Newly discovered bank and tax documents show that Trump and one of his inner circle Bill Pulte have been lying to a federal court that Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook committed mortgage fraud by falsely claiming that she told her lender that 2 homes of hers were both “primary residences” in order to gain an economic and tax advantage. As Michael Popok reports based on Reuters expose, turns out that Cook told her lender in writing that her Atlanta property was a “vacation” or “second home” and she never declared the property as her “primary” for property tax purposes. Financial fraud is a big deal. Don't do it. No, it's not a personal service announcement. That's what Bill Pulte has been saying on his social media. That's the Nepo baby who bought his way onto a Freddie May and Fannie Mac job with Donald Trump. This is what he says in order to go after Letitia James of the New York Attorney General's office and go after Lisa Cook on the board of governors of the Federal Reserve and go after Adam Schiff. Except there's some problems with the Lisa Cook part of it as she battles

and wins in court to keep her job and Donald Trump runs to the appellate court to try to get her bounce by next week. Not only is Bill Pulte's parents guilty of the quote unquote same crime as he's accused her of, which is checking the box on her mortgage applications for a couple of properties

and saying that they're both her primary residence in order to get a little bit of a financial benefit from a mortgage interest rate standpoint, maybe from a tax standpoint, except Reuters just determined that she didn't do that and that there's documents that demonstrate that she was up front with the credit union that lent her the money on the Atlanta house. She's got a house in Michigan. She got a house in Atlanta. She got a house in Massachusetts. Bill Pulte says, I see documents where she signed it and she

said stipulated this will be your primary residence, but you didn't see all the docs, Bill. You missed the one where she filled out the questionnaire. And on the loan proposal, she listed it, the Atlanta home, as her second home or her vacation home. And she never took the tax deduction on the Atlanta property that she's renting out, demonstrating that she thought it was her primary residence. She only did that in Michigan. So now what do you do? I am sure the Department of Justice is not going to reverse course and submit to the judge,

Judge Lea Cobb, Judge Cobb, that Lisa Cook did not commit quote unquote mortgage fraud. No, they just doubled down on it. in a filing at the D.C. Court of Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Circuit Court and saying, there's material good cause and just cause and for cause to fire her from her position. Even though the judge, Judge Cobb, got through saying none of what you're alleging is relevant

because it happened before she became on the Board of Governors and the misconduct that you're trying to toss her over has to happen while she's on the job about her statutory duties. but now Reuters has come out and blown the door wide open and blown the scandal wide open and pointed the finger right back at Bill Pulte. I'm going to cover it all right here on the Midas Touch Network and Unlegal A.F.

How did we get here? Donald Trump, like a toddler in a high chair, couldn't get rid of J. Powell on the Federal Reserve because he wouldn't go and there was no forecaused reason to get rid of him, which the Supreme, even the Supreme Court says you need to get rid of somebody on the board of governors. So he looked around, he said, who's black?

I mean, this is my artist rendering. Okay, look into her mortgages. So they looked into her mortgages. He said, oh, she's got three properties. Oh, check the mortgages. Maybe she took her primary residence. She declared it twice. Bill Pulte would know all about that

because his father, Mark Pulte, and his stepmother, Julia Pulte, have checked the box, not only checked the box for two primary residences, one that they rent out in Michigan and one in Boceretone, Florida, But they've gotten tremendous tax benefits in Michigan and in Florida because they've named them the primary residences to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. In fact, Michigan has already backcharged them to get back the money based on Reuters reporting.

And other reporting says that 20% of the cabinet for Donald Trump, Labor Secretary, Transportation Secretary, EPA administrator have two loans that both check the box to say that they're primary residences. now let's go back to lisa cook Lisa cook said I'm not guilty I don't have two primary residences that I take advantage of and now Reuters has determined that in the questionnaire

that she filled out effectively that listing what the property uses would be in the stipulation that they got this from the credit union she listed it as her big home, not her primary residence, right? So on a loan appraisal or a loan approval estimate, it's listed on

518, 2021, the Atlanta property as a vacation home with the credit union. And in Atlanta, and in Georgia in Fulton County, she never took the primary residence tax deduction or tax classification that would have helped her on that property. But she did in Michigan. You see how this is all falling apart before our very eyes. And now we then return to be in the filing that Mark Pulte was all hot, Bill Pulte, sorry, Freddie May and Fannie Mac was all hot and bothered about, which said that there was a stipulation in both loans that she signed that this would be her primary residence. If you look closely at the fine print, it also said that that property is stipulated to be

a primary residence unless the lender agreed. otherwise unless the lender agrees in writing. And they've got the writings from within the credit union acknowledging that the underwriting of the loan that committee inside the credit union knew or should have known that it was a primary, it was not a primary residence, the Atlanta property. The only reason this is important is because Judge Cobb just ruled that she gets to, Lisa Cook gets to stay in her job as one of seven on the Board of Governors to run the Federal Reserve independently, and one of 12 to vote on the 16th of September on the Federal Open Markets Committee about rates, interest rates. That's what Donald Trump wants. He's not satisfied with having three out of seven votes on the Federal Reserve. He wants four out of seven so that he has the majority so he can fire all of the regional bank presidents and replace them with his lackeys so he can get the majority to lower interest rates whenever he so pleases and to overhaul the Federal Reserve in his image. That's what we're watching. That's why this fight is so important.

But if you're going to come at Lisa Cook, you better come heavy and you better come correct and they're not correct about primary residences. First of all, the judge said, if you're looking at a four-cause termination of a governor on the Federal Reserve, it has to be based on the case law. It has to be for one of three things happening on the job, not before the job, not before she was confirmed. They have to prove she was inefficient, neglect of duty, or malfeasance. maybe moral turpitude problems while she was on and in the governor position, not before.

So they have to show she sucks at her job, she's slow at her job, or she does, you know, I gave the example, inefficiency, neglect of duty, and malfeasance. And the difference between the three states is, I'll put it this way, inefficiency is they give you 20, reports to prepare and you only get to five. Neglective duty is they give you 20 reports to prepare and you don't do any. And finally, malfeasance is you do the 20 reports, but you suck. And that's the grounds to get rid of somebody. Not they checked a box in this murky area of prime residence versus second homes back before she became on the Federal Reserve through a confirmation and due diligence process. And it's especially wrong given the fact that Bill Poles

Pulte's own family, who has close connections back to Donald Trump, did the exact same thing. So badly, though, that Michigan had a back charge Bill Pulte's father, a couple hundred thousand for basically tax fraud. So I agree with Bill Pulte, which started this. Financial fraud is a big deal. Don't do it, Pulte family. Now, what's the relationship between Bill Pulte, Mark Pulte, and Donald Trump? Well, you're going to like this one.

Bill Pulte, the son, 40-year-old son, Nepo baby of Mark Pulte, who was the builder. We did all the construction Pulte homes and all of that. Pulte, friends with Donald Trump moved in those circles in Palm Beach, now living in Bocca Raton. They both bid over the same property with Epstein that Epstein identified in Palm Beach. Mark Pulte was the loser of that purchased by Donald Trump

for $41 million that led to the destruction of the relationship. between Epstein and Trump. However, several years later, Mark Pulte bought what was then the highest-priced house in Palm Beach County on that same piece of land, which was $122 million. That's how far back the Pulte Trump family go.

And now you're talking about don't throw stones in a glass house, especially when you have multiple houses, some in Michigan and some in Bocca Raton. Now, if I'm the lawyers, of course, for Lisa Cook, I rushed this back in an emergency filing with the Judge Cobb, who's still presiding over the case and getting to the bottom. She found that the firing under the Federal Reserve Act was wrong because there was no for cause that was appropriate, even if this mortgage thing was true,

and also found that Lisa Cook was not given proper due process rights to be able to put in this type of evidence in a hearing. Under due process, when your property rights like employment are being taken away from you, you get the right to defend yourself. This is where her lawyers would have said, here's my full submission to the credit union. This says vacation home. This says second home. Here's my tax filing in Michigan.

And in Atlanta, you see, I only took one primary home tax exemption. She didn't get due process. That's why the judge blocked her firing. Now, you've got to hurry up and get that there and then transmit it over to the district court court of appeals because Donald Trump filed an emergency application late last night asking them to rule by Monday to kick her out of her job before the 16th of September.

So there's one less vote he's got to worry about on rate cutting. Well, thank you to Reuters for, for doing a great job. They're on this, man. They took down Mark Pulte, the parents of Bill Pulte. They took down the cabinet, 20% of the cabinet doing the same thing. And now they've vindicated Lisa Cook with this new information that, of course, would have been part of a due process process had Donald Trump given her one. I'm going to cover it all.
