I picked up a couple of potential Easter eggs buried within the filing by Donald Trump against Rupert Murdoch, the Wall Street Journal, and its reporters for purported defamation
because they reported on a 2003 scrapbook birthday, 50th birthday party card thing
that had a X rated card entry by Donald Trump
in it right around the same period of time
that Donald Trump was very good friends with Jeffrey Epstein.
But buried in there are a couple of things
that I think I've discovered.
One is why did Donald Trump file the lawsuit in Miami and why did he avoid
filing it where he could have got Judge Aileen Cannon again? I don't think it was an error. I
don't think it was a careless mistake. I think it was done on purpose to avoid Aileen Cannon. I'm
going to tell you why on this hot take. And secondly, now that it's clear that Rupert Murdoch
relishes this fight, wants this fight,
wants to make good on something he said
three and a half years ago,
which is he wanted to make Donald Trump a non-person,
who is the corroborator who corroborated
for journalistic ethics standpoint,
the 2003 scrapbook and its existence
who gave it to the reporters, they mentioned the FBI.
Is it possible that the US Attorney's Office
and the lawyers prosecuting Jelaine Maxwell,
the co-conspirator with Epstein and the pedophile,
girl raping ring, was also a corroborator.
And on the heels of that we've got Maureen Comey, James Comey, the former FBI
director for Donald Trump's daughter who prosecuted Maxwell being fired. I'll tie
it all together the only way I know how without blowing smoke or sunshine here
on the Midas Touch Network and Legal AF. I'm Michael Popock.
All right, let me put on my, well, it's easy to put on. I'm a practicing lawyer in in Florida.
Let's talk about the Southern District of Florida practice and why I think
Aileen Cannon was studiously avoided by Donald Trump.
Because under normal circumstances, if he didn't have potential openings
at the Department of Justice coming up,
I'm looking at you, Pam Bondi, Attorney General,
and potential openings at the United States Supreme Court,
he would love to have Aileen Cannon
in order to get Aileen Cannon,
who did him a solid and helped him out in Mar-a-Lago
during the search warrant, criminal prosecution,
espionage act, obstruction of justice case
against Donald Trump,
because she found for the first time in 200 years
that a Department of Justice Attorney General
can't appoint a special counsel
who doesn't obtain Senate confirmation,
finding Jack Smith to be invalid.
Even though, by the way, side note,
the Trump administration is using, is using that very
same statute to appoint special attorneys without Senate confirmation.
So he loves Aileen Cannon.
In fact, she was on the reported shortlist during the president-elect transition period,
put there by Boris Epstein
to be the attorney general of the United States.
She didn't get the job.
As we know now, Pam Bondi got the job.
Pam Bondi's not doing well, is she?
MAGA universe, MAGAverse has turned on Pam Bondi
led by Laura Looney Loomer,
the social media right-wing influencer
that is like some sort of puts Donald Trump in some sort of trance, some sort
of I love you trance because they love each other and she's she wants Bondi
gone. So there's gonna be an opening off the Epstein cover-up pedophile cover-up by Donald Trump scandal. That's a mouthful. Soon.
Yeah?
So, follow me.
They file the case, they check the box
on the civil cover sheet,
which of course I have a copy of,
that says Miami is the proper venue
for this case of defamation against the Wall Street Journal
because they reported on what they saw with their own eyes
given to them by somebody, asterisk,
somebody in the US Attorney's office in New York.
And they run the story because Rupert Murdoch
is taking on Donald Trump.
He doesn't care about the Wall Street Journal,
he cares about Fox News.
And Fox News is owned and controlled by Rupert Murdoch
and the Loughlin Murdochs of the world.
And so you have, they checked the box for Miami,
not just because their lawyer Alejandro Brito
is located in Miami-Dade County,
but because they want to avoid checking the box for where,
where Mar-a-Lago is located, which is Palm Beach,
because if they check the box for the West Palm Beach
division of the Southern District of Florida,
they got a one in two chance of getting Aileen Cannon.
Because there's only three judges
that sit up there regularly.
A senior judge, Middlebrooks, Judge Rosenberg, Judge Cannon.
That's how she got the case last time.
Click, they checked Fort Pierce
or they checked West Palm Beach.
She sits kind of part-time in West Palm, full-time in Fort Pierce or they checked West Palm Beach. She sits kind of a little part-time in West Palm,
full-time in Fort Pierce, and they got her,
but they don't want her again.
Because think about the awkward scenario.
If in the next 30 days, 60 days, 90 days,
Donald Trump has to have sent Pam Bondi
a thank you for your thanks and hopes and prayers, please and thank you.
Your services will no longer be needed.
Go spend more time with your family, letter.
If that opening happens, think of the awkward situation
of the case assigned for defamation for billions of dollars
sitting in the presiding judge being alien canon
that he now wants to flip over to be the head
of the Department of Justice.
Or if there's an opening during the course of this case,
which could last a year,
especially if Rupert Murdoch isn't going to settle the case
or it takes a year or two to settle,
then if there's an opening
on the United States Supreme Court that he wants to stick,
by the way, I'm not promoting this. I don't want this to happen, but I am not going to blow smoke or sunshine
either. If there's an opening on the US Supreme Court, Alito and Thomas both over, you know,
pushing mid 70s, would he slide Aileen Cannon in there or another appellate court opening?
There hasn't been many appellate court openings yet. In fact, we're six months into this administration. Donald Trump does not
have a US attorney confirmed yet, and he doesn't have a judge position or an
appellate judge position confirmed yet. Amy Boevi may change that in the next
month or so. But he's not doing good on that front, on the federal judge front.
You know what they say, first impressions matter. Whether I on that front, on the federal judge front.
You know what they say, first impressions matter. Whether I'm in court, on camera,
or just heading out to meet friends,
looking sharp isn't optional, it's essential.
And staying well-groomed, that takes tools you can trust.
For me, that's Harry's.
I've been using Harry's for a while now,
whether to clean up around my beard
or when I'm clean shaven and I'm hooked.
The trial set I got came with a sleek weighted handle
that feels like it belongs in a high-end barber shop,
a five blade razor, their signature foaming shave gel
and a travel cover all delivered straight to my door.
The packaging is clean and modern and yeah,
it looks pretty good sitting on my bathroom counter.
I keep a short beard and I like a clean shave
on the neck and cheeks.
Harry's gives me a close smooth result around my beard
or when I shave it all off every time
without the irritation.
And the shave gel, rich lather, fresh scent.
Honestly, it's a game changer.
Here's the best part.
You get top quality German engineered blades,
customizable refills for as low as two bucks
and that $10 trial set right now it's just six bucks.
Show everyone you mean business, get Harry's.
Normally their trial set is $10,
but right now you can get it for just $6
at harrys.com slash legal AF.
That's our exclusive link, harrys.com slash legal AF
for a $6 trial set.
So I don't think it was an accident that Aline Cannon was avoided. harries.com slash legal AF for a six dollar trial set.
So I don't think it was an accident
that Aileen Cannon was avoided.
I think he's keeping her on the bench,
keeping his powder dry to a pointer
and have her fail up to another position.
That's one.
Let's go to the second Easter egg.
Buried in the complaint
and in the Wall Street Journal article
that is the foundation for the defamation case
is the representation by the reporters
that they've seen the scrapbook and or the pasting in it
of Donald Trump's X-rated birthday card
where he signed his name, you know,
that Sharpie pen with that squiggle signature.
And the squiggle signature became the pubic hair
for the pornographic doodle
that Donald Trump included to Jeffrey Epstein.
Yeah, which Donald Trump of course denies.
They say that they've spoken to the FBI agents
and the people responsible for the prosecution of Epstein
and Jelaine Maxwell
saw this material.
Now, I don't know if it went to the grand jury,
the grand jury evidence box,
but they spoke to people who saw it.
They saw it and they spoke to people who saw it
in real time during the prosecution and the investigation.
We know that Jelaine Maxwell got prosecuted not by Florida,
but by the Southern District of New York
where Maureen Comey was a lawyer
because she was the prosecutor for Jelaine Maxwell,
James Comey's daughter,
and convicted her in front of a jury, nine-zero,
of sex trafficking of underage girls and rape,
effectively them being raped by Epstein.
So I assure you, the Wall Street Journal does not run
that article without having corroborating evidence and witnesses
about it. Right before the article is published, but before the
article is published, the Wall Street Journal sends an email to Donald Trump
and Carolyn LeVette, the press secretary,
and says they're going to run this article in the next couple of days.
Trump jumps in and denies it, goes on a social media rant about pile of garbage, Rupert Murdoch,
I'm going to sue him for everything he's worth, whatever.
But they get notice. Sometime in there,
between the notice and the publication,
Maureen Comey is fired.
Now, there's no reason that was given.
But if I were a speculator
with some reasonable experience hunch in me,
I would say maybe Maureen Comey or somebody on her team
corroborated and cooperated with the Wall Street Journal to publish that piece.
Could be an ex-FBI, could be somebody ex in her office, but the firing of the
person, she didn't get fired because she didn't she didn't convict P. Diddy of
racketeering. I mean P. Diddy of racketeering.
I mean, P. Diddy is probably on his way
to a pardon with Donald Trump as it is.
I have no insider knowledge on that.
That's just my observations as a human being and a lawyer.
But on the Maureen Comey side,
she successfully prosecuted Jelaine Maxwell.
Jelaine Maxwell's family's trying to lobby Donald Trump
to get a pardon.
Donald Trump's trying to sweep Epstein and his relationship with Epstein under the rug,
as is others in his administration, including the Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick,
that bought the townhouse next to one of the scenes of the crime
for the predator experience and lives there still in New York.
Everybody in the Trump administration wants to sweep this under
the rug. Pam Bondi, Donald Trump as a willing friend, colleague, wingman of
Epstein during critical moments when he was also a sexual predator, and Howard
Lutnick who bought his adjoining townhouse from the Epstein trust. I mean, this stinks to high heaven.
So I don't think it's a coincidence
that Maureen Comey was fired as Jelaine Maxwell's prosecutor
in the period between Donald Trump's team
getting notice of the article
and the article being published.
