I'm gonna make a connection between the attempted card jacking and Who knows what else against Joe Biden's granddaughter Naomi Biden in her Georgetown neighborhood while with secret service protection that just happened, which could have been an attempted kidnapping, and the gag order on Donald Trump's violent rhetoric that's being considered by a three judge panel of the federal DC court of appeals. Let me put this all together. Let's start with the new reporting. Naomi Biden, 29 years old, she's the granddaughter that had her wedding at the White House. She is an attorney. She works for a major law firm in Washington, DC. She lives, and I'm not doxing or outing anybody. This is

public knowledge. She lives in a Tony neighborhood of Washington, DC suburbs with her husband. She also is afforded. Thank God, Secret Service Protection. She in front of her home, along with her Secret Service detail, was the subject of either a kidnapping and or a car jacking. They just happened to pick her neighborhood, her house, the cars assigned to the Secret Service and SUVs in front of their house that try to do a break in. Now it required the discharge of a firearm by Secret Service to protect

the president's granddaughter. That's how serious it was. And the salons are still on the loose. Now this is not the first time that that particular neighborhood has been the target of crazed followers for instance of Donald Trump. After Donald Trump pointed the finger and his angry rhetoric at Barack Obama, one of his followers, one of Donald Trump's followers went to this very same neighborhood that night when we Biden lives in fully armed and on the hunt for the Obama family to assassinate them before they were apprehended or he was apprehended by the secret service. Now, that is the world in which we live in where federal judges are not safe.

We just had in the last year members of a federal judges family be killed while somebody was hunting for the federal judge. So we have federal judges that are in the crosshairs, prosecutors and their families in the crosshairs, staff of the judicial system in the crosshairs. And now the family of Joe Biden, particularly. Is it any wonder that that would happen given the violent rhetoric and vocabulary used by the right wing maga and the supporters and followers of Donald Trump and Donald Trump himself that these things would occur? I mean, he has fomented this discontent so much, Donald Trump, that he is now, for as far as I'm concerned, responsible for any of the bad acts that happen.

And at, you know, at his request, director, indirect. And that's the, that's the issue that's up for grabs and to be considered by a three judge panel of the DC Court of Appeals, who will hear oral argument on the 20th of November at 930 in the morning after full briefing. And the issue is whether Judge Chutkin, the DC circuit judge, the trial judge presiding over the election interference case brought against Donald Trump by the special counsel. Should he be gagged, limited, a limited gag at best to stop him from using violent rhetoric against individual targets of his by name. Yes or no.

How is that have any place in our justice system? How would anyone not name Donald Trump be a loud to do this? That is the question that is up for grabs at the DC Court of Appeals. of mine here on the Midas Dutch Network, is also on the another three judge panel who's looking at the Steve Bannon appeal, and whether that appeal of his four-month sentence and conviction for contempt of Congress will stand. There's a limited number of these judges, and they rotate among the panels that hear their matters. Later, on the 14th of November, we're going to get a brief that's going to be filed by the Department of Justice and Jack Smith against Donald Trump's efforts to have his gag order completely vacated. So he's not subject to it any longer in the district of Columbia. And they will I, I would be shocked if they don't cite in their brief, at least two issues,

the continued acting out inappropriately of Donald Trump and his lawyers in the New York civil fraud case that resulted in two gag orders and two violations of the gag order by Donald Trump and others around him, as well as what just happened to Naomi Biden, the granddaughter of the gag order by Donald Trump and others around him, as well as what just happened to Naomi Biden, the granddaughter of the president, in an attempted fill on the blank, carjacking, kidnapping, assassination attempt, or all three. That was only warded off because she is afforded secret service protection. I am sure that is going to be cited in the papers as another reason that Donald Trump has no control over his mouth, but he certainly has no control over people to listen to him. And they will do his bidding. They are, you know, the ones that are

violent extremists that support Donald Trump have no problem picking up arms, their hands, weapons, and trying to what they think is accomplished, the restoration of the Trump presidency by force or otherwise. So we'll continue to report on the briefing around the DC Court of Appeals hearing as to whether Judge Chutkin's gag order should be reimposed. It's been administratively stayed, meaning it's been blocked from being enforced by the by the pellet court until they can get their minds and arms around all the legal issues and have that oral argument on the 20th of November. But I am reasonably confident as are the leaders of legal AF here on the Midas Touch Network, that a version of

that gag order, maybe even a bigger version of it, a more robust version, will be reimposed on Donald Trump by the Appellate Court, who will be fully cognizant of all of these developments that are going on around the country created by Donald Trump, including this attempted carjacking assassination or kidnapping of Naomi Biden that was just reported happened early this morning.
