Hey, I'm sex, love, and relationship therapist, Dr. Laura Berman.
And for the past 30 years, I've been helping people just like you learn to love and be
loved better.
Here on the Language of Love Conversations, I'm talking to some of the world's most
influential and revolutionary experts, thought leaders, spiritual teachers, and celebrities
about love, sex, and relationships from a mind, body, and spirit perspective.
and that way my goal is to awaken your mind body and soul it's time to become fluent in the language
of love robert ohado is the author of the best-selling book transforming fate into destiny
but is also a world-renowned radio host spiritual teacher intuitive consultant and astrologer and
he's recognized as a trailblazer within the field of psycho-spirituality and multi-sensory
development, human consciousness. I am so excited to talk with Robert, who's been a long-time friend
of mine, about how to intuitively read and start to adjust your relationship magnetics.
Wondering what that is? We're going to be diving into it. But suffice it to say,
your relationship magnetics are really your set point, the template, your operating system,
usually unconscious, that really determines who you are attracting into your life,
who you are attracted to, and who you may be accidentally or perhaps intentionally repelling.
We're getting into all of it in this episode of The Language of Love.
Robert Ohato, thank you so much for joining me on the Language of Love.
It is so great to be here.
It's been a minute since we've talked and it's just great to connect with you.
Thank you for having me on.
I think the last time you and I were together, I know we've texted or probably talked since
then, but the last time you and I were together, it was my 50th birthday party and you happened
to be in town and you came over.
and then I think you brought a bottle of something tequila. I don't know. Somebody
had brought a bottle of tequila. I don't know if you remember this, but everyone had left someone
else. Everyone had gone to sleep in my house and you and I were sitting down in the living room
for hours drinking. We were, I think it was like four or five in the morning before I finally got
into an Uber and went back to my Airbnb. Yeah, that was fun. Yeah. That was the last time we
to each other. That was a while ago. Yeah, it feels like a lifetime in many ways because much
has happened. But I was so excited to get you on, told everybody a little bit about your background.
But one of the things that I know and I wanted to dig into with you about, well, first of all,
I definitely want to get into just a little bit of a forecast because I know that the astrology
piece is a big part of your work and you're always tuned to what's happening there. I never
like to go month by month because people listen to these episodes months later, right? But I do
like to say, okay, for the next three to six months, what can we expect? So I definitely
want to get into that. The other thing that you and I talked about talking about here
is this idea of how to, because we're all about love, right? How to intuitively read
your relationship magnetics. And when you gave me that as a potential topic of discussion,
I was like, ooh, relationship magnetics. I like that. So let's start there. What is,
or what are relationship magnetics? Relationship magnetics. So, you know,
as you know, my background is kind of a hybrid of many things, an intuitive,
worked as an intuitive, doing readings for about 15 years full-time. And during that time,
you start to see in the psyches of people. And in fact, I was thinking about the last time we
did a radio show together. I think it was Oprah radio. That's how far back that was where I was
just taking calls and reading people over the air. But, uh, so there is that piece that, you know,
as far as relationship magnetics that we're going to talk about. And then of course the other part
is astrology, which is something I absolutely love as a tool, something I'm also known for.
And so when it comes to relationship magnetics, I think the first question I would open up for
anybody that's like, what is that? You know, because the thing is, is you you're already
living them. So it's already present in your life. I just got to point toward it through this
question and that's who's in your life and why. And when you take a minute with that question
and sit back and consider all the different relationships you may have, and we have all
sorts of relationships, business, family, romantic, perhaps, you know, dating, whatever
or friendships, the most significant people in your life, or maybe the ones that trigger you
the most, or the ones that are just the most, the relationships that are the most animated
and ask, why are they in my life? How did they come into my life? How did that all happen?
What I saw in readings was that we have magnetics and a lot of people would relate to this through
what's often talked about as the law of attraction, but which is, you know, part of the
magnetics that we have, but there's other parts, other laws, if you will, that are in play when it
comes to who's in our life and why. So when you think of the law of attraction, a lot of us think
of like attracts like as if that's the only side of it, but there's also opposites that attract
and like attracting like doesn't necessarily mean that's positive or negative. It's usually both
and, you know, so you can, like you and I, we met and that soul level had that attraction toward
each other, just in terms of the magnetics of what brought us together with a sense of, you know,
really looking at the soul going deep spiritually, that was something that brought us our, our
magnetics had that, right. So it was like, boom. So one of the ways that, cause this is about
intuitively reading your own, right. And we all have a shadow side. So we got to throw that in
the mix too, because that is also a powerful magnet to that side that you can't see. Yeah.
When it comes to repelling how we repel people, we could literally, and we do repel people
unconsciously that we'd really want in our lives. The way that I kind of approach magnetics overall
is through patterns. So a lot of times you'll hear, you know, our thoughts hold the frequency
of attraction. I think that's only partially true because I think what's more true is it's
your patterns that have the attraction. So let's say I'm a codependent and think about
what does a codependent draw it toward themselves?
Usually narcissists, addicts, rescue missions,
someone to parent.
So if I were now to pause that and go,
okay, I just mentioned what are called archetypes.
The codependent is an archetype.
The rescuer is an archetype,
meaning it's a pattern of behavior
that someone exhibits consistently.
And it's something that I would say
that you have that archetype.
So when it comes to magnetics,
I go to the archetypes, I go archetypal.
I'm like, okay, well, what archetypes
are a match for each other. And this is where we go to the shadow side where it's unconscious.
And that's where you want, when I did intuitive readings, I'm reading the shadow of people.
I'm going into the back door. I'm going like, okay, what makes you, you, what makes you tick?
What's your destiny about? What are your patterns? You know, cause that's why they were coming to me
and we've worked together, you know, to sort that out and kind of understand where do I have choice?
Where do I need to do some shadow work to free up choice? And then now I'm just throwing, well,
let's also talk about the magnetics of all this. So where do you have magnetics that, you know,
people scratch their head. Why do I keep attracting vampires? Yeah. Well, have you ever
looked in the mirror to assess whether you're a blood donor? Yeah. It's like that is a strong
magnetic pole. And so what's at the base of magnetics, what gets them active is our esteem
system so the blood donor invites the vampire in often unconsciously talking metaphorically guys
just so you understand by the vampire he means the emotional vampire who sucks you dry and
emotionally and by blood donor you over giver you're the you give every you give your life
force away you just give your whatever form that takes it's like i just donate you know i just let
it all go but the the payoff for the because one would ask well why would someone do that right
And when you look at it logically, it doesn't make any sense.
Like that sounds awful, but obviously many of us have experienced this matching.
I'm a recovering blood donor.
We're going to have a blood donor party.
It's going to be at nine.
I mean, it's because you feel value from that.
You feel safe from that.
You feel needed from that.
You imagine you need me.
You won't leave me.
It's like a false sense.
So you attract it and are attracted to all these broken little birds and energy vampires
who then proceed to suck the life out of you.
That you nailed it.
It's the esteem system, I call it.
So even though your conscious mind is like, I can't handle another vampire coming in,
there's another side of you that's like, come on in because if you need me, I'm enough.
Yes.
If you need me, like you said, you won't abandon me.
So that's where we get into, I think, really interesting territory
around why we do indeed draw people in despite our best efforts our best therapies our best you
know shifts and moves we're like they're back again and it shapeshifts you know it can shapeshift
so you think you got the vampire down then the narcissist shows up which is a version of the
vampire and it's like it just and the vampire has more of a seductive quality like they'll seduce
you with um you're just amazing let me in you know let me into your life let me into your space
So there's always that kind of flattery that which the narcissist doesn't usually offer up when it comes to anyway, our relationships and magnetics.
This is a real deep place to go into oneself and go, OK, I've got to look at what in me is generating these magnetics that I just happen to all the time draw toward me.
These sorts of negative experiences through other people that either betray you, take from you without reciprocating.
abandon you, abandon you, trick you. And once you kind of start to take responsibility for it
and really come to where's your power here, where is your power? And there is a place of power where
you can magnetically shift yourself. And then, well, it's like, well, what does that take?
When I look at archetypes, especially in this sort of shadow zone we're in now,
because there's also really positive things like I'm a teacher. So magnetically, I draw students
to me. That is how it should be. If you're a healer, you're going to draw people to you that
need healing. And if you're a doctor, well, then you're seeing sick people. I mean, these are
matches that really nourish, if done with boundaries, can nourish you and help us with
our own holism and become more empowered. But in the shadow zone, that's where we really end up
with all these tales of woe. And despite our best efforts, I can't believe I got tricked again. And
I thought they were the one or they were this or that. And then it all shakes out, you know,
and you realize, no, it's another, it's another narcissist. It's another addict. It's another,
you know, fill in, fill in your blanks. Yeah. And therapists call that repetition compulsion,
right? Where you repeatedly, you say, okay, I've done all this work. My dad was an addict and I'm,
you know, I'm never going to date an addict. I was with this other addict and almost destroyed
of my life. I only want to date someone who's sober, who doesn't drink or do drugs, you know,
who's really worked on themselves. And then they're, you know, like they meet someone and
they, and this is always that, you know, I feel I've always known them. I have butterflies, you
know, and that's like the bodies. And it turns out they're, they're sober. They don't drink.
They don't do drugs. This is perfect. And then it turns out they're a gambling addict or a sex
at it or stopping at it or some other thing that you didn't see, right? Because it felt so familiar.
And the reason we call it repetition compulsion is because it's almost this unconscious,
it's not conscious. It's this unconscious compulsion or shadow compulsion, I guess you
might say, to make the wounds of the past right. You know, like for me, it was cheaters because my
dad was a cheater and would abandon us and chose the affairs over me and blah, blah, blah. And so
despite all my best efforts, was so attracted to cheaters. And it wasn't until I really understood
that there was a part of me that was attracted to that and would stay with that because I wanted
to prove to myself that I was lovable enough for them to change for, that I was the one that they
were going to see the error of their ways and no longer want to cheat or want anyone else because
I'm so fabulous and wonderful and lovable. And so I would keep attracting it and being
attracted to it until my husband, but I would keep attracting it and being attracted to cheaters.
Almost as an attempt to rewrite your history, right? Like I'm going to rewrite my past and
put it into a new story, but you're actually just continuing the same story.
Yes. And repeating it and magnetizing it, right?
And magnetizing it. And then, you know, there's, you know, one of the archetypes
and matching that I've seen, I saw real common in readings and would just floor me is the
unrequited lover. So it's sort of similar to what you're talking about. But when I did a reading on
this one man, one time and the unrequited lover, by the way, is someone who is never requited for
affection they have for somebody. Right. So it's that pattern of, I always liked them. They're not
into me. I always like so-and-so and they're not into me. Or sometimes it is, you know, they do
cheat on me. They don't requite my commitment. They don't requite my affection. But when I went
deeper into this one person and got into the threads of the psyche, what I saw was that
we're working with the mechanics of the subconscious mind and the shadow and the
unconscious, and they don't make rational sense. That's the first thing to understand,
because what I'm going to say next makes absolutely no sense. But this person had a fear of being very
vulnerable and seen and really loved because they had experienced abandonment issues in the past.
And the biggest vulnerability we can ever experience is to have someone really love us
and then leave us. If they don't really love us, there's some sense of protection that that wasn't
the real risk. I mean, it was just this. So the unrequited lover can, and then it can also go
into the area you just spoke of a bit, but it can also be this defense against the real risk of
intimacy. So I'm going to always choose someone who's not going to be available for intimacy,
whether that's their age, inappropriate, they live across the world, they're emotionally shut
down, or I've even seen they're just not the right sexuality. I mean, it's, I've seen this
go across the board, but this pattern, it doesn't make any sense that we would consciously, because
we wouldn't consciously go after people and they wouldn't love us back. And now that's the one,
And this is the key that you have magnetics and attraction for.
So this one person I did a reading on once, that's why they came to me was this issue.
And they were attracted to someone who was not even in their sexuality.
I mean, it got that bad, but this was a pattern.
And then simultaneously he had someone else that was really into him at the same time.
And he felt no attraction to that person at all, even though they were physically attractive.
And, and I said, that is so, and I was reading him.
I said, that's so interesting.
this is it's you've got this dynamic with magnetics with the unrequited lover you're
always going to feel the attraction toward and genuine that's that whole rush you mentioned
earlier that like oh my god i've never felt this way they're the one that's your first warning sign
of like okay there's magnetics in play here that i better sniff out right that euphoric kind of
that's that's kind of the high of the magnetic match hitting boom you know i always say that
if you feel that crazy euphoria, anxiety, butterflies in the stomach, that is the body's
warning system. When you meet and connect with someone who is truly the one, you have attraction
at first sight, but you have love at first insight when you kind of really get to know them a little
bit better. And the feeling is like coming home to your dream house. I don't mean coming home to
hovel, you know, dirty, yucky house. I mean, coming home to a dream house, that kind of
homecoming excitement. And people don't really understand because in the movies talk about the
butterflies and everybody beats me up when I say don't trust the butterflies, but the butterflies
are really anxiety. Yeah. And you're right about culture programs us like we are programmed through
like one of how about the hopeless romantic pattern, you know, this whole like I'm just,
Yeah. You know, but I'm never going to finally, you know, and this is played out in rom-coms. We see bad magnetics and rom-coms all the time. And they don't usually, you know, real life doesn't work out usually like that. Right. It's usually like, no, that's not really how this is going to go. So magnetics, I mean, it's in spite of your best efforts. If you keep bringing people in or finding yourself drawn toward people or them to you, it's a great opportunity to go. What in me is the match here? And then you got to kind of sit with that.
And so when it comes to identifying one's archetypes or patterns, just look at your
patterns that are consistent and give them a name.
So if I'm a perfectionist, right, that's actually an archetype.
Well, I'm perfectionistic all the time.
I think perfectionistic thoughts.
I, I look at everything as if what needs to be fixed.
There's never self-appreciation.
This is the pattern.
Like there's always something I got to fix or improve.
Well, then there's your, your, your clue.
Like I have that pattern.
And so what would that attract?
And for example, a lot of times that attracts people that are very critical of you.
Ironically, it brings in that kind of like same mirroring, same internals dialogue.
Externally.
Yeah.
Externally.
That's one way it can go, you know?
And then if it was someone that wasn't critical of you and really like held space and loved
you, you might not have a value for that relationship because it's so foreign and you
don't know, well, what do you mean?
I'm messed up, right?
I mean, no, you're fine.
well, I don't know what to do with that. Well, it's like the woman who, and I hear this all the
time, why am I always attracted to the bad boy? I want someone good and kind and considerate and
loyal. And yet I can't find myself attracted, right? She's not magnetized toward those people.
Exactly. Yeah. She is magnetized and magnetizing bad boys, people who are going to abandon her,
cheat on her, mistreat her. And part of it, and I always say this is because there is this kind of
commitment to being, it's sort of like the perfectionist, a not enoughness, right? A low
worth that if you are that into me and that good to me, something must be wrong with you. You're a
loser. Their system doesn't know how to compute that. Like that's that I don't compute that you're
into me because what, you know, it's like, I, yeah, it's like, I don't know how to get a steam
in that? How do I get esteem in that? I'm used to getting esteem by chasing the one that's going to
do me harm in the end. By trying to earn the love from the one who's going to withhold it.
So I think it's a really powerful arena to consider. And if it's helpful to anybody just
to think in terms of patterns, because I think that's where we really get our vibrational
frequency and magnetics from is our patterns. I mean, our thoughts, I mean, we all have monkey
minds. I mean, we're thinking how many things a day and they're not that magnetic to cause those
things to happen or whatnot. It's really the pattern that's consistently, you know, playing
out actively that kind of spins up the magnetics. And I would call, we're kind of, we've been
talking about shadow matches, you know, but there's also positive matches too. I mean,
this goes all around the board. And I think once you start working with that consciously,
that's very powerful because then you really are opening up to different, I would even say
dimensions of experience with relationships and people that now you can enter into because you're
not going to repel them. You know, if someone's really into you, you would repel that if you're
the unrequited lover and people don't even realize like if a really good person came
and wanted to be there for you and wanted to love you for you, you'd slam the door on their face.
You'd be like, I don't know what, no. And we would think, no, you wouldn't. But you,
and you may not even know that there's someone looking at you with those eyes because you don't
see, you know, your magnetics and that, and that pattern puts your eyes on a focus of who's the
one that's going to abandon me, not love me. And, you know, eventually, you know, really you're not
consciously thinking, no, that's your attraction pattern. So if you've noticed, and you're
listening to this and you feel like, oh yeah, I do have this pattern of attracting people who
are unavailable, attracting people who abandon being in relationships that don't go the distance
being in relationships that turn out to be abusers or narcissists or cheaters or whatever.
right? So you've identified the pattern, then what's the next step for your average person?
What should we be asking ourselves? Yeah, I love that question. And I have to kind of go
into a little sidebar to answer it because where I've seen people get hung up and I throw myself
in the mix, I'm human. When we have bad magnetic experiences and shadow matches and shadow dance
with these matches, we can feel victimized, right? It just feels like what that, you know,
starts to reinforce this sort of victim consciousness in us, the first thing you need
to do is give that a hug. And I always feel like to shift or change anything, technically speaking,
you always have to start with acceptance. And that doesn't mean I have to like it. I don't think
those things have to be together. Like I have to like it to accept it. No, you don't. I have a lot
of things about myself I don't like, but I accept, right? And if you can accept it, then it's just,
it is what it is. Right. So I'm going to stay with what it is. And the first step I've seen
people have to go through is I have to shift out of thinking I'm a victim here. It's not to say
that this hasn't felt victimizing. If you're someone that, you know, hardcore here attracts
an abuser or someone that even, you know, escalates further into harm in that, you know,
kind of area that isn't to say you weren't victimized. You absolutely were, but I've seen
people make a victim experience identity. And then that sets you on now magnetics of the victim.
That's real hard to even see because the victim turns in on itself. Like it wasn't fair. This
shouldn't have happened. So the language, you know, a victim consciousness, it should have
been this way. Which is all true. And you can hold the fact because it shouldn't have happened
and you shouldn't have been abused. And it's horrible that it happened to you. And just like
with every really, I mean, I say this to couples where there's been cheating all the time and the
victim of cheating always gets pissed at me, but I explain it to them that it doesn't mean it's
your fault that your partners cheated on you or that you asked for it, but every relationship is
a dance, right? And there are ways in which the dynamics delivered you here, even if it's the
ways in which you put your head in the sand, the ways in which you look the other way, the ways in
which you disconnected or disengaged or the ways in which you push too hard. You know,
there's a million things once again, not blaming, but that's part of, I think what you're saying
with the acceptance is like accepting that we are all creating our, even the realities and Lord
knows, we all know I've had a lot of shitty realities, right? I always say that all, all
affairs are co-created kind of mirroring what you, you know, when I, when I would do that with
readings, people similarly would kind of bristle a bit and get uncomfortable. In fact, we had
a caller on Oprah radio. You and I, that I remember this clearly, she was trying to control
her husband. He wanted out the door and she was trying to make him stay because they took a vow.
I mean, she was hanging on this. You took a vow and shaming him and mad at him. And he was like,
I am out the door, but you know, we, we co-create in relationships. And that doesn't mean that
someone who cheats on someone doesn't have responsibility to bear it. They do. But then
you look, turn it to yourself because that's the only place you're going to have power and go,
well, what about me is co-creating this dynamic? That's a powerful pivot to make. And that's where
we could apply to your first question. Like, well, what do you do? Well, you, you step up as a
co-creator and you say, okay, I've co-created this somehow I've co-created these magnetics,
this situation in some regard, how do I do that? And then, you know, first I'm going to accept
myself right now as I am, as a, I say, flawsome human being. And then, you know, I'm going to
have to now take a next step into looking at my dark side and looking at where my pain and where
I need to hug something and, and give it more love and where I need. Cause that's where we start to
make that shift. And it's really interesting. Once you shift out of a pattern, I think we all know
this because we've experienced this, but your whole dimension of reality changes and the people
in it. Right. It's like, that's also why we don't want to change sometimes. It's like, well, I'm
going to then what lose some of my friends. If you're an addict and you get sober. Yeah. You
can't hang out with your addict friends anymore. Usually, you know, I mean, well, anytime you
elevate in consciousness, I mean, I write and talk about this all the time as we're all awakening
and ascending. Anytime you evolve, heal, elevate your consciousness, people who can't stay in that
frequency drop away or demonize you or pick fights or whatever. So yeah. So with evolution,
you lose people, but you also, they were people who couldn't hang with your higher
evolved self. And then it makes room for all these other cool people to come in.
Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. In hand with that, I would say you have to really evaluate your relationship
with the unknown. How healthy is that? Because we all want certainty. I mean, right. But to go
into that new frequency, that new magnetics, that new dimension, and let go perhaps of the familiar
relationships and magnetics and, and shadow dancing you've been doing, you're headed right
into the unknown. You have no idea who you will be in this new realm. And that's also the beauty
of it. But a lot of us have an adversarial relationship with uncertainty, right? We're
like, I don't know. Yeah. And that's the true work in my opinion of spirituality. Like I'm going to
step into this new space with full faith. This is the faith piece, the muscle that I'm going to
align and be in alignment with those who are meant for this next part of my story, my next journey.
And we, it's just exactly what happens. We have tons of proof and, you know, historically in our
timelines here of that's exactly what happens. And, you know, life's got you, you got you and
it gets even better. So I love this arena though, because it's just where I see, you know, when I was
working with people privately, a lot of shifts, a lot of possibility to kind of change and really
understand oneself with a lot of love. Archetypes of adaptation, we adapt them, our subconscious
mind adapts them to survive as kids. So, you know, the perfectionist is actually one of those
archetypes. Like I had to be, I had to try to figure out how, if there's a lot of shame in the
house and there's a lot of shame in our culture. So that's why so many of us struggle with this
archetype. So I'm going to just then be perfect. So I can't be judged. Like, how do I defend
against the shame? And that pattern, I think everybody kind of has on some level in this,
in our society. That's where the compassion comes in and the self. So, so like, just to break this
down, what you've been saying for guys, for everyone. So it's about identifying the pattern,
then asking yourself the question, okay, what, let's get real honest here. How have I been
co-creating this pattern contributing to this pattern either consciously or unconsciously
then it's about really just embracing and feeling compassion and love for that part of you who's
probably been unconsciously usually creating this pattern out of an adaptation that you
bought into really early in life in order to survive your exactly and it wasn't conscious yeah
Right. It was just a survival strategy. I use you as an example of that all the time. I think
you know that. Yeah. Yeah. No, I mean, that's how I know this stuff so well. I mean, I've lived
through it and I've seen it in my own magnetics and patterns and it's a work in progress even
today. I mean, it's like you kind of just keep rolling with it. Yeah. And keeping an eye,
just one other thing, just always keep an eye on the victim side of your psyche. It's true you had
a victimizing experience, like to frame it this way, because it gives people some space.
You absolutely had a victimizing experience, but I'm just going to offer that if you make
victim victimization, your identity, that there's magnetics and karma that come with that. And it's
not very fun and it's, you're still lovable. You're still enough, no matter what. So we got
that, that let's just hug that in. But we know if you walk around, uh, identifying as a victim,
I mean, you even see people that are heavy in victim consciousness seem to always draw
more of that to them, you know, it's not to blame the victim or anything. It's more technical
magnetics. It's like, you know, I've watched people do that too. So, you know, you'll,
you're never going to go wrong from just self-acceptance and love step one. I mean,
you never go wrong there and the spiritual person. So I call it a soul prayer. I bring it up to
whatever anyone's concept of, of God or higher power spirit is. And Hey, I need help. I need
some angels on the scene here. I'm Rocky on the ropes right now. You know, I need someone to
remind me that I am enough. I need some, you know, some nudge or whisper. And I've always seen that
get answered. So, you know, that's another thing. Yeah. So many beautiful strategies. I remember it
was just a few years ago. I think this was after my dad died, but before Sammy died, I was talking
to some healer, like a friend of mine had referred me to, and he said, I'll never forget this. He
He said, I want you to just take a few minutes and make a circle that says me and then make
little circles all around that circle with lines connecting them to you of everyone you
feel responsible for.
I cannot.
How many circles were on that piece of paper?
And I knew I was a codependent.
I knew I was in recovery.
going through my dad's death had been a huge part of recovering and the limits I had that
and the boundaries I had to set and the healing I had to do to get through that.
But that was profound for me because there were so many people on that list. My dad,
like everybody was dead that I needed to, my kids that I needed to take care of at this point.
And so it was, and my husband, I'm not, wasn't on the list. I'm not responsible for him.
It was my kids and about 10 friends. And what I realized was that I was subscribing to this
really common codependent belief that just because I can help, I have to help. And in my
codependence, I had attracted in all of these beautiful broken birds. I fixed because my MO
was always, if you need me, you won't leave me. I always would attract in the people who needed me
back then, not anymore because I'm no longer in those relationship magnetics.
But at the time I really was, and I remember being shot. I was like, why are all of these people
here on this list of people. You just did a magnetic mapping. You just read yourself.
That's how you read yourself. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. And it was a big wake up. This is the magnet
codependent. And here's all the people that are magnetically. That's brilliant. I love that
exercise. Very few of those people are still in my life, not by my choice, but because once I
realized that and I was like, okay, I need to pull my energy back in. Like I cannot keep surviving
this way. And then when Sammy died, all bets were off. Like nobody's getting shit from me for the
foreseeable future. You know, like it was all finished there. Like I haven't been a give for a
year, but even leading up to that, I started to lose these friends, but I was prepared. I didn't
want it to happen, but I was prepared that as I didn't show up to rescue them in the same way,
to make everything okay for them because I couldn't tolerate their pain and I could do
something to help. So I would, when I started just working on my own energetics or maybe
magnetics or it was, then all of a sudden these people either disappeared from my life or more
often started demonizing me and saying these horrible things to me. And like words that were
basically saying, you've never been there for me. You're a horrible friend. I knew it was the
opposite, but it was such a wake-up call because I realized that I was basically attracting in all
of these beautiful, wonderful, fun, sweet, kind, loving victims who were vampires and committed to
being in victims and committed to being saved. And I was stepping into the savior mode because
I got my self-worth there. But what ended up happening is that it cleared the runway for a
whole bunch of amazing people who don't suck energy to come into, who I'm all responsible.
In fact, I'm so careful. I just had a friend who's going through a really tough time who I
love and I know how much pain she's in. And she said something to me, she's going through a
separation. She's devastated. All her childhood wounds are coming up and I'm having to just like
forcefully resist dropping everything and going to be by her side. I mean, I'm there for her.
I'm checking with her, talking to her, making time for her. But she was like, I'm going to
be alone on the holidays. And I had to hold my lips closed from saying, it's for the holidays
with me. You know, like I just like, that's my MO when people I love pain, but then I end up just
bleeding out the floor. Can I give you an intuitive perspective of everything you just
said, because this is powerful and I think it's going to speak to everybody. And I knew you were
getting something. I'm like, I'm going to wait till you're done, but here we go. So, but I want
you to think about this and just see how it feels in your system. One of the things I was going to
say, and then you, you just right in one of the places we get drawn to, I said, you know, you're
going to meet and greet your victim. You know, when you get down to like looking at your magnetic
mapping, but ultimately I think end game is your child, your inner child. And in your case, you
are an example here of, it was your own loss of a child that brought you to your inner child to
then map the magnetics of all the people that were taking from you and, you know, vampirizing you in
that sort of matching. And then you beginning to realize, because a lot of times what does happen
for folks. And it can be cancer, a health issue, or just a depression. When we get kind of collapsed
by an event, like life can throw at us. Right. And you guys, you've been through both lady.
I signed up for many PhDs. She's like next level. I'll take that one too. Good. Yeah.
That's when we get our magnetics jammed. I've done many readings on people with health issues.
I'm not a medical intuitive at all, but that I could track the energy and magnetic side
of things and say, okay, well, I had a woman once who had cancer and she could not be codependent
and with her children anymore.
And she was always rescuing them and always giving them money and bailing them out and
being in from this bad mother guilt complex, always moving around trying.
And they knew it, they played it.
And you got to understand people play your magnetics like a fiddle.
They know exactly how to work the magnetics.
And that's the thing to keep in mind.
we intuitively read each other unconsciously all the time. So a vampire knows who's going to be a
blood donor when they walk down the street. And a bully knows who they can bully. And they're not
going to go near someone that's going to pop them in the face if they start trying to bully them,
because that doesn't match for them. So be you. I mean, and this would be another piece for
everyone. It always comes into that inner child in yourself. And I sense many of us have inner
children so many abandoned child wounded child we got invisible child you know i had to be invisible
to survive my family and then that goes into adulthood and then no one can see your needs
you don't even see your needs because you're invisible to yourself i mean it just you know
so these things i was aware after i did this work that i in order to get my needs met i had to take
care of and rescue primarily my mother my dad barely took care of any needs but other than
approval. And that's the adult child. That's the adult child, you know, rescuing, you know,
a parent, which I have too. Even when I was little, I would have to emotionally buffer and support
and lift up my depressed, shut down mother in order for her to take me to school or make a
snack or what I couldn't do for myself. So I learned early, not only did I get it, I just
had this epiphany the other day with a girlfriend and I started cracking up that when I was little,
like my family would recount this and tease me about it. When people would ask me, what do you
want to be? And this was back in the early, early seventies, I would say a nurse or a comedian.
And they thought that was so random and funny. And I just never thought about it. And recently
I realized, of course, I didn't understand caretaker. Like I knew, and there were no
female doctors back then. So I didn't even occur to me in that little young age that I could be a
doctor. So a nurse was the closest I could get to a healer and a caretaker, which was already
really comfortable and would literally play out with my mother. She would have me play nurse or
play mommy where I would do that for her. So, and a comedian, if any, I could get myself out of
trouble when my dad was in one of his rages, or I could get my mother out of a depressed
by being a ham and making them laugh.
So the two things I knew how to get my needs met
was to take care of you and nurse you
because I couldn't doctor you.
That didn't exist for girls.
Or make you laugh, nurse or comedian.
It made total sense.
It started really early and then that became my magnetics.
You're a powerful example of, I think, the shift.
It's sometimes something like for you,
I mean, the loss of Sammy, my God.
I mean, and then it's just shutting down
all these other things, because you're right. There's no extra, there's nothing you got to,
it's, it's your own, like, I got to go in and, and grieve and everything that I've witnessed you
do over the past couple of years here. And then that's where you do redo a magnetic reset,
you know, you, and then, then you don't move. You can truly not move from a certain magnetics
that used to be in play. You really can change this. I mean, it is absolutely changeable.
and and i think you know sometimes we have you know these sort of soul schedules of destiny where
fate intervenes or an event intervenes and and it shuts down the magnetics and a lot of times
the beauty of working with intuition is you can kind of in some regards not always but preempt
some of these two by fours you know like smack um and then and kind of go okay well this isn't
working and if you learn to watch when your system loses power when you lose energy when
your magnetics or yeah. Butterflying around and Ooh, they're, they're the one. I mean,
that's when you're like, maybe not, you know, it's, this is where I think this can be so helpful
is to start to become more engaged in your multisensory nature and turn that on and really
listen. And so then you got to ask what patterns in you allow you to listen to that. Cause some
shut it off and then start to Matt. It's just how this is the read. You start going through patterns.
I said, well, this one, this one does this, this one does this, this one.
And when it comes to archetypes and patterns in us, they always manage something.
Yeah.
So the adult child manages the wounded parent to, because what are they going to do?
They can't get to school or buy clothes or, you know, without a parent.
So I've got to prop up my parent emotionally or, you know, and that was me with two addict
parents, you know, and so the codependent manages other people and it's a circuitous
routing.
If I make you happy, then you'll not abandon me as you know, right.
And then I'll be taken care of and then I'll survive.
It comes down to like this core child perspective
and the subconscious of I'll survive.
That's what I don't think people understand.
I was just saying that listener that called in earlier today
and we were talking about codependency,
that that need for approval in this case, right?
The need for the parent approving of you
and seeing you as good versus bad.
Like now the stakes don't seem so high
so you don't understand why it's such a charge.
But that little girl in you or that little child in you, it was life or death because, you know, no one else was providing your safety food or shelter.
Like if you didn't do what you needed to do or accommodate what you needed to accommodate in order to have your parents be as okay or your caretakers be as okay as they could be with you, it was life or death.
Every single one of us.
That's how the child sees it.
And we're engineered, bioengineered in our psychology to scan the environment for these
things.
And that's where our empathic senses go beyond us and start to feel our parents.
And we're feeling them to see, are you going to take care of me today?
Or am I going to get to school?
Am I going to get, I mean, it's not conscious, it's subconscious.
But then I always look at it, I use this terminology, the subconscious goes, okay, I need to recruit
a pattern here to manage this threat.
So if it's shame, if it's shame coming at me, where's the, well, I'll recruit the
perfectionist.
I'll be perfect. Or, you know, it's, it recruits something, draws it in, and then you just set up
magnetics too. I mean, that go forward with you from there until you, you know, come to your,
your soul and, and awaken enough to go, I don't need to be perfect. In fact, I don't want those
magnetics anymore. You know, I just, you know, or an adult child or a rescuer, especially when
it comes to relationships, I often wonder, you know, is the adult even dating or is it just
someone looking for mommy and daddy, you know, because that's usually who's swiping right here,
you know, or some sort of resolution. Yeah. I'm sort of resolution. I always say that we are never,
ever, ever having a relationship with someone else. We are having a relationship with ourselves
through that other person and what they're triggering, what they're mirroring, what
they're catalyzing, what they're, it's not even the other person. It's what we're projecting onto
them and internalizing from them that we're really in a relationship with.
Yeah, that's really true.
I think I sense we can get to a place where we really do like relate in at that mystical
kind of level.
I do believe it's a mystical level actually of love and connection because then there's
no conditions and it's just, I want to share in intimacy and come to know you.
And yeah, and then we're, I think it's both in, you know, we're always knowing ourselves
through somebody too.
Absolutely.
As most of you know, for the past several years, I've been on a pretty intense grief
journey, and it's been a path of healing.

i think you knowing you as deeply as i possibly can is a way to also know why do i even want to
do that it's part of knowing me yeah i mean i don't mean hey all of us are completely it's a
deep soul psychological thing it's not i don't mean like everyone else is just a way for each
of us to have our own experience it's like that's how it's experienced if that yeah well at the
ultimate you know mystical reality all is one so we're all kind of you know we're all connected
and we interbe we interfeel we interbreathe you know it's so at the same yeah we're going to miss
we're going off the charts here we're like that's what we do we come into oneness
we got oneness magnetics now. Yeah, that's right. Wouldn't that be nice? Well, I think you can have
those. Yeah. I mean, I, I think it's also nice. I mean, life's gritty, you know, relationships
are messy. We're messy. You know, I think that all gets to be here, but when you get into those
spaces of just really, ah, I mean, I feel it for my pets. It could bring tears to my eyes, you know,
that kind of love. That's just like, I just love you. I don't care. I just love you. You know?
yeah, that's a beautiful place to be. And what about, can I ask you about, cause you know,
I've known you for a long time and I know you've had some dalliances and some shorter term things,
but where are you in your relationship life? Are you, is there anyone interesting in the picture?
Well, no, there isn't anybody actually, but you know, it's interesting. The last three years of
my life were pretty rough. We both went through, we always parallel each other to some degree. I
I mean, not exactly, but my, my stepfather had brain cancer last year and he died over
the whole year.
I lost my dog and then my mom had a stroke.
So I had like all these things and I was like, I am not trying to date.
And then I relocated, bought a house during COVID and we made COVID.
So now I'm just coming into the space where I'm kind of opening up the aperture.
I'm like, okay, let's get our magnetics on.
Yeah.
So just saying, you know.
So anyone out there, you can't just listening.
He's really cute.
but I think this is a really important piece of finding love, right? Not just keeping love.
Cause many of us, you know, you can change your relationship magnetics, even in a current
relationship. I mean, that's been, you've known. Absolutely. Yeah, you can. And if the other person
is willing to, to pivot in the patterns with you and, and that's where I think we get that
long-term committed kind of active participatory marriage or connection or, you know, commitment
from somebody, but it is a verb, you know, we have to kind of stay in the verbs, verb space of
our magnetics and, and, you know, shifting and shadow dancing and mirroring and waking up.
I think that's, you know, what I've seen go the distance for most people is when you're able to
stay verbs with each other and let the marriage or connection be a verb, not just I'm married
period end of sentence, like done deal, you know, no, we, we, our soul is just hungry for experience
and growth and connection. So, you know, you're not stopping that part of you. That's, you know,
wanting to keep lighting up and growing and all that kind of stuff. And I think now, especially
having this conversation in an era of the internet is really useful because images have no magnetics
in terms of really something behind them, drawing you, they can draw some, they can draw you in
but it's, it's a shadow magnetic, often shadow magnetic pull. That's it's because it's really
your projection into the image and connection to the image of somebody. And now Instagram and all
the ways that people just put up image and images can't love you, you know, masks can't love.
So this conversation and, you know, this exploring our magnetics in context to that or dating apps
or, you know, all that kind of stuff as well. Dating apps. That's really, yeah. Yeah. What
would you say about the relationship managing the the magnetics of you want to call love in
you're on the apps the first thing is is really grounding into your intentionality like what
part of you and it could be many but just get into one or two parts of you that are really
getting on tinder or getting on bumble or getting on match.com or whatever it might be
obviously if it's a hookup situation, you know, we know what part of it is active there in the
story. But if it's really, I'm really searching for companionship or I'm searching for connection,
then what part of you is really moving forward and swiping? I mean, I've been on some apps and
I'm like, what part of me is swiping for this person? What am I really feeling and thinking
and imagining? I think that's really valuable because most of the swiping happens impulsively
and quickly and kind of almost compulsively like swipe, swipe, swipe. Without even reading their
profile. Like, you know, okay. Yeah. That, yeah. Yeah. I remember being, you know, matched with
people on Tinder and next thing I, they'd asked me a question. I'm like, that wasn't my profile,
dude. I was always a bit put off by that. I'm like, nah, you know, or you gather a bunch of
matches and then no one talks to anyone who could talk to 200 people. I mean, it's like,
you can't, you can't possibly manage that. So I'm, I, for me, that's why I've, I've shut that
part down and opening it up again, because I wasn't in a place in my life and I was clear
on my intentionality. Like I'm not ready to, to get into that intimacy dance and, and all that
goes with dating and relating. I've got, you know, family loss and, you know, traumas going on in my
family. And you were going through the same thing. I mean, not that you're dating, but, you know,
but you know, it's like you said, it's a shutdown into the, I got it. This is, I got to keep it
basic. And yeah. So, but intentionality. And then what part of you is it, is it, am I looking for
mommy or daddy? Am I looking for someone to make me enough? Are you coming from enoughness to where
you want connection? You know, and you can be a little bit of both. We don't have to be perfect
here, but it's just awareness because then you go in with the lights on. Yeah. And you're conscious.
Yeah. And you're like, okay. And what are my magnetics? And what am I, what am I really
looking for? Is it my unrequited lover that's swiping for this person right now? My codependent,
oh, they look like a great rescue mission. I mean, you know, and you got to go to your
shadows i'd like what's up here good fixer upper this one i could change yeah oh gosh it's all so
complicated but also so simple and i think so simple you know but you're right it's kind of
both isn't it's like it's the stuff we really in our core know and i mean that's what intuition is
it's you already know yeah and you are the first one do you remember this you were the first one
that sort of catalyzed that because I use my intuition, get downloads, get information. I
mean, it's like on fire over the past five, six years. And I don't even attempt to camouflage
therapeutic insights anymore. I'm just like, oh, I just heard something up. I just got something.
I just got the download. I got the read. Yeah. Yeah. When this this was just really starting,
I mean, it was there a lot when I was a little girl and then it totally shut down and then it
was just starting again. I remember when I, it was probably the first time I interviewed you on
Oprah radio. So this was, I don't even know, a decade or more ago. Yeah. Or more. Well, yeah,
it was more. And you were explaining what, you know, an intuition was, and you were doing these
intuitive kind of reads. And I was noticing that everything you were saying to these people, I
already knew. I remember that. Yeah. I was like, I was thinking the same thing. I was like, wait a
minute, Robert, maybe I'm a psychic intuitive or an intuitive love strategist too. And you were
like, yeah, you probably are. And I was like, Oh yeah, I absolutely are. I didn't, I am,
but I didn't understand. I think we all are too. It was a new movement of, of how to see it for
you from the clinical side. Yeah. I didn't know it was coming from somewhere else. I thought
it was just a guess. I mean, it is a guess, but I didn't really understand until I saw you. Cause
I would have those thoughts and I was like, oh, no, that's just a story I have about this person.
And then it comes out of my mouth and you're like, oh, I was like, oh, maybe I was right.
And then that gave me a tremendous amount of confidence to start exploring that and building
that. So thank you all those. Well, you're welcome. I've always felt you were very empathic
and intuitive. And, you know, I think you're, I call it an empathic soul. You just feel bigger
bandwidths. And that's something to consider, Laura, and for anyone listening, imagine you
come in as a soul with more of a bandwidth to, to perceive reality and sense dimensionally
energies and people. And you're yet in an infant psychology on a human level. And how are you
handling all that, that your soul is bringing in your feeling? Yeah. And you, then what we do,
of course, is, is children as we personalize it to us, right? It's my fault. They're feeling that
I'm well, I don't say, well, what can I do? And then here come our adaptations, you know,
we start to build a team, an adapted team to help us survive. And then that take that team forward
into adulthood. And, you know, it usually doesn't go so well that our magnetics bring in a repeat
of everything we went through in childhood. It may be different packaging, but it's really the
same at essence magnetics. So, you know, it's, but I always thought that about you.
That inner child, children, there are many.
That inner child I'm saying. Yeah. And, and, and until we really take care of that,
we can't be intuitive adults. And being an intuitive adult, in intuition, there's a
shrewdness. There's a sort of like, I'm a technician as an intuitive. And I look at
things technically and I had an undergrad background in psychology. So I had that base
anyway of a little bit of clinician, but a little bit of that kind of like, no, I want the read.
I want, it's got to feel tangible. And for me, it really does. It just feels like another sense,
but it's tangible as touching something for me. It's very energy and frequency and someone's
psyche and getting the read we read each other as soon as we meet each other oh yeah we're just
not aware we call it a first impression usually yeah and you can't forget it could be a first
projection not impression but you know it is oftentimes bang on and then we're like i knew
that i knew that about that person why didn't i listen but i didn't listen to myself i mean the
truth is we're taking in i remember i remember being so astounded by this when i first learned
this statistic, but we are taking in 40 billion bits of information into our brains every
millisecond.
Yeah.
And only most of us, unless we're in touch with our intuition and tapping into that consciously,
most of us are only consciously processing 2000 of the 40 billion bits that we're taking
in every millisecond.
Yeah.
And the subconscious is doing the rest or then you connect that to intuition.
Yeah.
Right. Or you're just not neither your subconscious or your conscious is taking it in. Right. But right. Conscious mind is only taking in 2000. So the point there is that there's a whole universe happening beyond our conscious.
And that the intuitive piece is, you know, those who are really intuitive, whether it's because that was an adaptation in order to survive their childhood, which I know you've talked about, or whether something they've cultivated or learned to do, or they've welcomed in or whatever the reason, those people are taking in more than 2000 bits, right?
They're taking in more information consciously and processing more consciously, which we all can do.
Yeah. It's, it's, to me, it's kind of like I'll ping the web of all that information through my, through an intuitive, usually I'm in questions, generate intuition, or just listening and then getting impressions, but it's like pinging it and then getting a holographic read back. You know, it's like call and response, like, okay, boom, what is it? And then download comes, you know? And, uh, that's kind of the, to me, it's a, it's a bit of a skill of call and response.
because I can't hold all that information, but the intuition siphons a schemata for me in
to kind of see it. Now I applied it to people mostly, right. So, or culture and movements of
patterns and culture. Uh, and that's where astrology for me comes in as, as a great tool
to start tracking, like what, what are the cycles we're in? What's the collective psyche doing? Um,
are we going to survive? Are we going to survive? Just tell me that before we ask.
Yeah. Well, you know, I'll tell you it's this next couple, two to three years are a massive
crossroads and such ways. I think we lack imagination to understand. I think when we
talk about things like AI and what it's going to do to our society, I think we lack imagination
of what it is going to do. I think it's, we think we know, but we don't actually,
it's so much bigger. You can't even conceptualize what's going to happen.
You can't, I mean, it's, it's already like leaping and bounding every month.
It's like, and I think there's both benefit and, and real risk and detriment in it.
It's a both end proposition, but also my God, our climate, you know, it's, it's, these things
are kind of coming forward and that is, I would say astrology is what we live.
It's not like some system in the sky.
What it does do as a tool of synchronicity is it does show so accurately.
And I'm telling you, after 30 years of working with this tool, it shows so accurately timing
and I can get in and I can sense events and sometimes events can shift.
Sometimes they can't, the karma's tipped.
It's too far gone.
And so those are more readable, but then there's that area of the X factor.
Something can shift or shift in a certain way.
And so I'm interested in not only the X factors of like, this is part of becoming a conscious
co-creator and using intuition is what are the X factors in my life? Not only the collective,
but mine as well. And how can we, you know, do that kind of engagement where we get into
the psyche and the intuitive field to understand our options. And then that's when you're really,
I think, working with co-creation. You're finding your influence, your power,
and none of us are all powerful, but where can I have influence? Where do I have power?
where am I powerless? That's also clear to understand. And what can I do? I think people
do stuff. They don't realize the karmic dots connected and until it's too late, you know,
and until the tip happens. So giving what's coming or what astrologically is predicted
beyond what you just said, what, what advice would you have?
Well, it's, it's actually under the umbrella of one theme and it's one that a lot of people
don't want to hear or they fight against. And that's, we are in our evolutionary pressure
becoming one world. Now, the truth, Laura, is we've always been one world. We just didn't know
it. We didn't know like there was other continents. We thought we'd fall off the flat earth. We didn't,
you know, we'd go back in time. We're like, we're the center of the solar system. We just didn't
know. But then now we know, I mean, the internet wired this into our nervous system now that we
are one world and we can either start living like we're one world or not. But the more we do decide
not to live like we're one world, they're not saying we shouldn't have independent cyber
nations. I'm not saying any of that at all. Or I think economies that kind of inter be,
but at the same time, you know, it's one climate, it's one atmosphere. And we, if we more, we move
with that, you know, micro that to, to yourself, like, okay, I've got to live now that as if
everything I do is connected to everything else. Everything impacts everything. Everything's
connected. I interbe, I interfeel. I, you know, and then it makes you, I think, pause and think
about your choices and, and what you believe and, you know, what you lean into, what you lean out
of and where, where can you in your life live as if you're the answer to someone's prayer?
Where can you do that? I mean, that's, that's, that's it. Like, all right. There's how can I
live in such a way that I answer your prayer or, you know, that, that abandoned animal to
shelters prayer, or, you know, the homeless person's prayer. Yes. We want to be very clear.
This is soul prayer territory. This is, this is light. This is light. We don't want dark. We don't
want dark grids of energy. No, we're not answering their prayer, but you know, the prayer is about
the wholism of it all. Like it's all part of one thing. And every day we're all going to make
choices. I'm going to make it one in five minutes. It's not connected to wholism or,
you know, it's just, it's being human, but we've got to really kind of dial up the heart.
I call it making a transition from the human heart to the cosmic heart. And this is really,
if you get into Christ, this is what Christ was about. Christ was, Hey, I'm going to show you
the gate from the human heart to cosmic. And a lot of you won't be able to handle this because
you're gonna have to forgive people. You don't want to, you're going to have to turn the other
cheek. I mean, there's, he, he set down the path, the pattern, like, this is how you do this. This
is how you come together as one. Right. And I think other spiritual teachers as well, but this
is the new era of really moving as a co-creator, but there's a co in co-creator. So what is the
co it's, I mean, think of it this way. You and I might have ambitions or dreams to write another
book or you want to live somewhere in California. I live in Colorado. I'm happy where I live,
but let's just say I wanted to live somewhere else. Now I have to actually ask, can I live
there with climate change coming? Will there be water? Will it get too hot? I mean, am I going
to be at risk for floods? Will there be tornadoes? I mean, this is the co now in our co-creative
journey. So the thing that I think a lot of people missed in the co-creative movement is that there's
to go there and we we think that we're the center of all power and attraction it's not true we are
part of a bigger you know creative magnetic matrix and we have magnetics and attraction sure
but if i i mean oprah couldn't have been oprah in 1920 because the culture there were no tvs that
way whatever studios but you know go go to just racism alone like the soil of the culture wouldn't
have allowed her to come up that way. She's on the shoulder of all these other people that
opened that up for her. And she, you know, she talks about this. It's no different for me as
a gay man. Like I couldn't get married without Harvey Milk and Greg Louganis and, you know,
Matthew Shepard and all these other people that in their own way created the soil for me to plan
in as an equal. And if I want to get married, get married. So this is a huge piece too. Like
we've got to start thinking that what is personal is also collective and what's collective is
personal. There is no separation. What soil are we cultivating?
And what can grow in it? Yeah. Like what soil and what seed are you trying to plant? Can it
actually grow in that soil? And that's, that's real shrewd. Like that's a read. It's like,
well, I'm shrewd. I'm going to read that, you know, but that's don't, you know, and then once
the soil grows or something starts growing, it's a baby. You got to take care of it. You got to
into it and water it, nurture it, and maybe give it some fertilizer. I don't know, you know,
metaphorically, but you know, these, this to me is where we are in there in the cycles,
the cycles are teaching us this, especially this year. It's like, you got to understand
that it's all interconnected. Now you can't move. And I think if there's anything that we could get
positive out of COVID, maybe it was that lesson too. Like, Hey, you know, one country gets a
virus. We all get it. You know, it's like, and then we, you know, it's how are we going to move
with that? You know, how are we going to free is polluting the world. We're all going to, you know,
the fires in Canada. I mean, it doesn't matter if you don't live in Canada. I mean, if you're
on the Eastern seaboard and even Midwest, you're breathing smoke this summer. I have an aunt who's
in Wisconsin who is struggling right now with asthma because of the fires in Canada, you know,
and it's, this is a, this is a spiritual lesson, but it's also just so basic, you know, and we've
got to we got to get these things down you know i think to really to move into our next potential
as a as a humanity and certainly as individuals but yeah so there's a lot of like that i could
go into the actual planets but i want to people like what um but yeah i mean saturday the pisces
who uh yeah bottom line is be aware be conscious a lot of shit's gonna start hitting the fan a lot
of things we've been in denial about are going to come to the forefront and be seen. And we're
going to be called on to start moving in the world, understanding that we all are in this together,
affecting one another in ways that we haven't yet even fully wrapped our day-to-day conscious
minds. Preach. Yeah, absolutely. You know, that's just that, you know, called on. A calling comes
from something greater than you. A calling comes from the wholism of life. It says, I need you
function as the heart for the life right now, because this life needs a heart. We already got
lungs, but now we need a heart. You know, what are you here for? We were, each of us were born
for this time. What's your calling? Well, the calling is not going to come from your wounded
ego. It's going to come from something, you know, greater and nothing wrong with the wounded ego.
We got to love all of us, but it's going to come from something holistic and connected. And, you
You know, you know, when people are in their calling, you can just feel their frequency.
They're like that person's dialed in, man.
I, they carry a light that says, I care about, you know, all of life.
And, and then, and then they have the resources of all of life.
You plug into that grid of grace.
This is real.
This is technically real stuff, you know?
Yeah, absolutely.
As it's a win-win, right?
And I think that's an important point probably to even end with is to say, yes, because so
often we think, I think our natural inclination in a world that promotes scarcity of resources
and everything else is to think, okay, well, I don't even know if I have enough. I don't want
to know if I can give to everyone else or whatever else, you know, I got to look out for number one.
But when you move to that collective place of really answering the call, being of service,
moving to your heart, looking for ways that you can add to the world and plant the seeds and
cultivate the soil we're talking about, that actually it's not only helping others,
it's really helping yourself too. Absolutely. And, you know, kind of ending with you on that
note of, I'm going to go a little spiritual here, a little mystical because I could tell you story
after story, reading after reading, or just my own life stories of this truth that there's other
forces unseen here that are part of the light, part of grace. And, you know, when you open this
way, like you're speaking, Laura, you plug in. And so now you don't have to worry about scarcity
because you know, you got, you got the light on your side. You've got other resources in the
energetic realm or in the spiritual realm. And I'm telling you, I've, I've had interventions,
like you would just make your head spin. And I've seen them in other people's lives
that, that really speak to this point. And when you cut off from that, it's not as available to
you. Things can still intervene whether you're plugged in or not, but wouldn't you want to be
kind of plugged in with full options? You know, the whole dashboard lit up and the way we plug
in is by, you know, really seeing, as you're saying, like we are co-creating together,
all life breathes together, feels together. I'm part of it all. And this is the part of you,
the heart that, that dials that in for you. Thank you so much for all your wisdom.
Oh, we could just keep talking.
That's wonderful.
I know, we could talk for hours.
And I wanna catch up with you separately too
because we haven't had a chance
to just do a practical coffee talk and catch up.
I know.
But where can people find you?
I'm launching a podcast in 2024,
speaking of podcasts with a little ways off.
But if you wanna kind of get in the know
and keep track of what I'm up to in the meantime,
ohotto.com, O-H-O-T-T-O.com, that's where I'm at.
And you can come sign up on my newsletter
and just sort of keep track of me.
Sounds good.
I'm also on YouTube and Instagram, blah, blah, all the social media stuff too.
We'll put it all in the show notes so that people can follow you and go to the website
and get on any email list so they can stay in the know.
And thank you.
Thank you for all you are, all you do.
All right, I got you.
We love you, Robert.
I love you.
It's been too long.
I'm so glad to see you.
I went to the doctor
Said I'm crazy for your love
