Well, what is this? Welcome to the Lady Gang. That's amazing. Say that again. The Lady Gang. Things are about to change around here. Each week we catch up with Hollywood's hottest girl posse, Kelty Knight, Becca Tobin, and Jack Vanek. Hello, hello, hello. Welcome to the Lady Gang. I am Becca Tobin here with Jack Vanek and Kelty night good day hi guys i have about 400 serums on do you guys see how slick i am you do look very glowy yeah because jack we were doing a zoom meeting while you were on set abeca like this
Starting point is 00:01:56 week and you were very oiled up and i was like damn i better take care of my skin so i was inspired if i did that to my skin i would wake up tomorrow with like eight zits there is this thing called slugging. Have you guys heard of it? Yes. I saw it on Afton's. Yeah. So Afton's been doing it and I'm so tempted to do it, but it's basically you put on all your skincare and then you put Aquaphor all over your face, which I guess works for some people, but for other people, that sounds like an acne nightmare. It would work for you because you use skin food on your face. It's the same thing as putting the little sheet mask on. All that does is press the serum into your face but but aquaphor doesn't let your pores breathe it literally just it closes everything up
Starting point is 00:02:43 so if you get clogged pores or if you're acne prone it's terrible for your skin i texted my friend this week because i was like i i want to go on a skin like an oral skin thing because i've just been breaking out like crazy but apparently like there's two options i could be wrong please reach out if I'm wrong, but there's Accutane, which we all know from Kelty is wonderful. Turns your bones into dust. Not the best choice. Not great for the bones. My skin looks great. Your skin does look good. I don't know if I'm ready to break a bone. Can you not drink alcohol when you're doing Accutane? Right. Oh yeah. And it's not good for the babies, but you already have the embryos out. No, I don't have to worry about that. So spironolactone. Oh yeah. But does
Starting point is 00:03:30 that really work it works but it's a band-aid like i i've been on it too it works like while you're taking it right while you're taking it but it's not like a it's not changing your pores like as soon as you go off it when you like whatever happened whatever can you just live on it i think it's not great for your liver to be like on a pill that long um but becca you know i think your skin is going to be great when you're now you're back on not wearing makeup every day and you forget that you're in Vancouver, which is the mountain air, which is very dry. It's like you're in a desert, but also your skin's probably freaking out. I'm moving back to like a humid climate. It'll get better in the humidity. But humid is better for your skin.
Starting point is 00:04:11 But I get breakouts when it's humid. Cause like you're sweating more and your pores are wide open. I don't know anybody who has great suggestions. I'm open to them, even though I don't read my DMS. Oh, actually that's part of my good week, bad week. So let's kick it off. we go. It's time for good week. Yes, it is bad week. Oh no. Okay. So, um, my good week is that after years, years, it took me years to realize that the thing I hated most about Instagram was the unsolicited advice from people I don't know or follow. So I simply turned off my DMS and I never, ever, ever, ever, ever look in that mailbox. And guess what? My life is so much better. Wait, so you can turn DMs off completely?
Starting point is 00:04:58 Oh, you do the thing where like random people can't respond to stories, right? I do that where they can't respond to stories. But then I did another thing where I like, I can't remember the setting on it. And I don't know if it works because if I peek in that mailbox, it still says that things have come in. But it's just not an option for me anymore. I just don't look. So if anybody's, even listeners, I'm very sorry. I love you guys.
Starting point is 00:05:24 I can't wait to see you on tour, but I definitely don't need you sending me DMs about things I'm doing wrong. I love that. Can we talk about the likes on Instagram, how they took them away for like three hours and it was amazing and then they put them back? I didn't even see that. There's like a glitch on Instagram that they're trying to do something, but what it ended up doing is taking away everybody's likes. And then there's all these people posting about it being like, this is amazing. I already feel my mental health is already so much better. And then Instagram was like, oops, that was a mistake. We're putting them back on and it sucked. It was actually so nice. I'm like, I actually are, am scrolling less in those three hours. Just, I don't know what it
Starting point is 00:06:09 is, a subconscious thing of looking at people's likes or something like that. So it was really nice. Well, I feel like the other day I was thinking about it. There are a lot of people who turn their comments off to people that they don't follow. And I was thinking that sounds really nice, but I also don't, I mean, I don't get like really rude comments, but I still feel like that would be liberating to just only allow comments from people that you know. Yeah. Just limit it all. Not for Kelty. She needs the praise from strangers. Stranger praise. No one gets praise like Kelty on Instagram. Nope. Nope. Nope. Okay. What's your bad week? My bad week is I realized that I'm ready to leave
Starting point is 00:07:02 Vancouver just simply because it's been a very long time that I've seen my family and the borders are closed. And I was in this kind of funky mood the day that I was, a day that I was shooting on this other TV show. And I like the luster. I'm still very grateful. I'm so happy. I'm so whatever, but I was getting very down. Cause like my family's going on a beach trip together. Cause my parents finally have their vaccines. Cause they're in the age group and like, it's, you know, life's starting to go again in the States. And I was like getting very sad and I headed up to set to shoot this thing. And I'm like sitting there quietly, just thinking. And the main girl from this show turns to me and she's like do you miss doing this kind of thing like at work like
Starting point is 00:07:51 alluding to it being similar to glee and I just like looked at I was like no I don't get me out of here but I didn't say it in a mean way I was just like no not really but I think she was expecting me to be like oh my god yes I'm so excited to be doing this again you know like yeah I'm so grateful to be a guest in your house basically it's like she's this is her house. And then I said it and I just turned back to myself. You Celtied. I Celtied. That was my major. Did you apologize? No, I just made up for it and showing more enthusiasm for the rest of the day. Okay. That's good. That's good. You showed it. It was a terrible, terrible thing to say to someone. Yeah. You can't say the first thing you think. It's a lesson to learn. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:40 how do you live like this? Or for Kelsey, a lesson not learned ever. Yeah. Or you never learn it and you just, people hate you. So it's hard because I completely understand like you've been working now and it's, it does get monotonous. Like you can be, you can absolutely be both things. You can be completely full of gratitude and you can be completely exhausted at the same time. Like those things, you don't have to be one or the other. And I, I struggled with that for years. And that was my whole issue is that I was like, so happy to be there, but I was like also so over it at the same time. And I totally understand. It's like an all or nothing thing. You have to be yes. Especially now with just with COVID and stuff. It's like, you're literally stuck in this
Starting point is 00:09:21 and it's not the funnest place to film rabbit hole. Yeah. And it's like, you're not experiencing things outside of that because you have to go to work and then come home and it's not fun on set. So it's like, it's just a different, different world than it would have been. It would have been if you had a different job at a different time. It's true. It's true. But being on that other set made me miss the the current set that I'm working on I was like well that's a good sign it's like cheating on your boyfriend with someone who's not even as good but this show is great it's not has nothing to do with it it was just like I'm so sad it's been like a year since I've seen my family yeah and I'm the borders are closed yeah that sucks not not easy all right well I have
Starting point is 00:10:01 a bad week. So we had my mom on the podcast last week and the reaction was amazing. Thank you guys for being so nice to her. But it reminded me of something that she did to me as a child that I didn't mention that I felt like I needed to bring up. And then I did a deep dive on the internet and I realized this was a thing that people did, but it's also poisonous. So did you guys ever have a money cake growing up no no so it was a big deal for birthdays in my area you would literally take money like quarters nickels dimes wrap them in wax paper and then put them in the cake bake the cake and so while you were eating the cake you were always looking for the money like baby in the cake that sounds like cake but with dirty with dirty money money the money is dirty do you bite
Starting point is 00:10:55 into a quarter and chip a tooth. Like this explains so much. And I was swallowed those coins, let alone biting into them. I just think it's like the craziest thing I've ever heard. And then I was like, wait, we did this all the time. We always had money cakes. So I just bad week. Do you think it's the reason that my brain is not right? Like, did I inherit it? Did I take in too many quarters? That is insane that people thought it would be okay to like pop a quarter into an oven at 400 degrees and let it just bake. I mean, like people had weird shit. Doctors smoked in hospitals not that long ago and people smoked on airplanes and they thought that that was fine too. It's so strange to me anyway. Um, okay. Good week. So
Starting point is 00:11:42 as you guys know, I was very busy this year working on my first ever beauty endorsement deal, which was like kind of a dream come true. And the reason I want to talk about the podcast is because I think it's really cool. We live in this world where it's like not, I mean, it's okay here on Lady Gang, but in general, women are still kind of judged if they're like, oh, I get filler, I get Botox. Like we're really open about it, but that's because we're in this little circle where we're like cool with it. But there are so many people out there doing stuff to their faces and then not admitting it and being like, I just drink water anyway. So, you know, I always was worried that if we opened up too much, that we would be judged, but actually the opposite thing happened
Starting point is 00:12:22 by writing the book and talking about, you know, do my chin and all this stuff, the brand revants approached me and they were like, Hey, do you want to be the first person to try this new HA filler? And I was like, Oh my God. Yes. And then I got to do like live streams and commercials and all these things with them. Anyway, it was awesome. I got my like little folds done and I, yeah my my dynamic folds they call them nasal nasal nasolabial fold yeah and it's it's it's it's cool i like the filler i just wanted to give a shout out to it it's made with hydrolytic acid and and it's like more hyaluronic hyaluronic acid yeah it's more hyaluronic hyaluronic it's more of like what's in your face already and i think i look good and then people on instagram i mean
Starting point is 00:13:04 obviously we're like you look beautiful and anyway i just think it's cool that you're like living your truth. I was living my truth by being like, I'm 39. I want to do stuff to my face and then got rewarded for it in a way, which is really cool. I mean, it's a, it's a very on brand partnership and I'm, so if they need a second person, I am here waiting for my call. Well, I'll be interested to know if people go into the, their doctors and they're like, Oh, I want to try the revamps because please let me know. Thanks. Okay. Jeff. Okay. Um, my good week is I have a word for the dictionary it is shit shit shit situation a situation involving shit so becca later in this episode because we recorded it before this oh has a shit suit shit i can't say
Starting point is 00:13:55 situation happening there are many ways that a situation can happen it can be when you shit your pants from eating too much fast food sharting is that a sharting so many ways so i thought that it was very on brand and pretty much every lady ganger has had one at some point very good that's my good week i like it my bad week alex daly on uh kelty and my mutual friend texted me the other Day and told me that Balenciaga is making Jack Vanek bracelets. Oh shit. They are. I am getting ripped off by Balenciaga and I'm sure they're like $400 for a little rubber bracelet. And I am pissed. Are they selling them yet? Let's look. I just saw it was like on. Oh my God. You know what I've always wanted to do in those situations? Buy like 5,000 of them. Wait the 30-day return
Starting point is 00:15:00 policy. Guess how much it is. What? How much? $400. $450. You're right. Let's buy a ton of them, hold on to them, hoard them until the 30-day return policy. I don't know if Balenciaga has that. I don't think Balenciaga is like Nordstrom. And then return them all back to them. isn't that a experimental and minimalistic by design balanciaga is also renowned for its uncompromising standard of avant-garde creativity is it is it is it creative director georgian designer dema guffazavalli at the helm the brand continues to live and breathe balanciaga's inherent elegance balance with the designers edgy urban aesthetic we need to get diet prada on this right now yeah for sure dm because here's the thing it's like there are fashion people take
Starting point is 00:15:53 liberties they get inspired by things this is a dead-on ripoff same colors made of rubber rule me and also i think you know the wholesale price is like two dollars so if you buy the balenciaga when you're a loser yeah i mean they could give me a purse and we could be fine but no no no that is not what we say. That's what they're hoping you say. They're like, this only costs $50 to make you eat it. I'm going to write diet Prada. I think this is great. I will report it for you. Wait a second. Is it made of rubber too? Yes. Wow. Wow. The nerve. When we come back, when we come back, a happy topic. Please welcome to the pod, Tayshia Adams. Welcome. Wow. That was an insane introduction. If I could record that and just
Starting point is 00:21:29 like literally walk into every room like that, that I would love that. It gives me the high I mean, the most pronunciation of phlebotomist. So good. It's phlebotomist. Phlebotomist. I mean, that's not even that hard, Kelty. It's not hard, but it's hard for me as a professional speaker, you know? Okay. The first thing I want to do is I want us to literally, there's so much going on in your world that I want to talk about, but I was like, the number one thing is I want to know about our veins so hold up your veins what's what's going on with the veins because she's a phlebotomist they take the blood oh i have great veins do you now i do too i don't want to brag but i have a
Starting point is 00:22:12 really big prominent one wait kelsey see this is with a problem the veins on your wrist don't matter it's right here yeah have you ever gotten your blood taken from your wrist before there you go oh yeah you have some good veins i can see them from here look bouncy yeah bitch some veins. Okay. Becca show your veins. Are they good? I mean, look at this. Oh, you know what? I have the, I have the filter on my, my, um, beauty filter. I have the beauty filter. So you actually can't even see like a freckle on me right now. Wait, no way. Yeah. There's a beauty filter on zoom. I had to do it. I have like teenage acne right now. Wow. Okay. Teach a girl something. Yeah. New wrinkle in your brain. Yeah. Um, so first of all, let's talk life pre television
Starting point is 00:22:56 fame. Okay. Like you're so gorgeous. If I woke up and I had your face, I wouldn't be like, you know what I want to do for a living? Be a plemodomist. Like where did that come from? Well, my degree is biology, medical science, and I had a minor in like chemistry and psychology. So that whole world is not new to me. And it's definitely something that I was able to fall back on, you know? So that's where that came from. And I've always wanted to be a doctor as a child. Obviously my dreams have changed since then, but yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's such a, it's such a difference compared to most of the people that go on The Bachelor that are personal trainers, you know? I know. Gotta start somewhere. When they met you,
Starting point is 00:23:39 when they met you, they're probably like, you're in, doesn't matter. Get her in. Put her at the Sheraton at LAX. It's time. She's perfect. I'm like, I'm trying to be a doctor and try to be all these things. Like, yeah. So you're start filming in two weeks. And I'm like, okay. I mean, but I love it. You can, you can be at all, which I love. And I think that the reason that you can have success past this franchise is that you know how much work it takes to go get your degrees. Like you have that work ethic and that's what it takes to make in, I mean, Hollywood in air quotes, but like same thing. You know what I mean? It's like, you have, you have to be able to work hard. I want to know how yours hot Zach
Starting point is 00:24:16 is oh my god he's doing so well i mean he he ran this morning he just ran about i think about eight or nine miles oh my god at like six o'clock i'm like sleeping in bed and he's okay i'm about to go on a run i'm like all right have fun i'm just gonna stay right here um and then he went to work so he's out in wherever he is i have to say i have to say zach is like seems like such a dream man and you really had such a good picker for men. I feel like you were the only bachelorette that the final guys, like you actually kept around the good guys and got rid of all the bitches when they should have gotten rid of. And I think I've never seen that in my entire life. And I thought that was amazing. Well, it's cause it's like, I just don't have any more time. Like I just don't have
Starting point is 00:25:05 time for like the playboy, like the boy that just wants to like do what exactly? Like what are you trying to do here? So I don't know. I just had an idea of what I wanted my life to look like and who can also like match me. And I feel like he was the one, but a lot of these guys had a lot of good qualities too. So yeah. Now will you televise the wedding? Oh my gosh. Everyone asked me this, which is so funny. Cause I never really thought about it before, but like now I'm kind of into the idea, but it was, you should be like a portion of it. It would only be like a hot tip. Now you want me to do the whole thing? You should just get married. You should get really merit, do a private wedding for like your really close family and then do the televised
Starting point is 00:25:45 wedding and just tell nobody about it and make a ton of money. I didn't even think about that, but that sounds like a good idea. Yeah. Make the money 100%. Um, wear like nine dresses, you know, like you have, you should do, honestly, it should be a special where it's like, didn't they do that with, did Allie put her to like, I need the night before rehearsal dinner. yeah and then the actual day and then the honeymoon moment then the like going off in the car look like all the free diamonds all the free flowers get that whole wedding paid for then take the money and buy a beautiful home yeah what i mean like that's an investment in a happy future in my that's okay well thank you for helping me with that because i did not even think about
Starting point is 00:26:31 any of that stuff but yeah that sounds like a really good idea well let me get deeper into this Okay. Do you enjoy your birthday or hosting parties? Yes, you do. You love your birthday. You love hosting parties. Like I love my birthday. I mean, I'm not one of those girls that has to have like this like full blown, like themed party. Right. But I do like to be with my girlfriends and like at least have a good dinner or whatnot. And I love having my girlfriends over and like creating a good whole tablescape and, and, and having dinner and all that kind of stuff. So yeah, I'd be like, this will be good for you then. Well, I was going to say. Becca loves the tablescape and hated a wedding. So.
Starting point is 00:27:09 No, no, no. I was going to say I hated hosting part. I hated being in charge of other people's time. So like I hated my wedding. So I might as well, I should have just put it out there and like made all the money because I wasn't going to enjoy it anyway. However, if you're going to enjoy it anyway, you may not want to televise it. I'm just, this is, this is devil's advocate. it will be miserable. But can't you enjoy the other wedding that you're going to have the secret wedding? And then the televised wedding is now more of a financial decision. This is a job. It's a JLB honey. She's at work, but only do it. Only do it. If they pay you not for free things. Look, I have to say, I really agree with this whole like two wedding combo thing. Yeah. I really
Starting point is 00:27:55 like the idea of doing a really intimate thing. Cause okay. I want a more intimate wedding. Zach wants a party. So that being said, I feel like a more like intimate, like family only, like closest of friends wedding is a good idea. And then maybe having some part of like the bigger wedding segment filmed for his like extravagance. Like he wants like a three, four day like party. So it's a good thing to televise. There you go. There you go. I think you have it figured out. I'm into this plan. We love, we love to plan a wedding for other people and not be at our own, Like, and Jack, we're waiting for her to get engaged and plan a wedding. So like, we have nothing to do.
Starting point is 00:28:35 We haven't had a lady gang wedding in a few years. So we'll help you until, until it's my turn. And so I would really appreciate this help. Okay. And then dress just like, sorry to go off on it. Like, um, are you like a princess dress? Are you like a sexy sleek dress? Like, what are you thinking?
Starting point is 00:28:50 Um, I like things that are really different and like things that people don't normally do. So, um, I don't really care for a princess dress. i like a little bit more sleek but if i this is why i love the idea of like changing into multiple dresses multiples throw a jumpsuit in there you know i was gonna say like i do not mind like a really good freaking like power jumpsuit i don't really mind also like a super short thing maybe with like a longer skirt like i love to play i've also like played with the idea of like not actually doing white i like a little tint of color to some i mean i'm not trying to
Starting point is 00:29:27 like a pink dress. Okay. Or like a black dress, but I don't know. Where do you, where are you based right now? I'm in New York right now. You are? Okay. Well, there's a place called Loho Bride and they do like the best dresses for the unconventional bride. Look into it. Oh, okay. Wow. You have every, okay. Loho Bride. Loho. It's where Becca got her dress and it was gorgeous. Yeah. But they have like a complete array of like all the unexpected, beautiful things that you, that no one else has. I love that. Like a dress to convert into another dress or like something different. I love super fun. Yeah. Okay. Like a bikini top and a sarong. That's my vibe. Let me ask you this. How is fame? I mean, I don't really consider myself
Starting point is 00:30:18 famous if you will. Like in fact, like this week I kind of just have this like breakthrough that like I was in a lot of homes and a lot of people actually like know my I don't know it comes in waves to be honest with you people like know my name like I was shooting with um one of these photographers for work and she was like my I told my niece that I was um shooting with you and she's like oh my gosh like I love her I let's really look up to her tell her I say hi I'm like how does your 11 year old niece know of me and kind of like dictation like and then she had to talk to me about it I know it sounds really stupid but it's like I never sought out for this you know what I mean? So it's still kind of like hits me in ways. I don't know. Can I ask you a question
Starting point is 00:30:57 of how, um, how the whole bachelorette thing kind of came into place because you kind of, you had your season with Colton, then you did the bachelor in paradise. And then how long was it between that and the bachelorette couple of years? So paradise was, um, I don't know how to say two summers ago. Yeah. Bachelorette was this past summer. So it like one year apart. Right. So then do you know, probably never thought that you're going to be back on TV or did you, were you always kind of talking to the producers about being the bachelorette? Well, I was in talks when Claire was also in talks to become a bachelorette. So like, but they, that phone call also kind of like caught me off guard. I was like, you're kidding.
Starting point is 00:31:41 Um, I'm like, I just started getting comfortable with my new normal, getting comfortable with my life. Like I have like a routine now. I don't know about this. And then of course I did the whole shebang and then it wasn't me. So I was like, never call me again. I literally told them unless it's actually me or unless I'm like, in fact, don't even call me, show up at my doorstep. And it was really funny. Cause when I got the phone call for the bachelorette, he was like, so I tried to leave the bubble and I can't do that. Cause I know you want me to show up at your doors up and I was like oh hell no I'm like oh hell no but it didn't make any sense to me because Claire was already filming you know what I mean right it was people want to like try to
Starting point is 00:32:26 debunk this and say like no you knew about this like y'all I did not know about this um I mean I would have worked out a little bit harder if I could have I'd be like I need my boat how much time did you have how much time did you have to prepare I mean if it was like in their world like they would have loved for me to leave that day or the next morning. Right. When did you leave from the phone call to when you actually had to Palm Springs? It was like, I want to honestly say like 36 hours. Cause I was like, first of all, no, I'm like, I need to go get makeup because I haven't been wearing makeup all of quarantine. Makeup was like dried up and done. Like, I don't even know what was going on. Ran to like Nordstrom. I'm like, can I call my mom? Like
Starting point is 00:33:07 your nails done. Literally my hair hasn't been done. Nothing's been done. Um, um, so I for sure got an eyebrow appointment done straight up, went to her house. I was like, listen, S O S your girl needs her bras done. Did it tell her anything? No. Um, but it's just like, it was that quick. It was that quick. That is crazy. I love that. I wasn't prepared. I wish I was prepared. It would have been amazing but no it wasn't what do you want the next 20 seasons of bachelor to be like like do you think the show has legs do you think we can continue you know i do because i look i've had a very positive experience with it i mean if i were to say like i hate it all that wouldn't make any sense because i'm with a man that i got you know insanely in love with and found him on
Starting point is 00:33:58 the show so it doesn't make it i know that it works and i've had an amazing time on the show and I've made some great friends and I've really grown from it. Um, but I feel like there's so much growth that can be happy, like that can be had. And, um, I just want them to continue to show real, like relationships are dynamic and we talk about these crazy things and, and, and they don't look picture perfect and they are interracial relationships. You know what I mean? Like just be real, like just stop trying to like sugarcoat it all. Just, I don't know. You know what i mean i wish it was just more real and so i hope that we're moving towards that i'm a bachelor super fan by the way if you haven't noticed y'all know more than i do and let me in what's well
Starting point is 00:34:42 this is gonna be a question i was gonna ask you because the spoilers which i don't well i read i go on the bachelor subreddit every night to go to bed because i like to just tune out and just you know read something mindless which ends up being the bachelor subreddit so i know like every every little minutia of what's going on in the bachelor world but i was going to ask you did you ever go on the bachelor subreddit because that's like the sleuthing paradise okay i didn't even know reddit existed until i was on i think it was colton season or paradise and someone gave it or sent it to me they even said like i don't know if i should show you this because it's probably not good for your mental health and i was like excuse me like send away
Starting point is 00:35:25 you don't give that to me right now um so they sent it to me and it's a really dangerous rabbit hole at least for someone that's on it's about you yeah absolutely so yeah i have looked into reddit but i try to stay off of it because it's it could be very consuming and very addictive well people loved you on reddit for the most part but people really hate some of the other contestants all right when we come back i feel like i have a new idea for the third act let's go to commercial and then come back so i know that the last year has been pretty terrible for i don't know everybody on this planet and i know a lot of people are really looking for some escapism maybe you're looking for a little bit of fantasy and you can get it with dipsy so dipsy is

Starting point is 00:39:19 So I had this idea. I had this idea because Tayshia guest hosted ET and she was fabulous. Like I saw the picture with you and Kevin And I was like, oh my God, Kev, how'd she do? And he was like, I was great. Like, so anyway, so I, I know that you're making their own. So I thought I would give you some headlines of like things that are happening and you
Starting point is 00:39:37 can like, you know, ET it. Oh my God. Okay. So see what you think. Hannah from Summer House is engaged. I didn't even know she had a boyfriend. Is this another headline for me? Yes.
Starting point is 00:39:49 Shoot. You guys are going to think I'm the worst. I don't watch Summer House. Girl, if you're going to do this, you got to watch everything. I literally do apparently. Jesus. us what's your favorite show right now to watch reality wise to be honest with you if you want to know the honest truth yes i've kind of take a step back from television um if you really want
Starting point is 00:40:11 to know that i didn't even watch all my my own episodes so like i took a hot minute back i just it's kind of necessary you know i hated watching ourselves on tv i understand so it's but like my general shows that i love is kardashians i mean like i like the um real housewives like there's like my trash tv like um total bella's like that's my trash tv realm other than that i'm not gonna lie all i've been binging is like all like this crazy netflix shows and all that kind of stuff recently how do we feel about scott disick with lisa rena's daughter amelia yeah i feel some type of way it feels like really inappropriate to watch at some you know you mean like it doesn't look good to me no why the fact that he's now like bleaching his hair
Starting point is 00:40:57 and like cutting it in a a 90s pink haircut is odd maybe he's trying to be different because like or younger i don't know because chloe's or courtney's now dating um kind of sparker which is hot exactly he was so different though like it's the complete opposite opposite of scott so it's like maybe he's trying to like be cool i don't know be like a punk instead of getting like sleeves like he's trying to like bleach his hair i don't know jack have you ever slept with a drummer nope lead singers only yeah and guitarists i've never well i think a drummer is probably great to sleep with i'm just that's what i'm just imagining i've only slept with the bass player so okay last thing before we we have to go um did you see i don't know we talked about britney and
Starting point is 00:41:49 the yellow britney's dad now says that she he he's like i wasn't even if she wants to have the conservatory removed like we'll remove it yeah right it's his latest this is so bizarre what the hell is happening with them this is nothing new and this family has been like talked talking about this forever. Now he's just doing that because everyone literally hates him at this point. There you go. I mean, think about it, but why would you even say that? We all know that's not true because he wants to, they want us to continue to go psycho like and crazy about this. I'm sure they're like getting a kick out of all of us being so concerned. Did you watch, did you guys watch the Netflix? 100%. You didn't watch it, Becca? No, I mean, I'm in,
Starting point is 00:42:31 she's working. She's a working girl. Well, but also I need somebody who lives in Canada to tell me how they watch things that are on Hulu. Cause wasn't it on Hulu? Yes. Or I forget what it was. No, it was Hulu. It was Hulu. Cause I don't think everything I've heard here is that they don't get, yeah, it's blocked. So I'm not able to watch it. The moment where she like, cause I remember my friend, Sarah is a backup dancer for Brittany. And I remember she was like, we're going back to vegas she's got a new show in the moment the documentary i'll explain it to you backer so they're announcing like she's left the old residency and she's like announcing the new one and they like she they pop her up and they have like the fireworks the backup dancers like all
Starting point is 00:43:14 the press and everything she walks up and she's like and then she just walks down and gets in the car oh i remember that happening it was you do no interviews no press whatever well it's because she obviously does not want to do the show and she said i'm not going to work anymore if i'm under this conservatory like or i'm like i'm not doing it anymore and then sarah was like i was like they canceled the show and she's like yep crazy and then i think she anyway it's crazy i love that documentary though the whole thing with britney i could go down the tunnel or like a rabbit hole for like hours and hours and hours and hours and watch all the videos and come up with all these little things because of the shirts and the messages and all kinds of but i'm not gonna lie
Starting point is 00:43:52 her videos give me life i try to learn the dance moves sometimes when i'm feeling down because it just really makes me feel good honestly this is everything about her she's so stuck in the 90s and i love it i love her she's the greatest iconic you can't hate on britney as much as you try you cannot hate on britney no because now we know that it's like we screwed her up and i like by consuming her for the last like 30 years of my life i have guilty i feel guilty well i did want to see you at the club with Paris Hilton. I bought that us weekly. Like I'm sorry. It's crazy. It's crazy looking back to, and just how different the media was and how different the media treated people, especially like her. Kelsey, you could have been one of those media people saying those
Starting point is 00:44:36 terrible things to her. I never was. I only met her once. I interviewed her at the people's choice award. She was lovely. Lovely. She seems so nice and like easygoing. So sweet. Like, yeah, I don't know. That just means like, I don't know. She's being overpowered by somebody. And I think it's, I think it's Jamie. No, it definitely is.
