Language of Love with Dr. Laura Berman - Seeing Beyond 3-D with Lee Harris
Episode Date: September 28, 2022I am so excited about this episode of “The Language of Love”! Today I am honored to sit down for an intimate and meaningful chat with Lee Harris. Lee Harris is a transformation teacher and energy ...intuitive who is known around the globe for his inspirational wisdom. Every time I get the chance to talk with Lee, I walk away with some profound bit of knowledge or awareness that I didn’t even realizing I was looking for. Today, Lee and I are talking about how we can travel past viewing the world in ‘3D density,’ which might sound like a complicated term, but it simply means that when we are locked into viewing the world in 3D (rather than 4D or 5D), we lose our ability to see beyond our perspective. The world feels tight and constricted. We are operating out of a sense of ego, out of a need to control the decisions and thoughts of other people in order to make ourselves feel safer. This episode will teach you: • How to have harmonious and even productive conversations with people who have completely different viewpoints than you • How to shift out of 3D glasses and to begin viewing the world in a multi-layered, multidimensional way Harris and I also speak about how grief and trauma can deeply shape us, and how everyone around us has a unique story of loss and pain. Learning about people’s past can be crucial in understanding their core story and how inspirational the lives of ‘ordinary people’ can be. But it is only by stepping out of our 3D worldview that we can begin to see beyond the superficial and begin to understand the beautiful truths of the universe. Are you ready to get started? Hey, I'm sex, love, and relationship therapist, Dr. Laura Berman.
And for the past 30 years, I've been helping people just like you learn to love and be loved better.
Here on the Language of Love Conversations, I'm talking to some of the world's most influential and revolutionary experts,
thought leaders, spiritual teachers, and celebrities about love, sex, and relationships from a mind, body, and spirit perspective.
and that way my goal is to awaken your mind body and soul it's time to become fluent in the language
of love i am so excited about this episode of the language of love with lee harris he's globally
acclaimed intuitive energy healer channel musician author he has a new book out that was a channeled
book it's going to be part of it this is book one in a huge series called conversations with the z
the energetics of the human soul. And boy, is this conversation fascinating. We talk about the
density that we're all feeling right now of pain and malaise and discomfort and fear.
We talk about the strategies for releasing those, how to tap in and tune into your guides,
because the Zs are, and we'll be talking about this too, are a group of 88 light beings,
entities that are collectively a guide for Lee Harris and a guide for all of us that comes
through him. So he channels their messages, not only in his day-to-day life for himself,
he has his personal relationship with them, but he also channels their messages for us.
And so in his book and in this conversation, we get a lot deeper into the different realms that
we're all working with, whether it's the angelic realm or the fairy realm or the element realm,
There are lots of different realms and dimensions and practices where you can start releasing some of the density and sadness, depression, fear that maybe you've been dealing with and start stepping into the light and love and the love that's available to you and tapping in and tuning in to those higher guides that are always waiting on the sidelines, ready to step in.
we also talk about the power of grief. The Zs have some really beautiful teachings around how grief
really acts as a birth or a rebirth of the soul. And I personally found it unbelievably affirming
and inspiring. I think you will find that too. So let me know what you think about it and strap
on your seatbelts because it's going to be a great conversation. Lee Harris, I'm so excited
to be with you. I'm happy to be with you. Thank you for having me. Of course. And so the thing
that I really, you've been on the show before I could have you on every day of the week, but
what I wanted you to come on about today is your new book, which just came out or is it out yet?
When does it come out? It came out like six days ago and we're taping about a week ahead. So yeah,
two weeks ago. Yeah. September the 12th. Okay, cool. So it's with Diana Edwards because she
basically, for those of you who don't know, and I know we've talked about this in the other
podcasts we did together, Lee is an intuitive and a channel and a musician, but he channels this
group of 80 light beings, entities that are called the Zs. And so this book is Conversations
with the Zs. And this is book one in a series called The Energetics of the New Human Soul.
And it's basically an interview between your friend, Diana Edwards, and the Zs who you are
channeling, right? I read this because I wanted to talk to you about it and I wanted to talk to
you again. And I was expecting it to be an interesting conversation, but not one, I mean,
or to read, right? But not one that would, like, it really inspired me and got me really thinking.
And like, I was thinking, oh, I'll just read, you know, they'll talk about things, basically
reconfirming things I already know, like a lot of these books do, at least for me.
You know, so that's what I was expecting. But it went much further than that. And it's a really
easy and quick read. You know, it's like 130 pages or something. And it goes really quick,
but it's really powerful and you can feel, you can feel it as you're reading it, which really
surprised me. Um, so, you know, cause I've been doing interviews for the book now for a few weeks
and everybody's saying that to me and that's lovely. Cause I, you know, I don't know. I mean,
I hope, but you know, you never know when you put something out into the world, but everyone's
saying that they're saying they can feel it. Oh, that's so cool. So there are several points in
here that I want to talk about, but just before we get started so that folks don't, I mean,
I definitely want you, we had a totally different conversation in our prior interview that we did
several months ago. You can listen to that on the language of love, but, and we did talk about this,
but just as a quick review, tell us the history of quick history of you and the Z's right. And
how you came to channel them just so people can understand the context. So in my late teens,
I started my own kind of recovery healing journey to overcome the sensitivity and the,
I would say all the blocks I had and all the issues I had as a teen. And that took me into
spirituality, shamanism, self-growth, loved all of it, had heard of channeling, was taken to see
a channeler. And it wasn't a bad experience with this channeler, but I definitely walked away and
thought, oh, well, that's interesting. And I was a little skeptical. Flash forward like two years
and I am minding my own business, sifting through all my negative thoughts on the London Underground
train, the subway, going to work. And I hear this voice from above my left shoulder, which is still
to this day where I hear them from when I'm speaking to them just internally. Once I figured
out it wasn't multiple personality disorder, because at first I thought, well, this is new.
Yeah, I must be. Yeah. Yeah. And also I had these conceived ideas about, well, to be a channeler, you must have been a vegan for five months and you must be meditating and sitting on a mountain top thoughts, you know? Yeah. But hopefully I'm proof that no spirits all around us, spirits everywhere. And they've since told me that they were trying to get my attention for years and that I'd stopped hearing them when I was about six. Yeah.
Yeah. And that happens. We talked about that when I went on your show for myself, because I mean,
I don't hear voices and I'm not a channel, but yes, I think I read about you. They talk about
this in this book, disease. They were talking about how this part of the story that they were
really trying to get through to you. And when you were very young, you definitely were attuned to
the energy. You weren't necessarily having conversations with them and hearing them the
way you did later in life, but you definitely were attuned and they are your, they're kind of a group
of souls or spirits or entities. I don't know if there's that are sort of your group, right? And so
they were there trying, and we all have a group, right? But you were trying, and we're going to
talk about that. They were trying to connect, but they had to wait for you to be ready and for you
to clear some of the density, right? And to start kind of raising your own frequency in order for
them to be able to reach you. And that really was confirmation for me because I have found that
with Sammy, with my son, and even just with like that higher kind of accessing that higher
intelligence, which maybe is my group. I kind of think of it as my soul self or my higher self.
But I have to be at least a vibration of peace and openheartedness. If I'm in a place of real
density, which I am often, we all are often, right? Of fear or guilt or shame or extreme
anger. Like I have to move that first, release that first and move into more of a place of flow
before I can, it's like, they need me to be higher in order to reach me. Is that how it works?
Well, yeah. Or am I simplifying it? No, no, because what you're saying is very,
will be very true for many people. But for me, the learning was no matter what state I'm in,
if I remember to ask a question or to place my focus toward them, they will say something
or a paragraph that will lift me out of it. However, we forget and we tend to when we get
into those lower states, we get consumed by them. And I do it too. You know, there are many days
where I could pull myself out of it with channeling, there are days I choose not to,
but I will also say that thankfully, I was just reflecting on this the other day.
I think back to some of the lower, heavier stuff that I was in even five, six years ago that I
don't really experience in the same way anymore. It doesn't mean I'm not affected by things,
but it's not the same. And I was like, oh, wow, the more you do this and the more you attune to
this. And the more you let go, because there's a lot of letting go happens along the way that
isn't always comfortable. The more you generally, your vibration becomes a little broader in the
way that you see things and the way that you feel things and a little less closed or clamped or
reactive. And so when you say, just to clarify, because that can mean so many things, when you
say the more you let go, what are you letting go of? So I would say like one of the big things I
had to let go of was believing that it could have happened and believing that it was that normal.
I had big ideas about what it meant to channel and what kind of state you should be in. And like
everybody who I think starts channeling, well, certainly the way I did because it found me.
I didn't go looking for it. It landed in me and came to me. I think I had to overcome these ideas
all these notions I had that we have to be pure for spirit to come. And I think there is a truth
to that in some ways, like the more we purify certain aspects of ourself or our behavior,
the more open to those senses we are. But I also think that a number has been done on us
in our society around the separation of spirit, intuition, synchronicity, all kinds of things
that actually are just our everyday or could be our everyday normal. It doesn't mean you don't
still do the accounting and go to the grocery store and all the, all the normal things that we
do. But for me, it kind of all just intersects. It's like a weaving of all of those things.
Whereas when I was growing up, I wasn't allowed to weave spirit into my reality. No one was telling
me I could do that. And I think that was where some of my dysmorphic. Yeah. That you had to be
sitting on a mountaintop and in the very zen absolutely in order to get it and you're getting
it in the grocery store or on the subway or wherever when you're going about your day you
just have to ask yeah you maybe don't even have to ask anymore but well i saw the lovely tyler
henry show i mean he's great i only really i've heard of him for a few years but i just saw him
do some of his show like a few weeks ago and i've always said that the importance of a medium
is that they talk to the skeptic through the guise of a loved one, some undeniable truths
that then open the skeptic up to going, oh my God, the realm that I can't see or touch
with my eyes or with my physical hands, it does exist. It is still active. It is around me.
So I was very moved by that. And I thought, well, here they are sitting in someone's lounge and the
person's a little bit like this. And then by the end of it, they're crying or they're open.
And to me, that that is normal.
Like what happens in that room with him has been my reality for 24 years.
But I think all of us could live in that if we wish to, if we want to, if we're open to it.
Yeah, if we have the if we're willing to believe and be open to it.
And they write they talk about this.
I don't remember exactly where it was, but they were saying, yeah, part of it is that believing that it's real when you get these messages.
So let's just talk about this density piece.
It says, they say, if you are someone working through struggle, it is hard to be able to access the fact that there is, we will call it, a magical web around you that can be tapped into, that can both neutralize and start to dissolve some of that third dimensional density.
And, you know, we won't get too far into this, but what they mean, I think, my understanding of the third dimensional density is just like this 3D world we're in when we get really stuck and really in.
I mean, I can feel the density when I'm in a really angry or triggered or scared place,
or I'm having a moment of like real grief or stuckness. That's what they mean by sort of
3D density. Am I right? Yeah. So yeah, when you're wearing things that feel heavy to you
emotionally or psychologically, or so for example, let's say you're somebody who has just gotten
yourself out of a very abusive relationship. You were perhaps in a romantic relationship that was
an abusive one maybe it mirrors what you went through with your parents and you were just you
know hiring this boyfriend or girlfriend or person to play that out with you so that you could get to
a point where you say no you come out of the relationship and you just feel bereft for months
you feel depressed all of that emotion is just rising in you and you feel like you're in a cloak
of darkness if in that moment even if you don't understand how you're going to get through it or
what's going to change that state if you literally were able to say something along the lines of
universe i need your help please help me please send me help to bring the light back to my life
or whatever language works for you whatever words you want to say just remembering that even though
you might be like this there is this force outside you there are people outside you there are events
outside you that can come in and open the curtains for you and change your reality it's can we
remember even in our toughest moments that a this too shall pass and that b we can actually encourage
universal help in yes and they say we need to be asked we're just waiting to be asked and i think
that's so so so powerful to remember and i love what you said of like because it took me i just
sort of connected with this, I would say in recent months. And it's made such a difference
because I'm going to just share something here that's personal because I'm getting the truth
shells that I should, because I think that's probably because a lot of people are in a similar
situation. I was on antidepressants for a long time because I just had like one tragedy after
another. I got on them when my mom was sick and dying. And then I got off of them for a little
while. And then my grandmother died and my dad died and my spirit mama died within two years
of each other. And so as I was in the middle of that, I was like, oh my God, I need some more
support. So I got back on. And this was several years ago before I really had built these other
more tune-in spiritual muscles. And then I'm building all these muscles and I'm healing and
I really feel ready. And I'm like, okay, I'm getting off these antidepressants. And then
Sammy dies. And I was like, okay, I'm not getting that. Like I need all the support I could get.
So I went for a year. And then as soon as the year passed and I was feeling, and I definitely,
you know, it wasn't just a year, I was feeling a lot more stable and I'd still, I'd done a lot
of deep work. And I was like, okay, I'm getting off of them. And I did, you know, with the help
of my doctor, but I will say, and I've been off them for several months now, but there was a
period and I got off them very slowly, but there was a period where I was experiencing
a kind of stuckness and malaise and low-grade depression that I hadn't had since I started
the antidepressants, other than, I mean, triggered by something real, of course I would, but just
for no good reason. I was feeling this malaise and sadness, and I couldn't really shift out of
it as easily. It was very, very sticky. And that is when I started saying, praying and saying,
please help me drop this density. Like I could feel the depth, help me let go of this density
so I can move back or help me understand what this density is about so I can fully process it.
Cause I'm always trying to be careful not to bypass anything. Right. But it really, that,
that is, I can't even explain how powerful of a prayer that is and who would have thunk it.
Yeah, it's so interesting because I'm some of my loved ones are members of AA and 12 step. And I only really kind of got to understand what 12 step was about seven years ago. But when I understood this principle that they practice in recovery circles, which is, can you open up to your higher power, whether you see that as God, whether you see that as whatever that is, it doesn't matter what it is.
The lack of inclusion in some relationship with a higher or greater or more spiritual power than perhaps you, your own mind, your own thoughts is key for anyone who wants to, in a way, reconnect when they're in recovery, reconnect with life, reconnect with the spirit of life.
so it's interesting I think what you just shared alludes to that I think even in our most tough
spots when you're older and you've gone through a few of those tough spots it gets easier to help
your mind remember you will come through this it will change today is not forever but I do think
that remembering that there is a spiritual force at work in the universe no matter how isolated
you may feel or think you have become the way out of that isolation is to remember that you
aren't trapped in there forever. And one of the first things you can do is wave a white flag and
a call for help and go, I don't know how you're going to help me. I don't know what's going to
show up, but I'm just saying if some help can come my way, I'm asking. And the Z's say,
we forget to ask. We as humans forget to ask for that help.
Yeah. And it comes in ways that you don't expect, right? But it comes. And it really is. I think
it's also the path to, I always say this too, self-love really is very different than self-esteem.
Self-esteem is you love yourself or you appreciate yourself because you're a good person or you do
something well or you don't do something else or whatever. It's conditional, right? Self-love is a
recognition of the fact that just simply because you are the miracle of existence, just simply
because you exist and you are the unique thread of oneness that you are. You deserve all the love
in the world. You are love, right? And so I think we can say that intellectually and maybe try to
adopt that intellectually. But what I have found as the quickest path to really getting that is
tapping into that spiritual support. Because once you do, you're like, oh yeah, you can feel it,
how much you're loved and how much love is there. You can start to really viscerally,
physically, energetically understand how loved you and everyone else is, but most of all you.
I did private sessions for 15 years, so I stopped doing them in 2019. But one client that always
stuck with me, she was brilliant. She was a firecracker. She was a businesswoman. She was
very successful. And she came to me for some personal stuff that she was going through.
And then one day she said, I would like to channel. Can we do that? Can I book a few more
sessions and you help me do that? So I was like, sure, I've done that with people. Let's start.
So I got her to start channeling by connecting with her higher self every day, not looking for
a guide or an angel or anything, just speaking to the voice of her soul. So she comes back the next
week and I said, oh, how did it go? Did you do it? And she went, yeah, should I did it? Like you
said, I did it every other day. So I've done it four times and she looked a little annoyed. She
was feisty. So, you know, this didn't surprise me. And I said, okay, so how did it go? And she went,
oh, well, she said, you know, it was fine, but it wasn't very useful. And I said, right. And she
said, well, I said, well, what kind of things did it say? And so she'd share it. Well, Vivian,
we'll say her name was Vivian. You're lovely. And you've got so much love to give. And she's
kind of eye rolling as she was reading all of this. And I said, okay. And she said, well,
it was just, it's just nice to me. It's not useful. It's just, it's just being nice. And I
said, okay. And I said, so Vivian, I said, how often have you ever spoken to yourself that way?
And she was like, sat there going. And I said, look, you're being calibrated to love.
And that's what often happens at the beginning. When you first speak to the voice of your soul,
it's not going to shake its finger at you like your own mind does, or it's not going to tell
you, I shouldn't have done that. It's going to get your frequency into the frequency of oneness,
the frequency of love, compassion, kindness, because until you're comfortable existing
there, and until some of those barriers and defences and wounds have been chipped away
at by this shower of, as she called itself, love coming toward you, you aren't going to
get the useful information.
That comes later.
So she was a little disgruntled, but off she went and we saw each other again two weeks
later and she was different.
And then we saw each other again and she started to get good information, but first she had
to be willing to let that love in. And I don't even mean love in a way that's just
showering you with compliments, just, just that true. It's a very different kind of love. It's
like this. It's the true unconditional love that you are. It's like almost like connecting back
to your essential energy, but you feel it also coming towards you. So it can be overwhelming
because when I've led groups, you know, I've had rooms full of 300 plus people and I've invited
them all to sit for two minutes and write a message from their higher self and i get them
the prompt i give and you know you can try this if you're listening or watching what does my soul
want to tell me today what does my soul want to tell me today then you just write as many
sentences that come and i would say at least 40 or 50 of the room often the ones who are the most
resistant to doing it they're in tears two minutes later and it's it's not because some great piece
of information came, it's because this loving energy that they are bringing through their own
body came to them towards themselves and it just opens the heart. Yeah. So this is really helpful
because we're getting some good tips here for doing this, right? First is to build the faith
and be willing to believe it. Second that we talked about is, I'm not saying this is your
list. This is my list of what we've talked about so far. Second is that it's about asking for help
and knowing that that support is always around you and remembering to ask and even asking just to
drop the density or to get some clarity. And then the other is to sort of be open to receiving the
love and shifting your calibration. And I know the Zs and you just talked a little bit about
the power of writing, that there's something about giving up your thinking brain and just
starting to write and letting, as you were saying, your soul write or whatever wants to write through
you, you'll start writing things that you're not necessarily consciously thinking. They're sort of
coming through you versus from you. Am I summarizing that correctly?
You are. And there's two really key things about writing it down that the Zs explained to me years
ago, and I've since given this to audiences and workshop rooms. Basically, when you write it down,
you are actualizing into physical form what would otherwise be an abstract thought.
So, for example, if I'm walking along the street and I'm chatting away to the Zs or my soul and I
get some nice sentence and I'm like, oh, wow, that's really impactful. I've probably forgotten
it in 20 minutes. I'm not going to think about it again. But if I write it down, not only do I
bring it through my body and actually physicalize this otherwise ephemeral thought, I bring it into
physical reality into 3d earth, but then I have to read it back.
And there's a second relay of information that happens when you read back what it
is that came through you and you have to take it in, but to your point, your first
point in your summary channel book that we're you're clearly writing right now,
Laura is you talked about, you have to believe it.
You have to be willing to believe it.
And I would say to anyone with that, make sure you do it because it's,
it's a bit like I've worked with lots of creatives over the years and there's often this this thing
of like oh well I don't know if I'm ready to create it and I'm always like just start just
get in that you will never be ready if you try and think yourself into acting on it but instead
if you if you mess it up and you start moving it through your body because usually what happens is
there's a bodily paralysis we won't really let it come through us so we overthink it we keep reasons
away from it just go through that discomfort that we all go through as creators when we are
bringing some energy alchemy through our body that's going to change our lives or the lives
of someone else and one of the most common objections around channeling is and i love
hearing this from people is to go how do i know i'm not making it up exactly and i always say
you are and they go what do you mean and i go well you are because as the channeler you are involved
like yes am i channeling the z's and would it be different if it was me dictating this stuff
absolutely but am i involved yes it's my body it's my energy so i think there is often this
holier-than-thou idea about channeling all this oh well it must be separate from me or
oh no i get out of the way completely and but we're all swimming in spirit yeah we're swimming
in spirit and we can co-create with it. We've just, we've forgotten and no one has sought to
remind us. And some people would prefer that we forgot. So that's kind of why we're a society
that have lost touch with our spiritual nature. Yeah. I want to talk about that because they were
talking about this a lot in the book. There was a whole section about this that was made me feel so
much better, first of all, about the future, but they were just, let's talk about the past for a
second, they were talking about how hundreds of years ago or more, we were totally attuned with
these technologies of channeling and just walking around in this interconnectedness and in the
oneness and in the accessing and in the magic, right? And then that like, just like it got
shut down for many of us in childhood and our individual lifetimes here, collectively in our
human history, it seems to have gotten shut down. And what I thought was so interesting is that in
a certain part of the book, as they're talking about timelines and the future, the Zs were saying,
as I understood it, that we could get really technically or as fascinating the stuff they
were talking about with dimensions and realms and the difference between those and the timelines.
But they were basically saying that from their meta perspective, they can see like a hundred
years, right? But then there's all this individual free will. And they can see the trajectory of our
timeline in human history. And that we had this, then we kind of constricted away from it. And it
happened very slowly with the social constructs that were developed, the technologies that were
developed in the world, the personalities that took power, all different variables.
and now we've been in this period of extreme constriction and now we're moving into a period
of kind of moving back to what we've forgotten collectively and it's sort of a collective
awakening am i summarizing that correctly you are the furthest ahead that they've gone is 300 years
but they talk about 100 years is a fairly because they say 100 years from our perspective is quite
a long time, but they say actually energetically, it's very, that's a fairly easy passage of time
to predict. And I think I'm not a historian, but I think they said around 10,000 years ago was when
the shift happened and they talk about ancient technology, much more universal connection where
earth was concerned, but that for various reasons and to serve various interests, we became clamped.
Who we were supposed to be as humans was supposed to, or had the potential to be far bigger than we
have experienced ourselves as. So they say, even though at this very moment in history,
there are forces on the planet who still want to keep us clamped. They say it's getting harder and
harder for that to remain which is why certain forces are trying harder but consciousness will
find a way and it will break through that you can't enslave the consciousness of humanity no
matter how much you might no matter how much some might want to try and so we're in this battle
ground right now they talk about this period of history that we're in being an energetic war and
they say all of that and they say but don't be alarmed because war has been a part of you know
the earth's history for thousands of years it's just it's surfacing in a very new way right now

We get triggered and we think, oh my God, there's going to be a new world war.
That's not what I understood. I mean, there may be wars, I don't know, but that's not what I
understood that they mean. And I want to get their take on this or your understanding of their take,
Because there's so much fear right now about where the world is going and what might happen, whether it's with the environment or politics or international stuff or oil or gas or, you know, there's just so much fear happening right now, which I do sense is those clampers wanting to keep us clamped. Right.
But there's also some evidence, obviously, we're co-creating all of this, but you can get into a spiral of fear. And one of the things that I found really optimistic about what they were saying is that, yeah, it is going to be a period of constriction and this war.
And it's also this period of major awakening and they likened it to, which I thought was
such a good metaphor of you've been in this really abusive relationship, but haven't known
it really, or haven't seen it.
And then all of a sudden, because you see a movie or you talk to a friend or you somehow
see yourself reflected, you just have this light bulb moment.
And then you wake up to the illusion that you've been in and you see things as they
really are that have been hidden in plain sight.
And then even then, you may not leave that relationship for another three years, but you at least are awake now and you're energetically and literally moving in a different direction. And I thought that was such a beautiful way to explain what might be our future as well. We're waking up to our abusive relationship with the powers that be and with fear and with separation. But how would you explain it?
No, it's well put. And I think one of the things they always qualify is they say the essence of
humanity is good. And they say it only takes a small number to herd us, railroad us, try and
keep hold of the monopoly that they've had for thousands of years. So it's an interesting thing
when they talk about the war, because they say the energy of war is one of our biggest issues.
and it's not a part of our true origin nature. It's a part of how humanity was clamped to kind
of trap them in this endless cycle of war. So if you look at what we experienced since 2020,
and it's funny, the Zs always said since about 2013, they said 2017 to 2024 are going to be
intense years on the planet. And I always heard that years ahead. I wonder what that's going to
be it's interesting that we're in it now but they do say that we have a shift from 2025 onwards
in a way there is a more embodied return of light it becomes possible from 25 onwards so
i do think it's interesting that we did witness because of survival fears because of survival
fears so many people were shall we say manipulated into hating or turning on their neighbors yeah
Real dualistic thinking, like you're either good or bad.
Real dualistic thinking that did not just arise by itself.
It was, if you were paying attention to the narratives that were being given out, it was
being sown and it worked on a lot of people.
But if you back up for a second, the fear of survival is a very interesting response
that we have, because what do we all know is going to happen to all of us without fail?
We are going to die.
Yeah, we are.
We don't know if we're going to live into our 90s.
we don't know when we're going to go, but we are all going to die. So this
interesting hysteria about our survival, and I'm not saying you shouldn't be afraid of your death
or getting ill. I understand all of that. There was a level of, shall we say, irrationality
that accompanied that hysteria, which was the very thing that turned people against each other
in order to try and protect their life. It was, I won't say fascinating to watch because it was
also heartbreaking and difficult. I felt the same way. It was disturbing and fascinating and
heartbreaking all at the same time. And very strange because many people who heretofore were
in this kumbaya spiritual community, everybody is loved. Even they, like huge numbers in that
community as well, I saw moving to that dualistic thinking. Yeah. I think it's not so much about
what position are you taking? Like, are you on the side of group A or the side of group B?
It's more about the idea of sides and protection and defense. Those are just lower vibrations.
And that's what the Zs talk about. And it doesn't mean that we all have to try and be perfect and
hold ourselves in that place all the time because we're all going to have fear. We're all going to
have sadness. We're all going to have grief. But where are you dominantly living and where are you
dominantly being encouraged to live and what in our society is just perpetuating this cycle of
fear or doom and gloom. I do think if you wanted to just look at our world, what could really do
with an overhaul is the way that our media, the way that our politics, the way that those forces
are set up as leaders for the planet. The good question to ask is, are they behaving in a way
that's inspiring or are they behaving in a way that's controlling or so you know are they behaving
toward oneness or separation exactly like that's really what i see and real duality in the media
even over the past 10 to 20 years with the changes in the laws where they don't you know they can
call themselves impartial but they're not right if you watch fox news and cnn the same story is told
in a completely different light, right?
So you have to really start,
and it's so easy to be seduced into that fear
and into division.
It almost feels like it's been genetically programmed
because we've been in this space
and building toward this space.
And now we're in this kind of Petri dish
of catalyzed fear over the past couple of years
that the conditions are perfect to foster division.
And that it actually,
and that's kind of a default place
if you aren't really careful and cognizant of being curious, staying open to lots of different
stories, really resisting the division. And the reason it's so important, and this is one of the
things the Zs say, is that the way we communicate with each other is so powerful. And that's also
why, even though I know it can be tempting to kind of go, okay, well, I'm just not going to
say anything. And there was definitely a period where I think a whole load of us were like,
whoa, I'm not going to touch that. I'm not wading into this. It's definitely calmed down. But I also
I noticed for myself that whether it's somebody in my world or a certain video I see perhaps on
YouTube that opens up my mind or gives me a piece of the puzzle that helps me understand something
or equally someone I'm talking to in my life who previously I would never have thought I could have
that kind of conversation with them, but they say something and I go, yeah, they're believing
what they've been told to believe. And I'm just going to offer them a different perspective and
say, interesting. Yeah, I see it differently and this is how I see it and this is why.
And then those people are going, oh, and they're kind of, they're coming out of the fixed,
they're beginning to be a bit more open to that idea. So I do think our communication right now
is such a vital power, which of course is why we also saw certain acts of censorship.
But I think more people than ever are seeing some of the things that are going on and going,
oh, hang on a second. Why is that happening? So it's a very difficult time. It's an edgy time,
and it's a time that can bring up a lot of emotions. But you do see consciousness
peeking through and poking through every time it feels like consciousness tries to be clamped.
Yeah. And, you know, that example of that conversation, right, where you're talking to someone with a totally different point of view than yours. I think the key to having that kind of conversation authentically the way you describe is by not succumb because the reason people can't is because they are thinking, I have to convince that person they're wrong, because if I don't, we're all in danger.
The world is coming to an end if I don't convince you of my point of view. And I think the difference between that and what you're describing is you're making an offering with love and with an open hearted and an open mind. And they can take it or not take it. Right. But you are holding on to the clarity that you're going to be OK either way. Right. And that your world and the world is going to be it's not the end of the world.
if literally, which is how it feels to so many people, if you don't adopt my viewpoint,
we're all screwed. And that's a really good point. Like one day, this world that we know,
you as Laura, me as Lee, that world will end. Our soul won't finish. Whether you believe that or not,
you know, it doesn't really matter, but this world will end. But this whole narrative of
the world is ending. Let's scare the hell out of you. And then let's ask you to do a few things
that might not be the best choice that's kind of that what we've been witnessing happen and we're
also witnessing that narrative falling apart yeah and we're witnessing more evidence come out where
people are going well actually the reason we were questioning was because of this very thing that
has now come to light so my intuitive sense is there is going to be more of a reckoning
around what's gone on in the last few years and we might not really really let that reckoning
surface until about 2025 i feel like we're we're still in that period where things are denial
yeah but also that things are still shall we say the old narrative still has enough of a hold that
it has enough influence but disease have always said there are lots of good things happening on
the planet too for the future of evolution and where you place your overall focus is going to
affect what you magnetize and what you manifest absolutely so again that's not about denying or
yeah it's not about bypassing but it's about recognizing okay if i if i knew i was going to
die in a week do i want to spend the next week looking at all the doom and gloom stuff or do i
want to spend a week going wow i want to really feel what it's like to be on this planet and
connect with people and and if we all lived more that way a lot of the stuff that we're seeing
right now would vibrationally have to shift yeah trade ice skating at nathan phillips square for

just how you described it but i describe them as afges another fucking growth experience these
tough times we go through that's great and that break us open just break us apart and by virtue
of that break us open one of the things and i also want to talk about other things too angels
and other things they talked about.
But one of the things they talked about was grief,
which as everyone knows and you know,
I'm very good friends with, especially over the past year.
And this hit me in every cell of my body
because it's so true.
Here's a quote that they are saying,
many think grief is a very regressive
or difficult state to be in.
In fact, grief is a birthplace.
It just doesn't always look like that
when you're watching someone grieve
And you don't have to have lost your child to fentanyl poisoning to be, I mean, everybody it feels like is experiencing some sort of grief on the heels of these past couple of years, either literal grief from someone dying of COVID or something else, or grief of lost relationships, lost jobs, like, you know, just grief, right?
And the idea of grief as a birth is so true. And they talk about how it says it's actually the knocking down of the building that they were. And in the coming weeks, months or years, they are going to build a more magnificent building, meaning themselves. Can you talk about that a little bit?
yeah one of the things i like about the z's and the perspectives they always hold is they're not
just love light and positivity like they will say it's not easy being human and it can be
challenging and here's why so if they couldn't meet me in both those places they wouldn't have
ever got my attention because my experience you know i i had those deep dark nights of the soul
periods in my life where you think how the hell can i go on like what and the last one for me was
13 years ago. And yet I look at this new me this last 13 years after what I thought was my world
imploded, and I see the truth in what they're saying. When we're in grief and we're focused
on the loss of the person, the thing, the environment, whatever it was, we tend to be
feeling the removal from inside our body of something that we were deeply attached to
and joined with. And it, you know, it hurts. It's just like this ripping away. And the last
thing you want to do is have it ripped away. So we often fight it or we, you know, and it's
exhausting. But what is also happening in that reconfiguration is we are becoming somebody new
And it will take getting through the depth of the grief for that to be revealed.
But when we come out the other side, we will not only have grieved that very thing, person
or event or environment, the Zs say we go through grief windows in our life.
So your dog might die, for example, and you feel a bit bad when you're telling your friend,
oh my God, I'm crying more for my dog than I ever did for my mother when she died a few
years ago.
And I feel bad saying that.
I always say, well, don't worry because pets are some of the most unconditional love we can have
because we don't get complicated with our minds. But also I remind people what the Zs say.
They say a certain catalystic event that puts you into grief opens up a grief window in you
and grief from years can come running through your body. You may never have been so heartbroken
open before that you were ready to have this clear out. So when they talk about grief as the great
transformer. And they say that in the moment of grief, you're mainly focused on loss and death
energy. But what you don't actually see is that you are rebirthing and becoming someone or
something new as a result of this part of you that's now going to have to have a very new
relationship with what that person or that thing stood for. Often when we lose a loved one,
whatever it was they brought to our lives, we either have to re-find an aspect of that in
ourselves, or we develop a relationship with them on the other side. There are so many ways that
that energy and kind of recongers. And it's not to say that we wouldn't wish for them back in a
minute, but when they're gone from the physical, something changes in us because they changed who
we were by them being alive. They created something in us that is forever transformed.
And now they're gone. There is an alchemy that starts in our own body and our own psyche around
creating an aspect of that that they used to play out. Yeah. And I noticed that so strongly when my
mom died. I remembered I had this and she was the most, I mean, I was so close. That was the
hugest loss I'd ever experienced or could imagine experiencing at that point. And I remember having
this epiphany at a certain point, like, oh my gosh, it's not that I don't still connect with
her, feel her. But everything my mother was to me, cheerleader, especially as an adult, once she
wasn't sheltering me and protecting me physically, right? She was my cheerleader. She was the one
that was wanting the best for me, the one that wanted to hear from me, the love, the support,
and all of those things that she was externally, I had also internalized. And so it was this real
epiphany when I realized, well, I don't need her to be here physically doing this anymore in order
to have all the goodies that her being my mom was. It doesn't mean I don't miss her laugh or
the hilarious things she would say or the moments of connection or her company. And I have her
company in different ways now. But that was a huge epiphany for me. And the other epiphany that I
recently posted about that you just really brought up for me too about Sammy is that for my whole
life, I was so scared. I guess maybe it was a premonition or whatever. But when I would hear
I had this aunt whose son had died before I was born, young guy, he was like in his 20s.
And it would be like, you never get over it. That's what I would hear the adults whispering.
I was like, holy shit, you never, you learn, well, you learn to live with it. I was like,
ugh, like, ew, I don't want to learn to live with something I can't ever get over. That sounds
horrible. And what I realized recently, what it really means is learning to live with it
isn't learning to live with something horrible. I mean, it is horrible for a little bit, at least,
or for a while. But what it is, is it's like learning to live with a person you marry or
move in with. Like there's a learning process to living in a new way in relationship with this
person. They're not a person on the planet anymore, but their energy is still there in my
experience, right? And so, it's a whole new way. So, it gave that story such a different meaning
all of a sudden. This idea of learning to live with something is not bad. It's a learning
experience. And I love that you bring that in because I think of people, you know, that thing
of you'll never get over it. It's a very one-dimensional way of seeing it. So, it might
be true that you never get over the loss of that person. But I will say that some of the most
present and open people I've ever met in my life, ask them about their past. And you often can't
believe what they've been through. How can Jill, who is the nicest, kindest, how can she have gone
through all that abuse? And well, actually, Jill is a product of all of that. And I think it's
often when we lose someone that we're so deeply connected to, we really start appreciating life
and other people at a level that we could never before have understood because we didn't know
what it was like to lose someone. So I'm not saying therefore it's just a good thing that we
lose people, but I think it sounds like the person that you heard, no, their grief had become their
identity. And I think the question is, can grief and the loss of someone become a part of your
story and a part of your way of seeing the world without becoming the only outfit you wear for the
rest of your life and, and, you know, blinker yourself off to life and love as a result.
Yeah. Which I know a lot of people.
I'm not saying it's easy, but it's, it's, it's the work. It's the mission that you have to
kind of give yourself to.
Yeah. And the invitation, I think. And one of the things they say, which I think is relevant here, but also what we were talking about earlier when we were listing those things you can do to start tapping in and tuning in more effectively and lifting yourself out of density that we're all experiencing.
they say, if you just spend five minutes, three times a day, consciously connecting with yourself
and you did this for three to four weeks, you would feel markedly different. And, you know,
they're talking about, you can share more about this, but they're talking about just for those
five minutes, you can connect to music that you love. You can move. And I was smiling because
that's what I do. I'll just do my little ecstatic dancing session or something else. But can you
talk about how that works and how people can work with that? What they're basically saying is for
that five minutes, you are not inviting in exterior stimulation. So if you do have music on,
it's not because you're trying to distract yourself. It might be because you're being
with music that moves your heart or your body. And it's so interesting because I think when I
was younger, like probably many people, I used to think, oh, I need to go on a retreat for three
weeks. Sometimes you do, and sometimes that's exactly what you need. But what they're saying
is, you know, if we just had five minutes with ourselves, not even in some forced meditation
practice necessarily, but just to sit and be for five minutes, you can even put the timer on,
on your phone. You don't speak to another person. You don't answer the phone. You don't look at
something. You just be with exactly where you are and move how you want to move. But it would be a
game changer for our sense of presence and consciousness. And I know for me, it reminds
me of gratitude practices. There are times in my life where I have spent months writing a list of
what I'm grateful for at night, and then it becomes normal. Like I remember when I first
started doing it, I would be writing these things down and I'd be noticing, oh yeah,
I was grateful for that. And I hadn't quite connected it in the moment, but then when you
get into it, you're standing there, or for example, I can be with you now and go, oh,
oh, I'm going to be grateful for this conversation with Laura tonight when I go to bed. So you kind
of speed up. And instead of making a note of, oh, I'll write this down tonight, you actually start
to feel, oh, I'm grateful for this. You're grateful in this moment. I've created this
framework and this relationship. And in a way, I've repatterned and reprogrammed my awareness.
So that's what the five minutes, three times a day can do for you. You just give yourself to
yourself, not the rest of the world. And then you will also then become even more aware when
something, somebody or some activity is jarring to your sense of wellbeing. But if you have no
baseline, you're never going to know. And you're just going to ping around in the world, not quite
knowing what's wrong with you. Yeah. Not quite in your body. Yeah. Yeah. I love that. And I think
it's so powerful to do to sort of, it's a kind of grounding back into yourself. And what you're
also describing is this idea of where attention goes, energy flows, or the lens that you're
viewing life through.
So exactly as you say, one of the most powerful things I do with couples that are wanting
to shift things in their relationship is that if I just get them to start looking for and
articulating to one another, just five genuine appreciations a day, even if that shirt brings
out the color of your eyes to thank you so much for taking out the trash.
I know you do it every night, but I'm so grateful I don't have to do it.
Like, it doesn't have to be a big thing.
But what happens is in the looking, because most of us aren't looking for it, in the looking
of the five things to appreciate, your lens is now geared because you're going to find
evidence for wherever your lens is pointed or whatever color your lens is, you know,
pick your metaphor there.
But if your lens is colored to seeking things to appreciate, now you're going to find things
to appreciate.
It's like a process that feeds itself.
that is so simple, but is it powerful? Yeah, so true.
So those are so many beautiful offerings and gifts and there's so much more in the book. I mean,
like I said, I could talk to you about this forever. Just before we go, because this is
one little kind of related, but separate thing that they were talking about that I found
fascinating. And I also related to, they gave a case of a guy named Michael. They were saying
it was a for example, but they were talking about how we're all, you know, is this idea of how we're
all surrounded by guides and support, like we've talked about earlier, but they were saying that
all on earth are different, but we've, we're all kind of tapped into these different realms.
There are some that are tapped into the elemental realm, some that are tapped into the angelic
realm. And they're saying, they give this example of Michael and this is me. Like people always
telling me, oh, you are so angelic. I'm like, I'm not freaking angelic. Like I am not at all
angelic. And it was almost exactly what they were describing with Michael there. I can't find it
here right now, but they were talking about, you know, like, let's say you're this guy, Michael,
who everyone's always saying that too. And he's like, I'm not an angel, but he's probably got,
he's probably really tapped into the angelic realm. And so I just was wondering if you could
talk about the different realms. You don't have to get into all of them, but this idea that we're
all kind of what it would look like maybe a little bit in our day-to-day life. So we can start to
maybe attune to what our realm may be. And I know that part of that comes from getting quiet for
five minutes and starting to ask and starting to open up and starting to believe and starting to
write and allowing those things to come through you. But if you could give us a summary, that
would be helpful yeah well it's funny because you to me you do have angelic energy but you also have
strong what i would call fairy energy i have been very energy that's what i identify with so very
few of us are one group but the other thing for you that probably is why you don't see yourself
from the angelic realm is because you came in as a catalyst around sexual repression and especially
in this country where sexual repression, well, yeah, because you would be, you know, and especially
as a woman, you know, we know that traditionally women have been cast into the sinner role when it
comes to sex, which is hilarious because as far as I know, it takes more than a woman for sex to
happen. But, you know, let's not even go down that road because that's old history that's hopefully
opening up now and exposing itself as just insanity. But because you came in as a catalyst
and because probably many people told you you weren't very angelic, you would have a hard time
believing that about yourself. And I think also we have these ideas of angelic, oh, well,
she's an angel because she's so kind and she's so calm. Yeah, that's one kind of angelic.
But there are tough angels too, like the angel who will come in and fight the corner for you
because you're being bullied. Does that come from an angelic essence through the form of
a human personality that because of life circumstances and because you were a warrior
in another life, you're not afraid to go in and challenge the bullies? So again, we have these
very old fixed ideas of what these realms are and what those behaviors show up as. I know many
people who are not good with words but they will be there with loving action for you all the time
and that's angelic so the elemental realm this is something that was all very foreign to me when i
first started working with disease but over the years i've started to notice things with certain
people the reason you are angelic is because you have a slightly out of the body and you have a
certain sensitivity to you and you have a certain etheric nature, the fairy in you is the mischievous
fairy. So she comes in with handfuls of glitter that she might occasionally throw in your face
just to get your attention, which is kind of useful. So you've got lots of different archetypes
from different realms that are colliding, but the fairy in you is the one that can bring magical
transformation to a room. Now, it doesn't mean that we don't have our stuff. It doesn't mean
that you don't also have an aspect that you're working on. And same with me. It's like there
are aspects of me that can be very useful for people. And then like every human being,
there are parts of me that I'm continually learning to evolve and heal and let go of.
The elemental realm, people who are very connected to animals, people who are very
connected to nature. People who have a harder time with people, they tend to be more on the
elemental side. Or I say all that, I have a friend who's, she's very elven, but she's also very
social. So I think what gets confusing is we try and box ourselves in one of these realms. And the
truth is, we're all multidimensional. We've all got certain pieces of those essences. And there
are certain characteristics, like people who are angelic, they have a hard time with violence,
cruelty, war energy. They might be more sensitive to watching that kind of stuff because it's just
so foreign to them. It's just not what they're here for. So yeah, it tends to be that there
are certain characteristics, energies, leanings, proclivities that certain people from certain
realms identify with and connect to. And if you're curious about that,
right, if someone's listening and they're like, oh, I wonder, okay, some of what he's saying,
I think I might be elemental or I think I might have angels and fairies, or I'm just curious
because I envision like the Zs, right? Like you're 80 and they're probably not the only ones, right?
That we all have like hundreds of these light beings of angels and fairies and all kinds of
loved ones and guides and guardian angels and protection and like all these different,
we're walking around the world. I envision us all with like this huge crew around us.
Yeah. So the Zs, for example, they identify as a group of 88, but they've broken down how
different they all are. Like they say, there's a whole group that work with my physical body.
There's a whole group that are angelic. There's a group that work with communication and language.
So I'm always struck by when you see like a rugby team or a team of sports people
competing in a game, they do not all look the same. They have different body types. They have
different skills different roles and whenever I see that I'm reminded of how we're all supposed to
be wired slightly differently built slightly differently we make up this conglomerate if you
like but our individuality is what's contributing to the whole yeah so I think because the reason
disease talk a lot about multi-dimensionality which can be a foreign concept but if we break
it down Laura using use an example you're a mother you're a child or daughter you're a therapist
you're an author, you're a friend, you're so many things.
And depending on when we catch you on the day,
you're in Laura that loves to laugh,
Laura that's very serious and focused on her organization.
Laura, we're all multidimensional every single day,
but our society likes to box us.
And we see this again with women, especially,
how boxed do women get?
So to me, multidimensionality is just a natural part
of who we are, but because it has been taken out
our cultural conditioning and perception of ourselves we see this idea of we're multi-dimensional
is really abstract but it isn't we're multi-dimensional in all the different parts of us
and we're multi-dimensional in this world that has far more than our eye can see and that's just the
truth of our our true nature and the more we can open up to that it tends to be the more free less
restricted and more at peace we feel. Yeah. I come back to this all the time. And this
really helped me in the beginning, understand exactly what you're saying, that our brains take
in 40 billion bits of information every millisecond, 40 billion, but we only consciously
process 2000 of them because that's the limitation of our five senses. And that's just what our brain
is taking in, right? That's not even what our chakras are taking in or our energy systems or
all the, you know, so there's this whole, there's a gajillion times more to what's happening in and
around us than what our five senses can perceive. Or as Anita Moorjani talks about, I love her
metaphor of how when we're in these human bodies limited by our five senses, it's like being in a
pitch black warehouse where all you can see is where you shine your flashlight, right? The
flashlight of the five senses. But the truth is, if you could just turn the lights on in the
warehouse, you would see like this huge, endless place of lights and connections and things
happening that you just can't perceive because you can only perceive where you shine your flashlight.
One of the things that changed my life with the channeling 23 years ago was it was brilliantly
humbling because i realized a few years in i thought the more i know the less i know like
the more i learn it's a it's an endless rabbit hole and even the z's say there are certain limits
to what we can tell you not because we're concealing things from you but because there
are certain aspects of information that you wouldn't be ready for and that's not to say that
you're not clever enough they say that the beauty of being human is you are in this gravity energy
field. But they say the limits of that gravity-energy field stop you from fully grasping,
grappling with everything that's going on in the universe. But the Zs say the only thing that's
important is not us understanding everything about the universe. It's us understanding that
we are more than we have perceived ourselves to be or been allowed to be. And if we just keep
working on that, if we just keep coming from what more is there for me, and I don't mean more
status, more money, more external stuff. I mean, what more could there be for me to feel? What more
could there be for me to experience? What more could there be for me to appreciate? Coming back
to some of those really true intrinsic feelings that belong to or pertain to what the Zs call
oneness which is the thread of connection between us all and in oneness you don't play with
vibrations like fear judgment anger they are just lower vibrations there's nothing there's nothing
wrong with it just it just is it exists but they're always kind of leading us back to remembering how
vast we are and that our conditioned world that we are in right now has not always allowed us to
remember that. And that's what they say. We're here to experience and to bring to others, to
bridge to others. And that's really their kind of sole purpose with the information they give.
So I'm always struck when they give interesting information that I've never heard before,
which has happened a lot with these books. It always makes me go, oh, we must be ready to hear
this. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, obviously you can also argue, well, I'm ready to channel it, but
But, you know, I have a different experience when I channel personally than when I channel publicly.
So I'm always struck by what comes through publicly.
I'm like, oh, the fact they're saying this tells me this is interesting.
This is going to be an interesting few years.
And by the time this information comes out in the next book, what will be going on in the world that will support or correlate this?
So I always kind of track that.
Yeah. Oh, I can't wait to hear and see.
That's a beautiful place to end this idea that we are in, you know, we're in the age of Aquarius, folks.
We are evolving, expanding our senses, our awareness, our tapping in, our tuning in, our truth, our connection.
And that's really what we came here to do.
We all decided to come here now, even though many of us may be thinking, why the hell did I do this?
we all decided to come here at this time in human history to have this experience.
And the Zs always say that, by the way, they always say, if you're questioning why you're
here, as many of us have, they say, there's a reason. Otherwise you wouldn't be here anymore.
You'd, you'd take yourself off the planet one way or another. So they say, if you're alive
and you're on planet earth today, then, and you don't know why it's your job to start exploring.
What is it? I'm not connecting with right now that I should be, that would make me feel
truer that I'm here. Yeah. Or what do I need to heal or let go of or step into or open up to?
It's a real period of discovery, I think, for so many of us. And thank you so much for the
beautiful work you're doing in the world to help guide us. The book is by Lee Harris,
and it is called Conversations with Disease. This is book one, The Energetics of the Human Soul.
How many books are there going to be? Well, they have said it will be between
eight and 29 books. And we just finished the recordings for book three. So book two comes
out in May, 2023, and book three will be coming out in January, 2024. So we'll be working on the
recordings for book four, I think sometime next year. Oh, I'm going to have to pick your brain
offline and get the skinny on what's coming in 23. We just did reincarnation and karma for book
three, which was fascinating. And then we're moving to the transformational power of death
and Dying for Book Four. And that will probably come out end of 24, beginning of 25. So yeah,
we're working. You're working ahead for sure. Well, if you want to learn more about Lee Harris,
you can go to his YouTube channel, right? They can go to your website and you can certainly
pick up the books wherever books are sold. Thank you so much.
Thank you. And yeah, I should say leeharrisenergy.com and the books are out on paperback
and kindle and if you get the audiobook rather than narration of the book it's actually the
original recordings between diana and the z's which we then slightly edited for the page but
the audiobook is the original as they happened recordings wow that's really cool so is that on
like audible it's audible yes if you go to amazon it's there and i think it's on
itunes and all the other places that sell audiobooks but audible is the place most people go
Beautiful. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Laura.
