 and I'm 22. We are constantly fighting and getting under each other's skin. And it's getting
to the point where our friends are getting annoyed. They only want to hang out and go on
trips with us separately. I want to have a good relationship with her, but we never click. How
do I make this stop or will it get better with age? Becca, you're the sister. I will say that
sisters are either your best friends on the entire planet at times, or they're your biggest enemy.
and you can fight with them and have raging feelings towards them like you don't have with
anyone else. Because I think the love runs very deep. It's almost like I only fight with one
other person like that. It's my husband because I love him so much. So I will say cherish what
you have because not everybody has a sister and not everybody knows what it's like to
be a woman, be raised by the same people and have the same sort of like bond like that. So don't
get up. Like it's really hard and you're probably very different people and it's okay to slip in
and out of being close and not, but, um, there's times when I feel like the only person I have is
my sister and that's who I turn to for everything. So it can be something so magical. It's like,
I don't know a lot of it's just communication too like just air out that shit don't let it
don't let it you know get in those massive blowout fights get it out yeah I'm like I completely
agree with you but I will also say I have fully like tried to fight my sister and number one
that's the worst choice that you could ever choose like don't don't go my route my parents
had to break it up I definitely lost um I don't think I've ever publicly said that but she she
really like yeah um but I will say my sister is one of like she is the first person I call
when anything happens um she definitely gets it it's always like I will literally argue with my
mom or my dad and I'll be like oh your mom is driving me nuts today and she's like oh my god
shut up it's yours too what'd she say this time or what did dad say this time and I'm like oh my
god I can't deal with your brother but like it's like we always and especially now I feel like the
older we get the closer we get um the conversations that we have are hysterical I do not have better
conversations with anyone else but her um and also to chime in on like the friend thing it
sounded as if they're sharing the same friends they definitely need separate friends yeah because
you can't talk shit to your friend about your sister and then she's gonna talk to your sister
about you talking shit and then your friend's not home when you guys are home together
because then you're gonna fight and your friend's not there to break it up so yeah you can't treat
your sister like another girlfriend exactly yeah there's there's a fine line and you also have to
like just I don't know sometimes we argue and we have to give each other a couple days to cool off
and then we'll get back and we'll be like okay at the end of the day like like my dad always tells
me like no one like you cannot trade your family in so you can have your best friends you can have
your friends, but always make sure your relationship with your family is strong.
Yeah. I love that. Okay. Our last question comes from Bay. Recently, I found an Instagram DM thread
between my boyfriend and a few of his other guy friends. It consisted of them messaging each other
pictures of Instagram models, mostly provocative ones, and even some girls he used to go to high
school with. We're 27, been together a few years, and I truly believe he wouldn't cheat, but it just
feels weird and a little disrespectful for me i'm also not delusional i know my boyfriend finds
other women hot and i know i shouldn't snoop but how do i bring this up to him should i even care
please help you do not bring this up to him you are not a petty bitch you are a confident woman
i will tell you this so my husband's client is the fiancee of a fellow model josephine scriber
and oftentimes i will see chris in bed scrolling his instagram and he'll be like it'll be like
dog house dog house josephine naked dog house dog house josephine in a bra like and she's so hot
and i'm like look enjoy like listen enjoy that because i don't have boobs and i need you to
enjoy boobs somewhere and so it's just be confident it's so gross if you go to him right
now and you're like please don't look at oh my god it's not gonna be good unless he's gonna look
regardless exactly unless he is d is trying to slide into the dms of these instagram models
which is delusional then you're like okay now you're being too friendly that's when you're like
i gotta talk to you about it but other than that it's like but isn't it weird though it's one thing
to look but it's weird to me that he's sending it into a group messaging situation that is kind
of weird i mean jack and i definitely sent messages about aj from the back that was
inappropriate that was inappropriate and perverted okay and that was video with the exact clip of
when he did the air thrust to look at so sometimes guilty you know what sometimes you're horny the
buffet but you don't have to i will chime in on that part like i will have full-blown conversations
with my girlfriends about stuff but like i definitely kind of have them on speaker and i
literally was like oh my god like i'm having this whole conversation in front of anthony but then i
was like you know what let me ask him what he thinks so i was like yeah you just have to make
it a conversational piece yeah make it a conversational piece i love that i guess there
just are there are those people that really appreciate sending hot photos of girls to their
guy friends it's so immature like i love it but i do the same it's like i'm on the connell fan
page from normal people oh my god you are such a dork i follow connell's change i'm like a bar
like i'm a i'm a like torn between the two because sometimes i like chime in on stuff and then other
times i'm like girls why are you sending me this like you know i'm like in a happy relationship i
don't want to see this like my girls know not to send me a dick pic like it's not happening
and all honestly they know not to send me that even like during like real life like when it's
like it's not real life but oh my god when i'm single please not real life
no real life because it feels like you're in a dream
exactly i'm in a parental world right now because i'm so in love um no but like i don't know i'm
just not that girl I don't like stuff like that so it's like I'm not really the girl that's gonna
be the one to chime in on that but like if you come to me about something else yeah I'll talk
drama with you yeah I am that girl but then I'm still judging this guy so I don't know where I
stand I just I'm like you it's okay I'm like I want to see all the hot guys I'm maybe I want to
see it but then I want to talk about it and then I don't know if I'm into it but yeah I don't know
the answer, but I do know I love the Backstreet Boys. Okay, cool. Um, listen, Jasmine has to go
because she has things to do. She's waiting on her man to get home. Um, congratulations,
you icon. Congrats. Uh, Sports Illustrated cover is such a big fricking deal. I hope you celebrate
with your tequila and pasta for the next year. And you guys, of course, you're probably already
following her, but if you're not head on over and follow at golden Barbie, um, and you're just so
lovely congratulations on all your success you deserve it all and um stay away from those utis
girl i'm gonna send you some bikinis oh my god she has a wide set vagina just keep that in mind
this is why it is such a big deal for me is that like i needs a big uh i need a fat like i need
the gusset to be wide that's exactly why i didn't wear the one that looks like a shoestring like
it's literally it was yeah it'll get lost it'll get lost exactly it's a front thong which is like
a whole other thing okay anyway we have to go um we will see you next tuesday thanks for listening
