No, I'm not repeating a report about Elon Musk making Nazi salutes during the campaign or during the inauguration or at Madison Square Garden? No, now the far right French leader

is refusing to give a speech at CPAC, the big MAGA conservative love fest, because Steve Bannon, at the end of his speech, there at CPAC, decided to make a Nazi salute. I mean, does anybody realize that you're not supposed to put your hand up in a sign of solidarity with neo-Nazi ideals when you're representing a major party in America

or the President of the United States? I'm Michael Popak. I get it. I'm here on Midas Touch and Legal AF. We've got reporting coming out of France that Jordan Bardella, who is the leader of the far right, meaning far right movement in France, has decided to cancel his speech to CPAC. See CPAC, they were going to bring in all the righties from all around the world, from Brazil, from France, from Germany, bring them all in because Donald Trump is some sort of unifying cult leader.

And then Steve Bannon, who I used to do hot takes about because he's got it out for Elon Musk, he said he's an immigrant that should be deported. But at the same time, they put Steve Bannon up during a speech because he's beloved within this weird inner circle or rabble that makes up Donald Trump's group. Look, I've had enough conversations since the election with conservatives and Republicans, those that align themselves with Reagan and Goldwater and not Trump, and they're

aghast at this. And the fact that they're adopting as part of their official handshake and salute that for the Nazi party, does this shock anybody? I have to tell you, I'm a 59 year old adult male. I have never put my arm up. There's no photos, there's no videos. I defy you to find one of me putting my arm up in a Nazi salute.

Yet this group thinks it's completely appropriate because they're out of control. They're so out of control that Donald Trump doesn't even realize that he's wildly unpopular in America right now. Wildly unpopular. We have a new Washington Post Ipsos poll that just came out. The majority of America, and not by a little, by a lot, think he is overreached. They don't agree with his policies. They think he's not by a large margin, almost a two-thirds margin.

They think that he's not doing enough for the average American person, including to lower their prices, and he's too fixated on retribution and other things. And while all of that is going on, a complete disconnect between Donald Trump's claiming and court filings and during his press statements that he's wildly popular, the reality is he's not. His approval rating now is in the trash. It's 10 points lower than Joe Biden was on the way in. And this is supposed to be the honeymoon period.

We're not even in the first hundred days, we're in the first less than five weeks. And Donald Trump is proving wildly unpopular. Why? It's obvious. He has swung drunk with power so far to the right, the pendulum has swung so far to the right that all the Democrats and moderates have to do is step into the center.

Now we got to put up with assault on our way of life, assault on our values, assault on our freedom, and assault on what we hold dear under our constitutional principles, especially the separation of powers. But at the rate that Donald Trump and his minions are saluting Hitler, combined with all of these other items that I've just described, the quicker we're gonna win at

the midterms. Now look, Donald Trump knows that he's wildly unpopular. How do I know that? Because now he's running around trying to divert attention by going to sporting events, Super Bowl, thinking about going to the hockey game between Canada and the US, showing up at all sorts of NASCAR events. I mean, it's ridiculous. You know, he's not focused on the needs of you and me and Americans, our tabletop, our kitchen table issues, our pocketbook and wallet issues. He's focused on implementing the heart right strategy of the Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation. That's what we're watching. The deportation of illegal immigrants,

the chasing them through churches and schools. Yeah. While they hold this love fest rally that quickly descends into madness and chaos when one of their leaders makes the Nazi salute. Kudos to the far right in France who know better that they shouldn't occupy the same stage as people that support this.

And where is Donald Trump condemning Steve Bannon or Elon Musk next to him for embracing Nazi ideology? Nowhere, because he himself embraces it. You know, he, he there's already been reporting in the past about Donald Trump's fascinations with Adolf Hitler and with Mein Kampf. But what are we watching? But that, that's why the American people who I continue to have tremendous respect for, why I continue to have tremendous belief for, why continue to have tremendous belief in,

are looking at the beginnings of the Trump administration and they're saying it is failing, it is failed. And it's not gonna get any better. Donald Trump is out of gas, tired, beleaguered, not interested in his job, playing a lot of golf, worried about development of business instead of the business of the American people. Looks bored, looks like he's out of it and out of touch.

While JD Vance, JD Vance is so unqualified that already after the election, Donald Trump is saying JD Vance is not the heir apparent for him. He'll have to see how he plays out over the next four years. That's an experiment I didn't realize I was participating in. So we're gonna have to continue to follow

what is happening here with this destruction of our American values and way of life through the Trump administration. There's no other way to put it. I'll follow the legal aspect of it, but these political and moral issues are just as important.
