We sit down with Andrea Zendejas, the police officer turned only fans model, to discuss the latest in the Courtney Clenney case, the only fans model, turned murder suspect. Welcome to Sidebar, presented by Law and Crime. I'm Jesse Weber. We're continuing the conversation of Courtney Clenney. Now, she is the only fan's model accused of stabbing to death her boyfriend Christian Obamselli in his Miami, Florida apart. While this happened back in April, she was arrested and charged murder just last week. Her defense attorney told the media that
Starting point is 00:01:21 Clennie was acting in self-defense, and that is what Clennie originally told law enforcement. But It has been revealed that her version of events might not quite match up with the physical evidence in this case. And it also doesn't help her that in recently released video by the state attorney's office from February, you can see Clennie and Obam Selly in an elevator getting into a fight where it appears that Clennie is the primary aggressor attacking Obam Selly. As we reported on a previous episode of Sidebar, Obam Sully's family is hoping for Clenny to spend the rest of her life in prison. As this is an ongoing story that we will continue to follow, we got to the point where we thought, hmm, who might be good to give their opinion on this? And of course, we thought Andrea Zendahas, the cop turned only fans model.
Starting point is 00:02:06 And of course, many of you will know Andrea from her appearances on live PD. Andrea, thanks so much for coming on. Thank you. All right. So I wanted to start off. I think you know I'm going to start off here is that in the only fans community to see all these headlines, only fans, model, stabs, boyfriend, only fans model murder, only fans model arrest. Does that bother you? Does it bring bad attention
Starting point is 00:02:29 to only fans? Um, I mean, I think any attention, uh, brought to only fans is probably good, but, um, bottom line, people are going to do what they're going to do. You take normal people, they're going to get in trouble. Other people are going to get in trouble. And then you have the only fans community where these people are making tons of money. So they, maybe they think they're above the law. I don't, I don't know. I'm surprised you say any attention is good attention any press is good this is not great attention i mean as have people been talking i first of all let me be frank i i don't know if uh different community members in only fans different only fans model you know speak to each other but if you've had those conversations have has courtney clennie
Starting point is 00:03:07 come up i actually don't associate with anybody um i do my own thing and and i worry about myself i actually don't even watch the news so i have this is this is the first time i've heard this this lady's name so but you know i'm just new shock as you are but when you first heard the story and it said only fans model murder's boyfriend or is accused of murdering boyfriend it's become the thing that that that's now the attention grabber right and i'm curious if you think that her career in only fans is going to play some sort of role in this case or in the story what do you think well from from what i seen of the story um it looked like they had a pretty toxic relationship it looks like it'd been going on for a long time even before only fans possibly i don't know but
Starting point is 00:03:54 there's always three sides to a story your side my side and the truth so i guess you just have to wait and find out i mean unfortunately the other the other half is not here to give this you know side of the story i don't know support for cybar is brought to you by manscape the go-to line for men's grooming products i'll talk to you right now about the performance package 4.0 It is an amazing, amazing bundle. First, they have the lawnmower 4.0 trimmer, ceramic blade, 4,000K LED spotlight. It utilizes the advanced skin-safe technology that will all help to reduce the risk of ingrown hairs and, of course, grooming accidents. Guys, this is like our number one fear when we take care of ourselves down there.
Starting point is 00:04:37 They also have the crop preserver deodorant, the crop reviver toner. This will make you feel very fresh down there as well. And are you worried about the nose and ear hairs? as well. This package also includes the weed whacker trimmer that also utilizes skin-safe technology to reduce nicks, snags, tugs, and because Manscape loves you so much, they threw in also some free boxers and a travel bag into this package. Starting point is 00:05:08 You get 20% off and free worldwide shipping. You're going to be joining the over 6 million men across the world who use and trust Manske. Yeah, let's talk about that a little bit because obviously more details are coming out. And you mentioned the toxic relationship. Law and Crime did a really good article on this where apparently the couple, even when they were living in Austin, Texas, they had had severe problems. So one of their neighbors, Aidan Nesvinsky, had told Austin Fox affiliate KTBC,
Starting point is 00:05:40 quote, behind closed doors, we just started hearing some shouting and yelling. So this is a neighbor of Courtney Clintony and Obamselli. Quote, we don't know who was starting what. We didn't get a lot of context. Occasionally, we would hear some glasses break and some banging on the walls and floors, not sure who was doing it. He went on to say that there was even one fight where a tiger painting was thrown onto his balcony on the 10th floor. And he said, quote, I just want people to know that it had been going on for a long time.
Starting point is 00:06:07 And it definitely could have been stopped. And what we know is that this toxic relationship continued, obviously, into Florida, Miami-Dade State Attorney Catherine Fernandez-Rundle had said that there were constant noises and ruckuses that were happening from the apartment. People were hearing this from different parts of the building. When you hear this, and I imagine that you've responded to domestic violence calls like this before, does this sound unique or does this sound like just something you've heard thousands of times that it just kept going and going and no one put it end to it. Those type of relationships, that is, that's a normal, I hate to say it, but it was a normal thing
Starting point is 00:06:46 for us to respond to calls like that all the time. And a lot of times it was the same people over and over, but they're both adults too. You can't keep them away from each other unless they hurt each other and then you try to put, you know, legal process on them and, I mean, either they stay away from each other or they don't. So there's nothing, I don't feel like there's anything unique about that because that sounds like a pretty normal patrol shift that I used to have. And, you know, we would hear the same things. You know, glasses breaking, yelling, screaming, and it was, you know, a lot of times the same people over and over.
Starting point is 00:07:16 But it seems that the initial impression was, how could she be the primary aggressor? He's much bigger than her. She must have been attacked. And by the way, by the way, her defense is that she was attacked. And I'll get into the elevator video with you in a second. But you could have mutual abuse. I guess the question is, do sometimes officers look at this and say, well, I'm going to look at the size difference between them, the circumstances, and I just don't, I can't be she's the one who started.
Starting point is 00:07:40 It must be him. I'm curious because, again, she was only arrested last week. Right. Now, some people might, might think, you know, that way. But, you know, as my old profession, we were trained to think more with an open mind and try to get the facts of the, you know, the crime or whatever. the evidence that would show, you know, what side of the story is, you know, is actually closer to true. So I think you said you're going to get into the elevator video, you know, I watched that.
Starting point is 00:08:11 With that, I think if they didn't have that elevator video, she might have a fighting chance on self-defense, but that clearly shows, you know, she was, I mean, and it could have been both of them, you know, it's something we'll never know. But that elevator video clearly shows that she is the aggressor. looks like. Right. And look, you know, on one hand, you could say you take one piece of time that's captured on a video. Of course, that's not going to look good for her, but what else happened behind closed doors and the couple? He could have been doing something worse to her, you know, just playing devil's advocate. But just focusing on that video for a second, what did you think of it?
Starting point is 00:08:46 I think that evidence is pretty damning. Had I not seen that, you know, you could, you could really, I guess that plants a scene in her mind that maybe she was the primary gracer, you know, because you see her being very violent and you see him not doesn't mean he wasn't right but um you just see what you know what is captured and of course that's going to play a huge role in all these you know in her charges and by the way we still don't know the circumstances of what led to that fight or what but typically when you were on these kinds of calls and you see these you hear about the disputes why do people get into these kinds of fights oh man there's so many reasons um so many reasons it could be A lot of times it's money or it's infidelity or, you know, drugs.
Starting point is 00:09:32 A lot of times the drugs, it lies. There's just an ongoing list of things it could be. But my thing was I would always try to, you know, be more personable with these people and try to really talk to them like a human. Like, what are you doing? You know, you need to take a step back and kind of look at things. And is this how you want to live? And is this how you want your kids to grow up?
Starting point is 00:09:55 This is what they're going to see. So it's going to be normal for them. which is not fair because it's not how it should be. Yeah. And people are going to do what they want. Yeah. And look, again, it's just, it's the attention grabber, right, is the only fans, the title. And I'm curious, you know, if stories are going to come out and be like, oh, obviously that was a conflict in the relationship.
Starting point is 00:10:16 And that's what caused. Look, we don't know that. But, you know, if it does come out to be that, do you want to make sure that there's a statement put forward by only fans or the community that? Because what I know you don't want is for there to be OnlyFans to be tarnished during the course of this, right? And so or and you mentioned you do your own thing. It's independent. And I think it's important for you to say that. But again, assuming this does become more of a central focus, the OnlyFans for OnlyFans career, is there any stat, are you going to make any statements?
Starting point is 00:10:47 Is there anything you're hoping the Only fans organization or community does? I honestly don't think it has anything to do with Only fans. I only fans is a good good headline to put out there because it makes it more spicy okay yeah she killed somebody allegedly right but of course when you add the only fans thing now she's probably got who knows thousands more you know subscribers since then just because they people love to see like crazy oh she's she's a murderer you know like I want to watch her people are people are insane you think that you think that Yes, absolutely.
Starting point is 00:11:26 So it's actually funny you should say that, right? So I actually went on Instagram and I typed in Courtney Clenny to see if her Instagram account was still active. I don't think it is. But what I did notice was about five Courtney Clenny fan accounts. Now, I don't know if those were created before this story or after the story, but her name certainly got out there. Are you concerned?
Starting point is 00:11:48 Obviously, I don't think we're saying that other only fans models are going to go out and commit crimes but are they going to look at the notoriety and be like well i got to do something outrageous now i hope not i mean i don't think that's the case i think that this is probably just a uh a toxic relationship you know that blew up who knows what it you know was the the bottom calls for it and like i said that's something we may never know but no i don't think it has anything to do with only fans they're not responsible for anything you know i don't i don't feel they are no they're not they're not it's just again like you said it's the the kind of the headline that grabbing part of it.
Starting point is 00:12:24 One of the things I mentioned before is the reason that Courtney Clenney was ultimately arrested is her subversion of events that she threw a knife at Obam Sully is not quite matching up with the autopsy. The autopsy says that Obam Sully was killed with a powerful and downward knife thrust. In your career, in your experience, have you seen a lot of knife attacks and have you seen that as kind of personal between partners? Absolutely. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Some of the most vicious crimes that I've ever seen were committed with a knife. Absolutely. And why is that? Is that the quickest weapon? Is it a way to, again, if we're trying to understand if she was trying to stop her attacker, which is what she claims, first, it would have to, why would she say that she threw the knife 10 feet or so, and that would become a separate question? But also, have you seen situations where someone picks up a knife in order to defend themselves
Starting point is 00:13:13 against the bigger target? Absolutely. Yeah, absolutely, all the time. What are you going to be looking out for as it progresses with this? Well, what do you mean? Like in terms of the investigation, in terms of seeing the case, is this something, you say you don't watch the news, but are you curious to see how it ultimately unfolds with her? I'm actually curious now that I know it exists. I'll probably keep up with it for sure.
Starting point is 00:13:39 But, I mean, they're going to take all the evidence they have against her and probably try to throw the book at her. When you look at a case like this, do you miss law enforcement? Do you say, man, I wish I was working on this case? No. You don't miss it at all. I miss my partners sometimes. There's a handful of them that I miss. Other than that, no.
Starting point is 00:13:59 Well, just that separate conversation, we'll put Courtney Clinton aside. What's your life like now? I mean, how is Only Fens treating you? It's great. Like I said, before, mine's not very spicy, as you can say. I do a lot of plus-sized lingerie modeling. and I also own two businesses now from that. So just staying busy, staying busy, scuba diving, kayaking.
Starting point is 00:14:26 My life's really great, actually. I never knew it could be so amazing. That's great. Would you encourage more people to explore Onlyfans? I mean, first of all, I was shocked about how much money people were making on it and how they were changing their lives and their careers. But would you say to people who are on the fence, They're like, I don't know, maybe I should try it.
Starting point is 00:14:48 What would you say to them? I think that you have to be a certain type of person to do these things. I don't encourage people to do it because I have people in my, in all of my inboxes on all my social media, asking me questions about it. Should they do this? Should they do that? I can't answer that question for them. You know, I can only answer the questions for myself and what I'm comfortable with. And as I said before, mine is on the very light end of things.
Starting point is 00:15:14 It is not anything too crazy. So when people ask me this, I ask them or I tell them, like, you need to be okay with yourself first. Like, what is your goal with it? Because it's not for everybody. And, you know, thankfully, all the people that I've, you know, come in contact with on that site, they've been very respectful to me. But I'm sure there's other people that are not that, you know, respectful. And, but being in the limelight for these many years since Live PD, I learned to, like, turn off the comments of people. So it doesn't bother me because people either love me or they hate me.
Starting point is 00:15:54 See, that's the thing. I would, if, I would be surprised you get negative comments. You're an ex-police officer. You still have contacts. I don't know why they'd be messing with you. Nah, I mean, it's not, it's not so much like on the only fans. But, you know, like I said, like Twitter, Instagram, either people love me or they hate me. they love to hate me.
Starting point is 00:16:13 So either way, it doesn't matter. That is that. I'm doing good and my kids are good and we're living our best life out here on the coast. That's amazing. And I can second that for you because we tried to get you booked for this and you were so busy. I think you were out on the water. Our producer had trouble getting you for days. But I'm glad we actually were able to make it work, Andrea.
Starting point is 00:16:35 Before we go, where can people find you and follow you? I can be followed on Instagram, and it's Kristen.zendejas.3, and Twitter is going to be, I think it's at OFCA Zendejas. Also, I have my only fans, and I go by Andrea Z on there.
