You got some breaking news that involves yet another child sex trafficking ring associated with the Trump presidency. This time, no surprise here. Matt Gates, Donald Trump's pick to be the attorney general at the start of the administration, a disgraced congressperson who ran away from Congress and resigned in order to avoid the House Ethics Committee report about his conduct, whose wingman and best friend Joel Greenberg has been serving up to 11 years in prison for child sex trafficking, involving Matt Gates, as alleged by Joel Greenberg, has now been sued. There are new sex trafficking charges brought against Matt Gates in the Middle District of Florida in a civil suit filed by two Jane Doe's, Jane Doe, one and two.

I'm not shocked that this was going to happen. there was a hack of a transcript of a deposition from a civil suit between two of his co-defendants suing each other for defamation, Joel Greenberg on one hand and Christopher Dorworth, who used to be a state representative in Florida, in which allegations about Matt Gates using drugs and alcohol to prey on women and girls in order to have sex with them and then pay them for it were exposed. Wait till I read to you from this complaint. Now, let's take the plane up 5,000 feet and look back down.

Epstein, child sex trafficking ring, two best friends, Donald Trump, along with Jeffrey Epstein, and Galane Maxwell. The Tate brothers connected to the Trump administration through Rick Grinnell and through Paolo Zambole, both in his administration and his son, Baron, as alleged. Now you've got the person Donald Trump thought should be the chief law enforcement officer of America and the Attorney General who's now got the new charges against them. Matt Gates, as we all know, resigned from Congress and withdrew his nomination or Trump did it for him to be the Attorney General of the United States before Pam Bondi was picked. And we knew it was because of the allegations of these very same allegations, of child sex trafficking swirling around him. He's always denied it.

Just a couple of hours ago late this afternoon, the New York Times ran a story saying that Florida congressman Matt Gates is under federal investigation for playing some role in sex trafficking and potentially having a relationship with a 17-year-old girl. There are very few details in major news outlets,

tonight about this story. We have no background on at all and not even any very informed questions. Instead, we've invited Congressman Gates on the show to respond to these stories and give us his view of them. Congressman, thanks so much for coming on. I appreciate it. So this is obviously a serious allegation. Tell us what the truth is from your perspective. It is a horrible allegation and it is a lie. The New York Times is running a story that I have traveled with a 17, year old woman, and that is verifiably false. People can look at my travel records and see that that is not the case. I'm built for the battle, and I'm not going anywhere. The smears against me range from distortions of my personal life to wild, and I mean wild, conspiracy theories. I won't be intimidated

by a lying media, and I won't be extorted by a former DOJ officials and the crooks he is working with, the truth will prevail. Now, he's always been an apologist and an enabler in the Trump circle. Let me just show you this clip, which has not aged well, of one Marjorie Taylor Green, who used to be Matt Gates' best friend sitting there defending what happened on Jan 6th. Here's what the complaint says in a suit against by Jane Doe 1 and 2 in the Middle District of Florida Federal Court brought by Spencer Coven, a lawyer who's been very involved in the Epstein matters and the like.

Here's what Spencer says in his new filing. They were men of power, wealth, and privilege who used their positions not to protect the vulnerable, but to prey on them. This action arises from the recruitment and sexual exploitation of Jane Doe 1 in And two, during 2017 through 2019, Gates and Greenberg coordinated the recruitment, payment, drugs, and travel to obtain commercial sex acts from young women. Dorworth, a lobbyist who was in the Florida House, knowingly participated in these events. This sort of came out already because in the lawsuit between Dorworth and Greenberg,

there was a hack of the transcript of the deposition. And it got released that we did reporting on it on leave. I. F. and might as touch, in which this very similar or same allegations that are in this complaint against Mac Gates were first revealed in that deposition. They say that all of these acts knowingly participated in by Dorworth with Gates and Greenberg. Greenberg using his own funding, Gates' money, the money from Greenberg's parents' dental practice to violate 18 United States Code 1595, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. At the time, the venture Gates was a sitting member of Congress. Paragraph one, holding himself out to be one of the

President Trump's closest confidants and most loyal supporters. Gates did not have that kind of account, but shared Greenberg's login so he could assist Greenberg in the venture search for financially vulnerable young women. Gates and Greenberg would split the cost of drugs, hotels, and girls. Greenberg used his public office to supply the women with false identification. Greenberg stole driver's licenses because he was the Seminole, Florida County, tax assessor, tax collector, and had access to surrendered driver's licenses, gave them to the girls and

women as false identity. 52. Gates and Greenberg allegedly coordinated the following means of recruiting, paying, and maintaining access to the women. Dorworth's alleged participation is limited to his separately pleaded conduct at his residence, where they used his residence, Big Mansion, to party. According to the allegations, Gates and Greenberg recruited women in financial need through the website, paid the women for sex through Venmo and PayPal transfers, labeled with innocent descriptions such as being my friend or rent or school or car deductible. Now, Spencer Coogan, who we know well, has also said he's got text messages from Gates, promising to cover the women's basic needs, including college tuition, rent and car expenses, supplying the women with

MDMA, cocaine, and other controlled substances, flying them to Miami, Las Vegas, the Bahamas, New York City, and paying them for sex. Telling Jane Doe and Jane Doe 1 and 2, they had to have sex with Gates before a nightclub visit in New York. Using private residences and rented properties, including Doorworth's home and Airbnb, where drugs were distributed and sexual activity was expected. forbidding the women from using phones or taking photographs on the trips, having associates vet new women before they were allowed to join trips. Joel Greenberg has always said, why am I sitting in jail when I was just the wingman for Matt Gates and why was Matt Gates let go? In 2023, it's a good question. The Biden administration in 2023 closed the criminal investigation into Matt Gates.

There were some rumors at the time that they had some problems with some of the testimony of some of the victims. These are financially and emotionally and physically vulnerable girls and women. on prosecuting Matt Gates. We said so at the time and we say so now. That's why, fortunately, the trafficking civil suit or statute allows for civil suits to be brought by these kind of Jane Does. Now, Joel Greenberg has given interviews.

Here's a clip. So when I went upstairs, hey, sweetheart, she says, oh, you never come to Jupiter to see where I'm from. And I'm like, I'm here, and she turns over, and it's not her. I'm like,

police my wife. Police were summoned by Greenberg's mother-in-law, Ashley Dunn, who was hiding in a bedroom. Hey, sweet, you know. He's freaking out, Joel is. Officers soon learned Greenberg was facing federal charges, including child sex trafficking and stalking. But when they couldn't locate his probation officer that Sunday morning, they let him go. If you're in violation and probation right now, that's how you are.

But if you are, they're going to follow warrant for your arrest. Turns out he was in violation of his curfew. So what do they want? Of course, we know what they want. They want a jury trial. they want a they brought the case against Joel Greenberg's family for funding his illicit disgusting behaviors they brought seven causes of action for sex trafficking against each of the people and what what I want to bring out here is this needs to be getting greater attention

I'm actually surprised that it took this long to file this lawsuit Joel Greenberg is already three or four years into his federal trial. Matt Gates resigned two years ago. There's no statute of limitations that's in play right now. So it could have been brought at any time. And then I have a fundamental question. How did Matt Gates get into the Pentagon to ask questions and who gave him his press credential?

That's a question for Donald Trump and his new neophyte press secretary. A neophyte is doing a heavy lift in that sentence. Katie Zacharia. She doesn't even have a security clearance. So she's going to have to answer questions about Matt Gates. This is now the third, at least third child sex trafficking and sex trafficking ring this administration has to answer for. How many is too many? I would have thought one. I would have thought one. Two, two, certainly. Three, three should topple this entire government. I think that's what the midterms are going to be about. There's so many October surprise. We can't keep track of them.

But we are now down to 17, 18 days until the midterms. Voting has already started. This is now time to vote, thumbs up or thumbs down, on this administration, and it's corruption, and it's abuse of women, including sexual abuse of women and girls and rape. It's time to end that culture. Send the message that this is not your America. This is not your values. This is not your patriotism. This is not how you want your constitutional republic run.
