Donald Trump's stealing $400 million from a college university in Miami for his presidential library is so terrible and so criminal that 59% of a primarily Republican county is against it, including MAGA. That's how bad it is. You need to steal money from Miami-Dade College. the parking lot that they want to turn over under some sort of compelled, forced request by Ron DeSantis, the governor, that parking lot sits across from water on Biscayne Boulevard next to Freedom Tower, the Ellis Island for the Cuban refugee experience. And you're going to take it for nothing? And what you do with the first $15 million? Now it turns out with new reporting that

Donald Trump had one foundation not-for-profit where he took the $15 million check from ABC on the George Stephanopoulos E. Jean Carroll defamation resolution? And now it's gone, along with the entity. He set up a new entity and siphoned off the money, or maybe he didn't. Where's the $400 million? Why isn't Miami-Dade College getting any of that? In return for this three-acre parcel of land for the Trump Library? And what happened to the first $15 million? I got an idea. Let's cover it all right here on the Midas Touch Network and on Legal A.F. I'm Michael Popock reporting from Miami. I know that property well. I've been to the Freedom Tower. It sits across for where the Miami Heat play. It's the last undeveloped parcel in that entire block. Parcels just like it, but probably not as nice because it has a water view. They go for $3 to $400 million. Sure, the property appraiser said it's worth $67 million, but it's worth $400 million on the open market.

Do you think Miami-Dade College has an endowment that can afford just giving away a piece of property that it could have got $400 million for? The educators, the student body, the alumni should be up in arms over this, and they are. You can rarely get Miami-Dade County to rule against Donald Trump or vote against Donald Trump. 59% said, what? They're selling it for nothing. They're giving it away for the Trump library? they shouldn't give it away, says the poll results, and they certainly shouldn't give it away for free.

And when you've lost the Miami Republican MAGA community, you're dead. Things have turned. The worm has turned for Donald Trump. Let me break it down for you right here. Here's what happened. Miami-Dade County had a three-acre, has a three-acre parking lot for faculty and student parking

next to Freedom Tower, which they also operate. That sat there for years. Could have been developed by them. Could be part of their campus. And if they're going to sell it, they should get something for it, don't you think? But no, Ron DeSantis did a couple of things, some of which were covered and some of which weren't.

First, we've got that he passed a law that said that local government like Miami-Dade County or Palm Beach County or local cities can't have a veto power, can't do voting about whether a presidential library is going to be placed in their community. He wanted it all to be at the state level. All right, so that happened. Then he slams

in and forces Miami-Dade College to sell to the state and to a state trust the land secretly in the middle of the morning without really proper public notice at 8 a.m. taking it off of the live stream that usually is usually available to the public because in Florida, if you can believe it, we've had government in the sunshine laws, public disclosure laws for the last 30 years. So if you're going to make a decision like the trustees of a college and you're going to sell off a piece of your property and you're a public entity, you got to give the public proper notice. You got to let them participate. You got to let them object. Instead, they said, 8 a.m. discussion about transfer of property to the state.

That's it. Not for the Trump Library, not which property, not for free, nothing. 8 a.m., they turn off the cameras, click. they meet, and lo and behold, they vote to transfer it to the state. Minutes later, the state cabinet, led by Governor DeSantis, votes to give it, give it, zero dollars to Donald Trump, and it was zero dollars out from the Miami-Dade College. You'd think there'd be a lawsuit over this, and there is. There's been a lawsuit filed for a temporary restraining order under a violation of the Florida

Sunshine Law, Law on the Sunshine, government in the Sunshine, and Judge Mabel, Ruiz, a judge in the 11th Circuit where I practice, she issued the temporary restraining order. The lawyers who brought that case with the plaintiff being Marvin Dunn, an African-American historian who's a Democrat, who sued, you need a plaintiff. Those lawyers at Rivera Mestri are coming on legal AF to meet with me this week and talk about that case and why they brought And while I have them, I'm going to talk about some other cases I like to see filed. Like about the ballroom that's being built with public money, apparently, on the White House, a public piece of property to make it look like Mar-a-Lago.

She wants the meeting renoticed. She wants the public to be able to participate. Yeah, the 60% of Miami who says, don't do it.

But look at the balls on the Trump administration. Not that they're going to steal from this poor little university that barely has enough money in its endowment to operate, you don't think it would change their world, it would rock their world, move the needle for them. If they had $400 million that was pumped into their university. See, Donald Trump doesn't give a crap about universities. He's, oh, I want to change what?

Harvard. I want to change Cornell. I want all these universities to come unbended knee and beg me for money and I'll give it to them if they get rid of and let me control their academics and their student body. Here's a school in the middle of red, red, ruby red Republican Miami-Dade County, at least this part of it. And what does he do with it? He steals from them. He says, I'll take the 400. Now let's turn to the 15 million that's missing. As long as we're on the latest scandal. pardon me so here's the 15 million a few months ago somebody opened up a foundation a not-for-profit foundation in florida okay called it like the donald j trump library foundation or something like that formed an LLC a limited liability company as well in florida took in the 15 million

when ABC decided back before Jimmy Kimmel that they were going to keep bending the knee and puckering up for Donald Trump and paying him tribute because George Stephanopoulos when interviewing E. Jean Carroll who's holding $100 million in judgments that says she's a sexual abuse survivor

of Donald Trump. They said he used the word rape. You were raped by Donald Trump. Oh, Donald Trump. I wasn't a rapist. I was a judge to be a sex abuser. Like that matters. Like if you're at a cocktail party,

and somebody points a finger at you and says, you were a rapist. You say, no, I'm not. I'm a sex abuser. I still think you're going to be shown the door, if you know what I mean. You're still going to be ostracized. So he didn't like that word.

ABC's all, you know, we got so many problems with the Drum administration. What are we going to do? Bang in their heads. We need our license. We don't want the FCC up our ass. We're going to pay the $15 million. It'll go to the Trump presidential library foundation.

It's like the equivalent of Stephanoplas's salary. Where'd it go? That got dissolved. It's now inactive. And a new one popped up. the Donald Trump Presidential Foundation, headed by Eric Trump and Tiffany Trump's new husband, Boullis, whose father is running around

as some sort of foreign emissary for Donald Trump, along with Steve Whitkoff. It's all crazy. It's all nuts. It's all a fraud. Remember those golden days when Donald Trump used to complain in MAGA about Hunter Biden getting one board seat in Ukraine with Burisma oil? Oh my God, he's trading on the Donald.

the Biden name. Oh, Joe Biden had a phone call. He talked about the weather. Oh, they're trading on the presidency. Look what's going on here. Where's the 15 million? Where did it go? Where's the records related to it? And stop stealing from Miami-Dade College, which used to be Miami-Dade Community College, and it's $400 million. Now, the TRO is only going to last until they re-noticed that hearing. I'm going to get the lawyers on to talk about what's going to happen next and how they're going to stop it because they got to stop it. I mean, that community should be up in arms about this. And this is the location for the Trump presidential library. A guy who's never read a book. He's ghostwritten all of his books. He barely reads. He's barely literate. Why does he need

a library? He should just go to the local public library and just, you know, we'll give him a wooden bookshelf. He can go put his books there and his papers there. And what's going to be in the, I'll end it on this. What's going to be in the presidential library. He's burning and trashing all his presidential records. He was notorious in the first administration for ripping them up and shredding them and putting them in the fireplace, eating them and shoving them down the toilet. What's left? He uses insecure platforms like WhatsApp and signal and direct messages. What's going to be in this library? His social media accounts. I don't really get it. But we'll continue to follow what happens next. Now, this new
