What about Mike Pence? You got anything for Mike Pence?
Well, it's a shame because he and I had a very good relationship.
He couldn't cross the line of doing what was right, in my opinion. Well, it's a shame because he and I had a very good relationship. What happened to him? Hanging out somewhere.
He couldn't cross the line of doing what was right, in my opinion.
Some people would disagree with that, but he had the right to go.
This is Michael Popak, Legal AF.
Well, there you have it.
Another admission by Donald Trump that's going to be scraped and used by federal prosecutors
against some of the DC election interference case to show criminal intent and criminal mind by Donald Trump as he tried to force Mike Pence to quote unquote
cross the line, the line being the line between legality and illegality and try to throw
a monkey wrench into the certification process and declare ultimately Donald Trump the winner
and disenfranchise hundreds of millions of people on Jan 6, 2020.
That's what you just heard.
Look at that moment where that bro podcaster
in that interview, where Donald Trump's supposed
to be on there because he's avoiding the press
and he's avoiding the media
and he's just trying to speak
and activate his red meat base,
goes on these kinds of things with this guy,
mustache Monday or whatever that was.
And the guy says, whatever happened to Mike Pence?
Remember him?
The vice president of the United States,
what happened to that guy?
Yeah, we just couldn't get him to cross the line.
Okay, let's back up a bit.
Now you know, by the way, the reason that JD Vance,
during the debate, we now know why he was chosen,
because he's malleable, because he's a ball of clay.
He's mashed potatoes in a suit that Donald Trump can manipulate in order, in case we have another Jan 6,
the person in the future, when Donald Trump doesn't want to leave again, will do Donald Trump's bidding at every level
and will be the enabler of Donald Trump's worst instincts.
You think the vice president is gonna be a backstop,
is gonna be a firewall to protect America,
not in the hands of JD Vance.
The only thing we had going for us
during the first Trump term is that people with conscience
and with patriotism, or with a conscience
and with patriotism, stop Donald Trump,, and with patriotism, stop Donald Trump,
put their hand between his finger and the button,
if you will.
People like General Mattis, people like, you know,
his chief of staff who was a former general as well.
People like General Milley, all the generals
that Donald Trump surrounded himself with,
he was like collecting generals.
Like it was a Burger King glass collection.
Collect all eight.
Thank God those generals were like, this guy is a lunatic.
You know, there's movies made about this
that were made in the 60s and 70s.
And I was like, that'll never happen.
You know, Burt Lancaster will never as the general
try to take over America.
We just saw it.
And so thank God these people were around him. They didn't exercise the 25th Amendment to take Donald Trump out as
being, you know, unwell, unfit, but they were close. They did a lot of things
behind the scenes to stop him. Who's gonna stop him now? A cabinet filled with
heritage society, Federalist society selected, Leonard
Leo's selected people. Donald Trump's not even gonna know half these people. They're gonna be shoved down his throat
by the Federalist Society and by the Heritage Foundation and by Leonard Leo. That's what his
presidential transition team is doing. They're using a database created by the Heritage
Foundation and their Project 2025 initiative. So he'll have only toadies,
sycophants, and bootlickers around him, period. And now we know what he wanted to do. And the
reason I love that clip is because as I've said before, Donald Trump is continuing, continuing
to create and manufacture new evidence against him. He might as well just type at the bottom of that video clip, exhibit A.
Because I'm telling you, the prosecutors like Jack Smith
have teams of people, young lawyers and paralegals,
all they're doing all day is scraping the internet
and video clips like that and rally comments
and social media posts by Donald Trump and have them ready.
He is continuing to make new evidence.
The investigation is not over until the trial is over. The investigation, the prosecution runs parallel.
That's something Donald Trump has never gotten through his thick skull.
Right? And so when he says couldn't get him over that line,
let's talk about the line. As we know from the
superseding indictment against Donald Trump, and if we didn't know it from that from the
Georgia indictment of Trump, and if we didn't know it from that from the 165
pages just filed by Jack Smith that's now revealed to the public, we know that
the Jan 6 and the pressure campaign on Mike Pence led by Trump, Giuliani, Bannon, Ken Chesbrough, and Mike Roman and others
to try to get Mike Pence to be part of the conspiracy
to as the president of the Senate, not certify the election,
give them more time, let them file more lawsuits,
let them try to throw it ultimately.
This is the scary part people sometimes miss.
If they can't figure out the electoral count, which is what they wanted Pence to do, they want him to go, can't figure it out. Too many competing slates of electors, one fake, one real. Throw it
over to the states, throw it over to Congress. So Congress by state delegation picks the president
and there are more red state delegations than blue states.
That's the way around the electoral college count. The electoral college assigns to each state based
on their number of their congresspeople, their districts, and plus two for each senator electoral
votes, which means it's weighted towards larger states. That was one of the compromises when
America got put together. We came out of the Confederacy, came out of the
Confederation and made it a United States. Have you heard about NAD+, it's
a molecule in every cell of your body and it's critical to aging well.
NAD+, helps keep us feeling youthful by promoting cellular energy, maintaining
healthy DNA, using nutrients efficiently, and supporting detoxification.
But did you know NAD plus levels plummet with age?
So by age 50, most people's NAD plus levels
are only half of what they were at age 20.
Falling NAD plus levels is a major reason
that signs of aging start to accelerate.
Luckily, science has discovered a way
to boost your NAD plus levels up to 50%.
It's called Qualia NAD Plus,
a groundbreaking supplement from Qualia.
Many doctors and health experts over age 30
use Qualia NAD Plus themselves.
And I'm proud to have them sponsor this podcast
because their pioneering research
and life-changing nutritional
formulas are transforming how well people can age. Look, I want to feel decades younger than my actual
age, especially with my four-month-old daughter in the house. That's why I'm staying at the cutting
edge of aging research and boosting my NAD plus levels with Qualia NAD plus. Qualia NAD plus is a huge
part of how well I age and putting it in my control. NAD plus is a large molecule that struggles to be
bioavailable if you just supplement it directly. That's why Qualia NAD plus supports NAD plus the
right way by including ingredients called NAD+, precursors,
that your body can convert into NAD+,
to boost your body's own NAD+, production up to 50%.
And boosting your body's NAD+, production,
takes a full understanding of how it is created.
That's why Qualia NAD+, has many other holistic ingredients,
that support every key aspect
of NED Plus production in your body.
And get this, Qualia NED Plus is clinically tested and naturopathic doctor formulated.
I've been using Qualia NED Plus for about six months now.
And I'm experiencing energy levels and vitality that I thought I'd never feel again.
I had zero idea how much NAD plus levels played
in making me feel tired and run down and, well, feel my age.
Nutritional science is reaching the point
where someone 50 or 60 can feel 30 or 40,
but only if they take advantage
of these scientific breakthroughs.

Thanks to Qualia for sponsoring this podcast.
The way around that and give every state one vote
and there's more red states than blue states
you've seen the electoral map
is to turn it over to the house
and pick it like old timey times.
You know, when they went, they had to go to ballot
after ballot after ballot,
that would give Donald Trump the win,
disenfranchise hundreds of millions of people.
That was the strategy.
But Mike Pence had to get on board.
He had to get on the bus
or they were gonna throw him under the bus
and that's what happened.
Mike Pence reached out, thank God,
he left the beltway and that bubble
and that hermetically sealed environment in Washington
and he made a call or his lawyer made a call
because he had his own lawyer.
And that lawyer got Judge J. Michael
Ludig, who's going to be my guest for another interview this Friday on the Midas Touch Network
in a legal AF. They called Michael Ludig, who is a rock solid, first of all, he's a
rock-ribbed Republican, has only voted Republicans his whole life. He would have been on the
United States Supreme Court being put on by Bush. He should
be on the Mount Rushmore of Federalist, Conservative, Constitutional scholars and Presidential scholars,
but he's a patriot. And he told Mike Pence in no uncertain terms and then tweeted it out to the
world just to reinforce it and shove a steel rod up Mike Pence's butt and give him some backbone
said, you can't do this. You have a ministerial act as the vice president
or the president of the Senate.
You have to certify the election.
And he did.
And then Mike Pence saw that giant suburban,
blacked out suburban SUV coming for him
where the Secret Service was like, get in.
We're taking you away from the Capitol.
And he said, I'm not getting into that car.
That was the one moment of courage, the profile of courage from Mike Pence was not to get in that
suburban, get whisked away from the Capitol, get back into the Capitol when he could and get the
vote counted and certified because of what Michael Ludig told him. Michael Ludig was now a huge,
full-throated, enthusiastic supporter of Kamala Harris because she's the only one and the only party head
that represents the defense of the rule of law. And now we see what Trump wants. He always wants loyalty. Right now they're using, it's already public, they're using loyalty tests. One of the
heads of the presidential transition team for Donald Trump said loyalty tests, got to make sure
they're loyal.
Loyal to Donald Trump, right. The way that the FBI director, he wanted him loyal,
didn't want him independent. The DOJ attorney general wanted him loyal or he fired him like
Sessions and Barr and then three or four other attorney generals. Donald Trump wants loyalty.
He wants fealty. He wants people that'll kiss his ass and kiss his ring.
Enter JD Vance.
That's why when JD Vance was put on the spot, the only viral moment from a relatively
sort of polite and boring debate on both sides,
you know, Minnesota nice as they say,
was when Walls had the foresight to grab the moment and say,
will you right now, will you acknowledge the results
of the 2020 election that made Joe Biden the president?
I'm not talking about the past, Tim.
Right, because you're a marionette, right? Being controlled by the puppet master, Donald Trump.
And you'll cross the line, JD Vance, because Donald Trump is going to shove his steel-toed boot up your butt
and get you to cross the line and violate law and violate your constitutional duties and your sworn oath.
So what we got to do in November is make sure JD Vance never becomes
vice president of the United States,
never becomes president of the Senate.
Because he's forfeited his right.
He's disqualified as far as I'm concerned.
That he's still calling for
a not peaceful transfer of power.
As I said in another recent hot take,
they're not even participating or signing a
federal, congressionally mandated set of agreements to start the transition program right now so that
they're ready in case they win. They're not even signing the memorandums of understanding, the
ethics code, or any of the other agreements because they want to hide their donors from public scrutiny.
And they don't want anybody to take the ethics requirements because they're not done.
They're not, their kleptocracy is not done being built.
It is remarkable that Donald Trump has the brass ones to say out loud things that implicate him
and provide new evidence in his court proceedings. But I assure you, the
special counsel's office is prepared and they are working overtime to catch those
clips and if they don't, they can tune in to Legal AF right here on the
Midas Dutch Network every Wednesday and Saturday at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, long form
podcast called Legal AF. And then we got a new channel. You may have heard of it, Legal AF MTN. We're doing it in collaboration with the Midas
