Let me stitch two things together to show you that Donald Trump likely committed new crimes that should be investigated by the Department of Justice in his interactions in secret in communications with Vladimir Putin

of Russia that have been revealed in the new bombshell expose book investigative reporting by Bob Woodward called war in war. Bob Woodward on based on reliable corroborated sources, including AIDS and former AIDS of Donald Trump says that Donald Trump on a regular basis at least seven times had communication with Vladimir Putin. Now let's put that in contrast to what Donald Trump has told the world. And you'll see the crimes that have been committed in violation of our constitution that he should be that he should be investigated for. He said that

he has the solution for Ukraine having been attacked by Russia and he can get it resolved overnight. And we know what that resolution is. The resolution is that Putin keep the 40% of Ukraine a sovereign country, longing to breathe free, longing to be part of NATO, longing to be democracy, a firewall against tyranny and the march of Putin to reestablish control over the former Soviet Union. And his solution, just give up, just give up 40% of your territory, Putin will go away for now as Poland and other places quake in their boots. And what if Putin wants to go and get and grab another historical

region of Mother Russia that he claims is sitting in another country that's sovereign called Ukraine? So now you've got that and Donald Trump's frequent communications, at least seven of them, including one where he threw the aid out of the room with his buddy, his bromance with Vladimir Putin. So strong that he said, Flattie, I don't want you to die from COVID. I'll send you scarce COVID testing materials only available to Americans. That was so bad that Vladimir Putin as his campaign manager for Donald Trump wanting to get him elected said, don't tell anybody about this. It won't go well for you. Like I'm a dictator, right? Elections don't matter to me. I always win by 90%.

You, it matters. Don't tell anybody. What else didn't they tell each other? Now, there is a constitutional provision. Not that Donald, I mean, Donald Trump has an allergy to the Constitution. He's a stranger to it. Even though he occupied, he was the only person that occupied one of the three branches for at least four years, and he's trying to get that job again. And if you look at Article 2,

Section 3 of the United States Constitution, the Article 2 is everything about the presidential core presidential powers. That's the one that the Supreme Court is all excited about in their immunity analysis. What are the core presidential powers? Those are the ones that are absolute immune. All right, core presidential powers, one of them is Article 2, Section 3, which says that the president is the sole person in America who has the right and the ability to discuss and negotiate with foreign powers and foreign nations about treaties and other things. They are the sole person to conduct foreign policy, not some amateurs, not some other

people, not some former presidents, they are not allowed to do that. In fact, there are two statutes on the book, one from 1799 called the Logan Act, which makes it a federal crime and it's still on the books to negotiate a dispute between the US and a foreign government by that American without authority

having that contact with the foreign entity. No shadow government, no government in exile. You can't solve the Ukraine problem by having a conversation with Vladimir Putin without violating the Logan Act from 1799. And if he didn't violate the Logan Act, it was also codified in another federal statute, 18 USC 953, United States Code 953.

Let me read that one to you so you understand where I'm going with this particular hot take and the crimes that have been committed. In 18 USC 953, it says, any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who without authority of the United States States directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer agent thereof with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined and imprisoned,

not more than three years or both." Isn't that exactly what Donald Trump is doing? Conducting his own shadow foreign policy, having direct conversations with enemies of the America, against America's interests. You think Donald Trump is consistent with American policy when he makes the phone call to Vladimir Putin to talk about Ukraine? The American position is clear. We support Ukraine to protect Ukraine's and its democracy and its sovereignty

against aggression, against the attempt to put it out of business, put Ukraine out of it. That's what Russia wants. They want to rejoin Ukraine, absorb it back into Russia with all these ridiculous claims of historical, you know, Don Boss is ours and the Crimea is ours and yeah, a lot of things are ours. I mean, or other peoples. The French could come up tomorrow and take back Louisiana, I guess. The Mexicans could take back large parts of America, I assume. The Russians could take back Alaska.

I mean, so forget all of that. It's the conversations and the communications. You think Donald Trump was properly briefed by anybody? Any former secretary of State, any former Attorney General, anybody that knows what they're doing about the Logan Act and this other statute and guiding him about core presidential powers. Now, when he's in office, he wants to be the only one. He'll be prosecuting people who violate Article 2, Section 3.

That we know for sure. But right now, come on, forget about it. This is another breach of not only etiquette, not only of decorum and norms, it's a crime. It's a crime. And the only way to stop it is Joe Biden is still president, everybody. And will be until 1159 on January 20th. Kamala Harris is vice president, attorney general Merrick Garland, not going anywhere.

Open up an investigation. I like to end these hot takes with a call to action. Sometimes it's to our loyal audience, the community, legal aversive minus statutes. Sometimes I'm speaking to somebody else, like Merrick Garland, attorney general, open up an investigation to determine whether the Logan Act and 18 USC 953 of the federal statutes crimes all have been violated because Donald Trump has

tried to undermine the Article 2 powers of the person that's sitting in the office. We have one president at one time and his name is Joe Biden for now until it isn't. And so when I read the excerpts from the Bob Woodward expose, the investigative reporting, well documented, well researched,

Donald Trump's people can say all they want. Oh, it should be in the fiction section of a bookstore, the bargain basement bin, or it should be used as toilet paper. Really? He's written like 30 books. He's the one that cracked the Nixon kleptocracy and criminal enterprise wide open in the Washington Post, which was our last criminal president. Bob Woodward's credentials as an investigative

reporter, as former managing editor of the Washington Post, are unassailable. If he says it happened, it happened. When he says the former aide told him, and it was corroborated by others, that on one occasion, at least recently in 2023 in Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump threw the aide out while he had a private phone call with Vladimir Putin Putin on the phone please hold for the former 45 believe it and he said there were six other phone calls that were related to Vladimir Putin what are they talking about don't bother putting in the comments I already know Ukraine how how Donald Trump should win the election what the Russians can do to help Donald Trump win an election. When Russia TV, RTTV, and two of its members were prosecuted by Merrick Garland and the Biden Department of Justice recently because of their trying to capture a right-wing media company called Tenant Media in Tennessee

and pay $10 million to improperly influence social media podcasters, right-wing bro podcasters on Tenant Media and make them and make them be meat puppets saying all the things that Russia liked against Ukraine, against foreign interests when they did that investigation and Reuters news agency reached out to RT, Russia television. You know what they said? Talk about the brazenness and the balls, which comes from having a close relationship between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin.

They said, there's only three things, only three things that you can count on. This is Russia TV telling Reuters, one, death, two, taxes, and three, Russians interfering with your election. That's how brazen and bold they've gotten because that's what they're doing. You know, Russian trolls using AI and otherwise to undermine Kamala Harris. Let me say something out loud that's obvious. Vladimir Putin wants Donald Trump to win. There's two horses in this

race and Vladimir Putin is betting everything on Trump winning because that helps him. Why? Because he has this weirdo relationship, vibing thing with Donald Trump. Okay, that's one. And two, he believes Donald Trump will bend over, let him do anything he wants in his sphere of influence in the Russia area. Three, he knows Donald Trump is divisive and puts Americans at each other's throats and that weakens America at American resolve and democracy. And the weaker democracy is the stronger communism and the stronger Vladimir Putin's dictatorship is.

The weaker we are, the stronger he is. The weaker the dollar is, the stronger the whatever it is, the stronger he is. The weaker the dollar is, the stronger the, whatever it is, the ruble is. The more Americans hate each other, the more it's red versus blue instead of red, white, and blue, Russia wins. Problem is we got a guy who's running to be the leader

of the free world that doesn't understand that. Doesn't care about it, because all he cares about is outrunning Jack Smith and the criminal prosecution. To get to, you know, like we were kids, to get to the base, to get to the tree. I'm safe. You're fired, Jack Smith. I won the presidency.

You're fired, Judge Chutkin. I won the presidency. You're fired, criminal investigations against me. I won. That's all he's doing. As an 80 year old, he can barely get out of bed in the morning. Can barely put a sentence together. But he knows enough to call Vladimir Putin

and Putin's like, oh, let's get Trump on the line. Think about on the, just for a moment, the Putin side of that phone call and the preparation for that phone call. You could just see like generals and other members of, you know, the former KGB, whatever they call it these days, the security agency, the CIA of Vladimir Putin, sitting around going, I have a call coming up with my buddy Trump. What do I need to put in his head?

What do I need to make him believe? He's basically my agent. He's basically my puppet. I can make him do anything. What should I tell him? You don't think Putin plans? Putin was the head of the KGB. You know, like George Bush, the first was the head of the CIA. He was the chief spook. Putin was the chief spook for Russia. You don't think he understands psychological warfare, misinformation, brainwashing? He invented it. Donald Trump is child's play in his hands as the chief spy master, former spy master for Russia.

So that was the scariest part. The COVID test I thought was interesting. Just showed you the closest to that relationship. But the violation of federal law in our US constitution, criminal.
