Hello everybody and welcome back to another episode of when reality hits we are we are in Cabo day one fresh off the plane we just had dinner for our very first night it is my birthday on Sunday so we're having a little girls trip I'm here with Janet Michelle and lala and we're going to have a blast i am so excited for this vacation janet here everybody first i'm gonna ask everybody a couple fun questions so at first it's miss janet caperna hello janet hi we are all relaxed and have the best mom's trip off yes we just had dinner so first night fresh off the plane got to our room dinner it was beautiful and now we're already back in the room pajamas on robes on i am so it's masked on i am so excited to be cozy at 10 p.m

and get to fully sleep in without kids did you take your makeup off already yeah i already took my makeup off lala's in the background i have not taken my makeup off yet but i'm pretty sure lala already took a bath again uh i all i did was put jammies on like in the oversized nba t-shirt and shorts yeah we're getting cozy and that is somebody knocking on our door oh yeah i ordered extra blankies to get extra cozy one thing about these girls and me i run hot and they are always cold yes i'm always freezing well especially especially since i got sick and i lost all this sweet. I'm just bone cold all the time. You know, when you're so cold, like the only thing that helps is like a hot bath or a hot shower. I'm just like, I got no fat on me. I need to gain

it back, which thank God we got an all inclusive trip right now because I am just going to be eating, eating, eating and having some fun. Yeah. I'm glad that you're feeling better. I know that you were so sick. I think you look great. Thank you. But I'm definitely with a bunch of skinny bitches and I'm the curvy one who is like, I, but I've always ran hot. It didn't matter if i was super skinny or if i was pregnant and 300 pounds like i was never 300 pounds let's be real but you know what i mean like i've always just ran hot okay so my goal for this podcast is just to keep it very fun and we're gonna do a lot of like rapid fire questions with each of you guys and this is also my birthday episode because my birthday is sunday everybody go wish

brittany a happy birthday so okay we're gonna start this off with like a couple ice breakers okay okay this is about this trip okay janet on a scale from matching pajamas to someone crying in the bathroom how do we see this trip going uh matching pajamas all the way we have the most fun together i feel like the four of us and you know we can not only just have like the most beautiful conversations about being moms and life and everything but then also just fully goof off and have the best time so i have the best time with you girls and i'm just so excited i am so excited too this is just like one night you know like day one yeah we haven't even been here a full day and i've already had the best time i know and we had a really great easy travel day like

it's just everything's been seamless so far easy travel day okay oh my god they had an easy travel day okay I okay I have I'm good at traveling with me and Cruz or whatever but I have also been known to miss a couple flights like I missed Hawaii flight they didn't even put that in last season but I missed the Hawaii flight I've missed like a couple different flights but um this morning I had my my alarm set for 5 30 and 5 40 a.m and Janet was gonna come pick me up and then go pick Lala up and Michelle, Michelle was going to meet us at the airport and it is, you're going to pick me up at eight 45. I knew something was off because at eight or so we all started kind of texting in our group chat, just like, Hey, what terminal, you know? And I was like, okay, wait,

Brittany hasn't chimed in, but it's probably cause she's making sure cruise is set and like, everything's good. Like she's probably running around just getting everything set so that she can go. But then once I texted you off the group chat and I was like, Hey, I'm coming to you in 10 minutes you're ready right and when you didn't say anything i was like uh-oh but i was like all right i'm gonna get in the uber and maybe i'll just knock on the door maybe she just is not looking at her phone did you knock on my door no i well i texted and called lala and i said britney has an answer i texted her and called her individually and she's not answering i was like i'm heading in the uber to her car to her house right now to check and make sure she's okay or

like you know getting in the car and she luckily had zuli's number she's like i'm gonna call zuli who's obviously going to be there my nanny like was going to be at my house at eight and I was supposed to wake up at 5 30 but in case Cruz was up and I was getting picked up 8 45 I was like okay come over at eight because you know she's watching him while I'm gone and she was there and luckily they had her number called her and she came and woke me up and I was like it was just like one of those moments where I was like what the heck is happening I was supposed to have somebody come over and send me off this morning and everything like what is like it was just I was not prepared so then I had like a rush pack everything up really fast but I made it on

time yeah luckily I you know if you know me I am a detailed traveler I like an itinerary of the trip plan I make sure we have enough time for error traffic anything that might come our way so I built enough time in that even with the extra 20 minutes you needed to get out the door we still had plenty of time so you could even still meet us at the restaurant at the airport i had so many missed calls and stuff and i like i woke up and i couldn't believe it i mean i actually had set two alarms so i did my job like i i actually did everything right this time and it still didn't work out for me but i made it so whatever you made it with time to spare too so it is just fine okay a couple quick questions before we move on to michelle or lala okay who becomes a completely

different person after two drinks which everyone doesn't drink of just of the four of us just for the four all of this is just us i could i mean none of us really i feel like we're all like kind of just an exaggerated version of ourselves yeah maybe michelle if i had to pick just i don't No, I feel like you'll dance after two margaritas. But not a totally different person by any means. Michelle comes out of her shell a little bit more for sure. Yeah. I just feel like you'll have fun and dance.

She wants to talk so bad right now. Don't worry. I'm coming to you next. Who's pretending they're asleep but is 100% listening to all the gossip? You. I'm going Lala. I'm saying Lala because you're just getting bed early. you're like a like you like to get cozy you like to have like you like to have like an extra hour

i want to be doing the podcast in my bed right now see you're you're coming up and you really cherish your time like get in bed yeah face creams on everything's cozy and ready nice seinfeld episode like you like your quiet time in bed before you go to sleep maybe not to listen to the gossip but you like to like cozy up in bed for a while but you said me so I'm gonna ask you about that whenever you pop on here um okay if there were a disagreement between us what would it be about would it be about food timing or someone's tone timing and it would be you yeah it would be Brittany's taking too long to get ready it would be me taking too long to get ready i agree that would be on me but i'd be so nice about it so i don't think anybody would be

mean to me no we just are like how many more minutes realistically i'm like yeah how many times i say realistically 15 more minutes realistically 10 more minutes and then we could get out the door but we made it on time to our reservation so but luckily we had two scheduled that we're apart oh my gosh who takes 300 photos and posts none um I guess probably me like I feel like tonight I took the most photos but all of us are pretty good I feel like it's staying present and not like being on our phones or prioritizing content over like actually talking to each other and having a good time yeah okay rapid fire really fast okay here we go rapid fire for girls trip early flight or road trip early flight matching outfits yes or absolutely

not only if it's like pajamas sharing glam or separate separate for timing one hotel room or separate houses it depends but I would probably say separate houses because I liked you know more space is better I'd rather have more space than be too crowded yeah but we have like a big room this time yeah like a kitchen and like a little middle area yeah between our room i mean i think this room is the size of my house so we have plenty of space we got three showers which is good yeah like we can all go to our different little areas okay um who is already planning the next trip before this one ends me yep i agree janet all right i love you janet i love you all right i'm passing it off to michelle michelle or lala who's up all right hi michelle hi britney how you

doing i'm good i'm excited for your birthday thanks for being here also we love that you can speak spanish it's so hot we love it um are you excited to be here i'm so happy i haven't had like a real vacation i haven't had a girl's vacation i don't think ever in my life really yeah ever oh yeah this was much needed yeah and it was really nice even our first dinner like phones put away deep conversations yeah laughs cries a little bit of everything i know we like kind of we all kind of like had a tear up moment there for a second but like in a good way like it wasn't like negative stuff it was like much needed yeah conversations which is like a lot of the things that i love about girls trips what is one of the your favorite things about traveling with

your close friends well this is my well technically this is well we've traveled to yeah we have yeah i just realized how different we are in like our routines our morning routines what time we like to wake up what we like to do lala thankfully is on board with me we're always the same so i like that yeah because you guys are like let's get in bed let's turn the heat up i'm like no sound no no i'm like whoa whoa whoa yeah so we have a two bedroom our bedroom is lights out warm like cozy blankets and then you go to britney and janet's and it's like freezing it's antarctica in there she has her extra blankets because she's a little chilly this trip but normally she's like down to go with like whatever very different oh my goodness okay who out of all four all four of

us would not be able to share a bathroom under any circumstances which i know like we can share bathrooms we are me you think you would be the worst i mean i just like my privacy yeah that's why yeah you don't even talk about going to the bathroom or anything like i don't do that it doesn't happen it's all glitter and rainbows and that's why i think we would all prefer our own bathrooms but yeah yeah well at least we have three this time three three showers three bathrooms i don't i like sharing it reminds me of like having a roommate yeah it reminds me of having a roommate and it takes me back to being like in our 20s and being like we can't pay the bills but let's buy a fucking bottle yeah yeah it is nice especially like i live alone and i have

isabella and sometimes i'm alone so it's like this is nice to just like go to the living room and there's a couple girls here it does remind me of definitely being back in the college days and stuff where it was more fun to get ready with your friends than it was to even go to the bar like i remember we wouldn't even go get to the bar until like 12 o'clock at night because we would just be pre-drinking getting ready together having fun yeah and we're all moms and like we deserve to like have fun and put ourselves first every now and then you know put the music on the music for sure okay who's the first one to say i'm not even drunk uh you me yes you definitely can get tipsy at times and you don't even know it. Right. Well, duh. I'm not denying that for a second.

Yeah, I'd say you. But you think I would say I'm not even drunk? Yeah. Okay. I'd say you. Me. All right. Maybe, maybe it is me. I don't know. Okay. Who's the mom of the group and who ignores everything the mom says? Janet is definitely the mom. Janet is definitely the mom of the group. and you probably ignore yeah because we have a group chat and you're like what time do we leave what time do we get back i was like just let me know what time i need to be at the airport and i will be there and hey i was there first oh goodness i was there last one thousand percent um okay here we go who's gonna eat someone else's snacks and deny it these are all just like funny little girls trip that's kind of hard i think lala she's the snacker in the group i think lala too

she loves a good snack i'm like a nighttime snacker as well but i think lala would definitely yeah be like where'd that twix go i have no idea as soon as we came in she's like oh snacks uh okay who out of the four of us would survive a group chat leak the best say that again out of the four of us who would survive a group chat leak like if somebody leaked our group chat and it went on social media that's a hard one i think all of us i guess we'd have to know well that would mean that one of us oh leaked it probably i can't answer that i don't know yeah okay i'll ask all that questions again when she's whenever she's on

here in a second okay who says i'm fine but is very clearly not fine janet you think janet yeah why do you think janet um she can get what's the word i like every i sometimes like when you you get in a mood you remind me of isabella a little bit so like you'll have like a little tantrum and then you'll be totally fine okay yeah a little janet moment but also we wouldn't be able to find anything if it wasn't for janet so we don't even want to we don't want to say a bad word because we won't be able to do anything for the rest of this trip um okay and janet planned everything she booked the flight she's done everything yeah okay um do you think that we will be closer after this trip or do we need a group therapy session after this trip I think

we'll get closer I do every time we hang out we always get a little closer okay a couple of rapid fires the same ones that I asked Janet early flight or road trip early flight matching outfits yes or absolutely not absolutely not sharing glam or separate separate one hotel room or separate houses it depends who it's with but probably separate houses okay hold on let me see oh god i have so many more okay okay if you just had to pick one person some of these are like off the wall will never happen to us but it's funny to like go there you ready who's getting kicked out of the hotel first out of the four of us yes you me i'm the nicest one to everybody i just sat down there and talked to a man from canada oh yeah i was like what are you what are you doing over there

i can't help it literally if i get into an uber i'll sit in the front with them and i'll rap or sing songs to them i just love that that's hard it could be lala too okay maybe lala okay who packed heels knowing damn well we're not walking anywhere uh lala you packed heels we all packed heels well we all wore heels except for lala the first night lala wore flats tonight she's being silent till it's her turn okay who's gonna who's gonna say i'm going to bed and then fully reappear fully dressed an hour later none of us no i should even read that question out loud um who do we absolutely not let plan the itinerary me yeah absolutely not

yep agreed who's crying by day two and why um i think lala is the crier in the group okay she'll find a reason who's starting the drama and saying i'm just being honest huh that's a tough one i don't see any of us starting the drama with each other yeah i don't think so either we're pretty chill actually believe it or not we actually are believe it or not okay who's the most likely to lose something important like a phone passport you me my girlfriend i'm gonna lose it i can totally see you losing your passport hey i checked my passport a thousand trillion times even though i was running late i've still it still made it in the bag so i'm pretty proud of myself looking every two minutes to make sure

it's in the same spot janice did us all that meme before we got here and i was like i did that all day today even in the uber after i knew it was my passport i was like is that cruz's face or my face like i just kept like rechecking like what the heck yeah i do that too okay all right um who's late every single time you my girlfriend everyone pointed to me even the ones that you can't hear yet so i wish i had four mics because that would be hilarious but i only have two so that's why i'm like interviewing everybody separately um who would most likely disappear and come back with a story oh yeah janet i think michelle oh it could be me too yeah i kind of think you honestly i have some good stories yeah and like i don't know where like i kind of think

it would be you okay um okay last one who's saying this is my song to everything you you all right i love you michelle what are you looking forward to the most on this trip honestly going to the gym doing a little spa just laying out here just hanging out your first answer i said all three i'm still looking forward to it just spending time together yeah i feel like we're back in uh where were we last year whenever where were we in where where were we on that trip on the valley last season You were like, I want to go to the gym, bringing my burst out laughing. Yeah.

We were in Hawaii. We were in Hawaii. Yeah. In Hawaii. And Michelle was like, I want to go to the gym. You were like, I'm not feeling that well. And me and Jen were like, you want to go to the gym? I just like to start my day off with some sort of activity.

No, and I love that about you. And I'm trying to do the same thing. I'm trying to get healthier. So good for you. But that was a really funny scene. Thank you. That was one of my favorites. All right.

Good. I want to start off with what are you most excited for about this trip? Being with you guys and being able to sleep in and take a bath without a child coming in. Yep. Use the restroom without a child coming in. Brush your teeth. do anything like when i wake up in the morning it's not like i have to hit the ground running like i can wake up and like have my coffee yes like enjoy but i will say like i facetimed my

kids we all did when we got here and i was like oh it's so funny how i was like so looking forward to this and now i'm having withdrawals from them oh yeah not saying i'm trying to go back no we all are like so happy to be here but of course like i miss cruise too so much and it's just it's just because we're good moms and we're like with we're actually active parents and that's one thing I'm so proud of with like all of my friends is everybody is a very active parent yeah you know and there's a lot of people in LA who are not you know yeah no I know and there is not one friend of mine who I would be like they're not an active parent like everyone is such active parents I know it's amazing to watch yeah and great parents and i love you guys oh goodness okay i'm trying to

figure out which questions to ask you just because just because just because it's you okay you ready i'm ready bill who's brave enough to tell la la to calm down and i know i'm talking third person but you've done that for years so it's i know i love it but who's brave enough to tell you to calm down i think you me yeah i like that too and i'm not saying that like janet and michelle are not but like i think that you would step in before i go into like a full spiral janet lets me spiral and then it's like well maybe we do this direction it's like we've already caused mass destruction we've already been there and done this okay early flight or road trip early flight matching outfits yes or absolutely not absolutely fucking not sharing glam or

okay we're good we're fine we are just fine okay who um okay this is the one that whenever michelle talked about it that we were like you were like wait i don't know who is going to sleep and then listening to the gossip you why do you why do you think me because it happened and people will see it on this season of the valley right janet caperna wake up john okay well also be able to watch you like do that yeah but i was also in recovery okay we can't talk too much about that because we don't want to get we don't want to go down that road it's absolutely hysterical i can't wait for people to watch yeah okay who's taking 400 pics just to post one blurry selfie janet janet takes so many photos and then i see her page and i'm like that's the best you got

okay who's saying we need this trip but stressing everyone out the whole time probably me i'm just a do i i don't know i don't think any of us really stress too much about the trip this time oh like stress stress before we got here or stress each other out on the trip who's saying we need this trip but stressing everyone out the whole time while we're here none of us none of us yeah i don't think so yeah who's ordering room service like it's their last meal you yeah probably me and janet the two of you together yeah who is who are we feeding i don't understand yeah we're just like but then like i walk in and i don't complain i like plop right down if you guys only knew the backstory to that sound that lala makes

And while it makes me crack up every time, I just don't think we should go there. No, please. A different lifetime with people that I don't need to say their names. Oh, my God. Who's the first one to complain? Complain? I don't think any of us are complainers. No, this is a really super chill group.

I know. And people probably wouldn't. They think it's complete opposite. yeah like when the four of us are together it's like the easiest time ever and like nothing that we talk about is like it's like fun and we talk about so many different things and like i leave with my cup full exactly yeah we're all grateful it's been it's gonna be such a great time and also by the way i've got a lot of friends okay just because some people are here doesn't mean they're not my friends anymore because i've already got people in my dms being like is this

person's where's this person or where's that person i have so many great friends if i invited if every single one of my friends there would be like 100 people here honestly like i have this was nah don't even go there i'm gonna do something with other friends whenever i get like it's just it's just how it worked out it's like not that deep i know this trip is for the four of us it's just chill and fun that you take where it's not gonna be with us yeah yeah but it's just like people are already in my dms where's this person where's that person and i'm like yeah man i still love them they're still my friends just let us have fun while we're here it's not that deep right okay who's ordering appetizers for the table without asking we all give the nod yeah

we look and we go the the oysters yeah yeah okay yeah the mushroom tacos the pork belly tacos were the best what was your favorite thing from tonight's dinner oh that soup really like i wanted yeah i wanted to crawl into the soup yeah like lick it like a cat and like the spoon they should have picked like a better but i've been watching so much chopped that's the only thing i will say is it could have been a better bowl because plating is everything and you could have got a little bit more on your spoon if it was in a deeper bowl yeah and i would have liked a little bit more because i would chop a little bit more cheese a little bit more cheese it was delicious though it was absolutely delicious who needs a nap but refuses

to admit it you if you need a nap you always take a nap janet would do the same you you and i michelle are not nappers i love that michelle's like shaking her head like not me yeah you and i you and yeah we can't do the nap thing well honestly i gotta push through till the end which i i can't take a nap either i like to lay down and have like alone time there's a day like there's no possible way because i i can't sleep for anything yeah but janet yeah but you need a nap i need a nap but i you would be the bitch that i would say go take a nap yeah because i never sleep spicy something but i never sleep but like if i'm like i need to go lay down or whatever i'm not i'm probably not gonna fall asleep while i'm laying down like it's just

gonna be like alone time for a second yeah because i just like need that you know tucky muffin is a little spicy take her a long time oh my gosh sparser sparser oh my gosh okay oh lord these are some ones there's so many that i could have asked all of you guys but i'm trying to like just have fun and do like a couple like kind of like shake it up a bit yeah i'm trying to shake it up a bit okay what's the most britney thing i've ever done on my birthday uh the most britney thing i'm having an article of your clothing break oh my god it happens a lot yeah tonight we're tonight and britney's facing towards me and like out towards the ocean luckily

luckily but i'm looking at her she's like trying to fix her top and all of a sudden i just see fucking very perky by the way they look great but like perky tit nipple and within a half a second she like caught her top i was like holy shit i just got a side of boob with my entree this is lit it just completely snapped i was just trying to tighten the little halter top part of my dress and one side snapped off so then i had to like take the other strap and tie it to the other thing and then it happens to you a lot Brittany it does you're always having to like figure out something to tie to something else it really does happen to me a lot so that there's no tit out vaginas are covered oh goodness it was a mistake but whatever okay these are birthday

questions okay who's in charge of making sure I don't cry all of us agreed I think so too but actually not me because i love a cry when someone cries i'm like god gave you tears for a reason what time am i realistically calling it a night a tomorrow even though we're all going to bed after this and none of us have like our drug or anything uh okay if my birthday had a theme what would it be oh this one's so hard no she's like very she like loves like a vampire-y bloody show that was my halloween thing you can't steal it

but don't you feel like it always leans towards like something that's like or am i making this up like murder really not for a birthday thing i liked last year like dressing up i liked last year it's britney bitch remember that was a very britney that was a really good one you know what i went with the vampire thing because it's the toppest of my head yeah i don't know the most britney oh my gosh who's hyping me up the most and this is like on my birthday okay who's hyping me up the most and who's roasting me the most I'm roasting you the most Janet's hyping you up the most but I'm in a loving way roasting yeah of course yeah of course you wouldn't be here if I thought oh my gosh um what's your favorite you've known me for like 10 years now Lala what's your

favorite Britney birthday memory oh gosh what did we do in my past I have the worst memory ever and I'm asking you. I loved your Vegas birthday. She didn't come to that. I didn't come to that one. Yeah. All right. Well, let's not fucking.

La La missed my Vegas birthday a couple years ago. Why? Why did I miss it? Why? You got sick or something, but. Sick? Yeah. With what?

I don't know, but. I get sick. Janet was there. Michelle was there. Kristen was there. Zach was there. She was there. It was a great birthday.

Everybody was there. Yeah. That was my favorite birthday then. You weren't there. um i feel like we've spent so much time together that i don't know what times were your birthday and which times were not so what's one of your favorite memories with me then over all these years oh my god putting you on the spot no i think my most favorite memory of us is when we were in big bear because that's when you and i like really really connected oh yeah because

we weren't cool at first and then we got close yeah and i don't know if you remember this but like i came into your room jacks was laying in the bed and you and i did our makeup together on the floor and that's when i was like oh i think britney and i are like actually like we've bonded and we're friends like we're sitting on the floor doing our makeup together big bear was a lot of fun it was right yes i mean you both got like altitude sickness or whatever remember breathe from those things yes those oxygen tanks yeah like i would say that i think that that memory is one of my favorites because it's so vivid in my mind because after that trip you and i became like actual homies yeah that was all i love that i remember that okay a couple more quick questions
