I almost said I'm here with Becca, which is my name, which is really showing you where I'm, the headspace that I'm currently in. It's early.

But you know what? We're in good company because we also have a relatively new mama here whose brain is maybe as fried as my own. Kelty. Take it away. Take it away. Well, we're so excited because there's nothing I've wanted to discuss more with Jack Vanek on this podcast that we've never talked about is a thong bikini. And we're going to get there because our guest today is originally from Newfoundland, Canada.

Now, if you can think about it as someone from Alberta, Canada, I can tell you that Newfoundland is the only place in Canada that's probably more boonies than where I came from. Like, I've actually never heard of anyone from Newfoundland. I didn't even think people lived there, but she made her way via Toronto to the States and she's been crushing it as a model, creator, and TV star ever since. She just posed for Sports Illustrated Swim at seven months pregnant. And here to tell us all about her brand new swim line is Nicole Williams, a.k.a. Just Nick. Welcome to the Lady Gang.

Hi. How are you guys? Thanks for having me. Oh my God. The Newfoundland talk. I cannot. Oh yeah. You know, Nicole.

Oh, she's from Newfoundland. Where is Newfoundland? Are your parents, Newfoundland? Do you even know where it is, Jack? No, I've never, honestly, I've never heard of it. I think. A lot of people have not heard of it. It's above Prince Edward Island and half of it exists like in the landmass of Canada and

then half of it's its island, right? Yeah. It's literally like the, I feel like it's the furthest east. I always like tell people it's kind of where the Titanic went down when they hit the iceberg over there. Oh, okay. See, I know that. So you're growing up in Newfoundland and I like, I don't feel like it's a cultural center. Like,

how did you growing up? You were like, I'm gonna be an entertainment business. Like that's wild to me. I know. Um, I was very into fashion and I think that's because my mom was always sewing and making everything for like, she'd make our curtains, our couch covers. She'd make all my clothes, all our Halloween costumes. And I'd watch her do that. And I'm like, I want to sew when I want to like be in fashion and be a designer and you know I'd watch a lot of movies and be like I want to live in New York City and like work at a magazine and one of those big towers and I had all these dreams like my dreams were like they they reached really far because I'm like where I live I didn't I don't even think I knew it as a kid that where I live like I'm not

going to accomplish those things but as I got older um to my like you know when I started hitting my teens I started realizing like it's not going to happen here so I would always like ask my mom like do you think we'll ever move do you think we'll ever go to a big city like do you think we'll ever do this and so I think that I like put it in her head like all over the years she just knew that like once we reach a certain age or when she was able to yeah we would move we would move because she saw like I was not going to be able to accomplish all the things I wanted to accomplish in Newfoundland so thanks to my mom you know she packed up the car she put a trailer hitch on the back she put my two brothers and our three dogs in a car it was like the Britney

Spears story where they're like, we're going to move because Nicole's going to be a star. Pretty much. I love that. It was like really, yeah, it was pretty much. That's what my mom, like, I mean, I begged her. She literally only moved. She sold her house. Like she owned her house in Newfoundland. We would live down an acre of land. She sold it because I would beg and beg and beg. I was like, mom, I want to be a model. I want to be a fashion designer. I want to live in New York city one day. I want to move. Like I need to do this. And honestly, I don't know. Like my mom just really believed, she really believed in me and she was like, we're going to do this then we'll go.

It's just, it's so crazy because back then, like there was no social media, there was no Justin Bieber story. There was no, there was nothing for your mom to really have as an example of just literally picking your kid up and plopping them into a city and being successful. Like that's, that's pretty incredible that she just sort of knew like an instinct to do that for you. Yeah. It's so crazy. And what a full circle moment because now you're appearing in Sports Illustrated, seven months pregnant with your baby in your belly, bringing your baby into Hollywood. I just love this so much.

Okay. So what is your, I want to, so on Lady Gang, we get very real. So I'm just like prefacing that. So I have so many questions and I'm going to spread out five of them and then you can pick which one you want to answer. So my, my, I, my question is when you're that pregnant, like seven months is I feel like when my friends, like after five months, they start kind of feeling uncomfortable in their bodies. Cause it like is not just, Oh my cute little baby bump. It's like you are expanding in every way. So did you actually feel hot on set? What did they put all over you to like, what's the secret sauce that they're putting on you to make you shiny and silky and beautiful? And then what was your reaction when you saw the pictures for the first time done? So, okay. Um, I was actually, I had just hit eight months when I landed. So I wasn't even, I was literally like seven months all the way up to like my trip but when I was actually there shooting I was eight months which is crazy um and I when I first landed and I got to my hotel I facetimed Larry my husband and I was

like babe my ankles are like the size of my thigh I don't know what to do so he was like he was like well babe you know everybody knows you're pregnant and this is what they wanted and I was like I know but like, what do I do? So I ordered, there was like two like, um, champagne buckets in the room and I ordered ice and I filled them both up with water. And I literally like soaked my ankles for, I don't even know, probably, uh, my doctor probably wouldn't have recommended soaking them for like two hours straight, but I soaked them and I kept my feet elevated. I slept with my feet up. And to be honest with you, when I was on the shoot, I felt, I don't know why. And I don't know if there's anybody else that could relate, but I felt spexier being like,

like curvy and pregnant and just voluptuous than I ever felt on set before. What did they put all over you? Is it baby oil? Is it water? Is it, are you in full foundation head to toe? Like what is the sports illustrated secret? They were putting oil mixed with like shimmer, like body shimmer. They were like, they had like some contraption, like a good mix of like oil, definitely oils.

And like, they were spraying me with water. So making sure everything was glistening from head to toe. What did you think when the photos came out? Were you like, oh my God, this is the best pregnancy photo shoot of all time? Or I was like this. I was really nervous because Sports Illustrated, they do not show you or you don't get approval. So I liked the fact that they were like launch day. We're going to send you an invite to do a collab post.

You're not going to know what it looks like. You're not going to know what picture it is. And I literally woke up at six o'clock in the morning and it was like, there was, they posted invite to the collab. And I'm like, well, but like, it is what it is, you know? And I kind of like that because it's getting me out of that habit of feeling like I need to edit myself. So I really like, I really like that. Just showing like who I am. That's me. That's me. That's me pregnant at eight months. That's the way I look. That's the way my face looked at that time when I was like puffy. Okay.

That's fine. So I'm like owning that. And I feel like it's just, I feel like it's more beautiful that way. Yeah. I feel like that also when you're going through and you're making your approvals and you're cutting the things that you don't like. I've been there with friends and it's like some of the things that they are so critical about themselves about are like the things I find the most endearing and the most attractive. And, and I think that you're right. It's like, if we get too much in our heads about it, we actually miss out on really wonderful, beautiful snapshots and the real stuff. So that's pretty cool. I mean, it would be my worst nightmare. Like me in a bathing suit like if he saw me i pretty much make my husband sign an nda if he takes bathing suit

photos of me so but it's taking the power away i kind of love it i know so i'm like are we should we have been reaching out to each other all these years and being like hey can i post this because i just posted it i'm so sorry girls i'm a terrible friend we do though i guess when your friend is kim kardashian you're like it's a little different of a story no offense to jack and becca but i get it i get it yeah you have a lot more writing on the line yeah that's true well the pictures are they're so gorgeous they're amazing so much thank you same i really appreciate that yeah it's the best maternity shoot i could have ever had oh my god so it's like i yeah okay so jack vanek here is our resident naked bathing suit wearer she likes a bikini and she will she will go for

it and so when we got the line sheet um of your new collaboration and new swimsuit line um i was like oh great look at this nice sensible one piece that i will be wearing in my pool this summer and then i got to the bottom and there's like a there's one bikini that is a t-strap this is like not a g-string it's not a t-strap it's a g-string it's like what you wore like in seventh grade when i was trying to be like the slutty girls in junior high i was like I'm going to wear a G string thong. Haley Bieber wore that pink dress to the Met Gala. And there was like a G string coming out of it.

Okay. So then I saw that and I was like, oh my God, this is perfect for Jack. And then I went into like a whole rundown of like, I got to ask Nicole, like, okay. Do you wear that and like actually walk around in it? Or is that only to have a sarong on top? Like what, what is the real girl doing? Like not the photo shoot. like I mean you're gonna feel like my butthole is gonna explode and like come on the side of it or

something she also has a very wide set vagina so she needs to cover a lot that bathing suit's not gonna work on me I'm a Khloe Kardashian I have a big wide set vag I need a lot of fabric down there and that's fine it's for Jack but is Jack wearing this bathing suit like to the pool like to the bar are you playing beach volleyball in this thing yeah like tell me what the rules are for these of course there are no rules if you feel comfortable and confident enough to rock that g-string because i know i'm going to like i'm looking for a vacation right i'm like to larry where are you taking me can we go like somewhere so i can wear my g-string but i will wear that anywhere because i i don't like to have like a white butt tan line

so i don't care what people think i'm gonna walk around in a g-string i'm gonna have a really hot sexy tan line um and like when i do my spray tans i'm either naked or i wear one of those and that's kind of where I got the idea from because every time I do get a spray tan where I don't I'm not getting the spray tan to like um you know do a photo shoot in a bikini because if I was doing that I would wear nothing so I have no tan lines but when I want like a sexy tan line and where I'm just getting a tan I want to wear like that little g-string so I love that tan line it's so hot um so yeah I just I also got the idea like you know Gucci did one too where they had the G emblem, right? Yeah. I saw Courtney in it actually. And I was like, I would love to have

a G string in one of my lines. So I, I created the G string as an option. There is the full bottom one, not like full bottom, but it's like a cheeky bottom. And then for the more risky girl who literally doesn't care, give a shit. And they want to walk around with her ass out like me. Then you can go for the G string. Well, I looked like you, I would also have my ass out all the time. Just 24 seven. I don't, but I'm like, get whatever. Angie's list is now Angie. there's sort of a collaboration happening yes sports illustrated swimsuit and i collabed on a line i designed 12 pieces for them so it all started basically um when they asked me to be a sports illustrated swimsuit rookie um i was like obviously died and said absolutely yes i've been waiting for this my whole life um and then they asked me can i walk the runway and reveal my pregnancy with Larry and I was like holy shit yes yes yes to everything and then I said can I design my own suit like my own rookie suit can I design it like yeah my because I have my own swimsuit line and they were like yes so I designed this like um really skimpy gold one piece and I actually got the uh pattern from my very first collection in 2017 that was the most popular

selling suit. And I made it from that. I made it like a gold metallic color. I put rookie across the front. I rocked that on the runway. And then after that, everybody was like going crazy over it. So I was like, why don't I design a collection for you guys and like have it launched right after the magazine comes out? And they were like, yes, let's do it. So it's literally been just like one thing after the other. I'm so excited. Um, and I did like 12 suits for them. So, um, yeah, it's crazy. I'm not that it's summer is coming, which is why we want to talk to you about swimsuits. And I want to just have a discussion with the ladies. And I think Becca, you're not going to agree with me, but I've had a revelation in elder

swimsuit wearing, um, as a forties now I, you know, twenties, whatever thirties, whatever. But as a forties, I did, I went to Tahiti last Christmas and I was like, you know, should I be doing more of a, uh, I'm not a mom, but like, you know, more of a, uh, a classic silhouette, a mature bathing suit, you know? and but here's the thing i and i want to get your opinion on this i decided no bitch you're never going to be as young as you are here it's only going to get gravity's coming for you so i i actually got a suit that was like for the first time ever is like just the like patch and patch and then it has the strings on the side like the little vagina patch and i always wore like

even sometimes i would wear like the high-waisted one and my i knew my husband hated it but anyway I started wearing the patchy with the little ties on the side. And I have to tell you, I actually think less is more sometimes when it comes to bathing suits, because I felt better about my body on the days that I was wearing the naked suit than I did when I was wearing the full coverage, full supporty suit. Is this a sign? Is there a science here? You don't have to like dress like a mom or dress like a more mature woman. If that's not your style. I feel like whatever is your style, rock that till the end. Like I'm probably going to be 80 with more tattoos, still wearing my Jordans and just being me. And I feel like that's why

you feel sexy. You felt sexier in your string bikini because that's truly who you are. I also think the less things compressing you so other parts can like flop over feels like it felt nice for me. It was kind of like being naked. Like it's, you know, when you wear a pair jeans that are ill fitting and around your crotch area and what they would call a muffin top even though i don't think it's a muffin top i think it's a beautiful cupcake um but you know like where where your clothes pull on you and it feels uncomfortable there was something about being more naked and having less squeezy in that i felt less like sausage becca yeah i hate it so much becca wants a one piece she wants no i've never worn a one piece i've never worn a one piece in my life

so check yourself okay yeah picture prove it no we can't because you make zach delete them no no i don't wear one i don't own a one piece i a one piece on me i literally look like a 10 year old gymnast i'm five foot three barely a one piece on a five foot three woman looks like where's the the freaking hand grips and the parallel bars like i'm sorry there's no good looking one piece so i have to do a a two-piece but my issue is like i if your favorite part of your body is like is not your ass your hips and your thighs like a bathing suit in general is a bummer because if you're not feeling amazing as a five foot three like little miniature human there's also i want to say there's nobody with my body type who's prancing around in bathing suits

like on the internet there's really i have not found one influencer i've not found one model i've not found like any like i i think it's amazing we're representing so many different bodies but like i've i will stand on this till the day i die where are the shorties okay where are the shorties do the next one i know but i feel like um there are some short girls that i know that like look so sexy but like courtney's really tiny and she looks hot in a bathing suit yeah i just feel like you need you need the right cut that's the thing and also you can wear one piece and if you saw the one piece that i wore on the si runway the i'm telling you like the cut went all the way up way past the hip bone so your legs look extra long and that's the type of one

piece that you'd need where it's like a really really high cut like over exaggerated cut because if you just wear one piece with a regular cut yeah it's cutting off your legs you're gonna look stumpy and extra short. So I feel like it's all about the cut and that when you find the right cut, that's why I got into swimwear because I was a swimwear model my whole life. And as I started realizing, Holy shit, like I like look, you know, like everybody has a thing about their body. And I, when I, when I grew up, I was like lanky. I had really extra long, skinny arms. I would double up and wear two shirts to make my arms look thicker. I wore sweatpants underneath my jeans and I didn't like the way anything looked on me. And when I was modeling swimsuits, I was like,

why would they even make a bottom like this? I literally look like SpongeBob, like even as tall as I am, I still look like SpongeBob, like my butt looks square. So it's all about, it's all about the cuts and like the silhouette to like make your eye look at different places of your body and be like, wow, like the shape of your body is now being, you know, um, showing its best shape because of the cuts of the suit. So it's, yeah. I mean, it just, I think you just have to find the right suits because it's not about your height. I feel like your height's so cute and I haven't seen you in person, but I'm sure your body's amazing. I'm sure your body's amazing too. But yeah, it's just all about like the right, um, you just had to find the right, um, the right

suits and the right brand that makes those types of suits for you. Cause that's, I mean, I'm the same way. It's so true. It is. It's really true. And everybody has like their hangups. Like you're saying the SpongeBob, like Kelty loves to call herself SpongeBob. And I'm like, I'm like a square with legs she's not she was literally a radio city rockette i know oh my god yeah when i turned to the front anyway so skinny on the side um okay i have one last question we can't let you go has nothing to do with swimsuits we can't let you go because we have done this podcast for eight years and we have had a list of men that you cannot date or marry and jack broke it Cause she's engaged to a magician, a musician, but forever we have been like no actors, no

professional athletes, no musicians, no club promoters, no DJs. Like that was the rule. If you want to like have a happy life. And then I watch all these videos, you and Larry, he's a former NFL player and you guys are happy as clams and you seem like things are going great. So, I mean, how do you tell when, I guess my question is, how do you know you got a good one of the bad, don't go near them. The bad seeds. Yeah. You know, it's so crazy. It took a lot of learning lessons for me because, you know, I have a, I guess I attract a certain type. And so like

I had exes in the past attract all men. I know. No, my, um, well, my ex before Larry also played football. And so when I was out of that relationship, um, I was like, I will never, ever, ever, ever again, if you can pay me $10 million, we'll ever dated athlete again, because I just was like, I'm done with that life. But, um, when I met Larry, I, uh, my best friend first, the first thing she said besides he has no neck is um he's a football player and i'm like you know she's like nick he had no neck and i was like but he's so cute it's like a block neck like just like one length into the head he was so jacked up because he's a linebacker he's completely shredded out and like now looks like more like a boxer body but when i met him he was huge

and i don't know why i'm attracted to that and so i was she was like nick you remember what you said he plays for the chargers. I'm just letting you know, I'm just being your friend. Remember what you said? And I was like, Oh, but do I just, Oh God, do I just give him, Oh, do I just give him a chance? Like, I don't know. Do I take, Oh. So anyways, I fought that relationship. I fought for like two months saying no to every time he tried to take me out, we'd run into each other in Vegas. We saw each other on New Year's. He wanted to take me out to lunch. I was like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Because you play football. And then I started thinking like this poor guy, he's literally chasing me so hard and like i won't even talk to him because he plays football

that's so sad so i was like i'm gonna give him just a chance but i'm gonna have my guard up because i'm not gonna go there again like i'm not getting hurt again and um i think he literally was like at that point he was so serious he took me to san diego to meet his mom and he wanted me to know as a first date not the first date but pretty soon i'm talking about like literally weeks into it, like right away. And so he was like, I want you to, it was on mother's day and he wanted me to have dinner with him at his mom's house. And I was like, uh, Oh my God. Okay. I was so nervous. Um, but I started seeing little bits before I even met his mom. Like the, like the first few weeks, like when I first started letting him take me finally on like to lunch and to

dinner, I, he was like texting a lot and like on the phone a lot. And it was always his mom. and I was like are you is your mom like your best friend and he's like well yeah I like tell my mom everything I share my mom I share with her everything I bought her a house in San Diego she comes to every single game she gets on a plane and goes to every single game and they're like best friends and I was like oh I really loved that about him and he had a sister so and his and his dad you know wasn't really like in in his life that much um so I was like maybe he is a good guy so you know after I met his mom and I met his sister and then I started seeing like how sweet he was I was like wow did I like find like a good one the one like did I find and he's an athlete

and he's an athlete and looks like this like did I win here um so I like had my guard up for a long time but then he just like I don't know I don't know where he came from the the gates of heaven but he actually like showed me that you can be an athlete and have that type of career. Jack was Jerry ever a boy. No, he was in a relationship for like 10 years before. Okay.

Well, I give, I give Nicole a pass. I, we love Jerry. So Jerry absolutely gets a pass. And I know that everyone is so excited to go check out this line. So tell everyone where they can get everything.
