Hey, I'm sex, love and relationship therapist, Dr. Laura Berman.
And for the last 30 years, I've been helping people just like you learn to love and be
loved better.
Welcome to the Language of Love Bites, where I tackle your most asked questions and requested
topics.
These episodes are designed to be fun, quick and to the point.
It's time we all become fluent in the language of love.
let's talk about something that a lot of men really want to master and a good number of men
think they've mastered but most are still doing in a way that leaves her underwhelmed fingering
now you want to blow her mind not just warm her up to the main act but here's the thing most guys
are missing one critical piece so i'm going to teach you how to finger a woman in a way that
feels truly amazing for her, not just to you. And by the end of this, I'm going to give you a
technique you can practice to make sure your hands are delivering exactly what her body craves,
okay? So let's start by being honest. Most men think that fingering is either fast and aggressive
or just a pit stop on the way to penetration. But what women really want is presence,
rhythm, and the right kind of pressure. So let's break it down. Here's what most guys get wrong.
First of all, they go right for penetration with their finger before she's even aroused.
They're treating her vagina like a switch to flip on instead of a part of her whole body.
and they typically switch up the rhythm too soon,
making her body start over when it's ready to finish.
So here's what actually works.
You need to start way before the vagina.
You want to touch her thighs, her hips, her stomach.
Use your whole hand, your palm, slow, steady, no rush.
For a while, you're avoiding the breasts and genitals,
allowing for the buildup. Let her body open at its own pace. Now you want to start with clitoral
and outer stimulation first. So use a lubricated finger to circle the clitoris gently. Don't go
too hard or too fast. Let her guide you either with her hands or with the movements of her body.
If she's not moaning or breathing a little harder or seeming like she's getting more
aroused, a flush on her chest, her nipples may be a little more erect, chances are you're
probably doing too much or perhaps not enough of the right thing, okay?
So follow that cue.
But slow and steady wins the race, not harsh and quick.
Hey, it's Dr. Laura Berman.
I've been a sex, love, and relationship therapist for over 30 years, and the main question I always
get asked is, how the heck do we spice it up in a long-term monogamous relationship? Well,
if you want to take your love life, your sex life to the next level, whether you're in a
relationship or not, check out my free course on quantum sex. It's going to teach you how to take
your sexual response to the next level capable of full body orgasms, how to use sex magic to

And when you do go inside, you want to focus on where the G-spot lives.
So the G-spot is about a third of the way into the vaginal canal on the belly button
side, on the upper side, if she's lying on her back.
The best way to access it is with a slow, probably with two fingers, slow and consistent
come here motion with your pointer and middle finger.
And don't change the speed unless she asks. Consistency is what typically equals climax.
Now, if you are stimulating her intravaginally, you can add clitoral stimulation at the same time
with your thumb or the free hand if she's into it. And that combo is a game changer.
the golden rule is when you find something that works don't change it don't rush to the next
thing just stay steady and let her ride the wave all the way up now if you really want to refine
your rhythm and build confidence with your hands here is a quick exercise you can do anytime that
will make your touch smoother and way more effective it's called the finger rhythm training
exercise. So you want to grab a soft towel or pillow, lube up your index and middle fingers,
and press the fabric with a curved motion, just like you would with the G-spot, that come here
thing. So basically you're creating a vagina out of a soft pillow or towel and practicing on it
and keep the rhythm going for 60 to 90 seconds. No speeding up, no random switching, just steady
slow, and firm. And add in a sensation if you want, like thumb tapping or circling while keeping
the original motion exactly the same. Now, the reason this works is because it builds muscle
memory. It trains you. You're training your fingers to give someone pleasure. It teaches you
to hold rhythm under pressure, and it mirrors what it takes to help her orgasm with your hands.
