I want to take the raid on Representative Ilhan Omar's house from a different angle. What was the supporting affidavit that was used to convince a federal magistrate judge in the District of Columbia that there was probable cause that a crime had been committed? Now, normally, I wouldn't doubt and criticize the Department of Justice in advance about which affiant, which declarant, which person under oath gave that statement. Except we have history, recent history. of search warrants and indictments being based on false evidence. Let me use as an example in this hot take, Kurt Olson.

Kurt Olson, who is in the Department of Justice, had been in the Department of Justice, and was the person they used to support the search warrant request to a magistrate judge in Georgia to obtain over 70 boxes of 2020 election material, voter data, and machines. Kurt Olson is the same Kurt Olson who just failed a lie detector test and could not get a security clearance to continue as a prosecutor on Donald Trump's grand conspiracy theory. So you cannot put it past the Department of Justice to use some crazy crackpot, untruthful person to support the affidavit and provide the affidavit to the federal magistrate judge to get a search warrant. This is a Department of Justice that now has a reputation for using false evidence, using false testimony, trying to secure indictments that are false and search warrants to.

I'm Michael Popak. You're on Midas Dutch. Let's use the parable, the example of Kurt Olson about Representative Ilhan Omar. They've been going after, Donald Trump's been going after Representative Omar for over 10 years. they swept into power together in 2018. She, a representative from a congressional district in Minnesota representing her community. She is Somali descent. She is a practicing Muslim. She is part of the squad along with AOC and therefore has been under Donald Trump's skin from the very beginning. He calls her garbage.

He calls her country. She came from garbage. She's, of course, a naturalized citizen. And this is all about whether she married her brother. maybe had a baby with them? Those are the allegations. That's the blood libel against Representative Ilhan Omar. Side note, if any of that is true, she should not be in office. I understand that. I'm talking about process and procedure and whether you can trust the Department of Justice. Hell, we just had a federal judge, Anna Reyes, tell the Department of Justice and lawyers for the

government, you cannot be trusted in her courtroom in the last 24 hours. We've had examples that we've talked about on legal A.F. And on Midas touch, of false indictments having to be dismissed by the Department of Justice, dismissing indictments in Chicago because they lied to a grand jury, dismissing indictments in Minnesota because the Department of Justice allowed false testimony to be presented to a grand jury in order to obtain an indictment that should never have been brought. I mean, Judge Perry in Chicago is right now evaluating whether she should appoint an independent counsel,

an independent prosecutor, to evaluate the Department of Justice because of the abuse of the grand jury process in Chicago about the Broadview Six protesters. And we know that Minnesota has been in the crosshairs of the Trump administration, using it as an example of what they consider, to be liberal activist, left-wing. They've been going after the governor, Tim Walz. They've been

going after Keith Ellison, the Attorney General. They've been going after Representative Omar. Minnesota has suffered more at the hands, I would suggest, suffered more at the hands of this president than any other state of the California 2nd and Illinois 3rd. going after them for fraud, going after their elected officials, saying nasty things about their elected officials. Hell, I just interviewed Keith Ellison, who's running for his third term as Attorney General, to block Donald Trump's mad excesses and abuses of power. And here's our discussion about Minnesota being on the receiving end of so much maga hatred and presidential power abuse. Play the clip. On the issue of the dim, Sue, and Trump, we have had zero participation

from any Republican at all, period. Zero. Zero. That's a lot higher than 95%. And let me just tell you this. I've had, I've had Republican AG say to me, man, I hope you guys went on that, on this lawsuit or that one. I'm like, you know, at what point do you think you guys, I'm not I'm not going to burn the guy who told me this, but I'll say, at what point do you think one of you guys could join us? He said, man, if any one of us joined us, that'd be our last term in office, man, you know. Which brings us to the process to obtain a search warrant. Now, in order to get a search warrant against a sitting member of Congress, you first have to go to the public integrity section of the Department of Justice. That's a laugh.

That's currently being headed by an acting head who has no interest whatsoever in making. sure that whatever's left of the shambles of the public integrity section of the Department of Justice, that it actually do its job. Donald Trump and Pam Bondi and now Todd Blanche have put the public integrity section out of business. That's where Jack Smith, by the way, cut his teeth. That's where many top prosecutors and defense lawyers started, going after government officials for corruption, bribery, election interference, et cetera. You have to first get permission, approval. So who gave the approval?

And was Donald Trump involved? Was Todd Blanche involved? That's one. Donald Trump says he wasn't involved and then criticizes the representative. Play the clip. Well, I understand they're looking at a very carefully. I've always found it to be totally crooked personally,

but that has nothing to do with me. I think she's a terrible person. She's just a complainer. She comes from a country that is a non-country. And then she comes over here and she complains about our Constitution. I think she's a terrible person,

Then you've got to have a supporting package of material to take in with evidence into a federal magistrate judge. Now, we haven't gotten the affidavit yet. It'll come in the next few days. But it used to be, I'd be like, well, they got somebody who has the goods on Representative Omar. They've seen a document. There's some sort of fact witness.

No, forget that. I'm not sure who it's going to be, but I'm sure I'm going to be. by the person that signs on the dotted line under penalty of perjury that there's probable cause to believe that Representative Omar married her brother. Okay. And I use as a prime example, Kurt Olson. Kurt Olson, an election denier, probably the number one election denier within the Trump administration.

He had worked on the 2020 election as an election denier. He's been sanctioned by federal and state courts for bringing his crazy crackpot theories in there. He's represented at Carrie Lake and other MAGA. He was so nutty that in the first administration, Team Crazy, which is what the Jan 6 committee witnesses called Rudy Giuliani's group, did not want him on Team Crazy. That's how crazy you are. And yet now, until about a few months ago, he was the chief of the election integrity agency or department, whatever it was within the Trump administration. Then they try to move him over to become a member of prosecutor on the grand conspiracy theory against Obama era officials being run out of Florida with Judge Cannon.

He, we know, from reporting back in February, is the person one of three or four that was the supporting affidavit for the FBI to provide its testimony to a federal magistrate judge in Georgia to obtain a search warrant on probable cause that there had been crimes committed somehow in Georgia about elections in 2020 to seize 70 boxes of documents and election equipment. That, Kurt Olson. Here's the problem. We just got new reporting that Kurt Olson failed a lie detector test. Never a good look when the person you're using to support your search warrant can't tell the truth.

He didn't tell the truth, according to reporting, based on his interactions with foreign entities. Therefore, he couldn't get a security clearance. Therefore, he couldn't be on the grand conspiracy investigation looking at the intelligence community. Now, Donald Trump has the power to waive anybody in and absolve them of their problem of not getting security clearance. He can effectively grant them security clearances or say it doesn't matter. Even Donald Trump was like, you can't get a security clearance? No, I'm not putting him on the prosecution team. But the point I'm making is they don't care in the government whether Representative Omar is innocent until proven guilty. They want to tar and feather her before the midterm elections in about 20 days. And now, while people are voting, as she's up for re-election, as all the members of the House are, that's all they care about. What really happens? whether the affiant, the person with the declaration, supporting the FBI is telling the truth, or is a liar under oath, they don't care. They've already gotten their pound of flesh.

They've already gotten the headline, just like they got the headline against Lettisha James, the New York Attorney General for mortgage fraud, even though she was never indicted, against James Comey, for perjury, although they later indicted him for seashells on the beach, former FBI director, threatening to go after Adam Schiff, the senator. from California two years ago. Again, no indictment. But they get their headlines. Criminal probe open against Representative Ilan Omar. We'll continue to follow it. Don't be surprised when I finally get my hands

on that affidavit. And I tell you who it is and who the FBI was relying on. And I tell you the whole thing is a House of Cards that was constructed to pay back the Democrats and Representative Omar for how well Jack Smith did in his

testimony against the House of the Senate Republicans proving that Donald Trump is a criminal beyond a reasonable doubt and and against Donald Trump Moralago raid where he was raided he wasn't home but he was raided at 6 o'clock in the morning the 6 o'clock in a morning raid of rudy juliani back in the day that's what this is all about and nothing to do i don't believe with representative omar with the one asterisk that if i'm wrong i'm wrong i will tell you so they got the goods that she married her brother come back and talk to you about it.
