Let's make this quick. Hello, hello, hello, and welcome to The Lady Gang. I'm Becca Tobin here with Jack Vanek and Kelty Knight, and we have a special guest with us today.
Starting point is 00:00:22 We are very excited to be here on a rainy Los Angeles day to talk about fitness beauty what we eat in a day what to have what to do when we fall off the wagon but let me introduce our special guest our guest today is all about wellness recovery and lifestyle her beautifully and i mean it's so good beautifully curated brand will have you instantly wanting to know where she gets her hair done what filter she uses and what jeans she's wearing and she's kind enough to share each week on the blonde files podcast exactly that she also has a wide selection of amazing life guides, including two cookbooks, a fashion guide, and a very, very, very, very handy Amazon store, which is perfect for Jack because she loves to do an Amazon haul, so
Starting point is 00:01:05 you need to hop on over there. We invited her to come on the pod today to give you all the inspiration and a nice motivational talk in the form of a podcast for how you can be living your best self this month. Please welcome to the Lady Gang, Ariel Laurie. Welcome. Guys, I feel like I'm going to be such a letdown. No. No.
Starting point is 00:01:25 Oh, there's no way. I mean, you're everything about the brand is insane. Thank you. Like branding one-on-one. So are you hands-on? Do you have like a secret elf behind the scenes, like doing all this for you at this point? Yeah. So I have people who do my website. I have people who do my Instagram, my podcast, Instagram graphics. Um, I have people who did like brand books for my, for my podcast and for my personal Instagram. But other than that, like I've just always been very particular. I know what I like, I know what colors I'm drawn to. And so for some reason, like it just always was kind of cohesive. But now, yeah, I have a lot of people who are like, yeah, because it took off a little
Starting point is 00:02:02 bit. Yeah. Are you so happy? I am. Yeah. Are you terrified? We're terrified. It's so weird.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Like I, I don't know if you know my story, but I got sober six years ago. Well, congrats. Thank you. I was 28 years old. I had nothing like no car, no apartment, no friends, no money, opposite money. I mean, I was in so much debt. I'm going to call it my debt from now on opposite money that's so nice opposite money is cute I had the opposite of money and I just I was like just starting over from scratch and I was so passionate
Starting point is 00:02:34 about recovery in the beginning so I was like this is what I want to do I want to help people and I went back to school to do counseling and um at the same time like a couple years into it I was like well I want to get healthy too like especially when you get sober and you start eating again after you're emaciated and like, you're just, your body holds onto weight. And I was like, what is happening? And so I was like, well, getting healthy means having abs. So that was like the only thing. Yeah. That was it. I hadn't, I mean, I would, I had been in like a blackout since I was like 20, pretty much. It was really bad for a decade. So I just had no idea. Did your parents struggle with that? Or like, what do you think that was the catalyst is coming to LA? I was,
Starting point is 00:03:11 no, I don't know what it was. I mean, it started when I was in high school. So there was just something I was talking on another podcast about this yesterday. Like there was just something off and it was funny. Cause like on the outside, I had a lot of friends. I was creative. I was smart. Like I had things going for me and nobody could tell that anything was off, but inside I just always felt like I was just a little bit different from my peers. And I didn't know what it was until I found alcohol. And I had that first drink and I was like, Oh, like I could breathe for the first time. And I had consequences really early on. I was in treatment for the first time when i was like 19 or 20 i got a dy almost hit a cop head on like oh my god it was just i was off to
Starting point is 00:03:50 the races and by the end of it i was having non-stop seizures living alone in my apartment i was found face down on my floor like it was just really bad oh my god so yeah so when i decided to get healthy i was like well abs abs are healthy healthy people have abs that was it and so i started an instagram account at the time for accountability and that was how i came up with the blonde files because i didn't want anyone to know who i was i didn't show my face um i was posting my before pictures which is like uh like yeah cringe well and those went everywhere i mean now that you're out like that story when i was researching for you to come on the podcast like it's everywhere because you really you did the grind and you did bbg right i did bbg which that's
Starting point is 00:04:33 how i started in my fitness journey too it's a good start it's a good start it's so fucking hard i try to do it now and oh my god i'm gonna die i know those burpees are too old to do it yeah i can't yeah i call it jump till you die because i just i mean it's like it's true that's all it is like of course you're gonna lose weight and of course you're gonna like tone up and whatever because you're killing yourself yeah every single day um but yeah so i started the account at the same time and then it just kind of took off and so talk to me about that transition because we are a few months into the year a lot of people have already given up on they're like this is gonna new year new me it's like well um so you know what what are your tips to staying accountable
Starting point is 00:05:13 and also just this journey of of how long it took you because it wasn't overnight and i think people are always looking for that instant yeah i feel like it's still kind of they want to jump till they die like for one week yeah totally yeah and i get that i did too like we want instant gratification. Um, I think, you know, it kind of took me, that was in 2016. I had to go through so many ups and downs. Like I'm the kind of person where things have to get really bad in order for me to like adapt and maybe make different lifestyle changes. So I was doing jump till I die until my body was like shutting down my hormones. I was counting macros, so I wasn't eating enough. And at the time I thought I was doing the right thing. Like I wasn't, I didn't know. Um, but I had to
Starting point is 00:05:57 change. I had to adapt because my body was like, this is not, this is not enough. So what I would tell people is to find something that they love, you know, and we don't necessarily always have to be doing the most. Like we don't have to exercise more and diet more and restrict more in order to like be quote unquote healthy or reach a certain aesthetic. Like now I do Pilates four days a week, if that, if I'm being honest, sorry guys. And I go for like long walks with my dog and that's it. and my body responded to that and I think you know you you just it's trial and error and find what you like and what your body responds responds to and but there's no secret sauce for like staying motivated it's just kind of getting in the habit of doing it and overriding your brain
Starting point is 00:06:43 when it's telling you to like sit on the couch and eat cookies I know which I do too I also think like as a female it took me to get into my 30s to learn moderation yeah so it's like it's so overwhelming to start the fitness journey for me because I know I'm going to go so hard. So it's like getting yourself up to do that. And like talking yourself into it is so much work. So intimidating and it's intimidating. So it's like, you really got to gear up for it. Where if I just like in my twenties would just be like today, you're going to do something. It's not going to be the most. And so I can be the least. And I'm just now feeling that in my thirties, like, why does it take so long for us to figure it out? Cause also nobody tells you that you, I mean,
Starting point is 00:07:23 you're doing Pilates and walking, that's so much better than nothing. Whereas like people think that they're either 150% in or they're, they fucked it up kind of thing. Yeah. I was going to say, that's another thing. Like, I feel like we have this tendency to feel like we have to do it all. We have to do it all at once. So like, I also tell people to just start with one thing, start with one thing that's manageable, even if it's like getting up 10 minutes earlier and going for a walk, you know, or just doing something that you can fit into your life and like creating that habit and then adding something else onto it. Cause if you're like, I'm going to start counting macros and I'm going to not eat carbs and I'm going to train for a marathon and I'm going to
Starting point is 00:07:59 do BBG. Like, of course you're not going to be able to do that. It's not sustainable. And then if we fail, we just stop and give up on everything. So it's more like taking manageable steps, I think. And what do you do when you get into those modes where you're like, you know, what would be so fun is like Netflixing and Oreos for like three days straight. Like how do you get, we all do it. I mean, I'm literally 48 hours from doing this. I can't wait to have a chocolate-covered deep-fried Oreo. Me too. And I think, like, to your point, like, that's something that I had to learn.
Starting point is 00:08:30 And I did learn it after my early 30s. I'm still in my early 30s. But something definitely changes. And I just kind of learned that the more, there's a quote, the more you resist persists. If I resist the Netflix and the Oreos, I'm going to obsess over it. And I'm going to, instead of eating Oreos, I'm going to eat 10 different other things to try to fill that. From Erewhon.
Starting point is 00:08:53 Yeah. $50 for two cookies. You know what? I'm going to have this carrot cake. $5,000 worth of treats from Annie's bakery. Exactly. And like at the end, you're like, just eat it. Just give me.
Starting point is 00:09:05 Just eat an Oreo. Yeah. Just eat the Oreo. So. Well, when I was younger, I was on like this like crazy health. I thought it was like a healthy kick when I was going on like these juice cleanses all the time. And then I'd get so hungry at the end of the day because I'd only drink like two juices that I'd eat an entire jar of almond butter.
Starting point is 00:09:22 And I'm like, but I still think that's healthy, but it's 3000 calories. So that's hard. It's like the binge just caught like it's inevitable and it'll come. I did the same thing when I first started when I was doing BBG. I was like, OK, I'm going to eat like a banana for breakfast and I'm going to have a salad for lunch and a salad for dinner. and then nine o'clock would roll around and i would eat like two pints of halo top or no not halo top arctic zero which is like like chemicals because it's healthier yeah like with quest bars broken up in it because it's protein oh my god and like it was just it's crazy yeah yeah my friend
Starting point is 00:09:59 gained like 20 pounds when she first moved to la because she had those think thin bars like she would eat them every time she was really mean girls she was cal team barring herself and she realized like later that she just completely sabotaged yeah i did the same thing it's so stupid yeah i know we are so lame um so i wanted to talk to you about now that you're doing pilates but when you first joined your journey and a lot of the press pickup that you got was about you lifting these heavy weights and how awesome that is for your body um can you talk about that because i think as women sometimes we fear lifting a weight because we're like oh we don't want to get bulky but like i know that my body since i started working out with weights is like better
Starting point is 00:10:39 than it i mean it's not great right now but it's like it better than it was when i was just like running for 45 minutes you know i mean that works for me it's different for everyone but yeah yeah i was gonna say i think it's different for everyone and like genetics play a huge role in it and i think it's something that these fitness influencers in quotes don't talk about and people will send me messages on Instagram and ask me like, well, how do I, what can I do for my legs to make them more like slim, like yours? And I'm like, that's, that's genetics. Like all the women in my family. I don't know. I'm not a trainer. I don't know how to like isolate. And I don't think you can even really do that. Like make a certain thing thinner. Um, so that's a, that's
Starting point is 00:11:17 a big part of it. And I think it comes back to like trial and error and find what works for you. but yeah, weights will absolutely not make you bulky. Um, look, you're like dead lifting. Right. Exactly. Yeah. But I think you just have to play around with it and try. That was advice that I got from Joey Gonzalez, who owns Barry's bootcamp. He was saying that all these businesses and like workout gyms that are like, we can give you lean muscle. He's like, it's actually like not a thing. Your muscles, your muscle, and like the shape of your muscles, the shape of your muscle. So it's Like, once I made that, because I'm one of those girls who all I've ever wanted was, like, really skinny, lean legs. And once I was actually told by someone who knew that I could never, ever, ever have them, it was, like, liberating.
Starting point is 00:12:02 Oh, love my legs. Yeah. I'm like, I can have the best. It's like, how do I have big boobs? It's like, well, you know what? If they're not there, they're not there. You can't change it. Like, I guess I could get emaciated and, like, anorexic.
Starting point is 00:12:14 But I don't even think at that point my legs would be that thin. They'd be the last to go. That's it. Yeah. My heart would stop and then my legs would be so thin. Wait, do you remember when you were, were you in elementary school or like junior high when you like did the, you must increase your bust? No.
Starting point is 00:12:28 Do you remember this? We didn't go to elementary school in the fifties. You must. Yes. That's what we did. We did. I was just thinking about this cause I was like, I was so flat chested my whole life and I was like waiting to get my boobs.
Starting point is 00:12:39 And then they were, I think they were telling me on the playground that if you did like your, your little song and dance that your pecs would get big and then your boobs would get big. That's not true. No, no. Sadly, no. No. All right.
Starting point is 00:12:49 When we come back, we are going to do the Lady Gang Diet. What we truly do, like People Magazine style, eat in a day on our good day and on our worst day. Okay. I love this. All right. When we come back. The Lady Gang. All right.
Starting point is 00:13:06 We're back with Arielle. She's here. And we are going to talk the honest version of what we all eat in a day. Do you want to do good day or bad day first? Let's do good day. Okay. You start. Kick us off.
Starting point is 00:13:17 Okay. Kick us off. okay so lately i've been having well i have a matcha when i wake up of course with um collagen in it so that's a lot of protein okay and you make that yourself i make it myself from like a mix or do you have the like the little are you doing a ceremony i don't do the whole ceremony okay what is this matcha ceremony yeah like i got someone gave me like the whisk i have that i've never used it oh yeah yeah oh i thought you'd like pray oh you do the whisk i did too um so i have the matcha and then i usually have a couple eggs some avocados some bacon i've been really into
Starting point is 00:13:48 bacon lately it's not very like fitness healthy of me but yeah it's so good um for lunch i'll usually do like salmon or chicken and some kind of vegetables oh i have a bulletproof bar after breakfast that's like the highlight of my food day which sounds really lame but it tastes like a sugar cookie really no please write that the vanilla it's called what is it vanilla collagen bar it's insane it's so good huh yeah do you pretty much follow the bulletproof stuff not no okay just the bar just because it's good it's like dessert in the morning it's so good and i feel like because it says protein i'm like oh this is how right if i did that my next thing would be a snickers and like then i'd fall down you've got you've got the taste i'm like oh something sweet
Starting point is 00:14:33 yes everything is everything sweet has protein in it there's milk and chocolate right so veggies and salmon or fish or chicken or something something yeah usually i go to erwan yeah in the afternoon and just hit up the hot bar and get a bunch of things hit that up hit up that hot bar yeah and then at night um i don't know i kind of go through phases sometimes i'll be like fish vegetables rice right now i'm really into like spaghetti squash meatballs i don't know um and then i always have dessert always always always like you should see i have a chocolate drawer at home and it's filled with like everything from air one really yeah this is like they should pay me at this point yeah no kidding sponsor yeah for the blonde files obviously
Starting point is 00:15:16 like i mean i snack a lot yeah like i'm one of those people where i have to eat every couple hours and yeah i used to be really rigid and now i'm not like i have certain restrictions because i realized that certain ingredients make me feel like shit and i went through a whole thing with like gut health where I was like just to the point where I couldn't function I was exhausted all the time I was nauseous I was bloated I thought it was hormones but it turned out to be like underlying stuff and so I cut out gluten and dairy yeah like I did get so much better so in LA it's so easy to avoid those things yes try being in like the Minnesota airport and do that it is impossible yeah like poor Minnesota get with the program middle of country we live in such a bubble
Starting point is 00:15:57 here we do like sometimes i hear myself talk and i'm like uh like where did you grow up i grew up in rhode island okay yeah they always have the prettiest beauty queens on miss america rhode island rhode island always makes it to the end is it um oh no that's new hampshire i was thinking caitlin carter but she's from new hampshire is she a beauty queen no but like they have a very similar vibe like very pretty blonde like you know olivia colpo was rhode island right or was she massachusetts i have no massachusetts okay either way i know i think i mean we could google i think you're right yeah becca what do you eat on a good day on a good day i like to do fat intermittent fasting that just like responds well for me so i'll do a coffee in the morning like
Starting point is 00:16:36 either black or with almond milk um and then i will do for lunch i like to have stuff like i like to do a little mediterranean sort of thing where i'll have like some olives little turkey slices and like some a little hummus so i like to have like a platter i'm like most satisfied with that um and then sometimes i'll put the some turkey in like a siete um yes little wrap thing it's so good um with avocado i love avocado at lunch and then at dinner i try to do like um grilled salmon i love shrimp so much so i'll do that with like broccoli is my favorite vegetable just like roast it um i never took you do you have an air fryer no but everybody's saying that i need to get it broccoli air fried is like the best really okay i'm doing it with some salt and oil oh i'm doing
Starting point is 00:17:27 it because everybody's saying that you can because i thought about putting oreos in there like kristen bell does yes oh hell yeah but now that i can do something healthy i'm gonna do it yeah um yeah so that's pretty much it and i'll do like dark chocolate with like sea salt at night to just like you know close out the day out the day jack out you be honest this isn't like what you would good day doesn't really have like i don't really have like a good or a terrible day i'm kind of like in the middle yeah um but i intermittent fast i don't eat breakfast so i'll do a black coffee salad have a big poop gotta have my morning poop um i'll do like a salad bar on a good day with grilled chicken um and then for dinner like a sushi or like a vegetable bowl nothing crazy
Starting point is 00:18:12 and then what are those remember those um peanut butter cups that we got oh my god that's what i do for a good day perfect bar dessert they make those dark chocolate peanut butter cups they're so they're addictive yeah on my good day i would eat yogurt with berries and honey and why do you look disgusting every time i see yogurt or a parfait i think of i do too because i feel like yogurt really helps me poop really i don't know if that's true well it has i don't do any other dairy except yogurt that's all I do yogurt with like berries and honey and honeycomb and everything sweet delicious and then for lunch on a good day if I'm being super good it would be like a salad with lots of different things in it like like celery pieces and those those little beans but
Starting point is 00:19:05 they're not being chickpeas chickpeas so special right now with like a with like a ranch okay all right okay and then for dinner for dinner if i was being good it would be like a fish and a vegetable and no dessert and just tea and no diet cokes so now we're gonna switch over to our worst day oh god my worst day is i wake up do you think you should kick this off or should we go in the order okay let's go in the order let's go in there she's on a roll she's on one right now She's like, Snickers for breakfast. Okay. I don't really.
Starting point is 00:19:36 Now, 100% honest. Yeah, yeah. We will not judge you. This is a judgment-free zone. So I want to know the dirty. Like a binge day. I don't really have, like, I don't really go that far on the other end because I think, because I used to.
Starting point is 00:19:48 Like, I used to be such a bad binger and it just made me feel so shitty. So now I just try to, I eat whatever I want. Like, if I'm craving a burger and fries, I'm going to eat a burger and fries. Maybe, like, see if I can find a healthier version. um but that way i really don't crave stuff so let's see last week like some of my hormones have been all out of whack so i've been a fucking psycho and i've been eating everything inside so last week i had like meatballs at like 7 a.m yum i love doing that so good morning me i was like i'm keto now whatever um so yeah i mean my main thing is like so you mentioned siete i will eat
Starting point is 00:20:26 What the f**k is a Siete? It's a grain-free, like, brand. So they have, like, tortilla chips. I have a family size in my car right now. I love them. They're so good. It's a wrap? Well, they make all kinds of things, but they have, like, a tortilla chip.
Starting point is 00:20:41 It's grain-free, and they have, like, a lime flavor. But it tastes like the real thing. Yeah. It's crazy. And then they have, like, a cassava. Is it cassava? I don't know how to pronounce it. They have almond flour, cashew flour.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Yeah. It's basically grain-free, like, tortillas and tortilla chips, and they have queso, vegan queso, which is really good. I have not had that. I don't know how it's so good. It's dangerous. Okay, vegan queso is not on the list of your bad day. Have you ever eaten an entire ice cream cake by yourself in the bathtub? No.
Starting point is 00:21:11 Here's the thing. I understand what you're saying because I indulge pretty regularly. I don't have full days of debauchery. I don't need them. You definitely do because it's like you withhold, withhold, withhold, and then you fucking explode. Yeah. And then you eat a whole ice cream cake in your bathtub. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:31 My main thing is I love – there's something about that icing. It's like no other icing. It's so good. It's sick. Plastic. My main thing is definitely dessert. I never had a sweet tooth until I got sober, and I think that was a big thing. And then my husband, he has the biggest sweet tooth.
Starting point is 00:21:46 He could eat – like on his – okay, I'll tell you my husband's bad day. Yes. so he wakes up on the weekend he has a giant muffin that's like covered in all the sugar crumble yeah like a coffee cake melt butter all over it add some sugar then he'll have another one yes in the afternoon good and then he'll go have like a burger and fries and then he'll do like a cheesy like huge pasta for dinner oh my god i love him and then he'll do like some ice cream i've seen him do like cake like full cake at night like he goes in his yeah main food group is sugar it's like oh my gosh and i used to try to police it a little bit and then i was like this
Starting point is 00:22:25 is not sexy at all so now i just hand him a green juice in the morning and i'm like okay yeah no it's like it's you can't you you really someone has to want to get help themselves no you know what i mean i don't mean to bring this back to a but you know it's like you got to have your breakdown and well yeah i mean i love him like admitting that it's a problem he does not think it's a problem he's like my doctor says i'm great i'm like okay okay we'll see yet stomach looks awful on the inside i'm sure my husband can do the same like he can pound sugar first thing in the morning and it's genetic like his dad will wake up and have like five oreos or he'll have like a little debbie something but every morning he has to eat that with his coffee
Starting point is 00:23:03 and i'll catch my husband like slipping into that if i have cookies at home he'll eat three with his coffee and not even think about it i'm like did that feel weird for you because it's weird we were in hawaii in december and he like disappeared in the morning and i found him in this little like cafe in the corner with ice cream no oh my god it's like you don't like this is like yeah it's like your real addiction this happened to me too i was dating a magician god it's almost the same it always starts that way and we were like in his trailer i was dating a magician and i was like trying i was like you got to be healthy you got to be healthy like you got to get on this and then i i heard him sneak downstairs and i went to follow
Starting point is 00:23:43 him and he was eating ice cream by the fridge that's so sad this is so shameful oh my god that is shame yeah because men don't struggle with it men struggle with it and they don't want to admit they struggle with it yeah that's true yeah yeah i can't believe i'm putting him on blast here well i think that you realize everybody jared's the same thing too and he used to date a baker so he would have all of these pastries in his house and then like in the middle of the night at like 4 a.m he would go and like eat like five cupcakes my dream is to at some point in my life allow myself to wake up every single morning and have something like that muffin or like i love a sweet in the morning like that a pastry in the morning there's nothing
Starting point is 00:24:21 better i know like if i could just have one thing maybe i just need to start doing that for myself just that one muffin might set me up for success what's your worst day look at what it did for her husband i know you know what i mean maybe that's the fucking secret it's just a morning your life in hollywood the laurie sugar becca's life in hollywood could get so much better if she would just eat two giant sugar-filled muffins starting tomorrow i'm trying it um you'd be so much happier no see i don't have i can't i also can't do a whole day of shitty eating okay so you don't have a shitty day no i have like a shitty meal and then i sort of just like i'm good like i'm like okay i'm satisfied i don't and i don't have very little guilt when i do that when i feel
Starting point is 00:25:04 shittiest is in the holidays when i'm just grazing all day on bullshit like that's the worst thing ever is just eating cookie after cookie like pasta because it's there like that's the thing that i hate so it's like i don't do that ever anymore um i only have a really shitty day if i'm hungover because it's like isn't that like every day not anymore i i don't really have that many hangover days anymore but it's like you don't feel bad for eating all the shitty foods for some reason it's a free pass it is a free pass so then it's like surviving you're just trying to make it to the night so you can fall back asleep and not feel shitty so my like a hangover day is drinking all day again so i don't feel like i'm gonna throw up so it's like mimosas and beer all day
Starting point is 00:25:50 plus a brunch with like a french toast and then also a hamburger and then also maybe like a benedict that like i'm sharing and then a mid-afternoon ice cream and then like a shitty shitty sushi dinner like not a nice sugar fish but like a tempura cream cheese teriyaki sauce spicy mayo kind of thing yeah you guys are losers all right a bad day for all the real people out there no i don't think it's not what you do is not normal that's not normal but let's talk about it all right get up in the morning start the day off with a diet coke in a can and a dunkin donuts vanilla latte which by the way is sugar yep we went to new york let me give a backstory so we love dunkin donuts it's our jam because they have great coffee i grew up on it so i know it's
Starting point is 00:26:40 good right so good so great iced coffee black when we go to new york for work a lot of the time we go to an office that's like on the corner where there's a dunkin donut so we look really forward to our morning walk to pick up our dunkin donuts i just burped excuse me i normally go like the jack route which is like a black coffee or with like a little bit of almond milk but i felt like treating myself and i was like i'm gonna go the kelty route today so i got what she got which was an iced almond milk latte vanilla almond milk latte was that an iced extra large vanilla latte with sweet vanilla that's where you got yes they have two vanillas at dunkin uh with coconut and i was just like i'll do the same and they hand me my mug we did our refillable mugs and i almost
Starting point is 00:27:26 spit it out it was straight i loved it sugar it's the greatest drink of all time the grossest it's like melting it's sick it's like melting starburst and like whole milk together it was the grossest thing i've ever had and i just i needed caffeine and i needed to wake up so i just had to drink it and i felt disgusting all day i was watching this show the other day and somebody got a coffee with ten milks and five sugars and I'm like, is it Kelty? Rude. Okay, anyway. Dunkin' Donuts, such, such coffee.
Starting point is 00:27:56 I would have, on a dream day, two Boston creams from Dunkin' Donuts. One that I would eat in public. One that I would shamefully eat in my car and pretend that I wasn't having it. Okay? But I would have two. Okay. Then for
Starting point is 00:28:12 lunch, I would eat a fat burger, add cheese, impossible burger, skinny fries, and onion rings. and another diet coke and then for dinner i would have a pasta as cheesy as you can make it hopefully i'm in new york and i'm in little italy and i'm at paisanos and i'm like put and they come over with the giant cheese grater and they're like do you want extra cheese on your already ricotta covered food and i'm like yes and they're like and they're like this arm is falling off and i'm like not yet and i'm like i'm not done with the cheese and then i would have a glass of wine and another
Starting point is 00:28:43 entirely refillable diet coke with a garlic bread in the olive oil with the with the bruschetta like olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette and possibly a calamari fried and then for dessert i would eat like a cheesecake or an ice cream and i have done this so familiar many times i have done that so many times in my life it is not a one you basically are her husband yeah your palates really yes you guys should have a dinner party oh my god one in the same you guys can munch on your oh i had a tempura made out of chickpea roll it's so good i have a family size in my car what if you had a dinner party with her husband and i was like here's the appetizer it's just a giant plate of crispy creams yeah i'd really like you to like decide the menu at a dinner party
