It's time we all become fluent in the language of love. Are you ready to really sexually stimulate and satisfy the woman in your life? Well, I'm going to give you five positions that women absolutely love. I know this as a sex therapist of several decades, and I just happen to be a woman. Number one is cowgirl. Now, most people have heard of cowgirl. Basically, the male partner is lying down and the female partner

is on top sitting upright. Now, the reason that women love this is because it allows them to be in control of the clitoral stimulation and the penetration. So she can then rub her clitoris against the pelvis of her partner and control the depth and pace of the penetration in a way that stimulates her. There's also reverse cowgirl, which is basically the same position, but now she's facing his feet and same benefits there. Second position women love is doggy style. We've all heard of that. So she could be on all fours or lying down, but basically he's coming from behind. Now, the reason women love this is because they really like the deeper penetration, but also it allows for her or him or whoever to stimulate her clitoris at the same time so that

it's easier to reach orgasm. And she may even have a blended orgasm, which is a clitoris and of vaginal orgasm at the same time. The other position women love because of that hands-free possibility of clitoral stimulation, but also because of the intimacy and connection that it creates is spooning. So basically the male partner is behind her, they're lying on their sides and there's penetration happening that way. Once again, the hands are free for manual clitoral stimulation or even using a little vibrator. And there's closeness and connection and intimacy in the cuddling of the spooning. And women love that. Let me know what you think. The fourth position that women love is what we call yab yum. But basically, he's sitting either with his back against the headboard or on the couch or whatever with his legs crossed or just seated. And then she climbs on top of him and wraps her legs around his back or is on her knees, depending on how flexible you are. Now, women love this once again because of the close connection, heart to heart, eye gazing that's available to them creates more intimacy and connection, which is arousing for most women, but also because she's on top and can control and there's friction against her

clitoris and labia. The fifth position that women love is what we call the cat technique or the coital alignment technique. Now the cat technique may not look any different from the missionary position, but it is. So basically you get into that traditional missionary position. She's lying on the bottom, he is on top. But when penetration occurs, he lifts up and forward. So his head is going to be above hers a little bit. But what's happened as a result is that his pubic bone is right against her clitoris. And then, and this is key for the cat technique, instead of penetrating, he is already in and rocking. So he's keeping contact between his pelvic bone and the clitoris and he's rocking back and forth, stimulating the internal G-spot. That is the cat technique.
